- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things morning, Thank you for starting your Tuesday with us.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Here we go, just getting things started. Where he's got
- 0:06Speaker 1: those three things? Presented by Mark Span Real Estate.
- 0:08Speaker 2: What's going on? Ricky?
- 0:10Speaker 3: Apple has announced a new CEO as Tim Cook steps down.
- 0:14Speaker 3: His name is John Turnus. He's a senior vice president
- 0:17Speaker 3: of hardware Engineering. He's going to be taking over Tim
- 0:20Speaker 3: Cook is going to stay through the summer. That way
- 0:22Speaker 3: they can ease John into his new position, with September
- 0:25Speaker 3: one as a likely date that he will officially start.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Tim is going to be assuming the role of executive
- 0:32Speaker 3: chairman for Apple in the fall, so he's not like
- 0:34Speaker 3: leaving leaving, He's just not going to be the CEO.
- 0:37Speaker 3: This marks the first CEO transition for Apple since Tim
- 0:40Speaker 3: took over after the late Steve jobs in twenty eleven,
- 0:44Speaker 3: shortly after he had passed away. So this will be
- 0:47Speaker 3: the eighth CEO of Apple with John. Congrats to him.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Looks like Elgi Coffee is going to make the move
- 0:53Speaker 3: to the West Side, so the shop is planning to
- 0:56Speaker 3: move to the Sylvan supply space. According to a Metro permit,
- 1:00Speaker 3: it looks like they're taking over the former Barisa Parlor
- 1:02Speaker 3: spot on Charlotte av We don't have many details just yet,
- 1:05Speaker 3: so no word on one they're opening. No word on
- 1:07Speaker 3: if this is going to be an addition to their
- 1:09Speaker 3: other locations or to supplement a different location that they
- 1:13Speaker 3: plan to close. We don't know anything about that. We
- 1:15Speaker 3: just know that they're going to be apparently making their
- 1:16Speaker 3: move over there. We love Elegy Coffee.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And their breakfast burritos, big burritos.
- 1:21Speaker 3: The Lgy burrito will change your life if you have
- 1:25Speaker 3: never had it before. But we are big fans of
- 1:28Speaker 3: Elgy here Everickie Zacaman in the morning, So go support
- 1:30Speaker 3: them and check them out if you haven't. In American Idol,
- 1:33Speaker 3: they have announced that they're doing a Taylor Swift Night.
- 1:36Speaker 3: This is the first time that they're dedicating a night
- 1:38Speaker 3: to Taylor Swift, which is actually kind of shocking to
- 1:40Speaker 3: think about because they've been around for so long. It's
- 1:42Speaker 3: it to happen next week on the twenty seventh, the
- 1:45Speaker 3: top seven contestants are going to perform songs from her catalog.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Comedian and huge fan of Taylor, Nikki Gilazer. She's going
- 1:53Speaker 3: to be a guest judge on the episode, which is
- 1:57Speaker 3: kind of cool too. Nice little added tidbit for you.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:01Speaker 3: need to know.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Thank you, Ricky, and again thank you for starting your
- 2:05Speaker 1: day with us. It's going to be a great one.

- 2:13Speaker 4: Rivers, Ricky is Zach and Manno. In the morning on
- 2:19Speaker 4: the rivers, Kesha.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It's one o seven five the river. We are saying
- 2:22Speaker 1: good morning to Tricia in White House. Tricia, how are
- 2:26Speaker 1: you on this Tuesday morning?
- 2:28Speaker 3: I just realized it was Tuesday when Kevin said Tuesday morning?
- 2:34Speaker 2: What did you think it was?
- 2:35Speaker 3: I thought it was Wednesday that I don't know what's
- 2:40Speaker 3: going on with me, but I literally was convinced it
- 2:42Speaker 3: was wednesday.
- 2:43Speaker 2: To Sorry, what do you do, Trisha? You're on your
- 2:46Speaker 2: way to work. What's your job?
- 2:47Speaker 5: I worked at a school.
- 2:48Speaker 6: I'm a bookkeeper.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Oh bookkeeper? Is that like a lot of numbers, then you,
- 2:53Speaker 3: oh girl, we do not do numbers.
- 2:56Speaker 7: Do you have to be content to be a bookkeeper?
- 2:59Speaker 4: No?
- 3:00Speaker 6: I mean I mean I had a cementach working on
- 3:02Speaker 6: the dank, But I mean you don't have to do that.
- 3:04Speaker 3: You know, to do what I mean?
- 3:05Speaker 1: Okay, so you just have to be really smart with
- 3:07Speaker 1: the budget and all the like, just spreading the budget around.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Yeah, you know for the school.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yeah, you got to get pretty creative then for a school,
- 3:14Speaker 3: because I know that these schools are struggling.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Oh yes, I had a sea Cock week, so I know.
- 3:21Speaker 3: The pressure of these tests is wild. It is for sure,
- 3:25Speaker 3: feels so bad for all the kids. Were everybody's gonna
- 3:27Speaker 3: do great though today everybody did great. Yesterday, they're gonna
- 3:29Speaker 3: do great. Today, everybody's going to do great this week.
