- 0:00hi hi the audience needs to know that jenna is wearing a denim jacket and she looks so good in it
- 0:22i don't think the audience needs to know that does not need to know that in fact she dressed
- 0:27up for them. And she's back
- 0:29to her signature nail color. You guys,
- 0:31tonight's going to be a great show.
- 0:35So, what's up?
- 0:41Nothing.
- 0:42That can't possibly be true.
- 0:44Oh, do I have something to say? No.
- 0:47I went to a burlesque show.
- 0:49Ooh, when?
- 0:51Friday. Nice.
- 0:53Yeah, I went with a friend of ours.
- 0:55Can't wait to find out.
- 0:56off pod. No, I'll tell you now because she was a guest.
- 0:58Chrissy. Everyone knows who she is. Oh, Chrissy.
- 1:00Everyone knows and loves Chrissy.
- 1:03I don't know. That's not confidential, is it?
- 1:04She wouldn't want people not to know that she went.
- 1:07She said it
- 1:08in the green room the other day.
- 1:10Someone was like, oh, Chrissy, what did you do this weekend?
- 1:12She said, oh, Francie and I went to a
- 1:14burlesque show. In the green room?
- 1:17Yeah. Oh, yes. The Times Square of the
- 1:18theater. Yes.
- 1:20I see what you mean, though.
- 1:21I don't remember who it was,
- 1:24but it wasn't someone that she...
- 1:25She wasn't hiding that information.
- 1:27Yeah, it was someone that she doesn't know especially well.
- 1:30It was someone she doesn't like.
- 1:32Yeah.
- 1:32Okay.
- 1:33Anyway, yeah, we went.
- 1:35There was money.
- 1:36We threw out money.
- 1:37Nice.
- 1:38But every time I threw out money, it curled up and flew back in my face.
- 1:42Whoops.
- 1:43Oh, no.
- 1:44I told her we should have tied money to strings.
- 1:46Yeah, I know.
- 1:47Because they don't collect it until the end.
- 1:48So I was like, I could have got through that whole show for like one buck.
- 1:51that's um such a funny visual to me always the money on a string thing is just a funny gag
- 2:01constantly your quarters hitting the ground yeah um or like when people i don't i don't like it
- 2:08when people glue change to the ground that's such a dick move i know because if i legitimately
- 2:16thought even if it's not coming from a place of need if i thought i dropped a quarter and now i'm
- 2:20trying to it's a glued and i feel stupid yeah i know yeah and they're always you know they're
- 2:25well they're probably not watching they probably watched for a while they probably did for a bit
- 2:29but that begins glue so that's there forever now like god you just made me so mad at them
- 2:34god i hate i i effing hate them can i just tell you something right now yeah yeah
- 2:40i think people that do that are possibly the worst people that have ever lived of all time
- 2:48no qualifiers.
- 2:50I think they're demons from hell.
- 2:53They probably are
- 2:55actual demons.
- 2:57God. Everyone knows that's where glue
- 2:59comes from. Hell?
- 3:00Yeah. Except for Elmer's.
- 3:03Elmer's is pure. That's the good
- 3:05glue. Do you like the smell? I mean
- 3:07audience, I don't do this, but do you like the smell of
- 3:09what's the
- 3:10what's the glue?
- 3:12When you were in school and it came in like a silver container
- 3:14and you unscrewed it? Wet cement?
- 3:17No.
- 3:17What?
- 3:17Glue?
- 3:18What was it called?
- 3:19What cement sounds right?
- 3:20Paper cement?
- 3:21Paper cement.
- 3:22Paper cement.
- 3:22Was it?
- 3:23Wait, wait.
- 3:24Are you thinking of the white stuff?
- 3:26No.
- 3:27It was clear.
- 3:28Oh, no.
- 3:28Yeah, you're talking about the glue.
- 3:29Yeah.
- 3:30What's the white stuff?
- 3:32The paper?
- 3:34Mochet?
- 3:34Liquid paper.
- 3:35Oh, liquid.
- 3:35No, I don't know what that is.
- 3:36Yeah, you do.
- 3:37It's white out.
- 3:38White out.
- 3:38Oh, that's liquid paper?
- 3:39Yeah, yeah.
- 3:40I like white.
- 3:40White out has a nice smell, but paper cement.
- 3:44That was like WD-40 for kids.
- 3:45The answer is yes.
- 3:47It doesn't matter what you're talking about.
- 3:49The answer is yes.
- 3:50What is it about an industrial fume?
- 3:52Oh, yes.
- 3:55And when you unscrew the top, it has a brush built onto it.
- 3:58Yes, it got the, oh, so satisfying.
- 4:01Very satisfying.
- 4:03Yeah.
- 4:04Scents are the best.
- 4:05New shoes, gasoline, turpentine.
- 4:07You know what the best one is?
- 4:09Formaldehyde.
- 4:10Because.
- 4:11Have I smelled formaldehyde?
- 4:12Oh, you have it in your department store?
- 4:13Yeah.
- 4:14You know that smell of like Macy's?
- 4:16Yeah, that's like, I thought that was just like fresh clothes smell.
- 4:20No, it's clothes that has industrial chemicals on them, including formaldehyde.
- 4:25Don't sue me if that's not true, but that's what I read.
- 4:27Because I tried finding like a laundry detergent that would make my clothes smell like the mall.
- 4:33And the internet was like, that's formaldehyde and chemicals.
- 4:36You're like, great.
- 4:37That's not what I asked.
- 4:38Again, where do I buy it?
- 4:40You didn't answer my question, internet.
- 4:43Yeah.
- 4:44Sell it to me.
- 4:45Yeah, so I love to, that's why I never wash, you might think I'm gross for this.
- 4:49When I buy something from Macy's or Dillard's or whatever, I wear it before I wash it.
- 4:53Oh, me too.
- 4:53Yeah.
- 4:54Oh, big time.
- 4:55Especially because it's never quite the same after you.
- 4:57No, it never will be.
- 4:59Wash it.
- 4:59You know what we did the episode, Signs of We're Rich?
- 5:01Yeah.
- 5:02Guess what?
- 5:03My assistant's bringing me new clothes every day from the department store.
- 5:06Every day, yeah.
- 5:06Yeah, one-time use clothes.
- 5:08Yeah.
- 5:08Yeah.
- 5:10Well, welcome to Very Fine Friends.
- 5:13Podcasts where friends talk about stuff, including formaldehyde.
- 5:18Yeah.
- 5:19Get it.
- 5:20So do funeral homes smell like that?
- 5:23Isn't formaldehyde?
- 5:24Maybe, but maybe the human body takes away from that.
- 5:27Maybe it's a competing scent.
- 5:29It's our own gross smells.
- 5:31Yeah, because they're decomposing and the formaldehyde says, wait, I'll help.
- 5:34It's like, formaldehyde, just, we got this, okay?
- 5:37Just let them decompose.
- 5:38Go to the store where you belong.
- 5:40Yeah.
- 5:40Back to Macy's.
