SPEAKER_01: Hello and welcome back to the Spiritual Shit Show.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_01: My name is Julie Wynne, and I want to take a moment to thank you truly, truly from the depths of my soul.
• 0:12
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you for listening.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_01: This podcast is such a therapeutic process for me, but I also believe in the teach, learn, learn, teach philosophy.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_01: So the intention is as I share these moments of spiritual growth or stickiness or truths that it empowers you andor allows you to anchor into your own experiences.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_01: I feel like when we are in this life journey or the awakening journey or the remembering journey, which is what the guides have been saying, you know, a lot of the times we feel like we're doing it by ourselves.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: And that's when people are like, God, I feel crazy.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: But we're kind of meant to feel a little crazy because the sensations of spiritual growth should feel unknown.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_01: And that's the cool part.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_01: That's the surprising part of like, whoa, I don't know how to explain it, but I'm shifting.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_01: Or wow, I used to never be this powerful.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_01: I used to never feel like this in my body.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_01: I used to always feel so weak and meek.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_01: And now I can feel like more of a power coming on in my body and more permission to use my voice and to trust my intuition and to share what I'm feeling.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_01: When we are having such moments, it's nice.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_01: It's nice to have it witnessed, but it's also nice to know that you're not the only one who's going through it.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_01: Today I want to talk about something that has been showing up so strongly in my own life, and it's this invitation to come back into my body.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: That is such a surprise for me because I have been a dancer since I was three years old.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: And coming back into more of an empowered, embodied state after all of these years of actually being in my body is such a wild and cool experience.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_01: And this is what I've learned.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_01: And this is I've done the deep work.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_01: I have done the trauma excavation, the inner child healing, the family pain, the untangling of the patterns, uh, working through complex PTSD.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_01: I've done plant medicine ceremonies.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_01: I think I've pretty much done it all therapy.
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_01: I've done it all.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_01: And what I didn't expect was where I am now, which is this phase where my body, my physical body is the one that's asking for attention.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_01: It's where my body is saying, Hey, you forgot about me.
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_01: I haven't gotten the update yet.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_01: What have you guys been working on up there?
• 3:05
SPEAKER_01: We can receive these quick downloads and aha moments, and uh, we can journey with plant medicines.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_01: And the plant medicine shows us all these parts that were kind of in the shadow.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_01: And it is so important then to integrate all of that into the physical body.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: And before I get into that, I want to say something about light language because light language is swirling uh as I sat down to record this podcast.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_01: And it might come up at the end.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_01: Um light language, it's not performance, it's not aesthetic spirituality, it's not meant to be woo.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_01: I know when we see, especially on social media, people sharing Reiki and light language and all of that, it can be a little uncomfortable because you're like, what the heck is that?
• 3:58
SPEAKER_01: But honestly, we are energetic beings, we are sentient beings, we are feeling in a high frequency or sometimes low frequency world.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: And light language is the original frequency of your soul.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_01: It's sound frequency that bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to your body's intelligence.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_01: Light language is the part of you that has always remembered who you are, even when the rest of you forgot.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_01: And that's why sometimes in one-on-one sessions, light language will come up immediately because it's talking directly to your soul, it's talking directly to your energetic body, it's talking to that part of you that remembers.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_01: And then it also is a frequency that up-levels the frequency.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_01: So if it comes through today, which I have a feeling it may, just we're gonna let it happen and we're going to hold it lightly and let the frequency, the light language, land wherever it needs to.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so the invitation that I've been receiving lately is very clear.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: And it's Julie, it is time to land.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_01: It is time to inhabit the healing you've already fought for.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_01: It's time to feel safe in your body again.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_01: It's time to feel your own strength.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_01: It's time to feel what it feels like to be alive without constantly being riddled with anxiety or fear.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_01: I'm noticing that my body has been wired for fight or flight for literally ever, my entire lifetime.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you very much.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_01: And like many of us, safety has never been the baseline.
