- 0:00Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Tim Dillon Show.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is our final show of the year, and what
- 0:04Speaker 2: a year it has been. We are now, when we
- 0:08Speaker 2: look on the Spotify charts, number 19 or 20, it
- 0:11Speaker 2: has been the biggest year in the show's history, and
- 0:16Speaker 2: we thank you all for listening and supporting us, and.
- 0:21Speaker 1: We do appreciate it. We do appreciate it.
- 0:25Speaker 2: And we.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Created quite a little stir last week with our critique
- 0:32Speaker 2: of Turning Point USA. Again, not to be rude, just
- 0:36Speaker 2: an observation from a.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Observer. That's my job, is to observe.
- 0:45Speaker 2: And just a little less dancing with the stars energy
- 0:50Speaker 2: is all.
- 0:51Speaker 1: That's all.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Fun holiday season this year. I mean, you know, I
- 0:57Speaker 2: love my family. I'm not super close with my family.
- 1:00Speaker 2: I mean, let's just say the Reiners had a better
- 1:02Speaker 2: holiday season than I had. I mean, let's just, you know,
- 1:06Speaker 2: they're still a closer family than mine. That doesn't mean
- 1:10Speaker 2: that there's not a lot of love out there, and
- 1:13Speaker 2: I still love everyone. And there's elements of my family
- 1:16Speaker 2: I like. There's elements of the intelligence community that are good.
- 1:20Speaker 2: There's factions that are good. But it is good to
- 1:25Speaker 2: be here. And we have a great interview later coming
- 1:28Speaker 2: up with Ryan Grimm from Dropsite News. He talks about
- 1:31Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein. Apparently, that guy was a pedophile. And all
- 1:35Speaker 2: of these new revelations are coming out. One of the
- 1:37Speaker 2: things I regret not asking Ryan about, because literally it
- 1:40Speaker 2: slipped my mind, was this allegation from a limo driver
- 1:42Speaker 2: that supposedly Donald Trump got in his limo and got
- 1:46Speaker 2: on the phone and started talking about abusing a woman
- 1:49Speaker 2: with Jeffrey Epstein and then the... Woman was found dead
- 1:53Speaker 2: in Kiefer, Oklahoma. And the problem with a lot of
- 1:58Speaker 2: this stuff right now is that I don't have a
- 2:03Speaker 2: way to verify it. And like the Larry Nassar letter
- 2:09Speaker 2: that Jeffrey Epstein wrote Larry Nassar, the gymnast pedophile monster,
- 2:13Speaker 2: is widely believed to be fake. There are things in
- 2:17Speaker 2: the files that are fake. And there's what's called disinfo where...
- 2:22Speaker 2: Because one thing's fake, it'll cast doubt on all kinds
- 2:25Speaker 2: of things. The FBI is saying the Epstein letter to
- 2:28Speaker 2: Larry Nassar was a fake. So it's hard to know
- 2:31Speaker 2: what is real and what is not. There's a lot
- 2:33Speaker 2: of things that are very disturbing and that are, you know, true. And, like,
- 2:39Speaker 2: no one's disputing that, right? A lot of the photographs
- 2:41Speaker 2: are true. A lot of the flight logs are true.
- 2:45Speaker 2: The amount of times people have been on his plane,
- 2:47Speaker 2: that are in his orbit.
- 2:49Speaker 1: But this... Rape allegation. It's being reported on by media,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and it was from somebody who was driving Donald Trump's limo,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and he submitted it in 2020.
- 3:06Speaker 2: It's an unclassified intake report summarizing information provided. The FBI
- 3:11Speaker 2: related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. According to the report,
- 3:14Speaker 2: a caller relayed secondhand accounts involving a woman who claims
- 3:17Speaker 2: she was raped by Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump in
- 3:19Speaker 2: the late 1990s.
- 3:21Speaker 1: The intake also notes.
- 3:25Speaker 2: They include statements attributed to a limousine driver who said
- 3:28Speaker 2: he overheard Trump speaking with someone he referred to as
- 3:31Speaker 2: Jeffrey while riding in the back of a limo, allegedly
- 3:34Speaker 2: making comments about abusing girls. The report describes the caller
- 3:40Speaker 2: recounting events from around 1997 through 1999, including claims that
- 3:45Speaker 2: the woman and her daughters were introduced to wealthy individuals,
- 3:47Speaker 2: taken to hotels, and provided with money. The intake further
- 3:51Speaker 2: states that the woman reported what she said happened. She
- 3:55Speaker 2: later died January 2000. Her death was ruled a suicide,
- 3:59Speaker 2: but according to the document, responding officers reportedly did not
- 4:02Speaker 2: believe it was a suicide at the scene. This is
- 4:06Speaker 2: a document in the Epstein files. Again, I should have
- 4:08Speaker 2: asked Ryan about it. I asked him about other things.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I asked him about the Epstein, the Mark Epstein letter,
- 4:15Speaker 2: whether that's true or not, to the FBI claiming that
- 4:18Speaker 2: his brother was about to name names and he felt
- 4:21Speaker 2: that Donald Trump signed off on his murder.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Again, I'm not authenticating these documents. That's not what I'm doing.
