- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hello, hello, hello everyone.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for joining me today.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad that you are here and to be here with you in this live.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: We're going to talk about soulful visibility for the highly sensitive people and the introverts.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: If you can, say hello in the chat and tell me, where are you joining from?
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: I'd like to know who is in my living room today,
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: although this is my bedroom, not my living room.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Hi, Jennifer.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Hi, Abby, Kelsey, Claudia.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: So good to see you.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: I'm Jessica, by the way.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: I'm from Belgium originally, and I'm currently living in Portugal.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Nance, so good to see you, Jennifer, from Michigan.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Also from Michigan, Nance.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Do you know each other?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, of course not.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: It's a big state, right?
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Elia from Colorado, Kelsey from Chile.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Wow, this is so amazing.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad to...
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: I can just picture you in your home or where you are right now
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: in these different parts of the world.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: So, we're talking today about how we can build a soulful
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: I help highly sensitive
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: women
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: in business be seen without social media,
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: without the noise, and without frying our nervous system, basically.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: And the first thing I want to share with you is how I often see in myself and in
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: the women I guide and people in general with our Or our way of feeling the world.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: This kind of all or nothing approach.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: It's like either we power through with our big girls boots on.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: We put aside the introversion.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: It's like we shut down the sensitive part of us.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: We shut down the part of us that is scared or doesn't want to be seen or is uncomfortable.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: And we push ourselves to do the things that we are told to do.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: To post every day, to pitch lots of people.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe you apply to speak at summits or to make YouTube videos,
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: but you hate making YouTube videos.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And you do it whether you're ready or not.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Because that's what you must do.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: I don't know if that's the case for you.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: It's definitely been my story in the past.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: And I have this capacity to...
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Like shut down this part of myself.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: It's like there's the introverted,
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: sensitive part of me and then there's
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: the ambitious part that's like no matter what we must power through and
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: then she takes over.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: It's like punishing the sensitive part and putting it in a room and locking it, you know?
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: But you can't do that.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: It's not sustainable because then what happened to me and what I see happens
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: to other people and you take those big steps that are ambitious and
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: then you actually do get the visibility.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: But because you haven't done the work,
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: because you don't know how to hold yourself or how to come back to your center,
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: how to come back to your regulated self or even how to follow up.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: So it's both on the strategy side and both on the nervous system side.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Then you want to hide because you don't feel ready.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: So you're seeing because that's what you were looking for, visibility.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: But then you're like, oh my God, I'm actually seeing.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: What do I do with this now?
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: So I see people who are only powering through.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: I see people who are only hiding away, and I see people who do both.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Power through, hide away.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Power through, hide away.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: And so it's not sustainable because you can't continue.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: It's not nice.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: It feels very stressful.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel when that happens to me,
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: when that happens to me,
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: I felt like I wasn't doing things properly and I couldn't really build on
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: the momentum of any of the good actions I had taken because then I would want
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: to just hide under the blanket and I would feel so inadequate for
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: the online business world.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: But if you think about it, What is it that we actually fear?
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Why does being seen feel so vulnerable?
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have your answer.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Maybe you know.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Tell me in the chat.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Why do you fear?
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Why does it feel so vulnerable to be seen?
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: I feel that we fear being rejected.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: We fear that we aren't enough and that all of a sudden it will show.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: And I don't want to dismiss the fear because it's very real.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: But I think that what we fear is our own way of perceiving ourselves.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: It's like visibility was a mirror and we are afraid of our own reflection in the mirror.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: And so we project it onto other people and we imagine
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: that they will see clearly what we are trying to hide.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: I hope I'm Ayla.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Am I pronouncing your name correctly?
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Because my business is an extension of myself.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Rejection.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Nance.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Being misunderstood or rejected.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Jennifer.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: Because then I have to talk to the people and I have to deliver.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And what if I fail them?
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: The pressure.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: It's so true.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: The pressure.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: What if I didn't give what they expected?
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: So we doubt ourselves.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: We doubt our capacity to To now deliver, to live up to their expectations.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: What if I put the expectations too high or the bar too high?
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Like Kayla without the K. Okay, Ayla, thank you for telling me how to pronounce your name.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: So we're trying to hide these beliefs we have about ourselves that we take as the truth.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Beliefs like, I don't know as much as I should.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'm not that good.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'm not that talented.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: I don't know enough.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Nobody wants my stuff.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: I'm bothering people when I talk about what I do.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: And I think this feeds into the cycle of showing up and then hiding, showing up and then hiding.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: Do you recognize yourself in that?