- 5:42apparently it's super bad but i like it all like when you like getting like a new home or like a
- 5:46new car and like you're smelling a new car smell you're like breathing in like vocs and toxic fumes
- 5:50new car smell oof top tier smell oh yeah for sure the more toxic the more i like it oh god that's
- 5:59how they get you yeah that's the trick if you don't like it then you're like well i guess i
- 6:05could eat this because it can't be toxic because i don't like it you're probably right yeah
- 6:09that's the new way to tell if something is edible you smell it and if you don't enjoy the smell
- 6:16yeah like you know you wouldn't eat like i had wd-40 at home right and i was like cleaning the
- 6:21door yeah i smelled it loved it you know you can't eat that your brain just knows you're like this is
- 6:27this is not edible yeah but your brain's also like but that's okay because you have other senses
- 6:32this one's for you yeah yeah yeah um have you ever smelled anything so much that you get
- 6:40high from it because that's like a thing right huffing paints and oh it's definitely a thing
- 6:45i'm not into that except i will say okay just disclaimer audience if just skip ahead 15 seconds
- 6:52if you don't like grow stuff sometimes you clean the toilet bowl and you put like chemicals in it
- 6:56yeah and then you forget it's there and you pee ammonia or bleach or whatever like it like mixes
- 7:01with the chemical and then just like toxic fume.
- 7:04I've definitely noticed that before.
- 7:06Wait, isn't that like deadly?
- 7:10How are you alive then?
- 7:12Well, cause like it's just such trace amounts.
- 7:14Yeah, I didn't pick it up and I was like, oh yeah.
- 7:16Yeah.
- 7:17I was like, oh, you didn't go head first into the bowl before flushing.
- 7:21Thunk into the bathtub.
- 7:22Yeah.
- 7:23New invention.
- 7:25Goodbye, cruel world.
- 7:27New invention.
- 7:29Suicide by piss.
- 7:30Suicide.
- 7:30Yeah.
- 7:30Quick interruption. Every week on the podcast, we do something where our producer Joe gives
- 7:38Francis and I each our own secret word. Throughout the course of the podcast,
- 7:44we need to find a way to slip the secret word into our conversation without the other person
- 7:49noticing. If the other person can correctly guess the secret word, they get a point.
- 7:54and right before we die we add up all the points and then we get a prize whoever has the most points
- 8:03for guessing the most secret words here's joe with today's secret words jenna's secret word is
- 8:10cattle jenna's decoy word is deceptions francis's secret word is hostage francis's decoy word is
- 8:20pyramids. Back to the pod.
- 8:24Well, I think this is a perfect segue, actually,
- 8:27to our next segment.
- 8:28Our first segment.
- 8:30The Invention of the Week.
- 8:35Inventions.
- 8:39Yeah!
- 8:40That's right, Jenna. New invention is a great
- 8:42segue into Invention of the Week.
- 8:45Good job. Rhyme it up, you guys.
- 8:46You guys are just getting a sneak peek
- 8:48and how my twisted brain works.
- 8:51Snook pook.
- 8:54You want me to talk?
- 8:55I would love that.
- 8:56All right.
- 8:57Put your seatbelt on.
- 8:59I'm about to change society
- 9:01and the way we function.
- 9:02What?
- 9:03Oh, yeah.
- 9:03Yeah.
- 9:04No, but everything has been perfect so far.
- 9:07That's what you thought.
- 9:07That's what they led you to believe.
- 9:08That's what big world said.
- 9:11Not us.
- 9:12You know how there's an insurmountable amount of waste
- 9:15going on every day?
- 9:17I do know that.
- 9:18Do you know a lot of it has to do with eating out and like to-go containers and stuff?
- 9:22I do know that.
- 9:24You're going to love this.
- 9:25Great.
- 9:28Imagine.
- 9:30Imagine everything.
- 9:32Here's my...
- 9:33Okay, I thought of all of it.
- 9:34Go on.
- 9:36You're great.
- 9:38Gosh, I love you.
- 9:39Okay.
- 9:40Here it is.
- 9:42I have envisioned a world that I think is achievable.
- 9:46We're inventing a new world?
- 9:47Yeah.
- 9:48listen to this
- 9:48no you're gonna love this
- 9:49love it
- 9:50you know
- 9:52how do I say this
- 9:53okay so
- 9:54I've invented
- 9:55eating containers
- 9:57you know like when you go to
- 9:58you know you get a Pan Express
- 10:02love you by the way
- 10:03love what you're doing
- 10:04and they give you the
- 10:06it's the container
- 10:07styrofoam container
- 10:08it's got the three compartments
- 10:09yeah
- 10:09what if they switch from styrofoam
- 10:13to
- 10:15like metal
- 10:16like a metal container
- 10:17Here we go.
- 10:18Okay.
- 10:20You go out and you buy one.
- 10:23You, Jenna.
- 10:24You buy one.
- 10:25Okay.
- 10:25You go to Panda Express.
- 10:27We're really pimping them on this episode, but you go to Panda Express.
- 10:30Hey, we need sponsors, Panda Express.
- 10:33Hey, do you love your orange chicken?
- 10:35Yes, go back to the other episode.
- 10:37Repisode.
- 10:38I meant recipe.
- 10:39Repisode.
- 10:41Anyway, you go to them and what you do is you hand them your container.
- 10:47okay okay and they take it and they put it in their back of their store and to be cleaned right
- 10:52you'll never see that one again but because you came with one they give you one so they take a
- 10:58clean one of theirs and they scoop them it's like a universal product okay they put the food in it
- 11:02and they give it to you um and you eat it there and you can return it and they'll give you one to
- 11:07take back or you can take it home and like clean it and then bring it to the next place but everyone
- 11:13buys these and brings them where they're going to eat.
- 11:18And then it's like a swap system. So there's no more styrofoam
- 11:21plastic containers. And if you don't like that, you don't have to bring it
- 11:25necessarily. You could get a keychain or it could be an app on your phone that's a barcode that
- 11:29they scan and that knows that you bought one.
- 11:33And then it says that Jenna can get a new one.
- 11:38Okay. And then you take it home.
- 11:39and you eat it and you rinse it
- 11:43and you bring it to the next place
- 11:45and they're going to clean it.
- 11:45They just throw it in the back
- 11:46and they sanitize it
- 11:47and then it goes into their rotation.
- 11:49Do you see what I'm going for?
- 11:50I do.
- 11:52What do you think?
- 11:52It sounds like you want people
- 11:55to just bring plates with them everywhere.
- 11:58Well, you know how you have garbage bags
- 12:00in my trunk.
- 12:01And so when I go to like the store,
- 12:03I pull out my reusable bag.
- 12:05It could be like that.
- 12:06Oh, we're going in.
- 12:07Oh, I have two people with me.
- 12:08two metal balls.
- 12:11But okay.
- 12:12So for Panda Express,
- 12:14for example,
- 12:15they're in malls for the only example.
- 12:17Yeah.
- 12:17Yeah.
- 12:18For the only example they're in malls a lot.
- 12:21Yeah.
- 12:21Right.
- 12:21Yeah.
- 12:22Um,
- 12:23are you gonna be walking around with a,
- 12:26like a,
- 12:28a metal to go container while you're shopping?
- 12:33Then,
- 12:33uh,
- 12:34that's 10 more cents.
- 12:35You don't have to pay for a plastic bag.
- 12:38For your shopping goods.
- 12:40Wait.
- 12:42When you're done eating, it can be used as a shopping bag is what I'm saying.
- 12:45Oh, okay.
- 12:46Here's a different idea.
- 12:48What about you don't carry it around.
- 12:52When you go to Panda Express, you buy the food and they put a surcharge on, like a deposit, like those glass bottles.
- 12:58And when you bring it back somewhere, anywhere that participates in the program, you get your money back.
- 13:04this sounds like a great way for any businesses that start participating to go out of business
- 13:12because then people will just not go there anymore
- 13:15i mean i would go most people would not go there what do you mean they could still have some of
- 13:25their shitty old products but okay part of here's the thing part of the great thing about a to-go
- 13:32container is that you can throw it away.
