- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last breakup of
- 0:02Speaker 1: the day on this Thursday. And Steve, we have another
- 0:06Speaker 1: voicemail for you at eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve,
- 0:09Speaker 1: this caller's name is Alvin. He's from Atlanta.
- 0:12Speaker 2: I'd see you. My name is Alvin thru Fan here
- 0:14Speaker 2: in Atlanta, Georgia, single father for beautiful kids. Thank you
- 0:18Speaker 2: for your voice, thank you for your investment. And the
- 0:21Speaker 2: hell with these people who always gotten something to say
- 0:24Speaker 2: bad about Steve Harvey, Shirley Junior, Tommy call it to
- 0:29Speaker 2: the crew. We love you. Be blessed, be safe, stay prosperous,
- 0:34Speaker 2: and keep the love rolling. Man, take care of yourself.
- 0:37Speaker 2: God blessed.
- 0:38Speaker 3: We ain't worry about no haters. It's like this, and
- 0:44Speaker 3: I appreciate it, Alan, because you need to hear that
- 0:46Speaker 3: from people sometimes, especially men, you know, because first of all,
- 0:52Speaker 3: it don't matter what they say, because what they say
- 0:55Speaker 3: don't matter. And I've just learned that about haters. They
- 0:59Speaker 3: don't move the needle. They sit up. They criticize everybody's life,
- 1:03Speaker 3: but if you look at their life, they ain't doing
- 1:05Speaker 3: the thing. And I know for a fact that it's
- 1:08Speaker 3: a lot of people out there talking about me. But
- 1:10Speaker 3: it's okay. I actually have more love than I do hate.
- 1:15Speaker 3: It's just hate as louder. And I understand that because
- 1:19Speaker 3: listen to me, to everybody, if you doing something, somebody
- 1:24Speaker 3: ain't gonna like it because they mad at you because
- 1:27Speaker 3: of the way you making them look. You know, they
- 1:30Speaker 3: measure their life up against yours. And then when they
- 1:32Speaker 3: don't add up. Now you this and that, I'll tell
- 1:34Speaker 3: you what I will say though, ALBN, what bothers me
- 1:38Speaker 3: is when it's men. That's the only thing that bothers
- 1:43Speaker 3: me as men, because I pride myself on being a
- 1:48Speaker 3: man's man. And if you a man and your little
- 1:51Speaker 3: punk ain't got yourself together, why you why you throwing
- 1:55Speaker 3: shade on me? Bro? Because blowing my candle out ain't
- 1:57Speaker 3: gonna make yours brighter. You still ain't got no flicker,
- 2:01Speaker 3: So you know, man. But but you know, man, But
- 2:03Speaker 3: when men hate on me, is it be tripped me out?
- 2:06Speaker 3: Because it's always a man that don't even know me,
- 2:10Speaker 3: because I'm cool with ninety nine point nine percent of
- 2:13Speaker 3: the me and I meet, but me And now you know,
- 2:16Speaker 3: if women out there talking from whatever you know my past,
- 2:20Speaker 3: I don't like the way he did his ex wife
- 2:22Speaker 3: and all this hell. You know, people gonna say stuff
- 2:24Speaker 3: like that. Whatever, you know, God that gave me for
- 2:26Speaker 3: all of it. They don't know both sides of the
- 2:29Speaker 3: story though, and Tommy, they never will. You don't know that.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I'm not knocking.
- 2:35Speaker 2: I'm not one.
- 2:36Speaker 3: I'm not knocking one side or the other. I'm just
- 2:38Speaker 3: saying they don't know both sides of the story.
- 2:40Speaker 1: They just the only thing they don't know.
- 2:43Speaker 3: They're just talking judgment.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Yeah, is making judgment.
- 2:46Speaker 3: And they don't know. Man, I don't know. I don't
- 2:49Speaker 3: know how he did that. Okay, well that's a true statement.
