Guy Relford begins tonight's show talking about the consequential 2008 Heller Supreme Court case which was decided by a slim 5-4 majority. 4 Justices believed that individual citizens did not have the constitutional right to have a firearm to defend themselves in the home. In the 2022 Bruen Supreme Court case, SCOTUS threw out the notion that one must have a "need" to carry a firearm. Guy re-iterated that the Bill of Rights is not the Bill of "Needs".
