Transcript
- 0:07Hello, America. Welcome to the Junto podcast, where we promote the practical
- 0:10applications of critical thinking and bold creativity.
- 0:15I'm your host, Edgar Mills. Thanks for joining us.
- 0:24Welcome back. All right. Today's episode, I think this is 83 we're on.
- 0:31In today's episode, we're talking about, we're talking about rape and we're
- 0:37not talking just about the headline, right? We know we are going to hit on this
- 0:42Cornell situation, but that's only to set the rest of it up. All right.
- 0:48So, Hey, don't go away. All right. Listen to this. Am I going to be preachy i don't know maybe,
- 0:55but we're going to look at some different processes here and some different
- 0:59thought processes and thought patterns and why why do we think the things we think when it comes,
- 1:08well to rape,
- 1:11and to a female's autonomy and all this stuff and yeah of course We'll talk
- 1:15about false rape allegations and that kind of thing.
- 1:20So back in October 24 in Cornell, she was a 20-year-old. And her name's out
- 1:27there. I'm not going to say her name. Her name's out there.
- 1:31She was out at a bar drinking and went to a fraternity house party. And...
- 1:41And says that a lot of dudes pressured her into snorting a substance,
- 1:48which they determined to be ketamine.
- 1:51And then she had a lot of booze already, and she drank more and smoked some weed.
- 1:57And she says she was sexually assaulted when she could not consent.
- 2:02And then in that civil suit, one of the guys sent out a Snapchat that said that
- 2:09there was free pussy. available.
- 2:12So more dudes showed up. So in, in total, there are seven dudes named in this, in this civil suit.
- 2:20And of course they deny it.
- 2:23And that's that, that later there was like all things, social media was a happy with,
- 2:33with the outcome because the outcome originally Cornell, they did their own
- 2:39Title IX investigation.
- 2:41Well, here we go. Anyway, and so that was 19 October.
- 2:49Well, on 8 November, three weeks later, she reported it.
- 2:57And the county, Tompkins County, which is where that is, district attorney didn't
- 3:05file charges based on what he had available based on the evidence available.
- 3:14Yeah he said that after reviewing and hurt and to describe drug use and all
- 3:20this stuff and then the sexual conduct was voluntary and conscious and all that so all these things.
- 3:31In later police reporting, well, the district attorney's office relied on the
- 3:37campus police initial report only.
- 3:43And in that transcript, it said that she was 100% sure she was raped.
- 3:52So either he selectively left that out or it wasn't available at the time.
- 3:58I don't know in the initial report, it seems like she said that,
- 4:02but anyway, anyway, Cornell did their title nine and, and some of the dudes got expelled.
- 4:11Some of them suspended the chapter, the fraternity chapter has been barred from campus.
- 4:19And, but one of the uproars was that the students, all they had to do was write an essay.
- 4:27And that was it but that was underplayed again social media gets a hold of things
- 4:32and twists it to whatever whatever narrative they,
- 4:38anyway so her lawyer said that two of the seven guys were expelled and the rest
- 4:45got lighter you know lighter sentences well that's not a sentence it was just
- 4:50punishment lighter punishment.
- 4:54Yeah Cornell said the narrative around the all they got was essays was just wrong it was just a lie,
- 5:04as of October 26 this month Cornell confirmed that two of the dudes named in
- 5:11the lawsuit are still enrolled in school and the girls no longer enrolled in
- 5:15school by the way alright so.
- 5:21She sued in mid-September of this year,
- 5:26she sued the fraternity house, the university, her sorority,
- 5:31because it was a sister sorority with that fraternity, the bar she had been
- 5:37drinking at, and the seven guys named in the suit.
- 5:42And so the district attorney reopened the case, apparently with new evidence,
- 5:47and said that he would take it to a grand jury.
- 5:52And he said also, though, that the civil allegations that she made look vastly
- 5:57different, dramatically different, I quote, dramatically different from her
- 6:022024 statement that she made initially.
- 6:06Her lawyer, of course, disputes that. Now there's a big hubbub around it.
- 6:10The governor of New York's gotten involved in it, and Attorney General Letitia
- 6:16James is now involved in it. So now we know it's a spectacle.
- 6:21Yeah. So anyway.
- 6:26Text discovery has emerged. So of the texts that went back and forth that evening
- 6:33and just the days and a couple of weeks after that, that rape, alleged rape,
- 6:42they make it a little more complex.
- 6:44It gets, it gets sporty now.
- 6:48Like a couple of days later one of the guys texted her hey that sorry about
- 6:53how things went down and he said his memory was kind of fuzzy,
- 6:59and he felt bad that him and another dude were too drunk to shut it down all
- 7:05right that that implies guilt a little bit right,
- 7:11and she replied well her memory was super cloudy too and that we were all drunk
- 7:17and none of the sexual stuff she said this on a text none of the sexual stuff was illegal.
- 7:26She wrote that she really liked being with him and matt and suggested that they
- 7:32they smoke you You know, they get together and smoke again,
- 7:36but leave out the like, I quote, but like leave out the extra 5 billion men and ketamine.
- 7:46Her lawyer said that the texts were, she was in denial.
- 7:52And then there's even further texts coming out where they went back and forth.
- 7:58She had planned, even after the alleged rape, to go to their upcoming Halloween party.
- 8:06Yeah, and I guess just before that Halloween party, she had been disinvited.
- 8:12So then texts went back and forth that she was upset.
- 8:18The woman will always get the short end of the stick. And I quote,
- 8:24y'all aren't my friends. Y'all are covering your asses.
- 8:29And then on November 3rd, she texted 90% of what happened that night was not consensual.
- 8:38That she had more ketamine than she could remember and that she felt uncomfortable
- 8:42and didn't know the men in the room.
- 8:46And she felt like a sex doll or a sex worker.
- 8:51And then a few days later, she reported it. And another text,
- 8:56quote, I think I'm done talking to you. I know you lied.
- 9:01About what? I'm not sure.
- 9:05One guy came out and i believe the the aforementioned matt came out and said
- 9:11i was too drunk to consent she raped me.
- 9:16Is he being genuine or is he just being a wise guy i don't know if a woman can
- 9:21be too drunk to consent can't can't a guy i don't know,
- 9:28he said he was too drunk to consent and that she sodomized him Ha ha.
- 9:36But the Snapchat, that's the one where they sent out on the group text,
- 9:43on the fraternity group text, that there's free pussy.
- 9:47And then some dude texts back, hey, is the shop still open?
- 9:51So anyway, we're not trying to adjudicate that case.
- 9:55Just bringing it out there because it's what came to the headlines.
- 9:58It's what's hot right now, bringing up rape.
- 10:01And furthermore, and the reason I'm doing it is because a bunch of celebrities
- 10:08are coming out talking hard about rape and all this stuff.
- 10:13And rape is also one of those constant hot button issues. It's always out there.
- 10:21And there used to be, well, we'll get to it. So anyway, elite institutions,
- 10:28Cornell or any other, there's been others.
- 10:34It's kind of a pattern that.
- 10:40The institution will try to either cover or protect,
- 10:46the perpetrators. because those perpetrators are probably, hell,
- 10:53maybe their parents are donors to the school or whatever.
- 10:56So that's a common thing. You can look back at other cases and see similar reactions.
- 11:04But that's not the only pattern, though. Rape, it crosses class or race or ideology
- 11:15or socioeconomic status.
- 11:19But,
- 11:22what changes across all those is the story afterward and the punishment afterward,
- 11:30and the political use afterward.
- 11:35That's what changes amongst these different classes and races.
- 11:39So when it comes from Cornell, it sounds different than when it comes from the hood.
- 11:45Yeah. So let's look at the affluent, the affluent white rapist.
- 11:54And like I said, Cornell just kind of is just using a template that Stanford
- 12:01has already used and others.
