- 0:00Speaker 1: Third Neyphi, chapter eighteen. And it came to pass that
- 0:05Speaker 1: Jesus commanded his disciples that they should bring forth some
- 0:08Speaker 1: bread and wine unto him. And while they were gone
- 0:11Speaker 1: for bread and wine, he commanded the multitude that they
- 0:14Speaker 1: should sit themselves down upon the earth. And when the
- 0:17Speaker 1: disciples had come with bread and wine, he took of
- 0:20Speaker 1: the bread and brake and blessed it. And he gave
- 0:23Speaker 1: unto the disciples and commanded that they should eat. And
- 0:27Speaker 1: when they had eaten and were filled, he commanded that
- 0:29Speaker 1: they should give unto the multitude. And when the multitude
- 0:34Speaker 1: had eaten and were filled, he said unto the disciples, Behold,
- 0:39Speaker 1: there shall one be ordained among you, And to him
- 0:41Speaker 1: will I give power, that he shall break bread and
- 0:44Speaker 1: bless it and give it unto the people of my church,
- 0:46Speaker 1: unto all those who shall believe and be baptized in
- 0:49Speaker 1: my name. And this shall ye always observe to do,
- 0:53Speaker 1: even as I have done, even as I have broken
- 0:55Speaker 1: bread and blessed it and given it unto you. And
- 0:59Speaker 1: this shall ye do in remembrance of my body, which
- 1:02Speaker 1: I have shown unto you. And it shall be a
- 1:04Speaker 1: testimony unto the Father that ye do always remember me,
- 1:08Speaker 1: And if ye do always remember me, ye shall have
- 1:11Speaker 1: my spirit to be with you. And it came to
- 1:14Speaker 1: pass that when he said these words, he commanded his
- 1:17Speaker 1: disciples that they should take of the wine of the
- 1:19Speaker 1: cup and drink of it, and that they should also
- 1:22Speaker 1: give unto the multitude, that they might drink of it.
- 1:27Speaker 1: And it came to pass that they did so, and
- 1:29Speaker 1: did drink of it and were filled. And they gave
- 1:32Speaker 1: unto the multitude, and they did drink, and they were filled.
- 1:36Speaker 1: And when the disciples had done this, Jesus said unto them,
- 1:40Speaker 1: blessed or ye for this thing which ye have done.
- 1:43Speaker 1: For this is fulfilling my commandments. And this doth witness
- 1:48Speaker 1: unto the Father that ye are willing to do that
- 1:51Speaker 1: which I have commanded you. And this shall ye always
- 1:55Speaker 1: do to those who repent and are baptized in my name.
- 1:59Speaker 1: And ye shall do it in remembrance of my blood
- 2:01Speaker 1: which I have shed for you, that ye may witness
- 2:04Speaker 1: unto the Father, that ye do always remember me. And
- 2:08Speaker 1: if ye do always remember me, ye shall have my
- 2:11Speaker 1: spirit to be with you. And I give unto you
- 2:15Speaker 1: a commandment that ye shall do these things. And if
- 2:19Speaker 1: ye shall always do these things. Blessed are ye, for
- 2:22Speaker 1: ye are built upon my rock. But whoso among you
- 2:26Speaker 1: shall do more or less than these are not built
- 2:29Speaker 1: upon my rock, but are built upon a sandy foundation.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And when the rain descends, and the floods come, and
- 2:37Speaker 1: the winds blow and beat upon them, they shall fall,
- 2:41Speaker 1: and the gates of Hell are ready open to receive them. Therefore,
- 2:46Speaker 1: blessed are ye, if ye shall keep my commandments, which
- 2:49Speaker 1: the Father hath commanded me that I should give unto you. Verily, verily,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I say unto you, ye must watch and pray always,
- 2:58Speaker 1: lest ye be tempted by the day, and ye be
- 3:00Speaker 1: led away captive by him. And as I have prayed
- 3:04Speaker 1: among you, even so shall ye pray in my church
- 3:07Speaker 1: among my people who do repent and are baptized in
- 3:10Speaker 1: my name. Behold, I am the Light. I have set
- 3:14Speaker 1: an example for you. And it came to pass that
- 3:17Speaker 1: when Jesus had spoken these words unto his disciples, he
- 3:21Speaker 1: turned again unto the multitude and said unto them. Behold, Verily,
- 3:27Speaker 1: verily I say unto you, ye must watch and pray always,
- 3:31Speaker 1: lest ye enter into temptation, for Satan desires to have
