Latest / Mommywood / Full Out, Stand-Up, Mom Life: Brittany Ross on Keeping it Real
Transcript
- 0:02Welcome back to Mommywood, the podcast where we dive into the
- 0:07wild, beautiful and sometimes completely crazy world of being
- 0:12both a mom and a performer. I am your host Emily, and if
- 0:16you've ever found yourself running on coffee, passion and
- 0:20the sheer willpower of a sleep deprived parent then you are in
- 0:24the right place. On this week's episode of Mommy
- 0:28Wood, I have the pleasure of talking with the hilarious
- 0:30Brittany Ross. She is so funny, multi talented,
- 0:35she's a brilliant stand up comedian.
- 0:38All of her content is so funny. Make sure you follow her.
- 0:43Check out some of her shows. So funny, she's cracking me up.
- 0:47She's also the host of a brand new podcast called Full Out,
- 0:52which is out now. And it's such a cool concept
- 0:57about people who have gone full out for something in their past.
- 1:02Like say someone now is an actor, but they were a
- 1:06collegiate athlete when they were in high school or college
- 1:09or whatever. So it's really cool to hear
- 1:13people talk about something that they used to do full out, but
- 1:17how it's not their path anymore. It's so interesting.
- 1:21I love the concept. On this episode of Mommy Wood,
- 1:24we talk about the roller coaster of being a working actor mom and
- 1:28the identity shift that comes with motherhood, and how comedy
- 1:33can be both a coping mechanism as well as a creative outlet.
- 1:40Britney's honesty and humor and her perspective on this crazy
- 1:46industry are so refreshing. I love how honest she is about
- 1:52being a mom. A lot of her content now or her
- 1:57comedy is about not about her kids, but about her perspective
- 2:03on her life as a mom and things that happen and how they affect
- 2:08her. And if you're a parent, you will
- 2:10definitely relate and definitely get some good laughs.
- 2:13So I'm going to stop talking and I am going to let you enjoy this
- 2:19episode of Mommy Wood with the hilarious Brittany Ross.
- 2:24Well, thanks for being here. I'm so excited to meet you in.
- 2:27Person, I've been following you and all your content and you're
- 2:32hilarious. Thank you SO.
- 2:34Much so, Brittany, you have two kids.
- 2:37You have a girl and a boy. I have.
- 2:38Two kids, Yeah, I have a daughter who's 5 1/2 and a son
- 2:42who's one. Wow, that's.
- 2:45How many kids? Sounds like a lot.
- 2:47I have one, I have one girl and she's three.
- 2:50OK, yes. And I feel like from things that
- 2:53I've heard about your daughter, that our daughters would be
- 2:57friends. Yeah.
- 2:59They would be like a very bad influence on your daughter, my
- 3:02daughters. Become like the bad influence.
- 3:05She started a new school and she's like, I don't like my
- 3:08school, I don't like my school. And I'm feeling like heartbroken
- 3:11for her because I'm like. Oh, would you like her new
- 3:13school? And then I go to pick her up.
- 3:15And she's sitting under the playground putting lipstick on
- 3:18like 4 girls that she'd snuck lipstick.
- 3:20And I was like, I think you're going to be fine.
- 3:22Here I'm like, you don't like the survivor, you might get
- 3:26kicked out of the school. You better be careful because.
- 3:30I feel like my daughter just got kicked out of one of her dance
- 3:32classes because she was like I don't want the blue dot bitch.
- 3:37She was like, I don't, I shouldn't say that obviously,
- 3:40but she was like, no, she was like.
- 3:42They kicked her out. She was like, well, then she was
- 3:45being fully disruptive and just running back and forth.
- 3:49So she kept coming outside to take breaks.
- 3:52And then we were like, that's enough breaks, too many breaks.
- 3:56Let's just it's not happening today.
- 3:58Yeah. But that's somebody.
- 3:59And what does your husband do? He's he's Swiss.
- 4:03He's Swiss. I married a guy from
- 4:06Switzerland. He, he was when I met him, he
- 4:11went to Northwestern for acting. So he's like a very talented
- 4:14actor, and then he just doesn't like the.
- 4:17Business of acting and. I always joke that I'm like
- 4:23untrained sitcom actor who's like Doo Doo Doo.
- 4:26I'm just like, I love the business of acting cuz it's
- 4:29competitive. And I love anything competitive.
- 4:31And he's just like, and he's like, really?
- 4:35Well. I mean, I've been to acting.
- 4:37I I feel like I'm trained, but I'm very like it's different
- 4:42and. Like he knows every play and all
- 4:45you know he knows. All that stuff.
- 4:47And then he switched to real estate.
- 4:49And then when he was like, I don't like the business of
- 4:53acting. I need to do something else.
- 4:55And somehow, like all these doors in real estate opened for
- 4:58him that he always wished would have.
- 5:00Like enacting and then the. Pandemic happened and he was
- 5:05like I doing real estate. I mean, at the beginning of the
- 5:11pandemic, we had just had our daughter.
- 5:13She was 5 weeks old, I think. Oh.
- 5:15My God and we both. Had these like huge career
- 5:18things happening, like I sold the show and we're gonna leave
- 5:20to shoot it. And he had this like huge
- 5:23listing in escrow and we're like, we did it.
- 5:26And then the pandemic happened and like, everything fell apart
- 5:30for everybody but. And he was like, you know, I
- 5:33just don't feel like at the end of my life, I want to be like, I
- 5:37sold a bunch of houses. And he likes working with like
- 5:41first time buyers or second, you know, people who it's like a
- 5:44really big deal. It's like an emotional thing.
- 5:47But I think he was working with a lot of like high end people
- 5:51who it's more like a. Business transaction.
- 5:54He's like I said, I didn't like the business.
- 5:57Yeah, I know. So then he.
- 5:59Can we believe? He was like, I was like, you
- 6:00know, life is long, you should do whatever you want to do.
- 6:02You still have like, a lot of time left if you're not happy.
- 6:06And he thought about it and he's like, I think I want to become a
- 6:09therapist. And I was like, what?
- 6:11You can do what? I was like, yeah, but not that.
- 6:14I was like, what do you mean you want to become a?
- 6:16Therapist. I've never, I've never heard him
- 6:19say you wanted to be a therapist, but then he.
- 6:22Spent like a year or two like really thinking about it and
- 6:25then he went back to school and he just graduated and he's like
- 6:30never been happier. And he's therapist now.