- 4:28Speaker 3: So.
- 4:29Speaker 1: A lot of disturbing stuff, and what a way to
- 4:32Speaker 1: end the year.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Let's just take a minute, let's take a beat, let's think,
- 4:36Speaker 2: let's marinate, let's grab a tea kettle, let's sit there,
- 4:43Speaker 2: let's curl up with a book.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You see all these beautiful.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Families in the matching pajamas, and I love that, very pro-family,
- 4:51Speaker 2: always have been. And they curl up in the comfy chair,
- 4:56Speaker 2: let's curl up in the comfy chair. And get the
- 4:58Speaker 2: hot cocoa and reflect back on a pretty wild year.
- 5:02Speaker 1: This is where we are. This is the end of
- 5:04Speaker 1: the year.
- 5:07Speaker 2: You know, a lot of people thought that the Trump
- 5:09Speaker 2: administration was going to be the most transparent administration.
- 5:18Speaker 1: In history. That was claimed.
- 5:21Speaker 2: But they dragged their feet on releasing this stuff. They
- 5:24Speaker 2: said it didn't exist. Kash Patel came out and said
- 5:27Speaker 2: there was... You know, no operation. There's no co-conspirators. Nothing's
- 5:32Speaker 2: going on. And then after a revolt led by people
- 5:37Speaker 2: like Thomas Massey, Ro Khanna, who's a Democrat, you know,
- 5:41Speaker 2: Marjorie Taylor Greene ends up leaving Congress. This is a
- 5:44Speaker 2: big deal. They don't want this out. This unlocks a
- 5:48Speaker 2: lot more than, you know, a, you know, story.
- 5:54Speaker 4: About....
- 5:58Speaker 1: Creepy, wealthy, well-connected pedophile.
- 6:01Speaker 2: This unlocks a lot of things about the people who
- 6:05Speaker 2: rule us, how governments operate, the things you read about
- 6:12Speaker 2: in the news. So this is a very big deal.
- 6:18Speaker 2: And these documents are only starting to come out. And
- 6:19Speaker 2: supposedly there's like a million more documents that they found.
- 6:22Speaker 2: It's like another million documents. That could come out. So
- 6:28Speaker 2: this is how we end the year. We end the year,
- 6:32Speaker 2: you know, talking about rape claims and people getting shot
- 6:35Speaker 2: in the head and limo drivers and Bill Clinton in the.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Pool, which is Lane Maxwell. This is how we end
- 6:42Speaker 1: the year.
- 6:42Speaker 2: For old acquaintance before God. I mean, this is how
- 6:49Speaker 2: we end the year. What a dispiriting... and demoralizing way
- 6:56Speaker 2: to end the year, reading about the ruling class and
- 7:05Speaker 2: how they've been behaving.
- 7:10Speaker 1: So it's just to reflect on that.
- 7:12Speaker 2: The truth is coming out about a lot of people,
- 7:17Speaker 2: and I think it will get worse.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 7:19Speaker 2: That's not information I... have on any good authority. I
- 7:25Speaker 2: just believe things like this tend to get worse. And
- 7:30Speaker 2: there's a reason they didn't want these documents out. This
- 7:34Speaker 2: is not, you know, this is not, you know, like,
- 7:41Speaker 2: you know, we're all clumsy. You know, the whole thing
- 7:43Speaker 2: with Pam Bondi, she's a kook and she's clumsy and
- 7:47Speaker 2: she's bungled it. No, I think she was doing what
- 7:50Speaker 2: she was supposed to do, which is, you know, keep
- 7:55Speaker 2: it from the public. She's bungled it. She's so disorganized. No,
- 8:00Speaker 2: I don't think that's what it is. There was that
- 8:02Speaker 2: whole incompetence theory. She's got a bunch of papers on
- 8:05Speaker 2: her desk and she doesn't know which ones are which.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And, you know, the idea that.
- 8:09Speaker 2: It was like a Three Stooges sketch and she couldn't
- 8:12Speaker 2: figure out what file had the Epstein files in it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Wait a minute.
