- 0:34A body trying to function without adequate mitochondrial
- 0:38function is kinda like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.

- 2:1524
- 2:16is the date of the program and it's a Thursday
- 2:20and
- 2:21kind of just
- 2:23sit back and take a little bit of a breath. It's been a hectic week a little bit because of what happened Monday
- 2:27with the electrical
- 2:29outage there for a minute that screwed up the show and trying to catch up on Tuesday and there's so much going on and
- 2:36well, there you go. See mister there's mister Cave checking in with us.
- 2:41So much going on. There's. Call me back.
- 2:44Okay, go ahead.
- 2:48Chris,
- 2:48are you there? Yes, sir. Okay. I am. Okay.
- 2:53Unknown: Well,
- 2:55Unknown: what? Hey, it's something. It may be with your phone but whenever you you start to say something, it's it's real garbled on the front end. It straightens out after a second or two but I seem to always be missing the first part of what you're saying and it's just a modulation
- 3:11problem. It sounds like to me but whatever.
- 3:15We'll get through it.
- 3:17It's a Thursday and I was saying that we had Paul on yesterday and that's kind of, you know, a different type of show. And and then so, there's so much going on, a lot of things to talk about and of course, we're helpless as to change in any of it except we can change ourselves
- 3:33and how we view it and how we understand it, how we interact,
- 3:37and inner exchange with it.
- 3:40Because all that can be accomplished. So, try and do those things positively.
- 3:45And
- 3:45I wanted to, gosh, there's a couple things I had on my mind kind of interesting
- 3:50but
- 3:51anybody that's got questions or comments,
- 3:54you want to add something to the dialogue we've touched on this week.
- 3:58You maybe want to know more about the code of Hammer Robbie. Hell, who knows? You're welcome to attempt to get to us.
- 4:05And you can attempt to get to us by dialing if you're a new caller. Now, we got all this new protocol, alright? With Skype.
- 4:14So, if you're a new caller, you gotta call in and it'll show up on my screen as your phone number on
- 4:20a caller ID thing and I can write that down and then call you back on because I can dial out inside The US and I can get you that way. You can, if you have Skype on your
- 4:33on your device, whatever you're listening on, you can go into the search bar there in Skype and put in PPN space, a space, nothing there, no dot, no comma, no semicolon, no hyphen, space, hotline.
- 4:47PPN
- 4:48space
- 4:49hotline and
- 4:50shoot us a handshake and we'll shake your hand and hopefully hear what you got to say that way on the digital silk
- 4:58feed. It's so much different. Chris, that they have the different nomenclature
- 5:04for it. They call it the silk feed.
- 5:07So,
- 5:08you hadn't been arrested or anything since yesterday, harassed,
- 5:12maligned,
- 5:13Unknown: targeted. I'm not there convinced that. I'm not convinced of that, but, there's always a potentiality. Sometimes it comes in different forms than you expect, but you have to be hypervigilant and continually tactically aware.
- 5:25However, it did strike me quite humorous when you, were talking about one of those light topics that we occasionally talk to. You mentioned,
- 5:33ma rabbi's
- 5:34code Yes. Which
- 5:42Unknown: Pardon me. You don't hear very many shows talking about that these days. We we we talk about all kinds of stuff you don't hear any other shows talking about.
- 5:51That's on a pretty regular basis. Well, the reason I brought that up, it's in my mind. It came up but you must have been being distracted in one of your courtroom endeavors this week when we covered it.
- 6:02Last Friday, it just popped into my mind when Brent was saying something about the
- 6:08the Babylonian
- 6:09merchant code and I tell you where it came from.
- 6:12About two weeks ago,
- 6:14the guy that
- 6:16started
- 6:17goldgoldmoney.com,
- 6:19the outfit in Canada and whatnot that merged with the gold money. It used to be called something else.
- 6:24They've
- 6:26gotten a a cyber backed gold currency off the ground evidently. I didn't heard anything about it till he alluded to it in this interview. But what his latest endeavor was is putting out 24
- 6:38carat
- 6:40pure gold jewelry
- 6:42which is something they don't we don't do in the East. They do it all over. The Orient in those countries over there that have such a gold background in their culture but our cultures let the you know, the Edomite jewelers come in there and rape the people with, you know, twelve, fourteen, 16 karat jewelry and charging them through their neck. And
- 7:03so, of course, that's the way that in those cultures and in the old days,
- 7:09that's why they had gold chains. The people would have those gold chains around and when they had a transaction,
- 7:17they knew exactly how much each one of those links weighed and gold in its pure form is very malleable
- 7:25and you can bend it easily, I'm sure with your hands or with a little force or some kind of implement. You know, stick a stick in there and just twist it, boom, and boom, give em that link. They put it on their chain and they got it and bam, the transaction's done. So, it was a unit of measure
- 7:42and it this
- 7:45guy that and I can't remember his name. He's a real sharp guy. He's very, he's a young guy still.
- 7:51One of these exceptional people.
- 7:53I remember when I saw some interviews on Max Kaiser with him years ago and when he was going through high school and he got out of high school, he was messing with investing back then. Just interested in it in high school and so,
- 8:08when he graduated, he said to his parents, he said, give me the money
- 8:12that you'd pay to send me to college and let me start a hedge fund and the guy's just been incredibly successful at everything he's touched, you know,
- 8:22and
- 8:23so this is his latest ideas, his 24 karat jewelry thing and he's talking about it and he was talking about this aspect of it being money and he mentioned, he went back and said, this is the basis, the predictability,
- 8:37and the stability
- 8:38and all the different things that gold and metals bring to the table was the stability that they wrote a lot of the early legal codes on
- 8:48including the code of Hammurabi.
- 8:50So, he mentioned it in that interview and it sparked me and it sat there latent for a couple of weeks and then,
- 9:00oh with the show with Brent, it got triggered and so after the program, I went over and did a little research on it and I read it part of what I had found on the air the other day, and that's what I said. You must have been distracted,
- 9:13but you wanna go over it again. It's pretty interesting, actually.
- 9:17Unknown: I think it would probably be worthy of it, although I did observe that should people have any doubt about them using chains and pre known weights,
- 9:25you have only to look at Mel Fisher's operations,
- 9:29treasure hunting, if you will, down the Florida Keys
- 9:32of the Nuestra,
- 9:33the
- 9:34Sonora Familia,
- 9:36and the Atoka.
- 9:38And they had all sorts of chains and stuff down there that were just extremely long because they were
- 9:43the private bank of the wealthy and the rich that carried with them so they could settle their accounts and lawful moanum
- 9:51on the spot just by biting through or perhaps they had a tool to clip them with, so they wouldn't break their teeth. It might not have been that good back then. No. No. It really
- 10:01Unknown: That gold was, you know, pure gold's very easily malleable. That's one of the that's a drawback with it
- 10:07in in some instances but it's also very positive attribute of the metal.
- 10:12Interesting, you should bring up Mel Fisher. You remember their their big
- 10:17battle cry?
- 10:20Unknown: Tomorrow.
- 10:21Unknown: Tomorrow. No. To to every morning. Today is the day.
- 10:26They get up every morning. Today is the day for people that may not be. I was in radio. Of course, being from Florida. I was in in living in Florida in those years and I was in radio when the day they discovered it and so, I remember it real vividly and that whole thing. I was very very
- 10:43everybody's kind of intrigued with treasure hunting, you know, and somebody that takes it to that
- 10:50To to that to that extent and
- 10:54you know, he lost his son, his son, and maybe his his his wife died in a a boat that collapsed one night or one morning or something. They got trapped inside. So, he had a lot of trials and tribulations along the way but he kept going and that was their battle cry every morning. Today is the day and maybe that should be, you know, I've got a couple of good mantras for us. I don't use it too much. I, this was in my mind when I first started this project.
- 11:21Surf's up. Surf's up. That's
- 11:27back to the sixties and the Moondoggie and Gizzard Day. Well, it's a real nice it's a real nice double entendre
- 11:34to try and get the surfs to rise up too.
- 11:38And
- 11:39so it plays real nicely
- 11:41and you know, repatriate,
- 11:44don't expatriate,
- 11:46stuff like that that I've come up with that have hit me over the years.
- 11:50Big concept there. Yep. So, you know, I thought sometime maybe getting some finding a T shirt printer that could get some of these things printed up and we could sell em, you know?
- 12:00So, we'll we'll see. It just those are just ideas. What I wanna get here is a platform and a core audience and people that are educated and aware
- 12:10and understand the ramifications
- 12:11of a lot of these things, you know?
- 12:14Unknown: Ramifications
- 12:15are stated very clearly in George Orwell's 1984
- 12:20telling the truth will be deemed a revolutionary
- 12:22act in times of universal deceit or words that affect.
- 12:26Unknown: Man, somebody I was watching a video. It might have been Tucker Carlson or somebody that pulled the George Orwell quote out, and and and it was one I hadn't heard but in a term I hadn't heard before and I've forgotten what it was.
- 12:39But yeah, man, that's the world we live in. Double think dialectics.
- 12:43Somebody
- 12:44in the interview, I was listening to a very scholarly guy the other day was talking about how the dialectical
- 12:51concept was the basis of Karl Marx's entire
- 12:55theology.
- 12:56If you call it philosophy.
- 12:58Unknown: As Marx's original idea, I think he got it from Bernays and Sigmund Freud and Hagel or Hagiel as the the Gillian electorate. There there was a whole batch of
- 13:11Unknown: political
- 13:12philosophers,
- 13:13thinkers, and writers over there in Germany.
- 13:16Hagel was one of em.
- 13:19There was
- 13:21Faust, I think, was involved in that group and there was a whole group of em but Marx lived way before Bernays
- 13:28and
- 13:29in the previous century but that's just a comment the guy made. I haven't studied Marx enough to and Marxism enough because I don't have to.
- 13:38You don't have to look too much below the surface to find out how bogus that whole
- 13:44scam is.
- 13:46I mean, it's a noble idea.
- 13:48It's a great idea, okay? But it you can't implement it because it deals with personal initiative and it takes people's personal initiative away.
- 13:58And it makes them property.
- 14:00See, they think they own everything collectively
- 14:03but they don't. They're owned as property by the state too.
- 14:07This is it's why this information is so damned important because you can't put anything framed or anything in a paradigm
- 14:15or understand it if you don't understand this the basis for almost all these systems.
- 14:21Unknown: Oh, absolutely. And that's systems analysis.
- 14:23That's reverse engineering and forward engineering as the case may be. I did have the occasion to quote John f Kennedy's
- 14:31secrecy
- 14:32quote last night on a call, but I was invited on with some other pretty
- 14:37astute contributors.
- 14:38Yeah. And, of course, there's the very concept of secrecy is repugnant
- 14:43in a free society.
- 14:45And, these are concepts that are sound and founded on the precepts of this country
- 14:51that the people are the source of knowledge
- 14:54through facts law, and the grand juries are supposed to hold us to a judicory authority
- 15:00to hold people to the line of Baha. And we're getting this legalese, and when the legal system is run by the atorns, the twisters of the words of their own predatory advantage, it becomes a very, very dangerous time,
- 15:13a clear and present danger to the national security and the public safety of America. Well, you know, you, bring up a super valid point,
- 15:20Unknown: and one that I've tried to make and understand for a lot of years is how they've laminated this, how they've made
- 15:28made it into what we think it was but it's not. It's what they've made it into
- 15:34but we're tricked in the illusion and last week, I mentioned the word that's
- 15:40even better than illusion which is simulation
- 15:43and I even got Gary got back with me and he said, man, that is a that's a really good fine tuned thinking
- 15:50change and it is and I and and it's a much clearer way to think about it because
- 15:56a flight, these guys that fly these big planes that I see flying landing in the Quito Airport here out my window as they're coming in for final approach, okay?
- 16:07Everyone of those guys, they don't, when they need to upgrade, for instance, we know from Daryl and from what I've heard here,
- 16:14pilots that fly into here for commercial airlines have to go through special training
- 16:19because of the altitude.
- 16:21That's why all these jets come in and at
- 16:24night and and and pilots that have been specially trained
- 16:28to fly into here and La Paz
- 16:31especially.
- 16:32Okay?
- 16:34And so those guys don't take those jets out and just go
- 16:38learn how to do that. They go put em in a fight, a flight simulator
- 16:42Unknown: and and they step into that thing. That place is different than in the middle of a bunch of mountains all the way around with induced air current
- 16:51vortices.