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Showing up and then hiding?
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Let me know.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: And there's a cruel part in it because it takes a lot of work to run your own business.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: We know it.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: And we make all these efforts.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: And we think, if I do the hard things, if I push myself, if I do the live...
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: I like going live, so it's not so much of an effort anymore.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: But if I apply for the summit and I talk,
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: I don't like talking at summits except if they're pre-recorded.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Or if I use social media because everyone says that I don't want to do it,
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: but everyone says that this is really the way to go.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: So if I do it and if I make a reel every day,
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: then surely at some point, if I manage to be consistent, then it should pay off.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: But it doesn't pay off, does it?
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: It doesn't pay off when we play an alone game.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: We are solopreneurs.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: We're not a big company.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: We don't have the money to hire a team.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: We don't have the capacity to do all of these things by ourselves.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: And we can't pay thousands for ads.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: Maybe you can play around with ads, but thousands?
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: I don't know you.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: I can't afford that, definitely.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: We can't do all the things.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: You know that you can't do all the things,
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: but you try anyways, or you think you should be able to do it.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: I know I try anyways.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: And then when you see that you can't,
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: you believe that,
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: you'll be punished for not playing the algorithm game or for not playing
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: the big companies game.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: And I don't think it's necessarily a thought you have, like,
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: I'll be punished,
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: but if I can't manage to do all these things, then I won't succeed.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: And I want to offer a different way to look at it because, my God,
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: it's really time that we lower this entire,
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: this so much pressure that we put on ourselves.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: And it breaks my heart when I see so many talented,
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: kind-hearted women putting their soul,
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: pouring their soul into their work and just not getting the results that they want.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: It's so frustrating.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: And trying to play a game that is not their game.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: This is not our game.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: The big company game is not our game.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: In my experience, it is by following the path of least resistance that we find success.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And what is that path for us?
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: It is using your biggest strength as a highly sensitive person or as an introvert,
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: to using that strength to your advantage.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And that strength is your empathy and your capacity to understand people and to see them.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: It's kind of funny when you think about it,
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: that we struggle to be seen, but then we're so good at seeing others.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: So what I mean by that is to let people know you and to get to know them.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: To speak to them and to speak with them.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: And when we do that one person at a time,
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: we find a sense of safety in words like audience and community.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Because I don't know about you,
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: but when I heard like,
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: build an audience,
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: build a community,
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: it just feels like it's a bunch of subscribers,
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: it's a crowd of strangers that you don't know, right?
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: And that's never really something that feels safe.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Audience is actually a group of people that you have spoken with,
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: that you know you have a face to put with,
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: that you know where they are from and you've seen them several times.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have discussed with them in the DMs.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: You know everyone that came to your party.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: It's not that scary anymore.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: It's just a group of people that you're happy to see, right?
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: So a bunch of subscribers can definitely feel intimidating,
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: but it's different when you know these people and you know who they are one by one.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: So my point is one-to-one before one-to-infinity.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And I know everyone tries to sell you one-to-infinity.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: I know that on Substack,
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: for instance,
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: there are probably a thousand coaches telling us every day in the notes how
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: to go viral,
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: how to post notes, how to phrase them, how to get more people to find us.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: And it's probably very all good common sense.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: But posting things and praying it will bring you your people is a long road.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: Especially if you do it alone, it doesn't always pay off.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And I was sharing earlier in my notes,
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: do you know whose notes,
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: whose emails, whose articles and podcasts I read or listen to every single time?
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: They're the people I've had conversations with.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: People I've met in the DMs.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Nance, Jennifer, now I know more of you.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Kelsey, Alex, nice to have you here, by the way.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'd like to see what you wrote.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: Wait, wait, wait.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: Okay, Jennifer, I'm trying to look at the comments.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: Kelsey, an audience as a group of people that you're happy to see.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: That doesn't feel threatening, right?
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: So like I was saying,
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: the notes,
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: the emails,
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: the posts that I read and pay attention to,
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: they are the people that I've already talked with.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean I don't pay attention to anything else.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: I could.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: But those are the people I want to support.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: I want to listen.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: What do you have to say?
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: I see, you know, Nancy's posting something about her apothecary.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: I can't pronounce it.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Apothecary.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: Apothecary.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: Is that correct?