- 8:18Speaker 2: No, I think it was chaos by design. A million
- 8:22Speaker 2: more Epstein documents have been found, Justice Department says. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: this is in the New York Times. Democratic lawmakers who
- 8:31Speaker 2: had criticized the Justice Department's release of the material accused
- 8:34Speaker 2: the Trump administration of violating the law mandating the release
- 8:37Speaker 2: of the files. Now, they want Bill Clinton to testify.
- 8:41Speaker 2: But Trump came out and defended Clinton the other day.
- 8:43Speaker 2: He was like, I don't like all these photos of
- 8:45Speaker 2: Clinton out there. These people are, you know, they didn't
- 8:48Speaker 2: do anything wrong. They're just in a bunch of photos.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And I don't like that. You know, I don't like that.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So you do see there is a bipartisan consensus amongst
- 9:05Speaker 2: some people to keep this hush, hush. And then there's
- 9:10Speaker 2: a lot of people that want this stuff out in
- 9:11Speaker 2: the open. And it seems to be generational.
- 9:14Speaker 1: A lot of the.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Younger people or people that, you know, aren't implicated, don't
- 9:22Speaker 2: seem to have a problem with putting this stuff out there.
- 9:26Speaker 2: But a lot of people are trying to keep this
- 9:30Speaker 2: stuff from public view. And it's pretty obvious, you know,
- 9:35Speaker 2: and they want Clinton to testify. Now behind the scenes,
- 9:38Speaker 2: In the Democratic Party of Hillary and Bill and other
- 9:41Speaker 2: people lobbying, going, you can't open this can of worms.
- 9:45Speaker 2: This is going to be a big problem. There's a
- 9:48Speaker 2: lot of dirty deeds. There's a lot of dirty deeds
- 9:54Speaker 2: that come to light with this stuff. It's human trafficking.
- 10:00Speaker 2: It's pedophilia. It's arms trafficking. It's drug running. It's war profiteering.
- 10:10Speaker 2: It's murder.
- 10:12Speaker 1: It's assassination. It's Christmas. It's Christmas in America.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Yeah. That's what these documents are. The documents coming out
- 10:24Speaker 2: are everything I just said.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Intimidation.
- 10:28Speaker 2: And they're coming out a few days before the year ends.
- 10:38Speaker 2: And we all have to, what is the year end
- 10:40Speaker 2: montage of this held year? My father used to love
- 10:44Speaker 2: a montage. He used to get, you know, misty eyed
- 10:48Speaker 2: over a montage. When you grew up, there were things,
- 10:51Speaker 2: you know, that the television news networks would do a
- 10:53Speaker 2: montage of things that happened. Maybe it would include, you know,
- 10:58Speaker 2: in memoriams for celebrities who died. You know, maybe if
- 11:02Speaker 2: it was a year where they had the Olympics, there'd
- 11:04Speaker 2: be some of that. There'd be some things around the
- 11:07Speaker 2: world and, In Long Island, we sat on our couch
- 11:11Speaker 2: and my father loved a montage. God, did that guy
- 11:15Speaker 2: love a montage. He loved a year-end montage. He hated
- 11:19Speaker 2: when people talked over the montage. If my mother was
- 11:22Speaker 2: trying to say anything to him during the montage, he
- 11:25Speaker 2: hated it. He loved a year-end montage. The man could
- 11:30Speaker 2: not get enough of a year-end montage. Can you find,
- 11:35Speaker 2: go to 1998. And see if you can find, I
- 11:39Speaker 2: don't even know if they're where you would find this.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Find a year-end montage from like a news network, NBC, CBS, whatever.
- 11:49Speaker 2: I want to show the people what I mean. What
- 11:52Speaker 2: are we going to put in the montage this year?
- 11:55Speaker 2: It's just people getting killed, wildfires. Documents suggesting the president
- 12:03Speaker 2: may have raped a woman and then had her shot
- 12:05Speaker 2: in the head. What is going in the montage this year?
- 12:10Speaker 2: You know, what is, sometimes it'd be like somebody winning
- 12:13Speaker 2: an Academy Award or I mean, what are we going
- 12:17Speaker 2: to do? We could have, oh, what's going to be
- 12:19Speaker 2: in the montage? It's going to be a bunch of
- 12:20Speaker 2: kids in Gaza getting shot while they wait for grain.
- 12:23Speaker 2: What's in the montage this year? Is this going to
- 12:27Speaker 2: warm everyone's heart? Are they even doing a montage like Russia, Ukraine,
- 12:33Speaker 2: this horrible thing that happened in Sydney, Australia? This is
- 12:38Speaker 2: not exactly a great year to.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Reflect.