- 16:52Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. It's evidently pretty tricky place but
- 16:56regardless,
- 16:57they they go do that in a simulator.
- 17:00Okay? And so, when they step in there, all of those conditions are totally replicated
- 17:07except they are sitting there in a building somewhere
- 17:10and that's what they've done with these things is they've simulated the old systems and they've tweaked them exactly like you said, the check and balance was supposed to be the grand jury. Well, that's right. A grand jury of what? Of your peers. And and and we could bring one. If we had more than 12 people there in Etowah County, Alabama, we could bring one up there.
- 17:33Unknown: Okay? I
- 17:34you you just stimulated the thought in my mind that brings to bear a really critical concept that's talking about that is when we have reliable information,
- 17:45those pilots can make those critical determinations and landings in those critical areas they've trained on simulators on,
- 17:52like the ones that flew the flat planes on nine one, nine eleven, except that they only wanted to learn how to take off. They didn't wanna learn how to land, which was kind of curious in and of its own self. But there were some Bruce Willis movies and one up in New York, LaGuardia Airport in particular,
- 18:08where the terrorists had broke into and seized control of the flight operations transponders
- 18:14there that transponded the elevations, and they were recalibrating
- 18:18those things and giving them false premises and caused them to on the runway because they didn't have right,
- 18:25proper, reliable information. And that's the danger we all fall prey to when we're living in an age of manipulated
- 18:32falsities
- 18:33Unknown: and abject lies in the empire of And all the rest of that real ugly ball of wax that you're very involved with, Chris.
- 18:42Unknown: If you wouldn't mind, I would steal one that you quote very frequently in mister Samuel Clemens aka Mark Twain. It's not man than tell him he's been fooled.
- 18:53Oh, apropos,
- 18:54I would say. In fact, curiously,
- 18:56you mentioned, the equivocation and the arbitrary and capricious, vague, and ambiguous word terms. I'm addressing some of those things pointing out that the so called psychiatric psychology
- 19:08and mental health trades are specifically that way because the whole DSM five
- 19:13is written
- 19:14from the preface on all the way through the end and vague and ambiguous arbitrary and capricious.
- 19:19Manipulatable
- 19:20word terms that are basically esoteric and mean nothing, but they use them like they mean something to fool and trick the people, and most people don't have the competency and the etymological knowledge and intellectual
- 19:32abilities to challenge those squarely
- 19:35on the doctrine of specificity which is required to the least de minimis spam.
- 19:39Unknown: And that's why, you know, you just got gotta get yourself out of that majority of people
- 19:45and realize that we're very scarce.
- 19:47We were very scarce when the country was founded.
- 19:50Unknown: You know, less portion becoming taller or long.
- 19:55You know, that's really curious. The Mormons have a saying in their
- 20:00missionary training schools that many are called but few are chosen. And in the northern areas like Alaska and cold Russian
- 20:08planes and stuff, they say many are called, but few are frozen.
- 20:12So it goes
- 20:16Unknown: Pretty funny, Chris.
- 20:21Unknown: Struck me so when I heard it in church one morning back many years ago.
- 20:25Unknown: Yes.
- 20:27I've run across few of those Mormon missionaries in my travels down here.
- 20:34Unknown: Curiously, last night at the soiree I was attending in
- 20:39Henderson, Nevada, there was a
- 20:43comedian team
- 20:44called flying.
- 20:46Unknown: Yeah. Go ahead. You get around. You get around, don't you?
- 20:51Mandurah. Well, you can't man down. You're off at you're off at some soiree. You're on some conference call with all these people, extolling
- 20:59all of this stuff. I mean, man, you get around, buddy.
- 21:03Unknown: Well, life is a participator sport after all.
- 21:09Unknown: Hell man, I'm I'm old. I just sit down here and you know, tropical paradise and just do my little radio shows and connect with you guys a couple hours a day to help keep my sanity and help keep the project alive and you know, build us a good foundation that's solid and here you are Darton, Bobbin, and Weaving Man, you're offering casinos and often all these confabs all over the place you tell us about. So, I can get a little bit of a vicarious thrill out of it. So, I appreciate it though. Well,
- 21:40Unknown: I I hope that everybody else sees the humor in this dark, existence that I operate in. Because I try to maintain a a good,
- 21:49well adjusted attitude as opposed to being incompetent as they like to falsely allege. But, you know, truly, it is pretty if I didn't realize it and looked at it myself, if I didn't have higher assistance from extraterrestrial
- 22:01sources aiding me in this battle royale,
- 22:04I might not be, quite so adept and able to keep my humor up. But being that I do travel with pretty good light spirits and trying to do the creator's work in Ezekiel thirty three six, watch you on the wall and being a defender for the creator and the truth,
- 22:19I find it, you know, somewhat
- 22:22empowering,
- 22:23and it keeps my know, I realize that with the creator on my side, I have them at a disadvantage no matter how many people the principalities of evil have thrown against me. We're a pretty powerful team along with truth tellers like yourself and the others that listen and participate on this show. It's interesting truth, isn't it?
- 22:42Truth is powerful. It reigns supreme.
- 22:44Unknown: You know, and it's interesting that you got exposed
- 22:47to those concepts when you're young in bible school or growing up. However, you got exposed to em. I think we all got exposed to em at some point in those early years
- 22:57but you don't really have a perspective on that at that age and you don't have a perspective on it
- 23:03until you stumble on something like we got here and you see the power of it that it stops these
- 23:11apparently,
- 23:13it stops these blood sucking thug and slavers in their tracks.
- 23:18Just to know one little thing
- 23:21of what you do with one certain person.
- 23:24And that defangs them. Now that's truth. And you know the old cliche of speaking truth to power.
- 23:31That's what you're doing here. Anybody that files this paperwork with the Secretary of State, doc, we're having trouble connecting with yesterday. He and I connected afterwards. So, we got the protocol
- 23:44and the profile and everything. So, if he wanted to call in again but he he called in the other day
- 23:51and ask and ask about, well, if like he didn't file it with a passport application
- 23:56which is you can do and he said, how do I know it's in there? Which I've had that question before.
- 24:02Let's Good question. We had, it's a, it is a very good question, okay? And I can understand why people would have that question and why they'd want to ask it, alright?
- 24:11But it's very simply remedied. You just go write yourself a foyer request. It's a pretty simple legal procedure. You can go on the internet, learn how to do it. You have to send a request officially
- 24:23to a certain person. There's a person designated
- 24:27with it. Each department or agency of the federal government that are freedom of information
- 24:33officers,
- 24:34and they take your request, and they're, actually mandated by law
- 24:39to give you a response within a certain period of time. I think thirty days, Chris. Is that right?
- 24:45Unknown: That's pretty close. It's a gatekeeper, a manager,
- 24:48FOIA officer.
- 24:49They got different terms for them. They call them at different places,
- 24:53public information act compliance
- 24:55officer.
- 24:56In fact, I very curious, Roger. I had put in a complaint
- 25:02online,
- 25:02which I'm not really prone to doing that, but I was kinda desperate in some situations.
- 25:07And I went to the information policy
- 25:10office, I think it was, IPO.
- 25:12And one of the nice names that was a hearing officer
- 25:18of three or four that were listed on there
- 25:20called me up directly
- 25:23and let me know that I had sent it to the wrong location.
- 25:27And he was pretty open, transparent, and actually quite helpful. I was amazed that I found this new Trump administration to be somewhat
- 25:36more cooperative at very least than what the formers were not at all. So it's kind of a pleasant observation.
- 25:43But getting a call from that high level office
- 25:46hearing officer
- 25:48really
- 25:50lit me up that there is something going on that is vastly different with this administration
- 25:56that's worthy of note. And so I've got a couple of things I'm trying to get in the mail and get down in the courthouse today and so on and so forth. So, it keeps me pretty busy and you know, as long as I'm busy hands or happy hands and idle hands do the devil's work. Well, absolutely. A lot of truth to that cliche.
- 26:15Unknown: The foyer
- 26:16is an extremely powerful instrument
- 26:19because it puts this power of transparency back in the people. Now, they can, if it's a national security or whatever else,
- 26:27they can redact things,
- 26:30okay? And you've seen that in the news with what they've been doing from the DOJ
- 26:35but
- 26:36regardless, what I, the point I was trying to make the other day to him, you're familiar with Larry Klayman or Judicial Watch.
- 26:43I mean, anybody that looks at anything out there and keeps up with anything is pretty well been exposed to them to some degree.
- 26:51Alright?
- 26:52Well, that's the whole basis of everything they do is foyers.
- 26:56Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 26:57Tom Fitton, Chris Farrell, Larry Clayman,
- 27:00those fellows are actually what you might classify
- 27:03as FOIA experts. They are. Most ex
- 27:07and getting the DOJ, the FBI, Hillary Clinton gang, the state department stuff
- 27:11to be forthcoming and to have to reveal. And like you say, many times they will redact, spoilate,
- 27:17will hide the truth, and they don't wanna expose. You know, criminals are kinda funny like that. They don't like to testify against themselves. They learn that fifth amendment pretty quick. And if you don't give them anything, they can't prove anything. And that's the premise of stonewalling and obstruction of justice and denial
- 27:35of due process and substantial justice that we have to deal with and I'm dealing with on a daily basis. I mean, these people that are criminals, they don't want to comply with US versus
- 27:45the Brady Act, Giglio,
- 27:47Bundy,
- 27:48Unknown: Graham. Well, we keep Well,
- 27:51you see, you're you're falling into the pitfall right there that our community falls in is we think that they
- 27:57follow that stuff. It's Russia's got the same problem. They think we follow all those treaties and stuff. Okay? Oh, no. And and and why is that misconception
- 28:07there? Because they don't really know their enemy and who they're dealing with. Our patriot people think if they can't find it in a statute
- 28:15or a court case that it can't apply which is absolute total nonsense.
- 28:19Look at who you're dealing with for god's sakes here.
- 28:22Now, the point I was gonna make on the power of these foyers is they've got a judge now that's ruled in their favor up there in one of these. Because see you, if they stall on your request or don't respond to it, you can now take them to court And it's a fairly easy court procedure for pro se people to do. Okay? Like traffic court. I
- 28:46Unknown: would caution you. It depends upon which court and which judge.
- 28:50Just for the listeners that have interest in this particular topic,
- 28:54the
- 28:55Judicial Watch has a transparency
- 28:58one zero one Judicial Watch
- 29:01Freedom of Information Act handbook that you can find online pretty easy,
- 29:06and it's a from 2013. It's your reference for insurancing transparency,
- 29:10accountability, and integrity in the government
- 29:12Unknown: because no one is above the law. Okay. Watch. So they've got it out there in a handbook encouraging people to do it. Well, if you've got one of those
- 29:24stones in your craw thinking that they didn't stick it in your administrative folder, your affidavit when you send it in. You can do this very simple foyer request
- 29:32and ask to see your contents of your administrative folder,
- 29:36okay? And there's words that you can you
- 29:39know, there's ways that you can phrase things like here, we were talking about this one time with the Secretary of State and all this and instead of foying and all asking
- 29:50for all of the
- 29:54departments that are listed within the state department on the website,
- 30:00you go in and ask for one specifically for all the information
- 30:05from the departments that aren't listed
- 30:07on the website.
- 30:10That kind of stuff.
- 30:16Are you there, Chris? You asked me. I am. I may have missed your question. Somebody was trying to call in. I bluffed them off. I was just saying that what, you know, I've discussed this in the past and the the it's so it can be so intricate and tricky and sometimes even to the point of where it's it turns on your phrasing,
- 30:35alright?
- 30:36And the example that I used was when I recall specifically,
- 30:41we're talking about going in and trying to get some kind of documents from the state department.
- 30:46On this whole plan, see, or some aspect of it. I don't remember what the thrust
- 30:51was at the time but I remember this struck me and and and it was John, I think came up with this and he said, will you do a foyer, maybe Glenn. Glenn's mind works like this now.
- 31:03When you do a foyer, you foyer the state department for a list of these documents
- 31:08in all instead of all the departments that are listed on the website, different departments in the department state.
- 31:16Right? Yep. You ask them for all those documents
- 31:20that are contained in departments that are not listed
- 31:24on the website.
- 31:27Unknown: Yeah. Oh, that's a very that broadly constructed phraseology
- 31:31you're talking about, all encompassing
- 31:33omni jurisdictional
- 31:35language
- 31:36that we're dealing with here is really critically important. In fact, I'm employed in that in some of my that's what's given them such vexatious problems over there at the city's department
- 31:47prosecution.
