- 0:32Speaker 1: text line, you can do that five O two four
- 0:33Speaker 1: one four fourteen fifty. You can tweet me at Just
- 0:35Speaker 1: the Cat Radio. As a man, what an aps is
- 0:41Speaker 1: this October? By the way, because I walked in here
- 0:45Speaker 1: and I'm I'm chilly, Justin Kaylen Ingard, you would be absolutely.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I mean I had to wear pants, I got my
- 0:53Speaker 1: little vest on. I look like a big old purple. Uh.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I was gonna say blueberry. But what's a fruit out there?
- 1:01Speaker 1: That's purple? Grape? Ah, purple grapum? Yes, all plum, that's
- 1:06Speaker 1: another good one. Yes. Also eggplant. Isn't it purple? But
- 1:10Speaker 1: it's not a fruit? It is purple? Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Well you took a second, But why don't I haven't
- 1:17Speaker 1: eaten eggplant? I look at those at the grocery store,
- 1:21Speaker 1: and I'm like, well, yeah, I know that, but so okay,
- 1:25Speaker 1: if you go to the food of the local convenience store,
- 1:29Speaker 1: you don't see anything like that. So I love to
- 1:31Speaker 1: go to the meat section and tell Patricia we're buying this,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and it's usually like tongue. Do you ever look at
- 1:38Speaker 1: the meat section? No, it's weird stuff in there. I
- 1:41Speaker 1: mean there's some If you go to the Crestwood Walmart
- 1:46Speaker 1: that we do, sometimes there will be some odd meat
- 1:50Speaker 1: in there and there's tongue. There's all kinds of other
- 1:54Speaker 1: things stuff. I don't know what it is and what
- 1:56Speaker 1: people do with it.
- 1:58Speaker 2: I mean, does that shouldn't surprise because there's think of
- 2:01Speaker 2: the amount of different people that we have in Louisville
- 2:05Speaker 2: in terms of ethnicities. Yes, there's always going to be
- 2:08Speaker 2: somebody that's that's trying to eat some of that stuff.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Well, are you aware we have a a somewhat large
- 2:14Speaker 1: Cuban population in Louisville. Yeah? I didn't know that.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Wait, the last couple of days. We have a large
- 2:21Speaker 2: everything Hispanic population. Isn't that great?
- 2:24Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:24Speaker 2: I love that we have a ton of Peruvians. Really, wow,
- 2:31Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I won't understand the Okay, I don't understand that, and
- 2:35Speaker 1: I don't understand why we have such a large Cuban
- 2:37Speaker 1: population here in Louisville.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I mean, I've worked with probably forty Peruvians over the years.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Have you really are the nice people? They're great? Yeah,
- 2:45Speaker 1: absolute favorite people. I know. There's lots of Mexicans here
- 2:49Speaker 1: in town, and I think there's some of the nicest people.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I love Cubans. I think there's some of the nicest people.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You know.
- 2:56Speaker 2: You know what's funny about Cubans is every other person
- 3:00Speaker 2: who's Hispanic.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Yeah, hates Cubans. What they hate them? Why?
- 3:05Speaker 2: I have no idea. Is there a soccer beef? I
- 3:08Speaker 2: don't know what it is. But you can be from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I don't really care if you're from any of those places.
- 3:14Speaker 2: You hate Cubans.
- 3:15Speaker 1: In my experience, In my experience, that's what I've dealt with.
- 3:18Speaker 1: That's interesting. It is interesting. Okay, all right, then, well
- 3:22Speaker 1: it's just here's why it surprises me that they're in Louisville, Kentucky,
- 3:25Speaker 1: because think it's cold here. You would think they would
- 3:28Speaker 1: want to stay in a temperature that's similar to where
- 3:31Speaker 1: they came from. At least I would if I'm moving
- 3:35Speaker 1: from a beautiful place a part of the world that
- 3:38Speaker 1: has incredible temperatures all year long, I don't want to
- 3:42Speaker 1: go anywhere where it's going to get really cold, right,
- 3:45Speaker 1: So it just surprised me when I saw there was
- 3:47Speaker 1: a large number of Cubans that live in Now you're
- 3:50Speaker 1: telling me Peruvians. When you say Peruvian, that's Peru, right, correct,
- 3:55Speaker 1: And that's in Central America if I remember correctly. I'm
- 3:57Speaker 1: not a geography I believe it's into America. I just
- 4:02Speaker 1: I'm like, why do you move to louisvill Kentucky ball
- 4:04Speaker 1: places anyway? But I just I find that fascinating. So
- 4:08Speaker 1: the temperature is awesome. Love it. Yeah, it's a little
- 4:12Speaker 1: too chilly for me. But it's sixty two degrees Michael, Yeah,
- 4:15Speaker 1: but it was fifty seven when I woke up. It
- 4:17Speaker 1: was cold. Okay, that's cold.
- 4:20Speaker 2: I'm just telling you, pants and a vest for fifty
- 4:23Speaker 2: I am freezing right now.
- 4:25Speaker 1: It's like, Okay, where is the closest heater. Let's start
- 4:27Speaker 1: a fire. Them spoiled Floridians. Well, I'm sorry, but yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 1: that probably is the case right there. So I know
- 4:35Speaker 1: a lot of people out there love this kind of temperature,
- 4:37Speaker 1: but I don't. I like to.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I walked out the house and I was like, Jesus,
- 4:41Speaker 2: this is incredible. Yeah, of course you did.
- 4:43Speaker 1: By the way, I got up early, went out, got
- 4:46Speaker 1: got a little something to drink at the local place.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Saw that place next door? The heck's wrong with you? Well,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I got here early, and so I went over to
- 4:58Speaker 1: the place next door, and there was a person. There
- 5:00Speaker 1: was a lady over there getting breakfast of champions. Okay,
- 5:06Speaker 1: what do you think she was picking up to have
- 5:10Speaker 1: for breakfast right now?
- 5:13Speaker 2: I mean, you say breakfast a champion, So my mind
- 5:15Speaker 2: immediately goes to Wheaties. No, but I know she wasn't
- 5:18Speaker 2: over there snagging some Wheaties pizza. She was getting two
- 5:22Speaker 2: pieces of pizza. And I looked at that and I thought,
- 5:28Speaker 2: there is nothing more disgusting than having two slices of
- 5:32Speaker 2: pizza right now. I mean, you get a good deal
- 5:34Speaker 2: if you get two of them. So gosh, that just
- 5:37Speaker 2: is just like, this is gross. I can eat pizza
- 5:41Speaker 2: for breakfast, could you really?
- 5:43Speaker 1: People do that? Well? And they do a breakfast pizza
- 5:45Speaker 1: over there? Oh, they do.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Yeah, well that sounds that's probably what she was getting.
- 5:50Speaker 2: That sounds a thousand.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Have you ever had a breakfast pizza? I don't know.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I don't even want to look it.
- 5:58Speaker 2: You put it, you make it with gravy, and you
- 6:02Speaker 2: put it's getting worse. Then you put eggs, cheese, bacon.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And sausage. That sounds so gross. You don't think a
- 6:09Speaker 1: gravy base on pizza sounds good? No. I hate to
- 6:13Speaker 1: tell you. I know that this is gonna be an
- 6:15Speaker 1: unpopular take, and you're gonna look at me and think
- 6:17Speaker 1: what is wrong with you? Because I know your affinity
- 6:20Speaker 1: for biscuits and gravy in general. I don't like gravy.
- 6:25Speaker 1: That's wild. I have never anytime somebody wants me to
- 6:31Speaker 1: have like mashed potatoes with gravy, I'm like, hold the gravy.
- 6:34Speaker 1: It's disgusting. Anytime I get what are other things that
- 6:38Speaker 1: come on gravy? Biscuits? I don't like that? Uh, Salisbury
- 6:43Speaker 1: not so yes? Yes there is a steak, Yeah, there's
- 6:46Speaker 1: country fried steak. Hold the gravy. I don't like gravy.
- 6:50Speaker 1: All right, that's gonna wrap up. Just the cat I
- 6:52Speaker 1: told her. I told you.
- 6:54Speaker 2: I can't do it anymore, and I'm out. I don't
- 6:56Speaker 2: like gravy. There are things out there that just it's
- 6:59Speaker 2: just like so you describing breakfast pizza with gravy sounds
- 7:04Speaker 2: just foul. I mean, that's probably the best way I
- 7:07Speaker 2: could describe. I mean, I can't help you with bad
- 7:09Speaker 2: food takes.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I just can't. Is that my worst one? By the way,
- 7:14Speaker 1: it's up there, Oh my gosh, it just sounds vomited.
- 7:16Speaker 2: I just don't know. I don't know anybody else who
- 7:19Speaker 2: doesn't like gravy. Really, I've just never liked it. It
- 7:22Speaker 2: just doesn't appeal to me. So sorry about that. More
- 7:26Speaker 2: for me, but good for her. She was on her
- 7:28Speaker 2: way to have just an incredibly disgusting breakfast.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I thought you were gonna say, like or something. No, no, candy, No,
- 7:36Speaker 1: I'm trying to think, what are some of the worst
- 7:38Speaker 1: things you could ever have for breakfast? You know? I
- 7:40Speaker 1: always used to have pasta, really pasta.
- 7:44Speaker 2: If someone, if some psycho is is firing up the
- 7:47Speaker 2: microwave and heating up spaghetti for breakfast, that's one of
- 7:51Speaker 2: the weirdest things I've ever heard.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Leftover Chinese, I know, yep, yep, leftover pizza. I don't know.
- 8:00Speaker 2: White castles, my my, although admittedly I've done that a
- 8:04Speaker 2: time or four.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Yeah, White Castle, that's pretty bad. Oh man, I would
- 8:09Speaker 1: not want to be around you three or four hours later. Yeah.
- 8:11Speaker 2: And I'm one of those psychos that doesn't get the
- 8:13Speaker 2: breakfast either. I get lunch when I go there for breakfast.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Oh do you really? Yeah? No, yeah, because I know
- 8:22Speaker 1: there's one place out in Prospect that I think serves
- 8:25Speaker 1: the best breakfast, and that's Dairy Queen. I don't know
- 8:28Speaker 1: why so many people go to McDonald's. Dairy Queen has
- 8:31Speaker 1: the best breakfast in the world, just telling Oh gosh,
- 8:36Speaker 1: there you go again. Okay, No, it's not biscus and gravy.
- 8:39Speaker 1: That's just that is so disgusting as far as I'm concerned.
- 8:42Speaker 1: All right, Uh, let's talk about the big game last night.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Did you watch the game most of it? Yep? And
- 8:51Speaker 1: how did you feel at halftime? Great? Uh? Did you really? Yeah?
- 8:57Speaker 1: Because the bill was up? Was it where up at half? Yeah?
- 9:00Speaker 1: They were up at halftime. I think it was like
- 9:02Speaker 1: two points or something. No, it was a little more
- 9:04Speaker 1: than wn't like five or six points.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Well, so when I got home, it was dang. Near
- 9:10Speaker 2: the end of the first quarter, the Law Familiar was
- 9:13Speaker 2: down ten, and I'm thinking, yeah, it's all this, This
- 9:17Speaker 2: ain't good exactly, all the drama got in their head. Yeah,
- 9:20Speaker 2: and then next thing I know, they're winning by five.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Right before halftime exactly, I'm like, well, how the hell
- 9:26Speaker 2: did they get all the way back in this thing?
- 9:28Speaker 2: And then so I didn't I'm not even realizing that
- 9:31Speaker 2: the vill had the lead at half. I still felt
- 9:33Speaker 2: good at halftime. Yeah, because I told you I had
- 9:36Speaker 2: a wager on Law Familia and I never thought that
- 9:38Speaker 2: that was in peril.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Well, I tweeted out last night after the game. I said,
- 9:42Speaker 1: it turns out that Archie Goodwin did have a beef,
- 9:49Speaker 1: but it was with the vill Did you tag him? Oh, well,
- 9:53Speaker 1: he's blocked me, so it didn't matter. I did. But
- 9:56Speaker 1: what difference does it make. He's not going to read it.
- 9:58Speaker 2: He'll see that like five six years down the line
- 10:00Speaker 2: and be like, oh, it was a good tweet, Michael exactly.
- 10:03Speaker 1: It's like, oh, maybe that guy's not so bad. I
- 10:06Speaker 1: don't know, maybe he'll think even worse of me. I
- 10:08Speaker 1: don't know which one. I still kind of feel bad,
- 10:12Speaker 1: but I'm kind of miffed as to why he blocked
- 10:14Speaker 1: me anyway, Uh but I listen, I was really happy
- 10:20Speaker 1: about this game. I was really happy about Archie Goodwin
- 10:23Speaker 1: because I thought, you know, we were talking about this yesterday.
