  is going to launch a booster and a Starship and try to catch the

  booster on the tower arms. So now SpaceX released some

  This is a SpaceX and NASA over here on the right side, top is

  the Artemis launch platform. And then right next to it is

  where they launched Falcon 9's and they will eventually launch

  starships from. And then they have another pad

  now, there's literally nothing there.

  It's not built out, is a bunch of swampland out there.

  There's vegetation just a couple roads off Rogers, Rogers Road

  out there. There's literally nothing out

  there so it would take them years to develop this site

  years, to get it ready, just so they could start building.

  This out there. They have to take care of all

  the environmental reviews SpaceX and NASA would work together to

  make sure that everything is properly vetted before they

  actually moved to this site. But for now, they're down at
• 4:54
  Boca Chica, and this is the site.

  Again, as you can see, a lot of wetlands, they'd have to
• 5:01
  mitigate the damage to the environment out there and it
• 5:04
  would take them a long time. Because as we know, the
• 5:07
  environmental process for Boca Chica and the Starbase facility
• 5:10
  right now, it's been a Take for SpaceX it's taken them all
• 5:13
  really long time to get this together.

  And if they have to do this again over at Kennedy Space
• 5:21
  Center for this new 49 pad is going to take years.

  So I think what they're going to be doing with this with the
• 5:28
  current Starship ship 24, booster 7, I think what they're
• 5:33
  going to be doing is I think they're going to be flying it
• 5:39
  out, but I think they're going to get close to The Landing Pad.

  This is 39. Again, this is the pad for Anna
• 5:44
  is you can see in the background, there's another pad
• 5:46
  close by further further further have far enough away that
• 5:50
  they're not going to you know, put anything else in danger
• 5:53
  which is really great. So this could have been their
• 5:56
  R&D facility but the structure of the way that things are

  tested out there, it just takes a long time to get anything

  tested and SpaceX was just like this is built in Texas.

  It's the easiest thing to do but if they're going to launch this,

  This thing in Texas, and they're going to get this booster, this

  that's going to be pretty amazing.

  How do they have to mitigate those circumstances with the FAA

  environmental review? So what they did already,

  there's an environmental review for the land that SpaceX is on

  but do they have to do anything for the water that SpaceX would

  be landing in and maybe that's why they change this.

  That's possibility. That the change, the flight

  profile. Because they may have found out

  that it could be years to to go through an environmental process

  for landing, one of these rockets in the Gulf of Mexico,

  their plate. They're building up the launch

  Tower, they have those 75 things that they have to get done with

  the FAA. It's for the environmental
• 9:34
  review. They also have to continue
• 9:36
  testing for the booster and the and they also have to continue
• 9:43
  testing for the ship for the next few weeks and they do have
• 9:48
  some stuff coming up and there's some road closures coming up and
• 9:51
  I want to show you that. So road closures.

  Hang up, July 11th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. it could possibly be,
• 10:00
  you know, more more testing of the pipes, the tubes, if you
• 10:04
  will, and also pressure tests, cryo test, things like that
• 10:08
  coming up soon. So, that could be a possibility

  on Monday, Tuesday, same thing, Wednesday, July 13th, 10 a.m. to
• 10:16
  10 p.m. all week until Friday. So, of course, we've talked
• 10:20
  about this a million times, but Friday, Saturday Sunday is Off
• 10:23
  the table for SpaceX testing at Starbase because the local
• 10:28
  government, Cameron County government and the Brownsville
• 10:30
  area and the South Padre area. They all said we need this beach
• 10:34
  open in the summer time. We need this beach open on the
• 10:37
  weekends because people like to actually go down there and hang
• 10:39
  out. So if you're blocking off the
• 10:41
  road for these people for your testing, that's not cool.

  Space X. So that's what that was part of
• 10:47
  the environmental thing to like don't block off the beach, man.

  Like let's just get these people down there to enjoy.

  Their coveted Beach time access. So, that's another thing.

  So every Friday, we miss out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of

  testing Monday, July 18th. If you think it's going to be

  launching in July, I don't think it's going to.

  I've talked to so many people in the industry.

  There's people that are sort of hesitant about saying when it
• 11:15
  will launch. But there's other people that
• 11:18
  are like look man, it's not a logical.

  Next year, it's not going to last till February of next year
• 11:22
  because there's so much stuff to do and there's so much testing
• 11:25
  to do. Every static fire test is going
• 11:28
  to take two to three days. Every you know, every cryogenic
• 11:33
  test takes a whole day. Could they do more pressure
• 11:36
  test? Yeah, they have to stack this
• 11:38
  thing up. Could take two or three days to
• 11:40
  stack it, it'll stack in one day, and it might take them a
• 11:45
  day to process that data and make sure everything's fine.
• 11:47
  Make sure everything is sitting well together, let it sit there
• 11:51
  for a day. Let it sit there for 12 hours.
• 11:53
  And let's just see what happens and then gather some more data
• 11:57
  and then possibly do a cryogenic test with it.
• 11:59
  With both things stacked, on top of each other.

  Can the booster withstand the weight of the Starship, that's
• 12:06
  another thing, they have to stack it up and make sure, make
• 12:08
  sure that it fits properly a fit test with ship 24.

  Booster 7, I think that's coming somewhat soon thing that's

  coming. Someone soon ship. 24 needs all
• 12:19
  the other stuff to it needs to go through another cycle of
• 12:22
  process. Is a whole cycle of tests so
• 12:25
  that's going to be a while. So, what I'm going to guess, I'm
• 12:29
  going to guess this, and I've done this.

  So be something different. Then I'm thinking September, I
• 12:33
  think in September, but there's a lot to do there.

  And we know for a fact that SpaceX is kind of in a rush,

  kind of in a rush because they want to get this thing done.

  Is it going to launch before the SLS?

  I don't think so. But that's all right, because

  think about it like this, super heavy summer.

  That's pretty cool, too. We have an SLS launch.

  We have a Starship possible. Launch summertime to, I'm

  thinking fall more, so September October, but we'll see.

  We'll see what happens. And I hope, I hope we get one

  sooner than later, but as you can see, there's there's so much
• 13:10
  to be done. But this flight profile seems
• 13:13
  pretty crazy to me. Flight profile.

  Seems pretty crazy. Do they have to get some sort of

  regulatory? Removal tool and this that close
• 13:26
  to the beach and Boca Chica. Because if anything happens to
• 13:31
  the fish fish and wildlife department would probably flip
• 13:35
  out you know if a booster lands near the orbital launch mount,
• 13:42
  it just has it red right there. Sharp metal flies into the Gulf
• 13:48
  of Mexico, cutting up everything in its way.

  And of course, you know, the water will, dampen the pressure
• 13:56
  of The Landings but still sharp metal at the bottom of the Gulf

  of Mexico possibly damaging marine life.

  That's not cool. So there may be other
• 14:08
  circumstances here. The SpaceX was thinking about
• 14:11
  when they did this new FCC thing.