- 12:03If you guys remember Brock Turner, does anybody remember Brock Turner?
- 12:08Yeah he raped a an unconscious girl behind a dumpster,
- 12:15and and two other students eventually kind of tackled him and stopped him you know,
- 12:22but it was it didn't stop it from happening it just stopped it from continuing,
- 12:27and he got convicted of three felonies three felonies assault with intent to commit rape,
- 12:35sexual penetration of an intoxicated and unconscious person.
- 12:43And California's rape statute at the time to make it rape would be,
- 12:51was required penile penetration.
- 12:55So the word, the words on the conviction was a rape.
- 13:03Apparently he didn't penetrate her but but it said literally sexual penetration
- 13:08of an intoxicated person,
- 13:11and of an unconscious person dependent i guess with his fingers i'm not sure
- 13:17i don't know about that but does,
- 13:21ladies let me ask you does it have to be penile penetration to be rape,
- 13:30This guy, let's see. So the judge, Aaron Persky, gave this kid six months.
- 13:41And he served three of those six months. And his father, his dad,
- 13:48dear old dad, said, why should he be so harshly punished for 20 minutes of action?
- 13:56That's what he called it, 20 minutes of action.
- 14:00Like his kids just, just like, like it was consensual and everything's just,
- 14:05just harmless play behind the old dumpster.
- 14:10So yeah, the big thing was, oh my God, don't let him, don't let him lose his
- 14:13swimming scholarship. Nevermind this, this poor girl.
- 14:18And the girl asked the question, she asked the only adult question in this whole trial.
- 14:23And it was, if the first time offender, if it was a first time offender had
- 14:29done the same exact thing, except from a different, from a poor background,
- 14:34would descendants have been the same?
- 14:37Everybody knows the answer to that. Everybody knows. But everybody thinks they
- 14:42know the answer to that based on, well, poor people get screwed, rich people get over.
- 14:48Well, in this hyper-political world we're living in, there's plenty of poor
- 14:52minorities going scot-free for rape.
- 14:56But that's another conversation. Anyway, back to it.
- 15:00But that was a thoughtful question. It was.
- 15:04And the honest answer to that, what is the honest answer to that question? I'll tell you.
- 15:09It depends on what city you're in. It depends on what prosecutor you have.
- 15:15It depends on the politics of the moment. So she thought she was asking a good
- 15:20question, and it was a good question.
- 15:22The reality is, depends on the politics.
- 15:26Because even the crime of rape still gets sorted out by what team did it. That's the way it is.
- 15:37At Kansas University,
- 15:42a dude found guilty of rape did, in fact, have to just write an essay, a reflection essay.
- 15:53And the officials in that trial called community services too punitive.
- 16:00Never mind jail. Community service was too punitive. So University of Georgia.
- 16:07A guy from a connected donor family got probation and had to write an essay
- 16:15on alcohol and consent for raping a girl.
- 16:21And the victim in that case called it the freebie first rape for rich kids.
- 16:28Freebie first rape.
- 16:30So a university that punishes a guy by making them write an essay,
- 16:35I don't know, they love to use the word educational, right? Oh,
- 16:38it's educational. He's going to learn from this.
- 16:42And they like to use that in place of punishment. But punishment,
- 16:46I don't, education is irrelevant when it comes to rape.
- 16:51The parents, that's long, the education bit of that is long gone.
- 16:57Now you rape someone. And look, as we go through this, I'm going to hit all
- 17:02this stuff. But as we go through this, imagine you are a father of a daughter. Yeah.
- 17:10Or if you're a young college-age boy, man, imagine your sister.
- 17:16Now, you may have no respect for your sister. If you're a rapist, you probably don't.
- 17:20Or your mom, for that matter. Maybe you're just a woman hater, secretly. I don't know.
- 17:29Yeah. Colleges, write an essay, reflect on what you've done, young man.
- 17:34See you in class on Monday or sit through a lecture or workshop,
- 17:40you know, respecting women's boundaries, but you keep the degree,
- 17:44right? You stay on track.
- 17:47And what does the money do, right? Why does the affluence, what does the affluence do here?
- 17:52Well, it gets the power lawyer and it posts bail right the big money right you
- 18:00get five hundred thousand dollar bail easy peasy,
- 18:04and then that's where all this affluence and this connectivity with the upper
- 18:09crust you get the character letters from very prominent men,
- 18:14and then the family they will never ever use the word rape oh no oh he's a good
- 18:22boy he just made a mistake he just he just took it a little too far.
- 18:25Well, I just had a little too much to drink. It was harmless.
- 18:31Or he fell into, you know, he was just with some bad boys, but he's a good boy.
- 18:36And then the victim though, what is the victim in this?
- 18:40Not only is the victim a non-factor and irrelevant to their point of view,
- 18:46worse yet, they may even treat the victim as malicious.
- 18:51Like she's set these boys up for something and it treats the guy as the injured
- 18:57part of it. I'm speaking on proven rape here, folks.
- 19:00We haven't, we're going to get to false allegations. Don't worry. Don't worry.
- 19:06So look, affluence doesn't cause the rape.
- 19:11All it does is buy the story that minimizes the rape.
- 19:15Affluent white rapists don't get a free pass. They should not get a free pass.
- 19:24About the, the underprivileged, the minorities, poor black kids coming up in hood, systemic racism.
- 19:38Yeah. Affluent white dudes don't have, don't have a corner of the market on
- 19:43rape. It's, it's out there.
- 19:46It's out there amongst the whole population.
- 19:52In fact, you know, I'm not going to bang on this too much. I've done a couple
- 19:57of podcasts on the crime rates amongst the different demographics.
- 20:04And per population share, blacks are at a higher, like two times higher number
- 20:13of rape incidents per population share.
- 20:21And then when When it comes to rape, for whatever reason, for whatever reason,
- 20:27when it comes to rape, whites and Hispanics are in the same category and not
- 20:34separated. That's weird.
- 20:37Separated for everything else, but for the FBI counts, for that,
- 20:43they're in the same bucket. I'm not sure why.
- 20:49So black population 2.1 times their population share,
- 20:57so the if the black population is 13.7 percent of america they commit 29.2 percent of rapes.
- 21:11Population 0.9 times. So under their population share, whites make up 75% of the population.
- 21:21They commit 66.3% of the rapes that happen.
- 21:26And that's the biggest number, by the way, for total numbers.
- 21:30Just understand that just based on the numbers of humans.
- 21:34Asians are in this category. And mind you that white, it says white, but that's Hispanics.
- 21:41And whites and Latinos.
- 21:45So we get some disparity there. Asians are in here 0.4 times,
- 21:52right? So there's 6.7% of the population, 2.5% of rapes.
- 21:58And then you got American Natives, which is slightly higher,
- 22:051.2 times. So 1.4% of the population is Native. 1.7% of rapes go to them.
- 22:14So yeah, for whatever reason, FBI, white, white includes Hispanic, Latinos.
- 22:24And the various local agencies that did record ethnicity, 31% of the arrests,
- 22:33were Hispanic, had a population share of about 19%.
- 22:39So that's about 1.6 times. That's of the agencies that did report.
- 22:47All right. So I point that out to say that everybody's raping. Everybody's raping.
- 22:54Over the years, you know, the stats go up and down a little bit.
- 23:01It's not exclusive to affluent whites or poor blacks or poor Hispanics or whatever else.
- 23:10And the problem is that even though every poor black or every poor Latino is
- 23:17not a rapist, the newsrooms, the news outlets,
- 23:24refuses to report when they are rapists. They're victims.
- 23:28When they're a rapist, they're a victim. them it's political do you understand,
- 23:33a rapist is a rapist call him out doesn't matter if he's an illegal alien,
- 23:38or from the hood or from cornell doesn't matter a rapist is a rapist call him
- 23:43out why can't the news call him out they won't they'll spin it it's always folks when you start,
- 23:51Now, again, I happen to watch Fox 5 Atlanta local because I like Ron Gant and
- 23:59I think Elise Eadie is a beauty.
