- 0:12everything about you. God, come in, come in, come in.
- 0:15Lord, fill this space. God, fill this temple with the
- 0:20train of your robe. God, we cry out.
- 0:22Holy, holy, holy. We want to see a different facet
- 0:25of who you are. We want to see your majesty.
- 0:28God, we want to see your kind of glory.
- 0:31Father, come and shine upon us. God, make us bright as the sun.
- 0:36Lord, help us to go out and be your hands and feet to be the
- 0:40light of the world. God, help us not to sit
- 0:43underneath a lamp stand. God, help us not to sit
- 0:47underneath the shade. Lord, help us to go out, Father,
- 0:51to take the whole word to the end of the earth.
- 0:54Father, for all people in all generations, for all tongues and
- 0:59nations, God, for all of the people in this world.
- 1:02Lord, 8 billion souls, God, bring them unto yourself.
- 1:06Lord, I pray that you'll draw them unto yourself with dreams
- 1:11and visions and visitations. God, I pray that you'll continue
- 1:15to reveal yourself mightily where your word is outlawed and
- 1:19banned, God, for they cannot contain you.
- 1:22You are at all consuming fire. God, break in, God, break in
- 1:27today. Lord, speak to us.
- 1:30Lord, speak to your people. Speak to those who are called by
- 1:33your name. Father, save them to the utmost.
- 1:36God, bring us out of the fire unharmed and unscathed, not even
- 1:41smelling like smoke. Father, I pray that you'll help
- 1:44us. Lord.
- 1:45Help us to gird up our loin so that we can stand in your
- 1:48presence. Help us to charge the hill God.
- 1:51Help us not to shrink back in fear.
- 1:54I pray against anxiety and depression.
- 1:56In the mighty name of Jesus, bind the enemy from off of this
- 2:00time, God. Bind the suicidal spirit God,
- 2:03and cast him into the judgment that you have a waiting for him.
- 2:06Father, I pray God that you will come and that you will reveal
- 2:11more of who you are to us, God, more of your personality, more
- 2:17of your thoughts, more of your mind, the mind of Christ.
- 2:20Lord, I pray that you'll continue to help us to
- 2:24understand Your word. Help us, God, give us sound
- 2:27doctrine and sound theology. Hide me and hide my words.
- 2:31Hide my thoughts. Lord, it's all about you.
- 2:34It's always been about you. It'll always be about you.
- 2:38Shekinah, glory. Father, come, Yes, Lord, come.
- 2:41You are our everything Lord, we cannot even minister because of
- 2:47your presence. Father, come and wreck us God,
- 2:50come and ravage us. Father, I pray that we will
- 2:54yearn for more of you Lord, more of your presence, more of a
- 2:58touch God, more of an all consuming presence in our lives.
- 3:03Lord Holy Spirit, fill us today. Not just a little, not just
- 3:08halfway God, but overflowing God, I pray that it's all about
- 3:14you, Lord, You are our everything.
- 3:17Show us your eternal paths. Take us down these paths of
- 3:21righteousness. Take us down these corridors.
- 3:25God of your love and your mercy. God, take us down into the
- 3:30depths of your heart. Father, break our heart for what
- 3:34breaks yours. Help us God, Help us to know
- 3:37you, to see you, to learn about you, God, and not just to have
- 3:41an intellectual knowledge of of who you are, but an applicable
- 3:45knowledge. God.
- 3:46Help us to apply it to real life, Lord, to those that are
- 3:50hurting and dying and going by the wayside, we pray against
- 3:53addiction. God, in the mighty name of
- 3:56Jesus, let us be addicted to you.
- 3:59Lord, you are everything. We love you, King Jesus, it's
- 4:04all about you. I decrease as you increase.
- 4:14The Spirit and the bride say, come, we look up, we see our
- 4:22redemption drawing near. Come, Lord, come in Jesus
- 4:27Christ, holy and precious name, I pray men.
