- 0:00You should never have your teeth drilled. As soon as you have a tooth drilled,
- 0:03that's the entrance towards a root canal. That's a breeding ground for the bacteria to go actually
- 0:09into your bloodstream. That can go right down and affect the root, also the builds microscopic
- 0:13skyscrapers that have calcium called plaque. So they got to go. You have to make sure you don't have
- 0:19to. There's solid science that fragrances lead to diabetes, lead to cancer, lead to hormone
- 0:26disruption. That is a law that you cannot avoid. Let's talk about five free health modalities
- 0:33that everyone could do to help improve their their life, their health, their energy. What would
- 0:37those be? Well, first of all, mechanically getting your body to get trained to go from sympathetic
- 0:44to parasympathetic, because this is one of the other big elephants in the world. There's one thing
- 0:48that I did mention as part of this for you. Ian Clark, welcome to the non-toxic living podcast.
- 0:58This is a long time coming. We've known each other for at least 10 years. Yes. You're kind of on
- 1:03the fringe. So guys get ready. This guy talks about a lot of things that can help you. It's probably
- 1:09things you haven't heard before when it comes to inexpensive ways to reverse dis ease in your body,
- 1:16bring things back into the balance. You're a very spiritual man. I've learned so much from you.
- 1:20We have a lot in common. We both got sick, heavy metal poisoned. So when you just jump in,
- 1:27quickly tell people who you are, what you're about. But I want to get into some of these solutions
- 1:31and strategies that everybody can do each and every day to reverse the dis ease, discomfort,
- 1:37pain. You have so many hacks, like dental hacks, like all these things. And you're a madman.
- 1:44I love it. We're going to talk about how plants talk to it. It's going to be so good.
- 1:48So welcome to the show. Yeah. Thank you for having me here. It's been a long time coming and it's
- 1:52a perfect timing, actually. So I'm fortunately able to report that I'm feeling absolutely fantastic
- 2:01and getting health here in every aspect every single day. But that's not where it started.
- 2:06And at 46 years old, I had three life threatening situations with my health that in the medical world,
- 2:14they were. It was game over basically. You had like a thousand days to live. They said, right?
- 2:18Yeah. Well, you know, it was their idea. Yeah. And of course, they want to call it different
- 2:23disease names, which I rejected because I wasn't allowed testing. I had a tumor in my perineum.
- 2:29That was the worst thing. And that grew into a too much information here. But third testicle
- 2:34into the rectum, it was brutal. It took seven years to naturally get rid of that by learning
- 2:39detox methods. And eventually my body just dissolved it out because it was no longer needed.
- 2:44And then the heart condition, that was about five and a half years of really weird stuff,
- 2:49where it would, it would beat really fast and then stop. And then like three seconds later,
- 2:54it would pound into gear again. That would happen two to three times a week.
- 2:59So it was very unnerving because you can't have your heart stop more than eight seconds or your
- 3:03blacked out in the heavy minutes, but you know, anyway, I refused to be afraid, even though I
- 3:09was afraid. I just refused to receive the fear of factors that were put on me. And the problem
- 3:16was one that my two uncles when I was 20 years old, they died two days apart. They were 51 and
- 3:2254 years old. They were on my mom's side of the family. And I looked like one of them. And
- 3:28they were diagnosed with terminal cancer. There's 1977. They died in 1978, within one year of
- 3:35diagnosis, doing everything that the doctors told them to do, right to the letter, and they died right
- 3:41on time. And they died two days apart. One died and the other was funeral. So I left a really big
- 3:46impressional impact on our family. And I just remember it was like surreal. They actually died
- 3:52really. And so 26 years later was like that. And I was 46 and I was facing similar things. And
- 4:00I thought, well, 2004 is not the dark age, just like 1978. Surely there are different alternatives.
- 4:07And there wasn't. It was the same thing. Yeah. So you just to back up a little bit because I know
- 4:11you, you were poisoned in the oil fields. Correct. And that's where a lot of the poisoning happened.
- 4:17This is where a lot of the symptoms came from loaded up. And you had to naturally detoxify your
- 4:22body. So this is where these a lot. You think that's the root cause was mostly heavy metal?
- 4:27It was a common. I mean, there's so much more with. Right. But it was it was heavy metals were
- 4:32unfortunately in the oil field up until 2010. The oil companies never gave you any PPEs or any kind
- 4:39of MSDS sheets on either stuff that they gave you. So they gave us buckets of land.
- 4:44Chemicals to lead lead freaking lead like pipe dope is called 40% is gel lead. And you're putting it
- 4:53on every connection is millions of connections and you're running all the pipe into these walls
- 4:57with your hands. Well, you put it on with a with a brush, but it gets everywhere. Yeah. Yeah. And
- 5:03I like literally the first year. I had a I was a Derek hand and I had a belt to safety belt.
- 5:09My gut was black. It took six months for the black to wash out after I was done working
- 5:15that you had a lead tattoo. That's right. A literal lead tattoo. It was anyway. It was so bad.
- 5:22But it didn't show up till later on because when you're young, you're resilient. You can take that
- 5:26stuff somehow. Well, your mitochondria are producing at a much higher rate. They hadn't been
- 5:32worn down. And so toxins, one of their main challenges in our body is they destroy mitochondrial
- 5:37function and inflammation and all the other things too, but they're wiping out your mitochondria's
- 5:41ability. So you're younger. You have so much more energy, so much more mitochondria, mitochondrial
- 5:45density, burn sugar more efficiently, burn fat, you know, all those things, though, it doesn't,
- 5:49it's not as apparent when you have a mitochondrial weakness. Right. Yeah. You're much more resilient.
- 5:54So it was a combination of lead poisoning, lungular infections from mold. I had major mold.
- 6:00Forge's got to never knew anything about it. There was black mold all over a few houses
- 6:04that we lived in with our kids. We have seven children. And so we were, you know, I had my own
- 6:09little businesses and sometimes it was pretty tight. So he didn't always have the best places to live
- 6:14and it was in Alberta. And they're just mold. Yeah, mold everywhere. Yeah. So it was fungal
- 6:19infections, yeast overgrowth, candida blow out, like so bad that the whole bottom of my torso,
- 6:26all the way around between my legs right to the top of the back of the butt was white crystal.
- 6:32It was that bad. So it was just the body was decaying. It couldn't fight off the immune system was
- 6:37so weak it couldn't even fight back. These things were showing up to take me off the scene because
- 6:41my body was rotten. Yeah. It was trying to help me. You had a rotten body. Yeah, you had to leave.
- 6:46But again, it's stunk. Everything was growing. Everything was so gross. So this is a combination,
- 6:50a culmination, a combination of all those things together by the time I was 40 while just
- 6:56turning 46 when that hit. And my son took a picture of me because I just thought I was at a
- 7:02shape before I really started getting the diagnosis. All the stuff showed up. Yeah.
- 7:06But it was so much more than that. And so thankfully I didn't do anything that doctors wanted.
- 7:13And I'm not against doctors at all. I'm just not because they have to help people at the level
- 7:17they're at. Right. So if somebody doesn't have knowledge, they've got to give help now.
- 7:22And I'm not against pharmaceuticals. I'm not for them either. Right. So I just think that everybody
- 7:27wherever they're at, they need help wherever they can. If they've accelerated or elevated to a
- 7:33place of deeper understanding, then they can go to these other things that are much safer and
- 7:39much better. And ultimately, you want to spend the least amount of time, energy, effort and money
- 7:44to get the maximum return in your investment because everybody's investing in their health,
- 7:48everyone. Everybody thinks about health in different ways. And so you just want to know
- 7:54shortcuts, find the truth, get to the simplest, fastest track to get your body back. So you have a
- 8:00totally healthy body in every way. It's so fun. I mean, that's, that's me. You same story and
- 8:06poisoned it 25. Didn't, you know, couldn't function. I was stinky. My dracundra was wiped out,
- 8:13fibromound, draconic fatigue, 10 different doctors, medical doctors, physiatrist, all the things.
- 8:18What's wrong with you had to do the same thing. I was heavy metal poison from cleaning up. I was
- 8:22an environmental scientist. That's right. My master's in no answers. But like you, I'm like,
- 8:27either put me up, take me off this planet, or let's figure this out. And very similar and
- 8:33different, different, we got their different ways. But detox was, was our path, was our journey.
- 8:38And now we get to help lots of people. So let's get into some of the, the solutions.
- 8:43We have the, the slapper. We'll, we'll talk about this later in the show. But we'll actually do a
- 8:48story with it as well. Maybe even do a real, but you have so many cool solutions. And what I love
- 8:54about you is how you explained it. You're not judgemental because you're not, I like to call you
- 9:00at a more of enlightened human because you've been through so much. You've worked really hard
- 9:04to understand human consciousness, how we all believe, why we believe what we believe. So you're
- 9:09very patient. You're very kind with yourself, with others, those listening. So even some of the
- 9:14things that Ian's going to share with us today, maybe challenging because it's different because
- 9:19you're not hearing it in the mainstream. It's just another type of information that you can
- 9:24consider to invest in your health to see some massive transformation. For example, one of the
- 9:30most dangerous, I would call it a medical procedure. What is a medical procedure, even though it's
- 9:35dental, you have to be a doctorate of DMD to do this procedure is root canals. And root canals
- 9:42can be one of the most dangerous medical procedures that you can have inside of your body. Tell us
- 9:47about that and how individuals can naturally help support their bodies so they can prevent a root
- 9:53canal. Yeah, exactly. The preventive thing or the proactive thing is the most important
- 9:57you'll never ever have one. Right. Now, if something comes up where you get that situation,
- 10:03you have to deal with it. Like if you go to antibiotics, number one, you're going to hammer your
- 10:07gut health. Yeah. And some people, again, that's all that they can do because they can't even get
- 10:14the root canal done without getting the infection out, right? You leave a dead particle on a meridian.
- 10:22And this is all where the dental industry doesn't like to believe this stuff. They don't want to
- 10:26hear about root cause to documentary. They don't want to hear about how root canals are bad for you.
- 10:32They're trying to save the tooth so that it stays in the jaw so you don't lose the bone,
- 10:38right? But you're you're extracting the nerve that makes that tooth alive. It literally
- 10:44assassinates the tooth. Now, you're guaranteed to have a low level or a higher level infection,
- 10:50depending on the on the dentist you go to, you can go to a dentist and pay four grand,
- 10:55and that might last 20 years. If you go to a cheaper dentist, it might last a year,
- 11:00right? And then it has to come out anyway. But this is whole thing. First of all,
- 11:05you should never have your teeth drilled. That's the first thing. As soon as you have a tooth drilled,
- 11:10that's the entrance towards a root canal. If you have any kind of gum thing going on,
- 11:16where you have anything in the pockets of the tooth, right? Between the gum and the tooth,
- 11:22that's a breeding ground for the bacteria to go actually into your bloodstream that can go
- 11:27right down and affect the root. Also, it builds, you know, microscopic skyscrapers that have
- 11:32calcium called plaque. So they got to go. You have to make sure you don't have any of the bacteria
- 11:38in your mouth that's going to cause decay or any kind of plaque. That's number one.