- 3:35Speaker 1: you that he may sift you as wheat. Therefore ye
- 3:39Speaker 1: must always pray unto the Father in my name. And
- 3:43Speaker 1: whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, which
- 3:46Speaker 1: is right, believing that ye shall receive. Behold, it shall
- 3:51Speaker 1: be given unto you. Pray in your families unto the
- 3:55Speaker 1: Father always in my name, that your wives and your
- 3:59Speaker 1: children and may be blessed. And behold, ye shall meet
- 4:03Speaker 1: together oft. And ye shall not forbid any man from
- 4:07Speaker 1: coming unto you when ye shall meet together, but suffer
- 4:11Speaker 1: them that they may come unto you, and forbid them not.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But ye shall pray for them, and shall not cast
- 4:17Speaker 1: them out. And if it so be that they come
- 4:19Speaker 1: unto you oft, ye shall pray for them unto the
- 4:22Speaker 1: Father in my name. Therefore, hold up your light that
- 4:27Speaker 1: it may shine unto the world. Behold, I am the
- 4:31Speaker 1: light which ye shall hold up, that which ye have
- 4:34Speaker 1: seen me do Behold. Ye see that I have prayed
- 4:37Speaker 1: unto the Father, and ye all have witnessed. And ye
- 4:41Speaker 1: see that I have commanded that none of you should
- 4:43Speaker 1: go away, but rather have commanded that ye should come
- 4:46Speaker 1: unto me, that ye might feel and see. Even so
- 4:51Speaker 1: shall ye do unto the world and whosoever breaketh this
- 4:54Speaker 1: commandment suffereth himself to be led into temptation. And now
- 5:00Speaker 1: it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words,
- 5:03Speaker 1: he turned his eyes again upon the disciples whom he
- 5:07Speaker 1: had chosen, and said, unto them, Behold, verily, verily, I
- 5:12Speaker 1: say unto you, I give unto you another commandment. And
- 5:15Speaker 1: then I must go unto my Father, that I may
- 5:18Speaker 1: fulfill other commandments which he hath given me. And now behold,
- 5:24Speaker 1: this is the commandment which I give unto you, that
- 5:27Speaker 1: ye shall not suffer any one knowingly to partake of
- 5:30Speaker 1: my flesh and blood unworthily, when ye shall minister it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: For whoso eateth and drinketh my flesh and blood unworthily
- 5:39Speaker 1: eateth and drinketh damnation to his soul. Therefore, if ye
- 5:43Speaker 1: know that a man is unworthy to eat and drink
- 5:46Speaker 1: of my flesh and blood, ye shall forbid him. Nevertheless,
- 5:51Speaker 1: ye shall not cast him out from among you, but
- 5:53Speaker 1: ye shall minister unto him, and shall pray for him
- 5:57Speaker 1: unto the Father in my name. And if it so
- 5:59Speaker 1: be that he repenteth and is baptized in my name,
- 6:03Speaker 1: then shall ye receive him. And shall minister unto him
- 6:06Speaker 1: of my flesh and blood. But if he repent not,
- 6:10Speaker 1: he shall not be numbered among my people, that he
- 6:14Speaker 1: may not destroy my people. For behold, I know my sheep,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and they are numbered. Nevertheless, ye shall not cast him
- 6:21Speaker 1: out of your synagogues or your places of worship. For
- 6:25Speaker 1: unto such shall ye continue to minister. For ye know
- 6:28Speaker 1: not but what they will return and repent and come
- 6:31Speaker 1: unto me with full purpose of heart. And I shall
- 6:33Speaker 1: heal them, and ye shall be the means of bringing
- 6:36Speaker 1: salvation unto them. Therefore, keep these sayings which I have
- 6:40Speaker 1: commanded you, that ye come not under condemnation, for woe
- 6:45Speaker 1: unto him whom the Father condemneth. And I give unto
- 6:49Speaker 1: you these commandments because of the disputations which have been
- 6:53Speaker 1: among you. And blessed are ye if ye have no
- 6:56Speaker 1: disputations among you. And now by going to the Father,
- 7:01Speaker 1: because it is expedient that I should go into the
- 7:03Speaker 1: Father for your sakes. And it came to pass that
- 7:06Speaker 1: when Jesus had made an end of these sayings, he
- 7:09Speaker 1: touched with his hand the disciples whom he had chosen,
- 7:12Speaker 1: one by one, even until he had touched them all.
