- 0:00Right behind the web, stand some kind of creature decoration I have not seen before.
- 0:09It was about 4, maybe 5 feet tall, and standing straight up.
- 0:14Was it Caitlyn?
- 0:18Okay, this next part, I'm gonna guess no.
- 0:23It is covered in brown hair, the head and body are a big ball with a mouth in a slight
- 0:30smile.
- 0:31Wait, what?
- 0:32What?
- 0:33Hi Caitlyn.
- 0:34Hi Cassie.
- 0:35You like how I waited until you were taking a drink of your wine to say hi to you?
- 0:46Yes, but always.
- 0:48So demure.
- 0:51I made it a quick sip and just kept on rockin and rolling.
- 0:57I saw it in your eye, you saw me take the breath in and you're like she's gonna fucking
- 1:00start right now while I'm sipping.
- 1:03I knew it.
- 1:04I knew it was coming.
- 1:05How many people?
- 1:06How many people?
- 1:07How many people?
- 1:08This is PNW Haunts and Homicides, where we chat about true crime, the paranormal, and all
- 1:13things spooky in the Pacific Northwest.
- 1:15Oh, we also do a tarot reading at the end.
- 1:18I'm getting off track.
- 1:22In our creepy people chronicles episode, episodes, because there's not just one, there's
- 1:29multiple.
- 1:30Those are stories that you've emailed us, that you've told us in person, that you've sent
- 1:35your voice even sometimes.
- 1:36Like we were just talking about voice recording and then we play it.
- 1:39Oh yeah.
- 1:41And then we do a tarot read or usually an oracle reading for you individually.
- 1:46So you get your own little reading for free, man.
- 1:50I love that.
- 1:51I mean, for free in exchange for us reading your story, you know.
- 1:56Yeah.
- 1:57Okay, so today is a creepy people chronicles and we have some updates for you.
- 2:00So new stories.
- 2:02But first, I want to remind everyone about the Kickstarter that we just talked about a
- 2:08few episodes ago.
- 2:09It was called Beyond the Cards: Art, Tarot, and Liminal Spaces.
- 2:13Love it.
- 2:15Here we talked to David of Whiskey Terra Foxtrot.
- 2:19And can everyone give me a round of applause for saying it right?
- 2:23Because I said it wrong twice in the episode.
- 2:28I could not get my shit together.
- 2:29Thank you, David, for just being there to support me and just saying it for me because I was
- 2:33a terrible host as I felt like.
- 2:36So David is hand drawing.
- 2:38It's called the Liminal Deck.
- 2:40And it's really cool.
- 2:41And I want one. We have donated to Kickstarter so we get a tarot deck of our very own.
- 2:47So everyone go donate so that we could have one like selfishly.
- 2:50Yeah.
- 2:52I sent a little note via the Patreon app for one of our new subscribers.
- 2:59We've got a new subscriber at high 10 doll hairs.
- 3:04And I'm not a thousand percent sure on the pronunciation, but I believe it is a lease.
- 3:11I love that.
- 3:12It's just called to be pronounced it wrong.
- 3:15We'll shout you out again.
- 3:16Yeah.
- 3:17But I'm going to be putting their card out in the mail.
- 3:20Normally they go out like within 48 hours and the turnaround with the holiday is a little
- 3:26bit on the slower side.
- 3:28Right.
- 3:29So sorry.
- 3:30Theme to Judy.
- 3:31I mean, you're I still haven't sent your card, but you know what?
- 3:34It's coming.
- 3:35And we both signed it.
- 3:36Oh, I was going to say, didn't I sign Judy's card?
- 3:39I'm trying.
- 3:41I'm trying so hard.
- 3:44Okay.
- 3:45Let's talk about you.
- 3:46Let's do it.
- 3:47Let's do it.
- 3:48Judy, it's all about you by beauty.
- 3:50Do you remember we were talking about how do you remember the farm, nanny?
- 3:54We were talking about it and she ended up like marrying him later.
- 3:58Yes.
- 3:59Actually, yes.
- 4:00She was with her shitty ex at the time.
- 4:02Yeah.
- 4:03Ew.
- 4:04I was like making a little like, oh, it was it was like Princess bride and on the farm.
- 4:08He was like, as you wish, but I didn't mean to imply that there was any like shenanigans.
- 4:14Oh shenanigans.
- 4:15Yeah.
- 4:16I wasn't implying there was any shenanigans or I wasn't trying to.
- 4:19It may have sounded like it.
- 4:21But I think it was just kind of that like building that love and friendship and like, yeah.
- 4:25You know, I'll do this for you.
- 4:27I'll do that for you like building trust.
- 4:29So that's for sure.
- 4:30For sure.
- 4:31By that, she did confirm they were just friends at the time.
- 4:34And then do you remember that they had a really big house fire?
- 4:39And she kind of just mentioned, oh, we had this fire and then like moved on and we were
- 4:43like, wait.
- 4:44Hold on.
- 4:45Yeah, I do remember that.
- 4:47Your entire house burned down.
- 4:50So we have follow up questions.
- 4:52We do.
- 4:53And we have we have more to the story about the fire.
- 4:55So she says the house burned down in May, May 25th, 2001.