- 11:43First, right out of the gate. And then you're never going to have a problem.
- 11:48So I talked to dentists and I kid around with them a little bit, but I'm not really kidding.
- 11:53I say really a dentist's goal because dental care is what they're doing. Their goal for their
- 12:00patient should be that they should never be a procedure on any tooth ever. Wouldn't that be amazing?
- 12:06Yeah. No drilling, no scraping, no root canals, no extractions. That should be the goal,
- 12:13right? Because they're in that dental care industry. I love this. Your goal as a dentist
- 12:18should be that you never have a dental procedure on one of your patients. That should be the
- 12:25ultimate care. Maybe they should start out with that because first you know harm. And we know what
- 12:29causes dental disease. And we know that mouthwash causes dental disease long term because you're
- 12:36nuking all your microbiome. And then the more resistant pigeon-drovitis things like that take over
- 12:43and accelerate tooth decay, bad breath. It's so hilarious that we want to nuke the mouth and not
- 12:48really use the things like you could talk about like for salt, special salt rinses and things you
- 12:54can do to help bring balance to your microbiome. But I interrupted. So that's that's the point though.
- 13:01So the tongue is like a shag rug. So the tongue gets all this unfunded bacteria. Your most
- 13:07microbiome is essential to have healthy. You got to have good bacteria. But the bad bacteria goes
- 13:12in the tongue causes halitosis. Between meals, that's going to jump onto the teeth. The acidic
- 13:18environment is not good. Right? So you've got to have you got to have the right salt that makes it
- 13:23alkaline. And you can test salt. And there's only one salt that I found from a special friend of mine
- 13:30where you put, you know, you put the drops in water for pH? Yeah. Okay. So you try to bring it up
- 13:37into alkalines, what you want. And you put all the salt in and it stays, you know, golden color and
- 13:42yellow and doesn't do. And then you put tiny little bit of the salt in there and it's bright purple.
- 13:48So it's like, okay, show me. Let's like my mind interested in my theories or my opinions.
- 13:54I'm interested in mathematical certainties that you can see visibly. Just like your body is visible.
- 14:00You can measure your body. You can see where you're at. That you're a healthy guy. You can't pretend.
- 14:06So it's just like anything. You can't pretend to have this or that. Let's just get down to the
- 14:10basics of what's the truth. And then you access that. So it goes good, great, greater. And
- 14:16greatest is up here somewhere. So to frame that, what happened with me is I was clueless. I
- 14:22realized 22 years ago that I was clueless that everything I thought I knew was harming me.
- 14:29It was false information. And I had to be led to people. I couldn't find them because I,
- 14:38you know, in the middle of all that chaos when I was really sick, and this is a really important
- 14:42point because everyone can use this very thing. I woke up one morning in the middle of all that.
- 14:48Knowing I didn't, like I couldn't go to the doctors. There was, they couldn't help me.
- 14:52And I knew there were millions of people in the natural hall space, but I didn't know anything
- 14:57about it. And I knew that it was going to be good, great, great and greatest. And so I just simply
- 15:03knew I could never find them. You could have given me $10 trillion, 22 years ago. I would have found
- 15:07nothing. It wasn't about the money. I asked to be let out loud. I just said, I owe loud. I'm
- 15:14asking. I know that you know the exact people in this earth who have the highest level knowledge.
- 15:20And if you would leave me to them, I'm not demanding anything because you can't demand anything.
- 15:25It has made the request. If I am led to those people, if you will leave me to them, I will do whatever
- 15:32it takes, which is a pretty daunting thing to say. Like, what does that even mean?
- 15:37Right? So the first thing I said, I'm willing to suffer as much as is required. That's a pretty,
- 15:43that's the worst one, right? Man is tough. Yeah. Yeah. I'm willing to spend as much time, energy,
- 15:48effort and money. I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I'm no longer going to discriminate against
- 15:53anyone from my opinion, what I think. I'm not going to judge by appearance anymore. If somebody has
- 16:00information that is valid and they might just have one piece of the puzzle, I am open.
- 16:07And I want to, if I'll receive it, I'll need to be humbled, right? Because I was very arrogant.
- 16:13That's why I was in the state I was in. I didn't even know that I was arrogant. I saw all those
- 16:17areas where I was. And so I just asked to be led. And that I was willing to do whatever it takes.
- 16:25So it was almost like, I didn't hear a voice, but it was almost like I did. It was like, yeah,
- 16:28we'll see about that. In other words, are you really willing to suffer? Because suffering is a part
- 16:34of it. Suffering is not because you have to suffer. It's because there's so much damage
- 16:41that in order to correct the damage, sometimes it's a suffering process to go through. And then the
- 16:45foot follows that as massive joy, right? But if you're not willing to like to do what it takes.
- 16:52So if you're shown, I'm told something, all right, I'm committed. I'm committing upfront.
- 16:56Head of time, beat me before I'm even shown. I'm signing a document that says
- 17:02that I'm willing to do it. As long as it doesn't break a natural law or hurt someone,
- 17:06I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Yeah, I'm just saying.
- 17:09Yeah, so that had to do a lot of those things. Fastings and, you know, just,
- 17:13I just did another gut reset. It was no fun, you know, but you know, someone,
- 17:18if God leads someone my way and the information is valid and scientific and it can
- 17:22be proven my health. So I can be a better father so I can do more of this and be more connected.
- 17:29I'm all in and it's not fun. You know, it's not fun. In this interesting, it took time. It
- 17:34didn't happen overnight. There was no cloud breaks and sun shining out. No, it was one of the time.
- 17:39No magic product. That's going to fix you. No magic GLP injection. That's going to fix you.
- 17:44Right. Right. And it was just like going up a step. So you're showing the first step. Are you
- 17:48going to do it? You okay? You've done the first step. Great. Now we'll show you the next one.
- 17:52Well, you didn't do that yet. You're not going to the next one. So it was people I met. You were
- 17:56one of them along the road. People who I just was connected to through synchronicities or just by
- 18:03in that work, once you're on the grid, you're going to eventually meet people and it's meeting people
- 18:07at the very highest level of that particular category because they are given a gift. That's their
- 18:13life research. That's what they're doing. And then what was really weird was in the last 22
- 18:21years, some of the people I met that has a massive knowledge and certain things that helped so much.
- 18:28And I was able to receive that information, implement it, get the results. And because I didn't come
- 18:34up with anything, and I can't take credit for any of it, I was shown all these things. I just kept
- 18:39curating and bringing all these pieces of the puzzle together. And then I would go back and share
- 18:43other pieces that I learned with these people who were vastly knowledgeable about that one or two
- 18:48things, right? And they were not open. They were like, no, and then they would get old and die
- 18:55because they were older when I met them because they had spent a whole lifetime. And I could name
- 19:00people like one at 57, one at 58, one at 68, one at 72, one at 71. I'm like, hold it, did they just
- 19:07die seriously? Why did they die? They were so knowledgeable because they only had a few of the
- 19:14pieces of the puzzle. That happens all the time. I see it. Some of my friends that have taught me
- 19:19like the power of chiropractic care and the nervous system, they weren't willing to do the other
- 19:23things because it went against their belief, their religion, if you will. And I get it, I understand.
- 19:28And that was their path, that's their journey, that there's all kinds of other ways for individuals
- 19:33to get well. And it can't just be one thing. It's a puzzle. Right. And it's a lifetime journey.
- 19:41It's a lifetime puzzle that you get to have fun. Um, once you get to a certain level of health,
- 19:46it's, it's still sacrifice. But it, you've done it once, you've seen the result. And it's just like
- 19:54a muscle you want to do more. And that's why I always tell people like if I'm doing a detoxification
- 19:58program, these new people coming in to like a program, I'll be like, look guys, it, at the bottom
- 20:04line is the first thing you need to do is love yourself. Like this is our first detox. Because if
- 20:10you don't forgive yourself, love yourself and know that you're special, know that you have a
- 20:13purpose, know that, you know, and start painting the picture of what your life's going to be like.
- 20:18All I want you to do, and typically, you know, I want you to avoid toxins, all these things,
- 20:22but I can get you just to do this one thing. If I can get you just to take the products, you know,
- 20:26because I'm big into true binders, it really works. So you're, it, it does work scientifically
- 20:32help support your body to detox. But if, if you don't just taking a product, it's an impossibility.
- 20:37If you don't love yourself, because it still takes effort, even to take some drops of
- 20:43side of detox, it's still effort. It's still sacrificed to some people. And if you're not,
- 20:48if you don't believe in who you are and you're letting toxic people beat you down and saying
- 20:52you're not worth it and you're the problem, it's not true. You know, we all have our part,
- 20:57our own self responsibility. I get it. I'm a very self-responsible person. But in order to have
- 21:03the spiritual and emotional energy, you have to choose you. And choosing you does take sacrifice.
- 21:10It's easier to stay where you're at, stay stock, blame everyone else, blame yourself. That you don't
- 21:15have the energy time, like we have all these excuses that we create, or I have to take care of my
- 21:19family. I don't, you know, whatever it is. But when you start choosing yourself and believing in
- 21:24yourself, and we talked about this so many different times and getting connected with, you know,
- 21:29the quantum Jesus, that quantum energy that you were talking about just asking, you get connected
- 21:35to that, to humanity where you're connected to nature, where you're connected to the earth and
- 21:39the planet and into God. Solutions start presenting themselves and miracles start happening in your
- 21:45life. That's what happened to you as you continue to share it with, with everyone today.
- 21:49Right. In the vision that I saw, which is a simple vision that anyone can see, is that a chain
- 21:56is only as strong as this weakest link. And you've got like 15 different operating systems working
- 22:01together in your system, in your body, that are all contingent to each other. And so each link
- 22:08is essential to support each other link. So if a link is weak, then you have some symptoms.
- 22:15If a link breaks, you pass away that day. It's over because you can't have anything's breaking.
- 22:21And so what was happening is people's links for breaking. And then that's where I realized,
- 22:25oh, we have to find out what each link is. It's got to be simple. Can't be some complicated,
- 22:31overwhelming thing. Right. And so God knows 100% perfect exactly how this human body works.
- 22:40He created a situation where we could be compromised and then to bring a contrast so we could see
- 22:45how to be healed. Otherwise, you'd never know what healing is. You'd never have that attribute
- 22:49being expressed to you. And you talk about love. So loving yourself. Well, I could love myself with
- 22:56my own love, which is partial. I could love you with my own love, which is partial. Or I can ask
- 23:03for perfect love that comes from divine force. Right. And I just say, like, I can't come up with
- 23:10perfect love, but I know that you are perfect love. And if you give me your perfect love, I'll love
- 23:14myself and love others with that. Just like forgiveness. I can forgive partially. Right. If I think
- 23:21somebody wronged me. Right. And oh, I forgive you. Well, those words are somewhat powerful. I could
- 23:28say them. But did I really, is it really the essence? Or I can say, well, I know that I can only
- 23:34partially forgive. But there's perfect forgiveness, this unconditional. If you give me your perfect
- 23:40forgiveness, I will give that to you. So if it comes to me, it will flow to you. And that's perfect
- 23:46love. Because perfect love, perfect forgiveness, cassoed all fear. All right. And the only thing to fear
- 23:52is fear itself. People fear death. They fear rejection. They fear poverty. They fear, you know,
- 23:58being put in the shelf. I mean, they fear whatever separation. It's just a complex. When you're
- 24:06when you have perfect love flowing to you, because you asked for it. Right. And then you are giving
- 24:12that. Wow. Everything changes. And this body, this temple, we got to take care of it. It's our
- 24:19responsibility. I can't take care of your body. I could support you, share things with you. But
- 24:24you're the one ultimately taking care of your vessel. Right. And then you're responsible for your
- 24:29family. You're responsible for people who you're sharing information with to help them support
- 24:35to take care of themselves. Because really, this is the self-care revolution.
