SILVER Investors ALERT! 🔥–TRUMP, Saudi Arabia & Gold Price News Update · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
Is the Trump administration preparing to send silver north
• 0:05
of $85 per oz? Look, two years ago we talked
• 0:09
about the unbelievable bright future for the precious metals.
• 0:13
But today, can we look out to the next two years and feel the
• 0:16
same way? We're going to look at some big,
• 0:18
big developing stories right now in the world of precious metals.
• 0:23
We're going to be honed in a little more on silver today, but
• 0:26
this also applies to gold because we have things happening
• 0:30
at a rapid pace that are going to dictate where we go in the
• 0:34
coming years for the precious metals prices.
• 0:37
And let's just say that we have big reason to be optimistic now.
• 0:41
I'm super happy right now because you made the decision,
• 0:44
yes, you to join me down here in the basement.
• 0:47
Thank you for being here. Thank you for making that
• 0:49
  choice. You are important.
• 0:51
I hope you feel like you have a friend like you have a little
• 0:54
home away from home down here in the basement.

• 1:03
Super chat, super thanks are always super appreciated.
• 1:06
  Never super expected. Let's move.
• 1:09
Let's talk about something crazy right off the bat.
• 1:12
Do you know that in 1980 the price of silver hit $50 per oz?
• 1:18
Do you know that in today's dollars that would be $200 per
• 1:24
oz? Do you know right that that
• 1:26
means that silver right now as measured in 1980 dollars is
• 1:32
coincidentally 80% lower than that all time high, again as
• 1:37
measured in 1980 dollars. Guys, to think that we can't go
• 1:41
through the roof. All right, we talked about this
• 1:43
right here, $85 silver on the silver bear.
• 1:47
That could be nothing. We could see 200, three, $100
• 1:51
silver. I'm a big believer that I'll see
• 1:53
it during my lifetime. What do you think?
• 1:56
Leave a comment in the comment section below.
• 1:58
But let's talk about some of these big stories going on right
• 2:01
now. Is Trump getting ready to send
• 2:04
  will? Will the Trump administration,
• 2:05
will the current power base in Washington be sending silver way
• 2:10
north of $85 per oz? We got a big story this week.
• 2:15
We're going to dig into it here a little bit and see what we
• 2:18
think. But basically, the Department of
• 2:20
Interior has included silver on the draft list of critical
• 2:25
minerals to be published soon. I think it's being reviewed for
• 2:28
the next 30 days or something like that.
• 2:31
But look at all the hubbub that this created.
• 2:35
Here we go this first. Are we up?
• 2:38
Yep, we are. OK, hopefully you guys can see
• 2:40
me or hear me. This was a post from Make Gold
• 2:43
Grade Again that talked about the fact that silver is 81%
• 2:47
below its all time high from 45 years ago 1980.
• 2:51
That's using CPI data, but let's dig right in.
• 2:55
Here's another one from Make Gold Grade Again.
• 2:58
He's getting a lot of attention today here in the basement.
• 3:01
Silver listed as a critical mineral for the first time ever
• 3:05
on the draft 2025 Department of Interior list.
• 3:10
And look at that. There's Donald Trump.
• 3:12
Not a political show, but he's telling you, get in, loser.
• 3:15
We're going to short squeeze the bullion banks.
• 3:18
But as we dig into this a little more, here's a post from Bob
• 3:22
Coleman brings up some important points.
• 3:25
Department of Interior released their draft list for critical
• 3:28
  minerals. Guess who's on it?
• 3:30
Platinum and silver. So platinum also made the list.
• 3:34
However, what's interesting here is I believe another post from
• 3:40
Make Go Great Again. Final silver finally is
• 3:44
officially listed as a critical mineral.
• 3:47
Can I now suggest where it fits in on their table?
• 3:49
So here's their table. And here's the suggestion from
• 3:53
make go great. Again, the importance to energy,
• 3:57
right? Goes up from low to high.
• 3:59
There's silver very high supply risk, low to high.