- 10:26Speaker 1: When I made the announcement that Archie Goodwe was going
- 10:29Speaker 1: to be playing in the game, I kind of thought, man,
- 10:32Speaker 1: this dude is going to be motivated to get out
- 10:34Speaker 1: there and show everybody. And he was twenty two points,
- 10:40Speaker 1: leads the team onto the wind. So all the little
- 10:43Speaker 1: UFL people out there, the Angry Birds can't say, wow,
- 10:46Speaker 1: you can't get any players from UK to score. Well
- 10:49Speaker 1: we did when it matted the most our best player
- 10:53Speaker 1: was a former UK player, So there you go, little
- 10:56Speaker 1: angry Birds. I don't know. Morsel was really good too, though,
- 11:00Speaker 1: he was, Oh absolutely, but I'm sorry he had twenty points,
- 11:07Speaker 1: but Archie Goodwin had twenty two. And I will say,
- 11:10Speaker 1: willye colly Stein had one of his best games because
- 11:15Speaker 1: not just he scored ten points, but forget that, he
- 11:19Speaker 1: had the assignment and he understood the assignment. Now Montrezo, yes,
- 11:25Speaker 1: scores eighteen, but it wasn't like the other night what
- 11:29Speaker 1: happened at Freedom Hall he held him to eighteen because
- 11:33Speaker 1: he could have scored a lot more. But I thought
- 11:36Speaker 1: Willy cally Stein played out of his mind.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Willy Colley Stein's probably the one former cat that I
- 11:41Speaker 2: wouldn't want to see out in public.
- 11:43Speaker 1: No, like in the middle of all. Oh no, no, no, no,
- 11:46Speaker 1: it looks like you just got out of a seven
- 11:48Speaker 1: year prison. I know, you know, he is one of
- 11:51Speaker 1: one of the nicest guys. Oh I believe it. Yeah,
- 11:55Speaker 1: because I'm like you. If I'm in a dark isley
- 11:57Speaker 1: and I'm seeing this seven foot guy with tats all over,
- 12:01Speaker 1: including his face, coming at you, I'm like, man, I
- 12:04Speaker 1: gotta get out of here fast. And yet he is.
- 12:07Speaker 1: He is a teddy bear. I've always like Willie Caley
- 12:11Speaker 1: Stein will go down as one of my probably top
- 12:14Speaker 1: three or four favorite players of all time from UK.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I've always liked. But I don't understand the tats on
- 12:22Speaker 1: the face. So him, I'm just doing some math here. Him,
- 12:26Speaker 1: Morsel and Goodwin scored fifty two of the sixty three.
- 12:31Speaker 1: That was the entire game, right there, crazy, Yeah, so
- 12:34Speaker 1: you're right, that was the entire game. But anyway, can
- 12:39Speaker 1: you explain me the tattoos on the face. No, wouldn't be. Yeah,
- 12:45Speaker 1: that's gotta hurt, doesn't it. I mean, is that one
- 12:47Speaker 1: of the more Where is the most painful place to
- 12:50Speaker 1: get a tattoo? For all you tattoo guys out there,
- 12:53Speaker 1: please let me know. I can't answer because mine was
- 12:56Speaker 1: not painful? Was it not on your forearm? Now?
- 12:59Speaker 2: Didn't even barely felt it. I would have to say,
- 13:03Speaker 2: probably your spine or maybe your foot.
- 13:06Speaker 1: We'll know about that. Maybe inside your arm up there
- 13:11Speaker 1: by your armpit. No, because it's muscular, that's pretty sensitive.
- 13:17Speaker 1: So you gotta think where the skin's the thing the neck,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I don't neck probably doesn't feel great, I would, but
- 13:23Speaker 1: I would say anywhere near your spine or your feet,
- 13:26Speaker 1: because they're just so bony. Your feet probably hurt. It's
- 13:29Speaker 1: probably your feet. Then you got a lot more muscle
- 13:32Speaker 1: in your around your spine than you think you do.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Trust me, I know I've seen enough of it. But
- 13:37Speaker 1: I would have to believe it's probably or around the
- 13:42Speaker 1: you know, the other areas that some people like to
- 13:46Speaker 1: maybe hands. I could see hands being paid hands, and
- 13:49Speaker 1: I think hands and feet. I think you called it
- 13:50Speaker 1: right there. But anyway, so now UK will play Sunday
- 13:56Speaker 1: they're gonna host on the twenty six at two o'c
- 14:00Speaker 1: at Historic Memorial Coliseum. We already know who they're playing,
- 14:03Speaker 1: Oh we do, yes, Damn, it sounded like a moron again. No,
- 14:07Speaker 1: that's okay, it's gonna be Bayham's army. That's not ideal.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Who is the former Syracuse players? That's not what you
- 14:15Speaker 1: They're the best ones, aren't you. Yeah, they got a
- 14:17Speaker 1: they got some shooters. Yeah, okay, that'd be tough. But
- 14:21Speaker 1: you know what, it's gonna be in Lexington, so maybe
- 14:24Speaker 1: that help. That's a big advantage. Absolutely is a big advantage.
- 14:27Speaker 1: UK's comfort. I was the one thing I was surprised
- 14:30Speaker 1: last night last Saturday. Historic Memorial looked absolutely packed last night.
- 14:39Speaker 1: It was fairly imp.
- 14:40Speaker 2: That's I had the exact same thought he Every time
- 14:43Speaker 2: you got just like a glimpse of the upper deck,
- 14:46Speaker 2: it didn't look like empty anybody completely empty. So maybe
- 14:50Speaker 2: it was one of those things. They didn't allow him
- 14:51Speaker 2: to go up there. They wanted to be better looking
- 14:54Speaker 2: for TV and just have everybody sit down low.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I don't think that's the case at all. So I
- 15:00Speaker 1: because why did they not show up? Is it because
- 15:02Speaker 1: it was a blowout Monday night, and in Louisville there.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Probably there probably were a faction of fans that gave up.
- 15:11Speaker 1: If people were skeptical that, Okay, we're gonna lose. I
- 15:14Speaker 1: don't want to go and see a definite loss, especially
- 15:19Speaker 1: the U of L. And yet you missed the game
- 15:21Speaker 1: of the life there. I mean, it was fun. A
- 15:23Speaker 1: lot of people are saying TBT is boring, they don't
- 15:27Speaker 1: like TBT, it's kind of a joke of a tournament.
- 15:30Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on it is? They're not wrong,
- 15:33Speaker 1: But really, here's what it comes down to. We are
- 15:36Speaker 1: getting basketball in the middle of July and a time
- 15:39Speaker 1: of the year where normally there's nothing else going on.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So I like it. But I do too.
- 15:44Speaker 2: I do think that I can understand why people would
- 15:47Speaker 2: have the mindset that it's boring.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Well, I can tell you I didn't pay attention to
- 15:52Speaker 1: it until they got UK involved in it, and then
- 15:55Speaker 1: you got this team that's come along. This is the
- 15:57Speaker 1: third year that I think I've watched it and I've
- 15:59Speaker 1: really become interested in it, and I like it. Now.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Have I gone to a game? No, would I go
- 16:06Speaker 1: to a game? Yeah, have the opportunity presented itself. I
- 16:09Speaker 1: probably go.
- 16:09Speaker 2: If only the opportunity had presented itself this week. I know, sorry,
- 16:13Speaker 2: I just didn't. You're gonna give me a hard time
- 16:15Speaker 2: about that because you texted me Monday night, did you
- 16:18Speaker 2: go to the game? Did you go to the game?
- 16:20Speaker 1: I just what was your response? It was very Unmichael Bennett.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I didn't want to be around the crowd.
- 16:25Speaker 2: You said, nope, nope, not in the mood. I was like, wait, what, yeah,
- 16:31Speaker 2: what's going on with this guy?
- 16:32Speaker 1: I know, well, because the guy that invited me just
- 16:36Speaker 1: wanted me to go to just kind of throw it
- 16:38Speaker 1: back in the face of other people.
- 16:40Speaker 2: So damn fun man, if you would have went in
- 16:43Speaker 2: with the right mindset, that would have been a blast.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I just I I know, I don't I don't want.
- 16:47Speaker 1: I don't like to stir the pot. And that's what
- 16:49Speaker 1: my buddy wants to do, is stir the pot.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Okay, if you all are both stirring it, I think
- 16:54Speaker 2: it would have been a lot.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I know, I know, I just I just yeah, most
- 16:59Speaker 1: of you can guess who's trying to get me to go,
- 17:01Speaker 1: and I just I don't know. I just I just not.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I don't like that side of that person. So anyway,
- 17:08Speaker 1: I just I'm not going to But anyway, maybe I'll
- 17:12Speaker 1: go Sunday because nothing else is going on Sunday, so
- 17:14Speaker 1: I'll go over there for that shake and probably not,
- 17:18Speaker 1: but just trying to psych myself up. You're right, I
- 17:21Speaker 1: probably won't. I mean, I've got I've got four different
- 17:25Speaker 1: people asked me to go do stuff with them this weekend.
- 17:29Speaker 1: And you know, here's the sad part. I probably will
- 17:31Speaker 1: do none of it.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I haven't asked, had anybody asked me to do anything.
- 17:35Speaker 2: And that's how I want it. Really, that's kind of sad.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I want to do absolutely nothing.
- 17:39Speaker 1: And my wife tells me that's kind of sad that
- 17:42Speaker 1: I won't go do stuff with friends. Michael, you won't
- 17:44Speaker 1: have friends when you get older. It's like, okay, and
- 17:47Speaker 1: and that's kind of sad, and that is kind of sad.
- 17:50Speaker 1: But anyway, I was excited about the game last night.
- 17:54Speaker 1: I was excited that you can be it's got to
- 17:57Speaker 1: kill the U of L fan base, that you can
- 17:59Speaker 1: continue to beat them. Maybe see that's really maybe.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I was trying to go through that mindset this morning
- 18:07Speaker 2: on my show, as if I'm Louisville fan how do
- 18:10Speaker 2: I feel today? And honestly, as an Indiana fan, if
- 18:15Speaker 2: I put myself in the fans of Louisville shoes, yeah,
- 18:18Speaker 2: it sucks that we lost a lot familiar but again
- 18:20Speaker 2: it's a meaningless tournament in the middle of the summer,
- 18:23Speaker 2: So at the.
- 18:23Speaker 1: End of the day, doesn't mean anything. Oh it stings
- 18:26Speaker 1: a little bit, probably, it's sings a little bit, But
- 18:29Speaker 1: tomorrow or this afternoon, they're like, who cares.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Well, especially when you get on Twitter and you're seeing
- 18:34Speaker 2: all the tweets time Louisville One in Lexington was two
- 18:37Speaker 2: thousand and eight. Yeah, like that's probably pretty exhausting. Yeah, yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 2: well that's why. It's just like it's not much of
- 18:46Speaker 2: a rivalry. It's just this is where it really stings
- 18:49Speaker 2: to the U of L fans. It's not it hasn't
- 18:52Speaker 2: been a real rivalry in a long time. You look
- 18:56Speaker 2: back at the cal versus Patino days, it wasn't a
- 19:00Speaker 2: rivalry at all.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Col dominated U of L and Rick Patino completely, and
- 19:08Speaker 1: it's just like, this is just not much fun. When
- 19:12Speaker 1: you have one side beating the other side every single year.
- 19:19Speaker 1: It just kind of you're on the winning side. That
- 19:21Speaker 1: sounds like a blast of me. Well it is.
- 19:24Speaker 2: If Indiana rattles off fourteen straight against Purdue, you will
- 19:28Speaker 2: never hear me saying this just isn't much fun.
- 19:31Speaker 1: It's not all right, it's fun, but it's not much
- 19:34Speaker 1: of a rivalry. It's just not I can get behind that. Yeah,
- 19:38Speaker 1: And just like just like with Kentucky Tennessee on the
- 19:43Speaker 1: football side, Kentucky fans want that to be a rivalry
- 19:47Speaker 1: in the worst way, and it truly is not a rivalry.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Tennessee looks at Kentucky football and says, we're just gonna
- 19:53Speaker 1: beat you again, what's the big deal? And it's not
- 19:56Speaker 1: a rivalry. That's Alabama. Alabama fans look at Tennessee and like,
- 20:01Speaker 1: it's not a rivalry yet Tennessee fans desperately want to
- 20:05Speaker 1: beat Alabama. It's not a rivalry. It's gotta be pretty
- 20:09Speaker 1: even for it to be on the wins and losses
- 20:12Speaker 1: for it to be a rivalry. And that's how I
- 20:15Speaker 1: look at Kentucky, Tennessee, Tennessee, Alabama, U of L. Kentucky,
- 20:19Speaker 1: it's just not much of a rock. Now on the
- 20:21Speaker 1: football side, for UKU of L, I'd have to say
- 20:25Speaker 1: it's a pretty good rivalry, and it always has been.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Not the last two years they've been no. But again
- 20:32Speaker 1: it's been a good rivalry. That's been a fun football
- 20:35Speaker 1: rival but on basketball it's just not been. So we'll
- 20:39Speaker 1: see how it goes. And I like that Kentucky's got
- 20:44Speaker 1: the little bit of a rivalry going on with Arkansas. Again.
