- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Hello and welcome back to the Beyond Limits show.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: I am so excited because we are diving into the truth about reality in this episode.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And this episode is gonna be funny because it is coming from something funny that happened where I asked Chat GPT, what programs are there in humans that keep them from being awake in the dream?
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And its answer shocked me, but also I was like, oh my God, this is exactly what I talk about.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: I need to bring this to the podcast because it really showed the value of the work that I do and everything I speak about.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And so, for clarity, like what does that question even mean, right?
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: What programs are in humans?
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And so when I say what programs, it's like what conditioning, right?
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: What limitations?
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: We're all talking about beyond limits on this show and living beyond limits.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: So it's about what limitations are present, what conditioning is present, and what programming is present in humans to keep them asleep, to keep them on autopilot, to keep them from not realizing what's really going on and how reality really works.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And there is nothing that brings me more joy than waking up humans to the fact that you are a creator and empowering them that reality is quite simply what you make it.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: So there are three fundamental programs or programming we are going to be diving into in this episode.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: And hopefully by the end, you will at least be a little bit more broken-free and you'll start to notice things in your reality around you so that you can shift.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: So the first one is a very biological evolutionary program that keeps you wired in survival.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: So the first thing you need to realize is fundamentally we are wired for survival, not for truth.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And so what that means is your nervous system is wired to keep you alive, not necessarily to allow you to see the truth of what things are.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: And this, like I said, is very biological, it's very evolutionary-wise to keep us quote unquote safe.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: And it's what allowed us to survive in the wild, right?
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: Because if you can be aware of threats, right?
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: If you can survive, that was a fundamental need.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: If you can survive, then you'll be alive.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: But surviving is not necessarily the same thing as thriving.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: And so what happens is this biological program keeps you focused on things that allow you to survive, but doesn't allow you to actually see the things that are going to allow you to thrive.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And so you've heard me talk about in other episodes the reticular activating system, right?
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Or the RAS.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: And this is like a level in your brainstem.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Think about it, if you're going up the brainstem into the brain, it is a gatekeeper there that dictates what allows into your system.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: And there are so many stimuli we have in our environment, right?
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: We've got light, we've got sound, we've got smells, we've got, you know, even just that intuition, the senses, like all of these things.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: There are millions of bits of data that your RAS is filtering every single second.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: So it's going to prioritize certain information over other information that it believes is relevant, that it believes will keep you safe.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Because that starts to happen on automatic.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And if it can do that, right, if it can keep you safe, well, then you'll quote unquote survive.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: So the most important thing to remember with this is fundamentally, yes, we have biology grew growing up that way.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: But I also want you to think about this from a very environmental perspective as well for you growing up personally in your reticular activating system, because depending on the environment you grew up in, your home life, your parents' life, how their systems were wired, how they had to survive, that is also going to have an influence on yours, right?
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: So a lot of us had immigrant parents or immigrant grandparents, a lot of survival, money being tight, like working hard to like actual survive, put food on the table, housing over us.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And so that is something you also carry forward into your system.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: So, yes, from a very primal human lens, all of us, you know, are focused on survival as opposed to thrival, but also depending on the environment you grew up in, your household, as your nervous system and brain are forming and developing, it is learning and it is picking up which filters to put in place.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: So it really reinforces any of that biological or evolutionary programming based on what you were exposed to.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, is that once you're exposed to this when you're little, it pretty much locks in until you rewire the system and remove those beliefs.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: So think about it like if iOS 5 is running on your iPhone, you actually have to upgrade it to what are we at?
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: iOS 15, 16, who knows, doesn't matter.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: But it's a different operating system, right?
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: So you have to reboot and rewire the whole thing.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, no matter how many advanced functions you try to run on the phone, it's running on an outdated system.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: So the same thing happens with this.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Now, what makes this even more tricky is that if there are things that have happened in the past that actually threatened your survival, it is going to confirm that even deeper to this part of your system, right?
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: It is going to make that programming even stronger.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: So let's take money, for example.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: If there you had a past experience where money wasn't enough or something happened with money, you're going to amplify that programming.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: It's going to be even more strong, right?
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: The volume is going to be louder based on those past beliefs to make sure that that doesn't happen again.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: It's the reason why fundamentally humans are scared of snakes, right?
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: Because in the wild, some snakes can be poisonous.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: So evolutionary-wise, we have the programming of being cautious of snakes.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: But the same thing can be developed from anything from money, it could be from flying, it could be from, you know, relationships, anything, right?