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Apothecary.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: I think I never pronounced this word in English in all my life of speaking English.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Apothecary.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: She posts something about it.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: I want to know.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: What did you make?
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: You wrote something.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Let me read it.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So we're thinking the well-being apothecary.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Nance.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: You're thinking, oh, I will have more people if I post more.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: I will have more people if I write more.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: I have to make more content.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: I have to be consistent.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: But the truth is,
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: I take the example of Nance because we've met several times in my networking events.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I will not forget about Nance if she doesn't post something in two or three weeks.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: I'll be there because I know her.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: So what I'm trying to prove here is that this is the shortcut.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Nobody ever trusts a crowd or And I don't have the time,
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: honestly, or enough attention to give to a crowd of strangers either.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: But we trust people individually.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: And we keep seeing everywhere that we are in a trust recession.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: But I don't think that's true.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: I think that we are looking for more connection.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And we have less and less connection when we have all these Sales emails
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: that are written by ChatGPT and all these AI content,
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: there is no human-human connection.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: So of course there's no trust.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: How can I trust something that is so, you know, generic?
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: But there is trust amongst humans.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: I want to trust you.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: I want to get to know what you're selling.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: And if it's from me, of course, of course I will invest.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Of course I want to support you, you know?
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: So the question isn't only how to be more visible, it's how to feel safe in that visibility.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: And my answer, you've got it, is to make it one-to-one before we make it one-to-infinity.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: It's inviting people into your living room, not an auditorium, and then from there you expand.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: Because an auditorium full of people you know and a few you don't know
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: yet is completely doable.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Like when you invite people at a party and then some of them bring their friends.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: It's okay that a few of them you don't know yet.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: You'll get to know them.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: It's fine.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: So practically, what do you need?
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: What do you need in order to build soulful visibility that doesn't fry your nervous system?
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: A few things, not a lot, a few things.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: I think the first thing you need is definitely a way to find people and for them to find you.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And you see here,
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: I put it as a two-way street because oftentimes like let people find you,
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: build it and they will come.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Well, no, I don't know.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: I've been doing this for 10 years.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: I can tell you, no, no, build it and it will be built.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: And then you have a place for people to arrive once you invite them in.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: You still have to invite them in, right?
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: So build them, invite them in, one by one, until the one by one turns into many.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: You know,
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking of this example that recently I opened a new Substack publication,
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: because apparently I don't have enough work, so I had myself more projects.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: But this is really something I wanted to do.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: And I don't know why.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: You know, sometimes I have ADHD, sometimes I forget what I know myself.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: And I built the publication.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: It's called Held, by the way.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: And I thought it's about, well, that's for another day.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: And I thought, you know, maybe I will just open it and build it.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: And then people I know will bring people they know.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: And it's just going to explode fast,
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: you know, because I already have an audience of, I think now on Substack, we're 700.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: It's not 7,000, of course.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: It's just 700, but I'm really happy about it.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: You know, it's going to be easy.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: They'll join.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: It's free.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: So why would you not come?
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: And that's not how it works.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Every, I think it's 18 people now.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: It's just a week.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: But everyone in that list, on that list, sorry, I invited them.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: Or they were invited by someone that I know.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: That's how it works.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: That is a shortcut for us.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: So the first thing is a way to find people and a way for them to find you.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: The second is a way of being seen that fits you.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: We have several ways of communication in our online world, in our modern world.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Not all of them.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I was reading the comments.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: Not all of them are meant for you.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: No, I'm not sharing a screen, Jennifer.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: I'm just talking.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: I didn't make any slides today.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: I hate webinars.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: So I really want it to be just a chat.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: I have bullet points here.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: I'm just making sure that I'm covering what I want to share with you.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: So there are different ways for us to be seen, to share our message.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: You can podcast.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm not teaching you anything here.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: You know that.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: You can podcast.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: You can make videos.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: You can blog.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: You can have all the three of them combined on Substack, which is why I love Substack.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: You can speak at events.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: That's your choice.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: A belief that I often see people have,
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: and that I've had myself for a long time,
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: is that if I do something that's hard for me,
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: then it's going to bring me the most result.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: And that's not true.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: So we go back to the path of least resistance.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: The best result are the things that you do with joy that costs you the less.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: Because You also have to count what it costs you.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: I go back to this example for me of speaking at an event.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: It might bring you a lot of new connections,
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: but for me personally,
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: it would mean two or three weeks of preparing myself and then two or three weeks
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: of getting over it to come back to my regulated self.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm barely exaggerating when I'm saying that.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: So yes, how much can it bring me, but also how much is it going to cost me?