- 31:48They're not wanting to comply with my No. No. Discovery.
- 31:51Unknown: Imagine that. Yeah, because you because you understand the game
- 31:55and and you're boxing them in at every corner and they're guilty evidently of sin and they're trying to do everything they can not to get caught in this because your potential repercussions from this are great especially in a thriving metropolis like lost wages.
- 32:14Unknown: They're fixing to get bigger too because,
- 32:16this next little volley of paperwork I'm putting in a condition pre season is incorporating
- 32:22the city council or the city of Las Vegas with the Clark County Commission
- 32:27and their other below agencies, prosecution judges, and so on and so forth that are involved in this vast
- 32:34vast conspiracy
- 32:35with the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and other federal agencies
- 32:40in a violation of the Pinkerton Act and other,
- 32:43assimilation of all separated powers,
- 32:46federal and state, and one omni jurisdictional
- 32:50behemoth.
- 32:51Unknown: I'm gonna tell you, I've known that the FBI was rotten for a long time.
- 32:56Unknown: Me too.
- 32:57Unknown: Oh, boy. I'll tell you what, it ain't nothing like it's been coming out here lately.
- 33:02Unknown: Oh,
- 33:03Roger.
- 33:04This is part of why I'm in such a fix here is because I was putting out the abject corruption, the no confidence whatsoever.
- 33:12I had observed back, oh, three, four years ago that Comey and his administration and the FBI had become a terrorist organization. In fact, I we talked about this on this very show and other shows that I've done, how every agency of government was weaponized by the terrorist and the Obama administration and go back to Reagan and Bush and Clantons and so on and so forth. They basically weaponized
- 33:36every agency, the EPA, the BLM,
- 33:39the DOJ, the FBI.
- 33:41Unknown: They armed? The d f. They armed every one of them to the damn teeth.
- 33:46Unknown: Yeah. Well, yeah, a thousand, millions of rounds of ammunition, full automatic weapons. What the hell do the people think those are for? They ain't for
- 33:55Unknown: shooting gophers. Or or ducks or ducks, Chris. No. Okay.
- 34:00Now, let's see. Here's somebody calling in. Now, hold on to somebody. Hold I gotta copy this number down and I'll call you right back.
- 34:09Unknown: You know, this privacy act of nineteen seventy four, five United States code section five five two a alpha,
- 34:17is the privacy is the FOIA request. It's what's listed underneath.
- 34:22And these are all under the Administrative Procedures Act. That five five two a, that's the admin that five United States code five five two a is the Administrative Procedures Act. That's the headless so called fourth branch of government, but it's really not a branch of government whatsoever. It is outside of government under the legislative powers and the police as his CFO, CEO, and commander in chief role.
- 34:44Unknown: Yes. Bear with me. I'm trying to bring somebody in here who was brave enough to call.
- 34:50Unknown: Well, was trying to keep the show rolling while you were
- 34:54dealing with your internet issues there. I
- 34:57Unknown: sure
- 34:59want to thank Skype for this pain in the ass that they've thrown at us here. Let's see if we can get. Let's
- 35:06see if we can get this guy raised up here. I don't know who it is but they're in area code 530.
- 35:12Are you there 530?
- 35:17Hello. 530,
- 35:18you there?
- 35:20Unknown: Wow. Maybe he's either. I think he's here now. You got that Robert?
- 35:26Unknown: Hello?
- 35:26Hello?
- 35:28Hello, 530.
- 35:29Yeah. Yeah. Yes, it is. I'm sorry to have to go through these contortions
- 35:33to get you on the air but that's what we gotta do these days.
- 35:38Unknown: I've been trying for a couple of days to see if this number that you have on PPN would work.
- 35:45It it does. When I call in, sometimes it's it's busy.
- 35:48Unknown: Oh, well,
- 35:50I don't know about being busy.
- 35:52We can I can accept calls from multiple people but I can't answer it and patch you into the group now?
- 36:00I have to write
- 36:01a person's number down that I don't have a profile for
- 36:05previously
- 36:06and then initiate
- 36:08the call from this end like we just did to bring you back in. So what's, I know your area code's 530.
- 36:14What's your name?
- 36:17Unknown: I go by Freedom. That's d u m d.
- 36:22Unknown: Okay.
- 36:24Unknown: That's curious.
- 36:27Dummy dum.
- 36:28Unknown: Well, that's interesting because most people I I Most people are dumb about freedom.
- 36:36Unknown: Well, I've come a lot I I
- 36:38was originally born in in
- 36:41Wisconsin and in
- 36:43high school, I probably read everything that the John Birch aside put out at that time. Right.
- 36:50My librarian caught me reading one of the books, and she said, you can't read that book in my library?
- 36:56And I said, hey. I've seen my dad's property taxes, and I think it's his library.
- 37:01Unknown: That's dangerous.
- 37:05Unknown: Anyway, it's been a long hard journey and I'm close to doing what you are
- 37:11preaching,
- 37:13but I'm a little concerned. I actually listened to you when you first put out the book, and I thought, well, I'm gonna wait and see what happens to Roger and these folks.
- 37:25Well, and And I'm ready to do it, but I'm still confused. I have your book. I bought it not long ago. I originally downloaded a copy when Chris came out. I'm
- 37:35looking for something like maybe
- 37:37boilerplate stuff that you might be able to put on your website. What this set us on?
- 37:42I I'd like to see some.
- 37:45Unknown: I've got I need to I've got a website that I think that we lapsed on the payment on that's gone down and I need to get with Glenn and get that. See if we can get that back up.
- 37:55But that is what you're that's what you're looking for.
- 37:59And it's got the the most
- 38:01viable
- 38:03pieces of information easily accessible,
- 38:06the quickest
- 38:07of anything I've got out there. We gotta get it back up and I'm sorry for the delay but it's got a couple of very salient
- 38:14sites on it along with that 1835
- 38:18passport site
- 38:20and
- 38:22the
- 38:22two examples of affidavits,
- 38:25one for whites
- 38:26and one for
- 38:28blacks and naturalized
- 38:30folks based on Brown versus Board of Education
- 38:34as opposed to the fourteenth amendment,
- 38:37and we've had both classes of those people have used it and gotten passports with it.
- 38:45Unknown: Okay.
- 38:46Yeah. Because sometimes I get confused. I listen to your show a lot, and,
- 38:50one day you say, well, a single page essay don't work. You originally put in, I think, five. Yes.
- 38:57You know what? I I wanna be good at what I do here. I think I understand all the concepts. I certainly can't, you know, chapter and verse like you do. But
- 39:08Unknown: Well, first of all, you
- 39:10you need to you need to be able to eat, eat, sleep, and drink it, walk it, and talk it and and I say that just because that's where your real safety is and if you've got apprehensions,
- 39:22it's really because you don't have that total full command and confidence in the information
- 39:28and that means that you haven't become totally empowered yet to me. As I've gone through this freedom,
- 39:35I've learned
- 39:36that
- 39:38the simpler
- 39:39that you can make this,
- 39:41it's just as effective as these long, verbose
- 39:45five page affidavits like we filed and is in my book but see, we didn't know any better and that and they didn't either and they wrote up a cracker jack affidavit,
- 39:55man. I mean, it's real good but
- 39:58with there's no reason to go through all that. All you, really, all you have to tell em and I maintain that you could probably do it with crayon
- 40:07on on elementary school paper and write it to em and just say, I'm not
- 40:13the ethic. I'm not basically
- 40:16alienated
- 40:18from the people that were empowered under the fourteenth amendment.
- 40:22I think you could say that right there and that would suffice in all honesty.
- 40:26So, the what I've learned is especially for
- 40:30potential
- 40:31uptake of the masses of more people is the simpler that we could make this, the better off we all are.
- 40:42Are we still there?
- 40:44Unknown: Did I lose You are still here, Raj. I wanted to add to that. An
- 40:49affidavit
- 40:50is a very private and personal instrument,
- 40:54and it is tactically advantageous.
- 40:57Many times you can incorporate incorporate not
- 40:59only your
- 41:01critical delineation
- 41:02of your status of
- 41:05citizenship or non citizenship explicitly,
- 41:09but you can also incorporate other ameliorating or condition preceding relieving aspects
- 41:15with that.
- 41:16And so
- 41:17it's important that whoever is
- 41:20utilizing the template as a guide,
- 41:24a example
- 41:26to construct
- 41:27their own private personal natural
- 41:30person
- 41:31affidavit of facts, VOF,
- 41:34validation of facts, some would call it, verification of facts.
- 41:38It has to be
- 41:40with their own personal insight and knowledge where they clearly understand the contents of it so they can articulate it with specificity
- 41:49should they have to defend it in a court of law Well a potenti
- 41:53Unknown: Yeah. What the end goal here is to get re empowered.
- 41:58Get your freedom. Isn't that isn't isn't getting your freedom becoming re empowered?
- 42:06Unknown: Absolutely.
- 42:07Unknown: Okay. So, and being become becoming reempowered
- 42:11is is further
- 42:14proliferating your freedom.
- 42:16You know, they self perpetuate
- 42:18each other, okay? And that's why yet the as
- 42:23I've said in the past, the affidavit, your diploma.
- 42:26Think of it as your diploma and that you've gotten this stuff on enough and you know, I gotta say for the people that are like freedom and I'm really glad you called in. It looked like we lost him there. He had a pretty poor connection but I'm really glad you called in and I appreciate it that there's people out there that are in in his condition, you know, here's a guy that's been watching this for seven years,
- 42:49sitting back, going, where is it going to go? Where is it going to go? Well, it's, you know, it's going to main maintain and we're going to continue to add to our small
- 42:58core
- 42:59and at some point, it'll be ready to be exposed to the masses.
- 43:03I don't know when, don't know what through what door but I know that at some point, people are going to be exposed to this, these concepts on a much wider scale than we have now.
- 43:18So what we're supposed to do is continue
- 43:20to do the best we can and improve on what we do as best we can until that situation arises.
- 43:28Unknown: Knowledge is power, and we're on a continual search for higher knowledge and to make it as efficacious,
- 43:35as valid,
- 43:37as authentic, as true, as accurate as possible. And it's not only knowledge.
- 43:41Unknown: Don't forget the Bible says above all, seek understanding.
- 43:46Unknown: Discernment.
- 43:47Unknown: Yes, sir. Okay. And you can have a bunch of knowledge and not have understanding.
- 43:56Unknown: Faith without works is nothing.
- 43:59Unknown: So, anyway, that's what we try and and and strive to do here and of
- 44:04course, the five page affidavits got all these different sites from the slaughterhouse
- 44:09cases and Wong Kim Ark and and Elk versus Wilkins and they're all very applicable
- 44:15but the reason, one of the reasons that I initially
- 44:20tried to pair it down,
- 44:22not even on the conceptual level, Chris,
- 44:25but was the financial level because people were wanting all these assurances,
- 44:30you know, like the hot doc. How do I know my affidavits
- 44:33in the file? Well, you do it for you. Well, how do you protect yourself out front and do all these peremptory
- 44:39things? Well, you file it because
- 44:42now you're you're taking, you're becoming empowered,
- 44:45stepping forward, and putting it somewhere in the public record on file and the first place to start is probably your county,
- 44:53okay? Where you live and where or where where you've been or if you or where you're born and where you lived, you could do either one depending on I'm sure where you live. It'd be fine
- 45:05and
- 45:06you put it in the property records office. Now, it's
- 45:09fulfilled the whole first in requirement to do process
- 45:13and nobody objects
- 45:15ever.
- 45:17Unknown: They can. Let me read
- 45:19Unknown: let me read two little paragraphs from chapter two of this foyer. Okay. Do. Make sure. I do but let me let me make this point and to zip up what I was talking about. When you're going to file all these things and all these places or put it in the the public organ, the the legal organ where you live if you can't file it or whatever those contingencies,
- 45:40that gets expensive
- 45:42and when you're throwing down five pages instead of one, it makes a pretty big difference.
- 45:49Unknown: Ink and paper is not cheap.
- 45:51Unknown: Well, filing it with them sure isn't.
- 45:54And and mailing it with return receipt requested, green cards is also a costly endeavor. I assure you with the UN's US Post Office. Well, yeah, but you, it doesn't matter in that instance whether you got one or five pages. It's when you're filing it that it really makes a difference because they charge you by the page,
- 46:11okay? So, that was another reason initially
- 46:14and I didn't think about the easier
- 46:17conceptual
- 46:17thing of pairing down and keeping it as simple. Possible, that's just something that's come to me as I've gotten deeper and deeper into this over the years. With my, can I use it again, the word understanding?