- 12:43Speaker 2: It started with the fires in Los Angeles, these crazy wildfires.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Where I lost my house and my wife and my children.
- 12:52Speaker 2: They were all killed. And they were killed brutally and
- 12:57Speaker 2: they were cooked. They were cooked in their home. They
- 13:00Speaker 2: were cooked. And I got my Rolls Royce and I
- 13:04Speaker 2: drove to the desert to start a new life.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Nobody wants to have to do this, but I did.
- 13:09Speaker 1: I did.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I did because it was time. And, you know, I
- 13:14Speaker 2: do believe that things happen for a reason. I was
- 13:18Speaker 2: at that Air One eating a breakfast burrito the morning
- 13:22Speaker 2: the fire started. True. True. And literally, I watched this
- 13:28Speaker 2: tiny little fire grow into this massive thing. So is this,
- 13:33Speaker 2: this is a 1998 year in review?
- 13:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Let's see what this is like here. Let's see if
- 13:38Speaker 1: this is an actual, one of the things I was
- 13:40Speaker 1: talking about. Happy New Year.
- 13:46Speaker 2: All of us at News 4 wish you and those
- 13:48Speaker 2: you love all the best for 1999.
- 13:51Speaker 3: And as we leave you this evening, we take a
- 13:53Speaker 3: look back at the year past.
- 13:54Speaker 1: That's right.
- 13:55Speaker 3: As prepared by our talented editor, Andrea Torres.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Oh, God.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Good night and happy New Year.
- 14:05Speaker 1: This was my father's favorite thing to watch. It was
- 14:08Speaker 1: a montage. Somewhere along the lines, these kids just haven't
- 14:14Speaker 1: been taught somewhere respect for the life of another human.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I don't know where that got lost.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Say two boys, ages 11 and 13, firing as many
- 14:25Speaker 2: as 27 bullets at the student.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Threatened to kill in retaliation.
- 14:29Speaker 1: The body of one of Kinko's parents was a final count.
- 14:31Speaker 1: By the way, pause this for a minute.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Even though these stories even then were negative, people were just...
- 14:39Speaker 2: more chill about it. No, I'm like dead serious. People
- 14:43Speaker 2: were more chill.
- 14:45Speaker 1: It was more of an energy of like, well, that happened.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Like my father would be sitting on a couch eating
- 14:50Speaker 2: a pint of Haagen-Dazs vanilla Swiss almond.
- 14:54Speaker 1: It's late. We had a great show on Brea. Thank
- 14:56Speaker 1: you for coming out. But it's vanilla Swiss almond.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Excellent.
- 15:02Speaker 2: And he'd be eating it and he'd be nodding and
- 15:04Speaker 2: taking it all in. He'd be taking it all in.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Let's keep watching it. I want to keep watching this.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I don't want to skip a minute of this.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Yeah, we're just seeing.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Investigators are gathering conflicting details of the attack.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Deadly signatures left behind by the terrorists... The embassy bomb
- 15:49Speaker 1: in Serpenia in Tanzania.
- 15:53Speaker 3: First time I was with him alone, I saw somebody
- 15:57Speaker 3: totally different than I had expected to see.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And that's the person I fell in love with.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I did not have sex with you.
- 16:06Speaker 3: He has an obligation. A lot of this is.
- 16:09Speaker 2: And then this would be a moment, like, as this
- 16:11Speaker 2: was happening, my dad would nod and be like, this is,
- 16:15Speaker 2: this is....
- 16:17Speaker 1: But then there were... And we can get rid of
- 16:18Speaker 1: this one. This one goes on for a while.
- 16:19Speaker 2: There were better ones where there was music and there
- 16:22Speaker 2: was just kind of images and stuff like that, and
- 16:24Speaker 2: they would do those on New Year's Eve. But he
- 16:26Speaker 2: loved the montage. He couldn't get enough of it because...
- 16:30Speaker 2: People would look back at the year, and they'll do
- 16:34Speaker 2: them this year, I imagine. I mean, it's going to
- 16:36Speaker 2: be ugly. Well, they'll do a montage. But here's the
- 16:40Speaker 2: difference back then when you saw a montage. You believed
- 16:45Speaker 2: whatever was being shown to you. So even though these
- 16:48Speaker 2: were horrible stories about people getting shot or whatever, you know,
- 16:53Speaker 2: Clinton got a blowjob, who cares?