- 24:39Yeah. So I think you make a really important point here in. And this is a toxicity. The
- 24:44toxicity of learning how to truly forgive and learning how to truly love ourselves. And it's a
- 24:51complicated subject. And I want to go here a little bit more because it's something that's I've
- 24:56been experiencing and trying to figure out. And and I've noticed that when I'm in prayer and in
- 25:04meditation, and when I'm connected, you know, everyone will just call it God, you know, I mean,
- 25:11that's that's what I believe. I think there's this perfect love and it's good God energy, right?
- 25:16I think it's available to everyone. I don't think there's a you don't have to qualify. I just
- 25:21think you have to get quiet and listen and and ask, right, or just get quiet. And what I've noticed
- 25:29is that the world wants to judge the the world wants to get even the with the people that do
- 25:38wrongdoings. All the movies show that right. All the books show that, you know, there's a bad guy
- 25:44and the bad guy must be vanquished and killed. And then now you experience safety and there's no more
- 25:50fear. But what I've found is that all those things happen. I don't label them judge them. But when
- 25:58I'm connected to God. And I feel perfect love and perfect forgiveness for myself. That's where I
- 26:04experience it. I'm able to have reciprocity with all the things that I'm fearful of that I'm
- 26:13angry about. And all the people that harmed me. But when I'm connected to God and met prayer
- 26:20through meditation, how so many people do it differently. I like to use breath work techniques
- 26:25because it drops me into sympathetic into a listening state so much more quickly. It's obviously
- 26:30good for so many different things. Sick like sign. You can look it up. Harvard studies. But what
- 26:34I found and I talk about on all these podcasts and Mel Robbins isn't even talking about it now
- 26:38and and Hubert is talking about it now. But this is this is, you know, called pranayama. This
- 26:44does been around for thousands of years to find a meditative state where you're connected. What I
- 26:49found is I start doing crazy things like forgiving people. Right. I do crazy things like not judging
- 26:56myself anymore. I do crazy things like sharing a frequency of love with somebody where I normally
- 27:02wouldn't do that. And then I see miracles happening. I see shifts. These circumstances, these
- 27:08synchronicities where people that I want to judge that deserve to be judged by their own mom for
- 27:16what they did to wrong me nasty things. And then asking them for forgiveness because how I
- 27:22reacted to you, the reciprocity that you deserved by my actions, even though they were legal, moral
- 27:28and ethical, I decided to ask for forgiveness multiple times now for how I reacted, even
- 27:34know it was moral, ethical, legal, saying you wronged me. You deserve this. Where's my?
- 27:41Mm hmm. Versus going, you know what? I'm sorry. I should have asked you what's going on in your life
- 27:49that was so horrible. And I know it must be for you make a decision that I know it's making you feel
- 27:55shame guilt. You have children. You have a family. You're married. You have a girlfriend. And to
- 28:00still make that action, you must be hurting. How could I help you? And in the helping and in the
- 28:07serving, and some people want to be helped, some people don't, it's funny how a blessing, well,
- 28:14one, the blessing of feeling free, one, the blessing of feeling more love. One is acting upon
- 28:20a gift that was given to you and giving it away. Beautiful synchronicities. Wonderful. But sometimes
- 28:26I found that someone who did something really wrong to you, you're still friends with them. And I
- 28:31have multiple friends and those people will still show up in my life and want to to bring love and
- 28:37forgiveness and good things my way. Because now they're like, holy cow, how did this guy do this?
- 28:43I didn't do it. Just like you said, it was because I got connected because I got connected to the
- 28:49main, the pipeline of forgiveness, the pipeline of love, the frequency of it that flows like a river,
- 28:57but you have to tap into it. I know it sounds super esoteric and weird, but man, let's, let's just go
- 29:03there. And you believe in this stuff. And you're one of the first people that I found probably seven
- 29:09years ago or six years ago, show me the experiments with plants and how they have frequency and
- 29:14song, frequency and song in plants. And now, of course, it's all over the internet. It's all over
- 29:22Instagram showing these songs and frequencies and how they talk to each other. And they have
- 29:26symbiotic relationships with them. I horizon you and all this stuff. And of course, we're injecting
- 29:31the planet with things that kill those very connections, breaking down the connective network
- 29:36in the earth with our synthetic nasty chemicals. Like life is a, we can go on and on. Let's talk
- 29:43about some of those more esoteric things that you're actually, I would say you've spent a lifetime
- 29:49during your suffering, reconnecting with nature and yourself and with others.
- 29:55Right. Well, you're tapping into the heart of the issue without any pun intended. Yeah. Because
- 29:59you're talking about heart math, heart frequencies. The frequency is aligning with what is true,
- 30:05with love to the brain, like through the breathing. And people who are out of sync, they are
- 30:15therefore to sync with themselves, therefore they're out of sync with you. So I can only love you
- 30:20as much as I love myself. I can only love others as much I love myself. And getting into that frequency
- 30:27of the perfect love, which is available to us. If we know that it is, it's not just say, I believe,
- 30:33no, I need to know that I know that I know that I know. At the depth that that love is available
- 30:38to us and that we are to receive it, it's there. And then we tap into it. Like you said, when you
- 30:44meditate or you pray in that space where you've got your equilibrium between the heart and the
- 30:49brain, now it's the heart communicating straight up to the quantum realm. And you know, it goes
- 30:56back to the words where it says, overcome evil with good. Don't repay evil for evil. But evil
- 31:01wants you to repay evil for evil so it can fight you more. If you repay evil for evil, then more
- 31:07evil is there, right? And it keeps mirroring it more and amplifying it till you got a massive war.
- 31:13So overcoming evil with good seems like, what are you talking about? Love those who hate you?
- 31:19Do good to those who, despitefully use you? Really? It's like mischievous impossible. No,
- 31:24this is actually totally a real thing that that's actually what we're doing. It's like if I'm
- 31:30going to fight my body, we'll be all angry at the medical. Right? No, I'm here to love my body
- 31:37and find out what my body needs to be supported because it will self-heal. Now so the toxicity goes
- 31:44in the spiritual realm, right? In the in the mental realm, emotional, physical, financial,
- 31:50environmental, and domestic. Those are the big realms we live in. Yeah. There's all kinds of
- 31:56forms of toxicity in there that we have to purge with truth with all the good stuff. We got so
- 32:02much good available to us. Yeah. So much good. It's amazing, right? When you find out, hold it,
- 32:07for every problem, there is a solution. For every issue, there is a challenge. And it's a
- 32:16challenge. This is happening for you. Like, you and I have been through a lot, right? So,
- 32:20you know, whether it was business or family or whatever, but that was for us. It wasn't,
- 32:25it wasn't happening to us. It's happening for us. I just had a, we just last podcast guest,
- 32:30Drew McManus, sat saying abuse, sexual abuse, all of it. It happened for me, not to me. I wouldn't
- 32:37have these beautiful songs that are reverberating into eternity, essentially leaving a legacy of
- 32:43transformation for people, right? Without that suffering. And it's so hard. And, you know,
- 32:49I have friends like this, this child was abused and it was my kid. And there's the, there's the
- 32:54parent that will forgive the abuser. And there's a parent that's living in rage. And they're like,
- 33:00how can you even question this person deserves to die? Like, there's those two contrasting things.
- 33:06But as spiritual beings, and most of America, I would say, is a God-fearing Christian belief structure.
- 33:15It's funny. A lot of the teachings of Christ were not really applying them the way they should
- 33:20be applied because of man's tendency to want to pay for a wrongdoing. And it's just this,
- 33:28this weird tendency. It's not, we've created it, right? I'm just like, we create all kinds of
- 33:33things. And I'm not judging any of it. I'm just saying it is what it is. It's all part of the
- 33:38path and journey. It's an evolution of who we are as a nation, who we are individually. But my,
- 33:45you know, my challenge to everyone listening today is question things that you've been taught.
- 33:51Question the current spiritual toxicity that you may be under. Question this, the current
- 33:57toxicity of not just your environment, your home. I'm asking you to question it.
- 34:02I'm asking you to question this. Plastic, everything made from chemical actually safe for your body.
- 34:07Right. Right. I'm asking you to question that. So let's talk about one of the big ones,
- 34:11like underwear. And I want to come back to the more spiritual stuff with you. But it's funny.
- 34:14Like, I have this idea, like, we're convinced that this plastic underwear is safe. And maybe we
- 34:20wash out the initial smell of the chemicals when you pull out the package. It smells like chemicals.
- 34:25Your senses are saying, ooh, this is gross. What is that? I'm going to wash it and it off
- 34:30gases a bit. You're off gassing your underwear. But do you realize it's going to off gas for the
- 34:34life of your underwear? It's made of 100% chemical. If it's a 100% polyester, no cotton blend,
- 34:42right? With complete synthetic nasty dyes bound to that forever with, you know, there could be
- 34:47a hundred different chemicals in there. And is that okay? So I'm asking you to question all those
- 34:53things. So when I'm saying question, some of the spiritual things, you may have been told something
- 34:57that was off. And there's another way, a better way. And I found that it's even though it was
- 35:03scary because of my old belief structures. I'm like, ooh, do I am I banning myself? Am I banning
- 35:08how I was raised? But this worked for me then. But it's not working for me now because I don't feel
- 35:14that connection anymore. And like, I want more, maybe question where you're at and see have another
- 35:20level of connection. There's no, to me, if my intention is to be loved more by this God's
- 35:28source of energy, if that's my goal. And how is that? And I'm doing that because I want to serve
- 35:34humanity more because I want to be able to forgive more because I've gotten the taste of this,
- 35:39this cosmic beauty, not in a weird way. I like, I haven't done a lot of weird stuff like this is
- 35:45my journey. I'm so excited about it because I just keep getting closer and closer to what I
- 35:52believe is the source of all healing, the source of all health. And it really starts with understanding
- 35:57that there's this love energy, this healing energy that's available to all of us if we take the
- 36:02time to listen. And so I want to ask you this question. We were taught in basic anatomy,
- 36:09basic biology that we have a four chambered heart. I don't even know if you know the answer to
- 36:14this, but you talk about knowing you, you probably do. And a heart was these four chambers. And that's
- 36:20all it was. Is there something more to our heart? Keep talking about our heart and our mind. And the
- 36:26reason I say this to you, because when I'm in a meditative state, and when I'm around someone like
- 36:31you, I can feel in my heart. I can actually feel in here, like I can feel. And it almost like my
- 36:41heart aches. So these things like my heart aches for you, that feeling and peeling off that layer
- 36:46to be connected. Is our heart just a heart to pump blood? Or is there something different about our
- 36:52heart that maybe unlocks some people to question? The narrative of, is there something more to our
- 36:59five senses? Is there something more to our anatomy? I'm just asking. I'm not an expert, but
- 37:04you might know. Yeah. Well, I found out that the heart is broadcasting. Broadcast
- 37:10significantly distance out from your body, depending on how much light has been allowed to shine
- 37:16through or how much darkness you've got already your system. Can you measure this? You can measure
- 37:20it through your, you can measure, you can measure it through here. So you'll know how much
- 37:24darkness is in your heart and lungs by treating this part of the body with the classical Chinese
- 37:30medicine. All right, you can use your hand, or you can use a special tool to tell you right away.