- 5:00Which was, oh my gosh.
- 5:02So long ago.
- 5:03I was like in middle school.
- 5:04I don't even think I was born yet.
- 5:07Right.
- 5:09At the time, it was her ex has been in herself, her son, Rume and her nephew.
- 5:16And she said her nephew was basically an adult.
- 5:18So don't think that she's taking care of yet another child.
- 5:21Oh, there's like this.
- 5:22Yeah, there was a few kids in that house.
- 5:25Oh boy.
- 5:26And her roommate kid wasn't there at the time.
- 5:28So that was okay.
- 5:29It was a school day.
- 5:30And my son had a doctor's appointment of a DoHSU.
- 5:33So we were sleeping in.
- 5:34My husband who always overreacted to everything.
- 5:37Husbands of mine.
- 5:38What?
- 5:39Why are men?
- 5:40Came running into the bedroom saying the house was on fire.
- 5:43Okay.
- 5:44I mean, that's all a lourwit.
- 5:47Although I will say there is something that's a little bit frustrating about people that
- 5:52like are just always overly dramatic.
- 5:55It's like the boy who cried wolf.
- 5:57That story is around for a reason.
- 5:58Right.
- 5:59Because that's happened.
- 6:00Yeah.
- 6:01I think like it's important.
- 6:02Get your shit together when it's really serious.
- 6:05I don't know.
- 6:06Just saying.
- 6:07So he came running in and said the house is on fire.
- 6:10She says, I guess he was being nice this day because he also informed everybody else, which
- 6:14is like, do you have any other day?
- 6:16Like he wouldn't have told you guys the house is burning.
- 6:19Um, hello.
- 6:20The one thing you're not together anymore.
- 6:22I know it was going to say we have like the, the benefit of hindsight.
- 6:26We know that like we're like listen, we already know we don't like this character.
- 6:30Right.
- 6:31Exactly.
- 6:32Uh, knowing that my husband just overreacted to literally everything, we all just rolled
- 6:37back over and went back to sleep.
- 6:40Okay.
- 6:41So literally that's the problem with crying wolf.
- 6:45He came in a second time and I got up to see what was going on.
- 6:48Yep.
- 6:49The house is on fire and my wonderful husband took my shoes from my, took my shoes from
- 6:55right by the door and ran outside with them.
- 6:58Um, like, from where did you carry them or did you put them on his own feet?
- 7:02Either way, that's not nice.
- 7:05Not cool.
- 7:06Well, it gets worse because she says I'm attempting to put out the fire, which is like,
- 7:12so she's attempting to put out the fire and he's just running away with her shoes on.
- 7:16Um, it's not funny, but it is funny because it's like, you know, people respond to fear
- 7:24and strange way.
- 7:25I've just, yeah, I don't, I, I'm glad that he managed to wake them up and like came
- 7:32back and made sure they were, I'm, I'm just going to focus on that part.
- 7:36So she says, as I'm attempting to put out the fire, which was a huge failure and making
- 7:40sure everybody was out, I realized that I didn't have shoes because, you know, you're busy
- 7:48and you're not thinking about your feet.
- 7:50You're busy business lady who is doing things about the farm and you don't have no time
- 7:58for shoes.
- 7:59But now fires, saving people, um, I ran back past the fire to grab myself a pair of shoes.
- 8:05Oh my god.
- 8:06And saw my cat.
- 8:08I was able to get the cat that was even closer to the fire than I was.
- 8:14Unfortunately, my little fire belly toads, my fish and my son's hamster didn't make it.
- 8:25I'm sorry, Judy.
- 8:27I know they're just like people will be like, oh, they're just like toads and fish and a hamster.
- 8:32But I mean, honestly, it's impressive that a hamster lives for more than six months and
- 8:37any household.
- 8:38So yeah, you know, maybe hang your hat on that, but that's awful.
- 8:43I know on the toads.
- 8:45I, okay.
- 8:46So now I have, I'm torn because I'm glad he took her shoes because if she didn't need to
- 8:52run back, which I know you're like, you're, you're not really thinking, but like, oh my god,
- 8:57Judy, you ran back into the fire to get your shoes.
- 8:59But obviously it was so she would see the cat, you know?
- 9:02Yeah.
- 9:03So it was like, it's more to it than that.
- 9:05Yeah, I feel like it all happened for a reason in the cat.
- 9:10So Judy goes on to say it was just a mess trying to even get the fire trucks there to put
- 9:15out the fire.
- 9:16The house was a total loss.
- 9:19The next year we found out that the fire department was wanting volunteers.
- 9:23So the roommate, the husband and aisle volunteered.
- 9:27When the kiddo got old enough, they volunteered as well.
- 9:30It's as heavy and I have now retired after putting in 20 years has volunteered to fire
- 9:35fires.
- 9:36God, I said that weird.
- 9:37But, you know, because I'm like, oh my gosh, that's amazing that you had this tragedy of
- 9:44a fire in your house and then you're like, well, what am I going to do with that?
- 9:47I'm going to go help fight fires.
- 9:49Well, and I don't know like what logistically was the issue with getting the fire trucks
- 9:54out to them.
- 9:55If it was like, you know, they were just they were on a farm.
