A 17-year-old in Albany fled police after being questioned Tuesday morning, leading to his arrest following a brief foot chase. The incident stems from an alleged assault on June 23rd, when he reportedly hit an 18-year-old with a wooden board — now facing charges of second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