• 4:04
So silver, it's being recommended, gets put on there,
• 4:07
whatever you call that, their chart up there in the upper
• 4:10
right hand corner. Again, guys, it's important to
• 4:13
remember this is a draft list. I think it's 30 days, days.
• 4:17
It has to be reviewed and people can give public comment.
• 4:20
But finally, the government's waking up to the fact that
• 4:23
there's been massive underinvestment into silver for
• 4:27
years and years, decades and decades.
• 4:30
  That's what happens. There's a, there's a big, big
• 4:33
important reason why we want to, we want to recognize that it's
• 4:37
being put on this critical list because for decades, right, the
• 4:41
  price of silver's been suppressed.
• 4:43
And what happens because the price of silver is suppressed?
• 4:46
Hardly nobody invest in exploring, developing or
• 4:50
building new silver mines. When's the last time you heard
• 4:53
about a new silver mine being built?
• 4:56
  There's a stock that I own. I'm not a financial advisor, but
• 4:59
it's called Silver Mountain Resources down in Peru.
• 5:02
They're in the process of restarting a silver mine.
• 5:04
But it's very, very rare to hear that we have a new silver mine
• 5:09
being built. So when the price does
• 5:11
skyrocket, OK, it's not like there's going to be a bunch of
• 5:14
new mines coming on. It's not like they can just flip
• 5:18
a switch and say, OK, we're going to turn on all the silver
• 5:21
mines. And the other critical thing to
• 5:23
remember is that most silver is mined as a byproduct, mostly
• 5:28
from copper. And we know that the copper
• 5:31
miners are also struggling to supply enough copper.
• 5:35
And from what I understand, add icing on top of that, most of
• 5:40
the newer copper deposits that are being discovered from a
• 5:43
geological perspective, there may be deeper.
• 5:46
I think it is they don't have as much silver that coexist with
• 5:50
the copper. So it's not like suddenly the
• 5:53
world can say, hey, guess what we need, we need more silver.
• 5:56
Can you get more silver? Run down to Costco and get some
• 5:59
silver like all the Costco moms and dads are doing, buying
• 6:03
silver and gold. They're ahead of the curve.
• 6:05
But no, you really can't just run to Costco.
• 6:09
Well, you can, but you can't from a large scale perspective,
• 6:12
if you know what I mean. OK, so is now our government is
• 6:16
  Trump. Is the Trump administration
• 6:18
finally letting the cat out of the bag?
• 6:21
We got a silver shortage, right? And silver shortage can lead the
• 6:25
silver squeeze. You know the whole situation,
• 6:27
you know the whole story. And why could that happen?
• 6:30
Look at this, we got to do our daily update of the make believe
• 6:34
paper funny land silver market. And this will come to us from
• 6:39
our friend, the dude who gave us yesterday's data.
• 6:42
  Unbelievable. OK, this was yesterday.
• 6:46
The silver market yesterday traded 544 million paper oz.
• 6:52
OK, here's the data that's from Tuesday, August 26th.
• 6:56
Guys, this number. Let me see if I can highlight
• 7:00
  that for you. This.
• 7:02
This number. What color you want, Huh.
• 7:06
  You can choose. Go ahead.
• 7:07
Tell me what color. Oh, you want orange?
• 7:09
OK, we'll do it in. Orange happens to be my favorite
• 7:11
  color. Well, that's not working.
• 7:14
Anyway, we'll try it again. Nothing like a live stream.
• 7:19
I apologize for the technical delay.
• 7:22
And we're going to go back here to Orange.
• 7:26
There we go. That number that's like 2/3 of
• 7:29
all the silver that is produced by the mines on an annual basis
• 7:34
traded in one day paper silver, right?
• 7:39
The amount of paper silver traded in 124 hour period is
• 7:45
equal to more than half and probably close to 2/3 of all the
• 7:50
silver that's being mined on a daily on an annual basis.
• 7:54
What am I saying? I mean, it is truly, truly
• 7:57
insane. Now one of those companies who's
• 7:59
the head of the curve and in mining a lot of silver is First
• 8:02
  Majestic Silver, Keith Newmeyer's company.
• 8:05
They mine a ton of silver down in Mexico.