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: What is the best, I don't like the term, but what is the best return on investment here?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: How can I touch people in the way that is the most aligned with me?
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: That maybe it's an effort,
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: but it's an effort that's doable for me and that I can keep doing
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: without going like this all the time.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: I'm struggling because Deep Palesa, nice to meet you.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: I'm struggling because in my line of business,
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: I can identify the supporters,
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: people that can vouch for me or refer because they were colleagues,
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: versus the right clients.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: I really like what you're saying about the path of least resistance.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: Can you explain more what you were meaning?
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Because I'm not sure.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: You're struggling because you can identify the supporters,
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: the people that can vouch for you, that can give you referrals.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: But not the right clients.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Is it because they're not referring the right clients or because you haven't
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: yet identified your ideal client who you really want to serve and who you are
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: the best at serving?
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: I guess that would be my question.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Feel free to write it down.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: I'll be happy to read it then.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: So...
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Yes, going back to the path of least resistance and a way of being seen that fits you.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: So if you love recording podcasts, that's a great way to do that.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: You love writing, write, you know, and you don't have to podcast and to write.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: It's completely fine.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: You don't have to make it hard.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: You have to make it joyful.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: My third point, the third thing you need is allies, partnerships and collaborations.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: And here, Deepa Lisa was talking about people who can vouch for you and refer you.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: It is key.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: Guys, we cannot do it.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: It's not a solo game.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: It's not a solo game.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: And I know that the introvert part of me really, really,
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: really wishes it was because I would just love to be on my couch
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: and write my little, you know, emails and blog posts with my nice cup of tea.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: And never have to speak to anyone.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: That's when I'm scared.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: That's when I'm stuck in my fear and thinking, people, you know, but I love people one by one.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: I love people one to one.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: I'm the kind of girl, you know, I go for coffee chat with three person, three people.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: I'm really happy.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: A crowd?
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: But like this, it's really nice.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: It's cozy.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: So what I'm saying is that I have tried many ways.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: You know, when I started in business in 2017, I didn't know anything about business.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: I tried alone for a long, long, long, long time.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And in this business I've been building for the last two years,
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: it's gone much faster because I've used partnerships and collaborations and events
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: that gather people together.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Like I said, it is the shortcut.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: So borrow each other's audiences.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: And that also means be generous by how you give visibility to other people around you.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: There is no competition.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: There is room for everyone because even if we offer the exact same thing,
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: we are each different and we offer something unique.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: The problem is when you can't see your own uniqueness.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: And that's something to work on and something you don't have to work on alone, by the way.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: But it's a belief to shift.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: It can be shifted more easily than you think.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: But once you know what value you bring, there's no threat.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And your so-called competition can become your biggest ally.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: I used to work in the teaching industry.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: My first business was teaching French online.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: And I know that in the French industry,
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: it was really hard because everyone was like, you know...
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: Competitive.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: I can't promote someone else who's also teaching French because
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: then are we shooting myself in the foot.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: But that's not true.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: We have different approaches.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: I have no problem.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: I collaborated with Jennifer and we do very similar things.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: It's not a problem.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: We have a different approach.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: We're for different people.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: It's fine.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: And so we can help each other.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: That's how we humans have always thrived.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: Nobody ever survives alone.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: It's together.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: And the fourth thing you need, the fourth point is joy.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Joy.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: So many people I work with,
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: clients and members of my club I'll be telling you about in a minute.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: They do things because they think they have to.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Not because they love them.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know why we do this.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: We give so much value to what we don't like or to what is hard.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: I don't want to do this because it seems hard.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: So it must be valuable.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: So it's now become the condition of my success.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And then you can't bring yourself to do it consistently.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: So you confirm to yourself that, well, indeed, you're not capable.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: But do something you love.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: You know,
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: in what you talk about,
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: in the medium as well,
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: what you love to teach,
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: what you love to help with, and how you want to be visible, like I was saying.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: And it's so much easier to bring passion to what you're genuinely obsessed with than
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: to something that, you know, people want this.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: I don't want it, but people want this, so I have to talk about it and it becomes boring.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: And it's hard.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: It's hard to have people, you know, then...
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: Resonate with what you're saying or for you to continue doing it.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: I think it is actually a bit of both.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: Identifying the right clients and where to find them.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: I'm currently figuring out what I can offer and if people will want to pay for.