- 46:30Because I got a bunch of knowledge
- 46:32and I had a bunch of knowledge back then, but I didn't have the understanding back then that I think we have now.
- 46:41Unknown: There is probably
- 46:43a
- 46:44two and a quarter paragraphs here that I think would be sage
- 46:50sentient,
- 46:51relative material,
- 46:52and really important for people
- 46:56contemplating this affidavit stuff and
- 46:58trying to find information that could be dangerous to them in the government database. If
- 47:03it's right on point with what you're talking about, it
- 47:07italicizes
- 47:08and reiterates
- 47:09some of the concepts that we're talking about here.
- 47:13It says,
- 47:14the Department of Homeland Security and the automated
- 47:17Targeting System, that's the Red Flag Alert System,
- 47:21are exempt from providing some of these records due to the ADIS, the Arrival and Departial Information System information that
- 47:29relates to national security law enforcement and immigration intelligence activity.
- 47:33The privacy act, FOIA request, gives an individual citizen,
- 47:38including a person being investigated, persecuted,
- 47:41or retaliated against for blowing the whistle on corruption,
- 47:45access to documents that could clear his name
- 47:49or her name,
- 47:50or provide evidence of retaliation.
- 47:53It can also be provided
- 47:55provide a legal remedy to seek justice for improper disclosure of government held personal information by officials
- 48:01in an effort to discredit an individual.
- 48:04Very apropos for me.
- 48:06Only US citizens and aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residents are eligible to make a PEA, a a privacy act request.
- 48:14As a result of this provision,
- 48:17nonresident
- 48:18foreign nationals must use the foyer request
- 48:21record
- 48:22about themselves.
- 48:25A citizen organization seek
- 48:29Unknown: Now, hold it. You cut out there.
- 48:33Unknown: Remedy.
- 48:34That is critical. That's
- 48:36Unknown: really important. Well, how we don't we don't concerns
- 48:39Unknown: in order to We don't. Allow the government the ability to release records. And I I have observed, Roger, and I think this is critical, critical, that there is a special passport
- 48:49section
- 48:53bottom
- 48:54that handles these
- 48:56nonresident
- 48:57US national
- 49:00exclusively
- 49:01because of the critical nature that they apply and incorporate the concepts
- 49:07of diplomatic ambassador
- 49:09oil and consular immunity.
- 49:11Unknown: Okay. To those who are wise and to student Okay, Chris. All that is very eloquent. You did a great job and we had a drop out and so we lost most of it outside about the second paragraph there and I think it's interesting. So, I was going to have to, I mean, that's just, you know, some of these hurdles we gotta jump here and I think it is very important information
- 49:32and I wanted to get some clarification.
- 49:34I remember you said that only
- 49:38US citizens and residents
- 49:41could apply
- 49:42for the pardon me? It says specific
- 49:46Unknown: it says specifically,
- 49:48only US
- 49:50citizens and aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residents are eligible to make a privacy act request.
- 49:57As a result of this provision,
- 50:00nonresident
- 50:01foreign nationals
- 50:03must
- 50:04use FOIA
- 50:05to request records about themselves.
- 50:08A citizen or organization seeking information under the privacy act about another individual,
- 50:14like an attorney,
- 50:16must get a waiver signed by the individual,
- 50:19that's the privacy act protections or HIPAA, that the information concerns in order to allow the government the ability to release the records to other than that nonresident
- 50:31noncitizen US vacuum.
- 50:34Unknown: So there's a different procedure for US national, but they don't say that. They say nonresident foreign nationals,
- 50:41which obviously would be an umbrella term for a US national.
- 50:47Unknown: Yes. Well, in in my
- 50:50best grasp of what I've read to you a couple of times and glad to do so,
- 50:55it is spelling out that the nonsense in US National
- 51:00can only do this for himself.
- 51:02He cannot do it for another
- 51:05absent of form.
- 51:07Granting's particular
- 51:08in fact, I had a I made a call for somebody else the other day up to a utility,
- 51:13on a debt collection matter
- 51:15and left a message while he was standing there. And I got a callback the next day from Kelly
- 51:20who was
- 51:22giving me some information, but she could not discuss the account with me because I was not the account holder. Exactly the same set of circumstances.
- 51:30When you're dealing with privacy act matters under the
- 51:34five five five two at sec, the privates the Administrative Procedures Act, the policies of FOIA and other Freedom of Information Act requests of proprietary knowledge about an individual can only be obtained by the US individual if they're a noncitizen US national.
- 51:52Although US citizens and and
- 51:55resident aliens aliens lawfully admitted,
- 51:58they can have somebody inquire on them because property hasn't got any privacy rights.
- 52:06Unknown: Yep. I think that's probably pretty true.
- 52:11It's interesting. There's a differentiation.
- 52:13There's differentiation
- 52:14there.
- 52:16And I would imagine that's probably a part a large part or all the reason right there you just quoted.
- 52:23Unknown: Well, I thought that was extremely material and relevant to what we talk about here because right there, that's Tom Fitton. He is the king, him and,
- 52:33Chris Farrell and
- 52:35Larry Clayman. I've met Larry Clayman in person. I've talked to him. I shook his hand. He was driving a kind of a light metallic blue convertible BMW sports car and had a pretty, sprightly looking blonde secretary with him out on the front yard of the Bundy's house at the Bundy Ranch.
- 52:54I can I can remember it like it was yesterday?
- 52:58And so I know Larry Klayman,
- 53:00and I've spoken to him personally.
- 53:02And I know that him and Tom Fitton,
- 53:05that's judicial watch. I think Larry's claiming site now is Freedom Watch,
- 53:09and, they spun off, but they are both being very, very effectuous,
- 53:15zealous litigators and representatives in presenting the interest of the people and doing what the Department of Justice should, by all counts, do. But since they are fatally failing in their duty and become self interested,
- 53:27it's now falling on private
- 53:29firms and
- 53:32let's see. They call them five zero one c three
- 53:35public
- 53:36interest law firms like Freedom Watch and Judicial Watch to do the work that the government's supposed to be doing itself because they won't investigate themselves. They do not have the will to do so. Well, they they're they're under the
- 53:49Unknown: International Monetary Fund
- 53:51from the bankruptcy,
- 53:52and they're totally antithetical to anything to do with The United States.
- 53:57And they've shown that over and over and over again, although you've never heard anybody say that. Anybody else tell you that, I'm sure. But when you understand it, understand how it had to be when they bankrupted the country, they have to take up. They're gonna instill install the tax laws, which is what they really wanted,
- 54:14okay, to make the system complete.
- 54:16They can't enforce the tax laws without having control over the judiciary.
- 54:21I mean, it only makes sense. They would take over the treasury and they take over the Department of Justice which they did,
- 54:29okay? So, that's the battle that they're fighting but let me to to
- 54:34embellish on what Chris was saying and validate it.
- 54:38For those of you who haven't seen this story,
- 54:41do this foyer
- 54:42process of requesting documents
- 54:45and getting stalled on it or or just ignored,
- 54:49and then going and taking it to court where the other people have gotta come and defend their actions.
- 54:54And they've gotten it to a point with Hillary Clinton where they're gonna be able to do interrogatories
- 54:59and depositions
- 55:01with Hillary Clinton herself,
- 55:03Sharon, Sheryl Mills,
- 55:05the one that they protected
- 55:07with all the legal immunity
- 55:09and a whole other cast of characters.
- 55:11Now, they they're doing something that the DO nobody's been able to do is do an interrogatory
- 55:16deposition
- 55:18with Hillary Clinton. And how did they get there?
- 55:21Foyah.
- 55:26Unknown: Well, that is a administrative procedure for gaining access to government records.
- 55:31And in fact, Roger, I think it's critical to observe that these
- 55:35so called administrative records, the individual master file, the Dangan system,
- 55:40the Red Communist Soviet Chinese of cracking you from cradle to grave in your individual master file that they keep on you in the Sovietized
- 55:49system of chairman Mao and his little red freaking book
- 55:52are absolutely insidious and insane. However, knowing how to access this information,
- 55:57and at least if you have some knowledge of what's in there, you may be able to deductive
- 56:04reason and critical adduce
- 56:06what is missing or at least have some degree of knowledge to make an intelligent assessment
- 56:13as to who or what agency or what they're referring to.
- 56:19Unknown: Well, it's a sticky wicket. This is just a tool old people. I would I would think that almost everybody knows about Foya but obviously, some people don't.
- 56:28It
- 56:29didn't
- 56:30it come, didn't Foya come out of Watergate
- 56:33or
- 56:34or the the church hearings or or back on the CIA or something. They came out of some of those types of
- 56:43exposes by congress.
- 56:46Unknown: It says specifically
- 56:47congress passed
- 56:49the privacy act of 1974,
- 56:52five United States code section five five two a in the midst of the abuses of the Nixon White House and alleged abuse by the FBI, imagine that Yeah. And other government agencies with regard to the holding and dissemination of information on individuals and groups at that time. Yep. That's what I thought. But particularly
- 57:12troubling was the government trend or the governing trend of government agencies to store massive amounts of personal information in computerized data banks. The PA allows the citizen to learn how records are collected, maintained, and used, and disseminated by federal agencies. It also allows individuals
- 57:30to access the information and seek correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant,
- 57:35or I would then insert
- 57:37deadly dangerous information that's plain wrong in your own lawn database. Well,
- 57:42Unknown: I know we used to use it back in the IRS stuff all the time to go in and get your individual master file and all that stuff and people would get all of that and you have to go get one of their
- 57:54thick
- 57:54books, many of which there are many where they go in and have all these codes
- 58:01set up where you can decode em and and and learn that you're you know, manufacturing
- 58:07truck bodies in Puerto Rico.
- 58:09Stuff like that.
- 58:10But you can use them very effectively.
- 58:12It's a very good legal tool on our side. Doesn't cost very much to do it. It's pretty simple. Just about anybody can learn. And if you gotta take the next step and go to court,
- 58:24do what, Chris? Even
- 58:26Unknown: me. You know, Roger, I wanna tell you and the listeners, you know, I don't know all this stuff by heart, and I was reading those phrases from judicial watch's guidebook. That's an excellent resource and a tool from 2013.
- 58:40But I'm generally more conversant than most people on the planet that are not involved in law's trade like Judicial Watch or Freedom Watch.
- 58:48But for an average guy, if you study hard, you can learn this stuff, And I am certainly nothing special other than I have a little extraterrestrial
- 58:56help from above and forced by dangerous circumstances and two attempted mass murders of me, by government agents because of this plain wrong dangerous information in my so called online database of the governments.
- 59:10Well,
- 59:12Unknown: I I applaud you dealing with it because I I have a little bit of an idea of what's involved, not anywhere to the extent of how you've been to having to deal with it.
- 59:23But but there may be a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow for you.
- 59:29Unknown: And. It should be a big pot of gold.
- 59:32Few $100,000,000,
- 59:33I'm thinking.
- 59:34Well,
- 59:36Unknown: for for your sake and for theirs because they need a good spanking too, and that's something they understand.
- 59:44Unknown: Well, that's the only way that you can correct bad actors in government is to get in the pocketbook. However, there is a caveat, and I think a wise counsel that I would suggest,
- 59:55when you serve individual bad actors in government to hold them to accountable for acting outside scope, spear, and color of law,
- 1:00:03You can also petition. Now this judicial discretion danger always lurks in the background and as a pre qualifier
- 1:00:10that the court has to go along with it. But you can petition
- 1:00:14because of their already being
- 1:00:17compensated with unjust enrichments at the public trough and taking predatory advantage of taxpayers
- 1:00:23like Mulei or the so called special investigator who sent spent at least millions, if not in fact billions of dollars on this pretextual hypothetical,
- 1:00:32frame the blame of Russia corrupt collusion on, Trump instead of Hitler and Brennan and all that entourage,
- 1:00:41that you can petition to have these people have to pay for their own private counsel and private defense
- 1:00:48and not have it on the public dime because they've already abused their fiduciary responsibility
- 1:00:53by preying on the public and getting paid to break the law. And if they got paid to break the law, why they should get paid to defend themselves at the public trough for defending them for their own malicious bad acts. Oh, you know, they used to do that in civil suits and they switched the law to the person that lose or lose or pays.