- 20:47Speaker 1: That was fun back in the nineties. The Kentucky Louisville
- 20:52Speaker 1: football series. Yes, Kentucky leads. Do you know what the
- 20:56Speaker 1: numbers are? Doesn't Kentucky lead by like one or two? Okay,
- 21:01Speaker 1: there you go. See that's a good rivalry. Nineteen and seventeen.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That's a great rivalry there. So I enjoy that, that's why.
- 21:08Speaker 1: But on the basketball side, completely different. It's not even close.
- 21:14Speaker 1: So I look at that. That's why I say every
- 21:16Speaker 1: year and people just kind of roll their eyes. It's
- 21:19Speaker 1: not much of a rivalry. That one is.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's okay, it's not it's thirty six, twenty four. Okay,
- 21:28Speaker 2: that's not bad. It's all right. So anyway, but actually
- 21:32Speaker 2: that's not right. I'll have to get a real number,
- 21:34Speaker 2: and it's it's gotta be bigger than that. Eighteen and forty. Yeah,
- 21:37Speaker 2: so there you go. Well it's bigger than that, but
- 21:39Speaker 2: that's just the recency of it. But yeah, it's just
- 21:42Speaker 2: not much of a rivalry. So anyway, we gotta take
- 21:45Speaker 2: a break. Uh five o two three four fourteen fifty.
- 21:47Speaker 2: You want to call it in five oh two four
- 21:49Speaker 2: to one four fourteen fifty. I'll get to your Texas
- 21:52Speaker 2: as soon as we get back on the whiskey Thief
- 21:53Speaker 2: text lin, don't you tweet me? It just the Cat Radio,
- 21:55Speaker 2: stay right there, It's a Thursday on just the Cats.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Yeah on me?
- 22:01Speaker 4: Oh Jason nose lining in dogs giving you a kid singer,
- 22:06Speaker 4: a ug girl lass.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Long as you in my arms, I'll never letting your
- 22:12Speaker 3: dog loving on a dirt road, little man jacket, fool
- 22:30Speaker 3: wheel drive, you and me in the backseat.
- 22:34Speaker 4: And a dashboard like slow Jam Alabama playing on my stereo.
- 22:41Speaker 1: It's like a dream from a movie scene. And we
- 22:43Speaker 1: can't let go, No, we can't let on. You're singing
- 22:48Speaker 1: hold of Treasure, you on my happy Are these new
- 22:52Speaker 1: songs you're wearing matters with you? You're not. No, I
- 22:55Speaker 1: haven't heard these two. I like these. Yeah, they're good.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, if you don't know s JD. Shelburn our
- 23:04Speaker 1: own JD Shelburn our good friend. I will have to
- 23:07Speaker 1: say Justin has become best friends with JD. I mean
- 23:11Speaker 1: he's he's left me behind, Jady. Oh, absolutely, JD and
- 23:16Speaker 1: you were tight. Wait you saw how Quickie texted me
- 23:19Speaker 1: back lay and he didn't call me or respond to me. Mary.
- 23:22Speaker 1: He said, he's all listen, just go through Justin before
- 23:25Speaker 1: you contact me. Please? Uh five two four fifty? You
- 23:30Speaker 1: want to text In? On the Whiskey Teek text line, John, here,
- 23:34Speaker 1: am I getting the right one? Yeah? Just a second? Okay?
- 23:40Speaker 1: Hey Michael? A three point shootout competition was mentioned with
- 23:44Speaker 1: Justin h on the text line, So I was this really?
- 23:49Speaker 2: Yeah, BUZS said, Buzz brought up Caitlyn Clark and Sabrina
- 23:53Speaker 2: I and ask you in the three point contest?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Oh for wnba okay? Uh? So I thought, what about
- 23:58Speaker 1: a Battle of the sexes. Clark versus Curry could bring
- 24:03Speaker 1: attention like King versus Riggs did in nineteen seventy three.
- 24:06Speaker 1: King was twenty nine and Rigs was fifty five years
- 24:09Speaker 1: of age. So I believe age should not be that
- 24:13Speaker 1: big of a deal. If they would put it on
- 24:15Speaker 1: Netflix or somewhere, I would watch it. They could have
- 24:20Speaker 1: this part of the program and have them do some
- 24:23Speaker 1: other skills, competition drills, and see who could I mean,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I'm having a hard time here who could be labeled
- 24:32Speaker 1: the best shooter? Maybe they have others and do a tournament.
- 24:36Speaker 1: What do you think? All right? So between Caitlin Clark
- 24:42Speaker 1: and Seth Curry, Steth or Steph, I'm sorry, Seth wouldn't win. Really,
- 24:49Speaker 1: Seth wouldn't win. Oh, Seth, I'm sorry, Steph Curry would
- 24:53Speaker 1: win without I don't care who you put out there. Yeah,
- 24:57Speaker 1: I agree. Steph Curry is crazy good at shooting. I've
- 25:03Speaker 1: watched the videos just because I'm absolutely fascinated by it
- 25:07Speaker 1: of him shooting all over the gym or the colliseum
- 25:11Speaker 1: wherever he's at, and it's just he has a knack,
- 25:16Speaker 1: and I'd love to know our talent for making shots
- 25:19Speaker 1: basically from anywhere. Yep, that's that's Steph for you. But
- 25:24Speaker 1: no offense to Caitlin Clark. I don't think it would
- 25:27Speaker 1: be close.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Steph recently kind of let me down. Oh really, So
- 25:31Speaker 2: you know how they do that pro am golf tournament
- 25:34Speaker 2: every year and all the celebrities watching that, Yesh, same,
- 25:38Speaker 2: I think that was last weekend.
- 25:40Speaker 1: But they always had that basketball hoop in the crowd.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yes, so I saw all kinds of videos guys walking
- 25:47Speaker 2: up there, girls walking up there, splashing shots. So Steph
- 25:51Speaker 2: Curry gets up there, he missed his first free and
- 25:56Speaker 2: I was thinking, what is happening to this guy? Wow,
- 25:59Speaker 2: he doesn't missed three threes in a row.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it was.
- 26:03Speaker 2: He really let me down and made me realize that
- 26:06Speaker 2: maybe Superman's not Superman anymore.
- 26:08Speaker 1: No he is. Maybe he was just doing it intentionally.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I don't know. But uh no, I no offense. I
- 26:16Speaker 1: appreciate that, John, but it will it wouldn't be closed.
- 26:18Speaker 1: So are you gonna watch the wn because they're on
- 26:23Speaker 1: All Star break right now? Right believe So, Yeah, No,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I'm not gonna watch. I'm not. Yeah, although I do.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I do like the w n B A and within
- 26:32Speaker 2: within my brain it has come a very very long
- 26:35Speaker 2: way in terms of just me wanting to watch. But no,
- 26:38Speaker 2: I'm I'm good on the All Star I'm not. I'm
- 26:41Speaker 2: just not a big All Star guy. I'm not a
- 26:43Speaker 2: w NBA guy. And it has nothing to do with
- 26:46Speaker 2: battle between the sexes. Okay, I just don't watch it.
- 26:49Speaker 2: It's just it's absolutely uninteresting.
- 26:51Speaker 1: To me because they can't dunk. That's part of it.
- 26:56Speaker 1: I like women's basketball. Something about the w N just
- 27:00Speaker 1: turned me off, and I would say a number of
- 27:03Speaker 1: y'all can figure that out what the reason is. But
- 27:06Speaker 1: I watch UK basketball. I love Kenny Brooks style of basketball,
- 27:11Speaker 1: and they are fun to watch. WNBA Nah, you can
- 27:15Speaker 1: keep it. Let's get to another text. One person said, pause,
- 27:21Speaker 1: if you are claiming that Dairy Queen better than McDonald's
- 27:25Speaker 1: but don't like biscuits and gravy, what are you even ordering?
- 27:29Speaker 1: There's a great question. What are you there?
- 27:38Speaker 2: I order the same thing every single time, the country platter, exactly.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Here's the best part. They'll do it. They'll make it
- 27:46Speaker 1: to order. So I get country platter, I get the ham,
- 27:51Speaker 1: I get eggs over easy. Are you ready? White toast?
- 27:57Speaker 1: That's how I like it. That's it. What do you mean?
- 28:01Speaker 1: And the hash brown comes along with But I don't
- 28:03Speaker 1: eat the hash brown. There's no like pancake or anything
- 28:06Speaker 1: in there. No, I don't want a pancake. I just
- 28:10Speaker 1: want my eggs, a little bit of toast, and my ham.
- 28:13Speaker 1: That's all I need.
- 28:14Speaker 2: My dad and all his brothers love pancakes, and I've
- 28:17Speaker 2: never understood. Oh really, I mean, they're okay. When my
- 28:20Speaker 2: wife makes them homemade, I love them. She'll make them
- 28:23Speaker 2: with blueberries in them.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Man, I am down for that. Yeah, that is a
- 28:28Speaker 1: fat day. I gained fifteen pounds. She's eating her pancakes.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I go to a restaurant. I'm not interested
- 28:35Speaker 1: because they're not my wife's. She can make them perfectly.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Because here's the weird part. I like them a little
- 28:40Speaker 1: undone on the inside. I don't get chicken and dumplings
- 28:45Speaker 1: anywhere because they're not my grandma's. Oh I like that.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I love chicken and dumplings. I love home stuff. I
- 28:52Speaker 1: love meat loaf. My mom used to make the best
- 28:54Speaker 1: meat loaf in the world. Exactly. I never know what
- 28:58Speaker 1: she's doing, but nobody gets that joke. But anyway, I'm
- 29:04Speaker 1: all listen, all right, I love pancake batter, all right?
- 29:08Speaker 1: Is a do you love batter? Cookie? Though? Sure? That's
- 29:14Speaker 1: the absolutely. Do you love cake batter, brownie batter, chocolate
- 29:20Speaker 1: brownie batter? For sure? Really? Okay, I love batter. I mean,
- 29:24Speaker 1: my gosh, if I could just get I could just
- 29:27Speaker 1: take a whole I did it one time I took uh.
- 29:31Speaker 1: I went to the store, I was by myself, bought
- 29:34Speaker 1: a I was feeling sorry for myself, I was lonely,
- 29:36Speaker 1: bought a box of cake mix, took it home and
- 29:40Speaker 1: ate the batter, not the entire thing, until I was sick.
- 29:44Speaker 1: It was disgusting. You never made the cake, No, never.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I didn't want the cake. I wanted the batter. How
- 29:49Speaker 1: disgusting is that? That was the life of Michael Bann.
- 29:52Speaker 1: So there's my order for yes. Okay. People are giving
- 29:57Speaker 1: me a hard time about this cracker barrel with a
- 30:00Speaker 1: uh with the biscuits and gravy. Yep, not doing it.
- 30:05Speaker 1: If I go there, I'm getting the same thing. I
- 30:07Speaker 1: get the same breakfast every time I go out to
- 30:10Speaker 1: a restaurant. This is disgusting, Michelle, I gotta be honest
- 30:13Speaker 1: with you. Is that, Michelle? Okay?
- 30:15Speaker 2: It is biscuits and gravy is my favorite food on
- 30:17Speaker 2: the entire planet. That does not look good, does not
- 30:22Speaker 2: look like a good variation of biscuits and gravy.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Okay, look at the gravy. It's like clumpy. All gravy
- 30:29Speaker 1: looks clumpy and disgusting to me. So you by you
- 30:32Speaker 1: showing me. That doesn't mean anything, Josh said, morning. Uh,
- 30:37Speaker 1: totally off topic. But it's summer radio. Y'all seen this
- 30:40Speaker 1: raccoon named Jimothy.
- 30:43Speaker 3: I have have you?
- 30:44Speaker 1: I have not seen this. I gotta see it now.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Oh this is awesome. Oh no, what's he doing? Nothing?
- 30:50Speaker 2: He's just got like a short spine, so he's very
- 30:54Speaker 2: funny looking. Oh really, but oh, poor guy, he's been
- 30:58Speaker 2: everybody sees him across the okay, and they freaking love it.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Really well, good, I hope Jimothy is okay. Well, speaking
- 31:06Speaker 1: of totally optophic, because this kind is a nice segue.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Did you see the bear out in the state of
- 31:13Speaker 1: New Mexico that climbed a utility pole? No, and was
- 31:19Speaker 1: sitting at the top of this utility pole just hanging out,
- 31:23Speaker 1: and people were calling nine to one one there is
- 31:25Speaker 1: a bear at the top of this utility pole and
- 31:30Speaker 1: nine one one says, yeah, we can't do anything about it. Well,
- 31:33Speaker 1: can you call wildlife and have them come help the
- 31:38Speaker 1: bear get down? No, we can't do that, they say,
- 31:40Speaker 1: they can't do anything, just leave it alone. Unfortunately, it's
- 31:43Speaker 1: not a good story. The bear got electrocuted. Stop. No
- 31:49Speaker 1: I'm not stopping, and I think, how sad is that?
- 31:53Speaker 1: So I thought, I thought, well, nine to.
- 31:55Speaker 2: One one needs to do a better job. I could
- 31:57Speaker 2: have done without that story today and fishing.