- 6:33Wow. And he's still doing real estate
- 6:35some he just graduated and he's still doing it for like his
- 6:40clients that are like repeat clients or people you know, he's
- 6:43still doing it. But he is seeing like clients as
- 6:48a therapist. Oh.
- 6:49Wow, well, that's great. That's like, I feel like I've
- 6:53had a lot of actor friends who are like who moved into doing
- 6:58therapy as well, and I confess that kind of makes sense.
- 7:02But that's nice that he that like you 2 understand each other
- 7:05like or he at least understands what you do and it's not like.
- 7:12Oh, yeah, no, it's not. I'm really lucky.
- 7:14He's like, really? I mean, sometimes he's too good
- 7:16at it. Like if we're doing an audition
- 7:18together or something, he's like, I think you should do.
- 7:20And I'm like, no. And then?
- 7:24Like he always write. Yeah, we got.
- 7:27Really good at it during the pandemic, 'cause you like we had
- 7:30no choice but. When we have a choice or if
- 7:34we're busy, it's so stressful and I think like in the past.
- 7:41He would say things to me like. Was that fun for you to play
- 7:46that character? And I'm like, what?
- 7:49I'm like literally sending this tape in right now.
- 7:52What do you mean? He's like, no, I'm just
- 7:54wondering, was it fun? And I'm like, it doesn't sound
- 7:57like you're just wondering if it was.
- 7:58Fun. Like.
- 8:00Somebody like asks questions like that.
- 8:02It's probably like the biggest, biggest, like he's caused the
- 8:06biggest. Fight in a.
- 8:07Relationship so that's and one time he's like.
- 8:11Do you put lotion on the baby after you give him a bath?
- 8:13And I was like, what are you saying to me?
- 8:16Like and he's like, I'm just asking you.
- 8:19But I'm like, it doesn't feel like you're just.
- 8:21I mean, do you? Think that feels like somebody's
- 8:24just asking me that. I feel like I'm probably the one
- 8:26who asks the question. I probably wonder questions.
- 8:31I'm like, just say. What you mean?
- 8:33Straight out he's like, I don't know, I'm just asking a question
- 8:36I don't like. That's he's like, he's like, I'm
- 8:40gonna therapize this in my head now let's figure it out.
- 8:43That's so funny. Yeah, it's interesting.
- 8:45When when there's a couple and they're cause some people are
- 8:50like I love self taping, like I have a built in reader and I'm
- 8:54like, I don't not that. No, I don't like it because it I
- 8:58really like going in the room. I like meeting.
- 9:00People I like. Talking to people I don't like
- 9:06yeah, I get too perfectionistic with it at home and I get I
- 9:09think the self tapes that I've done the best on like when I've
- 9:12gotten jobs are like tested is because I totally mess up
- 9:16somehow in the tape and it I've like thought it was funny for
- 9:21some reason and sent it anyways. And then they're like, you're
- 9:23getting this series and I'm like, so they just want, I feel
- 9:27like self taping sometimes takes all the like energy of you being
- 9:32a real person out of it. Totally.
- 9:34Yeah, it really does. Because I try.
- 9:36And just mess up as much as I can because.
- 9:39I'm like, apparently that's full of work.
- 9:41Yeah, maybe I need to try it, try that sometimes.
- 9:45But so to you, obviously you have a like you have a lot of
- 9:49things going on. You're doing stand up, you're
- 9:52doing and you're you write as well.
- 9:54You write as well. And having two kids, what do you
- 9:57think is like the hardest part or which which of those 3 for
- 10:03you is like the hardest? I mean having kids for sure.
- 10:08Would anybody say anything else? I feel like if you don't say
- 10:11having kids then you like don't spend any time with you.
- 10:14That's probably true, but I would be like, I've never done
- 10:17stand up and that would seem so hard or even writing like 'cause
- 10:23that you have to like your kids are always there, but like
- 10:29writing like you have to do it yourself and like motivate
- 10:32yourself. How do you motivate yourself to
- 10:35like to do it? I'm like a very disciplined
- 10:39person. Oh, OK.
- 10:40Well, I have a lot of structure. For myself, I think when I moved
- 10:44here, I was like, oh, all of my days are different.
- 10:51Somebody can call you at like noon and be like, OK, you have
- 10:53to be somewhere now, like, and you just never really know.
- 10:56So I became like a very diligent morning person where I was like,
- 11:00I need to do all this stuff before this time before somebody
- 11:03can hijack my day, which I feel like helps when I had kids cuz
- 11:08I'm like, I'm very like a kind of kind of like an 80 year old
- 11:13man. We're all do the same thing
- 11:15every day. Yeah, like very, like, I don't
- 11:18know, but I think having kids, I've had to get a little more
- 11:20flexible. And now I'm out doing stand up
- 11:22so late at night that I feel like this last year I've had to
- 11:26like change completely who I am because I can't be the same kind
- 11:32of morning person. Yeah, I was.
- 11:34Like how does that work for you, being out late and then do you
- 11:38get to sleep in or are you just like?
- 11:42Napping, I mean, but I used to. No, I'm not.
- 11:44I don't take naps. I'm not into that.
- 11:48I think I napped twice during my pregnancy so.
- 11:50That was it. But like, I can't.
- 11:51I'm too anxious to take a. Nap.
- 11:53No, I'm afraid the day will just like go away I.
- 11:57Have AI, don't like it that I can lay in sometimes you notice
- 12:00some of like in. The like, yeah.
- 12:02That's like my way of napping where I like I can lay down in
- 12:06it and it like relaxes me a little bit.
- 12:09But I've started I I'm so crazy that I got the one that has like
- 12:14these armholes that you can stick your arms through.
- 12:16So I've been sitting at my desk like writing in my sauna
- 12:18blanket. Oh my God, with the arms.
- 12:24So. So I don't know.
- 12:25Sometimes they do that just to relax but that doesn't really
- 12:28happen anymore since I had a second kid I think.
- 12:32I, I don't, I used to wake up at like 4:30 or 4:45 and I'll go on
- 12:39a run right now right when I woke up.
- 12:42And now that I have a second kid, I don't wake up that early.
- 12:46I'd probably wake up more like 637 when they wake up, so I'm
- 12:53waking up more. I try to get up at least 15
- 12:56minutes before them, but I'm waking up more into the day with
- 13:00my kids as opposed to before I was waking up and having like a
- 13:05little bit of time to myself. So with your with when you had
- 13:09just your daughter, you could wake up a little bit earlier or
- 13:13was that like 430 was like pre? Like, OK, I'm just doing so many
- 13:19shows at night and then I also have this second kid and the
- 13:23mornings are just so much more chaotic.