- 1:01:11Unknown: Other person's court costs and attorney's fees and that put
- 1:01:16an abrupt halt to a whole bunch of frivolous litigation
- 1:01:19that was clogging up the dockets back then years and years ago when they made that change.
- 1:01:26Unknown: In fact, under a Bivens versus six known federal, unknown federal narcotics agents, a title forty two nineteen eighty three Bivens suit, you can also incorporate
- 1:01:36aspects of Rico, Racketeer Influence Corporation's
- 1:01:39operations.
- 1:01:40And under RICO,
- 1:01:42under
- 1:01:43title 18 United States code nineteen sixty four parenthetical
- 1:01:47capital c exclusively,
- 1:01:50that co incorporates
- 1:01:52simultaneously
- 1:01:53whenever
- 1:01:54condition
- 1:01:56apply and the judicial discretion
- 1:01:58agrees
- 1:01:59that you can bring a civil suit and have criminal aspects concurrently
- 1:02:04apply
- 1:02:05under the same action.
- 1:02:07Yes. You hold them accountable and
- 1:02:09Unknown: prosecute the bad actors that are incorporated in there. It's a vicious sue. You forgot treble damages too.
- 1:02:16Unknown: Well, treble acts Axio tried and just cause it. Treble damages.
- 1:02:20That's when the government's abusive authority and
- 1:02:23discretion
- 1:02:24or the way they've horrifically physically abused or tried to murder a person exacerbate
- 1:02:30and enhances the penalties
- 1:02:31because of the egregiousness
- 1:02:33of the abuse of that discretion to be exemplary
- 1:02:37and to discourage
- 1:02:38repeated bad acts of such horrific nature
- 1:02:42of
- 1:02:42Unknown: things like I'm going through. You gotta spank people but I do. You said something about the only thing they understand corrupt.
- 1:02:50No. They understand jail and public exposure pretty good too but this is a way to influence their policy
- 1:02:57and the way that they
- 1:02:59enforce them.
- 1:03:01Because they get slapped with a couple of these and it has to go up all the way to the city council and all the highest
- 1:03:09echelons of the local government,
- 1:03:11they feel it because they're the ones that has to deal with the budget.
- 1:03:16Unknown: I piqued one's interest and heightened
- 1:03:19his ire and his concerns the other day when I suggested I may have to take his house too.
- 1:03:26Are you making a threat against a public official? I said, may. You know? I don't know exactly what I'm gonna have to do, but that could be one option.
- 1:03:35Unknown: Oh, you're a little rascal. You know, listen, I saw a very, I've seen a couple of interesting clips. I want to talk about em.
- 1:03:42And
- 1:03:44the one of them just jumped in my mind. It was last night. It was a short clip, Chris.
- 1:03:49And
- 1:03:50it was somewhere, I don't, I guess it was in the DC area and it was centered around Nancy Pelosi
- 1:03:57and she was in front of a building or something with some people around her going
- 1:04:01obviously going somewhere or from somewhere to somewhere else or whatever and while she was right there, the guy, this guy with a camera, he recorded it, okay? And he goes, speaker Pelosi
- 1:04:13and and she stopped and turned. Do you know how spacey she is anyway? Okay?
- 1:04:18And and he whispered to her. He said, jail time soon.
- 1:04:23And she was kinda she was kinda startled.
- 1:04:26And he said, jail time soon.
- 1:04:29And she just bewildered,
- 1:04:31turned her head, and walked off and and and walked away. But it was quite a little clip, man.
- 1:04:37Unknown: Well, she's such a deviant little piece of crap that I thought that maybe her correct
- 1:04:42word title for her name or her moniker is more correctly,
- 1:04:46Nancy
- 1:04:47Fa Lucifer
- 1:04:49because she,
- 1:04:50Lucy, if you will, p Lucy, because it could be pronounced either way.
- 1:04:55She spells it l o o s I, but I think that's a intentional misspell to give a different inflection
- 1:05:01and, try to give people the impression that it's spelled other than it actually actually is.
- 1:05:07Unknown: Well, however it is, she's a old hag who needs to be retired
- 1:05:12and Trump is just Matt. Trump
- 1:05:15Trump is just making them look like total fools.
- 1:05:19Unknown: I mean, really. Well, he doesn't need any help. They do that pretty good by the time. No, no, no, but he he exacerbates
- 1:05:25Unknown: those situations politically very well.
- 1:05:28Unknown: Yes, he does shine sunshine on their idiocy.
- 1:05:31Unknown: The other that I checked out stumbled into right before the show started.
- 1:05:37Almost made me a little late actually for the program.
- 1:05:41Went over to check before it's news there. See if there's anything interesting among the, you know, mumbo jumbo that's over there. Occasionally, you pick out some real jewels and that's what this was
- 1:05:52and it's over on beforeit'snews.com
- 1:05:55and
- 1:05:56a few stories down there on the left. It talks about an alien spacecraft
- 1:06:02caught on tape doing
- 1:06:053.5
- 1:06:06miles a second.
- 1:06:08Is that intriguing either? You used to work out around the skunk works and all that. Mister Chris, does that intrigue you at all?
- 1:06:17Unknown: Well, it it has a certain curiosity interest for me. I have actually, you know, I've got land down there in the middle of nowhere in Arizona up to 6,000 feet. We used to lay out in gravity chairs at night and watch the skies, and it's really kinda interesting. When you lay back there and you watch the skies, generally, there's nothing moving. When you see something moving, it catches your peripheral vision. You're able to turn in on it. And with just binoculars
- 1:06:42or telescopes, you can see much better. And I've seen quite a few of them. They seem to exit
- 1:06:47port l's gateways to or from the gods or other realms as the case may be,
- 1:06:53and they'll traverse across the sky in a matter of a few seconds and then perhaps exit through a different port l to a different area of space.
- 1:07:01So that's not shocking to me having witnessed that on multiple occasions
- 1:07:06with repeated accuracy several times a night, in fact.
- 1:07:10I'm not delusional.
- 1:07:11I was sober,
- 1:07:12and
- 1:07:13I had somebody with me, a viewing,
- 1:07:15who affirmed these things. I could point my finger and let them have binoculars and watch.
- 1:07:20Unknown: You weren't you weren't drinking or eating peyote, were you?
- 1:07:25No, sir. Okay. Okay. We're just checking. I know nothing about that. Just checking. I know nothing about that. I know that I've heard Cliff High and Bix Weird talk about
- 1:07:35getting these
- 1:07:36$3.00
- 1:07:37Russian night goggles
- 1:07:39and that you can get out at a a situation like that with very little ambient light with those goggles on night vision goggles.
- 1:07:47He said, hell, you can see everything's going on up there but that didn't have anything to do with the way I does somewhat
- 1:07:54loosely
- 1:07:55with with this specific example that I saw on this videotape because I saw it, okay?
- 1:08:01And the setup for it was these guys are Hollywood guys
- 1:08:06and they go out when they're not actively filming sometimes
- 1:08:10and go take panoramic
- 1:08:12video and stuff just for file footage,
- 1:08:15okay?
- 1:08:16Stuff to use in movies or whatever down the line, right?
- 1:08:20And so, they were out there with all their high quality equipment
- 1:08:24and they they do some drone shooting
- 1:08:27and so they had their drones and they shot their footage of the day
- 1:08:32and then at night, they close the day up and at night, they go and go over the day's footage to make sure that
- 1:08:39it was acceptable. They don't have to reshoot it and he said, they were eating dinner and the guy with the that
- 1:08:46that runs the overseas the video part came down there and interrupted their dinner and said he was like white as a sheet and speechless. He said, come here, you gotta see this and the video
- 1:08:57had captured it.
- 1:08:59They being right there didn't even know the thing went through or aware of it until they captured it on this very short little video and they show it a few times and because it was high quality video, they could slow it down.
- 1:09:13But they but but the way that they clocked it was in the short
- 1:09:19scene they've got where it comes shooting across the front of the camera.
- 1:09:24They could take the mountain behind it
- 1:09:27where and and measure that and see when it went out of the frame and it was going three. Five miles a second
- 1:09:35soundlessly
- 1:09:36and unnoticeable.
- 1:09:39Only seen if you caught it on video. That's a I would encourage somebody as a very interesting. I'll go over and put, I'll put it on today's show description
- 1:09:49on Castbox
- 1:09:50when I upload the show here in a in in a few minutes
- 1:09:53and
- 1:09:54it it's really interesting, man. It's a little disc craft but boy, that thing is quick like a like the rapid
- 1:10:03ever ready bunny, man.
- 1:10:05Unknown: Well, those are gravity or anti gravity propulsion machines and
- 1:10:10man, this stuff is it's exponentially fast. And, you know, here on Earth, we're led to believe this sort of stuff and that sort of crap. Never a straight answer. NASA is a black hole for money to for other black ops projects,
- 1:10:23like x b forty seven fifty
- 1:10:25one fifty two and who knows how many iterations they have.
- 1:10:29But these
- 1:10:31you know, who knows how many of those up there are theirs or ours or maybe ours and theirs.
- 1:10:38It's pretty interesting when you start going down that rabbit hole but I assure you there's more to it than the government wants you to look at.
- 1:10:46Unknown: Well, all you have to do is see this very short video and see this guy's credibility and background and
- 1:10:53the the quality of this and you'll well,
- 1:10:57it's not fake. Let me put it that way.
- 1:11:03Unknown: Well, I wouldn't expect it was. In fact, authentic is more likely than fake.
- 1:11:08Yes. The government did put out a lot of in disinformation
- 1:11:11intentionally,
- 1:11:12the obfuscation.
- 1:11:14This was what Project Blue Book was all about, was fill the government with a bunch of nonsense,
- 1:11:19discredited it, called a conspiracy theory that came right out of the CIA,
- 1:11:24and I I forget who which one of them was, Colby or somebody.
- 1:11:28But, you know, if you wanna discredit something, just call a conspiracy theory and, you know Well, that came out of fact is. That
- 1:11:36Unknown: we know the origins of that
- 1:11:40because of a FOIA request to the FBI
- 1:11:44and they got the actual files with the memo
- 1:11:48because they were trying to deter
- 1:11:51all of the suspicion around the Kennedy assassination.
- 1:11:55That's where that phrase came from and how it was originally implemented. Obviously, they've expanded on it a bit and it works like a snap.
- 1:12:06Unknown: Not Johnson of the Texas mafia and the Cuban mafia and CIAA,
- 1:12:14whacking Kennedy too.
- 1:12:16Unknown: Certainly not. Well, and you know, it's interesting to go back and see how easily they can trick the people in their minds and how because of this simulation
- 1:12:27of authority that the mantra that they have that people accept all that to the point of
- 1:12:34like freedom that called in. He said, look, I I I heard you seven years ago when the book first came out. I started reading. I was going to say, let's just see where this goes.
- 1:12:43Instead
- 1:12:44of understanding the validity of it, I'm not picking on him. I'm just using that as an example
- 1:12:49of the effectiveness
- 1:12:51of their mind control and their programming and their conditioning.
- 1:12:55It they are real good, man.
- 1:12:59Unknown: Oh, sure. Search out, Joseph Goebel's 25
- 1:13:03rules of disinformation.
- 1:13:05Disinformation
- 1:13:06doesn't have to be wrong. It doesn't have to be right. As long as it creates confusion, it's being effective in its design purpose of dividing the people and creating confusion and chaos
- 1:13:17Unknown: in what they know versus what they think they know versus what they don't know. Well, I was sitting watching I got about five or six videos I'm in process of watching.
- 1:13:27I'm I'm real bad about getting a partway through and stopping them. Say, I'll come back later, you know? This one is particularly interesting although it's a lot of information we've been exposed to and know but they had it presented in a couple of different areas so far with what I've seen to be quite unique and one of them, they were talking about a guy
- 1:13:47not Bernays but on Bertrand
- 1:13:50Russell.
- 1:13:52Oh, yes. Oh, now that there was a real there
- 1:13:56was a real cold, hard, psychopathic
- 1:13:58bastard right there. Brook Tran Russell. Yeah. Yeah. And and he wrote all this out and they were talking about as they were forming the Tavistock Institute and around in that time and put the the
- 1:14:13what do they call it? Chatham House, all that area of time back then. Oh, yes. Chatham House and Madam
- 1:14:20Unknown: Arena Blavatsky's
- 1:14:21Theosophical
- 1:14:22Unknown: Society, the predecessor. Well, the the Chatham House is where the round table is that the Council of Foreign Relations is under. You know, anyway,
- 1:14:31that level of this kind of chicanery
- 1:14:34and
- 1:14:35Bertrand Russell's statement,
- 1:14:37he said, we're gonna get them to the point where they think that snow is black.