- 37:35And so when you get rid of that, because there's an energy, there's a physical thing you can see,
- 37:41and then there's a spiritual energy to it, because you're a spiritual being living in a physical
- 37:46body. I think everyone can agree with that. Right. Now, if the spirit that is keeping your
- 37:50lights on right now leaves your bodies on the ground and you're, you the soul is now on your
- 37:55next journey. You're instantaneously in a different spirit body. That's not physical. As soon as
- 38:01your body passes, right? So you know that the body is just that the physical things you can see
- 38:08and measure are the physical part, but the quantum part you're a quantum being, because you'd be
- 38:14standing right there looking 21 years old. Perfect. Could could even hug somebody on the other side
- 38:19in a spirit body, but you're not your physical body's laying there. So you know that there's
- 38:24so much more to your physical being with you living in it, because your body's not you. You know
- 38:30that? No, I mean, this is what I'm asking you. But it's a part of you. And I found out that my
- 38:35body was not me, of course, because I always thought, well, I this, I that, me this, me that, no,
- 38:40and I was referring to my body. I was mistaking my body from my soul because I am the soul. Oops.
- 38:46No, so then my body was trying to run the show. And it was going to die because it was addicted
- 38:51to fast food and it was toxic and it was all messed up. But that was somehow connecting to my spirit
- 38:58being, making me make all these bad decisions about feeding myself a number four Wendy's every day.
- 39:04And not even know I was addicted until I tried to stop. So we see these energies, these spiritual
- 39:11things. Then there's the dynamics of entities. If we have a weak portal, if we've been toxic,
- 39:17if we've had damage, that's a portal for an entity. And you've seen with people sometimes,
- 39:22you know, for sure it's not them. They did something that that was so out of character. So
- 39:27where did that come from? Came out of the left field. So that's an entity that was able to get
- 39:32in through the heart in the mind and cause this person to do things that you can't even imagine
- 39:38that they would do that. Then you realize it's not them. That's all part of the that you
- 39:43talked about judgment earlier. So people think judgment is a bad word, but it's actually a really
- 39:48good word if you define it correctly. Judgment is just discernment. That's all judgment is
- 39:54discernment. Yep. It's just an actual, it's an absolute. So if I am judging you incorrectly,
- 40:00if I'm judging you based on my opinion, what I like, what I don't like, right? But I love
- 40:05what I hate. And I'm putting you in a category. That's the kind of judgment that's an error.
- 40:11But if we know that there's a perfect absolute judgment, then we'll always be sure to be true.
- 40:16Like if I went to a blacksmith shop and I put my thumb on the anvil and it took a five-pound
- 40:21sledgehammer, you can judge immediately and say, Ian, if you think you're a T-gong master and you
- 40:26can smash your thumb with that sledgehammer for 10 minutes for the five-pound sledge,
- 40:31you're not going to have a thumb. That's a for sure, right? It doesn't matter how much I tell you,
- 40:35I can do it and not hitting up your hand. So these are absolutes. And that goes back to the
- 40:40absolute law, this irrevocable of sowing and reaping. You plant seeds, you're going to get that
- 40:47harvest. If you like weeds coming to suck up the water and all the nutrients, it's going to harm
- 40:52the plants, right? So it's the nurturing, it's the planting good seeds, nurturing those seeds all
- 40:58the way through. Whatever it is you're doing, whether it's spiritual, mental, emotional,
- 41:01physical and so on. And having that energy come in, that's now where you feel that person's heart
- 41:09because it's clear, physically clear, but also spiritually clear, because I might have a different
- 41:15words that I'm speaking, but I'll have a different motive in the background. You've got to be able
- 41:19to discern that. You know, not sure if that's really real. You know, have you been through the
- 41:25fires? Because when you go through the challenges and the like I call them firewalls,
- 41:29where you're going to be humbled, right? Because you thought you were doing the right thing and you're
- 41:33not doing the right thing and you're now going to find out what it is. You go through the firewall,
- 41:38you're going to have all this darkness, all this dross, all this useless material burnt out
- 41:44so that the valid material can now shine through. So then we show up better and better and better
- 41:49who you really are. And what you're here to do, because you have a purpose, you have a mission
- 41:54on this earth. Amen. And you have a series of super gifts that you have to find out what they are,
- 42:00because I guess not for you. I guess for everybody around you, and when you find over your gifts
- 42:04are and you're letting those gifts manifest fully, not for your own self-aggrandrism.
- 42:10No, for the inspiration of others, for the support of others, for the uplifting of others,
- 42:17and they may admire what you're doing, but it's really for them. That's so powerful. My wife says
- 42:21that to me all the time and it actually brings me to tears because sometimes we don't even see
- 42:25our own gifts. She's like, Weren't you not even see your gift? Because I'm still in judgment of
- 42:30myself still trying to be perfect, still have a ego, right? And the more I found that I'm satisfied
- 42:39in my soul, the more I'm willing to be like, you know what? I'm going to let more of that out.
- 42:45Like I want to that spiritual gifting. It's almost like you're over there being prophetic for
- 42:50everyone listening today. It's like you have something really special, and you know that your
- 42:54gift is listening to this right now. You might be gifted at gift giving or whatever you're doing
- 42:59it out of ego because it makes you feel good, right? Which is good. I'm not saying, you know,
- 43:03what we live on this planet, we do have egos, right? But when you realize if you can get further,
- 43:09if you can get the classic saying, get out of your own way and realize that your ability to
- 43:15whatever that is, if you can do it for humanity all the time, it'll be this endless loop
- 43:23of creation, right, around you because we're created beings. And it will bring life to the planet
- 43:29or bring life to those around you. And I think that's ultimately underneath all the noise of all
- 43:34the chaos in everyone's life right now. If we could focus on that, I think we wouldn't need,
- 43:42there wouldn't be a, we wouldn't need presidents and all this stuff we'd be able to create
- 43:46something really special. And I know it sounds like it feels like I'm from the 60s. I mean,
- 43:50and I'm not, but you know, I'm just saying like there's, I think there's something to what you're
- 43:55what you're saying. And I'm agreeing with you, although with a lot of it's, that's why I love
- 43:59talking to you because I'm always learning stuff from your wisdom, from your travels, from your
- 44:04deep diving into spiritual issues. And I love that you have, you're bringing out the spiritual
- 44:09laws of sowing and reaping. It's very simple. And every faith, belief, color, race can believe on
- 44:18the law of sowing and reaping. And it comes out everywhere in every ancient text there is,
- 44:23including the Bible, right, which most of the viewers here are probably more familiar with,
- 44:28but it's a spiritual law of sowing and reaping. And sometimes in that sowing and reaping is part
- 44:35of the someone's journey because there's going to be a consequence for that. But that consequence,
- 44:41if used correctly, if you're trained by that discipline, another, it's like Ephesians, Ephesians 5,
- 44:496, or 7, you know, God disciplines those he loves, you know, sort of thing. But it's a,
- 44:54it's a discipline that wipes out the dross of, of that's darkening your heart. And if you can
- 45:02remove that and shine more brightly, everything kind of compounds starts going the other way. And I
- 45:10just feel, even since the last time we spoke, we've spoke about these things. And as I, and I
- 45:18not even close to being what I need to know yet, but it's interesting. A lot of things you shared
- 45:22before that were kind of challenging. I'm like, freaking Ian was right about that, you know, because
- 45:26you were further along in that path than I was. And maybe even then I judged you incorrectly,
- 45:32right? I can't remember if I did. I was pretty open to, like, you give a rip. But I'm just saying
- 45:37that that kind of happens in life. It's like you judge someone and then you wind up agreeing with
- 45:41them six weeks later. So just be careful if you're, it's just a wasted energy that you could be
- 45:48using into bettering your own life versus wondering trying to challenge some other soul to be like
- 45:56you because that that's, that's a fool's folly. You could only be responsible for you, right? And
- 46:02and how you show up in the world. So let's talk about the heart a little bit more. It's ultimately,
- 46:08it's a muscle. It's created in a really special way. Let's talk about the anatomy of the heart,
- 46:14how it pumps. It's actually a big long vortex sheath of energy of flow inside of your body that
- 46:27puts out a massive frequency. I think you can even measure it with like, oh, totally with photography
- 46:33and stamina through the year through the year you can measure, you know, the heart rhythm, right?
- 46:37No, I don't. Yeah, you just hook it here and you can see which quadrature and if you're into
- 46:42the red, the yellow or the green and the green being in parasympathetic, you know exactly what
- 46:49frequency you're in and then you train your body to get in there. So if you're in parasympathetic versus
- 46:54sympathetic, you can't, you got it, you need both, don't you? Definitely. Yeah. The sympathetic is
- 47:00where you're out there and the people say sympathetic stress. It's not unless you get stuck in
- 47:06sympathetic, but you need a sympathetic energy to get out there and get everything done. That's
- 47:10when you're having fun, laughing, getting all the stuff done during the day, you got to get done
- 47:15and then you want to be immediately able to go into parasympathetic. So you want to drop into your
- 47:20parasympathetic and your sympathetic is where you have symptoms, I guess, is that what you're
- 47:24doing? Well, that's where you're just getting things done. They're so important, but your body's
- 47:29ability to resiliently go between the two. What happens in this age is everybody gets stuck in
- 47:33sympathetic, it's not careful and then you don't get deep enough sleep. You can't get into the
- 47:38meditative state, your mind is racing, you're stressed out, right? And that's where that's the
- 47:43silent killer. We could actually end up taking you down. It'll kill you and it actually kills
- 47:49heart cells. So you're, you mentioned the heart and the heart is kind of to 10,500 kilometers
- 47:56of cardiovascular tubing. And in that tubing, whether it's a thousand five hundred kilometers,
- 48:01that's a thousand sixty five hundred miles. Sixty five hundred miles because, you know, we're
- 48:05here in the U.S. So it's like these five hundred miles. Correct. Of veins and arteries and
- 48:14capillaries. Yeah, arteries, veins, capillaries, which is the microcirculation. And there are
- 48:20billions of pulses per minute that are happening. So you've got your your BPM of whatever is you
- 48:26know, 60 or 65. But all the way through every like all the way through into the microcirculation
- 48:34area is literally billions of pulses every minute. Yep, every minute. And it causes all moving
- 48:39it through. So it's hearing from the heart. The heart is like the command central. And every bit of
- 48:45it is connected. So you could put frequency into your wrist like this is one of these wave watches.