- 3:31Speaker 3: It's all gonna be okay.
- 3:32Speaker 7: And Wood would say, I hope you get a one
- 3:35Speaker 7: hundred percent.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Zack didn't know how they scored.
- 3:41Speaker 2: It's like one through four we found out, But Zach right,
- 3:43Speaker 2: everyone to get a hundred. So yeah, doing real well,
- 3:47Speaker 2: TU show.
- 3:47Speaker 3: We know what you do for work, But what do
- 3:49Speaker 3: you like to do for fun? Do you like baseball?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Do you like the sounds?
- 3:52Speaker 5: I do like baseball because my husband actually works for
- 3:55Speaker 5: a back company in a white house.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Cool.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Cool.
- 3:59Speaker 3: This is a little connection then, because you're the first
- 4:01Speaker 3: caller of the day on one of seven five the River.
- 4:03Speaker 3: You're coming to the Sounds game next week with me.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Real quick. What's the name of the bat company that
- 4:09Speaker 2: your husband works for.
- 4:10Speaker 5: I would agree with that company.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Cool. That's an awesome thing to do. I love that
- 4:14Speaker 2: fun job.
- 4:15Speaker 5: Oh yes, he loves it.
- 4:16Speaker 6: He's been there at nineteen years, so.
- 4:18Speaker 3: I feel like it's hard for anybody to say that
- 4:20Speaker 3: they've been anywhere for nineteen years. Yeah, Rare, Oh yeah, dang,
- 4:24Speaker 3: good for him. Congrats to him on that, and congrats
- 4:26Speaker 3: to you on winning the tickets. And I'll see you
- 4:28Speaker 3: next week for halfway to Halloween. Everybody's gonna be like
- 4:31Speaker 3: dressing up. There's gonna be like festive entertainment. We're really
- 4:35Speaker 3: getting into like the spooky surprises here.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Okay, awesome, kids will love that.
- 4:39Speaker 2: All right, Tricia, thank you for starting your day with us.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Have a great day at work. Oh, get those kids
- 4:43Speaker 2: a little treat with your books that you can Oh. Hi, Hi, okay, unexpected.
- 4:50Speaker 5: That is coy.
- 4:51Speaker 6: That is one of my kids was in the car.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Hi, have a great day. Be nice your mom. We're
- 4:57Speaker 2: gonna put you guys on hold.
- 4:58Speaker 7: Okay, okay, thanks you all right, hang out.
- 5:00Speaker 2: We've got more of those soundstiket.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Tomorrow, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:07Speaker 1: We talk a lot about like product collabs over here
- 5:11Speaker 1: a Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning, like when
- 5:13Speaker 1: two companies come together to create you know whatever, flavored whatever.
- 5:17Speaker 2: We talk about those a lot.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And I found one yesterday that combines two of my
- 5:20Speaker 1: favorite things of all time.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Oh okay, and I'm gonna try it here live on
- 5:24Speaker 2: the air and a.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Few Oh I'm excited. Is do you feel like it's
- 5:28Speaker 3: gonna be good or do you feel like it's gonna
- 5:30Speaker 3: be bad?
- 5:30Speaker 1: Because I love these two things so much, I have
- 5:32Speaker 1: the highest of expectation.
- 5:33Speaker 3: You're hoping that it's gonna be good.
- 5:35Speaker 7: Now I'm scared for you because I feel like you're
- 5:37Speaker 7: gonna be let down. But we'll see.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Okay, it's my favorite snack of all time with my
- 5:41Speaker 1: favorite drink of all time, and I'm gonna try it.
- 5:44Speaker 3: I already want to throw up.
- 5:46Speaker 4: That sounds horrible.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Already try right after Sober.
- 5:49Speaker 4: On the River. Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky,
- 5:52Speaker 4: Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 5:55Speaker 3: I have a lot of feelings and emotions right now
- 5:57Speaker 3: for what Kevin is about to do. It's Ricky zach
- 6:00Speaker 3: man O in the morning on one oh seven five
- 6:02Speaker 3: the River. He loves pop Tarts and he loves Liquid Death.
- 6:05Speaker 3: So when Liquid Death and pop Tarts made a collab,
- 6:09Speaker 3: this man has made it his mission to try and
- 6:10Speaker 3: find it.
- 6:11Speaker 7: Literally looked everywhere at every single store for this thing.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I've been searching high and low, and yesterday, in the
- 6:17Speaker 1: most unexpected of places, I.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Took my daughter.
- 6:19Speaker 1: There's this toy called like Nido Squishies or something, and
- 6:22Speaker 1: all the kids are obsessed with him. And we drove
- 6:24Speaker 1: by five below yesterday, you know, five below, and she's like,
- 6:27Speaker 1: I heard there at five below, we have to stop.
- 6:29Speaker 1: So I, being the good dad I am. We stopped
- 6:31Speaker 1: at five below.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I've never been in a five below before in my life,
- 6:34Speaker 2: and I love five below.