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: The conventional advice has been to talk to people.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I will add something there.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: To talk to people so you can listen.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: It's to listen to people.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: To listen to people,
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: if you see the way people phrase their struggle that you are working on solving
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: for them or relieving for them,
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: then you'll be able to see and how it makes you feel.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: I would go back to the things that you really care about, you know.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: I mean, people have lots of problems and so they need lots of solutions,
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: but not all the problems are for you to solve.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: When you feel someone tell you,
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: this is a problem I have, or they don't tell you, but they write it somewhere.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: This is something I've seen a lot.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: I don't like to hang out on social media,
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: but at the very beginning of this business,
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: I was trying to hang out in Facebook groups.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: It didn't last long,
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: I think about a month and then I went crazy,
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: but I just went to see their comments and they were commenting
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: to each other's posts,
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: and I could see all this way of talking about the fear of being salesy,
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: of adding to the noise.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: And this is kind of things that,
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: I resonated with and I thought,
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: okay, this is what I want to talk about, for instance.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: But so that will be a first step anyways,
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: to really clarify,
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: before you know where to find them,
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: to clarify who you want to serve,
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: the kind of personality they have and where they would...
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Where they would hang out that you feel comfortable hanging out.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: And social media is not necessarily the answer either.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: I want to speak to highly sensitive people and it turns out I think we're all on Substack.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: So great for me because I love hanging out here.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: So going back to what I was saying,
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: I was saying, sorry,
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: follow your joy because it makes you feel alive and not just because it makes sense.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: That's the path of least resistance too.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: And have you ever noticed,
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: I think it's something really phenomenal,
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: that the moment you stop doing what you think you should do and
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: the moment you start following your joy, things open up.
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: Opportunities arrive.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: People buy.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: I think it's really crazy.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Me too.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: I say that because I have the same things I have to work on.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: I'm not speaking to you from a point and I have arrived and I make millions.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: No, that's not the case.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: That's not the case.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: But I think it's very interesting because every time that I have followed my joy
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: and let go of the shoulds, opportunities have happened.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: Goja, so good to see you here.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: I knew I thought about you because we had this conversation in the club
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: and you were saying that that was true as well.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: So Goja has two businesses and one is bringing more joy than the other.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: And when she leaned more into the second one, it blossomed even more to keep it short.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: And so the fifth thing that...
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, wait, wait, I forgot.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: My last point.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so when you follow your joy, it makes it easier to take the bolder steps.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: So imagine that you're talking topics that you love,
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: with people that you love, with,
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: services that you love giving,
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: then making the step of applying to be a guest on someone else's podcast
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: or Inviting someone on your podcast or hosting your first bundle like I did
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: a few weeks ago or like Goja hosting our first summit this year.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: It makes it easier because it's fun.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: So yes, it's scary, but it's also fun.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: So it's a nice fear more than a dread like,
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: oh my God,
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: I have to speak about this really hard thing because people said I had to.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: And so the fifth thing that you need is togetherness.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: And I kept it for last because this is, I think, the biggest game changer.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: And I was saying before, yes,
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: partnerships,
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: collaborations,
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: that's one way of playing the togetherness card,
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: but also being with other people who feel the same way as you and are wired in
- 29:55SPEAKER_00: a similar way.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: Because I don't know about you,
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: but as a highly sensitive person,
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: as an introvert,
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: when I enter a crowd,
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: a group,
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: or any kind of container where it's more noisy and shiny
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: and we're all doing these things and it's normal,
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: I feel deeply, deeply, deeply inadequate.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, this is not how I function.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: This is not how I work.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Maybe the problem is me.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: Everyone seems to be doing this thing.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: And I don't want to do that.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: Can I do it?
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: But when you hang out with people that have the same kind of difficulties,
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: but also understanding of the world and the same vision of how to make it better,
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: and it could be very different jobs that you have and very different businesses
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: that you're building, but you share that sensitivity.
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: It makes it less scary.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: It's still scary.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: But you don't need to do it alone.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: And when you see others that are also scared and are also taking steps forward,
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: it just encourages you because if they can, you can.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: And they tell you, you can.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: So finding a group, a community that is just right for you, right?
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: And I want to, like I was saying, I want to be honest with you.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: I haven't figured everything out in my life, in my business.