- 13:36Yes.
- 13:37In fact, I would say that's the main part of it.
- 13:41Okay.
- 13:42Equal parts being able to take your food away and then throwing it away.
- 13:47Think about how many of those containers get thrown away on people's lunch
- 13:51hours.
- 13:51No one wants to be driving around with, um, as much as we love orange chicken,
- 13:56no one wants to be driving around for like five hours on their,
- 13:59in their work truck with a to-go container
- 14:04that reeks of orange chicken.
- 14:06In terms of net environmental impact,
- 14:10if you spend five hours driving around looking for a place to recycle this,
- 14:14then all the gas and emissions.
- 14:18No, there's also the new gas is metal.
- 14:22You know how there's post office boxes and donation bins?
- 14:27This is a huge network. They're everywhere.
- 14:29it's gonna be like well i have a letter to drop off and right next to it plate return
- 14:33so we need to build a massive network of these plate return thing you know i bet you people
- 14:41complained when when they were like we should build a freeway that goes everywhere and people
- 14:47were like what that's ridiculous same people would be complaining now but boy we sure love driving on
- 14:52Okay, well, the difference is if the freeway was like, no, we're going to create this huge thing.
- 15:00And it's like, no, no, I already have a way to get from here to there.
- 15:02I don't.
- 15:03And also the freeway wasn't built to solve an environmental problem.
- 15:07It was built to solve a transportation problem.
- 15:09Again, I would point to you the amount of gas and emissions that would be involved in that process.
- 15:14Here's my worry with this.
- 15:18People are just going to start throwing away the metal.
- 15:20Well, then they're losing out on their deposit.
- 15:23But again if they have to do a deposit People will go through the trash looking for them They do it for cans So you just saying there going to be a network of people that go through looking for these
- 15:37And what kind of a deposit are we talking about here?
- 15:42$2.99.
- 15:44That's too much, Francis.
- 15:45You just added a $3 surcharge to Panda Express.
- 15:48But you're going to get it back.
- 15:49You can eat there, go right back up and scan it.
- 15:52And then, boom, it goes onto your card, your $3.
- 15:55Yeah, you're basically putting a security deposit on every fast food meal you have.
- 15:59And then also, why wouldn't people just be like, I'm bringing my own bowl.
- 16:05Just portion everything into my own little home bowl.
- 16:09Well, their home bowl has to be network compliant.
- 16:15Because they can't just put your food in your bowl that you brought from home.
- 16:17They have to give you a clean one that they've sanitized.
- 16:21But this is an impractical solution.
- 16:24You're creating, there's going to be so many of these that get on, you're going to have to produce so many of them to make sure that the demand is met if there is a demand.
- 16:39And inevitably that's going to lead to a surplus that is going to lead to more environmental waste.
- 16:46Look, Francis, forget about your pride and step off your high horse, okay?
- 16:51You're not being very humble.
- 16:54right on, go back.
- 16:56That was all I wanted to say.
- 16:57Okay, let's just do a little role play.
- 16:59I work at this amazing place called Panda Express.
- 17:03Okay.
- 17:04You come up and be the customer.
- 17:06I'll be the bull.
- 17:07You're going to be the bull?
- 17:08Yeah.
- 17:08Okay.
- 17:11Hi, welcome to Panda Express.
- 17:12Hi, I'll do the two...
- 17:14Oh, the two entree special?
- 17:15Two entree special.
- 17:16Let me ask you real quick.
- 17:17Did you want to go with a standard styrofoam throwaway bowl,
- 17:20or do you participate in our Earth Savers program?
- 17:23Styrofoam's good.
- 17:24Okay, here you go.
- 17:27Oh, look, another customer.
- 17:29Hello, welcome to Panda Express.
- 17:31What can I get for you?
- 17:33I'll take the two-entree plate.
- 17:35Two-entree plate.
- 17:36Oh, that's great.
- 17:37Would you like a traditional styrofoam nasty throwaway?
- 17:40Or do you by any chance participate in our super clean, amazing Earth Saver program?
- 17:45Oh, I'm nasty for sure.
- 17:47Oh, you're nasty.
- 17:47Give me one of them styrofoam nasty ones.
- 17:49Okay, I think I have one more customer.
- 17:51Hi.
- 17:53Hi.
- 17:54Can I get you anything out of a steel plate?
- 17:58A steel plate?
- 18:00Yes.
- 18:00That's what the doctors put in my head.
- 18:02Oh, then you guys will be a mess made in heaven.
- 18:05Our nasty, filthy, poopy styrofoam is next to the dumpster.
- 18:10But luckily for you, our beautiful, long-life-left-to-live Earthsaver program is available.
- 18:19Do I have to sign up for something to be part of this program?
- 18:23A little bit, but it's quick.
- 18:24oh i don't know about that panda is closed as you can see our testing revealed that a third
- 18:34of the market was curious about the earth saver program a third of the market was also nasty
- 18:40the first third seemed normal though yeah okay well we should start we could start this out in
- 18:49Portland.
- 18:52Yeah. And see how it goes. And then watch how
- 18:53quickly it deteriorates. That's
- 18:56fine. Portland's a
- 18:57proving ground for these things.
- 19:00I know that this all seems like
- 19:02it's hard to imagine,
- 19:04but people felt the same
- 19:05with the pyramids. No, no. It's easy to
- 19:08imagine, and it's also easy to see
- 19:09how it's failing.
- 19:11The
- 19:12whole thing with
- 19:15reusable
- 19:17bags or whatever, there's now
- 19:19like so many reusable bags on the planet,
- 19:22there's too many.
- 19:24I love mine. I don't even use
- 19:26them most of the time. I keep
- 19:27one in the car and then I have like 10 at home and I'm like,
- 19:29I love this one.
- 19:31This is a great one.
- 19:33I got a great one from Sprouts, which I love.
- 19:35It's got like a hard bottom.
- 19:37It's fantastic.
- 19:39We got it in
- 19:41La Jolla and it was very nice.
- 19:44I don't know if it's just because
- 19:45it was from La Jolla, but it is a very nice bag.
- 19:47Go Dolphins.
- 19:49but, uh, I don't ever use it cause I forget about it. But this one's more, but like,
- 19:57I also have a different Sprouts bag that, um, I never use cause I never remember to bring it.
- 20:04And then it's like, I go to the store and then I'm like, if I'm in the store,
- 20:08even if it's in the back of my car, I'm like, I'm not going back now.
- 20:14I have one last argument. I mean, I think you can't underestimate
- 20:17how lazy people are.
- 20:20You're right.
- 20:21You're absolutely right.
- 20:23Thank you.
- 20:24People are lazy.
- 20:25Yep.
- 20:26But, and have you considered,
- 20:28come on!
- 20:32That's a good point.
- 20:35Was that your other argument?
- 20:36It was.
- 20:37Okay.
- 20:37And continues to be.
- 20:38You know what?
- 20:39That's a pretty good argument.
- 20:42Isn't it weird,
- 20:43now that I'm thinking about it,
- 20:44even when you eat in,
- 20:45they give you a styrofoam throwaway container.
- 20:49They have no way to like
- 20:50like they don't clean plates or bowls there.
- 20:54I haven't had
- 20:55Panda Express.
- 20:59Like I used to get it at the mall.
- 21:00I'm trying to remember.
- 21:01Did they always give it to you in like a styrofoam thing?
- 21:04Well, especially at the mall
- 21:04because they don't want to clean anything.