- 48:51Yeah, yeah. So that puts the frequency in here. And that every 60 seconds, your body pumps
- 48:57every speck of blood to every cell every 60 seconds. You pump 7,200 liters of blood a day.
- 49:04This is like, whoa, that's sophisticated stuff. It is. Right. And you're you have a hundred square
- 49:10miles of surface inside your lungs. A hundred square miles. How do you fit a hundred square
- 49:15miles into two chunks of meat? Well, God created it where they have these microscopic alveoli's
- 49:21which is all that the little tiny tube tubules that when they opened up the lungs and measured them,
- 49:27it was a hundred square miles. Whoa, okay. And that's instantaneously bringing all the oxygen
- 49:33in the nitrogen and the pollutants, all the nano razor blades into your lungs and instantly
- 49:40transferring it into your body and the blood carries it very efficiently to every cell.
- 49:45So when your mom formed your body in her womb, you were filled with whatever she had.
- 49:50So you came up, started with a lot in there. And then you breathe and eat and drink and do those
- 49:55things and absorb through your skin. All these nano razor blades are your life. And that's why
- 50:00people's hips and knees are wearing out because they're abrasives made of tire dust, brake dust,
- 50:05ash fault dust, concrete dust. And it's going a mile and a half above the highways,
- 50:11it's measured with helicopters in 20s. Oh yeah, it's one of the things that I don't know why it's
- 50:14like more people don't get all mad about it. Like your rubber tires are dissolving at the change
- 50:19of every couple of years, whereas a dust going, it's not, there's no safe air in the world.
- 50:26Not anywhere. And it's blowing over all the fields, onto all the food, onto all the water,
- 50:30loaded with heavy metals, mercury lead, obviously all the aromatic and hydrocarbons,
- 50:37polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pHs. This is a thousand aliphatics.
- 50:42A thousand, this is a thousand things in the air that we're breathing. And so we have to
- 50:46remove that because if you're accumulating more than you're, than you're eliminating,
- 50:52then you're going to get behind the eight ball. You're going to, you're going to have a buildup.
- 50:55So you got to be able to get out whatever comes in today through whichever means you've got to
- 50:59get that out. If you've had a buildup because you didn't know you had to get it out and you didn't
- 51:03know how to get it out, then you have to get that accumulation down to a manageable amount. You
- 51:08can't stop the air. We're not going to be stopping cars anytime soon. Well, not that we know of
- 51:14or airplanes flying over all like this stuff. It's just construction alone. What's that producing?
- 51:20So all the, he mentioned all the hydrocarbons. So, but you have to manage it. So what comes in
- 51:26today leaves today, and I got rid of all the accumulation, but you visibly see it leave.
- 51:32There's no question of where there's leaving is visible. And once it's gone, you know it stays
- 51:39gone. So I'll give you an example. When I thought I was going to be the guy who would get nothing out
- 51:45of this part of my body when I did the classical Chinese medicine, because I spent at, you know, at
- 51:50that point 10 years. Yeah, a decade. Yeah, of really detoxing. That was in November 1st, 2017.
- 51:57That was the day. And when I saw, oh, you mean if you're good, nothing's going to happen. No pain,
- 52:03no swelling, no marks, no, no, no, nothing. Cool. On that guy. So I started, I did the treatment.
- 52:09I only have my hand that day didn't have this. So it takes usually three treatments of 10 minutes
- 52:15to get it all done over the course of weeks. But the guy said, goes hardness fast as you could.
- 52:21So I actually remember, oh, I was going to do, I was going to do whatever I was told. So he did
- 52:25his hardness fast. I could for 10 minutes within 30 seconds. It was on fire. I had five black dots
- 52:32that showed up like a little smile within and that really upset me because not all the darker
- 52:38the color, the worse it is. And when I kept going, it got darker and darker and swallowed up.
- 52:43And it was the most tortures thing I've ever done to myself. And it blew up. So I wasn't the best.
- 52:51I was the worst. And I just was wow, after all that. And I said, what's going on? And that took
- 52:59a week to drain within a day. My arm was dark gray from my wrist to my shoulder. And I was down
- 53:07to Florida. I had to wear long sleeves. And I did this with on my right side, my liver,
- 53:11gallbladder, spina, large intestine. Did that? It was worse. And then I just got a pair of
- 53:16short-sided to the back of my knees the same day as hard as I could for 10 minutes each. And they
- 53:20blew up. That's pancreas and kidneys. You're a wild man. Well, but it was like I was being shown
- 53:26something. I knew in my gut that this was probably true. But I could only know it's true if I actually
- 53:31did it. Yeah. And so that that's where we really find out the truth. Now I could go for an hour,
- 53:37two hours. It doesn't matter here, but we're almost 10 years later, right? I think it goes
- 53:42long as I want. And nothing happens because there's your scientific methods hard to believe,
- 53:46right? I still I like to call it the slap method. I still like you told me about this. And I'll
- 53:53probably at least seven years ago before I were 2019. Yeah. So I think it was a traffic conversion
- 54:01or something like that where you know, a bunch of people go and hang out in California and talk and
- 54:06go to meetings and you're walking around slapping people. And I'm like, I want to try this.
- 54:11I'll go buy a slapper online. You're like, go ahead, you can buy a they're all over. And it's
- 54:17something so simple, but it's, you know, scientifically it makes sense. You know, you're bringing
- 54:21attention. You're bringing, uh, hormesis, you know, to that area and, you know, stem cell production
- 54:28and things like that. It would it would make sense scientifically. For sure. And then it just heals
- 54:32all the joys. Your body heals it. This doesn't heal anything. Yeah. Your body does all the healing,
- 54:37but you're stimulating it. You're using percussion frequency and vibration that goes back to that
- 54:43heart energy, communicating through that part of your body to the heart, to the brain, and is saying,
- 54:50hey, we need help. And we might help you right now. Like I had serious shoulder injuries on both
- 54:56my shoulders and both my knees and both my knees and my shoulders are in perfect condition right
- 55:03now. And they're going to remain there. I get literally I was a broken old man at 60, broken.
- 55:09How do you know? 68. You look great. Yeah. We're just getting started. We're just getting
- 55:14started. We both said that. Like I, when I was, I was sick in my 20s, my late 20s. And I'm healthier
- 55:23now than I was then in each and every year. I get healthier. I get more energy because I'm still
- 55:28on this journey. I'm still healing from all of those those traumas to my body. And so it makes my
- 55:34life exciting. Once you know what to do. So it's interesting that this, you know, I don't want to
- 55:40make this this podcast about the the slapper. But it's it's almost unbelievable that bringing
- 55:48attention to a joint to a, you know, a chakra, a ancient Chinese medicine. The original Chinese
- 55:55name is PIDA PA IDA. And that's just a term that they use for percussion. So they did this for,
- 56:02I mean, oh, this is thousands of years. Well Chinese cultures, one of the most ancient, if not the
- 56:07most ancient culture that's continued on a lot of these ancient cultures haven't. Right. They've
- 56:13self-destructed. Yep. That's right. So a lot of the information was lost. And you know, one of the
- 56:19biggest elephants in the room that I found out recently. What's that? It's like you're going to
- 56:24laugh at this for a minute. I would say it's the biggest elephant in the room. And it's not fun.
- 56:32In 1912 to 1985, there was very in-depth study done by real scientists, real medical people.
- 56:41It started with a my-lard reaction being discovered in 1912, what it is. The my-lard reaction. My-lard
- 56:47reaction. My-lard? My-lard. Yeah. M-A-I-L-L-A-R-D. My-lard reaction. Yep. So French term. And by 1945,
- 56:57it was discovered that, hey, that is not good for the human body. So we better do some deeper research.
- 57:03From 1945 to 1985, it was completely conclusively proven scientifically,
- 57:09and mathematically, and medically that the my-lard reaction is extremely bad for your body
- 57:15because it caused something called AGS, A-G-E-S. Right. And that's advanced communication and
- 57:22products. Right. Exactly. And then that ties into rage, R-A-G-E, which is the receptor that every
- 57:28human has receptors all through our body to receive the advanced communication and products,
- 57:34which then starts to cross-link all your cells one at a time with glucose, proteins, and fats,
- 57:42cross-linking, turning you into basically a plastic being as a best way to describe it, or
- 57:47you're gluing yourself to death. And it is as simple as how the food is prepared. You know,
- 57:54I went through every diet in the world. You can imagine. Yeah. Forget there. The diets are a
- 57:59total distraction. It's not about diets, because the perfect diet for you is the food that works
- 58:04the best for you, not for me, for you. And obviously you want to be clean and you want to do it,
- 58:09but food prep is essential to make sure that you're not filling yourself with the ages.
- 58:18Because as soon as you start doing that, you're going to be gluing yourself to death. You are
- 58:22going to glue you to death, right? And if you don't watch, one of the biggest tests right now
- 58:29is fasting insulin. It's not the stupid glucose thing. I don't care what my glucose is. I only
- 58:37care what my fasting insulin is, because if my fasting insulin levels will not change rapidly,
- 58:45they take a long time to get into the level. You need to be below five. If you're not below five,
- 58:51you're into insulin resistance. Doctors will tell you anything below 18 is fine. That is total
- 58:56false information. I'm running at an average of 3.3 at all times. And I know exactly how to do that.
- 59:02That's just simple. There's protocols. It doesn't cost money. It costs less money to do it
- 59:08correctly. And so when you know your fasting insulin is below five, you're not going to be having
- 59:14any self-induced advanced glycation and products being produced by you. And it's as simple as
- 59:21just simply the food you cook goes into a pressure cooker. That's it. And there's no advanced
- 59:28glycation in products in a pressure cooker because it's in a moist heat environment. It retains
- 59:34the beautiful nutrients of the food. It takes a very short time to cook, right? You got to just
- 59:39make sure you get the best cooker, right? You know some cheap piece of crap. But if you
- 59:45air fry, stir fry, pan fry, deep fry, roast, bake, barbecue, you are going to be flooding your food
- 59:56with advanced glycation and products. And when you eat them, you're going to be gluing yourself
- 1:00:00to death. And that's where all disease is coming from. It is the biggest elephant in the room. Why?
- 1:00:04Because every recipe book, every restaurant, every food scientist is very deeply knowledgeable on
- 1:00:11the Mylar reaction to make sure that they put it in there because that gives you big dopamine
- 1:00:15release when you eat food that are full of advanced glycation and products.