- 9:58So I don't know like maybe it's just yeah, it can be difficult like you hear 911 calls
- 10:03where it's like people are, you know, EMS workers, firefighters, police, whatever, they're
- 10:10struggling to find the location of the person that needs their services.
- 10:15It could be that or I mean, I have enough for.
- 10:18Yeah, I mean, but you know, yeah, that's really cool.
- 10:23I love that.
- 10:24I love that, Judy.
- 10:26Okay.
- 10:27So do you want to know about the being the owl on the card?
- 10:30Yes.
- 10:32What I took away from this was why why was the be out when it really should be hunkered
- 10:37down at home, which is kind of what we were saying.
- 10:39Like why is it be out at night?
- 10:41Why am I always out when I should be at home with my ex?
- 10:45I would always stay at work late.
- 10:47It wasn't until I got him out of the house that I realized what I was doing.
- 10:53Oh, like obviously you didn't want to be homeless, someone who's toxic, right?
- 10:57So you're trying to be that busy bee and like stay out right?
- 11:01Right.
- 11:02Well, and you're trying to do something that feels like you can legitimize it, right?
- 11:08Like, you know, staying late at work or something like that as opposed to like staying late at
- 11:16work.
- 11:17Right.
- 11:18Or like going out with your friends or like hanging out at a bar or something like, yeah, no
- 11:22judgment if that's what you do.
- 11:24Cause I mean, I do that shit too, but like that's what you're saying.
- 11:27She was just staying at work and being like a busy bee to stay away.
- 11:31But even now I help at the nightmare factory and do a couple other nonprofit things as well.
- 11:37I stay incredibly busy and maybe should be a home more.
- 11:41Everyone tells me I should rest.
- 11:43Judy.
- 11:44We understand.
- 11:48And I understand like it maybe now it's not that you're trying to like stay away from home
- 11:52because you have what sounds like a wonderful husband now.
- 11:55Yeah.
- 11:56But it's kind of maybe just your use for that.
- 11:58That's what you've always done.
- 12:00So it can be really hard to give yourself permission to rest.
- 12:05We were just talking about that and I was like, Caitlin, do I need to come and slap you?
- 12:11And she said actually I need to rest so I'd rather not.
- 12:15Yeah.
- 12:16I don't want to work that hard.
- 12:17But she says meanwhile gave her husband now is what you would call a night owl.
- 12:23He will stay up until three in the morning on most days.
- 12:26Like he's the night owl.
- 12:28She's the busy bee.
- 12:30I love it.
- 12:31She really connected to the card we pulled for her.
- 12:35And you know something really weird.
- 12:37I tend to just wear black.
- 12:39Black is my happy color.
- 12:41I get it.
- 12:42That's me Cassie saying I get it.
- 12:46I get it.
- 12:47I'm wearing all black right now.
- 12:50But I found this shirt that just basically dropped to my lap and it felt like I just had
- 12:54to have it.
- 12:55It has bees all over it and she sent a pick.
- 12:59Wow.
- 13:00Isn't that crazy?
- 13:01How like we're just so confused about the bee.
- 13:03Like why is this bee on this card?
- 13:05We don't really understand it.
- 13:07And like she just has this new bee shirt that she just had to have.
- 13:12It all connects.
- 13:13It's crazy.
- 13:14I love it.
- 13:15So she also sent us a story about the Delaney house which we read on the last episode.
- 13:21But we had some questions.
- 13:23I was like another one.
- 13:25Not another one.
- 13:26But it says so we were asking if Vicki owned the house when she saw she saw stick figure
- 13:31there out on the porch.
- 13:32Oh.
- 13:33And yes, she did.
- 13:34She was friends with Vicki.
- 13:38She owned the house while they were there.
- 13:41I've also seen one, a stick figure, one in the bathtub upstairs a couple of times.
- 13:46And when I was there with Vicki upstairs, she was telling me people like would see stick
- 13:52figures dancing in the tub.
- 13:54And I don't remember if that made it into our actual interview because we were just upstairs
- 13:57like getting a tour of the house.
- 13:59I don't remember if it made it into the interview, but I thought that was pretty cool.
- 14:02So I'm like Judy is one of the people who has seen the stick figures dancing in the tub.
- 14:06And also just to clarify by if you go listen to the episode you'll know what we mean.
- 14:10But by the stick figure, it's like the SLS camera that tries to find human shapes that
- 14:18may not be able to see your eyes.
- 14:20It shows it to you in the stick figure form.
- 14:22So she sent a drawing of we were asking where she saw the stick figure.
- 14:27And she says, please excuse my crew drawing of a stick figure on the picture.
- 14:31But this is where I saw it.
- 14:32And so she has a picture of the house, which I think you'll love the picture itself.
- 14:38Just like sit on the porch.
- 14:41It's like yeah, it's on the corner of the wraparound porch.
- 14:46Just like on kind of the wall.
- 14:52Like the corner, the railing the wall.
- 14:55Yeah.
- 14:56Like in between the pillar or like where the roof of the porch is.
- 15:03But like how cute is the picture in the snow?
- 15:07Yeah.
- 15:08And we have.
- 15:09I thought that was sweet.