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: It's that hypervigilance that takes you right back to that original incident.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: And the system goes, no, no, no, we have been here before.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: I remember when this happened before.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: This is not safe.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: This is a threat to the system.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: We got to do everything we can to keep ourselves, quote unquote, safe.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: As you've heard me say time and time again, feeling quote unquote safe is an illusion because your system will keep you comfortable over expanding.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And we all want to expand, right?
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: We want to grow more money, business growth, more impact, more visibility.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So this is what's going to allow you to do that.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: And so the last part of this program, right, the biological and evolutionary one, is what is called the default mode network or your DMN.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: And this is another part of your nervous system.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And so it's in this network, and it's pretty much exactly what it sounds.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: It's your default mode, right?
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: What you default to.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: That is based on your identity, on your story you have of you and how you relate to the world around you.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And so this is why identity work and working with the default mode network to change your identity is so key.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Because if you try to change your identity without try changing this default mode network, you're just gonna go back to the default, right?
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: It'll always default back.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: And this is what happens when people try to expand or change their identity, right?
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: They feel like they get there for a second and they drop back down.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: They get there for a second and they drop back down.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: And so a great example I like to give of this, I think the stat is like 80 something.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: I want to say 80, 85% of people who win the lottery end up losing all the money.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Because their default mode network, right?
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Their identity didn't match that massive influx of money.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: So the way their brain perceives themselves was not a match to receiving millions of dollars that quickly.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: So it found ways to get rid of it.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: Overspending, giving it away, however it is.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: So they end up right back to where they started.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: And the same thing happens with money for you, but it can also happen with anything related to your business growth and expansion.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: So this is the first program I want you to be aware of.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: The second program, we're gonna be diving deeper into the nervous system.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: And this is wild.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: And why I always say the nervous system always wins.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: It does not matter how much you work, how much strategy you put in, how much you try to throw spaghetti at the wall, how much more you try to do, if your nervous system is not on board, it's not going to allow it in.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: So it runs 95% of the show.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: 95%.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: And you've probably heard this before how your subconscious runs 95% of your day.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: It is what keeps you in habitual action.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: It's the reason you driven somewhere before and you like forgot how you got there, right?
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Because your subconscious is running on autopilot.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: It kind of knows where it's going, you've zoned out and it becomes that default.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And so when you start to work with this part of your brain and you start to bring safety into that and allow that to be stable, then you allow your expansion, right?
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: Then you change your baseline, right?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: It is then where you get a new floor and you break through that upper limit or you break through that glass ceiling.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Because as we know, their nervous system will always prioritize what feels safe and stable, which means we need to teach it that growth, that expansion, that new is actually stable.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: If it does not feel like that new level will be stable or will be safe, it's going to do everything that it can to keep it outside of your experience.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: And so this is really where quantum mechanics comes in, and what is called the observer effect, right?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Because it is the observer effect through certainty and expectation that really locks things into your reality, that locks things into your experience.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: And so the observer effect is essentially exactly what it sounds like.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: What you observe is what locks in.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: So let's go through an example.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Let's say there's$100,$1,000, and a million dollars.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: All of those possibilities exist right now for you in this moment.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Whatever you feel the most certain about, whatever you expect and have that certainty around is what will lock in.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, whatever you expect to be true is going to lock in instead.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: So if you expect to only make$100, then that is what's going to happen.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: This is why limitation is important.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: Because if you believe in limitation, you will lock limitation in.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: This is also why it's important because when it comes to your reticular activating system, right, we just spoke about earlier.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: If that's noticing all the bad things, all the threats, all the things that could potentially go wrong, right?
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: All the fears of what if it doesn't work?
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: What if this happens?
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: What if that happens?