- 24:02Even then, their reporting is biased and you can hear it.
- 24:08Every story, it's got a little spin to it. And it's not overt.
- 24:13They just minimize certain things.
- 24:17Yeah, it's crazy.
- 24:21Got a poor black dude who's accused of rape and you're in a city well like atlanta
- 24:28like you might not even get the mug shot you know what i mean you might not even get the mug shot,
- 24:34but also what you're not going to get is a whole lot of people come out of woodwork talking about oh,
- 24:39the he was such a good boy had lost potential because when it's a poor black
- 24:43dude they've already written that guy off anyway and it's ugly it's true it's ugly and true,
- 24:50but that's that's how attention that's how the american public's attention works,
- 24:57if you get a rich white college kid you know it might catch a god dang front
- 25:02page he's all over the news brock turner and i agree Don't, you know,
- 25:09highlight that dude. Let everybody know he's a rapist.
- 25:12Now, can't.
- 25:16I don't get to it. In the same way that being white affluent does not excuse
- 25:21rape, being a poor black guy does not excuse rape.
- 25:27Racism, systemic racism within the system, all institutions are racist, does not excuse rape.
- 25:35If you rape somebody into projects, you cross the same lines as if you rape
- 25:38somebody at Cornell. The only difference is one guy's dad can hire a public
- 25:43relations firm and a power lawyer.
- 25:47The other guys can't. That's the only difference. But the selective outrage,
- 25:51folks, it's the selective outrage that's the problem, the next problem beyond the rape.
- 26:01Outrage that puts one rapist front page and then the other is just forgotten
- 26:08about. That's dishonest.
- 26:09It's dishonest reporting. It's dishonest analysis. It's dishonest whatever.
- 26:15Selective silence protects one and buries the other.
- 26:22But they both completely disregard Guard the victim.
- 26:27So don't use race as an alibi. It doesn't matter.
- 26:31Don't try to obfuscate the rape and deflect it to racism.
- 26:37You've done a heinous crime. It don't matter what color you are. The crime is the crime.
- 26:44To posture otherwise is just a double standard. That is all.
- 26:48To posture otherwise is just a double standard.
- 26:53Minority rapists don't get a free pass.
- 27:00Well, let's move on,
- 27:04the Islamist rapist. What do you know about them? What do you know about that?
- 27:14In Islam, it's not boys being boys. It's not some carefree, oh,
- 27:21we just had a little too much to drink action. No, that ain't what's going on at all.
- 27:28Some men, some of these men, And I'm saying Islamists, right?
- 27:32I'm differentiating between Muslim and Islamists.
- 27:37Islamists, they carry a theology,
- 27:43a deeply ingrained cultural code that already defines women as items for use,
- 27:53to produce babies, to clean the dishes and whatnot. Property.
- 27:58Property. That's what women are, essentially.
- 28:02They're the spoils of war.
- 28:05They are second class at best.
- 28:13These Islamists land in a host country, maybe a Western nation, somewhat free and open.
- 28:25Liberal, and that country is too scared of its own bad press,
- 28:34to enforce its own laws and to call out rape for what it is,
- 28:38because we don't want to offend.
- 28:41And that hesitation and that fear of calling it out is what exacerbates it.
- 28:47You got to shut that shit down.
- 28:50Yep, Britain, I keep bringing up England, they're grooming gangs.
- 28:56That's real. That shit's real.
- 29:01And out of those those groups it was the it was all mostly pakistani men who
- 29:08raped and trafficked thousands of girls working class white girls mostly,
- 29:16and their system the england It stalled out for years because they feared community tension.
- 29:28Well, I don't know. Cute little white girl walking the streets of Leeds at night
- 29:33might have a little community tension.
- 29:37She might be a little nervous, a little tense because eight dudes are following her looking all hungry.
- 29:49The rape was the primary crime for sure, but the secondary crime was the letting
- 29:55it happen, the complete lack of urgency and dealing with it over political correctness.
- 30:03Germany and Cologne and New Year's of 2015, 2016, New Year's Eve.
- 30:10There were little clusters of dudes from North Africa and other Middle Eastern
- 30:15nations cruising around raping women.
- 30:19It was a party for them. It was fun. It was a good time.
- 30:23Susanna Feldman was murdered.
- 30:26Turns out by an Afghan. Maria Ladenberger was murdered. raped and murdered, turns out by Iraqi.
- 30:35Asylum seekers, both asylum seekers.
- 30:38Oh, these poor guys, they're fleeing war-torn countries.
- 30:43Oh my gosh, they can do no wrong. They're such victims.
- 30:48Meanwhile, these two ladies were raped and murdered.
- 30:53Many of those dudes were rejected asylum seekers who should have been removed
- 30:58from the country months and months and months and decades maybe even ago, but they stay.
- 31:06And most of them invoked Islam. They, they, they said it. Oh,
- 31:10well, this is Allah's prize or whatever it is. Are they, are you,
- 31:14are you, you're supposed, you have to rape non-believe, uh, infidel women.
- 31:19A lot of them were just opportunistic, opportunistic, you know,
- 31:22predators, but in the name of Islam, it doesn't matter.
- 31:28That pattern got solidified in, in, in Europe and Westernized Europe,
- 31:35but it ain't confined to Europe.
- 31:41Islamists treat woman as a word called fitna, F-I-T-N-A.
- 31:48And that refers to women as being a temptress, right? It's a temptation to be
- 31:54suppressed, evil temptation. That's the way women are.
- 32:00That's why they got to wear masks and shit, burkas and niqabs and all.
- 32:05Is it the burka where you can only see there?
- 32:09So as not to tempt the men. heaven forbid the man have any self-control whatsoever,
- 32:15but whatever. That's another thing.
- 32:17Women are property for them.
- 32:21Again, spoils of war. Look at October 7th, the Palestinians,
- 32:25how much raping was going on before the murderers. Spoils of war.
- 32:30Look, folks, that's not diversity. I don't care what you say. That is not diversity.
- 32:38And calling it diversity basically just gives it tacit permission to happen.
- 32:44Hey, we know your culture is different. You can do your thing. Yeah.
- 32:49Now, look, I know most Muslim immigrants do not rape women or boys or whatever,
- 32:55but pretending that the ideology itself doesn't matter is disingenuous. It's wrong. It's a lie.
- 33:03And it's a lie simply told to protect failed policy enforcement.
- 33:12Rape is a controversial law. It should be illegal. It's illegal to turn a blind
- 33:18eye to it because of religion.
- 33:20Same with the Catholics, folks. Same with the Catholics.
- 33:24To turn a blind eye to it because of religion, it's disingenuous. It's wrong.
- 33:31And who suffers? The rape victims. Yeah, the rape victim.
- 33:36And what causes these Muslim rape cases to go public, to go live?
- 33:42It's when it's a convenient political football well it's we we've got a we got
- 33:47to show that the borders it's a moral issue yeah sure.
- 33:53Or it gets suppressed because we have to highlight that white fraternities are
- 33:58the rapists not the muslims it's political football that's why they get highlighted or suppressed.
- 34:06The common thread, again, it strips the victim of any dignity, any considerations.
- 34:14They just use the victim as convenient,
- 34:20as it gets attention for whichever political side that the victim is convenient for.
- 34:28So the Cornell Snapchat saying free pussy is the same exact thing as the grooming
- 34:35gang, except it's just in a different language. That's all.
- 34:39That's it. Different accent.
- 34:44Muslim rapists don't get a free pass. Well, speaking of the border,
- 34:50what about the border to the south?
- 34:56Immigration from Latin America and South America does not automatically make
- 35:01a man a rapist. Of course it doesn't.
