Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #174: Embracing Divine Timing: Setting Intentions When Time is Short
Transcript
- 0:02I welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Good morning, good morning,
- 0:07day, good afternoon. Whatever it is, good experience. It's an
- 0:15experience. Nonetheless, happy full blue super moon and several planets in retrograde right
- 0:25now. I'm telling you what people are having, some trials and tribulations going
- 0:31on. It makes sense though, I mean, even even I am too,
- 0:36even I'm going you know, yeah, I say it like, well,
- 0:39even I am, but no, But what I mean is we are
- 0:42all going through it, no matter what kind of a path we're on.
- 0:44We might have different experiences of going through it, and we have we see
- 0:47things a little bit differently, but we're all going through stuff. We're all
- 0:51moving through stuff this because the stuff can't you know, we just can't elevate.
- 0:56We can't raise our vibe into another space without it without dropping these layers.
- 1:02It's important and we don't need we don't want them anymore anyways. You
- 1:03don't realize it yet, but you don't want them. You don't want this
- 1:07crap anymore, right, And I mean, how are you going to get
- 1:12rid of it? Right? It's a it's a it's a person the person
- 1:19situation. You know, it's an experience to experience. There's no one way.
- 1:23There's like so many ways, and that's why it's so important for us
- 1:26to kind of branch out, gain new friends, new mentors, new teachers,
- 1:30and ask the universe for a teacher, like asking the universe please send
- 1:34me a teacher right now. From where I'm at right now, I want
- 1:36you to evolve, be specific, act like you're talking to the two year
- 1:38old version of yourself, and what what how would you how would you teach
- 1:42that two year old how to ask for things, how to request things for
- 1:46your benefit? And sometimes we just don't know what we would, what we
- 1:49meet, or what we want really, so at that time, it's maybe
- 1:53just happiness, it's maybe just more clarity. It's it's there. It's not
- 1:57definable by me for everybody else. It's only definable for myself. And sometimes
- 2:01that's not definable. I'm just saying sometimes it's not. Sometimes I have to
- 2:07really sit with myself and really ask where this stuff's coming from and releasing triggers.
- 2:12And I've been setting myself up a lot lately, just taking a deep
- 2:15breath, and it's like I'm releasing these triggers with grace and ease and that
- 2:17way. And I'm telling you, boom boom boom. If I start with
- 2:22a pen and paper, I've got these things that are coming forward. Doesn't
- 2:24mean I'm not going to be triggered by that anymore. I don't know,
- 2:27but I would say a lot of the stuff that I've been going through.
- 2:30When I start to get triggered, it's not I don't stay there very long,
- 2:32and I look at it differently. I'm asking why it's showing up from
- 2:36my experience, what can I learn from it? Because there's so many different
- 2:39aspects of that. Even during group we even talked about, you know,
- 2:44different aspects and it's like it's I find it fascinating because there's never one way.
- 2:47There's numerous ways. And the only way to explore that is with other
- 2:51people that are exploring it as well. Yep. And as a coach,
- 2:57I you know, I have a lot of tools, Like I have a
- 3:00lot of tools in my toolbox, depending on who I'm working with, what
- 3:05they're moving through, which one works for them. I'm in the same true
- 3:10for myself. What's gonna work for me right now? That's gonna be the
- 3:15easiest. I'm all about ease, and simplicity, and I'm yeah, I'm
- 3:24I don't like the hard path. I don't like the struggle and the push
- 3:30through. And I've lived that. I've lived that most of my life,
- 3:34and I'm like, no, we're I don't want to play that game no
- 3:38more because I know there's an easier and simpler way to play it with even
- 3:43a better outcome. And so it is important to no different modalities, healing
- 3:52modalities, releasing modalities, whatever. One time, I mean, I used
- 3:55to punch a pillow and screen. Today I can grab a pen and paper
- 4:00and write. So it's kind of what's going to work for you and with
- 4:04where you're at. So and give yourself some MEAs and grace about all of
- 4:09it. That's huge. It is not to be so hard on yourself.
- 4:15And that's what you're kind of conveying. I mean, not kind of conveying,
- 4:17that's what you're conveying, but it is, it's not to be so
- 4:19hard on ourselves. We're going through experiences and we have these tools, these
- 4:25patterns that we've learned from from a time that we got here on this earth,
- 4:29and we re result back to those a lot of times, and that's
- 4:32okay. But we don't spend as much time in it. And then after
- 4:35a while you get to be like, I'm just not doing this anymore.
- 4:39I don't like the way it feels. I don't like it. I just
- 4:42want to show up with integrity. I just want to show up with just
- 4:45with love. It's not it's not the rest of the stuff. It's not
- 4:48the rest of the stuff. And it's and I sit back and and I've
- 4:51been I don't want to. I guess I could say guilty of it,
- 4:54I suppose, but like judging others and talking about others and stuff, and
- 4:58I don't want to participate and that stuff. Do I find myself in that
- 5:01space Sometimes I do. I do, but then i'm But if we sit
- 5:04back and kind of listen to those that are talking around you, there's it's
- 5:08deeper than that. And when I say it's deeper than that, everything is
- 5:12deeper than I even feel like some of our conversations, not our conversation,
- 5:15but maybe some of the conversations we've been having in some spaces feel like they're
- 5:20kind of superficial because it's but in that space there's people that are working through
- 5:26things. To me, there's so much more deeper than a lot of these
- 5:29conversations that we're having, and that's when I find myself missing and because I'm
- 5:31like something just doesn't feel like I'm not connecting one hundred percent. You know,
- 5:35when we get those goose bumps, those are the freaking most amazing thing
- 5:40because it's like immediate gratification or letting you know that you're on the right path,
- 5:44that the information you just heard resonates with you, it resonants as truth.
