Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_02]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_02]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_02]: Hey gang, it's me, Docs are Steve and I know all of you myself included are in I'm just utter disgust over the Minnesota Somali scams in which billions let that hit you billions of your and my tax dollars were stolen.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: These people, I mean, who these are the people Democrats laid out the red carpet for with their open border policies and none exist in immigration enforcement.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_02]: orchestrated one of the largest scale thefts in American history and that's not even being remotely hyperbolic.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_02]: I want you to listen to this short clip where Congressman Jim Jordan lays out just how bad it really was.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: Again, we're talking billions and Jordan makes it crystal clear that Tim walls and Keith Ellis and their attorney general at best allowed this to happen.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: And at
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: The behavioral intervention program went from 3,000 to 400,000 in five years.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: The housing stabilization went from 2.6 million to 104 million.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: The integrated community supports went from 4.6 million to 170 million in three years.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: This is unbelievable what's happening.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: And you're trying to hide behind some pretend court orders.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's seriously.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_02]: It's serious.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_02]: Imagine, imagine you ran a company, right, that had two million worth of expenses, and then the following year those expenses shot up to over a hundred million.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: Are you going to just say, I don't know.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't see it.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what's going on.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, you wouldn't because it's your freaking money.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's why you wouldn't.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this is seriously.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_02]: This is just absolutely disgraceful.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_02]: But wild enough.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't stop there in the corrupt state of Minnesota as we reported last month in DC Muslim Minnesota lawmaker Ilhan Omar's net worth sword by you ready for this sword by 30,000% in one year.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: She and her husband went from being worth less than $100,000 in 2024 to now being worth more than 30 million in 2025.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_02]: Again, in one year.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_02]: And here's the crazy part.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_02]: These types of returns aren't even that unusual for people like Ilhan Omar and her fellow swap rats and Congress.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, they've come to be expected.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_02]: And it was just confirmed that for the fifth year in a row,
- 3:06[SPEAKER_02]: Congress investment returns, once again, outperformed even the best hedge funds on Wall Street imagine that.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_02]: The full congressional insider trading report for 2025 has been released and the data is shocking.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_02]: 38 members of Congress made higher returns than Warren Buffett last year.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_02]: their stockings absolutely obliterated the average investors often with stock trades that line up with the committees they sit on and this isn't the only year this has happened it happens literally every year.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_02]: and it's going to continue happening unfortunately, but how do they do this exactly?
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, joining us today is my good friend Ross Gibbons and Ross knows this world of corruption and insider trading like no one else.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: Ross knows exactly how these congressional
- 4:02[SPEAKER_02]: swamp rats like Nancy Pelosi, Ilhan Omar, or governors like Tim Walls, are actually profiting off of the backs of hardworking Patriots.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_02]: So he's putting on an event.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: So on Thursday, April 16th, at 3 p.m. Eastern Complex.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: completely free where you guys can learn the little secrets many just like Nancy used to profit off the back of hardworking tax paying Americans.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: I have the link in the description below so click on that sign up for that or scan the QR code.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_02]: You're not going to want to miss it's completely free just for my audience just for you guys.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: But before we talk about that Ross, how you doing my friend, welcome back.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, thanks Dr. Steve.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: Good to see you.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's cool.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's good to see you.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like I said, you always get my blood boiling at the beginning of it.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_02]: It does resolve itself, which is very, very nice.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_02]: Because again, you you turn the lemons lemonade, but let's let's jump right in here.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: So the congressional the 2025 congressional trading report is out.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_02]: And Ross, how long have we known each other here now?
- 5:11[SPEAKER_02]: Is it three?