- 35:06And oddly, it probably makes him harder to remove if he does become a rapist.
- 35:13Because why? Because what I just said, it becomes a political weapon.
- 35:18It becomes politics. there's some high profile rape cases in America that happened
- 35:25by illegal men who should have never been here or who should have long been removed,
- 35:31that is a good political argument to have but,
- 35:36the rape argument has to be settled first and the vetting argument and all those
- 35:41things we let criminals we do let criminals in,
- 35:46with criminal records and then they And then they repeat whatever their crimes
- 35:53were in Honduras becomes their crimes in America.
- 35:57Criminals are criminals. Rapists are rapists.
- 36:01If you are a rapist in Honduras, you're not going to magically hit American soil.
- 36:10Be a rapist. So yeah, it is correct to indict vetting and deportation policy. It is.
- 36:21It needs to be looked at. We need to take care of our people.
- 36:25We need to take care of our people.
- 36:28But even then, you got illegal men raping illegal women.
- 36:33I'll get to it in a minute here, I think. But they're a wimp.
- 36:36Well, I'll get to it in a minute.
- 36:39So the same people that howl about the white privileged fraternity rapists,
- 36:45they go quiet when it's a freaking illegal immigrant. Right.
- 36:49The noble and the noble immigrant who just wants to come and make a better life for himself.
- 36:55They get they get freaking quiet on that. It's disingenuous.
- 37:00It's dishonest.
- 37:03And Latino men. Right. Citizen and non-citizen. Again, we looked at some of
- 37:09the reporting agencies, and they commit rape at about one and a half times their population share.
- 37:18And why? Well, we all know that the Latino, there's a machismo culture that
- 37:28treats women's refusal to capitulate as an insult.
- 37:32It hurts the ego because they are macho that's where the freaking word came from.
- 37:41Chisma, that is just another form of entitlement, just like the frat boys.
- 37:49They feel they're entitled to the woman's goods, to the woman's treasures.
- 37:56It's the same entitlement. And why? Why do they, well, poverty,
- 38:01gangs, alcohol, all those things provide opportunity for rape.
- 38:05It makes it easy because what's the woman going to do?
- 38:10Nobody cares about her. Thank you.
- 38:14Very true in the human trafficking, the cartels trafficking people across the
- 38:19border, because a lot of them are for sex.
- 38:24So a man who will violate the autonomy of our nation and our borders,
- 38:31and then turns around and violates the autonomy of a woman, is a big, big surprise.
- 38:39But yeah, he's committed two crimes.
- 38:43But there's a third crime happening he hasn't committed the third crime the
- 38:48third crime is the state that let the shit happen just like england just like germany,
- 38:54the failure to stop these things the failure to get ahead of these things the
- 38:59failure to harshly punish these things.
- 39:03And yeah the rape is the worst of it all but the state letting it happen just
- 39:08exacerbates it So the state letting it happen feeds the fuel for the worst, which is the rape.
- 39:16Illegal immigration, whatever, man. We can work through that.
- 39:21We can send them home. We can put them on a program. We can do whatever.
- 39:26You can't undo rape.
- 39:29And again, when it comes to the political talking points, that's it.
- 39:35She's just a prop. The victim's just a prop to either support,
- 39:39you know, oh, we need the wall or, oh, look, xenophobia.
- 39:44Oh, look, nobody cares. Whatever. Whatever the propaganda, whatever the political is.
- 39:50But this poor girl, whoever it is, still has to go sleep at night in her abused body, her used body.
- 39:57And that chips away at her psyche. It chips away at her peace.
- 40:05And then pretty soon she's not living her life she's just in constant turmoil and.
- 40:15Get a free pass.
- 40:19Immigrant rapists don't get a free pass. All right, there's another group out
- 40:24there I wanted to highlight.
- 40:25Now, we talked about affluent white frat boys.
- 40:28Affluent white frat boys.
- 40:31Well, the logical extension of that, as they grow older and become successful
- 40:38in whatever their desired field is, is now we have the executive rapists.
- 40:46This isn't exclusive to a color, a race, executive rapists.
- 40:53We've got the Harvey Weinsteins, or Weinsteins, and we've got the Jeffrey Epsteins, and we've got the P.
- 40:59Diddy's, Bill Cosby.
- 41:05Enormous wealth, enormous success. And those all happened to be,
- 41:12well, Epstein was, Jeffrey was.
- 41:16I just now hit me that those were in the entertainment industry,
- 41:18but Epstein was not because there's the political class too.
- 41:23When I say the executive rapist, I'm talking about the financial elite.
- 41:29And yeah, it is a logical progression of the frat boy. the frat boy rapist who
- 41:35never gets caught who never is held accountable he'll go on to be the executive rapist,
- 41:42and this executive rape culture this ain't this ain't some sophomore jock that
- 41:50got drunk and took it too far type shit this is a process,
- 41:58it's a process you know they got their assistant who's who's scouting,
- 42:06they they hand out hotel keys to select people they got non-disclosure agreements,
- 42:14if you're a dude with a non-disclosure agreement when you have relations with
- 42:18a woman You're running with the wrong crowds, man.
- 42:23Payouts. Everybody carries on about Trump with his payouts. Nobody remembers
- 42:29Clinton with his payouts.
- 42:32And furthermore, shit, probably half the women Clinton screwed around with got murdered.
- 42:41They don't talk about that. Trump, Trump, Trump. Payouts. Hush money.
- 42:47Clinton probably had a whole other bank account just for hush money.
- 42:54Laundering. They do it just like money. They do these things to highlight,
- 43:01but they're out there being shady in the darkness.
- 43:06They got the casting couch. Can you imagine trying to be a young starlet,
- 43:12trying to get into a Harvey Weinstein produced film?
- 43:16They got private islands. Yeah. You think Epstein's the only dude with an island?
- 43:23Do you think Jeffrey Epstein is the only dude who had a private island?
- 43:29And how are these men able to do the things they have? Money,
- 43:32right? It's easy to say money, and that is correct, but that's just a piece of it.
- 43:38You got executive boards and board of directors, and you got studios, and you got,
- 43:46well, District attorneys and very, very glossy magazines and legacy newspapers
- 43:53who are scared to call these men out because they won't get,
- 44:00their donor money.
- 44:03They won't get their preferred invitation to the party.
- 44:09And when I think about these men that I'm talking around, I'm thinking of Hollywood
- 44:14and I'm thinking of Washington, D.C.
- 44:19Well and New York City too but so we talked about the affluence of the college
- 44:26frat boys you know when you get to you get you know you get an essay,
- 44:32and you're and you're clean you're good records expunged,
- 44:36that's not what the money does at this level,
- 44:39the money at this level buys humans,
- 44:42it buys time,
- 44:44it buys silence, the hush money,
- 44:49it buys, yeah, time, the statute of limitations.
- 44:54You know, Bill Cosby, I'm going to do a side road here.
- 44:59Bill Cosby was what I would consider to be one of my young mentors.
- 45:06I've been watching Bill Cosby. He was on I Spy. It was a show in the 60s called
- 45:10I Spy. And it was an action spy show.
- 45:14And it was a buddy show. It was two partners, Robert Culp and Bill Cosby.
- 45:21And they did spy shit. And it was awesome.
- 45:25And Bill Cosby, his character, Scotty.
- 45:31Was the moral compass of the show, I'd say.
- 45:36And then the early 70s, mid-70s, the Junkyard Gang, man, I watched it religiously.
- 45:45I loved it. There was always a lesson.
- 45:48Bill Cosby, man, trying to relate a good moral foundation to the hood. Loved it.
- 45:58And then never mind the Cosby show. You know what I mean? America's dad with
- 46:03his sweaters and whatnot.
- 46:09He was slipping drugs into women's drinks, taking them up to the hotel room and doing business.