- 4:32Well, let's start in verse one. Now Sarai, Abram's wife, bore
- 4:39him no children, and she had a handmaid, an Egyptian whose name
- 4:43was Hagar. So here's one of Abraham's
- 4:47troubles as he goes down into Egypt and they come out because
- 4:52Pharaoh kicked him out and rebuked him for telling him that
- 4:55Sarai was his sister and not his wife.
- 4:58And then he leaves out of there with many riches, but he also
- 5:02leaves out of there with Hagar. Let's see how it goes to.
- 5:07And Sarai said to Abram, Behold, now the Lord has restrained me
- 5:13from bearing, I pray you go in to my maid.
- 5:20It may be that I may obtain children by her.
- 5:24And Abram listened to the voice of Sarai.
- 5:27So here you need to understand the breakdown of the leadership
- 5:30of the family. And here Abram should not have
- 5:34listened to his wife and as wonderfully insightful and
- 5:40empathetic that women are to the world around us, full of the
- 5:49wisdom and full of the knowledge and full of information and
- 5:57information overload contained within the woman.
- 6:01And as she brings all this information to the man, he must
- 6:05make a decision if he's going to listen to her and the advice or
- 6:11to God. And God has not told him
- 6:13emphatically that he should go in unto Hagar and Egyptian.
- 6:19And here we can see the mess that the world is still dealing
- 6:23with today. Friends, this Ishmael and the
- 6:26descendants of Ishmael and the Muslims that came out of
- 6:31Ishmael. And you can see here that it is
- 6:35such a point of conjecture, a complete point of opposition
- 6:44towards the Jews and towards all of the things of Yahweh.
- 6:49And they both trace their lineage back to Abraham.
- 6:54Both the Jews and the Muslims have a father, Abraham.
- 6:59What an amazing thought that we can actually see real world
- 7:03today, these things laying out before us.
- 7:06And if you have the context and if you understand where the
- 7:11lineage and the genealogy go back to, you will actually have
- 7:16the upper hand to understand why things are that the way that
- 7:19they are. And all of the little nuances
- 7:22that you might not be able to understand in the world today
- 7:27can be explained through the lens of the Bible.
- 7:31If we will just get our nose into the Bible, if we will just
- 7:34learn the ways of Yahweh, if we will attach ourselves to the
- 7:40biblical narrative, all of the things in the entire world, all
- 7:45around the globe, to the universe makes sense.
- 7:49They are all fitting together perfectly.
- 7:52But it is the ignorance of the Word of God that is plaguing us.
- 7:56And we want to approach this world through the lens of
- 8:00morality. We want to approach this world
- 8:03through the lens of what we think is right and through this
- 8:07progressivism. And you need to understand that
- 8:10the Bible is relevant today and it's just as applicable to our
- 8:15time that it was over 2000 years ago.
- 8:20And that is the fact and that is the truth.
- 8:24And if you will learn the Bible and learn what the Word of God
- 8:28says, you will not be LED astray by all of the things that are
- 8:36happening in the world that try to tell us that the Bible is
- 8:40hateful and that it is archaic and barbaric and it needs to be
- 8:44done away with. That is a satanic attack,
- 8:46friends, trying to get us to leave the faith, to leave the
- 8:51word of God. And here's what you need to
- 8:53understand that we are the only ones, the Christians are the
- 8:58only ones who try to play both sides.
- 9:02If you are attached to another religion, the Muslim faith, they
- 9:07are very much in tune with what is the mandate for them.
- 9:14And it is the duplicity, and it is the being tossed to and fro,
- 9:21and it is the lukewarmness that is plaguing Christianity,
- 9:25plaguing our faith. Friends, we need to be resolute.
- 9:30We need to stand firm. We need to stand on what the
- 9:33Word of God says, unwavering, unapologetically.
- 9:37And that is the plain truth. 3 And Sarai, Abraham's wife, took
- 9:49Hagar Hermaid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt 10 years
- 9:55in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be
- 10:01his wife. What a complete disappointment.
- 10:06Here we see this father of faith.