- 1:00:20Well, they are carcinogenic. We know that. And they're they're oxidative stress. I'm scared of
- 1:00:25them, but I always make sure I offset with herbs and rosemary to counteract a lot of those ages
- 1:00:32because you're right. I mean, if you eliminate that, when you steam stuff, you're knocking down
- 1:00:38the oxalates, you're preparing foods the way the ancients would have. For the most part, if you
- 1:00:44look at ancient cultures, they really knew how to prepare food to eliminate this Mylar reaction,
- 1:00:49which I'm still not sure what it is, but so can you explain what the Mylar reaction is a little
- 1:00:56bit more? Yeah. So is that crispy, crunchy, full mind-blowing, ultra-palative experience you have
- 1:01:03when you eat food? That's the Mylar reaction is the experience of dopamine spike. That's right.
- 1:01:07And because you're making like an emergency food scientist came up with this. They measure it.
- 1:01:13They measure it. Oh, man. They want it in there. That's really what makes that stuff sell. That's
- 1:01:17what when you're driving by a restaurant, you know, the restaurant zone in the city,
- 1:01:21in the evening, and you smell all that amazing stuff that makes your mouth water. Yeah.
- 1:01:25That's the Mylar reaction. That's all of it. That's all it is. And it's the barbecues and the grills
- 1:01:31and the baking and the roasting and all that kind of stuff. So it just it lands you in a position
- 1:01:37where it's up to you as much as you want. You go to a French chef and he will tell you,
- 1:01:41are you joking? You're not going to talk to me about the Mylar reaction. I will dig my own
- 1:01:47grave with my own teeth. I would never sacrifice the pleasure of eating food with the Mylar reaction
- 1:01:54to lengthen my life for what? Do you think I want to stay here longer? It's hard enough as it is.
- 1:01:59I'm not interested in extending my life. I don't I will I will go down in flames
- 1:02:05enjoying the Mylar reaction. That's and that's their that's their position. It's okay. That's their
- 1:02:10thing. It's their body. They don't answer to me. But you know what happens? When they get the
- 1:02:16disease, when they get the time to come, they're going to be taken out. They wish they wouldn't.
- 1:02:21And they do care. They care a million times more than they realized because now they are going to
- 1:02:25die. They were careless. You know, so people can be careful or careless. I want to be full of
- 1:02:32care for myself and for you and for everyone who I served. Because I'm here to serve people.
- 1:02:37I'm not here to be served. You know, when you and I surround ourselves with people who are like
- 1:02:41us who are just here to serve others, we're automatically served. It's easy too. Yeah, for sure.
- 1:02:48So it's serving with truth. And the truth will hurt up front a little bit, especially if it's
- 1:02:53contrary to what a person believes to be true. Because belief is the is the enemy of of reality.
- 1:03:01Because I might believe something is one thing Warren, if you tell me, hey, Ian, blah, blah,
- 1:03:06and I go, ah, that's BS. That's one thing. But if I say, hold it, I'm the exact opposite. And
- 1:03:12you know what you just told me was true. And I'm deeply, passionately believing something
- 1:03:16that's the total, not true, right? That's very dangerous. That's called a massive form of
- 1:03:23unbelief, which you would call sin, right? And so then the attributes of the unbelief are the
- 1:03:29actions that I would take. Oh, I can drink alcohol. I can do drugs. I can do with it. No.
- 1:03:35You're going to, no, you're going to harm yourself. It's not even on the menu anymore. It's just
- 1:03:41off the menu because the found out that I can't willfully harm myself once I find out. You know,
- 1:03:47it's like the sodium reaping of 46 years old. I found out that unknowing to me, I was allowing
- 1:03:54all these terrible seas to be planted in my life. What was I doing working in the ultra for 17
- 1:03:58years to start with? What was I doing? Not knowing about lead? Come on. Where were you? I was insane.
- 1:04:05And so I had this super ugly harvest that I had to harvest, just like you did at 25. You had
- 1:04:09this harvest and there was no getting out of harvesting it. I couldn't suddenly go, okay,
- 1:04:13well, I'll change everything today and it's going to go away, right? No. You better stop planting
- 1:04:19those seas today and don't let any of these seas blow in either, right? And you got to reap every
- 1:04:25spec of that. And then you got to plant good seas, which is going to take six months to 10 years
- 1:04:30to get the harvest from that. So it's like this total transitional time. I had to go through a massive
- 1:04:35transition and suffering and joy and more suffering and more joy and the more the suffering
- 1:04:40the greater the joy. And so now we got joy. Yeah, well, I love how you explain that too. It's,
- 1:04:46it is sewing and reaping. So by making decisions for your health, we talk about this non-toxic
- 1:04:51that all the time. You might say, that's crazy. I'm just going to enjoy my life and drink all my
- 1:04:58toxins and breathe all my toxins because it's just not worth it. Well, you're going to, there's
- 1:05:04solid science that fragrances lead to diabetes, lead to cancer, lead to hormone disruption.
- 1:05:12That is a law that you cannot avoid. Some of us are more resilient and other depending on so many
- 1:05:17different factors. Obviously genetics may, what mom put into you, but you're going to reap with
- 1:05:23those toxins cause. There's these toxins cause these things. That's one razor blade, right?
- 1:05:30Right. Just the fragrances that you're breathing. Sure. You know, if this wood was made of fake wood,
- 1:05:35it would have be loaded with from out of hide and other vault organic compounds and clues because
- 1:05:40it's cheaply made. It's not real wood. This is real wood. I had to pay extra for it. Right.
- 1:05:45But you're going to breathe those on top of that and then your carpets are full of microplastic
- 1:05:51nylon particles that you're going to breathe, more razor blades, more toxins. You're going to
- 1:05:56reap that or you can start planting seeds of change in your life and start reaping the harvest
- 1:06:07of what nature has to offer. Talk about the frequency of birds, the sounds of bees, the smell of
- 1:06:15flowers, these things work with our anatomy, with who we are to bring life and not steal it. These
- 1:06:22aren't razor blades. These are healing modalities and they're free. Just like your slappers free.
- 1:06:29You don't have to pay for joint pain. Again, I've seen you slap and everyone online,
- 1:06:37just slapping people around some of the greatest health influencers out there and
- 1:06:41they're convinced. I've got to look up Ian and how he likes to slap people around but it's a
- 1:06:48free tool and it's funny. You're not making any money from it. It's just like, hey, this actually
- 1:06:54works and you've got to try it for yourself to find out and it does hurt. It does hurt.
- 1:07:00The treatment doesn't cause pain at all. People go, yeah, right.
- 1:07:06Are you telling me no? No, it doesn't cause pain and I was like, hold it, that's stupid.
- 1:07:11Because as soon as you start, it gets super painful. What do you mean it doesn't cause pain?
- 1:07:15It doesn't. It manifests the pain that is in you and when that pain leaves and that part is
- 1:07:21healed, you come back a year later, five years later, ten years later, do the same treatment,
- 1:07:26there'll be no pain. Therefore, that treatment doesn't cause pain. That is mind-blowing.
- 1:07:30That's the thing. It's a paradox. It is a paradox. Oh my gosh. This is why you run around
- 1:07:35there. You're always blowing people's minds with what you do. Let's talk about five free
- 1:07:41health modalities that everyone could do to help improve their their life, their health, their
- 1:07:44energy. What would those be? Well, first of all, mechanically getting your body to get trained
- 1:07:51to go from sympathetic to parasympathetic because this is one of the other big elephants in the
- 1:07:56room. If you're stuck in sympathetic, you'll know because you can measure it now. There's
- 1:08:00four quadrants where you're stuck and you want to be signed up in the middle. What you do is you
- 1:08:07lay on your living room floor. You can do it on your bed. It's easier on living room floor.
- 1:08:12Put a towel down. Lay down with your butt up against the front of the couch. The bottom of your
- 1:08:19legs from your knees to your feet are resting comfortably on where you sit on the couch.
- 1:08:22Yeah, like at a 90 degree. Yep. And you're laying there on the ground and you are training your
- 1:08:27brain that is everything is safe because when you're in sympathetic mode, your flight or fight,
- 1:08:35you're familiar with the flight or fight. Yeah. The largest blood vessels in your body are in your
- 1:08:40thighs, which are giving oxygen to the flight or fight muscles in this part of your leg.
- 1:08:46Your legs because you want to run away. That's right. So the awesome. 15% expanded. That means that
- 1:08:51you've got most of the extra blood down in the legs, not in the gut or the head. You wanted the
- 1:08:56gut for digestion. You wanted the head for thinking. You're not thinking too much when you're running
- 1:09:02from the tiger. So what happens is people have that get expanded. When you lay there for 30 minutes
- 1:09:07for 14 days straight, you do it every day for 14 days. Don't miss. If you miss a day, you got to
- 1:09:13do it for 14 days because you're training your brain. Don't do it more than 30 minutes. Pick
- 1:09:17around the same time of the day. When you're laying there, pretend you're on a jet plane going to
- 1:09:23some Tahiti island or some place where there's no phones, no computers, nobody's going to be bugging
- 1:09:28you for two weeks. It's called the Tahiti pose. What you're doing is through gravitational force,
- 1:09:35the blood, even though the blood vessels are still expanded fully, the blood is now in the gut,
- 1:09:40in the torso and the head, and the brain is like weird. The brain's monitoring blood here and
- 1:09:47here when everything's expanded and they've done clinical trials on this testing and testing and
- 1:09:52testing hundreds and hundreds of people and found out that in 14 weeks, you're snapped out of it.
- 1:09:58Now you're resilient. You're total personality changes. If you're stressed out in simple,
- 1:10:02that expresses like rubbing an engine up and holding it there, what happens if I come and stress
- 1:10:06you out more when you're rubbed up? That good. Yeah, you start burning the motor. Well, you'll snap.
- 1:10:11Yeah, right. That's why we snap at our children. I noticed that like when I'm if I go to
- 1:10:16breath work, sometimes 45 minutes an hour, I'm so kind and the kids are blowing up. I'm like,
- 1:10:21it's okay, honey, you know, and just then they match that energy instead of me snapping and then
- 1:10:27they snap. I tell my kids this, I'm like, this is how it happens in the car, you know. First,
- 1:10:34the youngest one, my four year old, her engine, she's crying and lying because she doesn't know how
- 1:10:38to regulate her emotions yet. And then my next older one, she regulates a little bit better and she
- 1:10:45can't handle it. And this one gets into this one's head. And then when the two start going, the third
- 1:10:51gets into sympathetic, she starts getting upset. And then the fourth one, the most mature one,
- 1:10:57usually depending on this, sometimes I'm number one, sometimes I'll beat everybody to the punch,
- 1:11:02depending on what's going on in my life. But then I get upset. So it's, you know, but if we learn,
- 1:11:09if we all could stay in that relaxed state and know how to handle it, we can help this little one
- 1:11:15regulate her nervous system before it ramps up through our whole family. And I think that's a
- 1:11:21job of men a lot of the times is because I feel like that we need to we're not better at it,
- 1:11:26but I think one of the jobs in the family is just like, look, everything's going to be safe. We
- 1:11:30want to provide safety for our family. So we want to protect. Right. And so we can create that
- 1:11:36parasympathetic for our wives and our children. But if we're men and we're in this nasty
- 1:11:42avid engine running state, it destroys the whole atmosphere of the home. The family doesn't feel
- 1:11:48safe. And my wife used to yell at me about it and I didn't understand she's like, you just need to
- 1:11:52get out with your bad energy because you're disrupting the peace in the home because you're
- 1:11:57putting everyone, you're dragging everyone into your dysfunctional state. Right. You know,
- 1:12:05those those women are I mean, they're so wise. That's right. So that's number one. I just want to
- 1:12:10agree with you that that's a super, super powerful technique. 14 days clinically proven to drop you
- 1:12:16back into a parasympathetic, right? To be resilient to go resilient. You gotta be able to go back
- 1:12:21and forth very quick. But you get stuck in one man is it is dangerous for your health, dangerous
- 1:12:26for your family. Dangerous to just be around people who are stuck. Yeah. Good. Because they will
- 1:12:31snap and it's not really it's one of those weakness things, right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That's number
- 1:12:36one. What else can we do? Well, going back to using your hands. Oh, there's one thing that I
- 1:12:42didn't mention this part of this where you and I we can show it with a little picture. Mm-hmm.