- 13:26Like, so if I'm, like, gone on a run and both of them wake up at
- 13:30the same time and, like, getting our daughter out the door for
- 13:33school and breakfast and lunch and all this stuff like it, it's
- 13:38like, the hardest part of the day for us.
- 13:40Yeah. So we kind of need all hands on
- 13:43deck at that moment. Yeah.
- 13:45And I just physically can't wake up as early as I used to.
- 13:49Me either, it's such a bummer. Yeah, I feel.
- 13:52Like oh, I could wake up at 5:30 and go to the gym and Nope.
- 13:56No, I if I absolutely have to I can but I feel like my eyes are
- 14:01sealed shut. I used to like turn my alarm
- 14:03off, pop up. You're like, I'm up even if I
- 14:06have like 4 hours of sleep and now I'm like I think with the
- 14:11baby and then my daughter like emotionally crushing me and my
- 14:15son like physically crushing me and then being out so late at
- 14:19night. And then tried to work.
- 14:20It all the day. I'm like, I'm just so tired.
- 14:23And yeah. I always.
- 14:25I feel like it's, I forget how like emotionally draining
- 14:31parenting is because I'll be like, oh, I got enough sleep or
- 14:36I'm like, I feel bad when I'm just like exhausted and I'm
- 14:39like, but I haven't like done that much.
- 14:42But it's like, Oh, my brain is like, like, like you said, like
- 14:46lunch and breakfast and this and that and that appointments.
- 14:49It's so much like organizing in your head.
- 14:52Yeah, all those like those, those reels that would have
- 14:57like, it's like what's actually going on in a woman's head where
- 15:00they're just like sitting on their phone and it's like, yeah,
- 15:03ordering this and doing that. Oh my.
- 15:07Gosh, have you found that like since becoming a mom, Obviously
- 15:11you have a lot of your, your or your material like my mom.
- 15:20Calls it skits as long as you don't say skit.
- 15:25Your little, your little skit, your material has to do like
- 15:32with your kids a lot now, of course.
- 15:35So obviously that's changed your comedy a little bit or your
- 15:40stand up. But have you found that it
- 15:44changes like anything else? Like how you, how you, how you
- 15:49watch comedy, or like how you view things?
- 15:53I feel like, I mean, I've always been a stand up who talks about
- 15:57what's actually happening in my life.
- 15:59I'm not like a very, I'm not like a super observational stand
- 16:05up where I'm like, I, I went to Starbucks and I'm not like that
- 16:09as much. As.
- 16:10Personal So I feel like like my kids and my husband and my life
- 16:18at home and everything with my family is all is like prevalent
- 16:22in my life. So I feel like that's what I
- 16:24talk about, but I do when I'm out.
- 16:29Sometimes I feel especially if I'm out during the week nights
- 16:33or different places, I'm like, I know I'm the only parent here.
- 16:37And that's also funny. Has been like a funny thing to
- 16:39be feel a little bit like a family on a wall in a life that
- 16:43I'm not supposed to be living you.
- 16:45Know yeah, that is so interesting because.
- 16:47Also, I have like AI have like a like a semi normal person life.
- 16:56You know, like I'm married. I like my husband.
- 17:00I like as much as we let you know as much as we can.
- 17:03I like my husband. I have two kids like my kids.
- 17:06You know, it's not like a. There are a.
- 17:10Lot of a lot of stand ups who have kids and stuff, but I, I do
- 17:14feel like I have very little kids and I'm a woman who has
- 17:18very little kids. And so it's it's just.
- 17:23Interesting to be. Out and like I'm lucky that I
- 17:26can be out and do that stuff, you know, my husband like stays
- 17:30home at night with the kids like me because he's sleeping
- 17:34anyways, but. But but yeah, still like if he's
- 17:39he. We have like a good like team
- 17:42thing going, but I feel like in other regards, like has it
- 17:46changed how I see things? I mean, when I see people alone
- 17:51traveling in the airport who are like struggling to travel alone,
- 17:55I'm just like, oh, suck it up you.
- 17:58Loser. Yeah.
- 17:59Like you have a bag? Calm down.
- 18:03Stop. You don't even know.
- 18:06What do you get? Into or like I've been places
- 18:09where like Ed shows or something worse.
- 18:12It's like a night show and somebody were.
- 18:13Rolling and be like, Oh yeah, this is the first thing I've
- 18:15done today and I'm like, oh. My OK well I've done like.
- 18:1817,000,000 lives. It's 800 lives.
- 18:21Already, Yeah. Not that I want that like either
- 18:24or whatever, but it just I don't know.
- 18:27Yeah, Oh my gosh. So how do you decide or is there
- 18:33any struggle with like what do I share and what don't I share
- 18:37like about your kids? Because I love hearing all the
- 18:41funny things I. Guess I try and make it more.
- 18:45Like if something affected me like so at least like I'm like a
- 18:49part of the what I'm sharing. So it's also my perspective.
- 18:53On what I'm sharing you. Know so it's like I I probably
- 18:56wouldn't just tell stories about things that are happening to my
- 19:00daughter that have that like happened to her when I wasn't
- 19:03with her. Like, yeah, people were like,
- 19:05cool, cool. Yeah, I'm more like I try and
- 19:08have myself in the experience because I feel like there's a
- 19:12lot of parents and people who are married and things like that
- 19:17who have, you know, it's not easy.
- 19:22And I think all we really see on Instagram and social media and
- 19:27everything is people being like, here's 17 different lunches you
- 19:32can make for your kids. They're kind of cut their
- 19:34sandwiches like dinosaurs. And here's where you can order
- 19:37all the things. To come out they're.
- 19:39Not gonna eat it anyway. Like I promise you, if you put
- 19:43any work into anything you're doing for your kids, they will
- 19:46not want anything to do with it. So.
- 19:48I just, I feel like I've always not been like that.
- 19:54So I feel, I feel like my I just like try and have a thread of,
- 19:58you know? I love being a mom.
- 20:02It's hard to be a mom. My daughter is so mean to me
- 20:07sometimes, but it's so funny to me how she's like knows exactly
- 20:12what to say to me. And I think stand up has been a
- 20:16really good release for me with every area of my life where I'm
- 20:21like, this is crazy, right? I just want to make sure this is
- 20:24crazy, right? So what I.