- 15:10I know.
- 15:11I was going to say hell low.
- 15:14She also sent she found a picture of the Delaney house that shows the house before it
- 15:21was moved in the bottom floor was added.
- 15:24Oh.
- 15:25And it's a really old picture and it's from the Nistar Coffee and Creamery.
- 15:30Their website, which I want to go there so bad it's in Portland.
- 15:35It's so cool.
- 15:36It's a black and white photo.
- 15:38It's in tall grass.
- 15:39It looks really creepy.
- 15:41Okay.
- 15:42And then Judy says, I think that's it for now.
- 15:44You really should come down for one of the spirit galleries.
- 15:48Yeah.
- 15:49She says there are a lot of fun and I'm so down.
- 15:52Okay.
- 15:53I haven't really read this yet.
- 15:57Some excited.
- 15:58High Katelyn and Cassie.
- 15:59It's okay to use my first name and my story if you want to.
- 16:01We want to.
- 16:03And this one is titled real or am I losing my marbles?
- 16:08I hope you're not losing your marbles, but wait, I hope it's not real.
- 16:11I don't know.
- 16:13It's me, Clint from Canada.
- 16:15I hope both of you are safe and healthy.
- 16:18I'm feeling great.
- 16:19Okay.
- 16:20That's awesome.
- 16:21I see you answered because you knew we were going to ask.
- 16:24Yeah.
- 16:25Exactly.
- 16:26Okay.
- 16:27Hi, Clint from Canada.
- 16:29It's not it's not Clint's first time sending us a story and we love it.
- 16:33A little backstory.
- 16:35My son and I are couriers and we work from 11 30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- 16:42Oh, six nights a week.
- 16:45Dang.
- 16:46Okay.
- 16:47But it just keeps going.
- 16:51And all kinds of weather.
- 16:54Like six nights a week.
- 16:56You do get a day off.
- 16:58That's too many nights.
- 17:00Clint, that's too many nights.
- 17:01I thought they were better to you up there in the great white north.
- 17:06Unless, you know, unless you love it, if you thrive on that.
- 17:11Well, actually that schedule, so it's a little bit less than like a typical full eight hour
- 17:19shift scenario.
- 17:21But still six days a week, that's just that's rough or nice.
- 17:24Yeah.
- 17:25Yeah.
- 17:26And nights are also really rough.
- 17:28Mm-hmm.
- 17:29Okay.
- 17:30Also, in all kinds of weather, I love foggy nights on different streets.
- 17:39What he's saying is like there's maybe treacherous weather and you're like on different roads
- 17:45that you make.
- 17:46So you're not like used to all the roads all the time is what I'm getting from that.
- 17:50That's what I'm gathering.
- 17:51Yeah.
- 17:52That's hard.
- 17:53We drive some parts together and talk about Halloween decorations.
- 17:57Oh, I love you.
- 18:00It's 136 am on Halloween night.
- 18:03Well, technically November 1st.
- 18:06Okay.
- 18:07But Halloween to me, because my ass hasn't been to bed yet.
- 18:11Exactly.
- 18:12It's still Halloween.
- 18:14It's always Halloween in our hearts.
- 18:16That's right.
- 18:17That's right.
- 18:18My customers decorate their house with six skeletons climbing all over the house, porn
- 18:24stocks, hay bales, and one very tall, cool looking grim reaper.
- 18:31Mm-hmm.
- 18:32With a green light up rib cage and skeleton based as well as going from the edge of the roof
- 18:38down to the grass in front of their front door, they have a string spider web with a couple
- 18:44black widow spiders on the web.
- 18:47Oh my gosh.
- 18:48They go all out.
- 18:49Seriously.
- 18:50I didn't know Canada went that hard for Halloween.
- 18:53Oh no.
- 18:54Here is where the story gets weird or I'm seeing things.
- 19:00Okay.
- 19:01So now to the marbles.
- 19:04Marbles.
- 19:05See if you got them.
- 19:06Right behind the web, stand some kind of creature decoration I have not seen before.
- 19:13It was about four, maybe five feet tall and standing straight up.
- 19:18Was it Caitlin?
- 19:20Okay.
- 19:21This next part, I'm going to guess no.
- 19:27It is covered in brown hair.
- 19:29The head and body are a big ball with a mouth in a slight smile.
- 19:36I can only, what?
- 19:39It's covered in brown hair.
- 19:40The head and body are a big ball with a mouth in a slight smile.
- 19:46I could only see one life like human blue eye because of where I was standing.
- 19:53So it's like, face is just round with a smile.
- 19:58It's sounding like sort of an orb cyclops hair, big foot, hybrid scenario.
- 20:08I'm picturing cousin it.
- 20:13Yes, but rounder and like eyes through the hair.
- 20:18I guess.
- 20:19And like half of it's in shadows.
- 20:22It's just seeing one eye.
- 20:24Do you see that I was blue or did I make it?
- 20:26Yeah, no, he said blue.
- 20:27Creepy.
- 20:28Mm-hmm.
- 20:29Okay.
- 20:30Oh my god.
- 20:33It doesn't get better.
- 20:35It had skinny human legs and two giant spider legs coming out of the top of the head/body.