• 5:46
  SPEAKER_01: Survival has.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_01: So safety has never been my baseline.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_01: And now that I have done this inner work, so much work, I am reminded that I have to remind my body we're safe, we're safe, girl, we're good, we are held, we are taken care of, we are supported.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_01: And that is so important because the body's like, wait, no one told me.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_01: I thought we were still like waiting for that person to show up randomly that we can't stand and always triggers us.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_01: Or hey, I thought we were like still fearing about money and being flat ass broke.
• 6:36
  SPEAKER_01: We're good?
• 6:37
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, good.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: Because we're still kind of panicked and waiting for that.
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, we wait.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_01: We're healthy because we think we're always constantly waiting for uh some serious diagnosis to happen.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_01: Are you sure we're good?
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, good.
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait a minute.
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_01: What about that anger?
• 6:55
SPEAKER_01: Are we still angry at that person because we're holding on to that anger?
• 6:59
SPEAKER_01: Okay, you're not angry at her?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, so we'll let that go.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_01: Like that is what my body is craving for me to tell it, to tell it all the things that I've been working on, all the things that I have processed, all the things that I have let go, all of the things that I have learned, so literally the organs of my body can do their job.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_01: This is also what I am playing with right now, which is can I increase my window of tolerance for joy?
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: Can I increase the window of tolerance for ease?
• 7:32
SPEAKER_01: Can I increase my tolerance for safety?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_01: Can I increase the window of tolerance in this space where nothing is wrong, everything is right.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_01: Because here's the truth.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_01: Even joy can feel threatening when your nervous system has only known activation.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say that again.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_01: Stillness can feel foreign when your body is used to chaos.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_01: The work now is learning how to feel that in every day.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_01: The safety, the strength, the health, the joy.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_01: And to do so upon waking, I feel happy while making my breakfast, while driving, while doing nothing at all.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_01: And for me, in that doing nothing at all, I I'm very aware of my nervous system there, of old programmings there, of how my ego is always attached to you need to be doing something.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_01: Who are you if you're not doing anything?
• 9:00
SPEAKER_01: We have to maintain an identity.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_01: You have to recreate an identity.
• 9:04
  SPEAKER_01: What are you doing?
• 9:04
SPEAKER_01: You can't just be sitting here enjoying life, going for a walk.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_01: You should be thinking about this identity.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_01: So you can tell people who you are.
• 9:15
  SPEAKER_01: So you're important.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_01: That's all what I'm realizing now is my nervous system.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_01: And when I ask myself, well, what happens if I'm I if I'm not anybody?
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: What happens if none of this matters?
• 9:27
SPEAKER_01: None of the work that I do matters.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_01: How do I feel?
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: And then there's like a softening that happens in my body.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_01: That we can just be for a moment.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_01: Whoa, what does that feel like?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_01: I feel it in my bones.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_01: I feel it in my breath.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_01: And being able to come to that kind of conclusion of being able to ask these deep questions of what happens if I don't?
• 10:00
SPEAKER_01: If I if that dream never does come true, how do I feel?
• 10:05
SPEAKER_01: What is that telling me?
• 10:08
SPEAKER_01: What are these sensations in my body of anxiety or panic or not trusting?
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: Healing your mind is not the same as healing your body.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_01: And we have to remember that the body keeps the score.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_01: The body holds the memory.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_01: This is why you can think of a past event and your body responds as if it's in it's in that experience again.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: You can feel flush or panic or anxiety.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_01: You can understand your trauma, you can process it, you can forgive, release, meditate, pray, manifest.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_01: I don't remember all of that is a spiral, so we're always going to be doing it.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_01: And you have to remind the body of the chapter that it's in now.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_01: The body needs the memo.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: For example, in Chinese medicine, the liver holds anger.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_01: And if for years that was its job to hold the anger that you have towards that person or your past or this one experience, it's the liver's job to process, store, metabolize resentment.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_01: And you though have mentally healed the anger, your body doesn't automatically know that.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_01: It's still running on the program of like, wait, we're holding on to that resentment.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_01: Remember what that horrible thing that they did to you?
