  Speaker0: I am Hannah Rose, and today's episode is going to be about masculine and feminine energy.

  Speaker0: So, of course, when most people think of masculine and feminine energy,

  Speaker0: they're associating masculine energy with the man and feminine energy with the

  Speaker0: woman But that is skewed thinking,

  Speaker0: because we actually all hold a blend of both masculine and feminine energy.

  Speaker0: And so, with that,

  Speaker0: masculine energy is typically seen as goal-oriented action,

  Speaker0: and really what they're doing, they're giving.

  Speaker0: And the feminine energy is receiving.
• 1:17
  Speaker0: So receiving that structure.
• 1:25
  Speaker0: But feminine energy is also about intuition.
• 1:32
  Speaker0: Not only intuition, but creativity and the natural flow of things.

  Speaker0: So with that, thought, it's a really beautiful concept when you can look within

  Speaker0: and know that you are holding a blend of both of these separate ends of the spectrum of energies.

  Speaker0: And with that being said, women can also feel emasculated.

  Speaker0: Men often are shamed for tapping into their feminine energy.

  Speaker0: And really all that means is they are tapping into a more flow state, being more receptive.

  Speaker0: this can also,
• 2:41
  Speaker0: look different to from one person to another.

  Speaker0: And so really, my whole point of the matter is that we all hold a beautiful

  Speaker0: blend of both masculine and feminine energies.

  Speaker0: And you shouldn't feel shamed or forced into one side of that energy because

  Speaker0: of what society believes is the right way,
• 3:25
  Speaker0: because really there is no right way and there's no wrong way.

  Speaker0: I do believe that as we continue to tap into the true essence of who we are
• 3:41
  Speaker0: and who we have always been,
• 3:43
  Speaker0: it comes a lot more naturally, and it's not such an equation.

  Speaker0: And it's more so just something that you intuitively feel out and into.

  Speaker0: And lately I have been definitely tapping into both sides of my energy,

  Speaker0: my masculine and my feminine.
• 4:13
  Speaker0: And so I am not only a princess but also a king.

  Speaker0: Not only a queen, but also a king.
• 4:27
  Speaker0: And you can take that however you wish to.
• 4:32
  Speaker0: It just seems as if I'm really tapping into my feminine rage and my just stepping into my power.

  Speaker0: As I ease into a flow state of creativity.

  Speaker0: But also remaining goal-oriented and taking action when needed,

  Speaker0: but knowing that action isn't always needed because everything is a divine plan.

  Speaker0: And yeah, I do believe that that is the message that I wanted to come on here
• 5:32
  Speaker0: and deliver, take it as you will.
• 5:37
  Speaker0: But just know that both sides of that spectrum of energy are very,
• 5:46
  Speaker0: very beautiful aspects of you and who you are.
• 5:51
  Speaker0: And so please don't allow others and circumstance and situation take that away from you in any way.

  Speaker0: Because you take who you are with you wherever you go, but at the same time

  Speaker0: also create your own reality.

  Speaker0: So who that is that you take with you along the way is really up to you,

  Speaker0: and you are a limitless being,

  Speaker0: and a lot of this is me,
• 6:37
  Speaker0: just,
• 6:41
  Speaker0: touching on a theme that I'm noticing today.

  Speaker0: And i just know that it is time to call my power back to me and step into that

  Speaker0: power that i speak of of my feminine and my masculine,