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: The doubt in yourself, the hesitation, you lock that into your experience time and time and time again.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: So whatever you believe with certainty, and that's why I don't even like the word believe.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: I like knowing, whatever you are certain about is what locks in.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: So if you are certain that you have something to be worried about, you will lock in more worry.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: If you are certain that you have something to be fearful of, you will lock in more fear.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: And so this is dangerous because it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy and an ending loop because you are certain you have something to be scared about.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: So you observe more things to be scared about, and then you get more evidence that you have that thing to fear.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: And I all this time I see this with people, but Liv, see, I was scared this was gonna happen, and then this happened.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: I told you I had to be scared.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: And I was like, no, it locked into your reality because you expected it.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: You were certain that that could happen.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Which means, which is honestly so freeing, that the opposite can happen when you change how you observe things and how you perceive them.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: And again, this is directly tied to your reticular activating system.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: This is also a perfect example, is what is called like the red car phenomenon.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: Let's say you're buying like a red car and all of a sudden you start seeing new cars everywhere.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: This has happened with my fiance.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: He's like, oh, look how many like of this car there is.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: And it's because we were buying that car.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: It wasn't because there was more of those cars in our reality, it's because our reticular activating system was now, oh, you know, you're thinking about buying this car.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: You're more aware of those cars in reality.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: There aren't more cars, it's just changing how you perceive it.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: Same with the red car.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: There are not more red cars.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: Your system is just more focused on identifying the red cars, which means when you shift that system, right?
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: When you rewire your nervous system, your system is then able to focus on things that are positive, things that are expansive, you know, money flooding in, and not money going out, all of these things.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And the more you notice more of that, it keeps you in that state longer.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: And so this is why this second program, right, the nervous system programming is so important because otherwise you can reinforce the same loops for your entire life.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: And I guarantee, even listening to this episode, you can think of people, whether it's you, someone you know you know close to you, your friends, your family, that you've observed in the exact same loop over and over and over again.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: And when you are certain, again, the key is it's not just how you look at them, but you are certain that that's going to happen, then it will shift.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: And you will be shocked at how reality rearranges for you when you are certain about something, right?
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: When you're certain something's gonna work out, or you're certain your business is gonna go a certain way, or you're certain about your vision, or you're certain about, you know, this is gonna end up happening and this is how the business is gonna expand, then that is what happens.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: You are literally that powerful of a human being.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: And then we have the third programming we are diving into, which is one of my favorite ones to talk about because it's gonna sound a little woo, but once you really lock this in, it's gonna relieve a lot of pressure for you.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: It's gonna relieve a lot of chasing, and it's going to allow your system to kind of just soften and calm down.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: And that is the illusion of time.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Time is an illusion.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: There is no such thing as past, present, and future.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: There is only now, right?
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Linear time as humans, it is a programming that that we have until you wake up from it, it's a programming we have.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: And one of my favorite all-time movies, and I can watch this movie time and time again, and I get like new codes and new downloads from it, is Interstellar.
- 16:38unknown: Right.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: And so if you haven't seen it, highly recommend it because it really explains this illusion of time very well in a very visual way.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: And so when you watch it, or if you have watched it, there's a time where he's floating beyond 3D, right?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: He's floating in another dimension where time doesn't exist.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: And all of the moments in the movie are happening simultaneously.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: And he's able to go to the past, he's able to go to the present, he's able to go to the future and visit any of these moments in time because they're actually all happening right now.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: So even when people have talked about like, oh, past lives before, and I'm like, there's no such thing as past, it's all happening now, which is amazing because when you change how you respond and how you behave in the present moment, your past, past in quotations, changes completely, which is so powerful in and of itself.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Because so many people, right, they either are living in the past or they're living in the future, right?
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: When you live in the past, you have a lot of regret, you have guilt, maybe even shame.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Or when you're hyperfixated on the future, you're living in anxiety, in worry, in doubt.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: But when you realize that actually none of that exists, there's only now, you're able to drop into presence.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And when you drop into presence and you're able to get a bit quiet and you realize that time is an illusion, there is no rush.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: There is no pressure.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: Why would you feel pressure?
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: Why would you even rush around in your day?
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Even this morning we were driving here to the podcast studio, and like, we got nothing but time.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: My fiance is like, Oh, we gotta get going.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Toronto traffic, we don't know.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: I'm like, no, like we got more than enough time.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Time bends for me.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: It can expand, it can stretch.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: And I guarantee you've experienced this.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: This is why time, quote unquote, goes faster when you're having fun, or time flies when you're having fun.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: It's not that time flies, it's that you were just more like present with it.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: So I really want you to think about how you can start to take your power back when it comes to time and realize that it is just a construct of the mind.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: You have more than enough time.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: There is only now.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: There is no rushing, but there's also no reason to feel past or like regret or guilt or shame about that, because that can actually change the past just by how you behave in the present.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: So we have right the biological programming, that evolutionary one.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: We have that deep nervous system programming, we have the programming of time.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: How do we break free of all of this, right?
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: How do we get out of these deep programmings, apart from the fact that I've now mentioned them to you?