- 20:26Say in front of a bunch of people, they're like, yeah,
- 20:28that's crazy. And I'm like, OK, I don't feel
- 20:31like I'm being gas flipped by everyone in my family anymore.
- 20:34Don't tell me with. My daughter, can you please?
- 20:36Stop. Oh my God, so.
- 20:39Yeah, how do you, I have the same thing where I'm like when
- 20:45my daughter says things, I'm like, OK, I'm either going to
- 20:48laugh at you or you're making me cry.
- 20:51And so I'm like, which I'm like, OK, so I can't laugh at your big
- 20:55emotions. But also when you're telling me
- 20:58worst mommy ever or I yeah, bad mommy, bad mommy ever.
- 21:04I'm like cool things. I'm just going to sit over here
- 21:07and cry. But like, yeah, how do you do
- 21:11you just like? I mean.
- 21:13Do you just laugh because it is funny when they say?
- 21:16Things. Like, you're not my best friend.
- 21:18You're like. You're not mine either.
- 21:20You're like, yeah, and that would be weird if I was.
- 21:24So I try to say I'm like, I know I'm your mom.
- 21:26Let's. I know.
- 21:27But I'm like, but you're still learning my feelings, but I'm
- 21:30not going to let you know that. I feel like I I went through a
- 21:36dark night of the soul with my daughter at the beginning 'cause
- 21:39she started, she turned on me probably when she was like
- 21:42almost 2, like 1 1/2, pretty young.
- 21:46And. She was like my my stalker and
- 21:49she was obsessed with me. And then it was so stark how
- 21:56quickly she just switched to wanting my husband.
- 21:59Oh my God. And it was like so.
- 22:00Funny, I mean. I was like, it's a phase, It's a
- 22:02phase and like, it's not. But I knew, like, I mean,
- 22:06through years of figuring it out, she's so good at like
- 22:11beating on whatever I'm feeling. And it was really affecting me
- 22:16that she was choosing my husband over me.
- 22:20And she knew that it was affecting you.
- 22:24And also my husband comes from like a very Swiss.
- 22:28You follow the rules, you're very respectful of your elder's
- 22:31family. And it was making him so mad
- 22:34that she was treating me like that.
- 22:36Sure. And so she knew that.
- 22:38And all of a sudden she had all the power in our house.
- 22:42He's like, I'm crushing mom, Dad's pissed and I the queen.
- 22:46Of the house. So I think I had to really work
- 22:50on myself. To be like, OK, why is this
- 22:54crushing me so much and take care of like myself before I and
- 23:01now I'm so, I mean, occasionally I'll get like affected by it,
- 23:06but now I'm just more like, OK, stop.
- 23:08Like I'm taking you to school. That's what's happening.
- 23:11I know you want your dad to take you to school and we even make
- 23:15jokes about it now. And the other day she was
- 23:18walking in after we went to like, do something for her.
- 23:22And we got home and she just goes, she's walking out of the
- 23:25garage and she goes. And I don't know why I like
- 23:29Daddy more than you. And I was like, brutal.
- 23:31And I was like, OK. And I don't know why you're
- 23:34telling me that right now. Yep, Yep.
- 23:40Our daughters would be good friends.
- 23:42Yeah, I. Think daughters are just like
- 23:43that to their moms? So it's like very.
- 23:46Universal, OH. Man, Yeah, yeah.
- 23:49Last night I got AI closed the door already out of the room.
- 23:53And then she's like, mom, mom come back.
- 23:55And I'm like, yeah, sometimes you're mean and sometimes you're
- 23:57nice. And I was like, OK, I'm like, so
- 24:01is everyone OK? Good night.
- 24:03Yeah, yeah. They're so.
- 24:07Yeah, just like, matter of fact, total honest.
- 24:10Yeah, I know. That's why I always say it gave
- 24:12birth to my inner critic, because now she's just like
- 24:15outside of me being like. Yeah, yeah.
- 24:20All the time. The other day she goes, she at
- 24:23the end of the year, they made those things like when I grow
- 24:25up, I want to be and her said a veterinarian And I was like, oh,
- 24:29I didn't know you wanted to be a veterinarian.
- 24:31I've never heard you say that before.
- 24:33And she's like, oh, I just wrote that because they made me write
- 24:35something. And I was like, OK.
- 24:37And then she goes, I just want to be a normal person like you.
- 24:41And I'm like. What do you think I?
- 24:43Do like you she's. Like I just want to do like
- 24:46nothing like you. And I'm like, I do so much.
- 24:51You don't even know. And I was just like, OK.
- 24:56I just want to like hang out. I mean, just like you.
- 24:59Oh my God, that's so fun. How that is.
- 25:02Yeah. That's pretty brutal.
- 25:04Yeah. So I imagine there is a lot of
- 25:06like, yeah, self work, self-care that you do.
- 25:10I'm finding I'm just at the beginning of it.
- 25:12So I'm like, I'm going to have to be like, why?
- 25:15Yeah. Like to try and let things, he's
- 25:19like, oh, right, you're a tiny human.
- 25:22And like, don't necessarily mean all of these things to be so
- 25:27horrid. But yeah, a lot of self.
- 25:32I think if you come back, you have to, like, talk to your
- 25:34husband. Yeah.
- 25:34You talk to me. Yeah.
- 25:36I feel like I can talk you through this one, except on all
- 25:39like a lot of it's where I feel like the they, I had a
- 25:44realization when she was like 1 1/2 and I like sat on the floor
- 25:48and so thrilling at the airport 'cause we're at the airport and
- 25:51I like lost my mind. I just sob cried on the floor
- 25:54and I was like, oh, girls and their moms are always like this.
- 26:00And I was like, this is going to be the rest of our lives.
- 26:04We are going to be like this. Like I love her so much.
- 26:07I know she loves me so much. She's so mean to me and I'm
- 26:13like, OK, it like that's just what it is.
- 26:17So you just got a armor up? Yeah, yeah, I like to try and
- 26:22remember, like, see the things that are like, oh, when they
- 26:27come home and they're monsters, it's because it's they're like
- 26:31safe space. And I'm like sure, sure, OK, OK.
- 26:35But I'm like, she's brutal. She's mean because she loves.
- 26:39Yeah. This is such an abusive
- 26:41relationship. It's the most abusive
- 26:43relationship you'll ever be in, I feel.