- 31:59Speaker 1: While life exactly fish and wildlife should have gone out there,
- 32:03Speaker 1: do something, turn the power off for a little bit,
- 32:05Speaker 1: maybe get a trank gun. Well, then then it would
- 32:07Speaker 1: fall and hurt itself. Well, do something for the poor bear.
- 32:11Speaker 1: It didn't know any better and it didn't survive. I
- 32:14Speaker 1: thought that was so sad. That is sad. Yeah, I
- 32:17Speaker 1: hated that story.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Oh thanks for bringing the rest of us I know, well,
- 32:23Speaker 2: I didn't have to share that with the class. Really well,
- 32:26Speaker 2: it reminded me of Timothy and Jimbly or Jimothy. Why
- 32:29Speaker 2: are they calling a Jimothy had a weird name. That
- 32:33Speaker 2: might be the worst name I've ever heard in my life.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I can't get on social media this week and not
- 32:39Speaker 2: see Jimothy.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Really, Okay, I'm gonna have to follow Jimothy from now on.
- 32:44Speaker 1: So uh we'll figure out the life of Jimothy. And
- 32:47Speaker 1: this is in Seattle, Washington. Yeah, okay, that makes me
- 32:51Speaker 1: want to go now, all right, we got to take
- 32:52Speaker 1: a break. Five O two three eight four, fourteen fifty.
- 32:55Speaker 1: You want to call in five O two four to
- 32:56Speaker 1: one four fourteen fifty. You want to text in, We'll
- 32:59Speaker 1: see this is just a cat.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Left ten rooms winding, storming door kids out on that
- 33:06Speaker 4: front four swing. Yeah, you owe my country game country name, girl,
- 33:14Speaker 4: You owe my country dame contry name. It's a Calloustan
- 33:36Speaker 4: on a combine, steering whill, east wing hammer, driving nails
- 33:41Speaker 4: in barn room, steel four wheel or cowboy and moving
- 33:45Speaker 4: that bull around.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Fablo two three four fourteen fifty. You want to call
- 33:51Speaker 1: in on the whiskey. You want to call in fable
- 33:53Speaker 1: two four one four fourteen fifty. You want to textile
- 33:56Speaker 1: on the whiskey? Keep text line as you can tell it. JD. Day,
- 33:59Speaker 1: I like JD. Shelburne Day. And because you've got a
- 34:03Speaker 1: whopping how many albums to choose from? Is it eight
- 34:06Speaker 1: or nine? Let me count real quick? Yeah he does
- 34:10Speaker 1: and independent guy that's just done really well. I just
- 34:15Speaker 1: big fan and I'm seeing I'm so glad to see
- 34:17Speaker 1: him doing being successful. One person said d Q has
- 34:21Speaker 1: the best breakfast burrito. It's giant, and I agree. Do
- 34:28Speaker 1: you like breakfast burritos? Is that one of weirdly. Yeah,
- 34:31Speaker 1: kind of the same way. I mean, it's just I'm
- 34:34Speaker 1: not big on scrambled eggs. They have to again, there's
- 34:38Speaker 1: some kind of weird part of Michael Bennett. I don't
- 34:41Speaker 1: like things fully cooked. I don't like, as I said,
- 34:45Speaker 1: I don't like pancakes fully cooked. I don't like brownies
- 34:50Speaker 1: fully cooked. I don't like a steak fully cooked. I
- 34:55Speaker 1: like it more on the rare side, medium, rare, rare.
- 34:58Speaker 1: What about bacon? Love it as soft as you can
- 35:01Speaker 1: get it? Brilliant? Oh yeah, I prefer it not cooked much,
- 35:06Speaker 1: which is not healthy. Uh, and I don't. I'm trying
- 35:12Speaker 1: to think what else I like ham. I couldn't be
- 35:15Speaker 1: any more opposite with you, really, and see, I like
- 35:17Speaker 1: my French fries. I want my when I go to
- 35:19Speaker 1: get French fries, I want my French fries barely cooked.
- 35:24Speaker 1: I like them as soft as they can be. I know,
- 35:27Speaker 1: I know it's weird. Go ahead. I was just gonna say,
- 35:29Speaker 1: I want my bacon the color of my iPhone and
- 35:31Speaker 1: I have a black iPhone. Yeah, I wouldn't eat it.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Matter of fact.
- 35:37Speaker 2: So when we were when I was at the lake
- 35:39Speaker 2: this weekend, was that Sunday morning, Saturday morning or Sunday morning,
- 35:43Speaker 2: they want to made breakfast. And he was like, well,
- 35:47Speaker 2: it's pretty cooked bacon. It cooks real quick. All you
- 35:49Speaker 2: gotta do is pop it in the oven. Well, somehow
- 35:51Speaker 2: he forgets about it. No, and he's all mad at
- 35:56Speaker 2: himself and puts another batch in and he comes out
- 36:00Speaker 2: on the porch where we were sitting, and he's in
- 36:01Speaker 2: a tizzy, like we burnt the bacon. And I was like, oh,
- 36:04Speaker 2: let me go check it out. I walked in the
- 36:07Speaker 2: house and I literally just grabbed the entire tray and
- 36:10Speaker 2: took it out to the portion of me. I was like, man,
- 36:12Speaker 2: I don't know what you're talking about. This is unbelievable.
- 36:15Speaker 1: That's disgusting. All right, So my wife will broil bacon,
- 36:20Speaker 1: but she'll put brown sugar and maple syrup on it,
- 36:24Speaker 1: and it's like candy. Oh, oh my gosh, it is
- 36:29Speaker 1: freaking amazing. Put a little bourbon on top of that.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Now imagine that darn oh man. So yeah, I love
- 36:37Speaker 1: my bacon uncooked. So there you go. I don't know
- 36:41Speaker 1: what it is that I like uncooked stuff. It's just
- 36:44Speaker 1: kind of a weird, weird thing about me. No, it
- 36:47Speaker 1: checks out. You're a weird, weird guy. Thanks. Yeah, we're
- 36:52Speaker 1: all weird. I really appreciate that. Let's see here, uh
- 36:58Speaker 1: pauh uh. I note, are you guys team waffle, pancake
- 37:03Speaker 1: or French toast. That's a great question right there. That's
- 37:07Speaker 1: a hard one, really, because for me, I don't like
- 37:11Speaker 1: sweet in the morning.
- 37:12Speaker 2: See, I don't either. I want a savory breakfast, don't.
- 37:15Speaker 2: I don't want cinnamon rolls.
- 37:16Speaker 1: I don't want.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Pancakes and waffles. But if I had to pick one
- 37:20Speaker 2: of those, I'd probably go French toast.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Would you really? Unless not a fan of French.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Unless the pancakes have chocolate chips in them, well that changes, man.
- 37:32Speaker 1: See I used to be all sugar in the morning,
- 37:37Speaker 1: and since I gave up sugar for the most part,
- 37:40Speaker 1: I don't want sugar at all in the morning. It
- 37:42Speaker 1: makes me sick. So I I just don't want pancakes anymore.
- 37:48Speaker 1: I don't want I used to have fruit loops in
- 37:51Speaker 1: the morning, pop tarts in the morning. Is that your
- 37:53Speaker 1: favorite cereal?
- 37:54Speaker 3: Oh?
- 37:54Speaker 1: Man, froot loops? You get me fruit loops with the
- 37:57Speaker 1: marshmallows in them. That was by far, And then you
- 38:02Speaker 1: know a company came out and said, you can buy
- 38:05Speaker 1: just the marshmallows. You can buy a gigantic bag of
- 38:08Speaker 1: just the breakfast marshmallows. And I'm like, that's a freaking
- 38:12Speaker 1: dream come true. And I was like, okay, I am obese.
- 38:15Speaker 1: I gotta stop. That's a serious issue. Yes, those are awesome.
- 38:21Speaker 1: I eat them by the handful. But no, here here's
- 38:25Speaker 1: the problem. I like waffles not by themselves. When I
- 38:30Speaker 1: go to a breakfast or our brunch, it's my dessert
- 38:35Speaker 1: because I get the waffles with the warm syrup, the
- 38:40Speaker 1: whipped cream, and strawberries. That's dessert. With chocolate chips on top,
- 38:45Speaker 1: that's dessert. So if it's blueberries with pancakes, I'm probably
- 38:52Speaker 1: picking the blueberry and pancakes.
- 38:55Speaker 2: See, I'm out on blueberry. Why is what's wrong? Blueberry's
- 38:59Speaker 2: my least favorite f I don't know. It's really something
- 39:01Speaker 2: about it. I don't know if it's a texture. I
- 39:03Speaker 2: don't know, if it's like those little seeds that are
- 39:05Speaker 2: inside of them. I don't something about blueberries.
- 39:07Speaker 1: I just don't care. See, I'm all about blueberries, and
- 39:10Speaker 1: they're good for you.
- 39:11Speaker 2: If they're I like them more if they are frozen.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Frozen blueberries are pretty good, but yeah, normal, I'm good.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Have you ever had frozen grapes? I don't believe so
- 39:22Speaker 1: they are to die for it. Just to let you know,
- 39:24Speaker 1: frozen grapes are unbelievable. The only fruit I do not
- 39:28Speaker 1: eat at all. Bananas they discuss me, and I'm so
- 39:33Speaker 1: jealous of people that like them. It's a texture thing
- 39:35Speaker 1: for me. It just as soon as I take a
- 39:38Speaker 1: bite of a banana, I am I'm just like, I'm
- 39:42Speaker 1: gonna throw up. I just can't do it. Yeah, even
- 39:45Speaker 1: though I love the flavor of banana, laughy taffy, my
- 39:48Speaker 1: favorite flavors banana, I love banana bread. I just can't
- 39:52Speaker 1: eat a banana by itself. I know that it's just weird.
- 39:55Speaker 1: But anyway, all right, let's talk about a little event
- 39:59Speaker 1: that happened the sec What yesterday I think it was
- 40:04Speaker 1: John summer Off. Was it yesterday or Tuesday? John summer
- 40:08Speaker 1: all ridiculed somebody because the phone rang when he was
- 40:14Speaker 1: up there on the podium. Yesterday. Was it yesterday? Okay?
- 40:18Speaker 1: He makes the comment, you'd be kicked out of our
- 40:21Speaker 1: team meeting. You're lucky.
- 40:22Speaker 2: I'm not gonna throw this freaking podium. And then what
- 40:27Speaker 2: did he say? He says something else at the end too,
- 40:29Speaker 2: like that ticks me off or something.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Yeah, and uh so there there's been a little beef
- 40:35Speaker 1: because maybe Tom Crean is now going to block me.
- 40:39Speaker 1: But Tom Crean came out and said he can't be
- 40:43Speaker 1: serious and embarrassing that person. Do you think they meant
- 40:46Speaker 1: for the phone to go off? Did it really need
- 40:48Speaker 1: that performative reaction? At least you got laughs. Hey, I
- 40:54Speaker 1: looked at this and thought I thought it was kind
- 40:56Speaker 1: of funny, and truthfully, every one in the media should
- 41:01Speaker 1: know make certain your phone is turned off. That's the thing.
- 41:06Speaker 1: And yes, that guy should or let young lady should
- 41:11Speaker 1: have been called out. I don't have any problem with
- 41:13Speaker 1: what John Summerl said. I don't know why it upset
- 41:17Speaker 1: Tom cream so much that he had to call out
- 41:20Speaker 1: John summer All on social media. Of course, John summer
- 41:25Speaker 1: All responded, he said, you're right, Tom, I wasn't serious.
- 41:30Speaker 1: I was joking. No he wasn't. You don't think so,
- 41:33Speaker 1: No he wasn't. I think he was.
- 41:36Speaker 2: I think he was serious but trying to play it
- 41:38Speaker 2: off as a joke. I'm on team summer All here.
- 41:40Speaker 2: And you said it best. Every media member knows to
- 41:43Speaker 2: mute your phone.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Yes, stupid.
- 41:45Speaker 2: Can you be in twenty twenty six to not have
- 41:48Speaker 2: your phone on silence? Disrespectful? It's it's disrespectful, it's incredibly unprofessional.
- 41:53Speaker 2: I hated seeing that too, and I liked summer All
- 41:56Speaker 2: going after.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Him the way he did. Yeah, I thought it was
- 41:58Speaker 1: well deserved. It's common and it should have been. And
- 42:02Speaker 1: he it's not like he called him out and says
- 42:04Speaker 1: who was that? What's your name? What outlet her you?
- 42:06Speaker 1: He didn't do any of that. He just called him
- 42:09Speaker 1: out and he should have. I just I don't know
- 42:12Speaker 1: the other thing that he stated. He goes UK is
- 42:14Speaker 1: where I played. It means a lot to me. Wouldn't
- 42:17Speaker 1: be where I'm at today if it weren't for how Mommy,
- 42:20Speaker 1: Guy Morris and Rich Brooks. I thought that was awesome.
- 42:25Speaker 1: That place helped me from going from being uh maybe
- 42:29Speaker 1: being a boy to a man. God. I love that.
- 42:33Speaker 1: So he credit to John Someral remembering where he came from.