- 5:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: So this stuff, it shouldn't surprise me, it shouldn't shock me, but it still does.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm still shocked when you show us the numbers.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: So fill everybody else in what happened last year.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: Well, like you said in the beginning, they keep doing this.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's the same as it was the year before.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: Once again, members of Congress beat the market, while in office, and many of them did it with trades that raised some very serious eyebrows.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_01]: Now, these are this graphic here.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: These are the top performers last year.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I wonder if we want to know, this is not like their best stock trade.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is their entire portfolio, their whole retirement account.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got, you know,
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: Warren Davis in here doing 78% nor cross at 70, 67, 62 massive returns.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, they didn't just beat the market.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: They're not like a couple of points ahead.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: They're colossally beat the market.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: Congress saw on average among all of them, average gains of just 33% last year.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, to put that in perspective, the market had a great year.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: It was like 16 and a half percent.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: Congress doubled that.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_01]: And I've been in the investing world for over 20 years.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_01]: And I can tell you the best of the best, of the best, professional money managers with decades of experience, struggle to match the index.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: And we've got senators and representatives and former bartenders and English majors out here, making 30, 40, 50% return.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: So once again, just really incredible the talent of the stockpickers, we elect a DC here.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you forgot to mention gender studies majors and that I guess of course.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: Brilliant.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: Brilliant.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: Stockpick.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, so, and I like how you're underscoring this because even in the strong market, they are still somehow besting the index.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Which, you know, impressive suspicious just depends how you, how you want to look at it, charitable you're feeling today.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: Now walk us through what walk us through what you're actually seeing in the data because this again, like you pointed out, this isn't just one or two lucky trades.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, not at all.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: This is nothing to do with luck.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: So what we do is really break this stuff down.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's easy to see these big numbers.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: They all they cheat.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: But when you start breaking down these portfolios, just remember by member stock by stock, it's anything
- 7:45[SPEAKER_01]: which means some did a little better, some did a lot better.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: Davidson, as I said, 78% return.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I mean, to put that in perspective, these are the returns of Warren Buffett for the last two decades.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_01]: He's never made that kind of return.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: So it's incredible.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_01]: And this wasn't isolated either.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not just trying to dump on Democrats, Republicans, Dems, Jr. members, veterans.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: They're all getting these insane returns in the stock market.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Nancy Pelosi, as we've talked about numerous times, got the most attention.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: She's the one that brought this to the forefront, but, but what they're all doing it.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's insane.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: It's absolutely insane.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_02]: I, I, I just, I remember you telling me about Nancy Pelosi in three years ago, and then I knew she was crooked, but I, I never imagined it was, it was
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you know, like you always say, there is a silver lining to this and I know it gets your blood boiling and everyone viewing that silver lining is that you can follow their traits, all right, the only good port is they have to report this stuff.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_01]: Right, so what I do with my team does is follow this and look for these big outliers and there's both members of Congress as well as corporate insights like CEOs and CFOs.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: So if we see them all suddenly piling into some little stock at a nowhere.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_01]: We can follow along and make a little money, not along with them.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: And again, Republicans, Democrats, you name it like this chart shows performance by, by party.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know, I was going to ask you about that.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_02]: I was going to, so is this, you know, since I cut my teeth with Pelosi on this, so I always associate this with Democrats.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: Well, this isn't a party problem, isn't this is a, no, one warning over that issue, they've, they've somehow come to a
- 9:37[SPEAKER_01]: But Republicans are actually better at it if you look at the numbers, but yeah, some of these guys, I mean, you know, you don't make these kind of return just buying the market index or some ETF right you don't make 50, 60% annual turns doing that and and so.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_01]: the big money and the trades you could follow along are what we call these outlier investments that's where the real money is yeah and you've used that term before can we talk a little bit about that because I don't think everyone fully understands how that works yeah well to give you an example like if you imagine you're in Congress right and you're on a couple military subcommittees these are the committees in charge of awarding those 500 million ten billion dollar fence contracts
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of those go to the usual suspects, lucky, bowing, et cetera.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: But some are going to go to smaller companies.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: Companies should have a herd of.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_01]: And when those little contracts are announced, it means some little company that could make anything from a sensor to a part, a munitions part, they're going to make hundreds of millions of dollars from right.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: And when that becomes public, that company stock is going to skyrocket on that news.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: So if you knew about this deal in advance,
- 10:49[SPEAKER_01]: you buy that company stock and you make a fortune and that's what they're doing.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: They are taking information, they learn in Congress and using it to make money for themselves in the stock market.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: And again, the biggest, most important part is that it is all public information.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: You can see what they're buying, you can follow along.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_01]: I think I showed you this one before, which in case your viewers didn't see it, this is like the definition of an outlier trail.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, this is one for Representative Susie Lee.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: This is their filing.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's called a periodic transaction report.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_01]: is what they have to file anytime the buyer sell a stock and a show people in the free event, how to find these.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: They're online.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_01]: They're free.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: So Susie Lee is on the house of appropriations committee and the defense subcommittee and those are the groups like we said who decide who gets money, how much they get.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now, she bought one stock in three years.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: So she's not somebody who's buying up song all the time.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: And the stock she bought was not in video or Amazon or Apple or Google, right?