- 5:48I mean, there's all these things, and if you're not experiencing all
- 5:50the time, which is what I've been questioning, then that means that there's
- 5:54not always truth being spoken. So it's it's getting into that space, you
- 5:59know. And I've had a if you some of these things are such a
- 6:01blip of feeling that I'll feel like, oh my god, I got it
- 6:05all figured out. Like I'll receive information and it's like it just made so
- 6:09much sense. I don't write it down, So what am I going to
- 6:12do? I'm gonna start writing it down so that way I can kind of
- 6:14kind of see if I can hook into that feeling, because that feeling is
- 6:16kind of I think what I'm looking for because I get it very, very
- 6:20seldom, but it's just kind of like, how can I feel more things
- 6:24like that? How can I have up more uplifting conversations? It's asking a
- 6:28universe, right, how can how can the conversations go deeper? How can
- 6:31we talk more about energy? How can we talk more about evolution? It's
- 6:35it's even more simple, but we still get complicated or get caught up in
- 6:39the complicated stuff for some reason, and then we try to analyze it from
- 6:44that complication instead of instead of stepping back and singing it. And it's more
- 6:46simple because I've I've done it. I've even done it with other people,
- 6:50and I've even been in conversations with other people that I just don't feel like
- 6:54they're going as deep. It's it's it's it's not as shallow as hey,
- 6:59how's your favorite sports team? What's the weather like? Then? Those aren't
- 7:01really shallow. Those are good icebreakers, right, They're not bad. It's
- 7:05just like when we say the ego, the ego needs to be embraced and
- 7:09loved and supported. It needs our attention and our guidance too. It's it's
- 7:14part of all of us. It's not something we want to lock up and
- 7:16close the door and never see it again. It's like, be thankful that
- 7:19we have this, but we can love and honor. It doesn't have to
- 7:24be from a space that that ego can come from. It can be it
- 7:28from a space of love completely. And then how does what does that look
- 7:31like? How does that feel like? I don't know, So I ask
- 7:33these questions. I'm asking questions. I'm asking deeper questions. But I want
- 7:39more out of my conversations, my relationships, and that means that I want
- 7:46more out of myself too. It's not that I'm saying, oh, that
- 7:47they're lacking or anything like that. It means that I want that active participation
- 7:51where we feel like we're totally connected, and then you walk out of that
- 7:55conversation and just feeling uplifted, lighter, and just feel like that you've got
- 8:01the world in your hand, because we really do. When so there's a
- 8:07lot you just covered and I'm making notes when you're in a diverse group where
- 8:13there's all levels of you know, where people are, so you and I
- 8:18can have super deep conversations. But when we're in a diverse group and there's
- 8:22people who don't understand spirituality or they don't understand the quantum physics or anything that,
- 8:30you know, the topics that we talk about. They're still in the
- 8:33presence of the conversation because they know they want something different or they want something
- 8:37deeper, but they're not sure what that is. And you don't know what
- 8:41you don't know, right, we don't know what we're looking for. We
- 8:43just know we're looking for something different, and when it shows up, it
- 8:48could show up like that. They just they show up in a group of
- 8:50people having those conversations that will at least plant seeds. They may not understand
- 8:58it in the moment. They might still be on their their defensive role still,
- 9:03you know, wearing that mask, still being a victim to their circumstances.
- 9:09But the plant, the seeds are being planted just by being in the
- 9:13group and having hearing the conversation. They may not even participate in the conversation,
- 9:18but they just hearing it and it starts to open them up into new
- 9:24information, new knowledge, us sharing our wisdom, right, and it not
- 9:28necessarily us, but whatever group they end up with or whoever they end up
- 9:33connecting to. And so as you were talking, what came to my mind
- 9:39is those what we're saying is shallow conversations, just talking about the sports,
- 9:45talking about the weather. How are you, I'm good? How about you?
- 9:48I'm good too. You know, it's like there's there's it's nothing there.
- 9:54I call it a surfacing conversation, and there's nothing to me, there's
- 9:56nothing there but that too, to me seems like it's just programming because that's
- 10:03what we've been around. This is how you communicy and like you said,
- 10:07it's a nice breaker, yep, I get that. Does it ever go
- 10:09any deeper than that? Though? You know, it typically goes from from
- 10:13like sports and whether to talking about other people, just like you were saying,
- 10:18and then how is everybody else doing and what's going on in their life?
- 10:26So it's the desire of wanting something more, something deeper, and like
- 10:31you said, ask the questions, ask for the teachers to show up,
- 10:37Ask for those people to show up where you can have more, maybe deeper
- 10:41or more meaningful conversations. And it's not going to be with everybody that's in
- 10:46your life, like it just isn't. And it takes some effort on your
- 10:52part to first of all, ask for the for these people to show up
- 10:56with meaning. When I say ask, I'm talking about you know, spiritual
- 11:01alignment, talking to your angels or God or whoever to bring these people into
- 11:09your experience. So you have to ask and be willing to either listen and
- 11:18be open or participate in the conversation and be curious. I find that.
- 11:28I mean I used to do it too, that when I showed up in
- 11:31a defensive mode, I wasn't hearing everything that was being said. I wasn't
- 11:37ingesting the information and knowledge and wisdom that was being presented to me because I
- 11:45had my own ideologies, right, I have my own way of thinking,
- 11:48and this is the way it is, and it can't possibly be like that.
- 11:52And it's just like loading a dishwasher. How many thousands of ways is
- 11:56there a load of dishwasher? But you know what, in the household,
- 12:00it needs to be done my way because this is the way that closes me
- 12:05off to creativity. It closes me off to anything that could be available to
- 12:09me that feels even better than what the way I've been doing it or or
- 12:15seeing it. So we got to allow ourselves to be open to conversations.
- 12:24True, but it's also that the when you get into groups like that,
- 12:31it's just like everything else we've talked about like the world's a menu, right,
- 12:33we get to sample things and try it, and it's like, what,
- 12:37oh, what could have made that taste better? What could have made
- 12:39that conversation better? What could have made that more gratifying for everybody? It's
- 12:46it's like, it's just an opportunity to say, oh, well, I
- 12:48can see it growing in this direction. I can't. I could see it.
- 12:50I could add certain things ingredients to it, that's gonna make it taste
- 12:54this way. But if I add these other just simple ingredients, it's going
- 12:58to taste amazing and great just by itself without having to be too much.
- 13:01So it's just it's that's been that's helped me to kind of ask when I'm
- 13:07you know, looking, ask what I'm really looking for. And right now
- 13:09it's just baby steps, right because right now I'm just at the beginning stages
- 13:13of the of what does that look like, how does that feel? What
- 13:16do I want from it? How can it be more important or more guided
- 13:20or more connected? Because I feel like all of us connect, can connect,
- 13:24But it's just getting into that connection, into that in a space like
- 13:28that, and it's also not taking on the energies of the people that are
- 13:31around you. And I say that for myself because a lot of times I
- 13:35have done that, because that's been my way of picking up on people's energy.
- 13:37But I can do it. It's been a little bit willy nilly,
- 13:41So without with it, it's kind of like not being controlled and not saying
- 13:46that you have to control it. But I have not set my intentions for
- 13:48those things. So setting my attention and for those things and seeing how it
- 13:52shows up, I'm being open for however it shows up, whatever it looks
- 13:56like. Because just because I have an idea of what I think I might
- 13:58like more doesn't necessarily mean that's what I'm gonna like more. And that doesn't
- 14:03necessarily mean that's the end all be all. That's where it stops, no,
- 14:07because we're constantly growing, so there's a constant evolution that never really stops.
- 14:11When it stops, you know that I'm piecing out and I'm about to
- 14:15leave this planet, but I'll be in the physic or the non physical,
- 14:18what we wouldn't call the non physical, even though it's right here. We
- 14:22talk about these places like there's some place you have to go visit when it's
- 14:26it's all right here, it's just a matter of what did I was listening
- 14:28to a gul Maryann Kennedy this morning, and she's talking about, you know,
- 14:35she's talking about spirit and she's talking about how we can connect with spirit,
- 14:41and she's just talking about filling everything out and having a better idea about
- 14:45things. And it's really I think that's very important. We don't stop and
- 14:50like how many times, how many people are out there that sit and think
- 14:54of I mean, I could even use my loved one, right, I
- 14:56could use my mom, Jim, I could use Freeman, I could use
- 15:01people that are alive, not alive, but really just say their name,
- 15:03close your eyes, and then experience whatever you experience, whatever it is.
