Kaptur in Hospital After Hit-and-Run | Washington DC News
Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash early Sunday, sustained injuries but is stable and alert, thanking responders and constituents for their support. The driver of her car, Kegan Zimmermann, also injured, is recovering. Police have impounded both vehicles, are actively investigating, and are confident they’re closing in on the fleeing suspect — determined to hold them accountable.