• 11:48
SPEAKER_01: Remember how you've always been scared?
• 11:49
SPEAKER_01: Remember how you said that's never gonna happen again?
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_01: Remember, remember, remember.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_01: And then you have to tell the body, I know, and we've been carrying this burden for so long, but we're not angry anymore.
• 12:06
  SPEAKER_01: That person's not a threat.
• 12:08
  SPEAKER_01: I've learned, I've grown, we're not in danger.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_01: The story is resolved, and we can close that tab out.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_01: This is somatic reparenting.
• 12:26
  SPEAKER_01: This is embodied alchemy.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_01: This is healing that becomes lived instead of conceptual, and it's the new lived experience of safety or strength or trust or joy or happiness, especially when you're not used to that, is what takes a lot of self-compassion and practice.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_01: So if you want to play just for now, just see how you respond to this question.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: Is it safe for me to be safe?
• 13:02
SPEAKER_01: And then just sense what comes up in the body.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_01: Is it safe for me to be safe?
• 13:10
SPEAKER_01: Your body will tell you the truth of what it's feeling, of what it's protecting against, of where it's gripping, way before your mind ever will.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: If we can learn how to pause long enough within our day to check in with the physical body, how am I feeling?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_01: Where am I holding tension?
• 13:35
SPEAKER_01: Where is my energy right now?
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_01: Is it forward, backward?
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_01: Do I feel centered?
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_01: Do I feel grounded?
• 13:41
SPEAKER_01: And then can you recall any times where you notice, like, whoa, I really came out of my body?
• 13:48
SPEAKER_01: I remember after my father passed away, and right after he passed away, I immediately went on a plane to Beijing to teach.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_01: And then when I came home, then the grieving process started.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_01: And I knew I needed a lot of support in the grief.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_01: And I went to a friend who does acupuncture, and he held such beautiful support for me while I was really trying to integrate grief and how how uh turbulent it all was with the family and the things I had to do.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: Like it was just a lot.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: Um, my dad's passing was a lot for me.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: And when I got off the table, it was like I could feel my feet on the floor.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, whoa, what have I been doing?
• 14:37
SPEAKER_01: Like, I can feel the my feet on the ground.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_01: And he was like, Yeah, your energy is really pulled up and out.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I I haven't felt my feet for like a month.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_01: I just want to walk barefoot now, everywhere.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_01: Like, I it was such an incredible, odd sensation to have that realization that I've been working, I've been doing, I've been teaching, I've been doing my daily things and working with grief.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_01: And the energy of it all pulled me up so much so that I didn't even realize that I literally could not feel my feet on the ground.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_01: So, this is what I'm trying to share about the importance of being able every day to meet your body.
• 15:20
  SPEAKER_01: Where am I today?
• 15:21
SPEAKER_01: And your body's gonna tell you exactly how you're feeling or your state of anxiety or safety or fear or worry or joy or happiness.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_01: And why this all matters now?
• 15:36
SPEAKER_01: We are living in strange times, y'all.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_01: And this world is shape-shifting, and it is shape-shifting fast.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_01: Information is distorted, the things that we're gonna be continuing to see and question is it real?
• 15:52
  SPEAKER_01: Is it not?
• 15:53
SPEAKER_01: Uh, what is real, what isn't?
