Peace in a Troubled World: Waiting Well in Advent (Isaiah 11)
In this Advent message, we look at Isaiah 11 and the promise of a world made whole—a world where wolves lie with lambs, where children play without fear, and where evil no longer devours what God has made good.
But for now, we wait.
We wait in grief, in anxiety, in longing, in restlessness, in the ache of “not yet.” And yet Jesus tells us, “In Me you may have peace… take heart, I have overcome the world.”