- 46:18His conviction was vacated based off an old boy, good old boy, greasy handshake.
- 46:26One of Weinstein's convictions got overturned and then kind of got locked up in a deadlock.
- 46:36And his i think only one of his trials is only just concluded this september,
- 46:43when was the hashtag me too thing when was that that was that was a decade plus ago,
- 46:50and one of weinstein's cases just wrapped up this september,
- 46:56money buys you time jeffrey epstein did not commit suicide he died in custody
- 47:03what did money buy Well, money didn't buy him anything.
- 47:07Money bought his death so that he didn't rat out anybody else.
- 47:11Well, money either bought his murder or it bought his body double relief, whatever.
- 47:19The conspiracies are plenty, but we haven't heard from him.
- 47:25Only money can make this kind of situation exist.
- 47:32So yeah that that's an indicator right that power works both ways up there depends
- 47:38on which side you happen to come down on and who you happen to have dirt on,
- 47:44but yeah sentencing it can get delayed and indefinitely until the man's too
- 47:50old or sick or just dead you can outlive your goddamn trial if you got money,
- 47:56or until the story doesn't make headlines anymore and just fades into obscurity one or the other.
- 48:06On this between the college frat affluent rapist and the executive affluent rapist.
- 48:16The psychology is a little cleaner because the executive, he's not going to
- 48:22say, oh, it was a mistake.
- 48:24He ain't going to say that shit. He don't make mistakes.
- 48:28The executive feels as though he's owed.
- 48:32This girl who comes into this office, she knows what goes on in this office, and she's here for that.
- 48:39And if she doesn't know it, that's her problem.
- 48:42The young starlet who's sitting on the casting couch, she knows what that couch is for.
- 48:48He feels like she owes him that as a tribute.
- 48:53That's just the price of getting into the film.
- 48:56That's the price of getting the executive job.
- 49:01They reckon that she cashed a check. She's bought and paid for.
- 49:06The executive reckons that he already owns the apparatus. Therefore, he owns her.
- 49:13So he don't feel like he's made a mistake at all. He feels like she was manipulative.
- 49:19She knew what was expected of her.
- 49:22And to go against that as her being manipulative.
- 49:27And that's not to say that doesn't happen, folks. There's some loose women out
- 49:30there that are perfectly willing to go give up their body and sex to then manipulate
- 49:36a rich man into paying out for life.
- 49:40That happens. For sure it does.
- 49:43But we always have to consider the claim first. Yes.
- 49:51Cornell dudes, they're not Harvey Weinstein, necessarily. The link there is.
- 50:01The institutional downgrading of the rape, you know, the institutions that weigh
- 50:07the cost of believing her versus the value of this dude.
- 50:13Well, our young Cornell men, they have promising futures, and their dads are alumni, donors.
- 50:21So they got to weigh this girl's claim versus the talent. You know what I'm saying?
- 50:28Is it right? No, it's not. It's wrong. It's dead wrong.
- 50:34Executive rapists don't get a free pass. All right, there's yet another cluster
- 50:40of men I want to talk about out there. Are you ready for this?
- 50:44All the celebrities out there you're so egreged over the Cornell 7 hashtag me
- 50:51too hashtag believe all women,
- 50:55these boys they must they must be punished,
- 51:00they're evil rapists they're affluent white rapists they have to be punished,
- 51:06we have to punish them to the full extent just based on the accusation. Never mind facts.
- 51:14There's a whole other version of rape, and it's on the other end of the spectrum.
- 51:19And I don't mean the poor black guy living in the hood. I mean the homeless man.
- 51:23What happens when a homeless man rapes a woman? Furthermore,
- 51:26what happens when a homeless man rapes a homeless woman?
- 51:32Celebrity outraged? Have you seen a hashtag movement? Me too.
- 51:40Where's it at? You know, I got like a crush, a little crush on Florence Pugh.
- 51:50I like the way she looks. She's, she, she's got a unique beauty about her and
- 51:55she's sassy and all that stuff. And I like that.
- 52:00And she came out and did this big long thing about rape and all that. And it's not wrong.
- 52:09But are they going to let the facts happen or are they just going to jump on
- 52:13it because it's rich white dudes?
- 52:17So are they railing against rape or are they railing against white dudes who
- 52:23they assume are probably conservatives?
- 52:26Now, I don't think Cornell's a very conservative college.
- 52:31I don't think Hollywood's a very conservative institution. But are they railing against the rape?
- 52:39Are they railing against who the alleged perpetrators are?
- 52:44Because I don't hear them railing against homeless dudes. I don't hear them
- 52:48standing in solidarity with homeless women.
- 52:51Homeless people are more often victims of violence than they are perpetrators
- 52:56of it. That's a statistical fact.
- 52:58But there is a subset of registered sex offenders out there walking the streets,
- 53:05completely unregulated, completely unchained by,
- 53:13the norms of society.
- 53:18Probably because of being registered sex offenders, it's hard for them to get
- 53:22into like a housing sort of situation,
- 53:26a shelter or something, because you got all these, you know,
- 53:29some of them you just got basically cots laid out and it's open bay. That's typical.
- 53:37And even of that subset of registered sex offenders, there's another subset,
- 53:42subsubset, who are properly mentally ill.
- 53:47And don't even have the capacity to not act on urges.
- 53:55And what happens, man? The state, like, well, we got too many prisons.
- 54:00We got to empty our prisons out.
- 54:03Well, and then our mental institutions, as they currently are,
- 54:08are overburdened. Where do we put them?
- 54:13Put them on the street. Put them back where you got them. So,
- 54:19UCLA, a homeless dude followed two students into a dorm, raped them.
- 54:27It was an opportunity. That's it. And this has happened.
- 54:31There's multiple cities with multiple stories of homeless dudes following some,
- 54:37lone woman, in this case too, following them home and going in and raping them.
- 54:44But what's the pattern, though, is that it's a man with nothing to lose,
- 54:51some kind of mixed psychosis,
- 54:56possibly even desperation, possibly on drugs, and he seizes an easy opportunity that's there for him.
- 55:07It might be any number of these this mixture it might be all of these things,
- 55:12which is probably worst case scenario and he sees a woman walking alone it's
- 55:18dark she's on a little trail,
- 55:22he knows where cameras are or not and if he doesn't you know maybe he doesn't
- 55:26just don't care the lady's unaware she's got her face stuck in her phone that's it I.
- 55:36He's a rapist. Yeah. So you get a free pass because his daddy didn't love him
- 55:40and he ended up on the streets.
- 55:42No, he ain't got nobody that's going to write a character letter.
- 55:45He ain't got a swim coach who wants to protect his scholarship.
- 55:48He's just out there raping, but he don't need money to skirt justice in the
- 55:54same way the rich kids need money to skirt justice. I'll tell you how.
- 56:00All the homeless man needs is patience. And guess what homeless people have?
- 56:05Patience by the truckload.
- 56:09All he needs is some patience because what's going to happen? Yeah.
- 56:15The jail's full, maxed out. The clinics are all maxed out. They're overbooked.
- 56:23This dude's homeless he ain't got no insurance he ain't got no nothing so he
- 56:27gets stuck in a holding cell for a couple days.
- 56:33Same damn block they picked him up from. But he just got a couple of nights
- 56:37indoors, that's all, and some shitty food. That's it.
- 56:43Justice served or justice averted, whatever.
- 56:47They ain't got space for him. But he raped a woman. Wow.
- 56:51And look, there's plenty of
- 56:53public fatigue out there for this homeless business. There's plenty of it.
- 56:57And mainly, well, it's a mixture. You know, you kind of, your average human
- 57:02gets disgusted with homeless people, I guess, but they're also disgusted with
- 57:08policies that don't really address anything.
- 57:12So the rape gets overlooked and now we're talking about homelessness.
- 57:15What are we doing with the homeless? Why are they out there?