- 7:16Speaker 1: And spake unto them as he touched them, And the
- 7:19Speaker 1: multitude heard not the words which he spake. Therefore they
- 7:23Speaker 1: did not bear record. But the disciples bear record that
- 7:27Speaker 1: he gave them power to give the Holy ghost. And
- 7:30Speaker 1: I was show unto you hereafter that this record is true.
- 7:34Speaker 1: And it came to pass that when Jesus had touched
- 7:37Speaker 1: them all there came a cloud that overshadowed the multitude,
- 7:40Speaker 1: that they could not see Jesus. And while they were overshadowed,
- 7:44Speaker 1: he departed from them and ascended into heaven. And the
- 7:48Speaker 1: disciples saw and bear record that he ascended again into
- 7:52Speaker 1: heaven thirty five, chapter nineteen. And now it came to
- 7:58Speaker 1: pass that when Jesus had ascended into heaven, the multitude
- 8:02Speaker 1: did disperse, and every man did take his wife and
- 8:05Speaker 1: his children, and did return to his own home. And
- 8:10Speaker 1: it was noised abroad among the people immediately before it
- 8:13Speaker 1: was yet dark, that the multitude had seen Jesus, and
- 8:17Speaker 1: that he'd ministered unto them, and that he would also
- 8:20Speaker 1: show himself on the morrow unto the multitude. Yea, And
- 8:25Speaker 1: even all the night it was noised abroad concerning Jesus.
- 8:29Speaker 1: And insomuch did they send forth unto the people, that
- 8:32Speaker 1: there were many, yea, an exceedingly great number. Did labor
- 8:35Speaker 1: exceedingly all that night, that they might be on the
- 8:39Speaker 1: morrow in the place where Jesus should show himself unto
- 8:42Speaker 1: the multitude. And it came to pass that on the morrow,
- 8:45Speaker 1: when the multitude was gathered together, behold Nephi and his
- 8:49Speaker 1: brother whom he had raised from the dead, whose name
- 8:51Speaker 1: was Timothy, and also his son, whose name was Jonas,
- 8:55Speaker 1: And also Mathonae and Mathoniha his brother and Cumen and
- 9:00Speaker 1: who men on high, and Jeremiah and Shemnon, and Jonas,
- 9:04Speaker 1: and Zedekiah and Isaiah. Now these were the names of
- 9:08Speaker 1: the disciples whom Jesus had chosen. And it came to
- 9:11Speaker 1: pass that they went forth and stood in the midst
- 9:13Speaker 1: of the multitude. And behold, the multitude was so great
- 9:17Speaker 1: that they did cause that they should be separated into
- 9:19Speaker 1: twelve bodies. And the twelve did teach the multitude. And behold,
- 9:25Speaker 1: they did cause that the multitude should kneel down upon
- 9:28Speaker 1: the face of the earth, and should pray unto the
- 9:31Speaker 1: Father in the name of Jesus. And the disciples did
- 9:34Speaker 1: pray unto the Father. Also in the name of Jesus.
- 9:37Speaker 1: And it came to pass that they arose and ministered
- 9:40Speaker 1: unto the people. And when they administered those same words
- 9:44Speaker 1: which Jesus had spoken, nothing varying from the words which
- 9:48Speaker 1: Jesus had spoken. Behold, they knelt again and prayed to
- 9:51Speaker 1: the Father in the name of Jesus. And they did
- 9:54Speaker 1: pray for that which they most desired, and they desired
- 9:58Speaker 1: that the Holy Ghost should be given unto them. And
- 10:01Speaker 1: when they had thus prayed, they went down unto the
- 10:03Speaker 1: water's edge, and the multitude followed them. And it came
- 10:07Speaker 1: to pass that Nephi went down into the water and
- 10:10Speaker 1: was baptized. And he came up out of the water
- 10:13Speaker 1: and began to baptize, and he baptized all those whom
- 10:17Speaker 1: Jesus had chosen. And it came to pass when they
- 10:21Speaker 1: were all baptized and had come up out of the water,
- 10:24Speaker 1: the Holy Ghost did fall upon them, and they were
- 10:27Speaker 1: filled with the Holy Ghost and with fire. And behold,
- 10:31Speaker 1: they were encircled about as if it were by fire.