- 15:07It may be nothing at all, or maybe the beginning of something. You
- 15:11might pick up a vibration in your heart area or your root chapper, but
- 15:15you're not really sure what it is. It just as an opportunity to ask
- 15:18more questions because we're learning how to navigate from an energetic standpoint. Now,
- 15:22we're not learning to navigate anymore from these other senses, you know. But
- 15:28I think that these other our senses are very important because I think they can
- 15:31all work so well together. But this mary Anne says, you know,
- 15:33for her, she was always naturally pulling in all the claires. So she
- 15:39was the Claire cognizant, Claire sentiant, Claire buoyant. She all the things,
- 15:43She would use them all. And she says that, you know,
- 15:46sometimes people will come up and they'll only be strong in one or two of
- 15:48them, but that just means they're strong in them, and so they just
- 15:52build the strength up in the other one. She said, there's absolutely no
- 15:54reason that we can't use all those claires. It's natural for us. It's
- 15:58just learning how to embody that. It's learning how to create those muscles for
- 16:03that. And it's not really a muscle, but it's it is like,
- 16:07it's keep creating that connection and it's that feeling part. And a lot of
- 16:11us have shut ourselves off because we don't want to feel things. We don't
- 16:15want to hurt. We don't want to When we shut ourselves off from the
- 16:18hurting, we're shutting ourselves off from the exhilaration. We're setting ourselves off from
- 16:22the love of being surprised about stuff. I've had a few surprises recently,
- 16:26and they're so simple, not even ever could have set them up or anything,
- 16:30and it's like it is totally perfect, Like it's just perfect, and
- 16:33it's so exciting. It's I get giddy about it when I have those moments
- 16:37because I haven't always had those moments, and I haven't always allowed myself to
- 16:41feel those moments. So now I'm in that space of feeling. And then
- 16:45if you're not in a space of feeling, then maybe you won't pick up
- 16:48too much. If you sit there and try to pull any thing of someone
- 16:49else's name or see their face, maybe you won't pick up as much because
- 16:53maybe there's some things to some barricades that we've created to break down those walls,
- 16:57right so that we don't have to have them down, or not even
- 17:00break them down, just to kind of shine the light on them, and
- 17:03you realize they're not even they're transparent, you're not even really there. They're
- 17:07all false. They're just something that made us. It was a false sense
- 17:10of security. That's all that it was. And that's okay because sometimes we
- 17:15need that false sense of security. I'm not saying it's a bad thing,
- 17:18but I'm just saying it's a timing thing in a lot of ways, because
- 17:21it's it's divine timing. It's when we're ready, when we're ready to do
- 17:25the work. When we're ready. And when I say work, it doesn't
- 17:27mean I'm not staying out there with a shovel and the rake. And sometimes
- 17:30it is, because sometimes it is that's a distraction enough for you to receive
- 17:33the information to come into your mind, especially when you're a doer, when
- 17:37you're out there doing for everybody else and you're not receiving allowing yourself to receive
- 17:41from anybody else. Sometimes those tasks that you're doing information films in. Pay
- 17:48attention to it, see what it tells you, ask questions. I listened
- 17:55to that same one this morning too, to say, you know which one's
- 18:00when he has talked about Maryanne Kennedy, Oh oh, I've been listening.
- 18:04So I listened to her from are you talking about next level soul? I
- 18:08am so thankful for him, I mean, I honestly him, Alex,
- 18:12thank you, because so many times that I don't go looking for these things
- 18:17and it shows up and I'm like, oh, okay, well I'll go
- 18:19check it out. And she is freaking phenomenal. I absolutely I haven't listened
- 18:25to her do any readings for anybody but I've watched some of her. She
- 18:27does like a ghost show, which I like because again we're back to feeling
- 18:33and everything right that what was the other one? There's the the detective that
- 18:37has her name is Amy, and she's a psychic medium that she comes along
- 18:41with him on well, they come along with each other on places. They
- 18:44would do walk throughs on homes, picking up energy because people are having problems
- 18:48with energies or entities, different things that are going on. And she'll go
- 18:52walk through and I would pick up all kinds of sensations. Now I wouldn't
- 18:55pick up exactly what she was feeling. But my suit is a little bit
- 18:59different. I use my suit a little bit different because we're not all going
- 19:03to do it the same way. But someone else gives you an idea how
- 19:04you can do it, so you can practice and see what shows up for
- 19:07yourself. Don't get stuck in the ideas that you have to do it exactly
- 19:11the same way somebody else does. It's just an opportunity to see a difference.
- 19:15But she's got one where she has she has students that she's teaching,
- 19:21and then she's in Canada. She goes to places that are haunted, and
- 19:25then where she's never even been there before, or I would say not haunted
- 19:27so much, but where there's been activity, a lot of activity. So
- 19:32she's gone to those places and she'll bring her students along too. That she
- 19:34walks through to brand New's face to her. So she's writing down pages.
- 19:37These people are walking through the One girl says that she wrote down three pages
- 19:41of information that she had received from the house and it was so funny.
- 19:45It's I say, it's funny, but it's Sissy's little things. So I
- 19:48pick up when she's walking into a pantry, she's like, I get like
- 19:52there's something like a hiding over here. And I had already picked up on
- 19:56a little boy. I don't know six to they're saying eight to twelve.
- 20:00But it's like that again, it's just a reference range, right, My
- 20:04reference range might be Okay, my brother was this age at that time because
- 20:07I was older, so different things. But I could see like a little
- 20:11boy with blonde hair reminded me of my brother, but my brother had dark
- 20:14hair, so you didn't have the blonde hair. So it's just we have
- 20:18all these tools that are around us to play, and it's like I asked
- 20:21for a teacher, and then this is another teacher. It showed up for
- 20:25me. It doesn't mean that the teacher is going to show up knocking on
- 20:26my door to for me to let them in or showing up in my office.
- 20:30Now I'm not saying that it can happen, but I'm just saying I
- 20:33asked for a teacher, and then this person showed up. I love the
- 20:36way she articulates. I love the way she communicates. I love how she's
- 20:41positive, she's very matter of fact, she's neutral, she's I don't know,
- 20:47she just says a lot of stuff that really resonates with me. And
- 20:48she's been doing it for a little while. And she didn't start off with
- 20:52knowing how to do all this stuff immediately. It just didn't work that way.
- 20:56Yeah, so it was awesome. Yeah, I just I as soon
- 21:00as you said that, I'm like, oh, I listened to that this
- 21:02morning too, And then here we are wearing the same color palette again.