- 57:17What, how, how this, why that?
- 57:20I can't take my wife to Walmart anymore.
- 57:23The poor homeless woman that got raped, she had it coming or what?
- 57:28She was probably She probably wanted it.
- 57:32It disregards the victim. It disregards the victim.
- 57:37And all it does is leave the next woman ripe for the picking.
- 57:43So what I'm saying to you out there, especially the lefties,
- 57:47are you very compassionate types?
- 57:50Are you Christian types who see the goodness and the compassion and the meek?
- 57:57And you don't see the danger. There's danger there, and you have to be fully aware of it.
- 58:05You can care. You can help. But don't do it at arm's length.
- 58:10Don't put yourself in a vulnerable space to help somebody who may want to have you for dinner.
- 58:16Don't romanticize this homelessness purely on, oh, society has oppressed him,
- 58:22and he just can't make it.
- 58:24He's been racism or he's been neglected, blah, blah, blah.
- 58:32Institution, you know, there's 8 million nonprofits out there.
- 58:36Go do that. Go volunteer there.
- 58:40And even then, even then you're not a hundred percent sick.
- 58:44Because mental illness can, it can explain the loss of control.
- 58:47That explains it. Like we, the explanation is pretty simple. Just don't excuse it.
- 58:54It don't excuse it. And,
- 58:58a municipality, a city, a town that won't confine a man who's already used some
- 59:06poor woman's body in some dank abandoned fucking trap house.
- 59:11That is not compassion to the homeless.
- 59:14It's laziness. And really, it's rape and aggression by proxy. That's it.
- 59:22On the...
- 59:25You're...
- 59:26You're just extending your lack of caring for the women's safety or children's safety.
- 59:34It's an extension that you just don't care enough as a city,
- 59:39as a town, as a municipality.
- 59:43Homeless rapists don't get a free pass.
- 59:47All right. I'm going a little long here. I know we're going to wrap it up soon.
- 59:54And in the follow-up, right, when there's detectives on scene,
- 59:57they're trying to figure out what's going on.
- 1:00:01They're trying to decide. They're trying to figure this out,
- 1:00:04right? Is this a one-off?
- 1:00:06Was this just some target crime of opportunity or something,
- 1:00:10crime of passion? Or was this a serial rapist? Is this something that we have?
- 1:00:15They have to do that. They're trying to figure this out, right?
- 1:00:21Was there planning, right? Was there some measure of control?
- 1:00:25Was it a controlled operation that I followed this woman for days?
- 1:00:31I discovered her pattern.
- 1:00:34Was it a sophisticated plan like that, or was it just a crime of opportunity?
- 1:00:39So people want to draw this clean moral line, whether it was a one-off or was
- 1:00:44it a serial rapist, and you can read that as a, was it just a mistake or was it a monster?
- 1:00:52Well, the mistake is equally as monstrous.
- 1:00:55There is no moral line between the two. If you force your cock into a woman
- 1:01:01who's unwilling or incoherent, you're a monster.
- 1:01:06Just because it's your first time don't mean it was a mistake.
- 1:01:10And when is that? I mean, I guess that only matters during sentencing anyway,
- 1:01:13right? Intent, I guess, during sentencing.
- 1:01:19But either way, the victim's equally as damaged. forever and ever.
- 1:01:24I'm sure women go through therapy and they have support groups or they just
- 1:01:28work it out on their own, I guess, but it's always there. Yeah, it's always there.
- 1:01:37A clinical psychologist known for his work and, you know, would,
- 1:01:41and well, specifically for undetected
- 1:01:46rapists, right. Men who we don't recognize immediately is right.
- 1:01:53His name was David Lysak. And what he figured out was that a majority of men
- 1:01:59who admitted acts that met the legal definition of rape, but who had never been prosecuted or caught,
- 1:02:08They were repeat offenders or repeaters.
- 1:02:13And that the repeaters accounted for the most of the assaults.
- 1:02:17Now, that being said, understand that most rapes don't get reported,
- 1:02:21folks. Understand that.
- 1:02:25For any number of reasons, who knows why, embarrassment, shame,
- 1:02:29just helplessness, helplessness that it won't go anywhere.
- 1:02:37The balance of, well, if I report this and I get retaliation or they don't believe
- 1:02:41me, all the number of things.
- 1:02:44Most rapes don't even get reported.
- 1:02:47Most rapes are from repeaters. Now, it's got to be the first time.
- 1:02:54Everybody's got their first time. Okay.
- 1:02:58If you're not held accountable, and then it goes on and goes on and goes on.
- 1:03:04Now, some later studies, college studies, they kind of go a different way.
- 1:03:09Now, that most guys who either do a rape or some sort of sexual assault.
- 1:03:21They're not repeat offenders. they they do this in this sort of short window
- 1:03:26and i and i attribute that to you know,
- 1:03:29you go to a new environment and everybody's drinking and boozing and chasing
- 1:03:33women and you have the parties and you yes hey circumstance i get it and so they do the thing,
- 1:03:41and most guys most college guys won't won't reoffend,
- 1:03:48according to studies,
- 1:03:50but then there's that smaller group though that go on to be the executive rapist, right?
- 1:03:55That they did it and they got away with it and they liked the power,
- 1:03:58they liked whatever they liked about it.
- 1:04:01And then they go on. So it's a much smaller group when you're looking at this
- 1:04:05college, the college numbers.
- 1:04:09But this research talks about how many men repeat.
- 1:04:13It's not talking about whether or not one rape counts or not.
- 1:04:16Yeah, one rape counts. Yeah, one rape counts.
- 1:04:21If you raped once, you've crossed the line.
- 1:04:24That don't mean you can't inwardly be tormented by it and repent and seek out
- 1:04:30forgiveness and all the things.
- 1:04:33That doesn't mean that. It just means that you have raped and you're a rapist. And if you got caught.
- 1:04:41Too bad for you. And if you did get caught, probably even worse for you ultimately.
- 1:04:46Because if you feel like that's a thing you can do and get away with and you're
- 1:04:51happy with it, you may be lost, probably lost.
- 1:04:59Traits, this ain't no mystery, these shared traits of rapists across all of
- 1:05:04these different demographics that I talked about.
- 1:05:10One, being entitlement. You think you deserve it. She might, she's drunk.
- 1:05:18She's poor. So who cares? She's younger than me. So she has to do what I say.
- 1:05:25She's a foreigner. She don't know how it works around here. We can get away with it.
- 1:05:29Famous adjacent, some Instagram girl who you think she shows her tits on,
- 1:05:36on internet. So you think you, you're, you get a free pass to,
- 1:05:40it's not that either. A groupie,
- 1:05:46you somehow feel like they owe you the sex for whatever they did to make you
- 1:05:51think that, or whatever you are to make you think that you think you're so damn
- 1:05:55good looking and dashing and charming.
- 1:05:59Or you think your money makes you desirable. what else okay entitlement what
- 1:06:04else objectification you objectify women.
- 1:06:11The woman's body is a is a resource that's it it's quote free pussy a party
- 1:06:17favor a girl from a disposable class i i can say that,
- 1:06:26it's hard to say what does it mean to objectify women to me in my brain I think
- 1:06:31women are beautiful. And I, so I guess you could say I sort of objectify. I don't know that I do.
- 1:06:38I think, I think there's a difference between objectifying a woman and appreciating
- 1:06:43a beautiful woman for being beautiful or unique or, or whatever,
- 1:06:49whatever your version of, of beautiful is.
- 1:06:52Is that objectifying or does it, is it something that has to go further? I don't know about that.
- 1:07:03Overrule whatever objectification there is. And then you're just, yeah, yeah.
- 1:07:10So I don't know, man, objectification, but that's certainly a common trait with
- 1:07:14these various rapists. What's another one?
- 1:07:18And I, and I bring this up a lot when I talk about narcissism and I bring this
- 1:07:22up or I talk about liars. I bring this up.