- 6:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry you've never been in a five below before
- 6:37Speaker 3: in your life? Never. That was the most insane thing
- 6:40Speaker 3: anyone's ever said out loud.
- 6:42Speaker 2: How often if people go to five below every time?
- 6:46Speaker 3: Okay, continue, you found the Pop Tarts Liquid Death drink.
- 6:50Speaker 2: I found it. I walked in here. It is right here.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I have been looking for this, like we said, and
- 6:54Speaker 1: I did find it, and I've never tried it. I'm
- 6:56Speaker 1: gonna try it right now, right.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Here on the air.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Open that bad boy up.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I drink with death every day. I have to stay
- 7:02Speaker 1: away from pop Tarts because I'm too addicted to him.
- 7:03Speaker 2: But here we go.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Oh, I'm excited. I'm really nervous because I feel like
- 7:08Speaker 3: the idea of pop tarts liquefied doesn't sound great.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you one thing that I don't like.
- 7:12Speaker 8: All right.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I just saw this for the first time as I
- 7:15Speaker 2: was showing you guys the can. It's an iced tea.
- 7:17Speaker 2: It's not a water, and I'm not an iced tea fan.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Oh, strawberry, I see that sounds good.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I was gonna say that sounds better combinations.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Strawberry toast or pastry flavored iced tea.
- 7:29Speaker 8: Here we go.
- 7:29Speaker 2: My first tip. I like the initial taste, okay, very strawberry,
- 7:38Speaker 2: not too so.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I get a pop tart after taste, I would
- 7:43Speaker 1: not think this is iced tea.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I like it, guys, Okay, I don't love it. I
- 7:48Speaker 2: don't love it.
- 7:48Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna drink this can and see how it is.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But yeah, it kind of just tastes like a light
- 7:53Speaker 1: strawberry tea. Oh, it's got caffeine in it too, Well, yeah.
- 7:57Speaker 3: He does normally does.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I don't drink hyper I don't drink iced tya.
- 8:03Speaker 1: But yeah, okay, okay, it's okay now that I've said,
- 8:06Speaker 1: now that I've sat with it for a minute, it's
- 8:07Speaker 1: just it's okay.
- 8:08Speaker 7: One through ten. What would you rate it?
- 8:10Speaker 2: I would have said eight a moment ago. Now I'm
- 8:12Speaker 2: gonna say three.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Oh oh the aftertaste kinda yeah, that's where everybody. They
- 8:20Speaker 3: lose you on the aftertaste. You know, something initially can
- 8:23Speaker 3: taste great and then it just leaves us lingering. Your
- 8:26Speaker 3: face doesn't look good right now.
- 8:27Speaker 7: They don't know.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It's getting lower by the second. That's disappointing. However, you
- 8:36Speaker 2: guys going to five below? What am I missing it with?
- 8:38Speaker 9: Five?
- 8:39Speaker 4: Oh?
- 8:39Speaker 3: My god? I love five below, especially in high school.
- 8:41Speaker 7: I used to go all around that long.
- 8:44Speaker 3: I thought it was new Kevin, What in the world
- 8:48Speaker 3: we live two totally of a planet? Yeah, we live
- 8:50Speaker 3: on completely different universes?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Like what?
- 8:53Speaker 3: All right?
- 8:53Speaker 1: Well, this is upsetting Three things by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Here we go, it's just after seven o'clock.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Sportscaster Dan Patrick has made headlines because he reported that
- 9:06Speaker 3: Nashville is going to be hosting the twenty thirty Super Bowl.
- 9:09Speaker 3: He says that a source confirmed to him that Nissan
- 9:11Speaker 3: Stadium will be the home of the twenty thirty super Bowl.
- 9:15Speaker 3: But here's the thing. Mayor Freddie O'Connell's office responded when
- 9:19Speaker 3: asked and said that while they've been a part of
- 9:21Speaker 3: a large group of people who are in support of
- 9:23Speaker 3: the super Bowl here in Nashville, they have not been
- 9:26Speaker 3: notified by the NFL about Nashville being selected or any dates.
- 9:30Speaker 3: So there is zero confirmation that this is actually true.