- 21:06Well, yeah.
- 21:06It's the mall.
- 21:07I mean, I haven't had it at a mall in
- 21:0920 plus years.
- 21:13I don't think.
- 21:14I know where we're going.
- 21:15it does sound pretty good it's the best it sounds real good oh speaking of chemical he smells that
- 21:21orange chicken smell it's like a good i can smell that it's like a good yeah i'd probably wake me up
- 21:26out of a coma yeah it should also be embarrassing as hell no it wouldn't everyone he knows said
- 21:31that they came to his ear and said i love you the minute orange chicken showed up he sprung up and
- 21:36ate it his eyes were still closed well smell is like and he should he couldn't stop himself from
- 21:44shouting i can't fake it anymore where's my metal bowl
- 21:51also like what about to-go boxes that have don't utilize those three separate the main
- 22:01compartment and two sides thing well there's other versions i know but what if i have my panda express
- 22:08one that has that and then i want to go somewhere and get a sandwich that doesn't need the three
- 22:13It needs the full one single flat.
- 22:18You pay the deposit for a single flap sandwich box,
- 22:21and then you return it later.
- 22:22So I've just got so many different kinds loose.
- 22:26New insult just dropped.
- 22:28Shut up, you single flap sandwich box.
- 22:34Totally.
- 22:35Well, some people will like it and some people won't.
- 22:38It's just like Crocs.
- 22:41Yeah.
- 22:43crocs um as someone who hates crocs i agree with this assessment but we have friends that love crocs
- 22:50um you know the story behind crocs i don't or i guess it's not in terms of their creation but
- 22:59the movie idiocracy um their way they wear crocs in that movie um yeah they do and uh so the reason
- 23:11for that is the costume designer didn't have a huge budget. And so they wanted to find a shoe
- 23:19that looked stupid, but was like cheap enough to buy for like everyone in the cast. And Crocs were
- 23:24like, here we go. We'll give these to you real cheap. And then, so they were like, great, look
- 23:30at this stupid shoe that we got. And Mike Judge was like, great, that's the perfect stupid shoe.
- 23:34And then after the movie came out, like they became wildly popular, I think like during post
- 23:40production like somehow they took off and so it looks like this suddenly this popular like it just
- 23:47happened to coincide their popularity oh wow increasing so it was like a coincidence what a
- 23:51great like boon for them like i guess they didn't need it really like it wasn't because of the movie
- 23:56that they became popular it was despite the movie well who's it because of nurses i don't know i
- 24:04mean i suppose they are they're supposed to be comfortable i've never worn them but let me tell
- 24:09something after walking 30 miles at disneyland there's no shoe that's comfortable what were you
- 24:14wearing i started with these really nice like shoes and then they got wet on one ride and so
- 24:25i couldn't walk around on them anymore yeah that's the worst and we i had to buy like disney crocs
- 24:29because all they had oh yeah i did that's all i had the rest was for like kids and as much as i
- 24:35tried it couldn't get them on anyway um yeah so i wore i walked around a disney crocs and but i
- 24:41was already in pain so yeah they didn't undo the pain sorry crocs come up with a shoe that can do
- 24:47that it sounds like your job okay next week okay a shoe that takes away pain it's heavy and can be
- 24:55used to hit someone in the head did you just throw your other shoes away no i kept them in a bag oh
- 25:00They were really expensive.
- 25:01I was going to say, that sounds crazy.
- 25:03I'm not crazy.
- 25:04I'm out here saving the world.
- 25:05Are you going to throw shoes away?
- 25:06Well, no, I didn't think you would.
- 25:07That's why I was like, what happened to those?
- 25:08Next step, metal shoes.
- 25:11You just turn them in and get new ones.
- 25:14Well, what is the name for this invention?
- 25:20State of plate.
- 25:23State of plate?
- 25:23Yeah, or plate state.
- 25:26Plate state.
- 25:28Metal meal.
- 25:30metal meal
- 25:34taste not waste
- 25:37taste the waste
- 25:39no no not taste the waste
- 25:42taste
- 25:43oh that's poopy yeah
- 25:45I'm poopy
- 25:47call back y'all

- 25:52exciting alarm when this
- 25:54plays at that part you know like
- 25:56in the store when you win something like a klaxon sound
- 25:58oh what is a klaxon
- 26:00It's a game show bell.
- 26:02Yeah, I knew that.
- 26:04Is that your word?
- 26:07We'll find out.
- 26:11Okay.
- 26:12Yeah, you like it?
- 26:12You love it?
- 26:14You hate it.
- 26:14I like it.
- 26:15I love it.
- 26:15I want more of it.
- 26:17Just imagine, you leave your house where you just drank from your loose tubes.
- 26:21You got your metal plate clanking around in your purse.
- 26:26You're driving there and you're never going to fall asleep because you got the wake up idiot.
- 26:30or whatever.
- 26:31Yeah.
- 26:32Yeah.
- 26:32The sleep,
- 26:33sleeper beeper.
- 26:34Yes.
- 26:34This are,
- 26:36you get a little hungry taco teats.
- 26:38You open up your metal plate.
- 26:40Yeah.
- 26:41One of those can be water to rinse your plate.
- 26:42Our ecosystem is,
- 26:45it's taken over.
- 26:48We're,
- 26:49we're not just inventing things.
- 26:51We're building a whole lifestyle.
- 26:53You got an old relative.
- 26:54Don't worry about them anymore.
- 26:56They're on a trolley system in their home.
- 26:59hang in there
- 27:01so they don't fall
- 27:02that's what we should have called it
- 27:04hang in there
- 27:05hang in there

- 27:07oh
- 27:09oh you guys
- 27:11and then
- 27:13at night
- 27:14you
- 27:14could tuck yourself in
- 27:16with your toes
- 27:18that poke out of your sheets
- 27:19knowing
- 27:20I'm doing right
- 27:21by the world
- 27:22and on the weekend
- 27:23when you're out with your friends
- 27:24and they're talking quietly
- 27:25fear not
- 27:26your audible caller opens you got your how do you speak at night yeah i was scared to say because i
- 27:33mess it up every time god i love all of our stuff we're uh i'd say we're prolific you're prolific
- 27:40you think i would have thought of these if it wasn't for you uh yeah i do actually i know you
- 27:45would okay all right well that uh wraps up the invention of the week
- 27:51all right oh he scared me

- 28:16Heart don't fail me now
- 28:23Great song
- 28:23We gotta watch that
- 28:26Together
- 28:27Okay
- 28:27Francis, you want to explain this segment?
- 28:32Absolutely
- 28:32During this segment
- 28:35Anastasia
- 28:36Or as sometimes pronounced Anastasia
- 28:39Anastasia
- 28:40Yeah
- 28:41One of us has to convince the other
- 28:44Actually we're a long lost family member
- 28:46um that's it so jenna do you want to be convinced or do you want to convince
- 28:52i would like to convince okay this should be real easy because i am
- 28:58oh well let's not get ahead of ourselves okay okay uh all right let's begin
- 29:03oh oh hi i'm sorry uh that's so weird you were just humming a song okay who i'm sorry
- 29:20this is my garden why are you in it uh no no i'm sorry i was walking by um and there's a sign
- 29:27it says don't come in i know i know um but i i was compelled uh because i well i don't know if
- 29:36you could see this i have a i have my own sign that i carry around with me um that just says
- 29:41i can't read oh yeah sorry it's okay um it says uh if if it says don't i'm gonna it's a funny
- 29:52thing I like to say. I put it on a sign. If it says
- 29:56don't, I'm gonna. Yeah.