- 16:54Speaker 1: And then they would show some inspiring stuff later on.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Like, see, towards the end, if there's anything inspiring here,
- 17:01Speaker 2: It's all just kind of....
- 17:05Speaker 1: Yeah, Sonny Bono died.
- 17:07Speaker 2: They do the In Memoriam, Lloyd Bridges, Harry Carey.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean... All right, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But, you know, people believed what they were shown. So
- 17:21Speaker 2: even though the stories were bad, people believed that they happened, right?
- 17:30Speaker 2: they were real, that they understood what happened. And that
- 17:37Speaker 2: from that, they can draw some conclusion. And it was
- 17:43Speaker 2: a shared reality. We all had a shared reality. And
- 17:48Speaker 2: you'd watch a montage, you'd go, yep, those two kids
- 17:51Speaker 2: shot up that school.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Bill Clinton got his dick sucked. Harry Carey died. You know?
- 18:01Speaker 2: And then some of the montages were fun. Every now
- 18:04Speaker 2: and then there'd be a fun story. Or you'd see
- 18:08Speaker 2: someone getting rescued from a hurricane. That would go into
- 18:12Speaker 2: the montage. But again, we all shared a reality. So
- 18:17Speaker 2: you would watch something and you'd go, okay. But now
- 18:22Speaker 2: when you see a montage of events happening, You're questioning
- 18:28Speaker 2: what events are actually the things that people say they are.
- 18:34Speaker 2: And what events are, you're like, now the montage, you
- 18:38Speaker 2: just sit there, you're like, yeah.
- 18:39Speaker 1: What was that one? What was that?
- 18:41Speaker 2: I don't really understand that one. That one was weird.
- 18:46Speaker 2: That one went away quick. No one really talks about
- 18:50Speaker 2: that one anymore. You're still sitting there eating Haagen-Dazs. You're
- 18:55Speaker 2: still sitting on your couch. And I don't, you know,
- 19:00Speaker 2: the end of the year is a time when you
- 19:04Speaker 2: look back and you go, maybe you've had tremendous personal
- 19:09Speaker 2: growth in your life.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Maybe you haven't. Who cares? You'll get them next year. Literally,
- 19:16Speaker 1: that's a saying.
- 19:18Speaker 2: But it's the time of year where To look around
- 19:24Speaker 2: at your life and go, what is happening? What's even
- 19:28Speaker 2: going on? Like, what's going on? And I think that's
- 19:33Speaker 2: the question that most people are asking this year. And
- 19:36Speaker 2: that's the question that people weren't asking as much when
- 19:39Speaker 2: I grew up. When I grew up, people were like,
- 19:44Speaker 2: oh yeah, this is life. Now people are going, what's happening?
- 19:54Speaker 2: When are the machines coming? What's happening? And I think
- 20:01Speaker 2: that question, why does no one have any sex? Why
- 20:06Speaker 2: are the young people so angry now? Why are houses
- 20:11Speaker 2: millions and millions of dollars?
- 20:13Speaker 1: Like all of them. Why can't anyone afford anything?
- 20:18Speaker 2: You know, and it's a weird time because it's supposed
- 20:25Speaker 2: to have meaning, but it's only the meaning that's, you know,
- 20:30Speaker 2: it's just like, well, it's that.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Time of year.
- 20:31Speaker 2: So we're all supposed to look around and go make
- 20:34Speaker 2: a new year's resolution or whatever. You know, like, I'm
- 20:38Speaker 2: done with this. I'm heading to that. You know, and
- 20:43Speaker 2: maybe that's successful. Maybe it's not. Yeah, the astronauts were
- 20:46Speaker 2: always in a montage. They always put, like, an astronaut
- 20:48Speaker 2: in a montage.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Big, big. They always do an astronaut. There we go.
- 20:53Speaker 1: The shuttle's taking off. You felt good. You felt good.
- 20:57Speaker 2: You're like, there's astronauts, and there's people playing sports, and
- 21:01Speaker 2: they're winning, and Mark McGuire, and the astronauts, and... And
- 21:06Speaker 2: no matter what was going on, life made a little
- 21:09Speaker 2: bit more sense than it does right now. What is
- 21:13Speaker 2: the montage this year? It's just Peter Thiel talking about Satan.
- 21:17Speaker 1: What is the montage?
- 21:20Speaker 2: What exactly is the Sam Altman telling every late night
- 21:25Speaker 2: chat show host that he doesn't know how people raise
- 21:29Speaker 2: kids before chat GPT?
- 21:31Speaker 1: There's nothing comforting.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Everything now is amazingly uncomfortable to watch, to even look at,
- 21:42Speaker 2: to listen to. The theme of everything now is it's like.