- 1:12:47You can either get a massage table or just chairs without arms like without the armrests. Yes.
- 1:12:53You put them up against the opening where a door is. You put one leg up against the wall and
- 1:12:58one leg hanging down where you or it doesn't touch the floor and you put your arms straight above
- 1:13:02your head. You do that for 10 minutes on each side with your arms above for the full 20 minutes.
- 1:13:08And you switch sides. What that does is it connects your body to the battery charger in the sky
- 1:13:13like nothing before. It will charge you up because it's stretching the biggest meridians in your
- 1:13:19body which run through your hips and your shoulders. So it's a stretch. Now somebody who does yoga
- 1:13:25or things like that, they wouldn't they can just stretch it. They'll get a massive benefit
- 1:13:29if first they're already doing it. Yeah. Well, they don't do that stretch. They don't. But they're
- 1:13:34just limber. Yeah. So this is a position that was discovered that you hold for 10 minutes. You're
- 1:13:40totally relaxed. So you're singing a chair. One leg's up. One leg's right up against the wall. The
- 1:13:44other leg's hanging off the chair and then your arms and your leg on your back and your arms are
- 1:13:48straight above your head. And you're reaching for the sky the whole time for 10 minutes. Like,
- 1:13:53you know, full extension. Well, when I first did it, I was like like this and I was shaking like a
- 1:13:59dog crap and razor blades. I mean, it was like the Chinese torture chamber. It was in two weeks. I
- 1:14:04could do it without any pain. It was like this huge ship. What is it called? It's called legend L.A.J.I.N.
- 1:14:11The legend. I knew you'd know. First of all, yeah. And my heart will pound what I'm in that position.
- 1:14:19I mean, I'm not doing any exercise. But it's like boom, boom. It doesn't speed up. It just pounds.
- 1:14:25So you're hooking up to some. There's an energetic force in that position. It's powerful.
- 1:14:30L.A.J.N.
- 1:14:31L.A.J.N. Look it up. Yeah. And you should do it every day. I mean, that's like a, because you could
- 1:14:36meditate during that time too. You can get into the breathing techniques during that time doing
- 1:14:41your box breathing or your, you know, five in, six out. That's the other one. That's the other
- 1:14:45thing that you talked about earlier. The breathing is smooth into the nose. And it can be
- 1:14:51else. If you want to roll through the nose, but it's five in deeper, nice and smooth and smoothly
- 1:14:56transitioning to the counter six out. And you get to a place where you don't have to count anymore.
- 1:15:02Yeah. But within 30 seconds, you're into parasympathetic. Yeah. Box breathing is powerful. I talk
- 1:15:07about that in my book, actually. Not pranayama or cyclic sighing. I'm into that right now.
- 1:15:14I've been I've done box breathing, but or you can mix them. You can do box breathing for
- 1:15:1910 minutes. I like to do it longer because I feel like the longer I do it, the more
- 1:15:25it times I feel energy releasing my body. Right. Like you can feel it. It's interesting. You'd have
- 1:15:30to try it. But you, again, you're, it's scary. It's like it's something new. Like, you know,
- 1:15:35is it, you know, throw my leg in the airs like Ian's challenging you today with a couple things
- 1:15:40that I have to challenge. This is this to me is kind of scary knowing that your arm got like
- 1:15:46this and turned gray. And I have to push through the fear and let him slap me after this or you can
- 1:15:52do it yourself. I can tell you how to do it. You can do it yourself. I did all the treatments myself
- 1:15:56except for areas I couldn't reach because nobody else knew how to do it around me. And I just
- 1:16:00watched the video from the Chinese guy who rediscovered it. So you don't have to you can slap yourself
- 1:16:05totally. You don't even have to have someone else slap you. I like this. So what's that? So those
- 1:16:10are to get into your parasympathetic. Yeah, that's the three. So the three are parasympathetic
- 1:16:15in the legion of a gin. Now the slapping is a self-care thing too. Yeah. But for dental. So you,
- 1:16:22you want to make sure you're, you have perfect dental. That's the goal. And you do have to use
- 1:16:27a couple of substances. You mentioned rosemary. So it's a very special blend of rosemary,
- 1:16:32clove and thyme. And there's a very special form of iodine molecules in a gas form.
- 1:16:38And you simply use the one blend and toothbrush and the other one you do once a day.
- 1:16:44You put it in your mouth and you swish it for minutes. It's not oil pulling. You just swallow it
- 1:16:50afterwards but it goes molecularly in but it cleans all the bacteria that actually causes decay.
- 1:16:55It leaves a good one behind for the most part. Oh, yeah. No, it's totally. It doesn't bother the
- 1:16:59good ones. So it keeps your mouth biome. And then the other one is you have to have your sinus
- 1:17:04cavity perfectly clean. Now we can't talk about a product that works with sinuses because as
- 1:17:12soon as you do that it's called the medical claim. Okay. So we're talking about your airways,
- 1:17:17your nasal airways is big. Right. This whole area here goes across here before it goes up to
- 1:17:23the top of the head and goes all the way down to here. And what happens is in the toxic world we live
- 1:17:28in, you're breathing 98% of the earth through your nose except everyone doing a podcast for
- 1:17:33breathing through our mouths. But your nose is what puts the right temperature of the air but it's
- 1:17:39the filter. It's like a furnace filter as all these membranes, all these little hairs and it
- 1:17:44catches stuff. And then the storage capacity is up here. By the time you're 20 years old this is
- 1:17:49pretty full and it's full of stuff that's not good. So it took me 80 days to clean my whole
- 1:17:56cavity out when this I would have been this is 2016 when this happened so that I was 58 years old
- 1:18:02at that time. It took me 80 days three minutes a day during this little treatment that I did to myself
- 1:18:09or I laid my head upside down and I put this stuff up on my sinuses. This softened and cleaned
- 1:18:15and it went layer after layer after layer because it gets impacted. You know, 58 years of breathing
- 1:18:20you're going to get some pretty hard stuff and that would imagine you would. Yep. That makes sense.
- 1:18:25And after a month I started smelling oak and maple. It was like I was back in my woodworking shop in
- 1:18:311998. That's crazy. And it was layers of the oak and maple dust that had been built up in that
- 1:18:37year because I had this I actually owned a company from 1994 to 2002 but it was 1998 when I was
- 1:18:45exposed to a lot of the dust at that time because the business had grown and all this came out
- 1:18:50it took about a week to get rid of that and then it just kept more would come out in just waves
- 1:18:54of this stuff. And within a week I felt like I had a new head of my shoulders because think about
- 1:18:59this. People talk about the pineal gland, the third eye. Yeah. It's real. Your perception, you're
- 1:19:05you're picking up signals from the top of your head and straight forward between your eyes here
- 1:19:11and all that's just black soot. You get all that black soot all of a sudden you can just see things
- 1:19:16differently. You feel totally different. And ever since then I've had beautiful clean
- 1:19:23like once or while I tune up with this stuff right. So you're saying you literally by doing this
- 1:19:29for 80 days you're able to start smelling some of the toxic exposure that was 15 years old.
- 1:19:36Well all the stuff came out or no even right back to birth right from me first are on the earth
- 1:19:42and because it keeps it builds up your lifetime you got to clean it out. And if you don't all that
- 1:19:46talks of stuff keeps dripping down post nasal drip type thing down your throat into your lungs.
- 1:19:52You're going to you got to keep it like never thing to filter in your furnace in your house.
- 1:19:56You never do that. Did a lot of ancient cultures actually do that nasal cleaning? Yeah and there's
- 1:20:02things you can do you're like pulling your ear like you know the you know the motivational doc.
