- Nina Schwarting: What can you do if you optimize your own performance? Many leaderships know that. We have become incredibly good at optimizing today. We use AI, we automate processes, we connect tools together. And maybe you have already up landscape yourself in which your systems tell you what you have so that you your pipeline to your work efficient, etc. Sounds really cool at but it feels like your own performance is behind all of which is actually possible. When I about my own performance, I'm about the nervous system. We learned the performance on the outside, but we have... a very important factor to ignore, namely our inner state. Your nervous system, your inner state, decides how clearly you think, how you prioritize, how you lead, and how you make When your system is stressed or in reaction mode, the best technology will you good. You don't work out a clear head so that you see and strategically draw up what could be but you are in activation. You react, you jump, you throw a ball back into the air I have a little exercise for you so that you less than 60 seconds in what state you are currently in. This condition check helps you to get back into your best performance All you have do is yourself very simple question. Namely, what condition am I in right now? In what condition are you right now? Are you clear? Are you focused? Are you with yourself? Do you what's next? Or do you feel under pressure? You a little more through the day, you know there still a to do, that brings little bit of unrest in you. Or you are distracted. Look here, look there, then a message pops in which you on road So really there and then think about what would help me to my condition. So what can bring back to my control, that I here can control What is helping here right now? It very important to understand why this exercise is important. Our brain works conditionally. So if you stressed, take the amygdala, your alarm system, which I in other episodes, your prefrontal cortex, which is for decision-making, which rational, which strategic, sustainable, is then driven if you not in this regulated state. And only through the conscious perception of your state you can activate this area of your brain. You come back to the control, to your inner state, to your inner top performance, with which you easier, clearer, controllable, in the outside. Maybe one last We invest in our current working world. so much time in tools, processes. But we just time to invest what is actually fundamental for everything we on the outside. Not our own system, our nervous system. And that's it's so easy to at it, even in what condition you are because now the outside is always more unplanable. It is no longer linear, predictable. You to work morning and don't know what happened In most cases. And that's why it's so important to with yourself and to see in what condition you are. If you notice that this is exactly your topic, that it helps you less in the outside world and to understand more how your condition and how it your performance, then I something really cool for you. Namely the deep dive into these topics. I want with you on your neuro performance and want you together under what conditions you your top performance. And for that you will find a in the show notes where you can for a ticket of a total 100 tickets that will given for my neuro performance masterclass. The event doesn't you anything.