- 42:37Speaker 1: That's why I love John Somerral. I'm almost to a
- 42:40Speaker 1: point where I was really disappointed that UK didn't hire
- 42:45Speaker 1: him and they waited so long and then Florida, you know,
- 42:48Speaker 1: scoops him up from Tulane because he didn't everywhere He's gone.
- 42:54Speaker 1: The school down in uh Birmingham. What was a school
- 42:57Speaker 1: called not Titan but uh uh I can't think of
- 43:01Speaker 1: I think there are the Titans. But then went from there,
- 43:03Speaker 1: he went to Tulane, did really well there. I just
- 43:08Speaker 1: think he's I'm nervous about Florida because I think he's
- 43:12Speaker 1: gonna go there and just do a bang up job there.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Or what if he's a plant. A lot of people
- 43:18Speaker 2: say Kenny Payne was a plan at Louisville. Maybe somemmer
- 43:20Speaker 2: on florida's a plant.
- 43:22Speaker 1: What do you mean he's a plant. He's just gonna
- 43:24Speaker 1: drive the program down. No, nobody wants to do that,
- 43:26Speaker 1: and Kenny Payne did not want to do that either. No,
- 43:30Speaker 1: I just don't money talks. Yeah, but your career and
- 43:35Speaker 1: your life, your livelihood means a lot more. Yeah, you're right.
- 43:38Speaker 1: I don't want to go conspiracy theory. No, I don't
- 43:40Speaker 1: believe any of that. And Kenny Payne, as far as
- 43:44Speaker 1: I'm concerned, he got screwed at UO of l Laugh
- 43:49Speaker 1: all you want, So why would you have that it
- 43:53Speaker 1: was not enough. Two years was not enough. Two years
- 43:57Speaker 1: with twelve wins the show for it. Yeah that's enough. Yeah, No,
- 44:00Speaker 1: he needed losses the leonor rhyme. He needed ten more years. There,
- 44:04Speaker 1: you're saying this tongue in cheek because you because I
- 44:07Speaker 1: would have loved to have had him. I thought he
- 44:09Speaker 1: was a fantastic coach at the uf L. I just
- 44:11Speaker 1: would have loved to see him win maybe ten more games.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Let's see what you're doing here. So I just I
- 44:16Speaker 1: think he was a great hire. I loved him. Shane Beemer, Well,
- 44:21Speaker 1: how much we know we don't have enough time to
- 44:22Speaker 1: talking about Shane Beemer. I want to take as much
- 44:25Speaker 1: time as I want to talk about Shane Beamer. You
- 44:27Speaker 1: were kind of making fun of me yesterday, by the way,
- 44:30Speaker 1: I was not. I can I tell you how much
- 44:32Speaker 1: I appreciate you feeling in for me yesterday. Of course
- 44:34Speaker 1: I wouldn't make it fun of you though. Come on,
- 44:37Speaker 1: I don't know why Michael didn't like these schools.
- 44:40Speaker 2: I was just saying that Shane beamers at the top
- 44:42Speaker 2: of your list of things you don't like.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Well, you know we should come up with that list
- 44:47Speaker 1: right there. What do you think the list of things
- 44:50Speaker 1: you've known me now officially two full years. What is
- 44:54Speaker 1: the list of things I don't like the most?
- 44:58Speaker 2: South Carolina and Shane Bey, Yeahkowitz, Yes, Taylor Swift and
- 45:05Speaker 2: Travis Kelcey.
- 45:06Speaker 1: I like Travis Kelcey.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Any celebrities being shown on any sporting of it, Yes, exactly.
- 45:12Speaker 2: You're missing in one place though, yeahs one school and
- 45:16Speaker 2: one coach. Oh, come on, it's in the ACC and
- 45:22Speaker 2: it's not Duke uh Hubert Davis.
- 45:27Speaker 1: And then No Sweeney yea, yeah, I mean that's another
- 45:33Speaker 1: one you forgot about Notre Dame. I mean, there are
- 45:37Speaker 1: things that just get on my nerves, and I'd have
- 45:40Speaker 1: to say Notre Dame is probably top of the list,
- 45:45Speaker 1: more so than Shane Beemer. Eli Dorka Witz. I love
- 45:49Speaker 1: the fact that you've nicknamed him Dorka Witz. Is that
- 45:51Speaker 1: something you came up with somebody else said it? I mean, God,
- 45:55Speaker 1: that is awesome. I do love that. And oh, Mark
- 45:59Speaker 1: Soops and I are good friends. I love Mark Soops.
- 46:01Speaker 1: He shouldn't lose it. He didn't mean any of what
- 46:04Speaker 1: he was saying last year about Mark Stoops. He just
- 46:07Speaker 1: wanted Mark Stoops there because he continued to beat him,
- 46:10Speaker 1: so anyway, he is a dork. Witz. All right, we
- 46:12Speaker 1: gotta take a break. Our two coming up. We'll talk
- 46:15Speaker 1: a little bit about what happened yesterday with my horse.
- 46:17Speaker 1: But o dopey, we'll see him out.
- 46:20Speaker 4: This is just a green veil stopping around.
- 46:24Speaker 1: Well, now, love a man when we crossed that cattle guard.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Welcome to Just the Cats with Michael Bennett. All right,
- 46:42Speaker 1: hour number two on this Thursday. If you want to
- 46:45Speaker 1: call in, you can do it at five O two
- 46:46Speaker 1: three four fourteen fifty. You want to text in on
- 46:48Speaker 1: the Whiskey Thief text line, and you can do that
- 46:49Speaker 1: five O two four to one four fourteen fifty. Here
- 46:52Speaker 1: can tweak me at Just the Cat Radio. Uh So, yesterday,
- 46:56Speaker 1: if you were listening, you know you knew I had
- 46:58Speaker 1: to take off for a little bit, uh to go
- 47:01Speaker 1: see Sovereign Spirit, one of my favorite horses. I love
- 47:06Speaker 1: this guy, and so I'm teasing when I call him dopey,
- 47:10Speaker 1: but he was a little dopey yesterday. So uh and
- 47:13Speaker 1: and again I appreciate you filling in for me for
- 47:15Speaker 1: a few minutes, which the Texters really helped you out too.
- 47:19Speaker 1: So but uh so I get there and uh, so
- 47:23Speaker 1: he's supposed to get his gate card yesterday, which I
- 47:26Speaker 1: didn't realize you had. Well, yeah I did. I mean
- 47:29Speaker 1: a lot of people didn't really out. Don't realize you
- 47:31Speaker 1: have to get a gate card. You have to get
- 47:33Speaker 1: approved by the people there at the track that this
- 47:36Speaker 1: horse can go to a gate and leave a gate.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Well he failed, okay, how so uh when they so
- 47:43Speaker 1: they loaded up perfect, no problem. Now he let him
- 47:46Speaker 1: stand there for a few minutes.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Let me ask you this before we go on. All right,
- 47:50Speaker 2: are other horses doing this at the same time. Absolutely,
- 47:53Speaker 2: he's doing the gate training others. He was in come
- 47:57Speaker 2: with what you call him company. So another horse is
- 47:59Speaker 2: right next to him. There were two horses that went
- 48:01Speaker 2: right before him. So he gets in there, loads up perfectly,
- 48:04Speaker 2: no problem, and the gate opens. The other horse takes off.
- 48:09Speaker 1: He stands. He just stands there, which made me laugh.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It's like, what are you doing, dude?
- 48:19Speaker 4: Go?
- 48:20Speaker 1: And he seriously he stood there for like a second
- 48:23Speaker 1: or two. Here's the crazy part. He still did the
- 48:27Speaker 1: breeze in forty nine seconds, which is crazy fast for
- 48:30Speaker 1: a guy that let somebody else go a second or
- 48:33Speaker 1: two fast before him. So that's why I'm calling him dopey.
- 48:37Speaker 1: It's like, what are you doing, dopey? Maybe we should
- 48:39Speaker 1: have Seri de Vou trained this one. No, no, no, no, no, no,
- 48:42Speaker 1: we're not saying that.
- 48:43Speaker 4: No.
- 48:43Speaker 1: Dale Romans and his assistant trainer, Baldemar Bahina are doing
- 48:49Speaker 1: a phenomenal job. I was just saying, she's used to
- 48:52Speaker 1: coming from behind. So oh oh, I get it, I
- 48:55Speaker 1: get it. Okay, well, yeah, please clarify that. Because no,
- 48:58Speaker 1: I love Dale Romans and his assistant train of Behena
- 49:01Speaker 1: ba Uh Baldemar Behina, and because I think they're doing
- 49:05Speaker 1: a great job. And I could tell they were disappointed
- 49:07Speaker 1: when they got back to the backside the barn and
- 49:11Speaker 1: it's like, Michael, we just need to work with him
- 49:13Speaker 1: some more. I mean, this happens sometimes with horses. They
- 49:16Speaker 1: don't take off, so but it'll be okay. And I'm like, okay, Oh,
- 49:20Speaker 1: it made me laugh. I would have been dying laugh exactly.
- 49:24Speaker 1: It's like, dude, it's time to go. And what was
- 49:27Speaker 1: funny is Behena said, yeah, he was kind of dancing
- 49:29Speaker 1: in the stall, just going back and forth, back and forth,
- 49:32Speaker 1: and they caught him in the middle of a dance
- 49:34Speaker 1: when he was trying to when the gate opened, and
- 49:37Speaker 1: so there's ways to fix that. And so anyway, that's
- 49:41Speaker 1: that's what happened yesterday. It was a bummer. There was
- 49:44Speaker 1: obviously a jockey on him too. Oh yeah, Martin Garcia
- 49:48Speaker 1: so well known Kentucky derby jockey. So I and I
- 49:52Speaker 1: like Martine and he used to he still does. I
- 49:56Speaker 1: think uh rode a lot for Bob Baffort. So he's
- 50:01Speaker 1: very successful, very accomplished jockey. Martin Garcia, gotcha. So yeah,
- 50:06Speaker 1: and Martin loves this horse, Sovereign Spear. So what's next.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Do you have to schedule another Yeah, you have to
- 50:13Speaker 1: do it again, yep, yep, So they'll do it. That
- 50:16Speaker 1: just delays when he's gonna raise because he's ready to race,
- 50:19Speaker 1: other than just getting his gate card. And you can't
- 50:21Speaker 1: you can't just go to a race and give everybody
- 50:25Speaker 1: else a couple of seconds a lead. There you gotta go,
- 50:29Speaker 1: I mean, that's that's the key to the race, right there,
- 50:31Speaker 1: is coming out of the gate quickly.
- 50:33Speaker 2: Now, is this something that could be a potential issue
- 50:37Speaker 2: moving forward, like say, say the next two or three
- 50:40Speaker 2: times he goes in, runs out perfectly, gets that gate card.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Is that something that you'd have to worry about in
- 50:47Speaker 2: the future that when he's lining up for a race,
- 50:49Speaker 2: that he would pull that same maneuver.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Absolutely. Yeah. The one thing that Baldemar was telling me, Yes,
- 50:55Speaker 1: Jay said, Michael, what we can do is just at
- 50:58Speaker 1: when you go to the real gate. Uh, there are
- 51:01Speaker 1: more cushions that keep it really tight on the horse
- 51:04Speaker 1: to keep them from doing that. So that's what they're
- 51:07Speaker 1: going to do the next time he goes to try
- 51:09Speaker 1: and gets his gate card the next couple of weeks,
- 51:11Speaker 1: they'll add those cushions so it's really tight and then
- 51:14Speaker 1: when that gate opens up, he takes off.
- 51:16Speaker 2: I've always thought that the back gate where they load
- 51:18Speaker 2: the horse in, you know how they open outwards. Yeah,
- 51:21Speaker 2: I've always thought when the race starts, they should open
- 51:24Speaker 2: inwards to the horse.
- 51:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it could. It could create injury. So that's why,
- 51:30Speaker 1: because their back legs could hit that gate. Yeah, so no,
- 51:33Speaker 1: you don't want to do that. I mean it's up
- 51:35Speaker 1: to the jockey to just make sure the horse is
- 51:38Speaker 1: ready and go. And that just didn't happen yesterday, So
- 51:40Speaker 1: it's all good. I could tell Martin. I think they
- 51:44Speaker 1: were worried that I was going to be mad and
- 51:47Speaker 1: that was going to be, you know, really negative about it,
- 51:50Speaker 1: and I'm like, no, it's okay, guys, don't worry about it.
- 51:52Speaker 1: I know you'll get it figured out. And I think
- 51:54Speaker 1: they're kind of relieved when I reacted the way I did.
- 51:57Speaker 1: But I can tell Martine it's like, man, I love
- 51:59Speaker 1: this horse. I promise you I want to ride him
- 52:02Speaker 1: in the race. And I'm like, okay, don't worry about it.
- 52:05Speaker 1: So anyway, yeah, exactly. The frustrating part to me is
- 52:10Speaker 1: I'm ready for the horse to race. I just am.
- 52:13Speaker 1: I am. I mean, I've got two one that was
- 52:17Speaker 1: up in New York at Saratoga. She was ready to race.