- 9:33Speaker 3: No one actually knows that this is going to happen
- 9:36Speaker 3: as of right now. I will say NFL Commissioner Roger
- 9:38Speaker 3: Goodell has spoken on this more than one occasion, and
- 9:41Speaker 3: he has said that he feels that we are super
- 9:44Speaker 3: Bowl ready, especially with the stadium, the new stadium that
- 9:47Speaker 3: we're going to have up and running. But we'll see
- 9:50Speaker 3: what happens. People are just talking right now. Okay, so
- 9:53Speaker 3: nothing's been confirmed. Just know that Madonna's Coachella stage costume
- 9:57Speaker 3: is a missing. So Madonna joins Sabritakarma on stage at
- 10:00Speaker 3: Cochella over the weekend, where the two saying Madonna's nineteen
- 10:03Speaker 3: eighty nine hit like a prayer together. She then wrote
- 10:08Speaker 3: yesterday quote, I'm hoping and praying that some kind soul
- 10:11Speaker 3: will find these items, my costume that was pulled for
- 10:15Speaker 3: my personal archives. These aren't just closed, they are part
- 10:18Speaker 3: of my history. She can't find them, nobody knows where
- 10:21Speaker 3: it is. She's offering a reward for the safe return
- 10:24Speaker 3: of her purple jacket, her corset, and dress that she
- 10:26Speaker 3: wore on stage. Police told TMZ that they don't think
- 10:30Speaker 3: that Madonna was targeted, but instead that her stage costume
- 10:33Speaker 3: fell off a cart while in transition to her private bus.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Madonna's staff recognized that it was missing as soon as
- 10:40Speaker 3: they got to the hotel. So hopefully, fingers crossed, somebody
- 10:44Speaker 3: does find it, gives it back to her. They get
- 10:46Speaker 3: a reward, she gets back her clothes, everybody ends up
- 10:49Speaker 3: happy in the end. But like she said, a lot
- 10:51Speaker 3: of these things are things that might end up like
- 10:54Speaker 3: in a museum one day type of situation. Madonna is
- 10:57Speaker 3: an icon for the music industry, so a lot of
- 10:59Speaker 3: these are very personal to her. So hopefully she finds it,
- 11:02Speaker 3: and we got to talk about these toys that everybody's
- 11:04Speaker 3: obsessed with right now. The kids are obsessed with Niedo toys.
- 11:08Speaker 3: They're so hard to find that people are reselling them
- 11:11Speaker 3: on eBay for five hundred dollars. So in case you
- 11:14Speaker 3: don't know exactly what it is, there's like this squishy,
- 11:16Speaker 3: colorful fidget toys that they make that have just exploded
- 11:20Speaker 3: in popularity. There's a lot of social media trends that
- 11:22Speaker 3: are making them very popular. They typically go for five dollars,
- 11:26Speaker 3: but now they're going for five hundred dollars on sites
- 11:29Speaker 3: like eBay. Stories are selling out within hours. People are
- 11:32Speaker 3: lining up just to try and get some. Some retailers
- 11:35Speaker 3: are actually refusing to stock them because people are getting
- 11:38Speaker 3: physical trying to get these toys for these kids. The
- 11:42Speaker 3: search is also frustrated a lot of parents who rely
- 11:44Speaker 3: on these toys for sensory needs, so that's kind of
- 11:47Speaker 3: rough as well. But the company Needo, they're scrambling to
- 11:50Speaker 3: try and boost production. They're hoping to catch up to
- 11:54Speaker 3: their demand by summer, so we'll see what happens. But
- 11:56Speaker 3: it's a craze right now. I'm Rick Sanchez, and those
- 11:59Speaker 3: are the three things you need to know.
- 12:00Speaker 2: That's why we went to five below yesterday to look
- 12:02Speaker 2: for one of those things, and obviously.
- 12:04Speaker 3: We did didn't find No, we did not.
- 12:06Speaker 2: That's okay, here's Olibadin. Thank you for that, Ricky. When
- 12:08Speaker 2: do you have a fact down the way? Zax facts
- 12:10Speaker 2: get ready to learn?
- 12:12Speaker 8: Class is in Sessions Sachs Facts brought to you by
- 12:16Speaker 8: Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 12:18Speaker 3: On the River.
- 12:19Speaker 10: Did you guys know that Berrilla Pasta has a Spotify
- 12:22Speaker 10: playlist that lasts of the exact amount of time it
- 12:25Speaker 10: takes for you to cook each type of process, so
- 12:27Speaker 10: you don't have to set a timer.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I did know this.
- 12:30Speaker 10: So they have a bunch of different kinds of pasta
- 12:32Speaker 10: that take different amounts of time to actually cook, so
- 12:34Speaker 10: you just like click on whatever kind of passea you're making,
- 12:36Speaker 10: and it'll play the playlist while it's cooking.
- 12:38Speaker 7: Brilliant.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I will say, though, my family likes their pasta very
- 12:42Speaker 1: el dente, like two two, oh my god. Yeah, if
- 12:46Speaker 1: like the cook time is eight minutes, my daughter wants
- 12:48Speaker 1: me to take it out, you know, when there's five minutes.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Left, so it's still kind of crunchy.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it's weird.
- 12:54Speaker 3: I have a lot of questions and not enough time.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Well, there's your fact that the day if you're cooking pasta,
- 12:59Speaker 4: you're Ricky is Zach and Meno in the morning On
- 13:02Speaker 4: one oh seven five the River, would you still pay
- 13:05Speaker 4: for your.
- 13:05Speaker 3: Kid to go to prom if you hated their prom date? Ooh,
- 13:09Speaker 3: it's one oh seven five the River and it's prom season.
- 13:12Speaker 3: We saw on Reddit that this mom is going through
- 13:14Speaker 3: it right now. Okay, she doesn't want to pay for
- 13:18Speaker 3: her daughter to go to prom because she doesn't like
- 13:20Speaker 3: the guy that she's going with.