- 26:45Yeah, it's pretty brutal. It's the same as like it's the
- 26:48same as acting though, where it's like you just keep getting
- 26:51rejected and rejected and we just keep, we just keep doing.
- 26:55Oh yeah, I feel like it makes acting rejection like such a
- 26:58joke. So you're just like you came
- 27:00whatever you don't want me. Cool.
- 27:01Yeah, I like a. Million other things I love to
- 27:04be doing right now. So like, that's fine.
- 27:07Yeah, I'll see you never because it doesn't even matter.
- 27:12Did you, did you always know that you wanted kids or did that
- 27:17like come later in life or? I think I always knew I would
- 27:20have kids. Like I saw myself having kids,
- 27:23but I never have the like, I want kids right now.
- 27:26So I think I had to kind of like just have that.
- 27:31Yeah. Logistically you're like time
- 27:33wise, it's it's the time, yeah. And it's the and also the second
- 27:37one a lot. Like I knew I wanted a second
- 27:39kid and then. Yeah.
- 27:41How did you know you wanted a second kid?
- 27:43I keep asking people that because I obviously only have
- 27:46one and I'm so back and forth, but everyone who has more than
- 27:51one is like, I just knew because I'm like, OK, I don't know.
- 27:54So maybe I just like, don't want another one.
- 27:56I can't figure it out. Yeah, I feel like.
- 28:00Do you come from siblings? I do.
- 28:02That's why I have two older sisters and I'm like, I would
- 28:05love her to have a sister. So, well, I.
- 28:08Can't choose that, but you know a sibling.
- 28:10I thought I mean I have. Three younger sisters and then I
- 28:13have a girl and then so when I had a boy, I was like.
- 28:15What am I going to do but she's. So nice.
- 28:19I I don't know, I just felt like, I think my husband and I
- 28:25both felt like we like our family, like wasn't done like we
- 28:34love and I'll be so our daughter, like we love her so
- 28:39much, but I think that not, but, but we were let.
- 28:42I wanted her to have a sibling. I really wanted her to have a
- 28:45sibling. And I, I think that was and we
- 28:49waited kind of a while after having her because we had her
- 28:52right before the pandemic and then the world was shut down.
- 28:55And then I feel like when it was probably more normal timing to
- 29:00have a second kid, I felt like I'd just gotten my life back and
- 29:05the world had opened up and I was like, I don't feel ready to
- 29:08be pregnant. And like, I don't, I don't feel
- 29:11good when I'm pregnant. I'm just like, not the best
- 29:14pregnant person, but I so I just like wasn't I just like didn't
- 29:20feel ready to have another kid And then all of a sudden I kind
- 29:23of did. I was like, OK, if we're gonna I
- 29:26kind of did same when I I think she and then 'cause I was like,
- 29:30I want her to have a sibling and.
- 29:36Then I thought, I think I heard the.
- 29:37Clock OK, check in. I heard it I.
- 29:43Did not OK great I didn't get to collect so we'll just great.
- 29:47Caught me being an idiot. I mean, I feel like that's great
- 29:49that you can hear that well. I well, I didn't.
- 29:52I made it up. I was like, I didn't air the air
- 29:56conditioning. No, I wanted as I wanted her to
- 30:02have a sibling. And then I was like, this is
- 30:05when I have to do it and I felt like I was doing it for her.
- 30:08I got pregnant. I was so incredibly sick.
- 30:12I was, and I and I was really sick with Penelope too, but I
- 30:17was really depressed about it, like about how sick I was and
- 30:23about how like I was kind of spiraling downward into a way of
- 30:26like, I can't, this is going to be a long time.
- 30:29I have so much longer of being like this and this is so hard.
- 30:33And and then I just like felt like not but I don't know, I
- 30:40kind of felt like something was off.
- 30:42And then I went in for like the heartbeat thing and I had had
- 30:46like a this thing called a blighted ovum where like there's
- 30:49no fetus, but your body still thinks you're pregnant.
- 30:55So like I basically had to have AI had to have ADNC to like that
- 31:01there was nothing there except like a stack and you're
- 31:04producing all the hormones as if you're pregnant, but you're.
- 31:07Not how long was that for you? It was.
- 31:09Like 9 weeks, it was early, but I was so sick for like a while
- 31:16for like, I mean, because you don't really know till 3 or 4
- 31:20weeks. I was probably, I was just sick,
- 31:22but I was like spiraling like depressed.
- 31:24I was like a little worried about myself in a way.
- 31:28I was like Oh my God, I don't know how to how I'm going to do
- 31:32this for so long and all the like.
- 31:34Trauma of my. Pregnancy with my daughter
- 31:36started to come up for me and I was like I think I had her and
- 31:40was so instantly obsessed with her that I blacked out how hard
- 31:44it was for me to be pregnant. Like I had this thing happen
- 31:47where I couldn't walk at the end and I was like like that was so
- 31:49messed up and I literally couldn't walk at all.
- 31:52And I, I just started freaking out and I was like, Oh my gosh,
- 31:59I don't know if I can do this. So then when I went in, I kind
- 32:02of knew. Like I remember the night before
- 32:04I went in, I was like, maybe if I do some woo woo stuff and like
- 32:07talk to this baby and I'm like, hey, we can do this, blah, blah,
- 32:10blah. And I started to do that.
- 32:12And then I I said out loud to myself, which is weird.
- 32:15I'm not somebody who like talks out loud to myself.
- 32:19There's probably nothing in there.
- 32:20Anyways, and I was like, it was weird.
- 32:22And then I went the next day and they're like, we don't see
- 32:24anything. And my doctor.
- 32:25Was like so sad for me. I could see and I kind of was
- 32:29like, like I think I knew that. That's so wild.
- 32:36Yeah, and then I so then I went I like lost it like sobbing
- 32:41because I was like, I don't know if I can do this again.
- 32:44And I was like doing it for her. And I was like, I'm doing this
- 32:48so she can have a sibling. And I just was like, my husband
- 32:53and I talked about it a bit and I talked to my sister and a
- 32:55friend and it was like, she doesn't have to have a sibling
- 33:01like I don't have. She doesn't.
- 33:02She's fine. Actually, she probably would
- 33:04have been happier if she would. Have like having a sibling
- 33:09really. F up their lives.
- 33:11I don't know what you're allowed to say on your project, so it's
- 33:15not going to be an easy ride for them.