- 52:20Speaker 1: She had her breeze. I think I told you this,
- 52:22Speaker 1: didn't I a week ago last Sunday, and then comes
- 52:24Speaker 1: out with a hot knee, and so she's on the
- 52:29Speaker 1: as I like to say, the IR list. So she's
- 52:32Speaker 1: back in Maryland. Is that what they call it hor
- 52:34Speaker 1: I don't know, but that's what I call it. So
- 52:36Speaker 1: she's back in Maryland at a farm there, off for
- 52:38Speaker 1: three months. And I've got another one that had colic
- 52:41Speaker 1: surgery last week and she's back at the farm. She
- 52:46Speaker 1: was at Keenland, that's the one being trained by Surta Vo.
- 52:49Speaker 1: She's at Keenland, or she was and now she's at
- 52:52Speaker 1: a rehab there just about three miles away from Keenland
- 52:55Speaker 1: for off for two months. So it's like I'm already
- 52:58Speaker 1: down too and I'm ready for are these other ones?
- 53:01Speaker 1: How does? How does it all work with the cost
- 53:03Speaker 1: of that?
- 53:03Speaker 4: All? Right?
- 53:04Speaker 2: Is you're all syndicate having to cover all that like surgeries,
- 53:07Speaker 2: rehabs absolutely thousand.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Yeah, unless you get an insurance and insurance will help
- 53:12Speaker 1: you with that as well. Okay, so yeah, no, we
- 53:15Speaker 1: pay for it all Who do you think pays for it?
- 53:17Speaker 1: Do you have insurance? Yes? On the good ones? On
- 53:20Speaker 1: the bad one's no soon is there bad? Hey dude, Yeah,
- 53:24Speaker 1: your insurance is cut off.
- 53:27Speaker 4: I know.
- 53:28Speaker 1: But it just depends on how much you pay for
- 53:31Speaker 1: the horse. If you pay a lot of money for
- 53:33Speaker 1: the horse, you definitely want to insure it. Sure, you
- 53:35Speaker 1: don't pay much money for the horse, No, it's gonna
- 53:37Speaker 1: cost you more than what you paid for the horse
- 53:39Speaker 1: on the insurance, so you don't want to Yeah. Yeah,
- 53:42Speaker 1: So like like a thirty thousand dollars fifty thousand dollars anything.
- 53:46Speaker 1: It's kind of cut off at one hundred. Anything less
- 53:49Speaker 1: than one hundred thousand dollars, you don't ensure anything more
- 53:52Speaker 1: than one hundred thousand dollars. Absolutely better insure it, because
- 53:55Speaker 1: horses can get dumb sometimes and kick themselves in the
- 53:59Speaker 1: stall and then all of a sudden you break an
- 54:01Speaker 1: ankle and then guess what their life is over. So anyway,
- 54:05Speaker 1: that's just one of those things. I look forward to it,
- 54:08Speaker 1: but hopefully something sometime soon. I got a conversation this
- 54:11Speaker 1: afternoon with John Sadler to talk about one of the
- 54:14Speaker 1: horses that I'm hoping he's going to be taken. So yeah, yeah,
- 54:17Speaker 1: I'm excited about all the other ones we have. The
- 54:19Speaker 1: other four Maximus Mischief, Essential quality, Shucks man can remember
- 54:28Speaker 1: your horse's names? No, no, no, no, these are the
- 54:31Speaker 1: sires thereby. So one is essential by essential quality, greatest honor,
- 54:37Speaker 1: Jimmy Creed. I mean, it's just all really really nice
- 54:41Speaker 1: pedigrees right there. So the Maximus Mischief is really a
- 54:44Speaker 1: beautiful looking horse. Wait till you see the essential quality.
- 54:47Speaker 1: His name is hunting Goodwill. I tried to get it
- 54:51Speaker 1: to be Goodwill Hunting, but the Jockey Club wouldn't accept it.
- 54:56Speaker 1: Why because it's related to a movie, and says I
- 55:00Speaker 1: too much public. Uh persona, there, you can't do that.
- 55:04Speaker 1: It has to be something else. I said, how about
- 55:06Speaker 1: hunting Goodwill? And they're like, okay, they accepted that one. Yeah,
- 55:11Speaker 1: we still got to name the Maximus Mischief. Haven't named
- 55:13Speaker 1: him yet, but the good the greatest honor. That's a Philly.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Her name is her honor. And have it named the
- 55:22Speaker 1: car Carol Philly. That's that's by Carra Carrol. She's a
- 55:26Speaker 1: beautiful dark bay that Cheri de vo has Shari really
- 55:29Speaker 1: liked him. I liked her and so did her husband,
- 55:32Speaker 1: David and Gordo. That's who picked her out. So that's
- 55:35Speaker 1: the one that just had the colic surgery. But anyway,
- 55:37Speaker 1: I could talk about this all day. Yeah I know,
- 55:40Speaker 1: and I'm sorry about that. But one person texted in
- 55:44Speaker 1: fruit doesn't fit my diet. Too many carbs. Carbs are
- 55:49Speaker 1: my enemy. Heard that text her is fruit of carb.
- 55:54Speaker 1: I have no idea. I thought fruit was fruit. Anyway.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Phones are ridiculous. I have heard phones at weddings, funerals, movies, church,
- 56:04Speaker 1: anywhere that should be quiet. I remember not too long ago.
- 56:09Speaker 1: I'm at church, the phone continues to ring. It's like,
- 56:14Speaker 1: are you going to answer it already? I was frustrated
- 56:18Speaker 1: by that. Probably didn't want people to know who where
- 56:20Speaker 1: it was coming from. You think it's got to play
- 56:22Speaker 1: it cool, like I kind of got the feeling it
- 56:25Speaker 1: was an older person that just clearly didn't hear it,
- 56:28Speaker 1: hear it exactly. It's like, well, then how do you
- 56:31Speaker 1: hear the sermon if you're not here in your phone? Anyway?
- 56:36Speaker 1: That's one person said, did y'all see Sid the sloth Carson?
- 56:42Speaker 1: I know that's hard to say, Sid the sloth? Carson
- 56:44Speaker 1: Beck signed his rookie deal with Arizona. Any thoughts on
- 56:48Speaker 1: if he'll be uh QB one this season? No shot?
- 56:52Speaker 1: Really no shot? All right, Well let's talk about that
- 56:57Speaker 1: because all the number one car quarterbacks with the exception
- 57:03Speaker 1: of Carson Beck, have not signed their contracts yet, including
- 57:09Speaker 1: your Mendozap. What's going on? Why are they not signing
- 57:14Speaker 1: their contracts?
- 57:16Speaker 3: That?
- 57:16Speaker 1: I don't know, especially with Nando, I have no idea.
- 57:19Speaker 1: What's going on? Well, they're saying with Fernando and the
- 57:23Speaker 1: reason he hasn't signed his contract, and it's a value
- 57:26Speaker 1: of fifty seven million dollars installed due to his bonus,
- 57:34Speaker 1: Mendoza wants all of his money up front. The Raiders say,
- 57:38Speaker 1: that's not what we do. We pay in installments, so
- 57:43Speaker 1: we want to pay you like we pay everybody else's
- 57:46Speaker 1: bonus in installments. Of course, that helps the Raiders, but
- 57:50Speaker 1: Mendoza's like, man, you give me the lump sum. That
- 57:53Speaker 1: helps me. So I cause you can't tell which ways better.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I mean, the install alement's obviously better for the company,
- 58:02Speaker 1: and the bonus in one lump sum is better for Mendoza.
- 58:06Speaker 2: How's this going to turn out? It's a great question.
- 58:09Speaker 2: I mean it'll Fernando's a great kid. They'll find a
- 58:13Speaker 2: way to make it work, and he'll end up signing.
- 58:15Speaker 2: I have no doubt about that. But I did hear
- 58:17Speaker 2: yesterday apparently the Raiders came out and said that Fernando
- 58:22Speaker 2: will not start.
- 58:23Speaker 1: At No, No, he won't.
- 58:25Speaker 2: I kind of knew that, not me, No, I was
- 58:29Speaker 2: under the assumption three four, five games into the season
- 58:33Speaker 2: Fernando will be thrown out there like first round picks
- 58:35Speaker 2: typically are. But that was very surprising to hear that
- 58:39Speaker 2: Kirk Cousins going to lead the way the whole season,
- 58:41Speaker 2: and that kind of sucks because it's taken away opportunities
- 58:44Speaker 2: from Fernando.
- 58:45Speaker 4: No.
- 58:45Speaker 1: I couldn't disagree more. Kirk Cousins is a great leader,
- 58:50Speaker 1: and the one thing about Kirk Cousins he'll he'll help
- 58:53Speaker 1: Mendoza those his days are numbered. So I think the
- 58:57Speaker 1: best thing is let's let Mendoza get used to of
- 59:00Speaker 1: the game, because you know, it's one thing when you
- 59:02Speaker 1: go from high school to college, the speed is completely different.
- 59:06Speaker 1: But I don't think people realize how much faster the
- 59:10Speaker 1: game is from college to pro and for him to
- 59:15Speaker 1: take his time, I think it's in the best interest
- 59:17Speaker 1: of Fernando Mendoza to sit back and let Kirk Cousins
- 59:21Speaker 1: kind of bring him along. See I'm the opposite of
- 59:24Speaker 1: that at all. I'm not. I'd much rather throw him
- 59:27Speaker 1: out there, let him get the experience and get injured,
- 59:29Speaker 1: not do well, get down. It becomes a mental case
- 59:32Speaker 1: and guess what his career is over well.
- 59:35Speaker 2: I mean, if you want to talk injuries, Fernando's gonna
- 59:37Speaker 2: be starting at some point this season because there's no
- 59:39Speaker 2: way Kirk Cousins.
- 59:40Speaker 1: Goes the whole year.
- 59:41Speaker 2: No way, Okay, all right, I'm not I'm not wishing
- 59:45Speaker 2: anything on Kirk Cousins. Yeah, but he's old. That's the
- 59:48Speaker 2: one thing that happened with Tim Couch. Listen, when he
- 59:52Speaker 2: went to the Browns. That was a brand new team.
- 59:56Speaker 2: That wasn't the Cleveland Browns that we all knew. We
- 59:59Speaker 2: remember the Cleveland Brown's moved over to Baltimore. This was
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: everybody was brand new. So Tim Couch goes there has
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: a completely brand new line, never worked put together before,
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: didn't protect, didn't take care of the quarterback. That's why
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: he got injured, and that's why his career was so short.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: If Tim Couch had gone to anybody else that had
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: a season coaching staff and a season offensive line, I
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: think Tim Couch's career would have been completely different. And
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: nobody's ever gonna be able to convince me of that
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: any other way. That is the reason his career was
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: shortened like it was now. Mendoza, same thing. It could
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: happen if they throw him out within two or three games. Man,
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: I just think it's a recipe for disaster. I mean,
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: the Raiders are not gonna be good, no, so why
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: throw them out there if they're not going to be good?
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Why risk the all of that?
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I get it. I see what you're saying. By the way,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: UK football at another player yesterday, no surprise. Are you
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: ready for this another juco? His name's Jordan Colbert. Are
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: you ready for where his position is tailback? It's another
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: running back exactly. This now makes eight running backs at
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: UK that will Stein is signed, and he comes from
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Fresno City College in California. I mean I looked at
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: this as like, wow, man, congratulations Chase Jordan Colbert. But
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: are you ever going to see the light of a field.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Are we expecting a lot of injuries in the running
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: back room? Yeah? I don't know.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: I don't know if I doubt it, because you can't.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: You don't want to go into a season with that
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: type of mindset. But I don't know if his plan
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: is to just shuffle a bunch of guys in and out,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: keep keep the fresh legs out on the field, that
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: would that would check out.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: But I mean, all eight of these aren't You're not
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: going to be able to rely on all eight of them. No,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: not at all.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: There's probably gonna be four or five that you really
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: really trust that you could throw out there at all
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: times and anytime, and that's what he'll roll with.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: But it is funny.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: The one thing where it did work well is when
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: John Schlharman was head coach of the offensive line and
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: nobody cared that they didn't start. They just came in
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: and out, in and out, in and out, in and out.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: They all knew they were going to play. And that
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: was when the big Blue Wall was established and was
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: so successful. I do like that now. Maybe will Stein
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: does do that with the running backs, but I'm hoping
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: that the offensive line is going to be that way
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: again because we talked about it yesterday how highly ranked
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: this offensive line is so far preseason. Man, if they
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: keep running these players in and out, there's keeps them fresh,
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: keeps them uninjured, and guess what when somebody does go down,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: no worries the other player's been playing anyway. Just keep
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: going through the offensive line. And I think that is
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: the most positive trend when you have an offensive line
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: being the coach that certain way and playing that way,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: because it keeps it it does it keeps him fresh,
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: uninjured all kinds. That's when you get injuries and when
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: you're tired, and that's what could happen to Mendoza. He
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: gets tired out there. He's not used to the game
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: being so fast. In boom, He's done, and I hope
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: that doesn't happen. I'm like you, I don't root for Eyeu,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: but I'm rooting for him because he's awesome, because he's
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: just a nice kid. The people that don't like him,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: you must be jealous of him. I've never seen a
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: young man be nicer to everybody. I mean, I'd love
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: to meet him.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: He donated TWOL That's insane.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: He didn't take any in il. He gave it all away.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: He just gave it. Tell me another player that's doing
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: something like that couldn't be me.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: I do.