- 31:23SPEAKER_00: I don't think everyone, sorry, I don't think anyone has.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: I think it's a journey for all of us.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: And for me, visibility is still scary.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: And the steps, like the bundle I hosted a few weeks ago, I don't do that in my sleep.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: You know, I still have to...
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: Be present with myself and use the tools that I have and that I teach.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: So I have systems that I teach.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: I have tools for self-regulation, which I also share.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: And I have a community that I built where we lift each other up.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: So this is what I want to talk about.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: It's my time for the invitation now.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: The community I built is the Soulful Biz Club.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: And today I would love to invite you in.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: This community started a while ago, but it had a completely different format.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: And it's grown into this full supportive system for highly sensitive people
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: to practice visibility together, but without the noise, without social media.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: But if you want to use social media, you can.
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: It's just you don't have to without frying your nervous system because we find ways
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: to practice Do things that are within your capacity and then stretch a little bit.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: But, you know,
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: you have to listen to yourself because living,
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: what I mean,
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: stretching outside of the comfort zone is necessary,
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: but you don't have to live outside of the comfort zone.
- 32:57SPEAKER_00: You have to take a step outside and then come back inside where it's safe again.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: And then you go back and you push a bit and then you come back again so
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: that you build that safety within your body first.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: And then within your actions and the things that seem scary seem like they're not
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: so scary anymore if we do them at our own pace.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: Goja saying, yay, come and join us in the club.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Francesca was also a member.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: It's scary.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, it is.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: So this club is for highly sensitive women and introvert women in business who want
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: to be visible and We have a really, really, really special promotion this week.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: So the membership so far has always been open all year round.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: But this week you have a lot of bonuses and a special price if you join
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: before Saturday the 31st of October.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: So first of all, what's inside and why, right?
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: So I want you to be able to find your people and to be found.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: And we have for that a cozy telegram group where we have conversations,
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: not always daily because we leave each other some space, but I'm always there.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: And we support each other.
- 34:29SPEAKER_00: We ask questions, we set intentions, we share our wins.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: I also put all the links to our events there so that you can always,
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: from the phone see,
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: okay, we have a co-working session now or something else is happening.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: So it is also a space for you to feel safe before the scary steps.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: So I share with you journaling prompts, pep talks for when the noise gets loud.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: We also have,
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: and this is new and I'm really excited about it,
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: we're going to have a monthly mastermind.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: And I think this is such a valuable, incredible thing.
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited to bring this in.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: Up until now,
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: we had a monthly coaching session where the members would submit a question
- 35:17SPEAKER_00: and I would go live on Substack and answer their questions.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: And I think it's great, but I also want you to be able to connect to your own wisdom.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: And to your own intuition and to learn from one another.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: Because it's one thing, yes, I have experience and yes, I have knowledge, but you do too.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: And I think it's really,
- 35:39SPEAKER_00: really cool when we can meet online,
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: face to face,
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: and we each share,
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: this is what I want, what I'm struggling with, or this is what I'm blocked.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: And instead of me coaching you immediately, the group can help you.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: And of course, I'll coach you when needed.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: And give you my own guidance on that.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: You will leave with answers and next steps for sure.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: But we tap into our own wisdom before you have someone external telling you what to do.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: So this is a monthly mastermind.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: You bring the thing you're stuck on.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: We look at what's really going on underneath it.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: Because this is also very important.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm thinking, I'm sure, I mean, we all use AI.
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: I don't have to say, if you use AI.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: No, you use AI.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: And I brainstorm with Claude.
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: But Claude does not understand my subtext or what's really happening beneath my words, right?
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: So if I say something like,
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure how I can
- 36:47SPEAKER_00: send an email to people to join my future podcast,
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: for instance,
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: Claude will answer, well, it's simple.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: You do one, two, three, four, five, right?
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: He's going to give me a framework so I can do it.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: Do you want me to draft the email for you?
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: And then he drafts the email for me and you're thinking, cool, now I just have to send it.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: But do you send it?
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: Is it the end of the answer?
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: Because in reality, is it so hard to figure out how to pitch people?
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: I don't think it's so hard.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: But you ask the question because a part of you is resisting.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: You don't want to send the email because it doesn't feel safe to send the email.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: But AI doesn't know that.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: And you don't know that maybe at the moment you say that, right?
- 37:36SPEAKER_00: The moment we say,
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: I don't know what the answer is,
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: or I don't know what the next step is, or I don't know how to do that.
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: You need a human with experience to be able to say,
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: but what is really blocking you underneath that?