- 10:34Speaker 1: And it came down from heaven, and the multitude did
- 10:38Speaker 1: witness it and did bear record, and angels did come
- 10:42Speaker 1: down out of heaven and administer unto them. And it
- 10:45Speaker 1: came to pass that while the angels were ministering unto
- 10:48Speaker 1: the disciples, Behold, Jesus came and stood in the midst
- 10:51Speaker 1: and ministered unto them. And it came to pass that
- 10:55Speaker 1: he spake into the multitude and commanded them that they
- 10:58Speaker 1: should kneel down again upon the earth, and also that
- 11:02Speaker 1: his disciples should kneel down upon the earth. And it
- 11:05Speaker 1: came to pass that when they had all knelt down
- 11:07Speaker 1: upon the earth, he commanded his disciples that they should pray.
- 11:11Speaker 1: And behold, they began to pray, and they did pray
- 11:14Speaker 1: unto Jesus, calling him their Lord and their God. And
- 11:20Speaker 1: it came to pass that Jesus departed out of the
- 11:22Speaker 1: midst of them, and went a little way off from them,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and bowed himself to the earth. And he said, Father,
- 11:30Speaker 1: I thank THEE that thou hast given the Holy Ghost
- 11:33Speaker 1: unto these whom I have chosen. And it is because
- 11:36Speaker 1: of their belief in me that I have chosen them
- 11:39Speaker 1: out of the world. Father, I pray THEE that thou
- 11:43Speaker 1: wilt give the Holy Ghost unto all them that shall
- 11:46Speaker 1: believe in their words. Father, thou hast given them the
- 11:50Speaker 1: Holy Ghost, because they believe in me, and Thou seest
- 11:54Speaker 1: that they believe in me, because Thou hearest them, and
- 11:57Speaker 1: they pray unto me, and they pray unto me, because
- 12:00Speaker 1: as I am with them, and now Father, I pray
- 12:03Speaker 1: unto THEE for them, and also for all those who
- 12:06Speaker 1: shall believe on their words, that they may believe in me,
- 12:10Speaker 1: that I may be in them, as thou Father art
- 12:13Speaker 1: in me, that we may be one. And it came
- 12:17Speaker 1: to pass that when Jesus had thus prayed unto the Father,
- 12:21Speaker 1: he came unto his disciples. And behold, they did still continue,
- 12:24Speaker 1: without ceasing to pray unto him. And they did not
- 12:28Speaker 1: multiply many words, for it was given unto them what
- 12:31Speaker 1: they should pray. And they were filled with desire. And
- 12:35Speaker 1: it came to pass that Jesus blessed them as they
- 12:38Speaker 1: did pray unto him, and his countenance did smile upon them,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and the light of his countenance did shine upon them.