• 8:08
What's interesting is First Majestic Silver owns a mint
• 8:12
right there, First Mint. First Mint sponsors Ron's
• 8:15
  basement gold and silver content.
• 8:17
So if you want to get your hand on some silver, all right, some
• 8:21
fresh silver that's mined in Mexico, shipped directly to the
• 8:25
mint in Las Vegas, NV and then transformed into world class
• 8:29
silver bullion products. You can go to the first mint
• 8:33
website and check it out. Here's one of the coins you'll
• 8:35
find there. This is just a coolest coin
• 8:38
ever. This is their their Las Vegas
• 8:40
round, but all the products that they have on their website are
• 8:43
unique to 1st Mint. Let me show you here real
• 8:47
quickly. We'll run out to their website,
• 8:49
  sitefirstmeant.com and here we go.
• 8:53
There's the Las Vegas round. Hopefully you're seeing that on
• 8:56
your screen. Let's go back to that.
• 8:58
That's the one I just showed you.
• 8:59
Unique to 1st meant. Here's the year of the snake.
• 9:03
Unique to 1st meant, Beautiful coin around, you're the dragon.
• 9:08
Unique to 1st meant. And of course, they have a
• 9:12
dollar off on the year of the snake.
• 9:14
And my favorite of all time, this Indian Head design on the
• 9:18
reverse side of their one ounce Buffalo.
• 9:21
They also have bars, some other products as well.
• 9:24
Free shipping on orders over $199.
• 9:28
It's a company you can trust, owned by First Majestic Silver.
• 9:31
Great selection, great products. And guess what?
• 9:34
There is a discount code. Don't tell anybody VIPRB.
• 9:39
All right, what else about silver?
• 9:41
OK, the silver miners are breaking out.
• 9:43
Now look, the mining stocks, you know, I love physical metal.
• 9:47
I also love the mining stocks. But when the there's a benefit
• 9:51
to those of us that also own the physical metal, when the mining
• 9:54
stocks break out, it's going to be a self feeding process.
• 9:58
As more people get excited about the precious metal mining
• 10:01
stocks, which they are, they will also get more excited about
• 10:05
the physical metal and look at what is happening right now in
• 10:11
let's get to the right screen. Wrong one.
• 10:14
Here we go. Here we go guys.
• 10:19
This is from Graddy. He said silver miners, ETFSIL is
• 10:23
now breaking out. I've been saying this huge
• 10:26
opportunity is coming, coming and now it's here and it's had
• 10:29
this big move since he said that originally as expected with many
• 10:34
silver miners moving up 100%. So when we look at his chart,
• 10:38
it's interesting because he had a blue line, right, which was
• 10:42
this downward trending kind of resistance line that we broke
• 10:47
through earlier in the year. But now we're also breaking
• 10:52
through what a lot of people are pointing out, which is what
• 10:55
they're calling this W pattern. And we'll draw on here.
• 11:02
This is the AT doesn't show up. Hold on, guys, we'll do green
• 11:07
sorry for the delay. And let's see if green shows up
• 11:10
a little better. There we go.
• 11:12
See this W pattern resistance, resistance.
• 11:17
Oh, no more resistance. But boom, so far we've broken
• 11:21
through. It's going to take a few more
• 11:23
days to really significantly have proved that it's a big
• 11:26
breakthrough. But these are the silver miners
• 11:29
who have been absolutely neglected over the last number
• 11:33
of years. They've got, in my opinion, a
• 11:36
long, long way to run the gold miners, especially the
• 11:38
development stage companies. I believe so as well.
• 11:41
One of those that you can check out his first mining gold.
• 11:45
I've owned that stock for years and years before they sponsored
• 11:48
my channel. OK, they're a development stage
• 11:51
company. Two big multi million ounce
• 11:53
development stage projects in Canada, spring polling in
• 11:57
Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
• 11:59
And they got another little bonus project, the Cameron
• 12:02
Project, also located in Ontario, gold in the ground,
• 12:06
working through what can be an exciting period, which is the
• 12:10
development phase in the big gold mining companies are going
• 12:14
to need to replenish their pipelines.