- 30:00So it said don't come in. So I'm gonna. I have to do it. Anyway, but then when I
- 30:04got in here, I heard you humming something
- 30:08and it's so funny. That's, I remember
- 30:12hearing that same exact tune
- 30:15being hummed right before
- 30:19I was sent to the orphanage.
- 30:22Oh, yeah, it's a really popular song,
- 30:24so I'm not surprised.
- 30:25Is it?
- 30:25I don't think it is.
- 30:26It was top 40 for a long time.
- 30:27No, no, I'm pretty sure it wasn't.
- 30:29Yeah, I am.
- 30:30Because I've only ever heard it one time,
- 30:32and it was right before I got sent to an orphanage.
- 30:35Oh, okay.
- 30:37Well, that's really sad,
- 30:39but I actually bought the platinum.
- 30:43This song's been on popular radio.
- 30:45I got it on eBay because the executive went broke
- 30:48and he sold it.
- 30:48Got it for a really good deal.
- 30:50So I don't mean to call you a liar, but anyway, you're here.
- 30:53You're holding a sign.
- 30:53You said the sign was funny?
- 30:54I got another sign.
- 30:55Oh.
- 30:56If you call me a liar I going to tell you the truth That one not as catchy That not bad It not as catchy as the Anyway are you selling something
- 31:08I'm going to...
- 31:09No, no, I'm not selling anything.
- 31:10Because I was going to buy, because I usually only buy from people who look nothing like me.
- 31:14And I feel like we have...
- 31:15It's like yin and yang over here.
- 31:18Wait, are you saying we don't look anything like us?
- 31:20Yeah, so if you were selling something, I would buy it, because I only buy from people who look like they don't resemble me.
- 31:25I have a feeling
- 31:28Do you have
- 31:29Do you have a birthmark?
- 31:33A birthmark?
- 31:34Yeah, do you have a birthmark?
- 31:35Well, I don't know, I can't see my back
- 31:37Never saw one on my front
- 31:39I could have one on my back
- 31:43I'm guessing that you do
- 31:46Do you want to look?
- 31:48I do, and at the same time
- 31:49I want you to look at my back
- 31:50And see what you see
- 31:52At the same time?
- 31:53I once paid a man to hold a mirror behind me.
- 31:57So I know what my back looks like.
- 32:00I've seen my back.
- 32:02And I know what's there.
- 32:03All right.
- 32:04Here, let's come over to the mirror section of the garden.
- 32:08You have a mirror section and you never tried looking at your own back?
- 32:11It's for the plants.
- 32:12They like to look at themselves.
- 32:14Okay, hold on.
- 32:15You do have very vain plants.
- 32:17Well, I got them from...
- 32:19No, no.
- 32:20Oh, sorry.
- 32:21Sorry, plants.
- 32:21I don't mean to imply that...
- 32:23Thank you for apologizing directly to them, by the way.
- 32:25No, no, I could tell they looked...
- 32:26They were pissed.
- 32:27Well, no, no, I'm sorry.
- 32:29You have every reason to be vain, by the way.
- 32:31Yeah, well, here's my back.
- 32:33Carly Simon would write a song about you.
- 32:35There it is.
- 32:37Nothing?
- 32:38Nothing?
- 32:39No, no.
- 32:40Something.
- 32:41What is it?
- 32:43Well, I can show you what it is.
- 32:45No, just tell me.
- 32:46No, look at my back.
- 32:47All right, let me see.
- 32:49Do you see?
- 32:50See what's on my back?
- 32:51Oh, yeah.
- 32:53Patrick from SpongeBob.
- 32:54The same thing is on your back.
- 32:58Oh, well, yeah, I got it tattooed.
- 33:00Silly.
- 33:01So did I.
- 33:02Okay.
- 33:03Well, you should be leaving soon.
- 33:06Wait, you also have a great sense of time?
- 33:11Well, yeah.
- 33:11I mean, I was born in a garden.
- 33:13You gotta know time.
- 33:15Wait.
- 33:16What?
- 33:17You were born in a garden?
- 33:19Yeah, a big one with sunflowers that were taller than the house.
- 33:21Oh, the house, yes.
- 33:22What did you say?
- 33:23Did you say what I just said?
- 33:24Tall in a house.
- 33:26Oh, yeah.
- 33:27And they were yellow.
- 33:29And they had a stem.
- 33:30Some call it a stalk.
- 33:34Well, this is crazy.
- 33:37Well, I'm sure it means nothing.
- 33:39I don't know.
- 33:41I.
- 33:42Who do you?
- 33:43Who are you?
- 33:44I'm sorry.
- 33:44Let's back up.
- 33:45What is this?
- 33:46I just I feel this connection to you.
- 33:50I feel drawn to you.
- 33:53I'm in a relationship.
- 33:54No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 33:55Not like that.
- 33:56Not like that.
- 33:56It's going on two weeks now.
- 33:57I'm not saying you're unattractive.
- 33:58I'm just saying.
- 33:59No, no.
- 34:00I want to see where this goes.
- 34:01No, I know.
- 34:01I appreciate that.
- 34:02No, the Fortnite anniversary is, that's sacrosanct.
- 34:08I'm not going to try and.
- 34:11Yeah.
- 34:11I mean, then again, life is short.
- 34:13Maybe.
- 34:15Well, look.
- 34:16No, I think I'm going to be honest with you.
- 34:20I don't think that would be a good idea.
- 34:23too much chemistry. I agree. I felt that the minute I saw you, I see a person holding signs,
- 34:29drip, drip, drip. Yeah. Let's just say I don't have to water this section of the garden
- 34:36anytime soon. Can I just tell you other human beings would have found that absolutely disgusting
- 34:43what you just said, but I don't, I don't find it absolutely disgusting. And I think,
- 34:51I think I know why.
- 34:53Oh, okay.
- 34:58Do you hear that?
- 35:01Yeah.
- 35:03I mean, no.
- 35:03It's the seraphims are singing.
- 35:08Are those plants?
- 35:10No, they're angels.
- 35:11Oh.
- 35:13Oh, I was confused because I have a seraphim variety of zinnias.
- 35:17Zinnias.
- 35:18Oh.
- 35:19Okay, listen.
- 35:19I have a very strict schedule
- 35:21so just get to it
- 35:23you don't want a date, you're holding signs
- 35:25you're not selling anything
- 35:26look
- 35:28I think
- 35:30we might be
- 35:34separated at birth
- 35:36twins
- 35:36twins separated at birth
- 35:41why would you think that
- 35:43because of all the signs
- 35:45I'm talking about the metaphorical signs
- 35:47not the literal ones that I'm holding
- 35:49Ignore this one sign that I'm holding that says I'm an only child.
- 35:54That one was just a joke.
- 35:55I thought it was funny.
- 35:56Okay.
- 35:57Well, this would be easy to clear up.
- 35:59How old are you?
- 36:01Let's both say our age at the exact same time.
- 36:05All righty-roo.
- 36:06I'm going to start now.
- 36:0842-1.
- 36:11Okay, a lot of people are 42-1.
- 36:13Well, okay, but...
- 36:15What?
- 36:19sign are you?
- 36:22What sign am I?
- 36:24God, you are obsessed with signs.
- 36:26Well, I'm sorry.
- 36:27I like them.
- 36:31Don't get me started on cosines
- 36:32and tangents.
- 36:34Just kidding.
- 36:38Pisces.
- 36:39Oh, we didn't get to say it at the same time,
- 36:41but I was going to say Pisces.