- 21:11Just tagether that's all that's true. Yeah. So when I when I earlier
- 21:18in my life, I had the gut feelings, which is claire sentience,
- 21:26which I didn't know that until my thirties. But anyway, I had that
- 21:30gut feeling and at the time it wasn't a very positive experience ever, and
- 21:37I had to learn what it was. I had to learn how to utilize
- 21:40it. And in the meantime, I'm also learning about the other Claire's claire
- 21:44cognizance, clairvoyance, just like I've talked about. And the more I worked
- 21:49on my strongest claire, my strongest intuitive ability or my strongest psychic ability,
- 21:59the more I got and tune with that, the more the other ones opened
- 22:02up. And so I mean, I feel like, well, we're all
- 22:07we all we are all intuitive because we're all energetic beings and that's our that's
- 22:11our guidance system. And I think we talked about this last week. We're
- 22:17all I feel we're all mediums as well. We can tap into spirit energy
- 22:22and do that too, like get those messages. I mean, if you're
- 22:26we're telling you, you know, be in alignment with your source, with
- 22:30your higher self, with spirit, with love, and that's bringing in information
- 22:36to me. That's being a medium also. So we all have that ability
- 22:41and it's all readily available to us. And you know, you talked about
- 22:47those people who are doers and they're they're always busy, always active, they're
- 22:52we're not making room or space. Again, speaking from experience, we're not
- 22:56making space to utilize the information that's readily available to them. And a lot
- 23:04of times, I'm going to say probably ten out of ten times, it's
- 23:11because they're in some kind of mode of proving themselves worthy, proving themselves of
- 23:18deserving, trying to still get the love and acceptance of their their you know
- 23:22dad, where they didn't have a good connection when when they were a child,
- 23:27and he was harsh or wasn't available emotionally, and he's probably even not
- 23:33even on the planet anymore. But we're still in that idea that I still
- 23:37have to prove myself so I can be loved and loved and accepted. So
- 23:42you know, those are those are layers of healing to take, to give
- 23:48attention to so that you can make space to be to take a breath or
- 23:57intentionally breathe. I mean you're breathing if you're in the physical body, but
- 24:00intentionally breathing, deep breathing to bring yourself present in the physical body. The
- 24:07doers also ignore the body flat out. Oh I got stuff, you knows,
- 24:15I'm just gonna keep going. Oh my ankle sprained. I'm gonna I'm
- 24:18gonna find a way to keep going because I still need Like, I know,
- 24:22somebody just recently a couple of weeks ago, had knee replacement and she's
- 24:30wanting to be up and going in like three days. Well, there's physical
- 24:36therapy and there's things you gotta do to kind of, you know, get
- 24:38used to this new apparatus that's in your body. And but she's a doer,
- 24:45and she's she's had a strained relationship with her dad, who has transition.
- 24:51She's had a strange, difficult relationship with her husband, who's still here
- 24:56but they're separated. They're living in separate how houses. But she's constantly trying
- 25:03to prove herself and and outdo not I wouldn't say consciously outdoing everybody, but
- 25:08over committing herself and and and just always in that mode. And I'm like,
- 25:15you know this you're having surgery is an opportunity for you to sit and
- 25:21be and breathe and read and journal and do all the things right that we
- 25:26talk about. And then, you know, I had that conversation and she's
- 25:32like, oh, yeah, I could do it. And then next thing
- 25:33I hear from a third party is, oh, she's wanting to be ready
- 25:38and going and like three days after surgery. And I can provide the tools,
- 25:45I can have the conversations, but it can't make anybody do anything.
- 25:48So just recognize that within yourself as I you know, speak to the audience
- 25:55of are you a doer? And what is the reason then for wanting to
- 26:02stay in that space of proving yourself because there's no way to prove yourself too
- 26:08but you and you really don't need to do that because you're already loved and
- 26:12accepted by source, because it's already within you. And when we can embrace
- 26:18that, it really eases up a lot of stuff. I get the judgment,
- 26:22the criticism, the perfectionism, the fixer, the people pleaser, all
- 26:26the stuff like it. It kind of it's like a huge weighted blanket that's
- 26:33taken off. I mean, just then you can really take a deep breath,
- 26:37right and just go out. It feels so much better. It feels
- 26:44like it comes off in layers a lot of times, and of course it
- 26:47depends on how deep this stuff is, right, Like how because we add
- 26:52layers on top of layers on top of layers from the very beginning, and
- 26:55that's just been oh okay, well that seemed to work. Well let's keep
- 26:57doing that. And when I say that seemed to work, it really wasn't
- 27:00the optimal. It wasn't what was really wasn't once you really wanted how you
- 27:06wanted to turn out, it might be acceptable, it might be okay,
- 27:08but it's like, it's not really what you want, but it was it
- 27:14was what was needed at that moment. Yeah, just to even just give
- 27:18a little shift in energy or a little release. Yes, but it wasn't
- 27:23the thing, but it was enough to get your attention. Yeah. Well,
- 27:30hey, I sometimes get into that busy mode too, and I think
- 27:33that I've got all this time to do all these things and try to include
- 27:37everybody in. And I find it interesting because you know, sometimes sometimes people
- 27:44could get very irritated by your schedule, and mine's kind of lacksadaisical in a
- 27:49lot of ways. It's not very structured. So it's like I'll go and
- 27:52i'll go to the gym and I'll do these things, and the gym might
- 27:56take a lot longer than I expected because you go in and it's not about
- 27:59just me. When I go into the gym because it's like there's people that
- 28:02want to come up and talk to me, and I'm like, okay,
- 28:04So you know, even on the way out the door, I've got three
- 28:07or four people that are stopping me to say something, which is great.
- 28:10I'm not saying anything bad about that. But when you're like wanting to get
- 28:12home or you've got someone else, you know, you've just got time frames
- 28:15that you want to have things done in, it's like I can't I can't
- 28:18continue going in that path because that's a distraction. That's old stuff, that
- 28:23is old behaviors, controlling, like all the stuff. But it's then at
- 28:30the end of the day, did I get to spend the time with whoever
- 28:33I was with the way that I wanted to, or did I feel like
- 28:36it was rushed? And that was one of the things yesterday I thought I
- 28:40felt like I was being rushed. I'm like, I've got all the time
- 28:41in the world as soon as I could hit that point, and how did
- 28:45I know because I was paying attention. I didn't like the way it feels.
- 28:48I don't like the way it feels, and it's like I've got plenty
- 28:51of time because no matter how much time I spend with my grandkids. It's
- 28:53going to be a lot of time. It's going to be enough time,
- 28:56it's going to be more time. So I'm always putting that out there.
- 29:00But I noticed it yesterday and I'm getting over there and it's like, God,
- 29:03dang, and I'm late again. How could it be late? Because
- 29:06I run into town and do it, take a shower, and then from
- 29:07the shower, I'll go to the gym, and from the gym, I'll
- 29:11have to go stop at the store and go get to gas or go get
- 29:12all these little things that have to be done at one time. And then
- 29:15of course I live outside of town, right, that's my choice. It's
- 29:21it's refigure. I lose probably about an hour a day. I could say
- 29:23that differently. You could say I gain about an hour of day because I
- 29:27have an opportunity to sit and I do. I'll either sit with myself in
- 29:30my mind, I might I don't. I rarely ever listened to music unless
- 29:34my baby says, listen to music, and I'll be like, okay,
- 29:37I'll fit on some because I don't ever listen to anything, or I'll be
- 29:41listening to podcasts for sure. But it's just honoring that space. So it's
- 29:45again, it's the same thing that I just said. It's really how am
- 29:48I looking at things? Am I looking at it as a waste of time?