- 13:21Speaker 2: That's tough. That's honestly really tough.
- 13:23Speaker 3: She doesn't know if it's a right move or not, though,
- 13:25Speaker 3: obviously because prom is a big deal and yeah, and
- 13:28Speaker 3: you know, when you're a kid, you make a really
- 13:29Speaker 3: big deal out of it and you want it to
- 13:30Speaker 3: be perfect and amazing. And she kind of feels like
- 13:32Speaker 3: maybe she's being a bad mom if she doesn't pay.
- 13:36Speaker 1: We need to hear from people, maybe people that have
- 13:38Speaker 1: gone through this, kids that age or something six one five, seven,
- 13:41Speaker 1: three seven, nine, one oh seven, or high schoolers uh
- 13:44Speaker 1: that are looking at prom. Tell us how you feel
- 13:46Speaker 1: about this mom's decision. Six one five seven, three seven nine,
- 13:50Speaker 1: one oh seven.
- 13:51Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 13:54Speaker 2: On one oh seven five the River. It's prom season.
- 13:57Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the River. We brought this
- 13:59Speaker 2: up a moment go.
- 14:00Speaker 1: There is a mom on Reddit going through it because
- 14:03Speaker 1: she does not like her daughter's prom dates, so she
- 14:06Speaker 1: doesn't want to pay for anything prom related. We're asking
- 14:09Speaker 1: how you feel about this, Amber, and Henderson Villa is
- 14:11Speaker 1: on the line, what do you think, Amber?
- 14:13Speaker 6: So I have a senior in high school and I've
- 14:17Speaker 6: obviously gone through prom myself. Honestly, I think the mom
- 14:20Speaker 6: should pay and let her daughter go because it is
- 14:22Speaker 6: not her prom.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Okay, very true.
- 14:26Speaker 6: Like with her, she needs to let her daughter have
- 14:29Speaker 6: that experience. I also work in an industry that is
- 14:32Speaker 6: very closely related to prom, and I have seen so
- 14:34Speaker 6: many moms come in and go, well, I don't like
- 14:37Speaker 6: this and I don't like that it's not yours.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Oh my god, It's kind of like what happens with weddings.
- 14:42Speaker 7: Yep.
- 14:43Speaker 6: They are trying to live vicariously through their daughters, which
- 14:46Speaker 6: I understand, Like you already have that experience. Let your
- 14:49Speaker 6: child have this experience. If it turns out bad for them.
- 14:52Speaker 6: Then they learn a lesson. Yeah, but mom, is something
- 14:55Speaker 6: that only happens like once or twice.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Sure, I like everything you're saying is great. I think
- 15:00Speaker 1: we all love it. But what if this kid is
- 15:02Speaker 1: like real trouble.
- 15:04Speaker 6: It's one night and literally if she needs to go
- 15:06Speaker 6: get her daughter from proms and so be it. That's
- 15:10Speaker 6: I mean, same point, Like, it teaches her a lesson
- 15:14Speaker 6: and what to look for in someone that she wants
- 15:17Speaker 6: to be with.
- 15:18Speaker 3: I don't have any kids. They kind of like, I'm
- 15:20Speaker 3: I'm an outsider here. But I have learned that a
- 15:23Speaker 3: lot of people have a very hard time letting their
- 15:26Speaker 3: kids just live life. And I know that obviously they
- 15:29Speaker 3: do protect her and you wants to save them from everything. Yeah,
- 15:32Speaker 3: but sometimes you gotta let them fail. My parents let
- 15:34Speaker 3: me fail all the time.
- 15:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 15:37Speaker 6: Yeah, and that is that is a very hard thing
- 15:40Speaker 6: as a parent to do, to accept the fact that
- 15:42Speaker 6: you have to let your children fail on their own
- 15:46Speaker 6: so that they learn these things. But if you can
- 15:48Speaker 6: tell them something until you're blue in the faith and
- 15:51Speaker 6: they'll go, yeah, okay.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Mom doesn't know anything exactly.
- 15:57Speaker 6: I have an eighteen year old and I have let
- 16:00Speaker 6: him fall on his face and he'll go, Okay, now
- 16:04Speaker 6: I understand where you're sat.
- 16:05Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Yeah. It can't be.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Lessons handed down. You have to learn things firsthand.
- 16:10Speaker 6: You have to go actually exactly all right, Well, thank.
- 16:13Speaker 2: You Amber, We appreciate that input.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Thank you. Have a great day.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Love all.
- 16:19Speaker 3: This is wild to me because I had to pay
- 16:21Speaker 3: for prom. What like, my mom paid for my dress,
- 16:24Speaker 3: but I paid for my prom ticket. I paid. Actually
- 16:27Speaker 3: I did not pay for the flowers. The guy who
- 16:29Speaker 3: I was just supposed to go with, he paid. I
- 16:31Speaker 3: would hope that was the one caveat. But like hair
- 16:33Speaker 3: and make up, all those things, I paid for it.
- 16:35Speaker 3: I had a job.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I don't want to get too far off topic here.