- 1:14:43Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:14:45That's confusion.
- 1:14:46Alright.
- 1:14:47Tell them that
- 1:14:48hate is love and peace is war,
- 1:14:52that Hegelian
- 1:14:53duoretic of speaking in in total opposites
- 1:14:56of what you really mean is a tactic. Let's see. How did they say it.
- 1:15:02Let's see. It's frequently used by non Christians to confuse Christians.
- 1:15:08Unknown: Yes, sir. Equivocation
- 1:15:10is the word for which you search.
- 1:15:14Saw a very another interesting video that I'm partway through this morning. I probably would have sat and watched the whole thing which surprised me because it's about twenty five minutes long but I had to get ready for the program
- 1:15:25but these
- 1:15:28conservative,
- 1:15:29this is about the wall, okay? And I don't know where it was in California but I'm sure it was somewhere in California and
- 1:15:36this guy
- 1:15:37very
- 1:15:38intelligent, very soft spoken, very conciliatory,
- 1:15:41very, hey, let's talk about the issues. Well, they went to some college that's got a lot of immigrant students there in that area wherever they were
- 1:15:50and they got a permit to put their table out and they set up a table with signs that they wanted to discuss these issues with people, right?
- 1:16:00And they were just over there, set up table, what anybody around? Well, all of a sudden, a bunch of these protesters started showing up.
- 1:16:09And and they're going, come, oh, come, we want to have dialogue. That's what we want to do. We're sitting here to have dialogue. You're a racist. You're a hater. You're a Nazi. You know, all that stuff and so, the guy
- 1:16:20gets his microphone and and and
- 1:16:23with the cameras, they had some cameras there and
- 1:16:27walked over to the protesters and said, look, we're here to have dialogue. Can we have dialogue? We invited you to come sit down with us. No, you're a racist. I don't talk to racist and one of em is is a black chick and obviously,
- 1:16:40she had a a scarf on. So, probably
- 1:16:45Arabic of some sort. Really.
- 1:16:47Unknown: Just one last.
- 1:16:49Unknown: And she's got a sign up that said, something about
- 1:16:54stop racism,
- 1:16:55ask me how or something. There was a question at the end of it and so, he comes over with the microphone and she's there behind her big sign. It was a big sign she had holding and he said, well, she says, hey, she said, I don't talk to racist. He said, hold on. I'm not a racist. You got a sign that says, stop racism or something. Ask me how. I'm wanting to ask you how what's stated on your side. I don't talk to racist.
- 1:17:21He says, this is what I'm trying to do is have a dialogue. I'm not a racist. I don't I don't want to talk to anybody in this crowd, this have you. Anyway, it was really really
- 1:17:32illustrative to me on the fact that
- 1:17:35the this guy finally got a couple of people out of the crowd, a black gal that was very sensible, quite intelligent, very responsive, and oh no, we're not. So, we, alright, we disagree with each other but that doesn't mean we can't have a dialogue.
- 1:17:48I mean, we're
- 1:17:50we're we're we're going to have a discussion over something that's pretty important. Don't you think it's a
- 1:17:56necessity that we have a dialogue so we can reach some sort of conclusion
- 1:18:00and that involves putting facts on the table and you see, that's what they don't want. They don't want any facts out there because that just washes away their emotional and
- 1:18:10so, it was really interesting though the part I got through. I'll watch the rest of it later this afternoon.
- 1:18:16But then I saw right before that, I was watching my my old buddy, Chris.
- 1:18:22I don't get to see too much of him anymore but my old buddy, Sean Hannity
- 1:18:27and
- 1:18:28they. Oh, And
- 1:18:31they had one of his whole programs on with the commercials cut out on some video link I clicked on.
- 1:18:38And so, I got to hear Sean's dialogue and part of the segments were the woman's march this past weekend and that girl, Sarah Carter, I think is her name and another gal that had started a kind of a counter countercultural
- 1:18:53to this feminist. This gal said, look, I used to be a feminist, okay? I was that way when I was younger but now that I look back, I see what a total waste of time, how counterproductive it was and so what she and her cohorts did was set up a a counter demonstration to the women's march if you will or women's whatever it was and
- 1:19:12as the people became dissatisfied
- 1:19:15as the women that were there mainly, obviously,
- 1:19:18as the women that became dissatisfied with the hateful rhetoric
- 1:19:23of the people at the Women's March,
- 1:19:25they would walk past them and see their signs and whatever and they'd get em started in a dialogue and start bringing em over to look how foolish
- 1:19:34this whole feminist agenda is. Look how counterproductive
- 1:19:38etcetera. Etcetera.
- 1:19:39So, I saw two pretty vivid examples right there before the program today on dealing with some of these hateful people
- 1:19:47that are on this Frankfurt
- 1:19:50School
- 1:19:51agenda
- 1:19:52that do nothing but try and divide
- 1:19:54and but these people were pretty effective
- 1:19:58at going back and and actually starting a dialogue with them. It was pretty interesting. I think that might be one of the ways
- 1:20:06one of the only ways that we can and some of these people might be on
- 1:20:12not be able to be unprogrammed.
- 1:20:16Unknown: Well, the
- 1:20:18hygienic
- 1:20:19duelectic,
- 1:20:20the dialectic,
- 1:20:21the false choice, the false paradigm.
- 1:20:24If people refuse
- 1:20:25to even articulate
- 1:20:27what their views are with an honest dialogue,
- 1:20:31people actually talking,
- 1:20:33how can you solve a problem if you refuse to discuss the issue? Well, you can see their
- 1:20:39Unknown: you can see their tactic and their base just in the events that happen because what they've really basically done is switched you from logic to emotion.
- 1:20:49All of these socialist
- 1:20:51grand eyes things are all, look at the buzz, oh, they're oppression.
- 1:20:55You you all the words they use. Everything is based
- 1:20:59on that idea, okay?
- 1:21:03And it's this Frankfurt School stuff and you can see that
- 1:21:08all they do is try and cover up the facts by shout. Of course, it is better if they have numbers and they can shy shout little slogans
- 1:21:16that are short and quick and catchy but they'll never debate you on facts.
- 1:21:22And they can't because they've been switched to emotionalism.
- 1:21:27Unknown: Oh, yes. How does it make you feel?
- 1:21:31Unknown: Ain't that true, man? I've had people ask me that question. Say, well, how, what the hell difference does it make when it makes me feel?
- 1:21:39I care about the guy getting a house. Well, my feelings about it don't have any effect on that action at all. You see, they just, they attach these emotions to these things to try and sway you because they can't sway you on facts and logic.
- 1:21:56Unknown: It's a word trick to get you to walk through their minefield so you can articulate something they can find to attack.
- 1:22:04Unknown: And everybody's damn victimhood for god's sakes and everybody's entitlement.
- 1:22:09I've got I'm I'm because
- 1:22:12I was born.
- 1:22:14Because there was a twinkle in my daddy's eye.
- 1:22:18I'm entitled to free education and free housing and free this and free cellphones and free cable and free internet. Yeah. By the way, give me that free computer over there. I mean, come on, man. We're,
- 1:22:32where does personal responsibility
- 1:22:35start?
- 1:22:38Unknown: With you
- 1:22:41Unknown: at the earliest age you can start it at.
- 1:22:46Unknown: When you can have consciousness.
- 1:22:50Unknown: So, and you know, hopefully, I guess some of these, it's it's the damage they've done through the educational system
- 1:22:57that that's been so damned effective and they've gotten it through several generations
- 1:23:02and it it's staring us right in the face with some of these wacko
- 1:23:07young people.
- 1:23:08Some of them got good sense though. Occasionally, you're going to you find some that have got they're very grounded and got pretty good sense.
- 1:23:20Unknown: So, what else, Chris? There are a lot of them that are very very bright people. There's no question about that. And I, you know, they're they are the silent majority and
- 1:23:28Unknown: Trump's winning over more of em every day. I saw a statistic the other day about the a poll with Latins where he had gained 15 or 20%
- 1:23:38of the Latin approval in just a very short period of time.
- 1:23:42So, people are starting to realize and I appreciate his,
- 1:23:47I appreciate his stance
- 1:23:49and I appreciate the fact that he ain't budging. He's still offering things and trying to get him to come talk and they ain't budging and he ain't either and we're in the thirty first or thirty second day of this shutdown, Chris. And that means these agencies
- 1:24:05can start restructuring.
- 1:24:09Unknown: When factors even more say that I looked at something this morning, and it says that after thirty days,
- 1:24:15then he can terminate at will.
- 1:24:17There's some caveat in their labor contract
- 1:24:20administrative procedures act as legislative
- 1:24:22role as the chief executive officer,
- 1:24:27commander in chief as the case may be under these APA because the POTUS supposedly
- 1:24:32created all these agencies as administrative
- 1:24:34agencies.
- 1:24:36In fact, FDR had some issues because they were getting out of control.
- 1:24:40And the same things are rearing other ugly heads,
- 1:24:43not to mention the secret senior executive services, which have tried to make itself
- 1:24:49an unimpeachable
- 1:24:50autonomous
- 1:24:51authority that is superseding the president's ability to investigate the own agencies he created, usurpating his legislative
- 1:25:00Unknown: powers as the chief executive officer. Well, they are the fourth branch of government. They are the the velvet. They're
- 1:25:07Unknown: not a branch of government. They're external to the government under the. That's a. Corporate model. That's a term that people attach to the administrative
- 1:25:15Unknown: state. The fourth branch of government that wields
- 1:25:19the velvet
- 1:25:20gloved iron fist.
- 1:25:23Unknown: Yes,
- 1:25:24the iron fist and the velvet glove. You're exactly right. The Stalinesque
- 1:25:28technique of management control of the human. But only. But
- 1:25:32Unknown: only.
- 1:25:34But only.
- 1:25:37If you're a citizen of The United States or a resident of the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:25:43Yes.
- 1:25:44Unknown: Property of US Inc.
- 1:25:46And the UN owned.
- 1:25:48Unknown: Yep. Well, they used to call it government issue. Boy, they they just didn't know the accuracy of that term.
- 1:26:00Those word terms are very important. Voltaire says before we speak, let us define the terms. Before we discuss, let us define our terms. Voltaire understood the scam pretty good, didn't he?
- 1:26:13He had a clue and didn't have to buy a bow. Let's see here. Let me check over here since nobody wants to call. Bob, we had some confusion the other day and Bob tried to call, said he tried to call a whole bunch and he couldn't get through and it was one of those days when Doc was trying. He didn't hear me. He couldn't understand what was going on. He was trying to call in. He got hung up on four times so rudely and all that even though I'm trying to sit here and explain it on the phone.
- 1:26:40But I think it might have skunked the software that day was my feelings.
- 1:26:44So, if Bob's out there or somebody else wants to try and call in, we had we had our buddy Freedom
- 1:26:50called in but on a real scratchy connection, I would like for him to have stayed on the line.
- 1:26:58But because I like to get people just like that and
- 1:27:02and I think it's very
- 1:27:04I think it speaks volumes,
- 1:27:06Chris.
- 1:27:07I think it speaks volumes
- 1:27:09that in seven years or
- 1:27:12allies somewhere in that range.
- 1:27:15There's not been one single piece of blowback
- 1:27:18from anybody that's done this to my knowledge.
- 1:27:22Unknown: Not one. Well, that bodes well, I'll tell you, and it makes the trepidatious
- 1:27:26to go forward with little less fear. And seven years is a pretty long time to ruminate, and I'm not the
- 1:27:34discrediting the guy. I'm only saying that, you know, we can only well, of course, I'm talking about myself too. Mailing that letter is that I've got stuff ready to mail. In fact, I stopped by the post office and picked up some brand new forms of the DSM 11 immigration and passport form from Department of State Manual.
- 1:27:53And so that I had some here to fresh ones to mail out because I frequently have to use them for evidentiary copies to include with my exhibits
- 1:28:02to support my affidavit of status. I always put into those at the very front of any matter they're trying to trick me into to establish that I'm not under their purvey and jurisdiction,
- 1:28:13and therefore, I'm appear attending,
- 1:28:15not appearing. I can't appear. I'm not a magician.
- 1:28:18Attending,
- 1:28:18the BENES,
- 1:28:20not granting jurisdiction or shooting it, but explicitly
- 1:28:24challenging squarely on the record before they go forward anywhere.