- 29:51Because that's what my grandson said something. Oh Granma, I know,
- 29:53I gotta hurry up because we're wasting time. I said, wait, are
- 29:56we? Are we hanging out together right now? Yeah? Okay, then
- 29:59we're not wa some time. It doesn't matter if we're going to the store,
- 30:02it doesn't matter if we're driving, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter
- 30:03what we're doing, because we've got that time together right now. And that's
- 30:08the thing we've We've been trained to be so looking into the future and trained
- 30:14to be in the past because I realized when my mom, when my mom's
- 30:21second husband had left because he had old child support, my mom had a
- 30:26nervous breakdown. So from that moment on, there was a template for me
- 30:32I could accept. I could choose it or not choose it. But I
- 30:36think in some ways I choosed it or chose it. And then I even
- 30:38put myself into a space where I was pushing myself even harder, or pushing
- 30:42people away even harder, because I didn't want to go through what my mom
- 30:45went through. So then you don't ever allow anyone that close proximity to yourself.
- 30:51It's just it's not allowed. But it's recognizing that. And when I
- 30:53recognize that, it's like, no, that's not true anymore. And it's
- 30:56it's just was that simple, Oh no, that's not mine. This isn't
- 31:00mine. That that was someone else's tools. And that's where we gain our
- 31:03information anyways, from someone else's tools. But we don't have we gosh,
- 31:07we got all this information with inside of ourselves. And the thing is we've
- 31:11got this natural gauge inside of ourselves that lets us know this feels good,
- 31:15this doesn't feel good. There's so much I know. It's just it's always
- 31:25loaded stuff, you know, it's just always loaded. It's great. So
- 31:29I would I go back to conversations, you know, being you know,
- 31:33people coming out. But the very first thing that came to my head when
- 31:37you start saying that, I was like, yeah, and that's why you
- 31:41know, like kind of famous or popular people build their own gyms at their
- 31:45home because they just wouldn't get anything done right, So and it yeah,
- 31:52and it's maybe it's a it's an opportunity to practice boundaries. You know,
- 32:00I'd love to stand here and chat with you, but I got some commitments.
- 32:02I gotta go, right, Maybe it's that moment you're gonna add value
- 32:07to somebody's life. Maybe it's being you know, delayed by conversation, you're
- 32:15gonna miss out on an accident. I mean, we don't know. And
- 32:17it's really just how how you're gonna perceive it and how you're gonna move through
- 32:24those experiences, you know, going forward. And don't I remember what else
- 32:34I was gonna say, But I was just like I thought boundaries. Boundaries
- 32:37came up and I thought, oh, that might be good something to bring
- 32:40up. Yeah, it is kind of good, and I don't know how,
- 32:45but like you presented all the reasons why I don't just walk away,
- 32:49right, You presented all the reasons like I listen, guys, I gotta
- 32:52really go because even for my clients, I'll take the time with them,
- 32:54I'll take that time. But it's funny that you're bringing up because we just
- 32:58talked about it recently that I had a client that came in and she showed
- 33:01up twelve minutes late, you know, said she was on her way at
- 33:05eleven twenty eight and then tried to tell me that, oh it was in
- 33:07my calendar at eleven thirty eight, which is great. Maybe it was,
- 33:10maybe it wasn't, doesn't matter right, but it's just learning boundaries. And
- 33:14then the massage was over, and then the person's requesting additional services and it's
- 33:17like, well, I'm sorry, your time's up, and those services were
- 33:21provided already prior to and then becoming an argument. It's like, it's not
- 33:24even worth an argument. It was never because it was never about that.
- 33:28It was about having the boundaries. It's about honoring my space of my time.
- 33:30And again it's about how did I feel right? How did I fill
- 33:34in that moment? Was I feeling good or was I feeling bad? Because
- 33:37in the past, if someone would have said, oh, I would do
- 33:39the massage, like let's say that they had upper body issues, so we
- 33:43focused on upper body, and they would stay at the end, could you
- 33:45rub my foot? Could you rub my feet? And it's like I've already
- 33:49you know, squeeze this time frame. And not everybody knows that because they
- 33:52don't do massage, just like a lot of people don't know the ob nurses
- 33:54and stuff like help assist and hold a person's leg and whenever, depending on
- 33:58whatever side they're on, how they're straining their body. There's things that you
- 34:01wouldn't know unless you travel along with that person. Right, So there's a
- 34:04lot of stuff that's going on that we just don't know the full details about.
- 34:08But it's also at that space for me was just to honor myself and
- 34:12it is boundaries because I've allowed this. I have allowed this and that's okay
- 34:16because it's not saying that, oh, this person's bad. She's showing up
- 34:20for a reason. This is her job right now, her job to find
- 34:22out does Ben want to have more clarification on what her boundaries are? Does
- 34:27bev want to have an idea what how what her clientele looks like. It's
- 34:31not a punishment. It's not like, oh God, I did something wrong
- 34:35and I'm going to be punished right now. I don't know what I did
- 34:37to deserve this. So it's like here we are right for my past life,
- 34:39I don't know. But it doesn't have to be about all that stuff.
- 34:43I can just be so simple and just about feeling things. And it's
- 34:45like, if you feel like you're being taken taken for granted, or I
- 34:52don't know another word for using for that righteous minute's not popping in my head.
- 34:55But if you feel like if you feel like that, it's not if
- 34:59it doesn't feel right to you, and don't do it like honor yourself.
- 35:01And I stopped because I started to proceed with this additional body part and I
- 35:05was like, I'm sorry, I've already done this and your visage time is
- 35:08up. And it's just that simple. It's just that simple. It doesn't
- 35:13have to be from a defensive place. It doesn't have to be it's neutral.
- 35:16I'm I'm honoring myself because I have other engagements. Is that. I
- 35:22think that's what we had talked about, you know, other engagements. It
- 35:23doesn't I don't have to go into details. And that's something that's important too,
- 35:28to remind yourself you don't have because I because, like the kid,
- 35:30right, I'm getting in trouble and I had to freaking tell them every single
- 35:34thing I did well. I went to I got into town at this time,
- 35:37and I took a shower, and then I went to to jam and
- 35:37I left there right into a store right out and got some lottery tickets.
- 35:42I ran over and got bibby and I came straight home. Did I need
- 35:45gas? Yeah, but I didn't get it. So here we are.
- 35:47Hopefully I'll make it to town. It's this whole process, right, you
- 35:52get caught up in all this other stuff and instead of really recognizing how you
- 35:54feel, and then I can set up myself for time. So like today,
- 35:59I know that I have to be at a certain place at a certain
- 36:00time because I'm meeting up with people, because I want to be done with,
- 36:04you know, certain things by a certain time so I can go on
- 36:07to the next thing. So I'm kind of organizing in my time just a
- 36:09little bit, a little bit more structure, even though it's like a day
- 36:13off. But I want to make sure the grandkids are only young once.
- 36:17I'm only this person once in this physical shell, so I'm going to have
- 36:23fun. And also bringing that up when I say physical, that even takes
- 36:28me back to not taking care of the body, right when you were saying
- 36:30that, we get so busy, we're so distracted because we can't deal with
- 36:35whatever is inside of here, whatever that may look like inside of your body
- 36:39that you you just try to avoid it anyway you can by keeping as busy
- 36:44as you possibly can and then not taking care of your body, right,
- 36:47And here I was going to a jam powerlifting bodybuilders status, you know,
- 36:52for plus hours a week, plus my workouts, plus the family, plus
- 36:57the yard, plus the house, you know, all these things, all
- 36:59these things. I don't even have an ounce of energy for all that stuff
- 37:01anymore. Because it's why, because I was people pleasing, because I was
- 37:05distracted, because I was running away from all my problems because I didn't know
- 37:07how to deal with them. And that's okay at that time. I'm here,
- 37:12though, and I'm looking at the stuff now, and it's so much
- 37:15easier on me. Instead of carrying all those worries and stress and anger and
- 37:20hate and just everything everything you can think of. It no longer is necessary
- 37:23any longer. I don't have to carry it anymore. So that's free.