- 16:37Speaker 2: But you said the guy I was supposed.
- 16:38Speaker 3: To go with. Oh that's a whole story. Guys, it's
- 16:43Speaker 3: way more.
- 16:45Speaker 4: Another day, Ricky is Zach and Man in the morning.

- 18:04Speaker 5: Okay, okay, I'm having my husband help me too.
- 18:07Speaker 3: That's good, good idea.
- 18:08Speaker 1: You guys are gonna knock it out of the park.
- 18:09Speaker 1: This first one, Here we Go, was handpicked by Zachary.

- 18:51Speaker 3: Will I love that A man who was like my
- 18:55Speaker 3: husband's gonna help me. The husband was no help whatsoever.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Sorry husband, I just congratulations.
- 19:05Speaker 6: I had already told my husband I wanted to go
- 19:06Speaker 6: see Ushers.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Brown, but definitely Ushers.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Well, just remember who got your tickets. It wasn't your husband,
- 19:13Speaker 2: it was us.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Oh he was.
- 19:19Speaker 2: He was trying to tank that for you, I think there.

- 19:41Speaker 2: TV too. Do you guys know what this is from?
- 19:43Speaker 8: Well?
- 19:43Speaker 3: Are you trying to be the host? Right there? The
- 19:46Speaker 3: price is right?
- 19:48Speaker 7: It was your voice was a dead giveaway.
- 19:51Speaker 4: Three things you need to know.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Thank you so much for starting your Tuesday with us.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's going to be a great one. Ricky's got those
- 19:58Speaker 1: three things. Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate. What's going on, Ricky?
- 20:01Speaker 3: The FAA is investigating an incident at BNA where two
- 20:04Speaker 3: planes almost collided. So the incident took place over the
- 20:07Speaker 3: weekend and involved two Southwest flights. We don't have a
- 20:10Speaker 3: lot of details, but Southwest Airlines confirmed that one of
- 20:13Speaker 3: its slice was forced to use evasive action to avoid
- 20:17Speaker 3: quote conflict with another flight. So while approaching BNA, there
- 20:21Speaker 3: were a lot of like gusty winds going on over
- 20:24Speaker 3: the weekend. We had bad weather over the weekend where
- 20:27Speaker 3: there was rain, but pilots of one flight executed a
- 20:30Speaker 3: precautionary go around is what they're calling it. So they
- 20:34Speaker 3: used instructions from air traffic control and an onboard traffic
- 20:37Speaker 3: alert to avoid colliding with another Southwest flight which was
- 20:40Speaker 3: departing from another runway. What could have been a scary
- 20:43Speaker 3: situation was avoided. Obviously, we don't typically hear about these
- 20:47Speaker 3: situations happening, but we do know that the FAA is
- 20:50Speaker 3: investigating into how this happened to make sure that it
- 20:52Speaker 3: doesn't happen again. Justin Bieber and Nyama, I think is
- 20:58Speaker 3: how you say the same their sets at Coachella is
- 21:01Speaker 3: going to cost a festival an additional forty four thousand dollars.
- 21:04Speaker 3: So Coachella organizers were hit with the penalty after curfew
- 21:07Speaker 3: violations during the weekend for both of them. So, according
- 21:11Speaker 3: to a city representative, the shows ran over time, which
- 21:14Speaker 3: did not happen on weekend one, everything stayed on schedule,
- 21:17Speaker 3: but this weekend they exceeded by nine minutes on one set,
- 21:21Speaker 3: costing Coachella twenty four thousand dollars. And then Justin Bieber
- 21:24Speaker 3: set only went over curfew by two minutes, but they're
- 21:29Speaker 3: going to have to spend twenty thousand dollars on that. Fine.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Festival has an agreement with the city of Indio that
- 21:35Speaker 3: when they are fined for going over curfew. The money's
- 21:37Speaker 3: going to go toward local services like public safety and infrastructure,
- 21:41Speaker 3: so it's going towards something good. And honestly, Coachella they
- 21:44Speaker 3: have the money, Sure they can pay for it. I'm
- 21:47Speaker 3: sure they actually probably budget some money for this situation
- 21:50Speaker 3: happening just in case. But kind of crazy to think.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Just two minutes over.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Thanks to Bieber nice job, Justine wow.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Wild, and Walt Disney World, they are raising their prices
- 22:02Speaker 3: again for twenty twenty seven. They rolled out they're pricing
- 22:05Speaker 3: through October of next year, and the most expensive one
- 22:08Speaker 3: day ticket is going to cost two hundred and nineteen
- 22:11Speaker 3: dollars a person. On President's Day weekend, peak ticket prices
- 22:16Speaker 3: this year reached two hundred and nine dollars, so they're
- 22:20Speaker 3: just going up next year. In California, Disneyland's peak price
- 22:23Speaker 3: has reached two hundred and twenty four dollars a person.
- 22:28Speaker 7: That's crazy, insane.
- 22:30Speaker 3: It makes me literally like my stomach turn just thinking
- 22:33Speaker 3: about the amount of money that that costs. I'm Rick Sanchez,
- 22:36Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need.