- 21:48Speaker 2: It's disconnected. It does not bring you joy. It does
- 21:53Speaker 2: not bring you pleasure. You don't connect with it. And it's,
- 22:00Speaker 2: you know, people have the term cringe. Everything's cringe. It's
- 22:05Speaker 2: all brain rot. People are just staring at their phone
- 22:09Speaker 2: and it's just pumping them full of brain rot. No
- 22:14Speaker 2: one has any... No one has attention span anymore. People
- 22:19Speaker 2: are chewing Adderall in their rooms. They're staring at screens.
- 22:23Speaker 2: They're gooning. Their dick's falling off. They can't get hard.
- 22:27Speaker 1: They have ED.
- 22:28Speaker 2: They're 20 years old. They watch porn that's incredibly violent.
- 22:34Speaker 2: You know, they can't find any jobs. They're getting radicalized
- 22:38Speaker 2: in political movements. They're You know, they're rehabilitating Hitler or
- 22:44Speaker 2: Mao or whatever. And, you know, people don't go out.
- 22:49Speaker 2: They don't see each other. There's no human community. We
- 22:53Speaker 2: live in these siloed digital echo chambers where people just
- 22:59Speaker 2: get angry. And that's like the new sex is to
- 23:02Speaker 2: just be enraged. It's rage bait is this big new word,
- 23:07Speaker 2: you know, people watch reality shows about people looking for
- 23:12Speaker 2: homes and they can't afford any and they just watch
- 23:16Speaker 2: there's 35 shows about people trying to buy houses and
- 23:21Speaker 2: it's always these out of touch boomers looking for a
- 23:24Speaker 2: fucking lake house and you're watching that on your couch
- 23:27Speaker 2: you want to kill yourself Slop is the word of
- 23:31Speaker 2: the year in 2025. Merriam-Webster's Dictionary. And by the way,
- 23:36Speaker 2: they nailed it. They nailed it.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Slop.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Eat your slop. And that's what it is. I've been
- 23:44Speaker 2: using that word for years. But that's really what it
- 23:47Speaker 2: all is now.
- 23:48Speaker 1: It's content. It's garbage. It's grist for the mill. It's slop.
- 23:54Speaker 1: It's sludge.
- 23:55Speaker 2: It's rot. It's nothing of any value. You don't even
- 24:00Speaker 2: know what any of it is. It all bleeds together.
- 24:03Speaker 1: It blends. It's amorphous. It's, it's just, it's, it's a
- 24:09Speaker 1: clogged toilet is what it is. Truly everything. Nobody knows
- 24:14Speaker 1: what anything, you.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Know, you pass these, you pass like a billboard in LA.
- 24:18Speaker 2: There's a movie with, they put 30 celebrities in it.
- 24:21Speaker 2: No one's gone to see it. No one cares.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Nobody even knows what it is.
- 24:25Speaker 2: You know, people, there's no shared cultural moments right now.
- 24:30Speaker 2: There's no shared cultural experiences that people are having are great.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You know, Disney World's been taken over by morbidly obese
- 24:39Speaker 2: pill heads that have gender identity issues. They're all walking
- 24:43Speaker 2: around wearing diapers and clogs, trying to wedge themselves on it.
- 24:47Speaker 1: It's a small world.
- 24:48Speaker 2: The kids don't even want to go anymore. They want
- 24:50Speaker 2: to stay in their room and read about Hitler. Nobody
- 24:52Speaker 2: wants to go to Disney World anymore anymore. Every movie
- 24:55Speaker 2: Disney makes is about some non-binary snowflake. All of our
- 24:59Speaker 2: celebrities are emaciated. Their eyes are sunken into their heads.
- 25:03Speaker 2: They're having buccal fat removed from their faces. They all
- 25:06Speaker 2: look like skeletons. They crawl onto the set of some
- 25:09Speaker 2: interview show to be interviewed.
- 25:12Speaker 1: They're crazy.
- 25:13Speaker 2: They speak in, like, Harry Potter parcel tongue. Those two
- 25:17Speaker 2: from Wicked speak in that snake language. And an interviewer, like,
- 25:21Speaker 2: asks them questions, you know, about the fucking movie. All
- 25:27Speaker 2: of our cultural moments boil down to nothing. It's all these,
- 25:31Speaker 2: you know, forever children, people trying to relive their time
- 25:36Speaker 2: at summer camp when they were listening to Taylor Swift or, like...
- 25:40Speaker 2: You know, you have, like, 40-year-olds at somber concerts criticizing
- 25:47Speaker 2: the guy.