- 37:28But I was busy taking care of my body. I wasn't. You know.
- 37:31If you think about bodybuilders a diet, they're like a certain amount of
- 37:36calories. They're forcing calories all day long for the size. You're spiking your
- 37:40insulin levels. It's not exactly healthy for your body. And then if you're
- 37:44going to compete, now, you're dehydrating yourself, like all these things are
- 37:46against your body, just trying to see how far you can push it,
- 37:50and it's like you don't hear the conversations of ooh, I learned how to
- 37:52push it by I eat three meals a day, or I just have protein
- 37:57like this, or without being so traumatizing to the body. It's funny because
- 38:00that back then was my distraction, and then I had to come up with
- 38:05a different reason why I was going to the gym because I didn't have those
- 38:07distractions anymore. I wasn't running for anything. I didn't have to hide at
- 38:10the gym for a couple hours a day. Now I go to the gym
- 38:14because I enjoyed going to the gym for a couple hours a day. But
- 38:17it's just recognizing, right again, we're going back to how does it feel
- 38:21when you're doing the things that you're doing or you're having the experiences you're having,
- 38:23because they're just experiences. They're just experiences, so you can figure out
- 38:28what you would rather have more of. Yeah, it's just an experience until
- 38:32you add your story to it. I think that's that's I cracked myself up
- 38:39because I'm like, Wow, what kind of story did I add to that?
- 38:44To make me angry when it was just it just was it would and
- 38:50it was my interpretation, my perception I brought. I brought the package into
- 38:55the experience to make it what it was by my point, right, Yeah,
- 39:01I love you had shared with me the term ask holes. Oh and
- 39:12when I think about as you were talking, you know, about your time
- 39:15and all that and getting interrupted by people and wanting to talk to you.
- 39:17And you know what I was thinking about is you know, periodically I'll have
- 39:27that too. People will interact with me with conversation, asking for valuable information
- 39:35which I provide, and then they do nothing with it. So after you
- 39:40know, a couple, I'm I catch on pretty quick now. So once
- 39:46I know I've had that conversation one or two times, I don't have that
- 39:51conversation anymore. I'm like, you know what, I have a I'll send
- 39:55you my calendar link and you can schedule possession with me, right, Because
- 40:04it adds more value when they're paying something, because then they listen. Now
- 40:08they're invested. So so those of you who are listening to this, that
- 40:15might sound harsh, but I know it's true for myself. The more I've
- 40:17paid for something, the more I've invested myself into it, and it is
- 40:24it's kind of frustrating from it's kind of frustrating from my my position to have
- 40:39somebody keep coming to me with the same story or the same stuff over and
- 40:45over and over for free and not doing anything different. And so after a
- 40:53while that is exhausting energetically, that's exhausting to me. And and so that's
- 40:59my badre. I'm just like, it's time to schedule an appointment and pay
- 41:07some money for my time and my service. And then guilt came up.
- 41:16That you know, when you're setting when you're beginning to set boundaries, sometimes
- 41:22you can feel guilty and bev you're froze. I don't know if it's you
- 41:29or me. So so when we're learning to set boundaries, that can drum
- 41:37up guilt. And here's the same nobody can make you feel guilty, right,
- 41:44It's to me, guilt is associated to people pleasing. So if you're
- 41:50wanting, you know, you're providing a service and you're massaging me, and
- 41:53then I'm like, oh, while I was late and you've provided your service,
- 42:00but I want more, so could you just you know, massage me
- 42:02a little longer because you know this hurts or that hurts, and you're wanting
- 42:08to please me or wanting to make sure I leave feeling better than when I
- 42:14showed up, and you give into that. That's the guilt, right,
- 42:17that's the guilt showing up saying I gotta do this. Well, then afterwards
- 42:22then there's resentment and then it starts escalating into anger. And it's just it's
- 42:27the snowball effect that when we don't set boundaries, it just it doesn't feel
- 42:36good at all. And we all know it because we've all done it.
- 42:40And there's there's somebody in my life who his presence has been requested. Alrighty,
- 42:59then it kind of was going on and off, so I wasn't sure.
- 43:04Okay, So anyway, his presence, somebody in my life, his
- 43:10presence is being requested for some events and he's really not wanting to go,
- 43:16and the people involved or you know, pressure pressure quote unquote pressuring him,
- 43:25and now he's feeling guilty because he's saying no. I'm like, listen,
- 43:30nobody can make you feel guilty about your decision. It's your choice. He's
- 43:34like, well, what do you mean? I said? If you say
- 43:37no, then be okay with your answer of no. If you say yes,
- 43:40be okay with your answer of yes. That's it. There's nothing more.
- 43:49So it was an interesting reaction from him. But I know I've been
- 43:58there. I've been the people pleaser. I've been then no boundaries. I've
- 44:00been the give give give, I've been the feel guilty about stuff. So
- 44:06I get it and I understand it all. I'm always say all, but
- 44:09I understand what I've been through my perception of it. And it's interesting.
- 44:15Just like with any energy, when you get into that energy, you get
- 44:16more of it to feel right. So when you get into that guilt energy,
- 44:20next thing, you know, anything that has ever made you feel guilty
- 44:22in your life starts to show up, and then you start building more of
- 44:24a craft Beast order story. I mean, I really That's how a lot
- 44:28of it's happening. And so like at the beginning of the conversations, I
- 44:31was saying that I want deeper conversations, right, which we're having deeper conversations,
- 44:36and then I'm realizing I don't have to set my day on the calendar
- 44:39and have it organized step by step, but I can set my intentions for
- 44:45the day and be like I'm going to have a great day today and I'm
- 44:50going to get back home around this time, or honor around you know,
- 44:53or however you want to look at it. But it's an opportunity to create
- 44:57it the way you want to. Instead, I feel like you're a them
- 45:00to it, or that it's just whatever happened. It's you know, like
- 45:04I said earlier, willy nilly, you just never know what's going to happen
- 45:06for one moment's next. And I've liked that. I've liked that way to
- 45:10be in that space a lot of times. But at the same time,
- 45:14that's that space can give you so much freedom, But when you have other
- 45:16people that are relying on you or anything else that kind of disrupts that,
- 45:20it's then you're like pushing yourself and now you're into a routine, an old
- 45:23pattern that you're in being in a hurry, right. I was it.
- 45:29I've always had since since I hit the road, driving first day down the
- 45:32road, I was in a hurry always because that's why I learned. I
- 45:36had that was that's why I learned from the environment. So it's just do
- 45:42I have to continue going down that path? I don't. It's my choice,
- 45:45so it's my choice to stay in that doesn't feel good. No,
- 45:49it doesn't feel good. Why would I stay in it? I don't know.