• 12:16
You can learn more about first mining gold at
• 12:18
  firstmininggold.com. Again, I'm not a financial
• 12:21
planner. Whether you're going to buy
• 12:23
physical metal, whether you're going to buy stocks, always do
• 12:26
your own research and talk to a financial advisor if you're
• 12:29
confused or don't know what to do.
• 12:32
What about, Oh my gosh, probably the biggest story I didn't even
• 12:35
tell you about this guys, but probably one of the biggest
• 12:38
stories going on right now. And thank you all for being
• 12:42
here. About 300 people at the drop of
• 12:44
a hat. Basement dwellers, we are in the
• 12:46
most wonderful time for gold and silver.
• 12:48
I'm going to tell you why at the end of this video.
• 12:53
But before we do that, let's talk about this massive news
• 12:56
that came out about another central bank buying gold, No,
• 13:02
  buying silver. It's unbelievable.
• 13:05
Saudi Arabia, and this is all over the place.
• 13:08
We got a couple stories we're going to look at in regard to
• 13:11
this. First place I saw it was here at
• 13:14
the Silver Academy and they sure shared this headline.
• 13:19
Silver shockwave from poor man's gold to a global power play and
• 13:25
in yellow I can get the screen up here.
• 13:28
Saudi Arabia, the SLV whale makes a splash.
• 13:32
And no, it's not a mirage. Just when precious metals
• 13:36
watchers thought the game was gold, only Saudi Arabia crashed
• 13:40
the party in classic cloak and dagger fashion.
• 13:43
On August 14th, the Saudi National Bank was revealed as
• 13:47
the mystery whale hoovering up, vacuuming up the SLVETF shares.
• 13:53
Now that's the BlackRock SLVETF, which purportedly is required to
• 13:58
actually be backed by physical silver.
• 14:00
They grabbed over 33 million oz and sending vault shell shelves
• 14:05
trembling. Yeah, those poor shelves at the
• 14:08
LBMALBMA warehouse in the Comex warehouses.
• 14:11
Bolts are trembling right now. Grandma's candlesticks are
• 14:15
officially out. Sovereign Silver is in.
• 14:20
OK, so let's go check out some other commentary on this.
• 14:24
This one came from, let's go back here, the S Rocco report,
• 14:29
Sr. Rocco report, SRS Rocco report,
• 14:33
who I believe was maybe one of the first to to catch this and
• 14:37
and and announce this says what central bank just became a
• 14:40
significant, significant buyer of a silver ETF, a new trend
• 14:44
  change. That's right.
• 14:46
The Saudi Central Bank just took a large stake in the SLVETF and
• 14:51
you can see it on this chart in red.
• 14:54
It clearly states that the Saudi Central Bank is a buyer right of
• 15:00
the SLVETF. So we'll get one more.
• 15:03
This one came from Yash Dugar brought up an interesting point
• 15:07
here. Saudi Central bank buy silver.
• 15:10
For half a century, central banks only held gold.
• 15:15
Russia broke that trend last year with silver purchases.
• 15:18
We're going to go into that a little bit here as well.
• 15:21
So we have Saudi Arabia and Russia central banks buying
• 15:25
  silver. Here it is.
• 15:26
Silver's being re monetized. The Saudi central bank added
• 15:30
silver to the reserves. First time ever.
• 15:32
Imagine other central banks it footsteps now.
• 15:36
I've read all I've really dug into this story.
• 15:39
There are some people who are saying that possibly the Saudi
• 15:43
National Bank, Central Bank, it's a little vague, may have
• 15:47
been buying this for wealthy investors.
• 15:50
Nonetheless, when you have the Saudi central bank listed on an
• 15:53
official report from the SLVETF, that's a good thing.
• 15:57
Guys, that hasn't happened in a long, long time.
• 16:00
But it's not just Saudi Arabia. Let's go see what Kitco is
• 16:03
saying or said a little bit ago and this one slipped under our
• 16:07
  radar. But very important Ernest
• 16:09
Hoffman and Kitco put puts out there that Russia's central bank
• 16:14
may be boosting silver prices through undeclared purchases.