- 22:37Speaker 2: To know, and yet those parks are packed every single day.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Just how much money do they need anxiety bro A.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Speaking of money, You've come to the right place. Right
- 22:45Speaker 1: after Somber. We've got your chance to win a thousand bucks.
- 22:47Speaker 1: We're paying your bills again. We're doing this all day,
- 22:50Speaker 1: all week on the tens pretty much.
- 22:52Speaker 2: You're listening for these keywords.
- 22:53Speaker 7: Okay, so your.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Chance to win one thousand dollars minutes away on.
- 22:58Speaker 4: The river, good last n you Zach and manno in
- 23:01Speaker 4: the morning on the river.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Have a phrase that you repeat over and over again
- 23:07Speaker 3: every day for whatever reason. It's one of seven five
- 23:10Speaker 3: the river. A lot of people might call it like
- 23:12Speaker 3: a vocal stem.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:14Speaker 3: So I have one that I've been doing for the
- 23:16Speaker 3: last few days, and the guys absolutely despise it.
- 23:19Speaker 7: It literally came out of nowhere, and I was like,
- 23:22Speaker 7: what are you saying?
- 23:23Speaker 3: Most of mine come out of nowhere. They just happen.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna turn the music down, Ricky, and just you
- 23:27Speaker 2: just in the open here, let's hear it.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Mernon.
- 23:34Speaker 7: Literally you will walk in the studio and be like,
- 23:36Speaker 7: good Marnin. I'm like, what are you punt me?
- 23:40Speaker 2: I hear it all day in my head.
- 23:41Speaker 1: It's like a Muppet six one five different seven three
- 23:44Speaker 1: seven nine one o seven. If you have one of
- 23:47Speaker 1: these things, you or somebody in your life, maybe somebody
- 23:49Speaker 1: you work with, or one of your kids or something
- 23:51Speaker 1: that they just constantly say something along those lines.
- 23:56Speaker 2: It's like a half word, half noise. I gotta do
- 23:59Speaker 2: it six one seven three seven nine is Ricky a.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Love Ricky is zach And in the morning on.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Somber it's one oh seven five the river, good morning,
- 24:11Speaker 1: or as Ricky says, she says it all the time.
- 24:16Speaker 1: It's her little vocal stem. Is that some people call
- 24:18Speaker 1: it online something like that. Uh, we have Sam and
- 24:21Speaker 1: Murphy's burrow on the line.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Do you have something like that? Something you just kind
- 24:24Speaker 2: of repeat over and over and you're not really sure
- 24:26Speaker 2: why I do.
- 24:27Speaker 10: It's just keep slim, just keep clim him.
- 24:33Speaker 7: I have a question for you, like, do you say
- 24:35Speaker 7: it out loud or like in your head loud?
- 24:39Speaker 3: Yes, Sam, you got to.
- 24:40Speaker 8: Say it out loud, crazy, but you got to keep going.
- 24:44Speaker 3: That's good.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yes, there's a little message there too.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, it's a quote from Finding Dory, but
- 24:48Speaker 1: uh yeah, it's a good life lesson good mantra finding Nemo.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Oh well it's.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Ok, Sam, Thank you for calling in this morning. Have
- 24:57Speaker 3: a great day.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Absolutely, I love Is it the first one or the
- 25:00Speaker 2: second one?
- 25:01Speaker 7: It's finding nemo but Dory says Dory says it.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Yeah, Okay, See hers makes sense. Hers comes from something.
- 25:07Speaker 3: I don't know where I got merning.
- 25:10Speaker 2: I've been looking at the zap like some you know.
- 25:13Speaker 1: The most common types of these vocal stems would be
- 25:15Speaker 1: simple sounds like humming or buzzing, or repeating a single
- 25:18Speaker 1: vowel like ah or E. There's also a word or
- 25:21Speaker 1: phrase repetition, repeating the same word over and over, which
- 25:23Speaker 1: is kind of what you do, Ricky.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Some people it's like a rhythmic or patterned speech, like
- 25:28Speaker 1: saying phrase is in a sing song or musical way.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Uh.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Noise is tied to emotion.
- 25:33Speaker 7: Squealing.
- 25:34Speaker 3: You do that a lot. I do that a lot.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Groaning and grunting and all of those things.
- 25:40Speaker 3: There's a spectrum. Yeah, and we're all on it. Okay,
- 25:43Speaker 3: that is the reality of it. And I learned that
- 25:45Speaker 3: a lot of people with ADHD also do this. And
- 25:49Speaker 3: I may be undiagnosed six.
- 25:51Speaker 2: One five, seven, three seven nine one o seven. If
- 25:53Speaker 2: you can relate to this music from Miles Smith and
- 25:55Speaker 2: Justin Bieber both all the way.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky zach
- 26:00Speaker 4: Meno in the morning.
- 26:02Speaker 3: I'm learning that I am not alone Right now. I
- 26:05Speaker 3: have certain phrases every so often that I'll just like
- 26:07Speaker 3: repeat for no reason. I don't know where they come from.
