St. Pius V | pre-1955 Missal Propers | statuit ei Ddominus | May 5, 2026
Today the pre-1955 and 1962 Missals celebrate the same feast with different Masses. While the Mass si diligis me was instituted several years before the 1955 Pacellian reforms, I have used the prior Mass, statuit ei Dominus, for the pre-1955 series and the Mass, si diligis me, for the 1962 calendar.
A note: on Spotify, when the pre-1955 and 1962 are the same, I only upload one year. If they are nearly the same, but with extra commemorations in the pre-1955, I upload the pre-55. On YouTube, I upload both every day.