• 16:20
A silver may be benefit benefiting from undeclared but
• 16:24
substantial buying by Russia's central bank, according to
• 16:28
journalist Tim Tregel. A silver is moving out of a long
• 16:32
shadow cast by gold. It's precious metal sister Treat
• 16:35
Gold wrote in a Forbes article on Tuesday evening with hints of
• 16:39
a major new buyer, Russia's central bank starting to
• 16:44
influence the silver price which has risen to a 14 year high.
• 16:49
Silver has been slower off the mark as compared compared to
• 16:52
gold lacking buyers. With the firepower of central
• 16:56
banks, Oregon well funded exchange traded funds we know
• 16:59
that's changing and rich private buyers we know now that's
• 17:02
changing. This was written a few weeks
• 17:04
back, but if the Russian central bank is quietly building a
• 17:08
silver stockpile, as seems to be the case, then it is possible to
• 17:13
see other banks aligned to Russia following its lead.
• 17:17
Could that be what we saw with the Saudi, A central bank?
• 17:21
Tregel suggests that Russia's BRICS partners, including China,
• 17:24
India and Brazil, you can now add Saudi Arabia.
• 17:28
They also be on board with their strategy of precious metal
• 17:31
accumulation in order to move away from the from the use of
• 17:36
the US dollar in international trade.
• 17:39
What do you think, guys? Is it crazy?
• 17:44
What is going on in the world of precious metals?
• 17:47
Is it even crazier right now? What is happening in the world
• 17:51
of silver? We already talked about it's
• 17:54
just supply and demand. The supply of silver is at best
• 17:59
remaining stagnant and in some ways shrinking in demand
• 18:02
continues to go through the roof.
• 18:04
If we get central banks coming in and buying silver, that's
• 18:09
game over, right? And we know.
• 18:11
So we looked at the paper silver data, right over 500 million
• 18:14
ounces of paper make believe silver, right fantasy silver,
• 18:19
fantasy island silver. This silver right over 500
• 18:23
million oz traded in one day. The future for silver looks
• 18:27
incredibly bright. And don't forget this, silver
• 18:32
was used as money before gold was.
• 18:36
Silver, the word for silver in many, many foreign languages is
• 18:41
the exact same word that they use for money.
• 18:45
So buckle up silver stackers, we love gold as well.
• 18:48
We know gold has a real bright future.
• 18:50
But things are getting very interesting.
• 18:53
In the decades that I have followed the silver market ultra
• 18:57
closely, I've dedicated a big, big chunk of my life to it.
• 19:01
I've never seen a setup like we are in right now and not to
• 19:05
mention the fact that we have a fiscal and monetary situation in
• 19:10
this country that is so conducive to higher and higher
• 19:15
and higher metals prices. I believe we are primed for a
• 19:20
major, major take off. Don't forget what happened on
• 19:24
Friday. Let's talk about that briefly
• 19:27
because this is probably the biggest story of the year.
• 19:32
We'll go here and then we'll come back.
• 19:33
I got to tell you something about China with silver as well.
• 19:36
Man, we got a lot to cover, but the Kobe C letter guys, don't
• 19:40
forget this. Don't let this fade away that on
• 19:42
Friday the the Federal Reserve and Jerome Powell caved.
• 19:46
He's getting ready to leave. He threw in the towel, right?
• 19:49
Basically in one month the Fed will cut rates and blame a weep
• 19:54
A weaker labor market. Meanwhile, we now have PPI
• 19:58
inflation at a three-year high and CPI above the 2% for the
• 20:03
53rd straight month. Don't own assets question mark.
• 20:07
That would include silver and gold.
• 20:09
You will be left behind and here is why.
• 20:12
Because the Fed is up a Creek without the proverbial paddle.
• 20:18
Okay, Jerome Powell, you guys want to say hi to Jerome.
• 20:21
Do you think I'll open it right. The do not open box.
• 20:24
Those of you who've been around for a long time, I've seen this
• 20:26
hundreds of times. We've had it down here for years
• 20:29
and years and we predicted what exactly is happening right now.