- 33:17So you're not. Like in the long run, you're
- 33:21doing him a favor maybe, but who knows?
- 33:23And. I was like, OK, so if it's if
- 33:26I'm not doing it for her and then I, I think I also wanted
- 33:30this second kid to be her. Like I was doing weird stuff to
- 33:34be like, OK, what was her? I acted like this when I was
- 33:37pregnant and this is what? I did and like.
- 33:39I if I want this kid to be like her, I should.
- 33:41I was doing weird, you know, superstitious stuff, which I'm
- 33:46also not that person. And then when I like had that
- 33:52happen, I realized, really realized I was like, oh, I think
- 33:58I want to see another person become a person, like a whole
- 34:02different person become a person.
- 34:05And then I felt much more like I had a reason why I was having
- 34:11another kid. And then I like, before I got
- 34:14pregnant again the second time when I was like, I'm going to
- 34:18figure out if, like, an acupuncturist could help me or
- 34:20like, what things I could do to help me, like how I could eat
- 34:23differently or whatever. None of it actually helped.
- 34:25But mentally, yeah, mentally I feel like I went in in a much
- 34:30better place. Yeah.
- 34:31But it was crazy from like when I was pregnant with a
- 34:36miscarriage situation, I had AD and C and I was feeling like
- 34:41really bad and like, really like down in my head.
- 34:45Yeah. Woke up the next day after it
- 34:47and was like, I mean, literally right after it, even though it
- 34:49was groggy, I was like, Oh my God.
- 34:51I feel totally like myself again.
- 34:53I felt like, wow, like 100 lbs had been taken off of my back.
- 34:57I was like, everything's so easy to do.
- 34:59Yeah. And I was like, hormones are
- 35:02wow. Crazy.
- 35:04That's yeah. Well, it sounds like I feel like
- 35:09a lot of the things that you were thinking about, like she
- 35:11just, I'm having this, I'm having this.
- 35:14I want her to have a sibling. Not for me.
- 35:16I feel like that's like a lot of where I'm at.
- 35:18But then being like, Oh yeah, like to see another human or
- 35:22like the whole I want her again. Like, yeah, I'm like, I totally.
- 35:28I know. And I feel like having a boy
- 35:30who's like just like his total own thing.
- 35:35It's so they're very similar in some ways, but like so different
- 35:39and it's really fun and funny to see like a different person.
- 35:46I feel like it probably worked out that it's a boy.
- 35:49I think so, yeah. It did.
- 35:51It's. Fun.
- 35:52Especially for my husband, who feels trapped in the middle of
- 35:54me and my daughter. He's like, Oh my God, my
- 35:58goodness, I couldn't have done another one of you guys.
- 36:00It's. Crazy.
- 36:04Well, obviously your kids are young and I guess your daughter
- 36:07just thinks you don't do anything.
- 36:11But like, I mean, but does she now like now that she's a little
- 36:19bit older at least like I think. Kind of, no?
- 36:22Like I. Think she she think you're funny
- 36:24at all? Probably.
- 36:26Not recently. She she's like you're so funny,
- 36:28mom, you're so funny. But she I have like a very like
- 36:30mean girl dark. Dry sense of humor, Yeah.
- 36:33And I feel like she. My husband's really silly and
- 36:37funny, so she's thought he's so funny for a long time and I'm
- 36:40always like justly. Just wait till you get a little.
- 36:43Older. You just don't understand my
- 36:45jokes. Yeah, you'll get them.
- 36:47Yeah, but I think she does. But she sounds so.
- 36:50Funny, you know, So she likes to make people laugh and stuff.
- 36:54Yeah, How was the so how was she when you had your son?
- 37:00Was she like Get? This.
- 37:02Thing out of here or was she? The hardest thing I've ever done
- 37:06entirely. Tell me more.
- 37:09Tell me all. Whenever I see somebody pregnant
- 37:13with their second kid, I'm like. Just like I, I had a pretty easy
- 37:22time the first time. I was like, this is not that
- 37:24hard. It's not that I was like
- 37:26sometimes she's like a lot, but like, I don't know, like I
- 37:32wasn't really tired the first time I had.
- 37:34I don't know, I just like. Well, that's what I'm thinking
- 37:36now 'cause I'm like 1. I mean, not that one is like the
- 37:39easiest thing, but yeah, no, it's easier than two.
- 37:42That's for. Sure.
- 37:43Yeah. And and then I feel like having
- 37:472 was so hard. She was, she had a really rough
- 37:50transition to it. She loves him.
- 37:53She always took it out on us, though, which was like, you're
- 37:57not my parents. I can do whatever I want to do,
- 38:00like running away from us. And she was born when I was
- 38:03born. So it's like, you know, a bigger
- 38:06person to like constrain. I remember I tried to, I tried
- 38:10to do like I still, we still try and like do alone things with
- 38:13her because she's in such a different life phase than he is.
- 38:17So she can do so much more than he can do.
- 38:20Yeah, that's. Hard.
- 38:21So I try and do things just alone with her as much as I can.
- 38:26But you know, it's so hard. I was breastfeeding him.
- 38:30She's like was very into crafting at that point.
- 38:32And it was always like, can you call glue gun this for me while
- 38:35I was like breastfeeding a baby? And I'm like, yeah, sure, I can
- 38:38do that. And then?
- 38:39I kinda. I remember one time I had to
- 38:42put. A booster seat in the car while
- 38:44breastfeeding a baby and put my daughter in the car.
- 38:48And I was like, the fact that I can do this is psychotic.
- 38:53You're like, I'm amazing. I you just like, you know,
- 38:58sometimes you just like have to do the thing and you have no
- 39:01choice. It feels like that every second
- 39:05of every day. Feels like dad, two kids, I have
- 39:09to do that right now okay because I have to do that right
- 39:12now it's like how am I going to do this yeah so.
- 39:16Yeah. And with the time, the, the age
- 39:19difference, I was thinking about that too, because my daughter is
- 39:213, so she would probably be, you know, at least the same age.
- 39:26But the word's like, oh, if we want to when they're a little
- 39:29bit older, take them to a movie. It's like, wait, one can see
- 39:32PG13 now and one can't like that type of thing.
- 39:36I'm like. When they're a bit older, people
- 39:37will be able to see PG. 13 and they're like no one can hang out
- 39:41with me anyway. The second one just will see
- 39:43everything, it's just. What's gonna happen?
- 39:46I feel like, yeah, it's so funny.