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: I would want the money. I might have given a
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: hundred thousand away, but I'm keeping the whole thing. With
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: this contract negotiation, it's gotta be the the agents that's
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: doing this. It's not Mendoza that's saying I need my
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: money right now. I would say it's his agent. And
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: I just wish they could get agents out of all sports.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: I think we'd be in a better place. That's the
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: one thing I respect with Lamar Jackson. His mom is
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: his agent.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: I think if you remove agents, then that really that
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: would open the door for these franchises take advantage of
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: these guys. Yeah, that seems like a disaster. Yeah, I
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: mean there's gonna be some that are smart and could
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: figure all this stuff out. But imagine how many athletes
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: they're They're just gonna hear a number and be like,
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm in Well, it's like, we we got
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: him for ten percent of what he should have cost
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: because he's an idiot.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know what, Uh, but they would be
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: keeping that money for themselves, the player would be other
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: than giving all that money a third would how much
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: agents make a third of it? I know lawyers make
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: thirty three percent. I would guess sports agents, yeah, fifteen
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: most too much. But well anyway, I just kind of
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: go where agents are not good for sports. So and
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: now you got them in college, which is making a
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: thousand times worse. And that's where I believe UK basketball
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: has been used more than really these players are wanting
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: to come to UK. They're just being used because they
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: know UK has deep pockets and you know what, you
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: don't want to go to the UK, But we're gonna
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: act like you do, and we'll get more money out
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: of the school you really want to go to. That's
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: what I firmly believe that. And it's not Mark Pope's fault.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: It's the agents. They're slimy. Yeah, yeah, they are. Well anyway,
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: I was gonna say, just like lawyers, but there are
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: good lawyers out there too. They're good agents out there
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: as well. There's sliminess in every business. But all right,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: we gotta take another break. Favel two three four fourteen
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: fifty five O two four one four fourteen fifty stay
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: right there, just cats coming right now?
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: Do you think my car was f on?
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: Classic? Wait his time?
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: When the wheel traffic? Were you there in that seat?
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Look, it's all fine by me. When the wind again?
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: Heaven n b What are you my say? Dan?
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: You?
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: Burne is our father from cash as Clay to the cold.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Miner's daughter saw Mills to the Oldville slaughter l A
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: on the peanut butter. We thank god we were born
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: from a mother.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: F two four on four fourteen You want to text
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: me on the h whiskey p text? I like that
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: straight from Kentucky right there? What's the peanut butter?
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: About that peanut butter? Yeah? What am I missing? Oh?
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: I wouldn't listen to the lyrics.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: He's naming, like all the things that make Kentucky Kentucky
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: AL eight one, but he mentions peanut butter.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Oh really, I don't know. Is Jiffy from Louisville are Kentucky?
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. I've never heard that before.
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: I know we've talked about it before. But what are
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: the famous things from Kentucky? L eight one is definitely
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: it's not a drink I don't necessarily care for. But
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: Louisville Slugger. He does mention that bourbon bourbon, of course,
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: every bourbon you can think of from Kentucky. About this,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: what Jeff as in Louisville? I just said, Jeff had
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: no idea. I didn't either.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: Is Fisher's now gone? Oh no, that's in Lexington? Sorry, okay,
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: well that's okay, it's in Lexington. Is there's the mattress
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: company over there that's really famous, Temper Pedi. You know,
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: you hear that all over the country. Temper Peedick is
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: based in Lexington, Kentucky. Interesting, the big fan company, big
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: ass fans that has become so popular.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: I forgot what I forgot about those? Yeah, those are awesome.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: When we redid totally tore down our back deck, I
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: put big ass fans underneath our deck. They're awesome. I
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: think they're the.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: Coolest looking things. I'll never forget when I first saw
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: one of those in a high school gym. Yes, and
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: the color guy was working with at the time for
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: that game. He's an older guy, probably in his eighties,
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: and I was.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Like, man, that's a big fan. And he looks at
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: me and he goes, no, that's a big ass fan.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: I knew that was.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: I thought he was kidding with me. Yeah, Now, come
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: to find out that's what they're that's their name exactly.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: Based in Lexington, Kentucky.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: The first one I ever saw was at a Florida
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: what's the Miami team the Marlin a Marlins game and
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: they had them at the stadium and I'm like, wow,
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: those are really cool.
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: I'm really sad that the Marlins took out the aquariums
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: and then I didn't then, and then I didn't get
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: down there to see them before they did. Remember when
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: they built that new park behind home plate, that whole like, oh,
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: I know, I didn't know there was aquariums, Like in
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: the wall.
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: It was awesome.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and then they had one in out in the
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: outfield as well. One of the outfield walls there was
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: a big aquarium.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: I didn't realize that. Yeah, they've got one in Tampa
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: Bay Rays at Tropicana Field where the rays are.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: But you can't see them from the field level. You
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: could see these aquariums from the field level at the
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Marlins game.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: No, there's a glass that you can see through out
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: in the outfield that you can I thought they did.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: But you can go over there before the game and
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: feed the rays, which just really cool. I've done that
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: for you. Been to Yeah, okay, two baseball stadiums. I've
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: been to. What else is famous in the state of Canentucky? Anything?
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: We've talked about the ice cream, ice cream of the future.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: What's it called Dippin' Dots. That's from Kentucky, Paducah, Kentucky.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: You didn't know that. That must have been when you
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: were gone, So Matthew and I must have talked about. Yes,
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Dippin' Dots was invented and the company is based in Paduca, Kentucky.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: Of all places, forty eight handily says Parnell Sausage. Oh Alpernell, Yes, oh,
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: I love those commercials. That to me, there are commercials
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: out there that relax me anytime, and I don't hear
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: them anymore. Anytime I would hear Alpernell, it's like That's Home.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: I mean that always was just a feel good commercial
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: talking about the whole Hog sausage and just the way
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: he said it.
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: His grandson, his grandson, are great grandson went to school
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: with my son here in town at KCD. That's pretty cool. Yeah,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: and they were some of the nicest people. But anyway, um,
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: let's see here, Josh said, I think with the Raiders
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: history or screwing up players, easing Fernando into the fold
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: is the best way to go about it. I think
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: they know what they're they have and Tom is in
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: the background saying hold up, let's take our time.
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: Probably so yeah, I mean Tom didn't start his first year,
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: so yeah, there is something to be said for that.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: Josh also said Pronelle's Old Folks Country sausage. Holly Carburetors
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: started in Michigan but been based out of Bowling Green
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: for a million years. I've never heard of Hollycarburetors, but
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: I trust you, how many different carburetors have you heard
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: of zero exactly. Yeah, I mean I don't know anything.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: I don't even know what a carburetor does. Okay, I
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: know it's in a car. I have no idea what
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: a carburetor is. Okay, make fun of me. I'm not
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: making fun because I don't know either, Okay. Good corvettes,
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I think people forget corvettes are manufactured and
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I think there's some other
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: things down there in Bowling Green. But oh yeah, there's
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: the Fruit of the Loom. That's right, that's a great one.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Fruit of the Loom is based in bowl of all places,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: Bowling Green, Kentucky. I think that's pretty good. Mammoth Cave. Yeah,
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: but that's not necessarily a company forty eight handily. I'm
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: just I'm talking more about companies and products that are
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: made and raised right here in Kentucky that are known nationwide,
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: if not worldwide.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: All the ones we named are better than Grippos and Skyline.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: So suck at Cincinnati. Oh geez, here you go with
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: a Grippos and Skyline stuff. I mean, why are you
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: so so much hatred when it comes to Grippos and Skyline?
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: Grippos Skyline.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: Grippos and Skyline are my version of you seeing Taylor
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: Swift and a crowd at a sporting event.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Really yeah, okay, all right, well that's your prerogative. So
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: what do you think about the Sho Heo Tani one
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: of a kind gold card Logo Man card that's out.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Have you heard about this, because you're looking at me
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: like you don't know anything what I'm talking about. So
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: the card features two gold logo man patches. You know
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: what I'm talking about, the MLB logo man that they
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: put on. That's the baseball player. So they got two
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: patches on there, one that he actually wore from twenty
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: twenty four on his uniform and then another one that
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: he actually wore last year's season twenty twenty five. Then
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: he has two autographs, one that appears to be in
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: English and another autograph down below one that appears to
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: be in Japanese. They are already seeing this is one
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: of one, so you cannot get and it's being sold
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: anywhere by tops in the world, and people are saying
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: this is now the Willie walk Wanka Golden Ticket because
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: are you ready for what the bounty is on this?
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: Somebody's already offering a bounty for this card book four million,
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: two and a half million dollars. They are saying the
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: card is gonna be worth more than three million dollars
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: when they find cheese op just for an a show, Hey,
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Otani card is it time to start getting back into
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: the in the sports cards? I don't know, but man,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: the odds of finding that thing are like probably winning
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: the lottery. Yeah, don't you think for sure? So, I
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: just I don't see it as something that's realistic to
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: go out there and find I'm gonna get this card? No,
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: I'm just I'm not seeing it. But imagine that feeling
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: if you did.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Oh, that would be awesome. Yeah, now I told you
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: I was gonna tell you about a one of one. Yes,
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: I'm ready. I don't have as much info on it
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: as you did. I don't have a value of what
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: it what it would be. But have you seen the
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: picture floating around of messy next to a bathtub with
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: a baby, and that baby is Laminium, all from Spain. No,
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: so it is a picture taken many, many many years ago,
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: obviously because what mean's now nineteen? But they are turning
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: that picture into a one of one card as well.
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: Oh really, which is pretty awesome on account of they
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: just played for the World Cup.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, that is that might I'm looking at the
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: picture now. That might be one of the creepiest pictures
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: I ever seen. Okay, that's just weird. Okay, all right,
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: it is a pretty weird picture. Yeah, that would be
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: something great, I got it. I'm selling it.
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: But the fact that they had that interaction when you
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: mean was a baby, and then now they just played
- 1:15:42Speaker 2: each other in the World Cup final and they're gonna
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: turn this into a card, it's pretty cool story.
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, what do you think about the viewers for
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: the World Cup Spain versus Argentina. That was nuts? Huh?
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: That was nuts? Yeah uh, they said it was what
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: it's sixty six million viewers to watch that. It's pretty crazy.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: It's more than the NBA and more World Series, but
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: did not surpass the twenty twenty six in NFL Super Bowl,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: which had one hundred and twenty five point six million vigures.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: But that is pretty cool for a sport that's not
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: necessarily really popular in the United States. And our team
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: wasn't playing exactly And that's the other part I was
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: getting ready to say it's not USA. If it was
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Team USA, I would have to say I bet it
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: would have more than doubled, wouldn't you agree or not?
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: I don't know if it's doubled, but I do think
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: it would have easily been over one hundred thousand, hundred million.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: Yeah, so Super Bowl twenty twenty six had one hundred
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: and twenty five point six million vigears. You don't think
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: it would have surpassed. I listen, this is World Cup,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: and I mean Team USA has never been in the
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: championship game. I kind of would maybe put it pretty
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: close to that.
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: The fact that they've never been in the championship, Yeah,
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: that might sway even more people to check it out.
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: But we'll never know, because I don't know what they'll
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: ever get there.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Oh so you think they'll never get there, I'm not
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: gonna I'm not gonna say that. I don't think I'll
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: be alliwed to see it. Yeah, I'm just I hate
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: to say it. I was not a part of that
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: sixty six million viewers. I didn't watch a second of
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: that game.
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: Every listener just gasped, what, Yeah, I they didn't watch
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: the soccer game.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: No, No, That's another thing you should have mentioned earlier
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: that I can't stand is soccer. Yeah, listen, I think
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: there there should be a ranking of things, and in
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: this horrible thinking, what are the things I love? I mean,
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: that's that's the things I love, not the things I dislike.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: Patricia Bennett, Oh, yes, absolutely, your boys, because that's probably
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: I'm probably on her things that she dislikes. Yeah, I'm
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: probably top of the list right there. Yeah, Max and
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Mason would be on there.
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: Heat, oh warm, I love warm weather. You're exactly correct.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: Being around water in any capacity that's relaxing to be
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: in horses and horses, Yeah, yeah, yeah. Anytime I'm around
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: a horse, I can tell you the relation. It doesn't
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: matter if it's a bad horse, ugly horse, a mean horse,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: or anything. A beautiful horse that's as friendly as they
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: can be. It doesn't matter. It's just something about being
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: around a horse and being on a boat that just
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: I am so relaxed. I get it. Yeah, not with horses,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: but with the boat. I'll tell you another one that's
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: that's hard for me being around large groups of people.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: But you're a people person. That's the weird part. It
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: depends on the day. Sometimes I'm a people person. Sometimes
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: it's an act. I just don't want to be around people.