- 12:45Speaker 1: And behold, they were as white as the countenance and
- 12:48Speaker 1: also the garments of Jesus. And behold, the whiteness thereof
- 12:51Speaker 1: did exceed all the whiteness. Yea, even there could be
- 12:55Speaker 1: nothing upon the earth, so white as the whiteness thereof,
- 12:59Speaker 1: And ye said unto them, pray on. Nevertheless, they did
- 13:03Speaker 1: not cease to pray. And he turned from them again
- 13:06Speaker 1: and went a little way off, and bowed himself to
- 13:09Speaker 1: the earth, and he prayed again unto the Father, saying, Father,
- 13:13Speaker 1: I thank thee that thou hast purified those whom I
- 13:16Speaker 1: have chosen because of their faith. And I pray for them,
- 13:20Speaker 1: and also for them who shall believe on their words,
- 13:23Speaker 1: that they may be purified in me through faith on
- 13:26Speaker 1: their words, even as they are purified in me. Father,
- 13:29Speaker 1: I pray not for the world, but for those whom
- 13:32Speaker 1: thou hast given me out of the world because of
- 13:35Speaker 1: their faith, that they may be purified in me, that
- 13:39Speaker 1: I may be in them, as thou Father art in me,
- 13:42Speaker 1: that we may be one, that I may be glorified
- 13:45Speaker 1: in them. And when Jesus had spoken these words, he
- 13:49Speaker 1: came again unto his disciples, And behold, they did pray steadfastly,
- 13:55Speaker 1: without ceasing unto him. And he did smile upon them again,
- 13:59Speaker 1: and behold, old they were white even as Jesus. And
- 14:03Speaker 1: it came to pass that he went again a little
- 14:05Speaker 1: way off and prayed unto the Father, and tongue cannot
- 14:09Speaker 1: speak the words which he prayed. Neither can be written
- 14:13Speaker 1: by man the words which he prayed, and the multitude
- 14:16Speaker 1: did hear and do bear record, and their hearts were open,
- 14:21Speaker 1: and they did understand in their hearts the words which
- 14:24Speaker 1: he prayed. Nevertheless, so great and marvelous were the words
- 14:29Speaker 1: which he prayed, that they cannot be written, neither can
- 14:33Speaker 1: they be uttered by man. And it came to pass
- 14:36Speaker 1: that when Jesus had made an end of praying, he
- 14:39Speaker 1: came again to the disciples and said, unto them, so
- 14:44Speaker 1: great faith have I never seen among all the Jews.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Wherefore I could not show unto them so great miracles
- 14:51Speaker 1: because of their unbelief. Verily, I say unto you, there
- 14:56Speaker 1: are none of them that have seen so great things
- 14:59Speaker 1: as ye have seen. Neither have they heard so great
- 15:02Speaker 1: things as ye have heard. Third Nephi, Chapter twenty. And
- 15:09Speaker 1: it came to pass that he commanded the multitude that
- 15:12Speaker 1: they should cease to pray, and also his disciples, and
- 15:14Speaker 1: he commanded them that they should not cease to pray
- 15:16Speaker 1: in their hearts. And he commanded them that they should
- 15:20Speaker 1: arise and stand up upon their feet, and they arose
- 15:23Speaker 1: up and stood upon their feet. And it came to
- 15:26Speaker 1: pass that he breke bread again and blessed it, and
- 15:29Speaker 1: gave it to the disciples to eat. And when they
- 15:32Speaker 1: had eaten, he commanded them that they should break bread
- 15:36Speaker 1: and give un to the multitude. And when they had
- 15:38Speaker 1: given unto the multitude, he also gave them wine to drink,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and commanded them that they should give unto the multitude.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Now there had been no bread, neither wine brought by
- 15:48Speaker 1: the disciples, neither by the multitude. But he truly gave
- 15:52Speaker 1: unto them bread to eat, and also wine to drink.
- 15:56Speaker 1: And he said unto them, he that eateth this bread,
- 15:59Speaker 1: eateth of my body to his soul. And he that
- 16:02Speaker 1: drinketh of this wine drinketh of my blood to his soul.