- 39:48Like the things that my son has seen versus my daughter, like he
- 39:53just because when my daughter was born, we didn't even have
- 39:56toys in the house. We didn't have like any kid
- 39:59things in the house. And she has friends.
- 40:03He's around kids all the time. There's stuff everywhere in the
- 40:07house that he can like play with.
- 40:10She watches a show and he'll like walk by and like see it.
- 40:12And I feel like I was like no screens for her and him.
- 40:15I'm just like. No, You like this.
- 40:17You want to sit and watch this? For how long can you?
- 40:19How long can you last? How long?
- 40:20Yeah. What's your intention?
- 40:22Yes. Like no.
- 40:24Timer cut off. I'm just like trying to stretch
- 40:27his TV watching a little bit. Oh yeah, yeah, I feel that.
- 40:33What do you feel like? Because like, like you said,
- 40:36there are stand up comedians who have kids, but especially being
- 40:40a woman and with younger kids, do you feel like there's any
- 40:44like miss not misunderstandings. What's the word?
- 40:49But I guess like miss like a way that someone would.
- 40:55Yeah, I guess misunderstandings of like what they think being a
- 40:58stand up mom would be like. I don't know.
- 41:03I mean, I think the thing that's cool about stand up is there's
- 41:05so many ways to do it. So like everybody's just telling
- 41:08their own perspective on the world.
- 41:12So there are other moms with small kids too.
- 41:17And I think that I think it's nice though, because I don't
- 41:23think that moms with small kids or just like people in
- 41:29relationships, like, you know, married people are, there's like
- 41:33a a bit of AI don't think they always have like a stand up
- 41:39voice that they resonate with always.
- 41:42So I sometimes I'll be in a glove or somewhere or be at a
- 41:48show. And I'm like, I'm so different
- 41:49from everybody on this. Lineup.
- 41:51But then I'm like, yeah. And that's good because there's
- 41:54so many people who are having a similar experience to me.
- 41:58Who like the people that are right, my right audience are
- 42:02going to find me and the people who are there right audience are
- 42:05going to find them. And like that's what I like
- 42:08about stand up is there's a lot of you know, everybody can have
- 42:15be represented in some way. So I'm like somebody is going to
- 42:18resonate with my experience in some way.
- 42:21Well, I definitely resonate and. I'm.
- 42:23So glad I found you because it's quite hilarious.
- 42:27OK, we're gonna do some lightning.
- 42:28Round round. Two questions.
- 42:30OK, Coffee or wine? Coffee.
- 42:35Yeah, Dame, What's scarier, you're like a Heckler at a stand
- 42:41up or your daughter? Well, yeah, Heckler, yeah.
- 42:48Just because my daughter, I know where it's coming for.
- 42:53I do like brace for impact with my daughter.
- 42:55You know, that feeling of like, all right, here we go.
- 42:57What's happening? What mood is she gonna be in?
- 43:00But I think I don't know. I'm probably a Heckler just
- 43:03because you don't know who they are, what, where they're coming
- 43:06from. That's true.
- 43:09If you had five minutes alone, what would you do?
- 43:15Probably work out. Just like that's just, that's
- 43:19insane. I might do some crunches.
- 43:23Because what if you said to Yeah, I'm like if I said I'll
- 43:27fall asleep. I'm like, I would like to like
- 43:30do that's like the one thing I'm like, I would like to do like 10
- 43:34minutes of toning because I feel like I, I can't carry my
- 43:40groceries just. Like a little bit like, I feel
- 43:43myself being like shrilling up. I'm like.
- 43:46That well, now I have twice the groceries too.
- 43:48Yeah, but I just feel like that's the first thing that goes
- 43:51out the window. So maybe that.
- 43:53That's true. Or maybe.
- 43:54I just like sit. Sometimes I like to just sit in
- 43:56my car and like, sit there. I do that too.
- 44:01When you like come home, you know your kids are upstairs or
- 44:05inside and you're like just like 5 more minutes, just sit here.
- 44:10I do it even when everybody's asleep.
- 44:12I think I don't like my least favorite thing of the day is
- 44:16getting ready for a bed. It's like the only place I
- 44:21procrastinate in my life is that so I'll sit in my car so I don't
- 44:26have to like, go wash my face. And brush my teeth and put on
- 44:29all my face. Stuff and I'm just like.
- 44:32I think my body's too tired to move anymore by that point and
- 44:36I'm like, I don't want to have to do that right now.
- 44:38I've. Started like trying to set
- 44:40everything out before I. Leave so it's all set up for me.
- 44:43Like I've tried everything but I can't.
- 44:45I can't really figure it out. Well, yeah, I guess when you're
- 44:47like that tired or coming home late, yeah, that makes that
- 44:51makes. Me like I wish I could just be
- 44:53like a. College girl who just like
- 44:54passes out in her clothes and makeup again.
- 44:56I just like wake up the next day still in my clothes.
- 45:00Just fix it up a little bit again.
- 45:03Which of your kids? I feel like I know this.
- 45:06Which of your kids is more likely to grow up and roast you
- 45:09on stage? I don't.
- 45:13I mean, I guess my son doesn't really talk.
- 45:15Yeah, I was going. To say, I guess.
- 45:16You don't know. We'll see, but I would think my
- 45:19daughter would probably be good at that.
- 45:25What's the last thing that one of your kids ruined that you
- 45:29actually cared about? My kids don't really want things
- 45:35they don't. I'm trying to think what was
- 45:39ruined. I'm a little OCD and I think
- 45:43I've definitely passed it on to my daughter.
- 45:45So she's also like, I think she takes good.
- 45:48Care of her. Stuff.
- 45:52Oh gosh, somebody has to have ruined something.
- 45:55Maybe just your mood. One of my friends sat in one of
- 45:59my kids pull chairs and broke that.
- 46:03So a kid thing got ruined by an adult That's.
- 46:07What happens to my house? It's like we told when we moved
- 46:11into this house. We're like, OK, we.
- 46:12Don't need to kid proof, we need to adult proof because our
- 46:17friends will spill wine. They will.
- 46:18Break the kids just like all of our furniture is like, keep the
- 46:23kids stuff safe. Yeah, yeah.
- 46:26OK, so this or that target tantrum or a joke bomb on stage.
- 46:34I guess, I guess it depends on what stage I'm on I think.
- 46:44I guess I feel like I would rather have, I don't know, Both
- 46:51things happen, have to happen, you know, both things have to
- 46:54happen inevitably for you to get any better at anything.