- 36:42Oh, no, I was going to say Pisces is what I was going to be with my mom.
- 36:45Yes, exactly.
- 36:45My mom was a Pisces too.
- 36:49She cared for a long time.
- 36:51Longer than she was supposed to.
- 36:52And so I stayed in.
- 36:52So I was going to be crazy, but I was the next one.
- 36:55It's actually, yep.
- 36:55Which I don't know exactly what it is.
- 37:00It's a Capricorn.
- 37:05Capricorn.
- 37:05Cancer.
- 37:06Yep.
- 37:06Capricorn.
- 37:07So you're not the same sign.
- 37:08No, no.
- 37:08Because you said cancer.
- 37:10No, no, no.
- 37:11It's a Capricorn.
- 37:12Oh, okay.
- 37:13I bet you, if you look.
- 37:14Okay.
- 37:15I don't have time for this.
- 37:16Here.
- 37:16If you want to think you're my twin, then there's one thing we can do.
- 37:20Okay.
- 37:20We'll prick each other's fingers and we'll start to bleed.
- 37:23Okay.
- 37:23And we'll...
- 37:24Drip, drip, drip.
- 37:26Yep.
- 37:27Yep.
- 37:27And then we'll drink each other's finger blood.
- 37:29Okay.
- 37:30Because it wouldn't...
- 37:31We all know the taste of our own blood.
- 37:34Yes.
- 37:34Oh, of course.
- 37:36I'm going to pull out a little...
- 37:38See this?
- 37:38Yeah.
- 37:39I have a flask of my own blood.
- 37:41Oh, and there's a sign on the flask.
- 37:42Who could have guessed?
- 37:44All right.
- 37:45Bloody Marys.
- 37:46Anyone?
- 37:47Bloody Perry.
- 37:48Oh, you predicted this.
- 37:49Yeah.
- 37:50Interesting.
- 37:51Okay, I'm ready.
- 37:53Okay, ready?
- 37:55Ow.
- 37:56Ow.
- 37:56Ooh.
- 37:57Ow.
- 37:57Ow.
- 37:58Ow.
- 38:00Okay, here's my finger.
- 38:02Give me yours.
- 38:05Hmm.
- 38:08Wait, did I just suck on my own finger?
- 38:11I thought that was weird.
- 38:12No, no, I didn't, I don't think.
- 38:14It just tastes so much like...
- 38:15Oh, oh, oh.
- 38:17Yeah.
- 38:19Sorry, I had a head injury at birth.
- 38:21So did I.
- 38:22Did you?
- 38:24Yes.
- 38:25What was the name of your surgeon?
- 38:27They told me years later.
- 38:31Let's both say it at the same time.
- 38:33I'm starting to think you're using this as a crutch.
- 38:35Why can't you just say it on your own?
- 38:37Doctor.
- 38:38Doctor.
- 38:38Doctor.
- 38:40Say it.
- 38:42Doctor, say it.
- 38:44Okay, how could you?
- 38:45Okay, that's interesting.
- 38:46How did you know that?
- 38:47I didn't have to know.
- 38:49I'm not knowing things about you.
- 38:51I'm knowing things about me.
- 38:53Wow.
- 38:53Almost no one knows of Dr. Rubio.
- 38:55Yes.
- 38:56Okay.
- 38:57So this is crazy.
- 38:58I feel a little weird for being attracted to you, but it's going away.
- 39:01No, no.
- 39:01It's normal.
- 39:02Okay.
- 39:02Good, because it's back.
- 39:04Because we're twins.
- 39:05We're twins.
- 39:06And it's being attracted to yourself, really.
- 39:10Right.
- 39:11I mean, be honest.
- 39:12Let's be honest.
- 39:13Yeah, we're hot.
- 39:13If we're, I mean, God.
- 39:15Smoke show.
- 39:16We won that lottery.
- 39:18Oh, yeah.
- 39:19And if we got together, I'm just saying, I'm not saying we will, I'm just saying if we did.
- 39:22Mm-hmm.
- 39:22And what you're saying is true, that's allowed.
- 39:26Is it?
- 39:27Twins.
- 39:28We're the same person.
- 39:29It's a legal loophole.
- 39:31It's called egg theory.
- 39:33Oh.
- 39:33Yeah.
- 39:34Oh.
- 39:35Is it?
- 39:35Wow, that's crazy.
- 39:36Yeah.
- 39:37Wow.
- 39:37See, I didn't know this.
- 39:39It's a crazy country we live in.
- 39:41Yeah.
- 39:41Just no babies.
- 39:42Yeah.
- 39:43Who wants them?
- 39:43not me.
- 39:45We both don't want children.
- 39:46Oh my God.
- 39:47Crazy.
- 39:51Oh,
- 39:51I just wanted to see if we had the same laugh.
- 39:55That was a really funny joke.
- 39:57We do have the same laugh.
- 39:59Do you want to come in?
- 40:01Can I pull out another sign?
- 40:04Yeah.
- 40:04I was wondering what that was doing back there.
- 40:06I could see it behind your head a little bit.
- 40:09Someone asked me to come in.
- 40:10I'm gonna.
- 40:13Well, I guess it turns out we really are related, Francis.
- 40:19How about that?
- 40:19Crazy.
- 40:20It changes nothing for me.
- 40:23I want you to know if you needed an organ, I would give it to you.
- 40:25I just don't think they would let me.
- 40:28I want you to know that I would never ask.
- 40:30If you ask, I wouldn't give it.
- 40:32I actually, I want it to be a gift if you ever give me one.
- 40:35Like, surprise.
- 40:36Like, I don't need it, but it's like, but you're just offering on your own.
- 40:39Yeah, that's what I'll do.
- 40:41Any of them, you pick.
- 40:42oh thank you
- 40:44yeah okay
- 40:44oh now I wanna
- 40:45which one do I want
- 40:47I'll think about it
- 40:50my appendix has not
- 40:51given me any problems
- 40:52mine neither
- 40:53okay
- 40:54it'd be funny
- 40:55we just swapped
- 40:56does anyone ever do that
- 40:58yeah I'm sure
- 40:58okay
- 41:00good
- 41:01I'm glad
- 41:01um
- 41:03well
- 41:03that has been
- 41:06Anastasia
- 41:12Oh, wow. I love my new family. I love how rich they are.
- 41:21I think we successfully proved that.
- 41:26Yeah. I mean, I've been lonely for a few years. I wanted to believe it.
- 41:31And I don't know if you knew this. I had a lie detector going the whole time.
- 41:36and no deceptions noticed.
- 41:40It was all like a flat line.
- 41:45So that was all true.
- 41:47We're really related.
- 41:50So anyway, it's time for our next segment,
- 41:56The Big Question.
- 42:00The question is very big.
- 42:03Well, I hope you have a big question for me.
- 42:11I do.
- 42:12Good.
- 42:14My big question is, someone's given you something, and you have to hide it.
- 42:21And it is the size...
- 42:24Of a herd of cattle.
- 42:26I've heard of them.
- 42:27No, not have you heard of them, of a herd of cattle.
- 42:30Oh, no, this is my question.
- 42:33Okay.
- 42:33All right.
- 42:34Sorry.
- 42:34I was so excited.
- 42:36I was jumping ahead.
- 42:37Yeah.
- 42:37We'll get to the cattle later.
- 42:38Okay.
- 42:39It's the size of, you know, those cute apples called rockets.
- 42:45No, they're like miniature apples.
- 42:48Oh, it's the size of that.