- 20:44Oh, why?
- 20:46What?
- 20:47I made you read a spider one.
- 20:49I'm so stupid.
- 20:50You bitch.
- 20:51Sorry.
- 20:52Don't know how to explain it.
- 20:55It's not a costume.
- 20:56It looked realistic.
- 20:57Oh my god.
- 21:00Realistic giant spider legs.
- 21:02This is my name.
- 21:04Oh my god.
- 21:06Okay.
- 21:07It's fine.
- 21:08It's fine.
- 21:10I turned to walk away then turned back to get a pig because I wanted to show my son and
- 21:15let's face it.
- 21:17Way too cool looking.
- 21:19[laughs]
- 21:21Clingy fool.
- 21:23Run for your life.
- 21:25But it's just a decoration.
- 21:26No.
- 21:27No, he said it was realistic looking.
- 21:30I don't.
- 21:31It's not.
- 21:32Okay, but it was gone.
- 21:36So he doesn't have a picture of it.
- 21:39No sound.
- 21:40Nothing.
- 21:41Just gone.
- 21:42They started cleaning up really early.
- 21:46I feel like it might not meet the specific criteria, but I feel like maybe we need an amber
- 21:53alert.
- 21:54[laughs]
- 21:55Oh god.
- 21:56Okay.
- 21:57Do you think it was an unknown cryptid?
- 22:02I hope so.
- 22:03I want to see it again.
- 22:05So many questions.
- 22:07Cryptid alert.
- 22:08Or am I seeing things?
- 22:11Okay.
- 22:12So do we think it was a kid dressed up as something weird, maybe a homemade costume?
- 22:21I still out at 1.30.
- 22:24I feel like that's the answer that I'm most comfortable with.
- 22:28Um.
- 22:29But why?
- 22:32I'm trying to, I'm trying to picture the costume.
- 22:35The only thing I can think is like it's a homemade, someone made a homemade costume.
- 22:40That's just fucking weird.
- 22:41Yeah.
- 22:42But why?
- 22:43Yeah.
- 22:44Why are they out at 1.30?
- 22:47We're working around in the shadows.
- 22:51Now I feel like you were like not even sure what word to go with there.
- 22:57And I feel like we just came up with a new one because I feel like lurking.
- 23:01Yeah.
- 23:02Yep.
- 23:03Yeah, lurking.
- 23:04It's like a sneaky, sneakier, stealthier version of lurking.
- 23:09Like a slippery snake burglar lurking.
- 23:13I'm wondering if this is maybe a typo or if this is like a regional thing.
- 23:18I'm going to read this and you tell me, uh, I'm not sure how to interpret it.
- 23:26It's like one little teeny part of this.
- 23:29It says on a brute note, we had a deer running beside my car.
- 23:35That was great.
- 23:36I'm going to bed now.
- 23:39But brute is like, you know, brutish, like, you know, high school, jack bully is the image
- 23:46that I can for brute.
- 23:48Look, look up brute.
- 23:50Canadian slang.
- 23:51Okay.
- 23:52Yeah.
- 23:53No, I'm, I'm finding, uh, nothing.
- 23:57Clint, you got to tell us either way.
- 24:00He says he's going to bed now at the end of this story here.
- 24:04So maybe sleepiness.
- 24:06I'm not sure.
- 24:07Maybe that could be it.
- 24:09Yeah.
- 24:10I love that there's just a deer running beside his car.
- 24:14I kind of wait.
- 24:15Okay.
- 24:16So I was like, what does this mean?
- 24:18Is this it?
- 24:19Was it a deer or was it a not deer, Clint?
- 24:23Is why it's the deer keeping up with your car?
- 24:26I don't know.
- 24:27That's like one of the things is like, they're really fast.
- 24:29Oh.
- 24:31Was it a deer?
- 24:32Was it a not deer?
- 24:34Maybe he did mean on a brute note.
- 24:35I'm very interested.
- 24:37Or if you meant like on a good note, we had a deer running next to the car like, but he did
- 24:42say that, that was great.
- 24:44Yeah.
- 24:45So like, maybe it was like a really magical.
- 24:48They just like saw a deer running with him.
- 24:51Yeah.
- 24:52Maybe.
- 24:53I didn't go in front of their cars, but that's really good.
- 24:55Yeah.
- 24:56I mean, yes.
- 24:58Was it running on two legs, Clint?
- 25:01Last sentence.
- 25:02Still love your podcast.
- 25:03Stay safe.
- 25:04Oh.
- 25:05Okay.
- 25:06Well, it sounds like you're the one that needs to say, stay safe.
- 25:10Clint.
- 25:11Yes, please.
- 25:12Okay.
- 25:13Should we pull a little moon oracle?
- 25:18Orcle?
- 25:19I like it.
- 25:21Okay.
- 25:22I'm going to put my make down and shuffle because I still don't have my stand.
- 25:26Caitlin stole it from me and she won't get the back.
- 25:29Those accusations are ridiculous.
- 25:36Ridiculous and erroneous.
- 25:38Follonious one might say.
- 25:41Flaishio.
- 25:42Somewhere my husband just went, every husband everywhere went, hmm.
- 25:51Okay.