- 16:06Speaker 1: And his soul shall never hunger nor thirst, but shall
- 16:10Speaker 1: be filled. Now, when the multitude had all eaten and drunk, behold,
- 16:14Speaker 1: they were filled with the spirit. And they did cry
- 16:17Speaker 1: out with one voice and gave glory to Jesus, whom
- 16:21Speaker 1: they both saw and heard. And it came to pass
- 16:24Speaker 1: that when they had all given glory unto Jesus, he
- 16:26Speaker 1: said unto them Behold, now I finish the commandment which
- 16:30Speaker 1: the Father Hath commanded me concerning this people, who are
- 16:34Speaker 1: a remnant of the House of Israel. Ye remember that
- 16:38Speaker 1: I spake unto you and said that when the words
- 16:41Speaker 1: of Isaiah should be fulfilled, behold they are written. Ye
- 16:45Speaker 1: have them before you. Therefore search them, And very verily
- 16:48Speaker 1: I say unto you that when they shall be fulfilled,
- 16:51Speaker 1: then is the fulfilling of the covenant which the Father
- 16:54Speaker 1: hath made unto his people, O house of Israel. And
- 16:58Speaker 1: then shall the remnants, which shall be scattered abroad upon
- 17:01Speaker 1: the face of the earth, be gathered in from the east,
- 17:04Speaker 1: and from the west, and from the south and from
- 17:06Speaker 1: the north, and they shall be brought to the knowledge
- 17:09Speaker 1: of the Lord their God, who hath redeemed them. And
- 17:13Speaker 1: the Father Hath commanded me that I should give unto
- 17:16Speaker 1: you this land for your inheritance. And I say unto
- 17:19Speaker 1: you that if the gentiles do not repent after the
- 17:22Speaker 1: blessing which they shall receive, after they have scattered my people,
- 17:27Speaker 1: then shall ye who are a remnant of the House
- 17:29Speaker 1: of Jacob, go forth among them, and ye shall be
- 17:33Speaker 1: in the midst of them, who shall be many and
- 17:36Speaker 1: ye shall be among them, as a lion among the
- 17:38Speaker 1: beasts of the forest, and as a young lion among
- 17:41Speaker 1: the flocks of the sheep, who if he goeth through
- 17:45Speaker 1: both treadeth down and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Thy hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and
- 17:53Speaker 1: all thine enemies shall be cut off. And I will
- 17:56Speaker 1: gather my people together as a man gathereth his sheaves
- 17:59Speaker 1: into the floor. For I will make my people with
- 18:02Speaker 1: whom the Father hath covenanted. Yea, I will make thy
- 18:06Speaker 1: horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass, And
- 18:09Speaker 1: thou shalt beat in peaces many people, and I will
- 18:13Speaker 1: consecrate their gain unto the Lord, and their substance unto
- 18:16Speaker 1: the Lord of the whole earth. And behold, I am
- 18:19Speaker 1: he who doeth it. And it shall come to pass,
- 18:22Speaker 1: saith the Father, that the sword of My justice shall
- 18:25Speaker 1: hang over them at that day, and except they repent,
- 18:29Speaker 1: it shall fall upon them, Saith the Father, Yea, even
- 18:33Speaker 1: upon all the nations of the Gentiles. And it shall
- 18:36Speaker 1: come to pass that I will establish my people o
- 18:39Speaker 1: house of Israel. And behold this people will I establish
- 18:43Speaker 1: in this land unto the fulfilling of the covenant which
- 18:46Speaker 1: I made with your father, Jacob. And it shall be
- 18:50Speaker 1: a new Jerusalem, and the powers of Heaven shall be
- 18:53Speaker 1: in the midst of this people. Yea, even I will
- 18:56Speaker 1: be in the midst of you. Behold, I am he
- 18:59Speaker 1: of whom Moses spake, saying a prophet. Shall the Lord
- 19:03Speaker 1: your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like
- 19:07Speaker 1: unto me? Him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever
- 19:10Speaker 1: he shall say unto you. And it shall come to
- 19:13Speaker 1: pass that every soul who will not hear that prophet
- 19:16Speaker 1: shall be cut off from among the people. Verily I
- 19:21Speaker 1: say unto you, yea. And all the prophets from Samuel
- 19:25Speaker 1: in those that follow after, as many as have spoken,
- 19:28Speaker 1: have testified of me. And behold, ye are the children
- 19:33Speaker 1: of the prophets. And year of the House of Israel,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and year of the covenant which the Father made with
- 19:40Speaker 1: your fathers saying unto Abraham, and in thy seed shall
- 19:44Speaker 1: all the kindreds of the earth be blessed, the Father
- 19:48Speaker 1: having raised me up unto you first and sent me
- 19:51Speaker 1: to bless you in turning away every one of you
- 19:54Speaker 1: from his iniquities. And this because ye are the children
- 19:57Speaker 1: of the Covenant. And after the at Ye were blest,
- 20:01Speaker 1: then fulfilleth the Father the covenant which he made with Abraham, saying,
- 20:06Speaker 1: in thy seed, shall all the kindreds of the earth
- 20:09Speaker 1: be blest unto the pouring out of the Holy Ghost
- 20:11Speaker 1: through Me upon the Gentiles, which blessing upon the Gentiles
- 20:16Speaker 1: shall make them mighty above all unto the scattering of
- 20:20Speaker 1: my people, O house of Israel, and they shall be
- 20:24Speaker 1: a scourge unto the people of this land. Nevertheless, when
- 20:28Speaker 1: they shall have received the fullness of my gospel, then
- 20:31Speaker 1: if they shall harden their hearts against me, I will
- 20:33Speaker 1: return their iniquities upon their own heads, saith the Father.