- 42:50Well, okay.
- 42:50What are those the size of?
- 42:52Miniature apples.
- 42:53Like, yeah.
- 42:54How miniature are we talking?
- 42:56Half sized.
- 42:59Like a, like a peach pit.
- 43:02Like, are they bigger?
- 43:04They're.
- 43:06Bigger than a cherry.
- 43:08They're much bigger than a cherry.
- 43:09Like a plum?
- 43:10It's 0.6 of an apple.
- 43:12Okay.
- 43:13All right.
- 43:15Anyway, you've got to hide it.
- 43:18And it has to be a place that will never be found.
- 43:20Where would you hide this?
- 43:23Where would I hide something small?
- 43:28That's the big question.
- 43:29Well, I specifically said it was a rocket apple.
- 43:33Where would I hide?
- 43:34Oh, okay.
- 43:37You don't like this question.
- 43:39Well, it just seems like...
- 43:41So are people looking for it?
- 43:43Oh, yeah.
- 43:45But when you're hiding it, no one's looking.
- 43:49Okay, so there's an active search or it's just one of those things that...
- 43:52Everyone knows about the apple.
- 43:55And it never goes bad, by the way, so it's not going to rot in your hiding place.
- 43:59Everyone knows about it and wants to find it.
- 44:02You got to hide it from them.
- 44:03Okay.
- 44:09And.
- 44:11Okay.
- 44:11Well, the.
- 44:14The major issue here is.
- 44:17Do you.
- 44:19Keep it on your person, which would be the first.
- 44:22I mean, if it's everyone's looking for it.
- 44:25You need to keep it safe.
- 44:26You want to keep it close.
- 44:29Everyone knows you had it at first.
- 44:35Okay.
- 44:36Well, if everyone knows that I had it and everyone knows that everyone's looking for it,
- 44:49then I don't want it anywhere near me, actually.
- 44:53Or do you?
- 44:53Because now maybe it's so obvious that it's not obvious at all.
- 44:56No, I think I can go more random with it.
- 45:01Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
- 45:08I would hide it.
- 45:11I would find, I would find a town that is not often visited,
- 45:23but still has some buildings on a historical register.
- 45:28Buildings I know will not be torn down or just like gotten rid of because they're on a historical register.
- 45:36So let's say, um,
- 45:44Kentucky, Wisconsin. Look it up. It's a real place.
- 45:48I always believe you. Yeah. Yeah.
- 45:54Kentucky, Wisconsin. Um, they have a, uh,
- 46:02weirdly there, um,
- 46:06Diner is in a building that used to be a jail from like 1840s time.
- 46:20And it's actually kind of a cute themed diner.
- 46:23And um they have like little section like like jail cells are like they decorated in different like like in fun winky ways Right Um and then they have in one of the cells they have um
- 46:45um, a box, like a shadow box that has, uh, that has the, um,
- 46:57original keys to the jail cell, like in the shadow box.
- 47:06Okay. Hear me out. I definitely know where I'm going with this. Okay. Um, and
- 47:13behind that shadow box, actually those keys don't work for anything in the building anymore,
- 47:25but behind the shadow box is like a weak part of the construction of the wall, right?
- 47:36There was the Shawshank Redemption, you know, Andy Dufresne and the Shawshank Redemption.
- 47:41There was actually, that was based on a real prisoner in Kentucky, Wisconsin,
- 47:48who dug out part of the wall.
- 47:52So there's a weak part of the wall there.
- 47:54but Kentucky didn't advertise it at all.
- 47:58They didn't want this cause the guy got away. Um,
- 48:02and so they tried to like patch it up at the time,
- 48:05but they were very rudimentary with it. This was back at 1873. And,
- 48:10um, uh,
- 48:13are you filibustering?
- 48:18I'm getting there. No, this is all,
- 48:23real and not made up at all.
- 48:27And so 1873, which that's, that was, was that also the year of the pun?
- 48:41Have we established that?
- 48:43That was the urinal of the urinal.
- 48:45Urinal of the urinal.
- 48:47Yeah.
- 48:47Yep.
- 48:47That's right.
- 48:48um so anyway that just 1873 is a big year in america um so they didn't properly fill it in
- 48:59not a lot of people know this it's kind of like one of those like sub like sub sub sub sub sub
- 49:03stories about the lore of this town what do you mean the like well like it's not it's not known
- 49:10that the behind the keys is the weeks they they use the shadow box to cover up the weak part in
- 49:15the jail cell because they were embarrassed by their history that someone got out.
- 49:20So they filled it in with like kind of like loose clay at the time.
- 49:24There wasn't like the same kind of like.
- 49:29I don't want to say it out loud because I don't want it to be your thing.
- 49:32But that is such a funny like insult.
- 49:39Anyway, they filled it in with the loose clay because they didn't have better materials.
- 49:43They didn't really know what they were doing just then.
- 49:46They didn't have the rebar and the cement that we have now.
- 49:51So it's still loose to this day because it's a historical building.
- 49:55You're not allowed to do modifications on it.
- 49:57So what I would do, I would wait until the town of Kentucky, Wisconsin, goes to bed real early.
- 50:04It's a sleepy town.
- 50:06Everyone's in bed by 9.
- 50:089.46.
- 50:11I go over to the diner.
- 50:13I get rid of that loose clay, stick in a rocket apple,
- 50:22reclay it up, which by the way is real easy,
- 50:24which is why they use that loose clay to begin with.
- 50:27Put the shadow box back.
- 50:29Bingo, bango, bongo.
- 50:30Good luck finding that rocket apple.
- 50:37Wow.
- 50:38That's where I'd hide it.
- 50:39it would take a really long time you'd basically have to be of the mindset to destroy everything
- 50:46to find that okay i mean i would never look there yeah thank you way to go even the people
- 50:53of kentucket wouldn't look there they wouldn't think to their little sleepy town's never been
- 50:57on the map why would this big search for an apple come to their little town
- 51:03it wouldn't right of course statistically speaking you would think like
- 51:08why not go to the big apple right new york that's where things go new york that's where
- 51:14rockets are heading yeah so anyway it'd be a real long time before that was ever found
- 51:21well i'm not gonna say that i feel like you held me hostage to that but i will say that
- 51:30By the time you were done explaining, I had no idea that I would ever go look for it.
- 51:36That's right.
- 51:36It works on two levels.
- 51:40Well, it's crazy that you didn't find that captivating because that was definitely a real plan that I had thought of and wasn't making up the entire way.
- 51:49Is there a town called that?
- 51:51Yeah.
- 51:53Yeah.
- 51:55Okay.
- 51:57Yeah.
- 51:57Yeah.
- 51:58I'm from Wisconsin.
- 52:00Yeah.
- 52:01What was that?
- 52:03Can-tucket, I think.
- 52:06Can-tucket.
- 52:07Yes.
- 52:09Yes.
- 52:11Fudgesicles.
- 52:12And your can-tuckets were the best.
- 52:14Let's get your can-tuckets back in Wisconsin.
- 52:18Where would you hide it?
- 52:20Me?
- 52:21Yeah, you.
- 52:22What I would do is...
- 52:26I would take it with me because as I'm allowed to have it,
- 52:33no one can look for it yet as we established.
- 52:36I get to hide it in the Nilek.
- 52:39So I'm going to fly to the Middle East.
- 52:43Ooh.
- 52:46And I'm going to go to Egypt.
- 52:48Okay.
- 52:49And the reason I'm going to Egypt is because of the, what do they call them?