- 37:49SPEAKER_00: So this is the value I'm bringing with these new masterminds.
- 37:56SPEAKER_00: On top of that, we have the masterminds.
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: Every month, we also have a session to plan, to plot our visibility.
- 38:03SPEAKER_00: How are we going to be seen, to be known, and to be booked?
- 38:08SPEAKER_00: There's journaling, meditation, and then we plan.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Literally, these are the action I will take this month.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: Always in a way that is sustainable for you,
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: that takes into consideration your own rhythm,
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: your own circumstances, what's happening for you that month.
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: I really believe that a three-week month is awesome to take action because as women,
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: we're not always constant and consistent with our energy.
- 38:36SPEAKER_00: So why should we be with our output?
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: And every week we have a co-working session that helps us actually get things done.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: So you say together, this is what I'm going to do.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: And then you come to the co-working and you come and do the things,
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: especially the things that you tend to put off the most.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: And to start well,
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: as soon as you enter the club,
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: you will have a free five-day visibility journaling challenge.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: So every day for five days, you get a little prompt and a little audio guidance from me.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: To already look at what is blocking visibility, why you want it and why you don't want it.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Let's address it.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: Let's look at this clearly so that you can make changes and
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: build that safety inside
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: to be visible in your own way.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: So, I'm reaching the end of the live.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: I will tell you how much it costs.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Usually, the Soulful Biz Club is €33 a month.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: This week,
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: I made it for new members €231 instead of,
- 39:50SPEAKER_00: for the year, sorry, I made an annual event.
- 40:03SPEAKER_00: Promotion of €231 a year instead of €396 if I counted correctly.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: I think I did count correctly, yes.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: So if you paid for the year at the usual price, it would be €396.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: Can you see I'm counting in my head?
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: But this week it's €231,
- 40:26SPEAKER_00: which means you would pay seven months and have the rest of the year for free.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: But we also have bonuses.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that I want to say is that with this price for
- 40:39SPEAKER_00: the annual payment, it's only for annual, by the way, not for monthly.
- 40:42SPEAKER_00: If you want to join just for a month at 33 euros, it's fine.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: You can try that as well and then, you know, cancel anytime you want.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: If you sign up for the year,
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: you have this amazing price and the price is locked in for as long as you stay.
- 40:57SPEAKER_00: So it means that when your membership comes to renewal in a year,
- 41:01SPEAKER_00: You can decide to leave then or you can let it renew and it will not go to
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: the usual price.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: It would stay at that price.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: So that's the first thing.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: The second thing is that I'm offering you a free one-to-one visibility consultation
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: with me that is usually priced 320 euros.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: So that's a big gift.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: And the second,
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: third thing,
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: The next bonus is that I'm giving you access
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: to this course I created this year called Flow Into Balance,
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: which is to help you understand how your energy works,
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: what drains you,
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: what nourishes you,
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: and how you can support yourself and create a rhythm for your life and
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: for your business that works for you.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: So it's not time management, it's energy management, really.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's the bonuses for this week.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: If you already know that this is what you need, you can join today.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: I will send the replay of the live with the link.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: If you're not sure,
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: if you're interested, if you have more questions, just send me a DM or whatever.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: Tell me where you are and we work out together.
- 42:19SPEAKER_00: I am not.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: I don't like people who pressure you to buy or anything.
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: This is me really extending an invitation to you.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: So if you know this is what I need, then you know and that's it.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: So what I mean is that when you reach out to me,
- 42:36SPEAKER_00: if you're thinking, oh,
- 42:37SPEAKER_00: I have to ask questions, but I don't want to be pitched, it's not going to happen.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: I will never push anyone to buy something that is not for them.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: This is just me answering your questions and making sure that you feel safe,
- 42:49SPEAKER_00: taking the right next step for you.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: And I think that's about it.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: One thing before I go, whether you decide to join or not, pick one person this week.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: One.
- 43:04SPEAKER_00: And have a real conversation with them.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: Maybe you reply to a note properly, not just great, but like what you feel about it.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: Maybe you send a DM to someone or reply to an email to someone whose work you love
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: or whose newsletter you loved.
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: Or you leave a comment under an article, anything, but just one person.
- 43:27SPEAKER_00: And remember that this is how it starts, just with one person.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for Having been with me today,
- 43:35SPEAKER_00: it's been a pleasure, such great energy, and I will speak with you soon.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: Bye everyone!