- 10:09We see him operating in wins and he is actually doing what God
- 10:16has told him to do. And then here, through a moral
- 10:20failure, through distrust, and through him not waiting well, we
- 10:26see that he steps out from the will of God and God has a plan
- 10:32for it all. And he doesn't excuse it, but he
- 10:37can use it in the same way that he did with Judas.
- 10:45He does not excuse Judas actions, but he used Judas
- 10:51actions. And in the same way we're going
- 10:53to see him not excuse Abrahams actions, but he's going to use
- 10:59it. Let's keep moving, four.
- 11:03And he went into Hagar, and she conceived.
- 11:06And when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was
- 11:09despised in her eyes. So here is some immaturity on
- 11:13the part of Hagar. And all of a sudden, because she
- 11:16sees that she is pregnant with her master's baby, all of a
- 11:21sudden now she has disdain for her mistress.
- 11:25She has disdain for her. And it is showing and it is
- 11:30manifesting within the community.
- 11:34Let's see how it goes. 5 And Sir, I said to Abram, My wrong
- 11:40be upon you, I have given my maid into your bosom.
- 11:45And when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her
- 11:49eyes. The Lord judged between me and
- 11:51you. Look at the breakdown here.
- 11:53Because Abram was not the spiritual leader of his
- 11:56household, and he listened to his wife's ridiculous notion,
- 12:04and you would think that she would take some responsibility,
- 12:07but it's not her responsibility to take.
- 12:10And this is a perfect picture of what happens whenever we allow
- 12:16the wife to rule the roost and to lead the family.
- 12:21There is disunity, friends, and it is not the way that God has
- 12:26intended it. If the man will submit to God in
- 12:29God's ways, then the woman will have no she will have zero
- 12:36problem with being submissive unto her husband.
- 12:39And you will see the children in the house being obedient unto
- 12:43her. And whenever we step out of the
- 12:46line, when we step out of this perfect plan of God, this is
- 12:51where you see so much breakdown within the family.
- 12:54And here you can see that Abram should have interjected and he
- 12:59should have told her, no, this is not what we're going to do.
- 13:04But what did he do? He listened to her.
- 13:06And now look, go and read the text.
- 13:08Look, she turns it around and she blames it on him, friends.
- 13:12And this is a perfect picture of what it looks like whenever we
- 13:17try to allow women to lead in a place where they're not supposed
- 13:22to. And that is plain and that is
- 13:25simple and that is truthful, friends, regardless if it is
- 13:29popular. And you need to also understand
- 13:33that if a man will not lead, a woman will.
- 13:36She'll step up and she has it within her.
- 13:39It's innate. It's an innate ability for her
- 13:43to step into leadership roles, but it is not the way of the
- 13:48Lord. 6 And Abram said to Sarah, behold, your maid is in your
- 13:58hand, do with her as it pleases you.
- 14:01And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
- 14:05Here Hagar is still pregnant friends.
- 14:09And to add insult to injury, Abram says do with her whatever
- 14:15you want instead of him stepping up and trying to make the best
- 14:21out of a poor situation. He made it even worse and he
- 14:25told her to do whatever she felt like she needed to do and here
- 14:29she's dealing with her harshly. It was her idea to begin with
- 14:33and now everyone is paying the price for stepping out of the
- 14:37line of what God has planned for them.
- 14:40And now you see this pregnant Hagar fleeing from Abram and
- 14:45Sarai's presence. 7 And the Angel of the Lord found her by a
- 14:51fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in
- 14:55the way of sure. So here you need to understand
- 14:58this pregnant young woman is fleeing from the presence of
- 15:04Sarai Abram. And here Jesus Christ, a
- 15:08Christophany, the Angel of the Lord, comes and wants to speak
- 15:14to her. Eight.
- 15:16And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, where have you come and
- 15:21where do you go? And she said, I flee from the
- 15:25face of my mistress Sarai. So look at how Christ, he's
- 15:30already telling her that he knows who she is.
- 15:34He sees her friends. He calls her by name.
- 15:38He tells her that he knows she is Sarai's maid.
- 15:42He already knows where where she has come from and she he already
- 15:46knows where she's going back to 9.