- 1:20:06No. Yeah check him out motivational doc he's a cool guy and he's got a huge follow and he'll say
- 1:20:11okay you pull your ear out and you pull your thumb right across that cheekbone that the bottom
- 1:20:16of your sinus and you will unplug your station tubes and you'll feel it come right up if you do it
- 1:20:22you do like that on both sides you really push when you when you do it and this plug it really hurts
- 1:20:27it doesn't hurt at all it's mine because they're completely clean mine hurt yeah yeah but you got
- 1:20:31to take your thumb and kind of really push on the other side like with my ear yeah yeah well
- 1:20:36mine are sore oh yeah yeah the camera guy's doing it now too that the whole I bet there's
- 1:20:41probably a bunch of people watching right now we're all but mine's really sore and I've noticed
- 1:20:44that like that shouldn't be sore I always thought that like why is my cheek sore up there and you'll
- 1:20:49notice that you'll have a drainage too and it makes total sense so there's these ancient techniques
- 1:20:54that have been developed over thousands of years of wisdom and then we're like gone throw it all
- 1:21:02out and let's spray antibiotics up our nose and steroids and all these chemicals instead of just
- 1:21:10learning how to drain our sciences properly based on millennia of wisdom how do we raise children
- 1:21:18we threw it all away and we listened to a bunch of medical doctors that had they didn't even
- 1:21:25raise kids they met have one or two kids of their own on how to discipline them how to raise them
- 1:21:30how to change their diaper how they should be born with throwing out all the ancient wisdom
- 1:21:37and then saying this is how how it should be done it's turned into a billing code in a disease
- 1:21:42drives me nuts so this is this is what I like about you and you're just like let's learn some of these
- 1:21:47ancient tools and let's apply them so that we can be healthy right and just think about the
- 1:21:53crib reform the olfactory nerves that are right in this area and they took the q tips and they
- 1:21:58stuck it up there for people's testing a few years ago that sure did yeah no that's called
- 1:22:03rape you got people got raped by a q tip anything enters your body is is a rapier doesn't have to be
- 1:22:10sexual you know nobody's allowed to touch you right and put something into your body unless you're
- 1:22:17into focus and there's a purpose and a reason for doing it for your health right so that area you
- 1:22:22got to get that all cleaned out and when you first do it when I first did this treatment I thought
- 1:22:28somebody had lit a wicking my head was going to blow up and that only lasts four or five times
- 1:22:34four or five days and then went away and then from then on it was just cleaning it was only 80 days
- 1:22:38because of the long how long I was alive so depending on how long you've been breathing and how
- 1:22:42you've been exposed to what oh we don't we want to talk about what I was exposed to I didn't get
- 1:22:47the msds like you did the material safety data sheets when I was an undergraduate doing research
- 1:22:53for my professors smelling these toxic compounds one time I did wind up getting the msds I'm like oh
- 1:22:59why I lost my voice oh highly carcinogenic attacks the larynx I'm like what have been nice for
- 1:23:04you to tell me that before I breathe this highly carcin highly carcinogenic like well causing cancer
- 1:23:10within a year like turbo cancer like yeah crazy so praise be to God that you know I'm still healthy
- 1:23:17and it was had this opportunity to detox so those are some of the things
- 1:23:21so what do you just because I'm curious what about my cyanoplasty because I had a deviated
- 1:23:27septums and people said that you could do breath work to change that I wasn't all kinds of other
- 1:23:33ways to do it I did the you know the the ballooning multiple times I've done cranial sacred I could
- 1:23:39not get it to correct naturally so I did a cyanoplasty is that dangerous because I did that of
- 1:23:47course they probably take some of my membrane away I mean it's fine your body will go back to
- 1:23:51as a original blueprint but you know just the right nutrition it'll it'll heal it'll heal but
- 1:23:56I the beautiful thing is as I can breathe at night without devices because I couldn't sleep at
- 1:24:01night without two different devices typically you know the magnets pulling my my nose apart
- 1:24:08other ones spreading my nostrils it was just miserable exposing myself to those you know medical
- 1:24:13glues and adhesives and I was starting to notice that my skin color was changing and I'm just like
- 1:24:20I gotta I gotta go so I you know I believe breathing is is healing breathing breath is life
- 1:24:28yeah so I want to be breathing through your mouth at night you want to breathe through your nose
- 1:24:31you gotta get that whole thing cleaned up and then the final thing the fifth thing would be
- 1:24:37make a declaration mm-hmm I am perfectly healthy no maybe you have a whole bunch of things on
- 1:24:44the list that says your body has all this stuff that's irrelevant you the being the soul the
- 1:24:52spirit being living in this vehicle you're cruising around it is perfectly healthy and you want
- 1:24:58your body to mirror you if your body has been damaged or toxic or whatever or injured
- 1:25:04it's it's a result of damage but that's not you your body's not you but you're just a part of
- 1:25:12you and you want to have a luxury sports car to cruise around it that's what you want for a
- 1:25:17body right totally finely tuned luxury sports car this resilient agile flexible mobile you know
- 1:25:24your brain perfect like perfect cognition totally centered emotions handling everything like
- 1:25:31this coming at you with every challenge I am perfectly healthy spiritually mentally emotionally
- 1:25:36physically domestically financially environmentally and that's a declaration and if I were to say
- 1:25:42anything less than that I'm doing violence to myself if I say I have blah blah your body is
- 1:25:48going to hear you say that and go you're talking about me we're talking about I don't want to hear
- 1:25:55that you know right then you get anxiety and fear hormones and all the things that will exacerbate
- 1:26:00the problem and then there's science to back that all up oh for sure yeah yeah like you know your
- 1:26:04this body talk so you want you want to remind your body that you love your body that you're
- 1:26:11here to take care of it if your body is acting up and wants to do things that it shouldn't do
- 1:26:17it has it's like a spoiled little child that needs to be corrected and the correction is going
- 1:26:22to be there it's just going to be no you not the boss I had to tell my body it was fired actually
- 1:26:28I said you're you're fired I'm taking over you can throw any tamper tantrum you want give me a
- 1:26:33splitting my green headache because it didn't feed to your garbage food go ahead I'm stronger than
- 1:26:38that because I was giving into my body constantly and so we can't let our body run the show we want
- 1:26:46to be sensitive to our body right we don't want to ignore it but we don't want to allow it to
- 1:26:52run the show because you're responsible for your body your body really doesn't always know what to do
- 1:26:56that is a spiritual principle have they call it in the Greek they call it the suki kas the
- 1:27:02whining child that wants to get what it what it wants and then they have the numa the spirit man
- 1:27:08the spiritual side pneumatikas and it can yoke and win out over this solish nature that
- 1:27:17time and time again if it gets its way and it's not under the yoke of the spiritual authority that
- 1:27:26you have over your body through the words that you say through what you believe if it's not
- 1:27:31yoked by that it'll run run rampant and convince itself that all the the bad sowing of seeds
- 1:27:38is the way it should go and it's not the way you should go because sowing good seeds bring
- 1:27:45it out bring about good fruit it's a spiritual natural law it happens everywhere when science
- 1:27:51tries to go against those laws by bringing in bugs that don't belong here to take care of this or
- 1:27:57animals to take care of this or you know just putting nature where it doesn't belong you have
- 1:28:03infestation of the wrong plant that's great over here but not in balance over there or if we take
- 1:28:09drugs then it puts us out of balance again or if we do glyphosate we destroy the soil and it's
- 1:28:14out of balance again so when you are we're sowing seeds right now that are going to reap a negative
- 1:28:21harvest you know if we don't make changes in our bodies and that's where we should start but we
- 1:28:26should also obviously be sowing good seeds into the to the planet and hopefully in time you know
- 1:28:34that changes because our we're connected so declarations we did declare that we are healthy
- 1:28:45financially spiritually emotionally domestically we're the rest physically physically and
- 1:28:52environmentally so this home even though it's not perfect may have some toxins I'm I'm still
- 1:29:01I'm still healthy this is a healthy environment I'm going to make it healthier but it's not going
- 1:29:06to win out would that be kind of the yeah that's right we almost like fake it till you make it in
- 1:29:11some respects because you do want to clean up your environment obviously we don't want to have
- 1:29:16carpet that's off-gassing padding that's we're sniffing right but we can't allow the fear of that
- 1:29:23to make us sick that's right everything starts with the spoken word so you're going to speak it
- 1:29:28and then it will manifest if you don't speak it then it won't it can't manifest right and then
- 1:29:34actions always follow the words yeah you know because words otherwise are empty and you never
- 1:29:38get into a fight with mother nature because you'll lose always every time yeah and you want to you
- 1:29:44want to be within the mandal are you free with the mandal brought set I am not so the mandal brought
- 1:29:49set and we got it kind of closes up but this is an important point that everyone finish with this yeah
- 1:29:56is a it's an equation that was discovered in 1980 that everyone should have heard about
- 1:30:01on on the news 24 or 7 until the whole world heard about it but yet nobody was told about it
- 1:30:06you have to find out about it and it's an absolute equation that holds permanently that has always
- 1:30:14existed any mathematician will discover it they're showing how to do it it's it is perfect in every
- 1:30:21way it has no beginning and no end has always been there you can it's called z equals z squared plus
- 1:30:29c is the formula these are complex numbers and it forms an image which you can I'll share with you
- 1:30:37yeah yeah okay and it is an important image because it it shows you that there is an actual
- 1:30:42absolute not because I said so not because you said so but because it actually exists and it holds
- 1:30:50a pattern that any number that is not inside the mandal brought set will explode to infinity and
- 1:30:57self-analysis to exist and every number this within it will hold a perfect pattern and you can
- 1:31:03take it looks like it's a spiritual being you can see it as an image that's created by the computer
- 1:31:10took fast computers to be able to see it right once you can see it then the faster the computer
- 1:31:16the more you can go in it has an infinite number of points within it and every point within every
- 1:31:20point has an infinite number of points within it and as you use the computer like a microscope
- 1:31:26looking at it it goes deeper into each point and has endless beautiful designs creating its own
- 1:31:33colors and all the hues and the patterns you can see the cardiovascular system you can see the
- 1:31:39sexual organs of a human being within it because we're reproductive beings there's nothing to do with
- 1:31:45sex or lust or anything like that right is to do with anatomy the leaves of it of a tree has all
- 1:31:52the veins the roots the branches it's all in there it's a fractal it's a fractal is the emblem
- 1:31:58of fractal geometry it's the emblem it's called the fingerprint of God for the eye of the universe
- 1:32:05it's superpower I've never heard of it yeah I had to find out and what is it called again the
- 1:32:10mandal brought the mandal brought the mandal brought set the mandal brought set is the finger of
- 1:32:15God yeah they're the finger print of God the finger print of God and the emblem of fractal
- 1:32:20geometry and the eye of the universe that's how it's referred to and it is an absolute is a
- 1:32:26perfect absolute so if you zoom away from it it can be infinitely zoomed away from and
- 1:32:32infinitely zoomed into with the screen on this little screen within 30 minutes is bigger than
- 1:32:37Salt Lake City you have to have a screen bigger than Salt Lake City to see it that's only in 30
- 1:32:42minutes and it can go infinitely bigger than the universe okay and it never ceases to replicate
- 1:32:50to more beautiful patterns and to more complex and it's all in perfect divine order it's absolutely
- 1:32:56perfect it's almost like omniscience right yeah omniscience and omnipotence yeah yeah because those
- 1:33:02two things are all tied in so that and we know that we're made of that stuff and when you look at
- 1:33:10it for an hour with a screen I did a test I looked at it for one hour it felt like it was just
- 1:33:14reconstructing my brain patterns because your eyes are the part of your brain and you're computing
- 1:33:20resilience of signals from from outside of you into this thing in here in your brain which is
- 1:33:28connected to whatever that's connected to right and so you're able to see this and comprehend the
- 1:33:35infinite the eternal because eternal is not a religious word eternal means no beginning no end
- 1:33:40always existed always will exist always as existed and it's not subject to time whatsoever and that's
- 1:33:46what I call the fingerprint of God because it's eternal both going forwards and backwards exactly
- 1:33:51this is quantum quantum stuff it's it's truly the quantum being man you always challenge me in
- 1:33:58with my thought and thinking you lean into to pain to suffering because of the joys on the other side
- 1:34:08and I hope that everyone sees your heart as I see your heart and knowing that the information
- 1:34:14you share is only from your experience you're not giving medical advice you're just saying hey
- 1:34:19this is what's really manifested joy in my life brought me back from the brink of despair and
- 1:34:25a life that wasn't being fully lived and now you're living a full life at the age of 68 you look
- 1:34:32great your energy is good you've always been an impressive human always loved your beard in your
- 1:34:36hair got man jealousy that more importantly you're a beautiful soul and I appreciate your openness
- 1:34:44and you're willing to share your wisdom and heart with the non-toxic living family we appreciate
- 1:34:51you and thank you for being a part of our family today yeah thank you for creating this amazing
- 1:34:57atmosphere and environment and space for everyone to be able to enjoy this and so you support so
- 1:35:03many people I love your work yeah I can't I I close me away you know that all these wonderful
- 1:35:10people get to come into our lives and we get to share this together and with with open with open
- 1:35:16arms and open hearts and open minds to to learn and to grow and to be challenged so Ian how can
- 1:35:23folks be challenged by you and get to learn more about you I know you have a pretty great
- 1:35:29Instagram channel TikTok channel things like that yeah on Instagram is Ian Clark activated
- 1:35:35and then in TikTok is just Ian activated and then we have we own a manufacturing company called
- 1:35:42activation products go checking it out he's always doing fun challenging things which is really
