- 0:01Speaker 1: Here we are guys, last break of the day on
- 0:04Speaker 1: this Tuesday. Before we get out of here, Junior, you
- 0:08Speaker 1: have a question for Steve.
- 0:10Speaker 2: I do have a question for unc man Unc.
- 0:13Speaker 3: You know, we ain't going through this thing called life, uncle,
- 0:16Speaker 3: and we get the blessings that we've been looking for,
- 0:19Speaker 3: and then you know, we keep going and then the
- 0:21Speaker 3: minute it stops or something happens, we just forget to
- 0:25Speaker 3: be thankful. Sometimes, you know, we get the blessing and like,
- 0:28Speaker 3: all right, everything's going good, but then it stops, and
- 0:31Speaker 3: we want to how do we adjust to that.
- 0:33Speaker 2: It doesn't mean a blessing stop. Well, I mean when
- 0:36Speaker 2: you say it stops, what are you talking about?
- 0:38Speaker 3: Like everything going good for two months, then you get
- 0:41Speaker 3: a you get a hiccup, and then your attitude changes.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Well, the hiccup is listen, you have to expect the hiccup.
- 0:52Speaker 4: It's not gonna be When has it ever been smooth?
- 0:57Speaker 4: I mean, when has it ever been complete smooth for anybody?
- 1:03Speaker 4: As a child, did it ever go completely smooth? When
- 1:07Speaker 4: you was riding your bike and you don't remember falling?
- 1:11Speaker 4: When you went to the park to play basketball, you
- 1:13Speaker 4: won all the games.
- 1:16Speaker 2: You went out there and you race somebody, it ain't
- 1:18Speaker 2: nobody beat you. Bruh.
- 1:23Speaker 4: You've been getting taught this your entire life, so don't
- 1:28Speaker 4: be amazed when you get here as an adult and
- 1:31Speaker 4: expected not to go that way.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Because let me tell you what I've learned.
- 1:39Speaker 4: The older you get, life gets more increasingly difficult. You
- 1:48Speaker 4: just get better at handling it. That's really the truth
- 1:53Speaker 4: of the matter. Life continues to get more and more
- 1:58Speaker 4: increasingly difficult, you just get better at handling it. I mean,
- 2:04Speaker 4: think about it, man, do you know how hard it
- 2:08Speaker 4: is to become successful at anything on any level. If
- 2:12Speaker 4: you want to be supervisor at the post office, that's hard.
- 2:16Speaker 4: If you want to climb the corporate letter, that's hard.
- 2:20Speaker 4: If you want to make a teacher of the year,
- 2:23Speaker 4: that's hard. If you want to get the salesman an
- 2:27Speaker 4: employ year of a month, that's hard. Any time you
- 2:31Speaker 4: achieve or set out to accomplish something above the norm,
- 2:36Speaker 4: it's going to require extra and in that that that
- 2:42Speaker 4: comes with it becomes set back. That's how the other
- 2:45Speaker 4: person didn't win employee of the month. That's how the
- 2:48Speaker 4: other person didn't become supervisor. That's how the other person
- 2:52Speaker 4: dropped off the corporate letter because they weren't willing to
- 2:56Speaker 4: do all the things that were necessary.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Because it got hard.
- 3:02Speaker 4: It's going to get hard, and it becomes increasingly difficult
- 3:07Speaker 4: to holder. You get and then I got some hiss
- 3:09Speaker 4: or other news for you. Even after I mastered the
- 3:15Speaker 4: one thing I was good at. I mastered one thing,
- 3:19Speaker 4: and the thing that has kept me going more than
- 3:23Speaker 4: anything is that I learned how to suffer. I just
- 3:31Speaker 4: know how to suffer. So I don't care what you do.
- 3:36Speaker 4: I don't care what you say. I don't care what
- 3:39Speaker 4: meme you make. I don't care what lie you spew
- 3:42Speaker 4: about me. You're not going to beat me, I am.
- 3:50Speaker 4: You can't defeat me.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:53Speaker 4: You can put dents in me, you can slow me up,
- 3:58Speaker 4: you know, you can cause me some discomfort, But you
- 4:03Speaker 4: can't beat me though.
- 4:05Speaker 2: You just can't.
- 4:08Speaker 4: I'm unbeatable because I have mastered the art of suffering.
- 4:16Speaker 2: I know how to suffer extremely well.
- 4:19Speaker 4: And when you're dealing with somebody like that, man that
- 4:21Speaker 4: knows how to suffer, that's not going to get up
- 4:25Speaker 4: and got faith, boy boy man, by bruh, you wasting
- 4:31Speaker 4: your time with me. You ain't doing nothing but wasting
- 4:34Speaker 4: your time. I was thumbing through the internet yesterday and
- 4:38Speaker 4: an old comedian that I haven't talked to, and probably
- 4:42Speaker 4: last time I talked to him I was on TV
- 4:44Speaker 4: show out in LA was a long time ago. He
- 4:47Speaker 4: was on a podcast saying something negative about me. I
- 4:49Speaker 4: ain't even know me and the dude had a problem.
- 4:51Speaker 4: I really didn't. I was actually sat there in Washington's
- 4:55Speaker 4: going where did that come from? I didn't even know that,
- 4:58Speaker 4: but I had to remember something. He is old and irrelevant,
- 5:03Speaker 4: so now to be relevant, he gonna get on a
- 5:06Speaker 4: podcast and like share some what he called breaking news
- 5:11Speaker 4: about me.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Man.
- 5:13Speaker 4: And that's the thing, y'all, people that ain't about nothing,
- 5:20Speaker 4: you know what they talk about other people. That's all
- 5:24Speaker 4: you got to do, man, All you got to do
- 5:26Speaker 4: is watch they subject matter. When you see somebody on
- 5:29Speaker 4: these podcasts, see podcasts is a new well of making
- 5:33Speaker 4: an old washed up has been make him feel relevant.
- 5:37Speaker 4: I got invited on so and so's podcasts, okay, and
- 5:41Speaker 4: then you get on there and guess what they do.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Instead of talking about what they got going on, promoting
- 5:45Speaker 4: their next project or something, they choose to talk about
- 5:48Speaker 4: other people. And the other people they talking about are
- 5:51Speaker 4: usually more successful than them. You gotta be aware of that.
- 5:55Speaker 4: So and I know all of that. That's why I'm
- 5:57Speaker 4: saying you can't beat me. I'm unbeatable man. I know
- 6:00Speaker 4: how to suffer, and I got faith. I got God
- 6:03Speaker 4: Almighty on my side. Y'all. It is going to be
- 6:08Speaker 4: hard if you are making the decision to change for
- 6:12Speaker 4: the better. Get used to it. It's a part of
- 6:14Speaker 4: the process. And then I got news for it. My
- 6:17Speaker 4: part two to this tomorrow is gonna be what happens
- 6:20Speaker 4: when you get old, because here's the statement I'm gonna make.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Getting old is not for sissis. I just want to
- 6:31Speaker 4: tell you that right now. Getting old is not for sissis.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Part two tomorrow, y'all, have a great day. Talk to God.
- 6:39Speaker 4: He loved to hear from you. Almost forgot.