- 45:51Why do we do a lot of things that we do because we were
- 45:52trained that way? But it doesn't have to be that way. How are
- 45:55you going to find out? Start paying attention to your energies. How do
- 45:59you feel you're doing certain things? And then really, I'm not saying that
- 46:01they're time you feel bad about something, don't do but check in with yourself.
- 46:05Why do I feel bad about this? Why does this seem like it's
- 46:08Why does this feel like it's so heavy when it shouldn't feel that way.
- 46:12Well, then I've got to go deeper with it myself and figure out what's
- 46:14going on withinside of me that's creating these feelings, because this is an old
- 46:17pattern and it's in a huge opportunity right then to take a look at it.
- 46:22I've heard other people say, you know, they got triggered by something,
- 46:28Maybe it was about war, So I could use that example. The
- 46:30guy was being triggered about war because he's really totally against it and things it's
- 46:32worthflows and blah blah blah blah. But he said, like he said before,
- 46:36we've talked too. It's becoming neutral about it so we don't have an
- 46:38emotion in one way or the other, so we can actually truly see it
- 46:42for what it really is or how it can benefit people, because there is
- 46:45a way that these things can benefit people from where they're at right now.
- 46:50It may not be from where you're at or where I'm at. When we're
- 46:52listening to our conversations and the people that were entertaining or having our experience because
- 46:59those that were bringing around as we have them in our experience for a reason,
- 47:01because we've been asking. We want deeper conversations, we want we want
- 47:07bigger understandings, we want the guidance. And it's not something we don't have
- 47:14to go always go out and pay for it or buy it. But it's
- 47:15a give and take. It's an ebb and flow with whoever you're with.
- 47:19So I've got to show up the best of me. If I'm wanting the
- 47:21best of everybody that I'm that I'm meeting up with, and this doesn't mean
- 47:25that I'm going to get the best, well that's not even true because even
- 47:29on the worst times, it's still our best. When we're if you're struggling,
- 47:31you're going through your loss and you're grieving and everything else. When you
- 47:35show up that day, that's your best. That's your best. You can
- 47:38only give yourself credit for what you can do, what you're capable of doing
- 47:42in that moment, and honoring this ulf when you're tired. It kind of
- 47:46goes along with the whole conversation we've had, even all the way back.
- 47:50It's just really listening to ourselves and listening to the body and giving it the
- 47:53opportunity for the rest. I was the person if you got sick or got
- 47:57a cold or anything, I was at the gym, working that much harder
- 48:00to get rid of it because I thought that was the way. But I
- 48:02will tell you a lot of times it did actually work out very well for
- 48:05me, or at least I got past Phil and sorry for myself or whatever.
- 48:07Maybe that put me more into the moment. There's a million ways to
- 48:10break it down. I wasn't present and all those times, honestly, I
- 48:15was just showing up in life Willie Milly, So I couldn't tell you exactly
- 48:19how I was feeling because I never stopped to check and see how was I
- 48:22feeling. I didn't have time for that. Yeah, that's something that we
- 48:27all, we all could do better with. When you're talking about your time,
- 48:32one of the mantras that I have had for quite a while is I
- 48:37have all the time space and energy I need to complete my task today or
- 48:42complete the tasks that need my attention today, or something along those lines.
- 48:45And you know, when I keep my focus on that, it every single
- 48:52time, it's like magic, just like I have all I have, all
- 48:57the time space and energy I need, and it's just amazing. And it's
- 49:00just taking. When you say that, it's just you're just taking the time
- 49:04to say that mantra every day, to acknowledge it, to witness it,
- 49:07to fill it for that moment, and then it sets your intention for the
- 49:10day, right, I mean, is that how I'm asking? I guess
- 49:14I'm like, right, right, Amy, is that really how it works?
- 49:16Now? What do you mean? Right? Yeah, it would be
- 49:20an intention. It would not I would say, I said, mantra intention
- 49:25Probably to me, it feels better word. So I'll look at my stuff
- 49:32like my to do list and my appointments and for the day, and sometimes
- 49:37I'm just like, oh my gosh, so much, so much, right,
- 49:43and my old pattern is to go into overwhelm. And when you go
- 49:47into overwhelm, me shut down and then you don't do anything. You're gonna
- 49:51find every distraction possible, like the dishes need to be done in the laundry,
- 49:55and there's a whole nother list that you're going to attend to other than
- 49:59what the important stuff is. So yeah, so setting the intention. I
- 50:06have all the time, space and energy I need to complete or give attention
- 50:09to the tasks that need to be completed today. You know something along those
- 50:15lines, and yeah, which is awesome. I mean anything like along that
- 50:20way, even before you ever get out of bed, while you're still layer
- 50:22in comfort of your bed, just to be in that space kind of setting
- 50:23the intentions because I do wake up sometimes with like I stepped in some ship
- 50:29during the nighttime. I don't know what happens when I wake up that way,
- 50:31but I can acknowledge it, and it's like, I'm not going to
- 50:36stay in that space. I'm not hanging out in that room. Maybe I
- 50:38need to open up the I mean visually, I can just see myself opening
- 50:42up the blinds, letting some sun light in and changing the way the energy
- 50:46fills in this space. But it really is setting our intentions, but it's
- 50:51really being present. That means you have to be present throughout your day.
- 50:53You can't just be in the past in the future because they don't exist anyways.
- 50:57They don't exist, Like we've came up with these with these words passed
- 51:00in future, but they don't exist. All we have is right now.
- 51:04That's it is it. It blows. It blows my mind because that's I
- 51:08heard that so many years ago, and it's like I don't think I was
- 51:12getting it right then, but it's like it really, there is nothing else.
- 51:15All my lifetimes, if you want to call it lifetimes, are all.
- 51:19It's all now, all of it's right now. There is no there's
- 51:22no separation, there's no time separation. On another aspect of me is having
- 51:29another experience for the greater good of all. So go ahead when you're I
- 51:36just want to hit on this because it just triggered I'm like, oh,
- 51:38this is a good conversation. So so actually, there is no future we
- 51:45have right now. I'm not I'm not going to talk about the past,
- 51:47but we have right now. We hope that there's the next moment. Right
- 51:52Most people who want to stay in the physical body. So when you're worried
- 52:00about the future, those are the intentions you're setting for your future. I
- 52:07heard it said. I mean that that just landed in me, but I've
- 52:10heard it said in a way that when you worry about the future, you're
- 52:15praying for something you don't want to happen. So if we just simplify and
- 52:20say, when you are in that space of worry about and worry and anxiety
- 52:25has to do with futuristic stuff, you're actually setting your intentions for that from
- 52:35that space of anxiety and worry, and then you wonder why your life is
- 52:38shit. You just keep perpetuating in the you know, the same stuff,
- 52:45same scenarios, same experiences, same conversations, and nothing's getting better and things
- 52:52are getting worse while you set those intentions. You set those intentions yesterday,
- 52:58last week, three months ago, and nothing's getting better. Set new intentions.