- 11:48[SPEAKER_01]: She bought Ryan Matoll.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_02]: Ryan Matoll.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I remember you mentioned this to you and when you mentioned the outlier just there, that's the what I couldn't remember the name, but I remember this obscure German company that this this Congresswoman.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: bought into, and I'm like, Ryan Matta, that's it.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not just German.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's an arms manufacturer.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_01]: So the one stock this woman on the Defense Subcommittee, the House of Propheations buys, in three years, is an off the radar German arms manufacturing, Ryan Mattault.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_01]: That to me is kind of an odd pick.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_01]: And here's what that stock did over the next 10 months.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: And you said anyone could see this.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's public record.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's all accessible online.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_01]: Most people just don't know where to look because Congress doesn't make this easy.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: There is a free online public database.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_01]: It shows up.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why we do these training events as you know, once a quarter or so.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_01]: Show people how to piggyback these straight.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_01]: That'll buy the same stocks and make money alongside them hopefully.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_02]: So so bottom line, what you're showing there with right and mental.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I think it sounds like a German heavy metal band, but so cool.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: People overseeing national security bought stock in a company at directly benefits from national security.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: contracts.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think I'm getting that I'm putting you into together there.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's obviously a huge conflict of interest to put it mildly.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, absolutely.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_01]: And look, it's not, you know, this is not some isolated case.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: We've seen numerous committee little overlaps between legislation and oversight and their stock purchases.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, it's not even a secret anymore.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_01]: We all know this stuff takes place.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_01]: Nancy Pelosi made 200 million bucks doing it.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_01]: She's been called out by everyone from Elon, most of the president of the states.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: No penalties, no prosecutions, not even a fine.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: And so, when you're operating under that kind of a backdrop, why would you stop?
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: you've seen Pelosi doing this, everyone knows there are hundreds of millions of dollars that were allocated to funds designed just to mimic her trades.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: That's how good she is.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: And they've proposed what three, four, at least bills to ban Congress from trading and none of them passed through.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: So because they're the ones who have to pass it, that's not going to do it, exactly.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_02]: The thieves are not going to pass the, uh, rather pro-executive criminals having to come together and put horsesets on crime.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's not going to happen.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the over's only silver lining again is it is that you can follow along can by the same stocks they're buying you can use their information from your advantage And you can do it without ever breaking a single law.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, I believe it is Unethical not to follow along after all we are paying their salaries right so once you know how to kind of filter it down right which I'll show you on Thursday
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: You can do very well.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_01]: As I mentioned, it's not just politicians, CEOs, vice presidents, every sea-sweet executive at every publicly traded company also has to report their trades publicly.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_01]: And so we can see when these insights, we all agree have a informational advantage.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: are loading up on a little pharmaceutical stock before drug trial or someone loading up with a defense contractor before the defense contract.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's a huge, huge advantage and I think anyone not using it is missing out of potentially huge profits.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_02]: No, I love the way you put it.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_02]: If anything, it's unethical not to be following what these people are doing, where the ones paying their salaries for having sex.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I love what you do.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_02]: helping people use this DC corruption for their own benefit, but legally and ethically gang.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_02]: Ross's free live training session is this Thursday, April 16th at 3 p.m. Eastern, it's online.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: So anyone can attend, you do not want to miss this.

- 16:59[SPEAKER_02]: But at the end, I feel a peace and a calmness serenity.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: I opening and also very therapeutic at the same time.