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: Isn't that terrible? I just don't want to be around
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: people's That's why I'm kind of weird. Sometimes I'm out,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: outgoing and gregarious. Other times I'm really shy and I
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: just don't want to be here. I want to go
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: home anyway. I don't know why that is. Uh, there
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: is something I want to talk about. It might not
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: sit well with you, oh boy, But we're gonna take
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: a break because I want to make sure I have
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: enough time to talk about this before we go for
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: the day. Plus Shane Beemer, how did he do yesterday
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: at the SEC Media Football Days. We'll talk about that too.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: So we got one more break to go, everybody, one
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: more segment. Stay right there. This is just a cat,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: same man.
- 1:19:23Speaker 3: They were left for play by play.
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: And I'm no stranger to the rain, my first brill
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: down to my last day. James, James Rock Chucky, this
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: moll Town, my little black much just corner stores and
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: rusty trucks and everything else, and.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: That I love.
- 1:19:57Speaker 4: It's all right here. Some people can't wait to get
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: out me.
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: I think I'll just.
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: Stick around because heaven a little slang here to me,
- 1:20:06Speaker 4: we're a longe.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: So kim me a hell yeah.
- 1:20:10Speaker 4: All the good times and good friends, we raise them.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Then we drink them down.
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: Well in laws, we all get the.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Fire on our second start a second, our last segment
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: of the day here on this Thursday, and looking forward
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: to Friday in the weekend. I can tell you that
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: right now, with this beautiful weather, we haven't right now.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: But one person texted in and said that a Lani
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: is am I seeing it correctly. Alani Energy Drinks are based.
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: I didn't know that, so I went to look it
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: up lo and behold, they're based in Louisville, Kentucky. I
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: have never I hate tell you, I don't know who
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: a Lani energy drink is.
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: Is it?
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: Clearly it's popular. Yeah, oh yeah, people love them. They're
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: they're the most colorful energy drink camp.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: That can't be good. They're apparently one of the band. Uh.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: They're really good, and they've got all these like benefits,
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: health benefits. It's like a healthy energy durn. Oh it
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: is okay. Even the colors are yeah, I mean I
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: mean like the color of the camp. Oh okay, I
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: thought you meant the drink.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: No no, no, no no no. Oh, okay, all right,
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: then I got it. Uh. Patrick texted out and said
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: good day for Kentucky. Davis County Kentucky twelve U softball
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: team won one nothing over Floyd over Floyd Knobs Community Club,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Indiana to advance to the Little League World Series in Greenville,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: North Carolina. Davis County lost to FKCC three to two
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: on Monday to be put into the loser's bracket. That's
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: pretty cool, though, Yeah, isn't it Davis County?
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: No?
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: I believe it's Davis. No, I think the one in
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: Indiana's Davies. I think your alls is Davis. I'm almost
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: he spelled at dav I thought it was pronounced Davies.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: It is spelled like Davies. But I'm pretty in Indiana's Davy. Patrick,
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: you got to help us out here. I could have
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: sworn it was pronounced Davies. Is it Davis or Davis?
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: Because you look at that? All right, Well, never mind David.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: It's gonna get the whole Bethlehem Bethlem, Kentucky thing. It's like,
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: stop it. It spelled Bethlahem, where Jesus was born it's
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: not Bethleam Kentucky because you know that story, right, Bob
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: Jesus being born. You have heard, no, No, I did a.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: I used to do the stadium announcing at my boys
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: school back when they were in middle school. Oh my god,
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: and K C D was playing Bethlehem, Kentucky. There's there,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: and a gentleman walked all the way from across the
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: other side of the field to come crawl up to
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: the press box on the top to tell me, sir,
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: it's pronounced Bethlahem. I'm sorry, it's pronounced Bethlum. The rest
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: of the game, guess what I did. I emphasized Bethlahem
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: even more. And that's mean. That is just the meanness
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: of Michael Bennett coming out anyway. I couldn't. I couldn't
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: help myself. But congratulations to them, by the way. So yeah,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: that's pretty cool right there. So before we go for
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: the day, there are two things I want to talk
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: about here, Okay. One is number of regular season conference
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: games among the top fifty most watched in college football
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: podcast for the twenty twenty five season. And it's a
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: crazy number that came up. Are you ready for the
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: number of SEC, Big ten, ACC and Big twelve, Big twelve. Yeah,
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: let's say, all right, Big twelve, yes, Big twelve four
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: zero ACC four zero, Big ten twenty one three? What
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: SEC twenty more? Oh my gosh. The it even made
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: the point of saying in this article even the Vanderbilt
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: LSU game drew more viewers than the undefeated IU versus Oregon.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: How crazy is that? They said viewership for the Vanderbilt
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: LSU game was five point nine to four million. IU
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: versus Organ, who were two undefeated teams at the time,
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: was five point five to nine million. How insane exactly
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: that that surprised me right there. Why are more people
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: watching SEC football than they're watching any other conference game?
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: What is it about the SEC? I'm not trying to
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: brag here. I am asking a legitimate question and we
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: all know the answer to it, so there's really no
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: need to ask about No, no help me. I'm having
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: a hard time.
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: It's everything that's involved with the SEC. It's the it's
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: the quality of the football, it's the pageantry of the
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: game day, it's everything literally, the the TV cover like,
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: everything about the SEC is why that is because the
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: SEC's it rocks. Yeah, and that pains me a little
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: bit to say that, but it is good, good quality football.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: It's it's a better version than what you get out
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: of majority of the y.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: Is it because the media partners are prioritizing the SEC
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: over the other conferences? Is that part of it?
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: I don't think so, No, you don't. I just think
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: what I mean, The SEC speaks for itself. They don't
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: have to really do any sort of marketing or anything
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: for it, right, it's all right? Is it tradition exactly?
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: That's yeah, that's part of it, because no offense, Vanderbilt
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: has no football tradition. Why were more people watching that
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: game versus LSU than they were watching IU versus Oregon?
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: Probably to get a look at Diego's mom. Same reason
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: I was wonried to go. Don't don't start that again.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: She Wow. I don't want to say anything mean about her. Okay,
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: but you have a weird affection for that lady. Okay,
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: that's no exactly. I mean, she's not that much older
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: than me, is she not? Probably not? If Diego was
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: what twenty two? Yeah, no, I think she's older than you.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: Think she's gotta be forty five. I bet she's not.
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: I bet she's late forties early. I bet she's not
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: ten years old. Oh okay, all right, then, well I
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: saw that and I thought, God, that's amazing right there.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: I just I never knew it was that much of
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: a differential. And yet Big ten has the what last
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: three national champions in football? Is that right? Yeah? But
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: that's because college football has been down. It has been down.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: Oh no, that But but the fact that the matter is,
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: I know you're teasing, but who has been saying that?
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: Jamie John? John John has been saying that. But you
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: look at it that the other John. I wish John
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: John would come back and say something to us. So
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: you look at this. Alabama's down. The only one that's
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: up in the SEC is Georgia. Florida is down. Hold on,
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: hold on, I'm not done yet. Yeah we do. We don't.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: We don't need to do that. They've all been down. Okay,
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: here's the deal. If college football in general has been down,
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: shouldn't the most dominant college football conference still be able
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: to punch their way to the top and get a championship.
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: Shouldn't that make sense?
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: You would think so, But do you really believe last
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: year's team could have beaten a Nick Saban, really good
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: championship team.
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: I was talking to somebody yesterday, I wish there was
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: a way we could go back and play former champions
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: because in my mind, with as dominant as Indiana was
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: last year, they're isn't but seven eight teams maybe all
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: time that would beat us.
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: Sorry, I don't agree with you. No, you don't have to.
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: I don't agree with you. You don't have to.
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm not going to. I don't want you,
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: so don't even try. Mister had on backwards.
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Shane Beemer yesterday was took the stage of this SEC
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: Football media days sounding like a guy that's about to
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: get fired. Here's what he said. They were high, there
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: were high expectation last season, and we fell woefully short.
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: And that's on me. When I hear coaches say something
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: like that, somewhat apologetic, I don't think it's sincere. But
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: to me, he's trying to resell his job, that he
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: is the man for the job. And to me, that's
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: every indication that that is a guy that knows he's
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: about to lose his job. I don't think he did
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: a good job yesterday. Hmm. Got to go back and watch. Yeah,
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: you'll have to go back and watch. But am I
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: wrong about that? I mean, we had high expectation and
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: and we were We fell woefully short. And that's on me. Well,
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: no joke, it's on you. You're the head coach of
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: that team. And I think he's starting to realize, just
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: like I said, what was it yesterday? Day before? I
- 1:29:19Speaker 1: think he started to realize. Man, I really screwed up.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: I should have gone to Virginia Tech.
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: I don't think it was all his fault. Well was
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: didn't they have a stupid good quarterback last year? And
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: he just wasn't good?
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: He wasn't good. How was he stupid good? And he
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: wasn't good? Well he was, that's not very good.
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: He was one of the higher Oh Leonora Sellers, yeah,
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: kids freaking also, but he wasn't last year.
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: Oh he was terrible. So I mean you got to
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: give Leonora Sellers part of that as well. Yeah, but
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: at the end of the day, guess what, it's all
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: on Shane Beamer. So just to let you know, won
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: Michael Bennett real very happy. I mean, if if we
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: could replace Shane Beemer and Eli drink Witz, Michael Bennet's
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: gonna be happy, and they say that Dabo Sweeney he's
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: on the way out because he he won't adapt and
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: he always done his complain about the ni L So
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: you know what, you're you're only hurting yourself either. You
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: what was the famous line that I always loved in
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: Moneyball that Brad Pitt said, you you adapt or die,
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: And that is so true. If you don't adapt to
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: today's game, that's what's gonna happen to I feel like
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: that's what's happened with As much as I love Tubby Smith,
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: he didn't adapt as much as I appreciated John cal Perry,
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: he didn't adapt. And what's happening is and how he
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: didn't adapt is he wanted to John cal Perry wanted
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: to continue to bring in freshmen and all the best
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: freshmen in the country. That's not gonna work today, especially
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: with what Rick Patino is doing. And now more coaches
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: look at nat Oates. We talked to this Nato Tad
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: just brought in his first and only freshman this week.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: He's going all mature players. That's the smart way to play.
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: And that's what's gonna be the death of John Caliparian
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: coaching is because he's not adapting Dabo Sweeney same way.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: He's not adapting to the NIL generation. Therefore, he has
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: been unsuccessful since NIL started. And therefore he's not gonna
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: last at Clemson. Those people at Clemson, they expect national championships,
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: they expect to be in the playoffs. He's gonna lose
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: his job, by the way.
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: I saw news earlier this week that Indiana and Arkansas
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: are playing in a game in Madison Square Garden. Really, yeah,
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: how cool is that? That's pretty cool. It'll be a blowout,
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: but it's pretty cool. Be a blowout for who.
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: For Arkansas? Get out of here. Oh, so, Indiana's gonna
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: be good this year.
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: I'm not gonna go that far yet, but I think
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: they're gonna be much better.
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: I hope so. Uh, the the region is better when
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: all three teams are playing well.
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: I've said for months that I think this year, for
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: all three of our local teams, I think it's gonna
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: be a lot of fun.
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: Really, I hope you're right, because I'm not kidding. It's
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: a lot more fun when when I u UK and
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: U of L are playing well. It's no fun when
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: you got one or two that are not or none
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: of them for that fact. But it's so much more
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: fun when you got competition out there, you've got rivalries going,
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: you got people's talking smack. That's fun to me when
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: they're When that's not there and you got one team
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: playing well, it's just just not as much fun.
- 1:32:39Speaker 2: Takes the flavor away. I don't like that flavor. Patrick
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: Murphy says on the text line. So Davi's County in
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: Kentucky is pronounced Davis. Oh, I apologize, then, Okay, Now
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: the one in Indiana is Davies. It's just spelled the
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: way it's the one in Indiana spelled the exact same way,
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: is it really?
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: Yeah? But ours is Davies. You're all as Davis. Okay.
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: I don't know why that is.
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: I don't know if we had a state agreement at
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: one point back in the day.
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: But that's that's starting civil wars right there.
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: By.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: What did you see? The National Weather Service said there
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: were three tornadoes on Tuesday? Yeah. Crazy. I hope everybody's
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: doing well out there. I mean, I know a lot
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: people lost their property, thank goodness. I don't think anybody
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: lost their life though, did they? I haven't seen anything
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: like that. That's the good news, and then the flooding
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: in West Virginia, Holy cow, and there are there are
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: people missing. There's been a really really strange weather year.
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: Yeah it has anyway, all right, then, uh, tomorrow, we'll
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: get you ready for La Amelia against Baham's Army because
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: that'll happen on Sunday in Lexington. Hopefully they call for something,
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: a blue out, a white out, something, call for something.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: Let's get the crowd in there because that's what's going
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: to help this team win. And we'll get you ready
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: for the weekend. So everyboy appreciate you listening. We'll see tomorrow.
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: Just the cats over talking to you.
- 1:34:02Speaker 4: That's in me on Avenue here, that's in me on
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: Alli
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: H