- 46:58So. I feel like maybe the joke bomb.
- 47:02I had a really bad time once when my daughter had a public
- 47:06tantrum at gymnastics. And we were there and I was
- 47:10trying to do something alone with her because the baby had
- 47:12just been born and I was breastfeeding.
- 47:15So it was on a strict time schedule.
- 47:16And I was like, I'm going to take her alone.
- 47:18I set it all up to like, this will be a fun thing we do.
- 47:21And we get there. She's like coming in and out of
- 47:24her class. And I told her I was like, she
- 47:26came up to me and I was like, listen, you cannot be a
- 47:29distraction to your class because all these other people
- 47:31are trying to learn and paid to be here.
- 47:33So if you can't stay in your class, we have to leave.
- 47:36Either go back in your class and stay or we leave.
- 47:39And she's like, fine. And she walks, there's like 100
- 47:42parents in the bleachers at this gymnastics place.
- 47:44She walks like all the way down the bleachers.
- 47:47And then she turns around and looks at me like.
- 47:50You're way far away from me and. She goes don't talk to me like
- 47:53that and like every. Single parent had turned and
- 47:57looked at me and I had. To think, OK, I guess I have to
- 48:00parent my child now in public, in front of everybody and I.
- 48:05Wanted to just be like these kids.
- 48:08How embarrassing for them just. Like I mean parenting in public
- 48:13I think. Parenting in public is.
- 48:15Harder, yeah. It's really hard because
- 48:18everybody's like, judging how you're doing it, being like, I'm
- 48:23so glad that's not me. Like you can't not have thoughts
- 48:26about how somebody's doing it. Yeah.
- 48:28That's true. I just chase her around.
- 48:31To gymnastics gym, grab her and take her out and like in front
- 48:35of 100. People, I always like to think
- 48:38I'm like, man, we've all been there, like.
- 48:42Yeah, that. And then I was putting her in
- 48:44the car and she was losing it. And this other mom stopped, like
- 48:47pulled up behind me and I thought she was gonna be like,
- 48:50are you kidnapping that child or do you need help?
- 48:54And I was, she's like, excuse me, Excuse me?
- 48:55I'm like, yeah. And she's like, are you leaving?
- 49:00And I was like, yeah, but it's gonna be a minute, yeah.
- 49:02Like, Oh my God, do you? Not see what's happening here.
- 49:05So yeah, I guess target tantrum I would not like.
- 49:09Yeah, APTA meeting or an industry meeting probably.
- 49:17An industry meeting. Yeah, maybe.
- 49:22Well, I guess I can guess this. Would you rather sleep or
- 49:24scroll? Or which would which?
- 49:27Would you do? What would you rather have a
- 49:32Disney song on repeat or have to do small talk like at a
- 49:38networking situation? Probably small talk, especially
- 49:46if it was like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
- 49:48I would rather have small talk. Any.
- 49:51Yeah, that is the worst show ever.
- 49:53Yeah, hot dog song in my head always.
- 49:57No, If your life was a sitcom now, what do you think you would
- 50:02title it? I've been joking that I want to
- 50:09title my first special aunt Brett because my daughter told
- 50:13me that so I feel like that would be a good title.
- 50:15She told me hey mom, I know this can't happen but I just wish it
- 50:20could but I know it can. Could you?
- 50:24I really wish that my teacher could be my mom.
- 50:27And I was like, well, I wouldn't be your mom then, and that'd be
- 50:31so sad. And she's like, yeah, but you
- 50:33could be my aunt. And I was like, I don't want to
- 50:36be your aunt. And.
- 50:37She's she's like. No, but I would call you Aunt
- 50:39Brittany. And I was like, I don't want to.
- 50:43I keep joking that I'm just the Aunt Brit around the house.
- 50:47Aunt Brit. Love it.
- 50:48Oh my God that's funny. OK if you could give advice to a
- 50:55stand up comedian who is thinking or actress all of the
- 50:59above Who is thinking of becoming a mom?
- 51:03Oh my gosh, I feel like I'm the person that everybody asks me to
- 51:06coffee when they're thinking of having a kid.
- 51:09I get so many to have friends or be like, hey like can we get?
- 51:14Coffee sometime? Would love to ask.
- 51:15You some stuff and I'm like I know exactly what you want to
- 51:17ask. Me like I feel like.
- 51:19I have a kid. I've become like the cult leader
- 51:23for like moms, like for stand ups, having kids.
- 51:29I think that you just have to know it's going to be hard and
- 51:35just do it anyways because you'll be happier on the other
- 51:39side. There's light at the end of the
- 51:41tunnel. I also have a really supportive
- 51:44partner, so I'm lucky that I have somebody who, like, helps
- 51:49me balance all of the things, but it's also gonna be really
- 51:53hard. Yeah.
- 51:54So I guess it's gonna be hard. Love it.
- 52:00Well, I mean this, it goes by so fast.
- 52:03I feel like I could just like, yeah, this is so.
- 52:05Fun. But thank you so much for.
- 52:07Being. Here and oh wait, tell us about
- 52:09your new podcast. Oh, I have a new podcast.
- 52:12It's coming out October 5th, I believe.
- 52:16It's called Full out and I was a competitive college cheerleader,
- 52:20which I'm sure is a shock looking at me.
- 52:23So like, I was really big. Into cheerleading.
- 52:26And by the podcast is I interviewed guests about
- 52:30something they went full out into before they but like before
- 52:36doing whatever they do now and like how it affects what they do
- 52:38now or it doesn't. So it's a lot of people in
- 52:41entertainment who have like some pre life, like either like a
- 52:44track star or like, yeah, you know, that have a teen dad on
- 52:48there like, and it's it's interesting.
- 52:50It's like I it's stories that people normally don't talk
- 52:54about. It's like they're part of their
- 52:55life that they haven't shared much about.
- 52:57So I love. That I'm so excited.
- 53:00Yeah, I'm excited. I've been having a lot of fun
- 53:02doing it. I think it's been really, it's
- 53:06cool to hear people. I my favorite thing is when
- 53:09people are like, I've never actually said this before or
- 53:12told anybody this before, and I feel like that keeps happening
- 53:16on the. Like, OK, great.
- 53:18I love it. Tell us all about it.
- 53:21Yeah, Oh my God, that's so fun. Well, I'll be sure to make sure.
- 53:25I listen when that comes out. Yay.
