- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's a holiday.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully you have it off.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: I'm obsessed with taking holidays off that I don't to a lot of celebration on and it's not like Brad and I just don't really cook Thanksgiving meal and I don't even go to a lot of them.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: I or we're invited but like there's something about like the world is celebrating a day or not the world because this is Thanksgiving.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_01]: So people are celebrating a day and we're just like
- 1:14[SPEAKER_01]: I love it, but that's not my win.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_01]: This is about celebrating your wins, my wins, and being inspired and having an affirmation and reminding ourselves that like, perfect is boring.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: Being until you see it takes time and my goodness, we're gonna start bragging about the things we do, and inspiring others to do the same.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: So, you're inspiration for today.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone's trying to tell you something.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: And,
- 1:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, me too, on OPC, but, but really what I want you to and join get a kick out of his says, the rule is you have to dance a little in the morning before you leave the house because it changes the way you walk out into the world.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: And it reminds me of one of the episodes we had where she said you need to pick your be until you see it's on.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_01]: And then you need to listen to it every day and she said you've to listen to it.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like this.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: Inspiration is asking us to dance a little before we leave the house because it changes the way we walk out into the world.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: So what song are you going to play right now and dance to it on the world?
- 2:16[SPEAKER_01]: I used to play level up.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: every morning of my studio before my client showed up.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: This was in 2018, and then I had a different song in 2019.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm telling you, it changed.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: It changed how I approached the whole day.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: Because I was like, oh my god, I am.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: starting new companies and I am in charge of the vision of where these are going and and also I still have to teach and I'm to I love this so much.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: I love love love this and if you go to the link to watch it on Instagram, it's this cute old girl who is just like dancing.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: She is just dancing.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: His other little girl is like, I think I want to dance like she is.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_01]: She's like a little shy.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: The girl who's staring at us like, that's me.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: That's me going.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_01]: Can I be her?
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like can I do that?
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm telling you right now, we need to do it.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: We need to do it.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_01]: You need to do it.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_01]: So go out.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: Well, don't before you go out.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_01]: Play a song and then go out into the world, be in it till you see it.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'm obsessed with this one.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: So okay.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: Your wins.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: Angel Walker is back.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: And you know what?
- 3:20[SPEAKER_01]: I love about Angel.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Is that reading her wins?
- 3:23[SPEAKER_01]: Makes me relive.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like I can
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: you don't have to be so eloquent in the way you write your wins, but I'm just saying like right your wins like you're like you're sharing it in a journal because you can relive them if you can if you have the time right it really helps you reflect so wow wow wow so this is both a win and a massive thank you and I chose this one because we are in a gratitude season right
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: LL, Brad and Meredith, I could have put this in the elevator group, but I would feel so selfish to all of you who perhaps haven't done elevate yet.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I say it yet because it's a must.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: I arrived back last night from the incredible few days in Vegas with all the other elevate retreaters.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: What was it incredible?
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: Was it no matter how experienced or new everyone was?
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: They still had lost to learn and share from all of each other.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: We have moved lots and had so much fun taking time and investing this step out and do this felt big But the outcome was more than I imagined it reflected back to me with clarity What I want my future and how to go about things from my own practice my clients and my business It's going to be exact in exciting few months, but first I'm going to move my happy jet like body on my beautiful new mini barrel Thank you all
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'll aimfully, of course, you are so welcome, but also thank you because when you show up for yourself, it allows everyone else to show up for themselves.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: And so, yes, thank you for the gratitude you works any back to us of course we love doing this, but we can't do it without people like you who show up as authentically as you do and then and give so generously and receive so much, right?
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just so excited because I have seen how the next few months went and I have seen what you're doing and it's nothing short of remarkable
- 5:15[SPEAKER_01]: It's more than what you detailed to me that you dreamed of.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm so stoked because you did it.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: You've been being a tell you see it since the moment we did Cambodian together.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I, the first time, and elevate was so beautiful.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so glad you're in it.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: And for those of you under what I wonder, all that is, it's my mentorship program next year.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's completely sold out, but 2027 hasn't got plus bots in.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I do a retreat with them at the house every year and it's special to me because it's what Jay gave to me and Jay's teachers gave to me and I want to pay that forward in my own way and in a way that allows people to show up fully, often to lay themselves.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: Right, so thank you, Ainsley, because without you, I couldn't do what I wanted to do.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so it, it is an FYF.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_01]: But it's also a season of gratitude.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: And I have a lot to be grateful for this year.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: The world is on fire.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: I have had more than my fair share of obstacles and frustrations in life and in business.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: What's fun is I get to sit here and record this early in a state of, I'm actually extremely grateful.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'm grateful for the person I was when I envisioned this business so many years ago.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm grateful for the people who've been part of it.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm grateful massively for my team.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: I'm grateful for my dear amazing friends.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm the boyman who I love people who don't need to talk to me every day.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: I like best friends who can talk every week or every other week or maybe not for a month.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_01]: But we can make up where we started.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_01]: I love I'm so grateful because my friends are that and they get that and they understand that.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: And because this is Beatasia podcast, I know we say this often on the recap, but you have to know that I'm so grateful for you.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: Because this podcast has actually changed my perspective of myself and who I want to become and how I want to be it to see it as I get older and not in a way like I'm getting older, but like what beauty can come as I get older and who I want to become.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: And so without you listening, I wouldn't get to do this.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_01]: You don't just get to do a podcast because, you know, you want to.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: People do have to listen.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I could, but then it would just be a fucking expensive.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: Very expensive to ask.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: Because you listen, because you share your wins, because you send your questions in, because you send in your takeaways.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: It pushes me to become better at this every each and every year.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: And each interview has challenged me to be at TIC in a, in a better way.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: And isn't that how it is, like we envision like what we want, and then the results is even better.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes we don't get we want but we got to lean better.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_01]: And that is how I feel.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm just absolutely so fucking grateful for you.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: And in case no one's told to that today, I'm grateful for you.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: So go out there and be until you see it.