- 1:28:28And until they prove it on the record, in fact, that's some of the stuff that I'm putting in today,
- 1:28:32they cannot move forward, and they've gotta produce their bona fides, their
- 1:28:37bar car, their their they call it a bar license. I I wanna see a license. All I know they got is a union dues ticket. They pose it as a license, but it's not a license at all. It's a private union association.
- 1:28:49And there there's
- 1:28:52some other things that they're required to have under the foreign agents registration act form,
- 1:28:57a anti bribery act statute statement,
- 1:29:00and it appears to me that a bounty on the head of a so called, as they claim, sovereign citizen,
- 1:29:08although I refute and rebuke that
- 1:29:10moniker completely and strongly,
- 1:29:13I have put that in my writing and my affidavits that I am not a so called oxymoronic,
- 1:29:19180 degree polar polar opposed
- 1:29:22incompatible
- 1:29:23terms
- 1:29:24of sovereign and citizens. Sovereign meaning to self rule, reign, or regulator control,
- 1:29:29and citizen coming from city denizen, a surfer, slave of the city. I am not one of those. Most Americans don't realize citizen is a very dangerous word term to moniker yourself with and claim that you're a slave.
- 1:29:43Unknown: Well, no. I'm I'm not sure I totally agree with that last part of this because in the founding documents, it uses the term, but it's capitalized. It's not lower caps.
- 1:29:54And it's not That's right. It wasn't it wasn't a citizen of The United States.
- 1:29:59It was a citizen capital c of The United States Of America.
- 1:30:03Okay? And that, if you think about it, what is that conceptually?
- 1:30:08It's a national citizen.
- 1:30:10So
- 1:30:11their nomenclature
- 1:30:12is very correct when they say that it's a national. It is a national,
- 1:30:17but it was derived from state citizenship.
- 1:30:20Now, what I think you could say it very succinctly
- 1:30:23in I have not I am not nor have ever claimed to be a sovereign citizen and just leave it at that.
- 1:30:32Unknown: Well, that's pretty good language, and I do support that. And I do recognize
- 1:30:36that the foundings,
- 1:30:38whether the scoundrels that did the founding or not, actually knew the
- 1:30:44etymological origination of the word term citizen coming from the justabilis,
- 1:30:48the city law of Rome, Justinian Well code as it was, the Justinian deception
- 1:30:53Unknown: or not. I think it's very important that it's capitalized along with rights,
- 1:30:59duties,
- 1:31:00and god
- 1:31:02Unknown: in that document. In fact, the term natural
- 1:31:05rights being capitalized
- 1:31:08relates
- 1:31:09explicitly
- 1:31:10to the one true living god of the universe
- 1:31:14being the originating point for those others belonging to the people as stated in the ninth and tenth amendment that Andrew Napolipano seems to evade and not cognize
- 1:31:26refers directly to those coming from God and nature, or nature is god as they sometimes. Well, he's a good Jesuit boy so just give him, cut him a little slack. If
- 1:31:36Unknown: you go later on in that document to the list of complaints against the king,
- 1:31:43and I believe it's the very first one
- 1:31:47that says, he has erected multitudes
- 1:31:49of offices
- 1:31:51and
- 1:31:52sent hither
- 1:31:54swarms
- 1:31:56of officers
- 1:31:58to harass us
- 1:32:00and eat out our substance.
- 1:32:05Unknown: Yes. And brought in foreign jurisdictions.
- 1:32:08Unknown: And that was the other one I was going to mention.
- 1:32:11And that those two things, those two things are exactly what has happened again.
- 1:32:19The administrative
- 1:32:20state. They've
- 1:32:23erected multitudes
- 1:32:25of offices.
- 1:32:26You know how many administrative
- 1:32:28agencies there are now, Chris?
- 1:32:33Unknown: I don't know how many exactly 500
- 1:32:36or 5,000.
- 1:32:37Unknown: I'm not sure. Last count I saw was three twenty three and I think they've added a couple since then.
- 1:32:44Back when I became talking about this in the early days, there used to be about 150.
- 1:32:53Unknown: How? The 18 fifties. So, hell. No. No. The the. Used
- 1:33:00Unknown: to be about a 150,
- 1:33:02not the 18 fifties. Oh.
- 1:33:05Okay. And now there's 323
- 1:33:08of em. They didn't even start popping up like mushrooms in the pasture after a hard rain
- 1:33:14until
- 1:33:15the thirties. That's when they started popping up. That's when the hard rains came and they popped up all over the cow pasture over there and
- 1:33:25Roosevelt had a bunch of trouble with him. A bunch of trouble with the old way of thinking in the government as they like to put it and
- 1:33:32he restacked the court so he could get some of this stuff through
- 1:33:36and but they could not get through the administrative procedures act
- 1:33:42and the administrative procedures act as Chris knows very well. Section five,
- 1:33:47title five, section five five two and following at seg
- 1:33:51and that is this administrative
- 1:33:54procedures act or the rules
- 1:33:56that these this new fourth branch of government has to operate within,
- 1:34:02okay? And they didn't pass that thing till 1946.
- 1:34:05Did you know that, Chris?
- 1:34:08Unknown: I I knew it was '45 or '46 or maybe '47, but that's another
- 1:34:13curious time that some other devious legislation,
- 1:34:15Unknown: I think the emergency banking act and some other things went on across. Now, that was '13. Never mind. Just about when they were setting up the global monetary system. It was right around the Bretton Woods time.
- 1:34:31Unknown: Brenton Wood. Brenton Woods. That's another devious piece of legislation where Stalin,
- 1:34:36Hitler,
- 1:34:38Churchill,
- 1:34:39Unknown: and FDR got together as I recall. It was the whole world meeting of all the world's countries up in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire after
- 1:34:48World War two as they were going to set the world monetary system up and
- 1:34:54what they did, of course, The US had accumulated all the gold and the Victor
- 1:34:59stuff after World War two. We had all the factories. They were converting those over to make washing machines and radios and vacuum cleaners for you.
- 1:35:09They decided to all get together and agree on this system
- 1:35:13called the Bretton Woods Agreement.
- 1:35:15And what they basically did, they'd revalued gold to $35
- 1:35:20after they confiscated it in '33.
- 1:35:23And that
- 1:35:24difference is what started the exchange stabilization
- 1:35:28fund
- 1:35:29which is the hidden hand behind the Federal Reserve.
- 1:35:33The
- 1:35:34giant pool of dark money.
- 1:35:36Okay?
- 1:35:38But what they did then was take that $35
- 1:35:41gold price
- 1:35:43and tagged it to the dollar
- 1:35:46and make the dollar the world reserve currency.
- 1:35:50Now, that didn't mean that if you had
- 1:35:53a dollar, 35 of em, you could go in and get an ounce of gold
- 1:35:59but it did mean that anybody that wasn't
- 1:36:02a citizen of The United States or a resident which everyone was presumed to be and I guess probably was back then,
- 1:36:10okay?
- 1:36:11Because you were property, you couldn't own gold but the foreigners could come and take $35
- 1:36:17and come and get an ounce of gold for it.
- 1:36:21And as we got through through the 50s and they started getting trigger happy with the printing presses and then they started getting guns and butter happy with Korea and Vietnam
- 1:36:33and these police actions,
- 1:36:35they were printing more money and
- 1:36:38some of the people who were astute around the world, one of them being Charles De Ga of France.
- 1:36:46Since that they were printing more money than they had gold for and started sending and I've read ships
- 1:36:52were leaving New York full of gold as as they were cashing in these overprinted dollars
- 1:37:00and that's why Nixon closed the gold window.
- 1:37:04I think that was done in 08/15/1971,
- 1:37:09I believe.
- 1:37:11Okay and since then,
- 1:37:13we have not had a way for anybody to come get any gold by trading in dollars and everything's been on a free float, totally fiat basis
- 1:37:22with
- 1:37:23the checks and balances if you will
- 1:37:25being the values
- 1:37:27between the different bodies of paper.
- 1:37:33And that's where we stand today. We stand today with people like Sam Zell.
- 1:37:39You know who Sam Zell is, Chris?
- 1:37:42Unknown: I do not.
- 1:37:44Unknown: He's a real big time multi billionaire guy.
- 1:37:47One of these, you know, Edomite speculators.
- 1:37:50I guess he built
- 1:37:53built most of his fortune on real estate.
- 1:37:56Maybe malls and stuff, okay?
- 1:37:59He's
- 1:38:02buying gold for the first time. Like
- 1:38:05Unknown: that owned all the malls?
- 1:38:07Unknown: Yeah, something like that. I may have been him. I'm not sure. Anyway, he's pretty well recognized and extremely
- 1:38:14successful in what he does, whoever gets skinned.
- 1:38:17Maybe his is a little more legitimate.
- 1:38:20Regardless, he came out with a story in the last couple of days. He says, I'm buying gold for the first time in my life.
- 1:38:26For the first time in his
- 1:38:29life,
- 1:38:31he's buying gold and he ain't no young whippersnapper.
- 1:38:40Yeah, Russia and China buying gold every month
- 1:38:44at the same time
- 1:38:46or simultaneously
- 1:38:49divesting themselves
- 1:38:51of dollars and bonds
- 1:38:53in a huge percentage like
- 1:38:5675%
- 1:38:57of their holdings in one month
- 1:38:59in Russia.
- 1:39:02So, that's coming.
- 1:39:04The I think we're a real good spot financially.
- 1:39:07You got Carrot Bars and you got Bit Club Network on each side. I believe cyber currencies are going to be a big answer for the world and for us. By the way, have you seen what's going on with John McAfee, Chris?
- 1:39:21Unknown: I have not. What's mister McAfee up to? Well, he's causing trouble as usual.
- 1:39:29My kind of guy.
- 1:39:31Unknown: Well, the IRS, the IRS, he's publicly been on the IRS for a long time. Hadn't filed since 2008.
- 1:39:38They're coming after him for failure to file and other fraud stuff including using cryptocurrencies
- 1:39:45in his potential
- 1:39:47campaigns,
- 1:39:48political campaigns.
- 1:39:50So, he's fled the country.
- 1:39:52He's living on a boat
- 1:39:55probably somewhere up in Venezuela or Colombia
- 1:39:58And he's gonna run national war, I guess. And he's gonna and he's gonna he's gonna run for president in 2020. He's gonna direct the campaign from his boat.
- 1:40:10Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:40:12Well, that that
- 1:40:13sounds like a guy that's pretty astute. I know McAfee. He is the maker of Internet
- 1:40:18security
- 1:40:19protection protocol programs.
- 1:40:22McAfee Systems, I think it is. Avast is another one that I have some degree of credibility and knowledge about.
- 1:40:29But this is a constant
- 1:40:31cat and mouse game of protect versus non protected, and this
- 1:40:36guy is a student enough to stay outside of their jurisdiction in the international waters or
- 1:40:42lands outside of Corp US Inc and the federal reserves,
- 1:40:47international
- 1:40:48monetary funds grasp. I think that's a very cogent
- 1:40:52Unknown: sense of where to be. I've got the story here somewhere I can go into a little more depth on it but
- 1:40:58but as I was looking for it in the tab, I found another one. This is these are these man made laws we talk about and the the reason they they want to have this system over you so they can make these damn laws to control you. I mean, it's just that simple. They can't do it the other way.
- 1:41:15Alright? They can't play god the other way. They play god here. This is example of what I'm talking about here, Chris. Under an insane
- 1:41:25New York law,
- 1:41:26homeowners
- 1:41:27have a duty to run and hide
- 1:41:31rather than confront home invaders with force.
- 1:41:35So, now in this screwy New York law, you, they don't want you to confront somebody. You don't have anymore threshold rights at your door or self defense that they are going to charge you if you if anybody gets hurt which happened in this incident and
- 1:41:52they want you to go run hide under the bed and let them just have their way with you and everything else you got. Now, you tell me that this isn't insane.
- 1:42:01This is insane right here.
- 1:42:05Unknown: In times of universal deceit,
- 1:42:07Unknown: telling the truth will be deemed a revolutionary act. Let me see if I can let let me see if I didn't get rid of this.
- 1:42:14This
- 1:42:15McAfee article because it was pretty interesting. I hope I didn't. Here it is. Sean McAfee flees The US for alleged tax fraud.
- 1:42:24McAfee is a pretty colorful guy, you know. He's got a very strong personality.