- 25:47Speaker 1: They don't like what he does or whatever.
- 25:50Speaker 2: It's like, you know, grown adults have opinions on, like,
- 25:56Speaker 2: what child pop stars are doing and how political Chaperone is. Well,
- 26:01Speaker 2: she didn't speak out about it. It's all crazy. What
- 26:05Speaker 2: a profoundly... dysfunctional society we have. There's nothing to look
- 26:10Speaker 2: up to. There's no one to be excited about.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Really, the least.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Controversial member of this administration is RFK Jr.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Can you imagine?
- 26:20Speaker 2: He's the least scandal-prone member of the administration. And every
- 26:24Speaker 2: three days, there's another text leaking from him where he's.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Like, open your mouth. I want to put my seed
- 26:29Speaker 1: in you.
- 26:30Speaker 2: And that's somehow the best part of this whole thing.
- 26:34Speaker 2: His sex are nowhere near as fucking, you know, scandalous as, like,
- 26:41Speaker 2: Kash Patel, the FBI director, is sitting there updating you
- 26:45Speaker 2: on his girlfriend's country music tour.
- 26:47Speaker 1: It's hell. It's absolutely hell.
- 26:51Speaker 2: And Erica Kirk, God bless, tragic, and I'm sorry for
- 26:53Speaker 2: what happened, but nobody knows why she's out there in
- 26:56Speaker 2: a glittering pantsuit in a recreated tent that her husband
- 27:01Speaker 2: tragically was murdered in, throwing merch out.
- 27:05Speaker 1: She's out there talking to Nicki Minaj. This is, people
- 27:08Speaker 1: are confused. What's going on?
- 27:10Speaker 2: Those are the three words that sum up this whole
- 27:15Speaker 2: entire mess that we've created. for ourselves what is business
- 27:22Speaker 2: anymore it's like oh fake everybody online is trying to
- 27:26Speaker 2: make as much money as they can in any way
- 27:28Speaker 2: they can crypto or drop shipping or bullshit or looks
- 27:32Speaker 2: maxing they're smashing hammers into their face to give them
- 27:35Speaker 2: a better chance to fuck a hotter girl they're trying
- 27:38Speaker 2: to make more money so that they can they can
- 27:40Speaker 2: compete in the mating game and they can you know
- 27:44Speaker 2: get some apartments somewhere in an overpriced city and buy
- 27:47Speaker 2: their girlfriend bed I mean, nobody's having children. People are
- 27:53Speaker 2: just sitting around and, you know, trying to, you know,
- 27:59Speaker 2: identify with, like, some weird movement. I mean, like, Wicked's
- 28:04Speaker 2: probably a fine movie.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I don't see it. I don't care.
- 28:07Speaker 2: But, like, everyone needs to chill the fuck out and relax.
- 28:11Speaker 2: What's the big deal here?
- 28:13Speaker 1: Like, people are.
- 28:16Speaker 2: making everything into some meaningful moment, and it's not.
- 28:22Speaker 1: It shouldn't be.
- 28:24Speaker 2: It's a profoundly unhealthy society that we've created.
- 28:30Speaker 1: It really is.
- 28:34Speaker 2: You know, I just, you know, when you look at
- 28:37Speaker 2: it from the outside, you know, all these people, it's
- 28:41Speaker 2: not even political, by the way.
- 28:43Speaker 1: It's not like I'm.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Telling you, like, they're wrong or they're right or they're
- 28:49Speaker 2: going to fix it. I've never really done that on
- 28:51Speaker 2: this show. But when you look at the society that
- 28:55Speaker 2: we're living in, for example, the last two weeks, people
- 28:59Speaker 2: are screaming about Somalia. Nobody even knows what's happening. People
- 29:03Speaker 2: are either like, Somalis are the best part of this country. What?
- 29:06Speaker 1: What is happening?
- 29:07Speaker 4: What?
- 29:07Speaker 1: Nobody, even no one?
- 29:09Speaker 2: I'm not saying anything bad about them, but like, what
- 29:11Speaker 2: is that reaction? And then there's a reaction of like,
- 29:14Speaker 2: they're the greatest threat that we've ever faced.
- 29:16Speaker 1: And then it's like, well, wait a minute. How about that.
- 29:19Speaker 2: There's like some scheme, some fraud, some scam that we
- 29:23Speaker 2: need to get to the bottom of? Maybe we're just
- 29:25Speaker 2: letting too many people into the country. And maybe those people...
- 29:29Speaker 2: are gonna eventually be desperate, like the people that currently
- 29:33Speaker 2: live here, okay?