• 15:56
SPEAKER_01: The propaganda is loud, the fear is sticky, and more than ever, the invitation is sovereignty.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_01: And not sovereignty as a slogan, sovereignty as an embodied frequency.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_01: Because if you're not in your body, you cannot hold your center.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_01: And if you cannot hold your center, the world will tell you who you are.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_01: All right, it is light language time.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_01: So if you don't light like so if you don't like light, if you don't like light language, this is the time that we can depart.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_01: But if you love light language the way I do, because it just shifts something in, then just settle in, close your eyes, and enjoy the light language.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so the light language here is for the body's activation.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_01: For so many of us, we are having the activation of our light body.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_01: The remembrance of the vibrancy and the vitality of what you are.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_01: The world is gonna tell you that you're weak and that you're sick.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_01: But inside your physical vessel is everything that you need.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_01: To thrive, to expand, to be the brightest beacon of love.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_01: Sa kungesti ears tua that you are.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_01: So in that the translation is Sa sundesi is to twa sata ambasi you've forgotten Sai Suntukua of the power of who you are, Sai Sunday is to twa sata umbasi, and your own beauty, your loved beauty, says since you are not here to suffer, sa sundesi, you are here to thrive and to be in love, in light, in constant expansions of truth.
• 18:38
  SPEAKER_01: Say Sunday Satapa.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_01: Pay attention to what you listen to, because what you listen to is trying to pull you into alignment with that, and that a lot of the times is not true.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_01: Say Sunday Sat Umbasi, say sata umdaisi is from our point of view and the truth of what is that you are an incredible being, an incredible unique spark of Source itself.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: And source itself cannot be sick or ill or distorted or lied to or sasun desi shua.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: Source is love itself, sa-sun desi is utwa.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_01: And this is you, sa kunge si isutyu.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_01: Stop playing small sa sund the si isutyu ku wa satanbasi and start remembering the love that you are, and how deeply loved you are, and how unique you are, and how powerful you are, and how now more than ever the world needs us to wake up to the truth of who we are, the power that is within us.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_01: There's a strong encouragement here to continue to take care of the physical body though.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_01: Pay attention to the foods that you're eating.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_01: If the sun kisses it, eat it.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_01: Part of the um this sickness, and they put that in quotes, is because we have become so detached from what we are.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_01: And how our energetic field feeds from the nourishment of the planet herself.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_01: Get your feet on the ground, not on concrete, on the ground, lay on the earth, get by the trees, soak in the sunshine, get outside more, more, more, more, more, more into nature.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_01: This is the remembrance when you get into nature, nature reminds you of your own personal nature and truth.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_01: Don't take for granted this really incredible, beautiful, dancing body, sa sunde si i ishtiu kuwa, that wants to experience pleasure in the exuberance of life itself.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, what's the point of embodying in a physical form?
• 21:51
SPEAKER_01: Because you can do all of this in other dimensions all the time without this physical form.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_01: So part of this remembrance is to you're here to experience life within this physical vessel.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_01: And this is like allow it to be to be good.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_01: Fulfillment si ia through the physical body, sa ungh si eashtius umba si e te sutiu kua joy, pleasure, fun, joy, pleasure, fun.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: More joy, more pleasure, more fun.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: Make that the top of your list.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_01: Phew, I needed to hear that.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_01: I needed to hear that.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_01: So thank you.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you for listening.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_01: I hope that was powerful for you as it was for me.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_01: I know for for sure right now I'm getting my butt back outside.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_01: Um, gonna spend some time in nature.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_01: And then the and lastly they're saying, and pay attention to how often how often you're aligned with stress and anxiety and worry, says and they see you.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_01: What good does that do to the body?
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_01: Say nothing.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_01: It literally is killing you.
• 23:17
  SPEAKER_01: It's it's uh it's not the point.
• 23:21
  SPEAKER_01: It's not the point.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_01: We want you to focus on how often you're actually paying attention to pleasure, touch, music, love, hugs, connection, more joy, more pleasure, more fun.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_01: Cool.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_01: Alright, I always feel better after light language comes in.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_01: I always love the reminders of truth.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_01: All right, so it looks like we have a challenge.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_01: Can we increase our ability to embody more pleasure?
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 24:21
  SPEAKER_00: Till next time.
• 24:22
  SPEAKER_00: Happy Monday, everybody.