- 1:07:26The lack of empathy. Yeah.
- 1:07:30You don't, you can't, You either don't want to, you can't or won't understand how she feels.
- 1:07:38She may be drunk and she may be saying no in a very unconvincing way and you
- 1:07:42just fuck completely, whatever.
- 1:07:47Her resistance don't register to you because you don't, you can't,
- 1:07:55you can't feel any empathy.
- 1:07:58Entitlement, objectification, lack of empathy.
- 1:08:02And then there's the excuses, folks.
- 1:08:06Every rape case, unless it's a psychopath, unless it's a real psychopath,
- 1:08:12every rape case, there's excuses. Oh, I was drunk.
- 1:08:16Oh, it was the culture. You know, it's the frat culture. It's the way it is.
- 1:08:20Allah allows it. Okay.
- 1:08:26Illness, the industry, the streets.
- 1:08:31The excuses, man, they change with demographics. They change with the neighborhood,
- 1:08:35but the willingness to rape somebody does not change.
- 1:08:40You're a rapist and you're in the same class with all these other assholes.
- 1:08:45And then a common trait, maybe, but the opportunity, there's got to be opportunity.
- 1:08:52Now, if you're a true psychopath, Yeah, you're setting that opportunity up.
- 1:08:57But like I mentioned with the homeless guys, he just happened,
- 1:09:00you maybe just see a woman walking and the opportunity presents itself.
- 1:09:05But the opportunity has to be there.
- 1:09:09And then there's a level of arrogance involved. So the frat boy reckons that,
- 1:09:17the university values him so much that they're going to protect him,
- 1:09:23probably. way. That's what his bet is.
- 1:09:26The poor black thug rapist is probably betting that witnesses ain't going to
- 1:09:33show up to court and that the girl ain't going to say anything because she's
- 1:09:38afraid to catch a beating later.
- 1:09:40The Islamist is betting that the host nation is so fucking weak,
- 1:09:47that they're not going to prosecute him out of fear of Islamophobia or racism,
- 1:09:54or xenophobia or whatever.
- 1:10:00Rapist is betting that the industry is going to do what the industry does and
- 1:10:05just uphold the old standards of privilege.
- 1:10:08Rape is just a privilege of the executive.
- 1:10:13And the homeless rapist is betting that nobody paying attention. Nobody cares.
- 1:10:19They all have an air of arrogance to them, even the homeless guy.
- 1:10:27And entitlement, and lack of empathy.
- 1:10:32But alcohol alone doesn't rape folks.
- 1:10:37If you need a drink to go rape a woman, then you just think that's your defense to get away with rape.
- 1:10:47Pure pressure alone doesn't rape. If you're not any stronger than that,
- 1:10:54I don't know what to say about it If you think that group chat Is what caused
- 1:10:58you to come down there To collect on your free pussy No,
- 1:11:02that's not it You already objectified women That was just your free pass In your mind,
- 1:11:12An ideology alone doesn't rape All it does is offer permission as I said there
- 1:11:19are plenty of Muslims out there that don't go around raping women,
- 1:11:23and then some kind of pathology or psychosis that alone doesn't do it it just
- 1:11:32it just releases the emergency brake like you have no regulation,
- 1:11:37and the excuses folks those are the confession,
- 1:11:42the excuses are the confession and.
- 1:11:49Is what you hear in rape cases a lot. Like I said, unless it's a psychopath,
- 1:11:54who just said, yep, I wanted that one, so I took that one.
- 1:11:57I did what I did, whatever.
- 1:12:01Other than that, you got people trying to fight for their lives.
- 1:12:05And you got, oh, he just took it a little too far. That's one of them you hear a lot.
- 1:12:11Or them, oh, he just made a mistake. It was just a mistake.
- 1:12:16Worse yet, oh, he has such a bright future. Why punish him?
- 1:12:21Don't ruin him. Don't ruin his future.
- 1:12:26Boys will be boys. Have you ever heard that? I'm sure you have.
- 1:12:31Or some of them go the other way. The system, it's the system failed him. Systemic racism.
- 1:12:37It's the system that made him rape her. Or he's sick and he didn't know any
- 1:12:42better. Now, I have a hard time with that. I have a hard time with that.
- 1:12:49Those are just linguistic acrobatics, folks. Those are just dialects.
- 1:12:52Those are just, they're not an analysis.
- 1:12:56They're not a true answer.
- 1:13:04We've invested in this mail or this narrative or this policy and that we don't
- 1:13:11want to violate those for this woman.
- 1:13:18So I'll give you some of my analysis.
- 1:13:22And I'm hard on fathers, but a rapist, his father has failed him somewhere, somewhere.
- 1:13:29And at some point, look, Once you hit 18, even younger than that maybe,
- 1:13:35but certainly 18, it's on you.
- 1:13:39But your foundations matter.
- 1:13:42Every dad can't stop his son from doing whatever effed up thing he does.
- 1:13:46But a father who raises a son who treats a drugged, drunk woman as a communal sex toy.
- 1:14:00Either taught that kid that either by example or by neglect and by absence that
- 1:14:07other people are usable.
- 1:14:10A father who writes a letter about, oh, don't ruin his future over this incident,
- 1:14:20never mind the woman, he's showing that that kid,
- 1:14:26that the resume, it's more important than that woman's body and that woman's autonomy.
- 1:14:34He's not protecting his son. He's setting conditions for more of the same.
- 1:14:43It's just a continuation of his failure to teach the right morals to begin with.
- 1:14:52Culture and the religion that teaches that women are objects.
- 1:14:58How far do you have to go back to undo that? That's not undoable, I don't think.
- 1:15:04I think that's the lifelong, that's it. That's always going to be a struggle.
- 1:15:10I think Islam is wrong. I think Islam is the enemy of Western culture. I know it is.
- 1:15:16How do I know it is? Because they tell you it is.
- 1:15:20Any man who rapes a woman is not fit for our society.
- 1:15:25The act itself is the measure of your character.
- 1:15:29And without any accountability and without taking ownership of that,
- 1:15:33we can't move forward from it.
- 1:15:36Now, like I said earlier, a guy, a one time, you know, you're in college, it was crazy.
- 1:15:42You were drunk. She was drunk. Whatever.
- 1:15:48Redeem himself. And he may take ownership and go out and offer to retribution to take it as deserved.
- 1:16:02And his victim may even forgive him. That's the goal, especially under Jesus,
- 1:16:10right? Under the power of Christ, that can happen as unlikely as it sounds.
- 1:16:16And he may go on to be a good man. He may be genuinely, genuinely destroyed
- 1:16:23by what he did. It's possible.
- 1:16:28And that's the most desirable outcome for everybody involved.
- 1:16:32But the key there is accountability and ownership.
- 1:16:36Not blaming her, not blame, blame, blame, whatever. Take ownership.
- 1:16:42That has to happen.
- 1:16:45I said earlier, most rapes are never reported.
- 1:16:51And they certainly don't become national stories. There's an organization called
- 1:16:54RAIN, Rape Abuse Incest National Network.
- 1:17:01And it's the largest anti-sexual violence organization, and they have a hotline.
- 1:17:10It's the National Sexual Assault Hotline, 800-656-HOPE.
- 1:17:20And then they have online.rain, with two Ns, .org. That's their website.
- 1:17:31But their pipeline that they lay out, it's pretty brutal, right?
- 1:17:35The vast majority of perpetrators are never prosecuted, let alone never convicted.
- 1:17:43Well, never reported, thus never prosecuted, thus never convicted.
- 1:17:49The vast majority...
- 1:17:54They may sit in a police report and never move on. They may sit in Title IX files and never move on.
- 1:18:00They may sit in emergency rooms and never move on.
- 1:18:04Or they may happen nightly in a bedroom and never move on from there.