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: So I've planted a little seed in your subconscious.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: It requires, first, we need to expand your nervous system.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: So what we were talking about in the beginning with the biological programming is anything that feels uncertain or anything that's new, it's gonna go towards survival versus truth.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: And this is so crazy.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: And it's why when you exit this mode, reality looks different, and you'll notice things in your life that you didn't notice before, but were always there.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Because when you expand your nervous system to be okay with uncertainty, to be okay with unknown, to be okay with not having the proof yet or not having the validation yet, you are actually able to open yourself up to more opportunities.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: You're able to have things come out of nowhere, right?
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: That's how like you meet people that end up leading you to this, or you get an email with this opportunity, or this magic thing comes in, and you get this beautiful snowball effect because you've expanded your system.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: When you're in that biological programming, your system's capacity is very small.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: So we have a window of tolerance that dictates what level of receiving your system is safe with.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: The more you expand that window, right, the bigger it gets, the more safe you feel, and the more you can welcome in that uncertainty without going into fear or doubt or hesitation.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: And then we have right that default mode network.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: So we want to really quiet that default mode network.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: And this is why people have gone through ego deaths, right?
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: If you've ever gone through an ego death, and if you're watching this and you're in my world, you probably have gone through at least one.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: It actually feels like the death of an ego, right?
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: When you let go of an old identity, it feels like part of you is dying.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: And that's why it can feel so unsafe to let go of, right?
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: Identities of who you were in the past, right?
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: Identities that have brought you forward up until this point, but can't go with you to where you're going.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: That ego death is that default mode network actually rewiring and actually changing on a fundamental level.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: But so many people resist that ego death because it somatically feels like you're dying in your body.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: But when you're able to welcome that in and you're able to quiet that down, that default mode network can then switch.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: And then your default has a whole new baseline.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And then we have time is an illusion.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Unsubscribe to the concept of time and your reality will radically shift.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: When you start doing that and you don't be a victim to time, and you allow yourself to slow down time, speed up time, give yourself more than enough time and be really present in the now, you will be shocked what drops in.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Because it is a different part of your brain when you are reacting to your reality than when you are present, right?
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: When you are in reaction mode, when you are in that dysregulation and you feel the pressure and the chase and the adrenaline and the cortisol, you're running on a survival part of your brain, your limbic system, your amygdala, your hippocampus.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: When you're able to drop down into the now, you access different parts of your brain that are responsible for creativity, that are responsible for collapsing time, right?
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: Your prefrontal cortex allows more possibilities to come into your experience.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: So it fundamentally changes not only what you notice, but what your system is available to observe.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: And then you observe things of like, oh, I see that.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, maybe that would be a good thing to do, or maybe that's a person I should reach out to, or maybe I should launch this, or maybe I should do this.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: But you aren't able to actually access that information if your brain is existing in a dysregulated state.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: It does not matter.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: That information will not come to you because its only thought is survive, survive, survive, and not thrive.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And then lastly, right, is really realizing that your reality is a projection of consciousness.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: So this is the analogy that I like to give to all my clients, everyone I work with.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: You are the movie projector, projecting out your reality.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: It is not you in reality, reality is within you.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: So if everything you are experiencing, everything you are noticing, everything you see in your day-to-day, it's projecting out of you, right?
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: You're the projector.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: When you change you, you change what you see.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: But that requires you slowing down.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: That requires you not being in the rat race.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: That requires you getting present with yourself.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: That requires you feeling safe a bit in the unknown so that you can have that empowering notion of, hey, I'm creating exactly everything I see.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: So I'm experiencing something I don't want to experience, right?
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: If something is in my reality that is showing me that A, I need to shift something, right?
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: There's some deep programming I need to look at.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: There's part of my system I need to rewire.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: And it's bringing me to my attention.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: Wonderful.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: When something happens that seems challenging or something happens in your reality that you don't like or don't enjoy, it's showing you it with a big, gigantic, like lit up arrow, look here.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: This is what you need to look at in order to expand because this is the deep programming or this is something in your system that is preventing it from calling it in.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: It's not that it's not working, it's not that you're not meant for it.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: It's not that it's not working out.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh, in order for that to happen, pay attention to this.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: And once you stop invalidating that and you actually welcome that in, you will then realize that you are far more powerful than you give yourself credit for.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: So this was the truth about reality.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: I would love to know on my Instagram, send me a DM what part of this landed for you, what part was like a big aha, oh my God, live moment.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: And let me know how this starts changing your world.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: And I'll see you in the next episode.
