- Sue: Sometimes I speak about how I see myself in others reflecting me in the way that they process certain situations that they're going through in their lives. And in this case I'm speaking about someone who is hampered professionally by not having a reliable tool, regardless of what's going on around them. If it's something that relies on electricity and or an internet connection, for example, like a computer of some sort or smart. phone or device, and you know that you have to remain functional with that tool. To the best of your ability, you plan for all of the what ifs so that you prevent that from happening. And of course the first one is to ensure that you have a reliable source of generating power to keep that device working. You see this all the time. There are plenty of houses that suffer power outages due to weather events, but don't have a generator. Yet if they've lived in that area experiencing those weather events and then complain when they're unable to deliver on time. ⁓ the power went out. So then you go through the process of getting your situation as properly fortified with the contingencies aligned and you go about your life. It also means that in the end you have multiple computers that have what you need installed on them and updated. So that you can slide over to that one just in case the first one decides to crap out. Not try and fix the one computer and interrupt everything while you're doing it. That's self-sabotage. There was a time when I was destitute that I legit had no money to spend on replacing a computer, but I did, knowing that I always have two laptops. that aren't the same wonderful experience as my larger screen all in one is on a day to day, but are all ready to go. For someone to be in the business and survive on their own, that won't fly. All it takes is one event like that, and you won't get hired again, 'cause that's the way the music business is. In the end, mind, body and spirit, showing up. It's the act of showing up. I mean if we come to a place in our society where For whatever distractions or energies that we allow ourselves to subsist in that aren't serving us well to a point where showing up is an exceptional event? Really? Seems so. And I'm meant to be amongst my professional peers. So how is that equal? And of course it isn't. And it's persistent. If they're unaware that they might have had a recurring and incoming projection of negative energies that show up in their daily lives as a bit of doubt or insecurity or persistence so level that you get used to it. You're feeling it all the time. You don't recognize it as being abnormal, which it is. Shouldn't be there. But let's say you live with that as part of ⁓ he's he they've always been on a little nervous. Just be careful. You know, whatever that is that you have allowed into your life is now impacting you in a way that you can't even function at all. You're not even aware of it. And if you discover that by listening to this, well thank you. I've been there. I've been unaware of this kind of nonsense too. And then once I recognized it for what it is, it doesn't belong in my life, then all of a sudden I'm showing up everywhere. It's like removing the bushel over my flame. But it's not for me to push people to find the how to how to do that. It's just for me to acknowledge that it's a very prevalent energy and to be able to see it reflected back to me as where I once was with somebody I've known for a long time in their lives causing havoc. I have compassion for that. But for the rest of us who do show up, that is the best example that we can do for others. It's up to them to to decide whether they see it or not. But just know that if you see this in yourself as a bit of a self-sabotage, you can get out of it. And the the way to get out of it is to take care of all of those contingency plans and be f comfortable with switching from one to another on the fly, so that your life goes on. You know, you're making good stuff in your life. Why allow your own self to stand in your own good way? No. That's about closing your spiritual stoma, reminding yourself how much you do love yourself, and you just don't allow exterior energies such as that to come in and say, Hey, I'm gonna wreak havoc in your life until you just tell me to shove off, and now you'd have the guts to stand up, show up, tell ⁓ to shove off. And then remember how much misery you're putting yourself unto, once you feel that joy and happiness and calm and peace. I've been there. 'Cause I think the more aware that we become about how easy it is to be affected by energies that don't belong to us, we can put those to rest pretty easily. But it also means that we have to show up for ourselves first and foremost. Above all else, I don't let myself down. Does that sound arrogant to you? No, because it isn't. Everybody has to be autonomous to recognize that when others are taking too much. From another, push back and just say, no, you're our balance is restored when you're over there, a little further away. Out of my energy, thank you. I don't tolerate spiritual trespassing. No one should, but some do. All you have to do is see it. Move someplace else. Fill your brain with the good stuff. Because after all, you got your contingency plans in place. Whatever which way life pulls you, you're ready for it. Because even if you can't infinitely predict the multi fractural universe in which you find yourself where all of a sudden things are going awry. You'll know from your experiences of preparation that you're gonna be able to respond quickly and still show up. Might not be how you intended to show up, but it's just another side of you that shows up and that's all good. Regardless, it's still you. It's you controlling you. Show up for yourself. I see you. And I thank you for taking time to listen as ever.