- 26:10Speaker 3: My latest one right now.
- 26:11Speaker 4: Is Mernon.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Tellsey in Nashville. What is that thing that you just
- 26:17Speaker 3: repeat over and over again?
- 26:19Speaker 8: I say, like, especially when works really rough, I say,
- 26:22Speaker 8: I'm tired of.
- 26:23Speaker 6: This, Grandpa.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:26Speaker 8: If there's a millennial in the areas and they say that,
- 26:31Speaker 8: I am bad. Okay, so there has to be a
- 26:36Speaker 8: millennial in the area.
- 26:37Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:38Speaker 2: For those of us that don't know that, I'm guessing
- 26:40Speaker 2: it's from the movie Holes?
- 26:41Speaker 8: Is that right?
- 26:42Speaker 3: Yes?
- 26:42Speaker 2: Okayio? Yes?
- 26:46Speaker 3: Is that iconic part of Holes that I very much
- 26:49Speaker 3: understand why that would be the phrase that you just
- 26:51Speaker 3: gotta love it?
- 26:52Speaker 2: Let me hear one more time, Kesey, I'm tired of this, grandpa.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Can you say it with the inflection perfectly too?
- 27:01Speaker 1: You have to.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I love it.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Thank you for calling in, Kelsey.
- 27:05Speaker 7: Thanks line four?
- 27:06Speaker 2: Now, Hi, who's this good Marnin?
- 27:09Speaker 5: This is Stacy from Ashlant.
- 27:11Speaker 4: I love it.
- 27:14Speaker 3: What is your like vocal? So the thing that you
- 27:17Speaker 3: have to repeat daily.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Well, I don't necessarily repeat it daily. And this may
- 27:21Speaker 5: not be very nice, but like when my husband or
- 27:23Speaker 5: my kids do something dumb or drop something, I just
- 27:26Speaker 5: look at them and go, good job, stupid. It's total sarcasm,
- 27:30Speaker 5: but I do it all the time, and sometimes people
- 27:33Speaker 5: catch me that are not necessarily into my little joke
- 27:37Speaker 5: and they'll like, look at me in the store, like,
- 27:39Speaker 5: why are you talking to your job to Anyway, I
- 27:46Speaker 5: just went in to let you guys know that and
- 27:48Speaker 5: have a great mernon.
- 27:52Speaker 3: So much. Thank you for calling in.
- 27:54Speaker 11: Okayye, A huge part of me hopes that mernon doesn't
- 27:59Speaker 11: catch on as some at our show is No, I
- 28:02Speaker 11: don'tk it's going to You can see it so.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Many ways, Kevin, you're murningning that one was my favorite.
- 28:11Speaker 3: I'm like a little shrimp I got.
- 28:13Speaker 2: I hope this is not the new greeting people use
- 28:15Speaker 2: and they call us.
- 28:16Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 28:20Speaker 3: I hope you're ready to add a new word to
- 28:22Speaker 3: your vocabulary for your daily experiences, because that's what the
- 28:25Speaker 3: daily double tap on one O seven five The river
- 28:27Speaker 3: about is all about today? Yes, I said about twice.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Whatever said, I agree with, it's all. It's all true.
- 28:34Speaker 2: You probably do this more often than you think you do.
- 28:36Speaker 2: But yeah, we all hurdle durkle. Here we go, here
- 28:39Speaker 2: it is.
- 28:40Speaker 9: I just thought you guys should know that the Scottish
- 28:41Speaker 9: have a word for laying around in bed after it's
- 28:43Speaker 9: time to get up, and it's called hurkle durkling. I
- 28:46Speaker 9: do be hirklin and I do be durklin, And once
- 28:48Speaker 9: I've hurdled my last durkle in a given morning, I
- 28:50Speaker 9: will get up.
- 28:51Speaker 3: But I'm a big fan of a hurdle durkle. We
- 28:53Speaker 3: all love to hurdle durkele love day and it's just
- 28:56Speaker 3: so fun to say, I do.
- 28:59Speaker 1: When do you do it in the morning, Zach, before
- 29:00Speaker 1: you come to work? Yeah, I set my alarm at
- 29:04Speaker 1: the last possible second for me to get to work
- 29:07Speaker 1: on time, and you immediately wake up.
- 29:08Speaker 7: Yeah, oh no, i'd be hurkling dark.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I don't hurkle and urkle in the mornings. I'll hurkle
- 29:14Speaker 2: and durkle later on weekends. Of course, you hurkle and Durkle.
- 29:17Speaker 7: Oh No, I do it every single morning. I'm like,
- 29:19Speaker 7: hurdle dark, hurdle dark man.
- 29:22Speaker 3: I'm really concerned about Kevin just immediately waking up.
- 29:25Speaker 2: Ye, I don't have herkle Urkle time. I'd rather sleep
- 29:28Speaker 2: until I have to get up.
- 29:30Speaker 3: But hurkling and Durklin just feels good.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I'll tell you what feels good is saying it. I
- 29:34Speaker 1: just want to keep saying it, but I know it's