- 15:49And the Angel of the Lord said to her, return to your mistress,
- 15:54submit yourself under her hands. He's saying repent, go back,
- 16:00trust. Go back and do what it is that
- 16:04you're supposed to do. Do not leave in this condition.
- 16:0910 And the Angel of the Lord said to her, I will multiply
- 16:13your seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for
- 16:18multitude. This is the birth of the Muslim
- 16:24world right here, friends. This is the Arabic world,
- 16:28friends, and you can see where there's so much of the conflict
- 16:35within from the Muslims and the Jews.
- 16:41You see that they're actually brothers and their father is
- 16:45Abraham 11 And the Angel of the Lord said to her, Behold, you
- 16:51are with child, and shall bear a son, and shall call his name
- 16:56Ishmael, because the Lord has heard your affliction.
- 17:00So here, this is what you need to understand is that we pray
- 17:08for the Muslim people and we pray that God will visit them in
- 17:13dreams and visions and visitations, the man in white
- 17:18and save them friends. And there is so much fruit that
- 17:24comes out from these Muslim nations, where they have seen
- 17:30both sides, and they realize that Jesus Christ is the Lord,
- 17:35He is God Almighty, and he's not just a prophet. 11 In the Angel
- 17:44of the Lord said unto her, Behold, you are with child, and
- 17:47shall bear son, and his name shall be called Ishmael.
- 17:51So here he names him and gives him his purpose and direction.
- 17:58Here, friends, 12 And he, he will be a Wildman, His hand will
- 18:05be against every man, and every man's hand against him, and he
- 18:10shall dwell in the presence of all his brothers.
- 18:14So what an interesting fact here.
- 18:17He's calling him, God shall hear, and then he's giving him
- 18:25the mandate of being a Wildman and always being at conflict.
- 18:33And we see that playing out even to this day. 13 And she called
- 18:41the name of the Lord that spoke to her, the God who sees me, For
- 18:47she said, I have I also here looked after him that sees me.
- 18:52She's looked upon the Lord God who sees her in her affliction.
- 18:58Elroy 14 Therefore the well was called Beer Lahi Roy because it
- 19:06is between Kadesh and Bered 15 and Hagar bore Abram a son, and
- 19:12Abram called his son's name, which Hagar bore Ishmael.
- 19:16So here we can see. Then she goes back to Abram, she
- 19:20goes back to Sarai, she tells them all about the Angel of the
- 19:24Lord that met her at the well, and what he had said, and what
- 19:28he told her to name him. And then Abram honored it and
- 19:33allowed it to happen, and let his name be called Ishmael.
- 19:39God shall hear 16 will end here and Abram was 86 years old when
- 19:47Hagar bore Ishmael to Abram they put the fun and dysfunctional.
- 19:59We can only imagine a world had Abram not gone down into Egypt
- 20:03during the famine and brought Hagar with him.
- 20:07We can only imagine a world where.
- 20:10Sarai had not told him to go into her handmaid.
- 20:15But God has an amazing plan for the Muslim people, friends, and
- 20:21He's rescuing them left and right.
- 20:24And we pray in the mighty name of Jesus that they come into the
- 20:28fold in the same way that we do through Yeshua, the Way, the
- 20:34truth, and the life. I pray that you've been blessed
- 20:38by this amazing chapter in God's Word.
- 20:41I know I sure have. I'm praying for every single one
- 20:44of you. I love you.
- 20:52So does God. Stay prayed up.
- 20:58He's worthy. He's worthy to be praised.
- 21:03Don't slack off. Don't slack up.
- 21:06Don't backslide. Stay rooted and grounded,
- 21:10steadfast, pressing towards him, towards the light, pressing
- 21:16towards eternity. Live in light of eternity.
- 21:23Do not let this world overcome you.
- 21:28Do not allow a lukewarm, watered down gospel to infiltrate the
- 21:35camp. We stand firm on what the Word
- 21:38of God says to the end. Praying for you.
- 21:45We'll see you back here tomorrow.
- 21:47God bless you.