- 1:18:11You know, a case will, the only reason a rape makes the 24-hour news cycle is
- 1:18:16if it's a compelling story of some, you know, it's catchy.
- 1:18:22Cornell that made news because it's cornell let's indict them this major major
- 1:18:29organization and get these frat boys you know demonize them it,
- 1:18:37yeah and it looked like cornell was protecting that template i talked about earlier,
- 1:18:42but if you run the same exact scenario seven dudes,
- 1:18:47drinking and smoking and doing drugs has sex with one lady drinking and smoking,
- 1:18:53doing drugs, and they're all at some trap house.
- 1:19:00Is that going to make the news? No, it's not. It's not going to make the news.
- 1:19:07So there's very little justice in all of this, very little.
- 1:19:13Now, sometimes the very big major cases do make the news, and they do get adjudicated correctly.
- 1:19:20Still doesn't heal the pain of it might help to heal the pain of this woman,
- 1:19:27psychologically but what about was there physical damage left behind possibly,
- 1:19:33so the media yeah the media are they complicit i don't know about complicit,
- 1:19:40i think entertainment industry is complicit.
- 1:19:48Scarring is there, but what about the physical?
- 1:19:53There's instances where women's vaginas have been torn, their anuses have been torn,
- 1:20:02bruising all over, infections, sexually transmitted diseases,
- 1:20:07pregnancy, or the aftermath of being drugged.
- 1:20:13All those things matter. All those matter, and they're all physical damage.
- 1:20:19They're not the whole injury, but they're physical damage. But the psychological stuff is deep.
- 1:20:26Unable to sleep, maybe, you have nightmares. Everything, you're on constant
- 1:20:31alert. Everything's a threat assessment, which it kind of ought to be anyway.
- 1:20:37Trust no one. Men are the enemy now to you, if you're,
- 1:20:44or even your friends who maybe minimize the whole event or maybe,
- 1:20:48or the school that kind of shuffled the case to the side,
- 1:20:55they're all the enemy now.
- 1:20:57The prosecutor who refused to bring charges or just the general public who said,
- 1:21:04oh, well, what was she wearing?
- 1:21:07Was she dressed provocatively?
- 1:21:10What are we, we fucking Muslims? Doesn't matter what she's wearing.
- 1:21:15If I'm at a nude beach in Germany, can I go up and rape a woman because she's nude? No.
- 1:21:22All right, folks, I've tried not to be preachy here, but I'm going to say this
- 1:21:26next piece, and I'm going to say it with full conviction, and I welcome your debate.
- 1:21:31The buildup to the sexual activity does not matter.
- 1:21:39And it doesn't matter if she's high. It doesn't matter how many times you've
- 1:21:43slept with her in the past.
- 1:21:46If she says stop, you stop.
- 1:21:49Your analysis in the moment of whether or not she means it is irrelevant.
- 1:21:56It's not relevant at all.
- 1:21:58It doesn't matter if you're mid-stroke, about to blow the biggest,
- 1:22:02most epic orgasm of your young life.
- 1:22:06If she says stop, you stop.
- 1:22:09It doesn't matter if she's a stripper It doesn't matter if she's a prostitute
- 1:22:14Paid in full If she says stop, you stop,
- 1:22:19If she passes out You don't get in your last couple of pumps To get your nut,
- 1:22:27You stop I welcome your debate.
- 1:22:32If you're a father and you have sons Only sons and no daughters and you disagree
- 1:22:39with anything I've just said, please reach out.
- 1:22:42Because these young kids that are little bullies right now, five,
- 1:22:49six, seven-year-old little bullies, and they don't have a sister,
- 1:22:53they're going to grow up to be little shitheads. I can connect the dots for you.
- 1:22:57But if you're a father with a daughter, whether you've got sons or not,
- 1:23:02I'd be willing to bet you agree with everything I've just said.
- 1:23:10Your opinion of women has changed since you had a child.
- 1:23:15You may have respected women to begin with, but since you had a female child, it has changed.
- 1:23:22Hasn't it? Teach your sons, men. Teach your sons. Women are not a fucking conquest.
- 1:23:31And they're not objects of your pleasure.
- 1:23:35They're to be respected. They're to be loved.
- 1:23:40They're to be treated with dignity, with just a baseline of respect and autonomy,
- 1:23:46just like everyone else, period.
- 1:23:49Now, I caveat all this by acknowledging the fact that there are false rape claims out there, folks.
- 1:23:55Yeah, there are false rape claims.
- 1:23:59And that ruins lives forever and ever and ever, just like the rape does,
- 1:24:04only different. It still ruins lives.
- 1:24:08And it's used as a weapon by some women. It's used as a tool by some women.
- 1:24:13Spiteful-ass women. Maladjusted women. They will use this.
- 1:24:18And a false rape claim, in my opinion, should be charged as a crime.
- 1:24:23If it's not already in some states. It should be charged as a serious crime.
- 1:24:29Individual regret isn't rape. If you did a thing and then you feel bad about
- 1:24:34doing it, that's not rape.
- 1:24:37That's not your freebie. That's not your do-over.
- 1:24:44Behavior.
- 1:24:47Excuse me. This hashtag believe all women is bullshit.
- 1:24:52Believe the evidence. Believe the facts. And if it comes down to he said,
- 1:24:57she said, then that's a harder job, isn't it?
- 1:25:01But you still got to do, you got to do the work.
- 1:25:05Believe the facts. Believe the evidence. Like I said, it's a hard job.
- 1:25:09It's still, it's very, very subjective.
- 1:25:13A lot of ground to cover there.
- 1:25:16But much like my little mini lecture to fathers a second ago,
- 1:25:20I say this to mothers and fathers.
- 1:25:25Do not raise your daughters to be manipulative and certainly not to use sex,
- 1:25:32as a tool or a bargaining chip.
- 1:25:36Teach your daughters self-respect, self-ownership, strong self-esteem but just
- 1:25:44like the boys you gotta teach them to take ownership of their choices yep.
- 1:25:53With an essay or in some workshop or some bullshit hashtag movement.
- 1:26:00And that goes for men who rape women, and that goes for women who use victimhood,
- 1:26:05to cover their own bad decisions.
- 1:26:08Character is built from childhood.
- 1:26:13So I'm talking to parents. I'm always talking to parents.
- 1:26:17Character starts early. Starts with potty training.
- 1:26:25Even, even before that. It starts with that connection when they're an infant
- 1:26:29that you're actually holding them and loving them and touching them and looking
- 1:26:32them in the eyes. That's where it starts.
- 1:26:37And maybe you have time to course correct if your kids are older and you haven't
- 1:26:40been on the job, but now, okay, well, I got to get on the job.
- 1:26:44It may not be too late, but there are formative years for children.
- 1:26:49If you miss that window and they're getting all their input from social media
- 1:26:53and not from you, we might have a problem.
- 1:26:57In a community, any community, we want people, right, adults that are worth
- 1:27:02having, that are good, that are assets and not liabilities, that are helpful people.
- 1:27:08We don't, and those good people do not negotiate rape away based on demographics or socioeconomics.
- 1:27:20Good people name it for what it is. Good people isolate the violator and demand accountability.
- 1:27:30Good people refuse the lie that rapists will use to minimize the victim and
- 1:27:40the victim's autonomy and their peace of mind.
- 1:27:44We don't want rapists in a civilized society.
- 1:27:50No one gets a free pass. Our.
- 1:27:56Maybe it was a lecture. Maybe it sounded a little bit like a lecture. Be consistent.
- 1:28:01If rape is bad for one, is it bad for the other, regardless of class?
- 1:28:06Do you find yourself qualifying some and damning others?
- 1:28:13Be consistent. Be intellectually consistent about it, about what constitutes rape.
- 1:28:18Yeah, rape is bad. That's it. Rape is bad.
