- 1:49Speaker 5: like something I do with my friends.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Oh maybe maybe that's the problem.
- 1:53Speaker 5: It was too frenzy. He felt like he was one
- 1:55Speaker 5: of the girls, like drinking beer. Instagram photos you know,
- 1:59Speaker 5: could be.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Hi, is Derek there?
- 2:03Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey Derek, it's Courtney, Derek.
- 2:07Speaker 1: It's Walmart chef. Hey Derek, it's Savannah.
- 2:09Speaker 2: We're calling from Kiss ninety five to seven. You're on
- 2:11Speaker 2: the radio this morning, Derek.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Oh boy, Okay, how's it going, guys?

- 2:18Speaker 2: Well, you won the chance to be on second date update.
- 2:21Speaker 2: That's what you won this morning, Derek. Okay, so well

- 2:28Speaker 2: You went on somebody went on a first date with you,
- 2:30Speaker 2: and now you're ghosting them. And I'm just gonna go
- 2:32Speaker 2: straight up and say it. Ashley said she had a
- 2:34Speaker 2: great date with you, brewery, pumpkin patch.
- 2:37Speaker 1: She reached out to you, and you're ghosting her.
- 2:40Speaker 6: Yeah, what's the what's the reason?
- 2:44Speaker 1: Why was the date not? She told us? What did
- 2:46Speaker 1: she say? It was like the perfect date or the
- 2:48Speaker 1: best date or a I don't know. Yeah, I wasn't listening.
- 2:52Speaker 1: It was basically a really cute fall kind of date.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It was like her was a dream date, a dream day.
- 2:57Speaker 1: There it is.
- 2:58Speaker 5: There you go, Jeff, Was it a dream date for you?
- 3:01Speaker 6: No? I mean I planned it and I wanted it
- 3:04Speaker 6: to be a good date, and I was hoping it would.
- 3:06Speaker 6: But I I really should have probably I should have
- 3:09Speaker 6: been more upfront and I should have just seen the.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Red flags, you know, along the way.
- 3:14Speaker 6: She was she was pretty rude to the staff and
- 3:19Speaker 6: short with them.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Okay, at the brewery or the pumpkin patch.
- 3:23Speaker 6: At the brewery, Yeah, And I think it's a it's
- 3:27Speaker 6: a really a not not a great sign when you
- 3:29Speaker 6: see someone rude to service workers. And uh, that was
- 3:33Speaker 6: that was not great. She just complained about just everything.
- 3:37Speaker 4: I mean, complained about the beer.
- 3:40Speaker 6: You know, nothing was good enough for her. And we
- 3:43Speaker 6: went to the pumpkin patch and I swear to God,
- 3:46Speaker 6: no pumpkin was good enough for her. It's like she
- 3:48Speaker 6: would literally just go down the line picking up, looking
- 3:51Speaker 6: at each pumpkin.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Saying nope, nope, nope. You know, she was so perfectionist.
- 3:56Speaker 4: She actually she got so annoyed she like threw a
- 3:59Speaker 4: pumpkin out of anger, like a little one.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So on a date, she actually threw a pumpkin.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Yeah, I picked it up and like threw it across
- 4:08Speaker 6: like the thing. It was. I was like, She's like,
- 4:11Speaker 6: this one the stem is too long, this one of
- 4:12Speaker 6: the stems too effing short.
- 4:14Speaker 2: You know.
- 4:14Speaker 6: I was like, it just was not I wanted it
- 4:19Speaker 6: to be fun, but okay, it was it really wasn't.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I'm gonna put but she's listening in Ashley, did you
- 4:26Speaker 2: throw a pumpkin like out of anger?
- 4:29Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, look like if something feels uncomfortable for
- 4:33Speaker 3: me or if I don't like the service, I'm gonna
- 4:36Speaker 3: say it like. I was polite the whole time. I
- 4:40Speaker 3: know I am a perfectionist. Okay, I'm not gonna deny that,
- 4:44Speaker 3: but there's no reason for somebody not to.
- 4:48Speaker 6: Call me back.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I was very friendly to you, Derek. I didn't do
- 4:53Speaker 3: anything wrong.
- 4:54Speaker 4: No, you you you were, you were friendly to me.
- 4:57Speaker 6: It's just that you know, you say you were polite
- 4:59Speaker 6: to the stem and everything. It's like, it's not what
- 5:01Speaker 6: you say, it's how you say it sometimes. And you
- 5:05Speaker 6: were you were very short with people, generally speaking, anyone
- 5:09Speaker 6: in your field division.
- 5:10Speaker 4: That wasn't me. I mean, you were, you were, you
- 5:11Speaker 4: were nice enough with me, but.
- 5:13Speaker 6: It was just very very much a turn off and
- 5:17Speaker 6: nothing everything was It was a comment, a complaint the pumpkins.
- 5:22Speaker 4: I mean, my god, pick a pumpkin.
- 5:24Speaker 6: I truly, Oh my god, it was I don't know,
- 5:30Speaker 6: it was just not my speed.
- 5:32Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 5:33Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 5:33Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm so I can't even believe that this
- 5:35Speaker 3: is happening right now. I didn't even I didn't even
- 5:38Speaker 3: like what you were wearing on the date. I should
- 5:41Speaker 3: have told you that.
- 5:42Speaker 6: Oh, probably the only thing that she didn't make a
- 5:45Speaker 6: comment about was my outfit. Probably it would have been
- 5:47Speaker 6: the only thing she didn't have a complaint about until now.
- 5:49Speaker 4: There you go.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Here's the deal, Ashley.
- 5:51Speaker 2: You now you know, and I mean you may not
- 5:53Speaker 2: agree with them, but Derek, basically I says that you
- 5:57Speaker 2: were rude to the staff. He should have saw the
- 5:59Speaker 2: red flag. Nothing was good enough. All you do is complain, Ashley.
- 6:03Speaker 2: You think it's just your perfectionists. You want what you want.
- 6:06Speaker 2: I got it.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Hold on, don't forget the airborne pumpkin.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Yeah, and you tossed and you through a pumpkin that
- 6:10Speaker 5: poor Gord had to die for no reason.
- 6:13Speaker 1: All right, well, listen, guys, it's okay. Listen. We got
- 6:16Speaker 1: to the bottom of it.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Now.
- 6:17Speaker 1: At least you've got answers and you know what's going on.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So I listen. I wish you guys the best out there, and.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Keep us posted on on your dating journeys.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Thank you, guys.
- 6:31Speaker 6: Okay, Oh my god, are you kidding me?