- 53:07It's pretty simple. Set new intentions. I have all the time,
- 53:12space and energy I need. That's an intention. I'm gonna have an amazing
- 53:16day. That's an intention. Money flows to me from multiple streams, that's
- 53:22an intention. Those feel a lot better to me than than thinking of you
- 53:28know how crappy life is and what if that happens? And what if that
- 53:32happens? And oh my gosh, what if what if they don't pay the
- 53:36child support? What if I lose my job? Like, none of that
- 53:38feels good. That's just like I agree, thank you Universe for a beautiful
- 53:47day. Another one? Right's right? For all the blessings and miracles you
- 53:52are bringing to me today, Yeah, I will take them very much.
- 54:00Yeah. It help me to see each and every single one of them,
- 54:01like right, and to recognize and witness them as the miracles they are because
- 54:07we don't recognize a lot of that stuff. And then also today, what
- 54:12can I create? And if you start with that, every single day you're
- 54:15creating every single day we are because we're creating all the time. But where
- 54:19are you creating from? You? Are you creating from the grief and the
- 54:22anger and the like you were just talking about all the stuff that we don't
- 54:24want more of? Or are we creating from a space of magical mystical that's
- 54:30woo woo stuff. I mean it can sound woo woo, but I don't
- 54:35care or can you? I mean, along that same ground, are you
- 54:38creating stuff that makes you feel good. Are you creating things that are fulfilling?
- 54:43Are you? Are you walking through your day and just smiling and smiling
- 54:45at all those around you. That's awesome because no matter how they're showing up,
- 54:50how are you showing up? That's what's the most important, because the
- 54:52way that we show up is what brings us what we're going to have right
- 54:57now, right now, right now, that's how we're showing up. It's
- 55:01not it's not something that's out of our reach. It's not something that's in
- 55:06the future. It's all right now. And when we start getting into the
- 55:10right now stuff, everything feels differently. It takes For me, it's quite
- 55:15the practice, and I am like just a I'm like an infant as far
- 55:20as that goes, because I'm learning a lot of stuff. I really do
- 55:22feel like that, because I feel like that there's so many different layers to
- 55:25it that I'm just touching on the edges of it and having an understanding because
- 55:30I'm trying to understand something through my old template and it's and sometimes just letting
- 55:36go of all that stuff because you can't it just doesn't line up right.
- 55:39We were talking about over the weekend living in this box and we just don't
- 55:43line up in the box anymore. We can't. I can't fit in the
- 55:45box. I just the box can't hold this. It's it's just it doesn't
- 55:51exist. It's like that whole thing about the walls we put up around ourselves.
- 55:53It's false, it's not even real. Get the magnifying or not a
- 55:58magnifying glass, olan you very well. How about a microscope and like zoom
- 56:01in on that, like whatever, a number of times you have to zoom
- 56:06in on it, soup tori. You're actually seeing through it as just particles.
- 56:09It's not even one solid piece. So we just get caught up and
- 56:15stuff. That's all. And it's just recognizing there's so much easier ways out
- 56:19there, and the easiest way for everything is not even doing anything, but
- 56:22just being just being in that space of noticing things. How does my body
- 56:28feel right now? When you're driving by somebody, you can feel their energy.
- 56:31How does the person feel next to me? Send them some streams of
- 56:35grace, send them prayers. We've just got all these opportunities and opportunities for
- 56:39play all around us, all day long, all the time, and I
- 56:44haven't been utilizing it all the time. But I'm going to I am,
- 56:46I'm starting right now. Oh wait, that's all we have is right now.
- 56:52It's like it, that's all you have now, So I already started
- 56:55it, already started. There we are awesome conversation and I'd love it.
- 57:05I love that we come here each week and have these deeper conversations. I
- 57:10hope that more people are engaging in deeper conversations with whatever that means to you
- 57:17and shifting the energy from being less in a space of what doesn't feel good
- 57:27and more in a space of what does feel good, because that's what's really
- 57:30going to lift collective consciousness and make your days a whole lot brighter and better
- 57:36and more fun more enjoyable. I think that's what we all desire. But
- 57:44we all got to do our part. We all got to do We got
- 57:46to do the practice or the healing or whatever whatever that looks like for each
- 57:51of us, and know that there is a light at the end of the
- 57:54tunnel. It is possible to have a joyful life, but set your intentions
- 58:01right, have self awareness of what you're thinking about, what you're feeling about,
- 58:07and what you're talking about, because that all contributes to your future moments.
- 58:15And your intentions. So any last words from you, my dear,
- 58:22Yeah, no longer drop the judgments. Drop the judgments, because even the
- 58:25person that you think that's wasting their whole life and is doing drugs and doing
- 58:29all these things is out there having an experience just like you. It may
- 58:32not be exactly the way you see it, but they're having an experience and
- 58:37it's not good or bad. It's an experience. So remember that it's just
- 58:40an experience. We could like go off on a whole other conversation for another
- 58:45hour about you know, these people who have these intense addictions and they're there's
- 58:53in what we view as struggling or not having a good life. Maybe that's
- 59:00what they came into this life to do. Maybe that was their learning experience.
- 59:06I got goosebumps. Yeah, but we've created that box, right,
- 59:09society created box, and we need to put them in the box. They
- 59:15need to fit in the box or they're not or they're judged and criticized.
- 59:19But we don't know their spirit's journey. We don't know what they came here
- 59:22to do to learn to accomplish from a spiritual standpoint, And so as Bev
- 59:31said, we can send streams of grace. We can say prayers, we
- 59:37can imagine them surrounded by love, and that whatever they are here to experience,
- 59:44may it be for the highest and greatest good of all aimmen, because
- 59:50it's their experienced. That's right, became an experience, and that's it.
- 59:54That is it. I heard that recently, and I think that was by
- 59:59the same that Mary and as well met Maryann Kennedy. She was talking about
- 1:00:04it, and it's like she said it in a way that it totally resonated
- 1:00:07because I believe I have believed that, but I didn't have any way of
- 1:00:09putting it out there. And now I've got someone else that believes the same
- 1:00:13thing I do. I guess I don't know, but it was she was
- 1:00:15running along parallels with a lot of stuff that I do believe because it's yeah,
- 1:00:19Otherwise, otherwise it feels like that there's a loss, right, there
- 1:00:22wasn't a game, and there's always a game. There's always a game from
- 1:00:25us being here because we learn how to do and bet do and be better
- 1:00:29in our next life, or the way we show up for people when we're
- 1:00:32a guide on the other side, or whatever, however, whatever you want
- 1:00:36to look at it however you want to see it that we have such many
- 1:00:38opportunities. It's right, ample opportunities, and you will the physical body just
- 1:00:45saying yep, we'll make so make it magical, right, make it fun,
- 1:00:52set those good intentions. All right, my friends, thank you so
- 1:00:57much for hanging out with us. Tea time with Amien bed before. To
- 1:01:00be sure to share us with your acquaintances, your family and friends, even
- 1:01:05the people you don't like, because somebody's going to get something out of this
- 1:01:09and we'll see you next. Sorry, that's funny. Stare with everybody,
- 1:01:14even those people who you don't like. There's nothing you don't like them,
- 1:01:17you just don't resonate with them at this time. They're will to say that
- 1:01:21way. All right, By friends, we'll see you bye,