- 25:52A sudden Clint vibe grabbed my orange cello night.
- 26:00Tell me if you have any feelings.
- 26:02You know, I always gravitate towards the middle, like where you're rightish and us.
- 26:08Yeah.
- 26:09Yeah.
- 26:10Okay.
- 26:11This is interesting.
- 26:12We got nature.
- 26:13Ooh.
- 26:14Which is like, they're outside.
- 26:16Oh, there's an owl.
- 26:18There is an owl on it.
- 26:20Like a moon.
- 26:21Yeah, it's on like a crescent moon with like a little face.
- 26:25Just kill.
- 26:26And it's like a snowy, possibly foggy night.
- 26:29It looks like it's foggy back there.
- 26:31So that's interesting.
- 26:32Full moon.
- 26:33He did mention fog.
- 26:35And like all kinds of weather at night.
- 26:38It's like tonight.
- 26:39Well, it's a moon oracle deck.
- 26:42So I think most of these cards aren't night, but still.
- 26:44You know what?
- 26:45We're counting it.
- 26:47The nature moon oracle card.
- 26:49It comes with a quote.
- 26:51And it says, "In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks."
- 26:57Oh.
- 26:58Well.
- 26:59Uh, hello.
- 27:00Yeah.
- 27:01I mean, here's the thing.
- 27:05My reaction would have been, "I don't want to see it again."
- 27:10But Clint has said already, he would like to see it again.
- 27:14So I need a drawing of what this looks like.
- 27:17Yes.
- 27:18Can you draw it, Clint?
- 27:19It doesn't have to be a good drawing.
- 27:21I just want like something to--
- 27:23I mean, my god.
- 27:24Because if we draw it, I don't know that it'll be a good drawing.
- 27:28Judy gave us a stick figure.
- 27:30Yeah, that's right.
- 27:31Otherwise, I'm just going to have to feed this into like AI and be like, "A please show
- 27:37me this."
- 27:39You know what?
- 27:40I'm not going to do that because I need to sleep.
- 27:43Probably the blue eye freaks me out, though.
- 27:46Yeah.
- 27:47Okay.
- 27:48"The keywords are gifts, wonders, home.
- 27:53Return yourself back to nature.
- 27:55Unleash and detach from the electronic world to reconnect with the earth and her offerings."
- 28:00For cryptid offerings?
- 28:02Oh.
- 28:03We were saying you were working too much.
- 28:05I mean, you might not feel like it, but like that's kind of what we were saying in the beginning.
- 28:09Like maybe you're working too much.
- 28:10We're honestly all working too much.
- 28:13Seriously.
- 28:14Yeah.
- 28:15Yeah.
- 28:16Make your senses and be in tune with the infinite layers of the universe.
- 28:22Ooh.
- 28:23That, like, it reminds me of the thing that cryptids are kind of like interdimensional beings.
- 28:28Ooh.
- 28:29And so maybe you're seeing like different layers of the universe, different dimensions.
- 28:33I'm on board with that.
- 28:35Maybe that's why it disappeared so fast because it was just like a glimpse.
- 28:39Oh.
- 28:40"Explore the endless wonders of this world."
- 28:43The lunar and solar eclipses, shooting stars, the changing of the seasons, the transformation
- 28:50of a butterfly shutting its cocoon, the air moving in and out of your lungs.
- 28:57Nice reminder to breathe.
- 28:59The seas tides, the moon's phases, the food and healing herbs grown from the earth's soil.
- 29:05Retreat back to your childhood and reminisce about how awe-inspiring nature and great outdoors
- 29:11was to you back then.
- 29:12And what kind of reminds me of him and his son talking about like the Halloween decorations?
- 29:18Capture and harness all of this magic once again.
- 29:21Remember that you are one with mother nature.
- 29:23Let yourself marvel at all her wondrous gifts.
- 29:26So maybe it's saying like, "Don't be scared of this thing."
- 29:29Like, obviously you didn't seem scared of it.
- 29:31So it seems like this card's kind of the right vibe.
- 29:34I guess I just feel like, yeah, you didn't seem like you were scared of it.
- 29:40And listen, I feel as though that does concern me because my visceral reaction was very much
- 29:48fear.
- 29:49Right.
- 29:50I mean, I don't know how I would react in that situation because I wasn't there, but I
- 29:55feel like I probably would be more curious too because that's just like how I am.
- 30:00But you know, I could be, I could like, terrify Pima of Hanson right away.
- 30:04We don't know.
- 30:05That's what I'm picturing.
- 30:07Mm-hmm.
- 30:08Okay.
- 30:09Feel the earth's heartbeat, tune into the ebb and flow of her energy, synchronize yourself
- 30:15with mother nature's rhythms.
- 30:17You know what this reminds me of too?
- 30:19They had a deer running next to their car.
- 30:21So like, nature was like hanging out with them.
- 30:24Yeah.
- 30:25Very much like a natural world vibe to it.
- 30:29Just very much like, I'm out in nature, y'all.
- 30:33The encrypted and the sea in not deer.
- 30:36Mm-hmm.
- 30:37Mm-hmm.
- 30:38And known cryptids and all kinds of potential, whatever.