- 1:42:28He's pretty upfront
- 1:42:30and honest. He's the one that said, if Bitcoin wasn't a million dollars in 2020 or something, he would eat his
- 1:42:38I'm going to, you know, keep keep it neighborly here. He would eat his penis erectus
- 1:42:44on on publicly.
- 1:42:49That's a pretty good trick. If you could do that, you wouldn't need marriage, would you? I guess. I'm not sure. Anyway, that's what mister McAfee said publicly and a lot of people,
- 1:42:58of course, have pointed that out in different articles.
- 1:43:01A US presidential candidate, John McAfee,
- 1:43:04a business tycoon,
- 1:43:06has recently uploaded a video on his Twitter account.
- 1:43:11According to the video, McAfee is living
- 1:43:14in an exile as an exile, I think, is what they meant, on a boat after the internal revenue service, the individuals representing Satan
- 1:43:24charged him
- 1:43:26on tax evasion,
- 1:43:27frauds,
- 1:43:29of felonious
- 1:43:30nature.
- 1:43:32Now, that's a new one on me, Chris, of felonious
- 1:43:35nature. That's a new, a new little catchphrase there.
- 1:43:40John, a
- 1:43:41long term crypto advocate
- 1:43:44who was going to run for the presidency in 2020 is
- 1:43:49in a rocking
- 1:43:50boat quite literally.
- 1:43:52He has been charged by the IRS for using cryptocurrencies
- 1:43:57in criminal activities
- 1:43:58along with four other
- 1:44:00twenty twenty presidential
- 1:44:02candidates.
- 1:44:04McAfee running presidential campaign in exile.
- 1:44:08John in his Twitter video talks about various aspects of his life,
- 1:44:13his tryst with the IRS,
- 1:44:15and his evading the taxes. He says he hadn't paid taxes in eight years and he has not made it a secret
- 1:44:23or tried to hide it.
- 1:44:26McAfee believes the IRS wants to silence him,
- 1:44:30which he would not allow.
- 1:44:34Let me get a sip of water. You
- 1:44:36Unknown: know, Roger, this is not a new tactic and it recalls to my memory
- 1:44:42that they did the same thing with Al Capone and got him for tax evasion or something like that or lying to the IRS agent or whatever else,
- 1:44:51way back in, I don't know, thirties or forties.
- 1:44:54And so using
- 1:44:56the FBI or other agencies of government using the IRS as the term of political per se execution,
- 1:45:02prosecution as the case may be, malicious as it is.
- 1:45:06Maybe mister McAfee is a
- 1:45:09American
- 1:45:10state non
- 1:45:12US
- 1:45:13non citizen US national himself and maybe hasn't volunteered
- 1:45:17to be a taxpayer.
- 1:45:19Unknown: That could have some operation of law on whether he's paying taxes or not that they may not let him let the cat hit the bat. If mister McAfee was a US non citizen national the correct way, the IRS couldn't come after him. So, I don't think he knows what we know.
- 1:45:36Unfortunately, for him and unfortunately for everybody else, I watch all these commentators and and analysts that I respect. I respect their careers. I respect their intelligence.
- 1:45:46I respect the the time they've spent in grade if you will and the expertise that they've been able to gain from all that sacrifice
- 1:45:55and I hear em with all of that going for em and they and they say something like really stupid like, I want my civil rights.
- 1:46:04You got me? And you just go, jeez, almighty, please, you know?
- 1:46:08But that's the advantage that we've got. That's the niche that we've got. Whoever,
- 1:46:12who, whoever you are, if you're a free dumb guy, like a guy, freedom that called earlier, you're like one of those people that's been following me around trying to find me because you heard me one time a years ago and it stuck with you.
- 1:46:27I mean, as you know, this information is important. You can't get it anywhere else to my knowledge
- 1:46:33And I mean it. Mister Thomas
- 1:46:37Unknown: Jefferson said,
- 1:46:38those who seek to be free and dumb want what never was and never will be.
- 1:46:44And
- 1:46:45two things I wanted to go back over for just a second.
- 1:46:48One, you mentioned
- 1:46:50the
- 1:46:52the civil rights. Well, civil rights are really privileges under the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:46:57They're posed as rights, but they're not truly rights, and what congress giveth congress can take away to their property.
- 1:47:04And the other thing that I want to remind people since we talked about this pretty well at length some earlier,
- 1:47:11in chapter six of this guide of 2013 from Freedom
- 1:47:16from
- 1:47:18Judicial Watch and Tom Fitton and
- 1:47:20Chris Farrell,
- 1:47:22chapter six has a sample
- 1:47:24FOIA request letter via fax, send, and mail Mhmm. To the FOIA officer or FOIA compliance officer is another way of terming it.
- 1:47:35NRI, Freedom of Information Act request. And it's a pretty good template for those wanting to seek information about themselves
- 1:47:42and, of course, reiterating that the noncitizen US national
- 1:47:46must exclusively
- 1:47:48request information on his own
- 1:47:51name,
- 1:47:52not someone else's is the only way to do that. Although if you were appointed a guardian ad litem or maybe a special private advocate for somebody,
- 1:48:01you might be able to inquire on them if you had a letter from them attesting that you're acting for them exclusively.
- 1:48:09Unknown: Now, there you go.
- 1:48:13I would, you know, on this on this foyer thing and for people like doc,
- 1:48:18especially if you've applied for a passport along in the process. Because if you have it, they treat it in a different manner in a sense
- 1:48:27because now, they're making, you've paid for something, a piece of property, they're going to produce,
- 1:48:32and they're going to give it to you and they have a a duty to get it back to you and so in the in the internal workings of the state department,
- 1:48:42they refer to the affidavit as your citizenship
- 1:48:46evidence.
- 1:48:47The other point I wanted to bring up, you're talking about civil rights. That's a small R as Chris
- 1:48:54accurately stated.
- 1:48:56And if you look at the word rights, bring this back to this citizenship conversation. If you look at the word rights in the Declaration of Independence are capitalized.
- 1:49:09Unknown: And whenever rights is capitalized,
- 1:49:11that's talking about your capital in natural,
- 1:49:16all caps, g o d, god given.
- 1:49:19Unknown: It's gotta be. And I and
- 1:49:20that and that same that same concept applies to the word citizen there in that place too, I think.
- 1:49:27Unknown: That's the way I interpret it.
- 1:49:29Think you're correct. Although, I think especially delineating yourself as a noncitizen
- 1:49:34in this day and time has particular
- 1:49:38advantages and
- 1:49:39not having to go down another rabbit trail of trying to separate the caps versus captives maximus versus captives diminutio,
- 1:49:49Black's Law fourth edition exclusively.
- 1:49:51Unknown: Now, it's just one another way to differentiate it and have people understand and have people try and gravitate to looking at these things conceptually
- 1:50:00instead of trying to get tricked up with all these little things like that that you don't understand.
- 1:50:06You know, it goes on. I listen, there's only two statuses, man. I don't care how many books they write about it, how many volumes
- 1:50:15or regulations they write under it, okay? There's only two statuses. You're either free or you're bond and that's the only two possibilities there are.
- 1:50:26Unknown: A versus B, X versus Y. There's only two. You gotta be one or the other. You can't be both. You either follow the creator and his law or you follow even wicked perverse man's law. Chris Bastier's
- 1:50:39the law.
- 1:50:40Unknown: I mean, even these wacko
- 1:50:44transgenders
- 1:50:45know that you gotta be one or the other.
- 1:50:48Unknown: No. I
- 1:50:50don't know about that.
- 1:50:53Unknown: Well, I now, I, you know, listen. I live in a I live in a little sleepy Ecuador. I don't live in big high time Las Vegas. So, I'm not confronted
- 1:51:02with as much of that stuff. I I'll tell you where it would a lot of that was real prevalent was down in Buenos Aires.
- 1:51:10Unknown: A lot of Papa Finas down there?
- 1:51:12Unknown: Boy, I tell you. Yeah. Interesting culture, Argentina. I enjoyed living down there. I enjoyed my experiences. I'm glad to be out.
- 1:51:22Unknown: Mardi Gras, party.
- 1:51:24Unknown: Well, that's the whole South American continent on that day and that day is coming up. I don't know when
- 1:51:30Fat Tuesday is this year
- 1:51:33because it varies year to year depending on where Easter is but
- 1:51:38the whole continent will be closed down here that day and depending on some of them will shift it to a weekend so they get three days of it. If it's in the middle of the week.
- 1:51:49Unknown: I would sure hope that my situation is cleared up and behind me by then. Maybe I can travel down there and celebrate a fat Tuesday with you. Well, I don't know. We don't do too much celebrating but
- 1:51:59Unknown: you know, life's just nice down here. It's easy. I mean, from the standpoint of heck hectic
- 1:52:07rat race kind of stuff. I guess there are people that have to live like that but generally us old
- 1:52:12long of tooth gringos don't have to.
- 1:52:16The climate is. I don't. Gringo
- 1:52:18Unknown: like you would be a fat Tuesday celebratory
- 1:52:22experience
- 1:52:23for me.
- 1:52:24Unknown: I I can promise you
- 1:52:26that I don't think you could find
- 1:52:31the positives here
- 1:52:33from climate,
- 1:52:34food, etcetera.
- 1:52:36I don't believe you could find this anywhere else in the globe for this price.
- 1:52:42Unknown: A Goldilocks
- 1:52:43Unknown: zone. It's a it's a really interesting place. I I enjoy living here. Some things I don't, you know, I wish were different but you know, if wishes and butts were candy and nuts, we'd all have a merry Christmas, right?
- 1:53:02So, anyway, listen. I'm getting towards the end of our
- 1:53:06our social experiment here today.
- 1:53:09I'm glad to hear from
- 1:53:12mister Freedom,
- 1:53:13our new listener out there. I hope we hear from him again and that he got some additional questions and that
- 1:53:20we can cover em as adequately as as we're able.
- 1:53:25Anybody else? Dumb. He's not smarter than he let on to be. Oh, no. No, you could tell when you're, you know, even when you're reading John Birch
- 1:53:33stuff in the library at a young age, you're pretty astute.
- 1:53:38You're off on the right path, I'd say, although certainly,
- 1:53:41the John's Birch Society has its negatives too but they do put out very very good information and very nice publications.
- 1:53:49It's too bad there's such a counter control
- 1:53:52group for the Zionists.
- 1:53:55This is my big lament,
- 1:53:57I guess.
- 1:53:59Because they're definitely that. You cannot talk about Zionism
- 1:54:03or bring in any factual
- 1:54:06to any kind of a John Birch organizational meeting. They won't just won't have it. So, anyway, we'll be back tomorrow with Brent and no telling where that conversation will go. I'm sure there'll be something on his mind though
- 1:54:18and
- 1:54:20thanks to
- 1:54:21the aforementioned
- 1:54:22freedom for calling in and our brief conversation.
- 1:54:26I'll try and get you in the Skype database here. So, if you do call in again, I can recognize it and get you easier
- 1:54:33and
- 1:54:35Chris, as always, enjoy what you bring to the table for us and the the help with the heavy lifting if you will.
- 1:54:43Unknown: Well, it was a pretty titillating discussion of fairly omni coverage
- 1:54:48nature today.
- 1:54:50Myself, I'll be off to legal la la land putting in some paperwork today of some pretty efficacious,
- 1:54:57meaning and intent and hopefully effects
- 1:55:00that,
- 1:55:01will be positive
- 1:55:03because there's a whole long list of people that are getting this particular,
- 1:55:07letter of law communications.
- 1:55:10Unknown: Okay. Well, I know you'll do a good job on it. I know they'll be thrilled to receive it, and we'll be thrilled to find out the results of all of your very tedious and meticulous work
- 1:55:22and Robert's
- 1:55:23calling in. Robert's calling in right as the Whistler guy comes on.
- 1:55:29Robert,
- 1:55:30come on, man.
- 1:55:31I can't even call you back. I don't even, I don't even have time to call you back. I'm just going to cut him off. Oh, I guess. Talk to Robert. Alright. Well, we'll maybe we'll catch up with him soon.
- 1:55:43Thanks Chris and everybody listened.
- 1:55:45Appreciate you being out there
- 1:55:47and we'll be back tomorrow with Brent. I'll see you then from beautiful
- 1:55:51lovely today.
- 1:55:53Kumbaya,
- 1:55:54Ecuador.
- 1:55:55Hasta la Vega.
- 1:55:57Ciao.
- 1:57:05Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:57:11Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