- 52:56the 10 or the seven natural wonders.
- 52:59They have the pyramids and I'm going to actually break into,
- 53:03you know that you can only go into some of those and not all of them.
- 53:06Did you know that the natural wonders?
- 53:08No.
- 53:09Oh,
- 53:09the pyramids.
- 53:10I was surprised you could go into any of them.
- 53:12You can go into any of them.
- 53:13Oh yeah.
- 53:14They open them up for like tours,
- 53:16I think,
- 53:16but not all of them.
- 53:17Some of them are like exclusively private,
- 53:19but I wonder what's in those,
- 53:22I guess.
- 53:22Probably empty.
- 53:24Probably apples.
- 53:25of naked mummies.
- 53:27Yeah, maybe.
- 53:29Unwrapped mummies.
- 53:30Yeah.
- 53:31I don't know why I did that.
- 53:33That's nothing to do with mummies.
- 53:35Anyway, here's what I'm thinking.
- 53:38Anywhere in the world,
- 53:38you could find someone to take a bribe.
- 53:41Right?
- 53:42Yeah.
- 53:42So just because you're not allowed in there
- 53:44doesn't mean you can't get in there.
- 53:46Right.
- 53:47So I would go to a local.
- 53:50And if I had to,
- 53:51I'd make their life hard
- 53:52before I introduced myself.
- 53:54You know?
- 53:54just like casually like breaking their car or something like you know i mean so you're like
- 53:58they're out all this money and then i'd be like i've got money give their grandmother cancer
- 54:02that needs a lot of money to cure yeah but i have the money to cure it yeah yeah but i'll bring that
- 54:09up later yeah or maybe i'll forget who knows i'm not a very nice guy whoops yeah but anyway i'll be
- 54:15like hey there's something i need there's something you need i hate to ask this but
- 54:19my cousin Muriel
- 54:21wanted to go to this locked
- 54:23area of the pyramids
- 54:26and I want to.
- 54:28I gotta go in there. She died.
- 54:31And I'll
- 54:31it'll be a real sob story. And eventually
- 54:34I'll be like, I have money.
- 54:36Please.
- 54:38Muriel.
- 54:39And they'll let me do it. Like for the money.
- 54:41Like just so I can make it clear, I will make
- 54:43the bribe happen.
- 54:45Okay.
- 54:47Or if he doesn't work on him, I'll find someone else.
- 54:48I like the idea of making somebody's life worse so that they are more susceptible to a bribe.
- 54:53Just in general, I'm filing that away for later.
- 54:56Well, yeah.
- 54:56Yeah.
- 54:57It's good, right?
- 54:58Yeah.
- 54:58Yeah.
- 54:59So anyway, he'll let me in.
- 55:00I'll be like, I'm just going to go in and do a prayer and drop some Muriel's ashes.
- 55:05And he won't think that's disrespectful.
- 55:08And he will allow it.
- 55:09And I'll go in and I'll start scattering some sand I found in Egypt, his ashes.
- 55:16While screaming Muriel.
- 55:17and then when
- 55:18while I'm out of view
- 55:20when I go around the corner
- 55:21I will hide it
- 55:22as a jewel
- 55:23and I'll even bring
- 55:24another one
- 55:25so they look like eyes
- 55:26and I'll pop them into
- 55:29a non-offensive
- 55:31after the fact mummy
- 55:33so it's not a real one
- 55:34that people are going to be
- 55:35mad at me for saying this
- 55:35you know
- 55:36it's like they decorate it
- 55:38so I'll put the
- 55:39rockets in
- 55:40and then I'll
- 55:42come out crying
- 55:42and I'll say thank you
- 55:43and then I'll go home
- 55:44and I'll laugh
- 55:45and laugh
- 55:46they won't notice
- 55:47that there's suddenly something new?
- 55:49No one goes in there.
- 55:51Someone goes in there.
- 55:57Uh...
- 55:58I mean...
- 55:59No.
- 56:01Do you think private areas,
- 56:03areas that are private from the public,
- 56:05just are, no one gets to see them?
- 56:08No one ever goes inside of them?
- 56:10I bet you somebody lives in there.
- 56:12No, no.
- 56:13I'll put them under the shoulders of a mummy.
- 56:19Okay.
- 56:20No one checks under the shoulders.
- 56:22Because that would be weird.
- 56:23That's true.
- 56:24So we both made our decisions.
- 56:27Okay.
- 56:29And I didn't have to learn how to clay anything.
- 56:32Hey, they...
- 56:34Kentucky didn't know how to clay anything either.
- 56:37As you can see by the loose wall firmament.
- 56:41Yeah, Joe and I, your hostages can see.
- 56:47All right, well, we've answered the big question.
- 56:50The big question.
- 56:52Only one final bit of business, Francis.
- 56:54Before we move on, I just want to say I had so much fun.
- 56:57Thank you.
- 56:58I enjoyed this as well.
- 57:01Is that?
- 57:02That's it, baby.
- 57:03That's it?
- 57:03Okay.
- 57:04Yep.
- 57:04Interruption.
- 57:05Stop.
- 57:08Shall I go first?
- 57:09Sure.
- 57:09this is a real doozy urinal no that was a legit callback
- 57:18diner no
- 57:22sub no i was gonna ask you about that sub sub sub lore what captivating no wisconsin no
- 57:35compelled no deceptions decoy word no yep no this happened last week too
- 57:48shadow box nope jail nope okay i'm out fudge oh god i'm so happy that worked i deliberately made
- 58:00that awkward no no no my just deceptions was my decoy word my actual word was cattle
- 58:09and you said it twice son of a bitch wait he said it twice twice i only heard it once oh
- 58:19they i'm so mad because it came out of nowhere francis
- 58:24you dipshit fool is your word dipshit i'm just kidding uh damn it no that's three that's four
- 58:35what is it i don't even know that's three points for me because you guess my decoy
- 58:43and then if you said my word twice that's
- 58:46shit oh god i had to stop myself from smiling ear to ear when i heard you say cattle oh
- 58:54okay all right well i'm gonna fail here because i only have a few guesses for you
- 59:02and if i'm right on any of them that i'm screwed because i said these words a lot too i think
- 59:08here's hoping uh well first real quick it's not repisode
- 59:13no okay all right it's not deposit is it no okay because i said that a whole bunch oh man i wish
- 59:25it was no man i got screwed rocket no that's an actual type of apple yeah it's a brand i think
- 59:34never heard of it it's in sprouts they're little and my only other guess hostage that's my word
- 59:41that's your word yeah
- 59:43dang
- 59:45I even tried to
- 59:48Jo you saw what I was doing didn't you
- 59:50yeah cause I saw you write it down
- 59:52so I was like she's got it so I tried to repeat it
- 59:55as a plural hoping that
- 59:56that's the one you would say
- 59:58oh
- 59:59that's the only reason you included me
- 1:00:02do you have no other guesses that you want to say right now
- 1:00:07the decoy variety
- 1:00:10Wait a minute, though. Wait, Jo.
- 1:00:12Don't I get some points for what happened through this episode?
- 1:00:15Wait. She said my decoy
- 1:00:16word, like, several times.
- 1:00:19Oh, crap. Wait, you did?
- 1:00:20Well, I don't know what your decoy word was.
- 1:00:22No, you only get points if she guesses your decoy word.
- 1:00:24It doesn't matter if she says your decoy word.
- 1:00:26Have we established that? We have now.
- 1:00:28What? What was your
- 1:00:30decoy word? Pyramids.
- 1:00:32Oh, very