- 30:43How sp- I think that's so special though and you see something either an animal or maybe
- 30:50something you don't even know what it is, maybe it's a cryptid or maybe not.
- 30:54But if you just like make that eye contact with an animal, I just think that's so special
- 30:59for whatever reason.
- 31:00I don't know.
- 31:01Okay.
- 31:02I am going to, so here's the thing.
- 31:07I said that I needed to sleep and that I wouldn't do this.
- 31:13But I did.
- 31:15So here we are and you have to sit in this with me because here is what AI says that
- 31:27and I'm going to sit in this with you.
- 31:46Ted Bundy had blue eyes, that eye, it's giving me Bundy vibes, okay.
- 31:54No, never Bundy.
- 31:59I like it smile.
- 32:00Yeah.
- 32:01Okay, we have to send this to Clint.
- 32:03Yeah.
- 32:04You can tell us if it's correct.
- 32:07I feel like it's odd that it put the eye like kind of as if like the placement is such
- 32:15that if it were a human, it would be evenly spaced.
- 32:19Like the spatial fluidity of it, it would have the other eye, you can see where that would
- 32:26be.
- 32:27But it does have more than one eye.
- 32:30Well, I think he was saying he could only see the eye because it was in shadow.
- 32:34So I was picturing the other eye, it was kind of in shadow, like, emo hair.
- 32:39Oh.
- 32:40Like kind of how it's showing in the picture.
- 32:42But that's what I was envisioning, like emo bangs over the eye.
- 32:46That's interesting.
- 32:49An interesting thought.
- 32:51Certainly.
- 32:52It's an emo cryptid.
- 32:56I feel like if there is such a thing as an emo cryptid, there is clearly some blame to be
- 33:05laid at the feet of us as millennials.
- 33:10And I for one just want to begin my apology tour for whatever this, this, this is, I, it's
- 33:22like a train wreck.
- 33:23I can't stop looking at it.
- 33:24I want to see it in real life.
- 33:26I'm going to close the tab because that is that is upsetting.
- 33:30Well, I have one more surprise for you.
- 33:33Oh, boy.
- 33:35We have another story that was texted to me and it might be an ongoing saga.
- 33:42So we might get updates.
- 33:44Okay.
- 33:45So my friend Michelle texted me.
- 33:47This is something that happened to my brother.
- 33:50So they're staying in the camper at their parents house and had an experience.
- 33:54Oh, boy.
- 33:55This is the text that they sent their sister yesterday at 3 a.m.
- 33:59I jolted awake for no reason.
- 34:02In this morning, 3 a.m. again, in my sleep, I saw a face and they gently touched my face.
- 34:09No.
- 34:10And I woke up and was wide awake.
- 34:13Oh, okay, 3 a.m.
- 34:16I think it's witching and cool.
- 34:18Some people think it's spooky and demonic.
- 34:21Don't touch my face.
- 34:23That's where it becomes spooky and demonic.
- 34:26But it seems like gently, it was gentle.
- 34:30So it seems to me more of like a guardian or like a spirit guide or ancestor.
- 34:37All right.
- 34:38So I think it's sweet.
- 34:40You think it's spooky, but we have more information.
- 34:42So when Michelle is texting me, she kind of like wanted my opinion, right?
- 34:47Because you know, I'm spooky Cassie.
- 34:50So everyone comes to me.
- 34:52Experts.
- 34:53Dad is.
- 34:54The brother's name is Kyle and he has Lububus.
- 34:57So they made me a hat for my Lububu.
- 34:59You may not see him.
- 35:00Yes.
- 35:01And they made the the Christmas tree.
- 35:04Yes.
- 35:05Saying I sent to the Christmas tree Lububu outfit.
- 35:07Hell yeah.
- 35:08My response is it's the Lububus.
- 35:12Ridiculous.
- 35:13But now I was like, no, I'm just kidding, but seriously, because we, if you listen to our
- 35:17episode about Lububus, we think that they're not demonic and they're just fine.
- 35:21No.
- 35:22But I said, no, seriously, though, that sounds like something paranormal to me, obviously.
- 35:28And I kind of said what I just had said, I don't think it's necessarily maybe a ghost, but like,
- 35:33I was curious if they felt scared.
- 35:36Yeah.
- 35:37Because the gentle touch thing to me just sounds nice.
- 35:40It doesn't sound scary.
- 35:43Michelle asked her brother and they said they didn't feel scared.
- 35:47Michelle got chills when they told her the story.
- 35:50Yeah.
- 35:51That's the appropriate response.
- 35:53Like, I'm not scared.
- 35:54I didn't mean scared, but like chill.
- 35:56Chill.
- 35:57Yeah.
- 35:58Settling me.
- 35:59Yeah.
- 36:00Like too scary.
- 36:01I don't know.
- 36:02Like the heaves are jeeped.
- 36:03The heaves were jeeped and the hackles are up.
- 36:05They said they didn't feel scared or anything, but I definitely am going to need updates because
- 36:09I want to know.
- 36:10This is a continuing, I think it's like a protecting thing.
- 36:14Okay.
- 36:15Three a.m. is so interesting though.
- 36:17Like, I think it's witchy.
- 36:19I mean, that part.