- 2:53Speaker 3: You don't. I had a young man tell me who's
- 2:58Speaker 3: very close to me. He got mad at me one
- 3:01Speaker 3: day and he said, I'll never be a man like you.
- 3:04Speaker 3: I looked dead at him and said, you're absolutely correct.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Your words have never been spoken.
- 3:11Speaker 3: I just he said, no, you understand what I'm saying.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Whatever you're saying, that statement you just made is absolutely
- 3:18Speaker 3: true because you you ain't walked in my shoes. Man,
- 3:23Speaker 3: And I think if you had to wear these shoes,
- 3:27Speaker 3: you realize these is twelve's and you win a six
- 3:29Speaker 3: and a half third little bitty feet, little bitty feet feet,
- 3:39Speaker 3: fixed shoes and half girdle.
- 3:45Speaker 1: You want to call though, yeah, single father too. Yeah,
- 3:49Speaker 1: thank you, very nice call. I had a question, Steve.
- 3:53Speaker 1: You know, you're you're the CELO of the chief love officer,
- 3:57Speaker 1: and you give a relationship advice all of that. What's
- 4:00Speaker 1: the best relationship advice someone has ever given you.
- 4:05Speaker 3: About love relationships?
- 4:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 4:08Speaker 1: Loving relationships? Yeah.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I think my brother told it to me best. My
- 4:15Speaker 3: brother say, little bro, you can give all you want.
- 4:18Speaker 3: You can't outgive a woman who not a good one. No,
- 4:24Speaker 3: when you got a good woman, you can't outgive a
- 4:28Speaker 3: I don't care what you do. And I think that's
- 4:31Speaker 3: really really helped me. You know, Marjorie said something to
- 4:35Speaker 3: me the other day that I had thought it out,
- 4:39Speaker 3: worked it out, mapped it out, excellent, read it by
- 4:44Speaker 3: a couple of dudes, excellent plan, told it to her
- 4:49Speaker 3: and soon as I finished this sentence, she said, we
- 4:52Speaker 3: ain't gonna do that.
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
- 4:57Speaker 3: So, you know, this was two and a half half
- 5:00Speaker 3: weeks of going over it, researching it, looked at the facts,
- 5:05Speaker 3: did pull the numbers. It made perfect sense. Every dude
- 5:10Speaker 3: was talking about. Yeah, I told it to her. As
- 5:14Speaker 3: soon as I finished this sentence without hesitation, she said,
- 5:17Speaker 3: we ain't gonna do that. And I looked at her,
- 5:20Speaker 3: like what I said, baby? And I went through this
- 5:23Speaker 3: whole dissertation about the numbers of what I figured out,
- 5:27Speaker 3: and she went to the one area that me, as
- 5:32Speaker 3: a man, I never even considered. And do you know
- 5:36Speaker 3: she was one hundred percent correct. Now, if if you're smart,
- 5:43Speaker 3: you will listen to that. Yeah, because I've not listened
- 5:47Speaker 3: to it a couple of times because I went, Okay,
- 5:51Speaker 3: you know you ain't did the research. But the research
- 5:53Speaker 3: don't matter, I'm telling you. And whenever she's told me
- 5:57Speaker 3: not to do something, I went on and did it.
- 6:00Speaker 3: It didn't work out, Temmy, what you tell your friends
- 6:06Speaker 3: after that? I don't say nothing to them. I just said,
- 6:08Speaker 3: we ain't doing it. Dog. I thought real quick, thinking
- 6:19Speaker 3: I'd the winning that with what I thought already. And
- 6:22Speaker 3: I'm telling y'all, don't go back in there.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Man.
- 6:26Speaker 3: She was really really correct. Hey, y'all, listen, have yourself
- 6:30Speaker 3: a great day. Talk to God. He would love to
- 6:35Speaker 3: hear from you. When you're gonna make that a T shirt,
- 6:37Speaker 3: when you're gonna go and do that.