• 20:34
He's in a box. His only option is to print more
• 20:37
toilet paper money. But the important thing to
• 20:40
remember is the box is a recession on one side, which
• 20:44
would mean they would need to lower interest rates, which
• 20:47
they're going to do. But that will make inflation
• 20:50
skyrocket in conjunction with the lag effect coming through
• 20:55
from the Trump tariffs. And when the inflation
• 20:58
skyrockets, well, then they got to raise rates.
• 21:00
OK, well, that makes the recession worse, which means I
• 21:03
got a lower rates. You understand, they're in a,
• 21:06
he's in a box. He has nowhere to go.
• 21:09
It's called stagflation. So when we talked about all
• 21:12
those factors, we are in the most conducive environment ever
• 21:16
for higher metals prices. The reason why all those factors
• 21:20
we talked about earlier about silver and gold in particular.
• 21:24
But on top of that, you've got the box that represents the
• 21:28
fiscal and monetary conundrum that the United States.
• 21:32
Unfortunately, we don't like it. I wish we'd stayed on the gold
• 21:36
standard back in 1971, but we didn't, right?
• 21:39
We've got the power booster for the metals prices, which is the
• 21:44
box also known as stagflation. OK, I forgot to show you
• 21:48
something else about silver. Another huge, huge demand
• 21:52
component for silver are the solid-state batteries, which
• 21:56
many predict are going to take over the electric vehicle
• 22:00
sector. And we got, I didn't realize
• 22:01
this, but there's a Chinese company called BYD and they are,
• 22:07
let's share this. Hold on here.
• 22:10
There we go. BYD is now the world's largest
• 22:14
auto manufacturer and they're moving forward with silver
• 22:18
solid-state batteries. This comes from the silver
• 22:21
Academy Chinas. BYD accelerates global dominance
• 22:24
as it pioneers silver based solid-state batteries, aiming to
• 22:28
revolutionize EV performance, safety and energy density while
• 22:32
challenging Western rivals. We've heard reports that each
• 22:36
one of these solid-state batteries for an EV wouldn't use
• 22:40
one ounce, no, could use as much as one kilogram of silver each.
• 22:45
But they're the world's largest automaker.
• 22:47
And look, these batteries have big, big benefits, right?
• 22:50
They charge in half the time, they give twice the driving
• 22:53
distance, double the lifespan and just 40% the weight.
• 22:58
And I think also they're not as prone to to catching on fire,
• 23:02
which is quite a problem with EVs as well.
• 23:05
So how's everybody doing today out there, huh?
• 23:08
Again, it's a big deal. When you come down here and join
• 23:11
me in the basement, are you as excited as I am about what we're
• 23:15
going to see in the next year, five years, 10 years when it
• 23:19
comes to the gold price, but in particular the silver price.
• 23:23
Can you imagine? I mean, how, how long have you
• 23:26
made some of you are new and welcome to all the new people.
• 23:29
Lot of us call ourselves basement dollars here.
• 23:31
We hang out in the basement and talk about silver and gold, OK?
• 23:36
Other things can do well in this environment as well, including
• 23:38
crypto currencies, real assets like oil, land, anything real.
• 23:43
But if you ever felt a setup like we have right now, is the
• 23:48
world is transforming right before our very eyes, right,
• 23:53
that anything is positioned as well as precious metals to
• 23:57
protect us, but also to do well as we move out there into the
• 24:01
  future. The Trump administration, right?
• 24:04
The Department of Interior listing silver, right?
• 24:07
It's a draft right now, but I believe it's 30 days from now.
• 24:11
We'll get the final list as a critical mineral.
• 24:14
It's never happened before as far as I know.
• 24:17
We know how critical it is, big world central banks moving into
• 24:23
silver, in particular the Russians, the Saudis.
• 24:27
Guys, this is never, ever. I mean, five years ago when we
• 24:31
sat down here and talked about silver, two years ago when you
• 24:35
were joining me here in the basement to talk about silver,
• 24:37
we talked about a bright future, but we had no idea how bright it
• 24:42
was going to become. Hey, you brightened up my day
• 24:45
joining me down here in the basement again, thank you.