- 36:21And cool.
- 36:22Potentially.
- 36:23Yeah.
- 36:24I just don't touch my face.
- 36:27I've woken up at 3 a.m. before right?
- 36:29Or was it 333?
- 36:30It was 333 on my 33rd birthday.
- 36:34Yeah.
- 36:35Yeah.
- 36:36I think that's so cool.
- 36:37I mean, not the dream you had, but no, it was kind of a bummer.
- 36:39Yeah.
- 36:40That was not a good vibe.
- 36:42No.
- 36:43I was like, I guess happy birthday to me.
- 36:47Woo.
- 36:48I'm like.
- 36:49It kind of had a similar vibe to like, you know, because it's from the holiday movie.
- 36:57You know, Merry Christmas.
- 36:58You filled the animals like that.
- 37:00That was kind of, it was giving that.
- 37:02That's the energy it was serving.
- 37:04Yeah.
- 37:05I could see that.
- 37:06I think we should pull a card for Kyle.
- 37:09Okay.
- 37:10I'm feeling like I want to see what comes up, you know, like maybe it'll answer some questions.
- 37:14Let's do it.
- 37:15Or maybe it's just something in general that they need to know right now.
- 37:18You know, you need Kyle energy.
- 37:21Big Kyle energy.
- 37:22Oh, we got fairy tale.
- 37:31Maybe it's a fairy.
- 37:32What if it's a fairy?
- 37:36One of the things.
- 37:37I love that.
- 37:38Okay.
- 37:39I'll get the interpretation.
- 37:41This card has a witch on it and the moon's like purpley, purpley flowers in the forest.
- 37:48It doesn't necessarily look like nighttime, but you know, the moon's out.
- 37:52It's like at the moon glow, you know, that honestly looks like like more early morning vibe.
- 37:58You know, like three a.
- 38:01Bap, bap, bap, bap.
- 38:05Love it.
- 38:06I didn't even like think of a fairy.
- 38:07That's kind of crazy.
- 38:09It also goes with the libyoo boo boo, I feel like.
- 38:12I think so.
- 38:13I can't believe you didn't think of a fairy.
- 38:15I know.
- 38:16I mean, I don't know.
- 38:17I don't think of a fairy when they said like the hand, hutch the face.
- 38:21I don't know.
- 38:22Was it like a little hand or I guess fairies could have normal size hands.
- 38:26They could.
- 38:27Yeah.
- 38:28Tiny little bodies and huge hands.
- 38:30Ooh, this is interesting.
- 38:32Dreams come true without that possibility nature would not inside us to have them.
- 38:39I like that.
- 38:40So this was like a dream that they had.
- 38:44Yeah.
- 38:45So what's it like?
- 38:46What?
- 38:47Who's going to come touch your face, Kyle?
- 38:48Ooh.
- 38:49That's interesting.
- 38:52Okay.
- 38:53Yeah.
- 38:54The keywords are sparkle dream fly.
- 38:57Can it sounds like a fairy?
- 39:00Create and live your own fairy tale by following your dreams.
- 39:04Flip down into the rabbit hole of enchantment and wonder.
- 39:08Imagine something so grand that it makes you bubble over with lethal excitement.
- 39:13Dream the impossible and draw joy into your life.
- 39:16But the goodness and light hearted energy fill your heart with awe inspired visions.
- 39:21Live in that moment for a spell as you soak in the glory.
- 39:26Become lost in the stardust and moon glow as it whirls around you.
- 39:30The imagery is just so pretty.
- 39:32It is.
- 39:33It's like so dreamy.
- 39:35Be the author of your own story.
- 39:38Make each moment an experience unforgettable.
- 39:41Write the pages and chapters in which your soul deserves to have a happily ever after.
- 39:46Oh.
- 39:47I love that.
- 39:48See, I think this total vibes of like what I was getting from like everything's going to
- 39:54be okay.
- 39:55Like hand.
- 39:56I like it.
- 39:57And it could be just like a metaphorical hand touch of your face.
- 40:01It just has to be an actual hand.
- 40:03Yeah.
- 40:04We prefer that it wasn't.
- 40:05But I think that's just like gentle and sweet and like and everything's going to be
- 40:10okay type of vibe.
- 40:12I mean, I'm hoping so.
- 40:14The intention says look for glitter sparkle and shimmering moon dust create your own magical
- 40:20once upon a time story.
- 40:23I love that.
- 40:26I love that it was talking about dreams so much to like hello.
- 40:29I know.
- 40:30That's totally fit.
- 40:33It really did.
- 40:34Well, that's all the surprises I have for you.
- 40:37Excellent.
- 40:38No more scary spooky stories this time.
- 40:42Unless you guys send them in.
- 40:44I was spooky.
- 40:45La Pueblo stories.
- 40:46Come on, y'all.
- 40:48Or Krampus.
- 40:50You know, I just watched the movie Krampus the other day.
- 40:53Did you?
- 40:54Yeah, it was weird.
- 40:55It's good.
- 40:56Yeah.
- 40:57It's okay.
- 40:58It's something.
- 40:59Okay.
- 41:00You know what?
- 41:01I wanted more Krampus.
- 41:02Oh.