- 20:38Speaker 1: And I will remember the covenant which I have made
- 20:40Speaker 1: with my people, and I have covenanted with them, that
- 20:44Speaker 1: I would gather them together in mine own due time,
- 20:47Speaker 1: that I would give unto them again the land of
- 20:50Speaker 1: their fathers for their inheritance, which is the land of Jerusalem,
- 20:54Speaker 1: which is the promised land unto them forever, saith the Father.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And it shall come to pass that the time cometh
- 21:02Speaker 1: when the fullness of my gospel shall be preached unto them,
- 21:06Speaker 1: and they shall believe in me that I am Jesus Christ,
- 21:10Speaker 1: the Son of God, and shall pray unto the Father
- 21:13Speaker 1: in my name. Then shall their watchmen lift up their voice,
- 21:17Speaker 1: and with the voice together shall they sing, for they
- 21:20Speaker 1: shall see eye to eye. Then will the Father gather
- 21:23Speaker 1: them together again and give unto them Jerusalem for the
- 21:26Speaker 1: land of their inheritance. Then shall they break forth into joy,
- 21:31Speaker 1: sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem. For the Father
- 21:35Speaker 1: hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem. The Father
- 21:39Speaker 1: hath made bare his holy arm. In the eyes of
- 21:41Speaker 1: all the nations, and all the ends of the earth
- 21:45Speaker 1: shall see the salvation of the Father. And the Father
- 21:48Speaker 1: and I are one. And then shall be brought to
- 21:51Speaker 1: pass that which is written. Awake, awake again, and put
- 21:55Speaker 1: on thy strength, O Zion, Put on thy beautiful garments,
- 21:59Speaker 1: O Jerusalem, the Holy City, For henceforth there shall no
- 22:04Speaker 1: more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. Shake
- 22:09Speaker 1: thyself from the dust, arise, sit down, O Jerusalem. Loose
- 22:13Speaker 1: thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter
- 22:16Speaker 1: of Zion. For thus saith the Lord, ye have sold
- 22:20Speaker 1: yourselves for naught, and ye shall be redeemed without money verily, verily,
- 22:27Speaker 1: I say unto you, that my people shall know my name. Yea,
- 22:32Speaker 1: in that day they shall know that I am he
- 22:35Speaker 1: that doth speak. And then shall they say, how beautiful
- 22:39Speaker 1: upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth
- 22:41Speaker 1: good tidings unto them that publisheth peace, that bringeth good
- 22:47Speaker 1: tidings unto them of good, that publisheth salvation, that saith
- 22:51Speaker 1: unto Zion, Thy God reigneth. And then shall a cry,
- 22:56Speaker 1: go forth, depart, ye depart ye go ye out from
- 23:00Speaker 1: thence touch not that which is unclean, Go ye out
- 23:04Speaker 1: of the midst of her be ye clean that bear
- 23:07Speaker 1: the vessels of the Lord. For ye shall not go
- 23:09Speaker 1: out with haste, nor go by flight. For the Lord
- 23:13Speaker 1: will go before you, and the God of Israel shall
- 23:17Speaker 1: be your rearward. Behold, my servant shall deal prudently. He
- 23:22Speaker 1: shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. As
- 23:26Speaker 1: many were astonished at thee his visage was so marred
- 23:29Speaker 1: more than any man, and his form more than the
- 23:32Speaker 1: sons of men. So shall he sprinkle many nations. The
- 23:36Speaker 1: kings shall shut their mouths at him, for that which
- 23:39Speaker 1: had not been told them. Shall they see, and that
- 23:42Speaker 1: which they had not heard shall they consider verily. Verily,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I say unto you, all these things shall surely come,
- 23:50Speaker 1: even as the Father Hath commanded me. Then shall this
- 23:54Speaker 1: covenant which the Father Hath covenanted with his people be fulfilled.
- 23:59Speaker 1: And then shall Jerusalem be inhabited again with my people,
- 24:03Speaker 1: and it shall be the land of their inheritance. End