- 29:35Speaker 1: And maybe those people are going to turn to some
- 29:37Speaker 1: type of fraud or crime.
- 29:39Speaker 2: It's like completely natural and normal, but like every reaction
- 29:43Speaker 2: to everything is so dialed up, insane, crazy, you know, Lucy,

- 32:03Speaker 2: It's completely batshit. All everybody wants to do now is
- 32:06Speaker 2: go to like a store and spend $ 75 on a smoothie.
- 32:11Speaker 2: They want to biohack and live forever.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Why? God, why? Why do you want to live forever?
- 32:18Speaker 2: To watch celebrities continue to have fat sucked out of
- 32:21Speaker 2: their faces by some machine? Why do you want to
- 32:24Speaker 2: live forever? What exactly are you planning to do? You
- 32:28Speaker 2: think this thing turns around? This biohacking stuff, all these
- 32:33Speaker 2: guys microdosing everything, trying to level up to the best
- 32:36Speaker 2: versions of themselves. I mean, great, more power to you,
- 32:40Speaker 2: do what you want. What exactly is this all for?
- 32:42Speaker 2: You want to be here in 30 years? You want
- 32:45Speaker 2: to be here when we're talking about President Jake Paul's
- 32:49Speaker 2: administration and why they're not doing more to... To stem
- 32:54Speaker 2: the conflict in the civil war that's happening in our country?
- 33:01Speaker 2: What exactly are you people living for? Quite frankly, honestly, rationally,
- 33:07Speaker 2: can you explain to me why you want to be
- 33:09Speaker 2: here for the next 75 years?
- 33:11Speaker 1: Is that exciting? Is it that exciting?
- 33:15Speaker 2: It's actually creepy and strange. The music all blends together
- 33:20Speaker 2: now into just a lot. There's some good music for sure.
- 33:23Speaker 2: But a lot of the stuff you're listening to, it's
- 33:25Speaker 2: just this odd, strange, it's just like corporate drivel. And
- 33:33Speaker 2: you're just meant to listen to it while online at
- 33:37Speaker 2: a salad place. Before you get in the elevator and
- 33:42Speaker 2: it takes you back up to this flex space that
- 33:47Speaker 2: you're working in and you get on your MacBook and
- 33:51Speaker 2: you just again, you float off into nothingness.
- 33:57Speaker 1: You do nothing.
- 34:00Speaker 2: People are just filling their time and they're filling their
- 34:03Speaker 2: time in the absolute worst way possible. There's this idea
- 34:08Speaker 2: of what a perfect life is. It's been drilled into
- 34:11Speaker 2: these people's heads. They need the right things all the time.
- 34:15Speaker 2: The best schools and the right neighborhood. West Village girls. Like,
- 34:20Speaker 2: you know, you need the best coffee. You need the
- 34:23Speaker 2: great food. You got to get the table at the
- 34:25Speaker 2: right restaurant.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Fuck you. I'm embarrassed.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Go to New York, I'm embarrassed. These pigs at Carbonia,
- 34:33Speaker 2: I'm embarrassed. Spicy rigatoni, I'm embarrassed by what has happened
- 34:39Speaker 2: to a great city.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Stop. It's disgusting. It's disgusting and repulsive. Your behavior is repulsive.
- 34:47Speaker 1: It really is.
- 34:48Speaker 2: It's fucking 10 restaurants you read about on Instagram. You're
- 34:51Speaker 2: going to wait four months so you can drag your
- 34:55Speaker 2: friends to go to the corner store. You can eat
- 34:58Speaker 2: caviar and think it's something. I mean, it's just, I'm
- 35:02Speaker 2: just completely, but whatever this is, it's nothing. It's not culture.
- 35:05Speaker 2: It's not, trust me. Trust me, this isn't culture. Whatever
- 35:09Speaker 2: this is, whatever you think you're participating in, it's not.
- 35:12Speaker 1: It's not worth.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Your $ 7, 000 a month rent.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Whatever you think you're doing is nothing. You know, I mean, truly.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Now these Epstein documents, say what you want. Say what
- 35:28Speaker 1: you want.
- 35:30Speaker 2: About Jeffrey and Ghislaine and the Trumps and the Clintons, but.
- 35:34Speaker 1: They had class. They had class.
- 35:38Speaker 2: They went to the best places in the world, and
- 35:40Speaker 2: they raped, murdered, and tortured people. And yes, a way
- 35:44Speaker 2: that I would live?
- 35:45Speaker 1: No, no. Sort of evil, a little demonic. But it
- 35:53Speaker 1: was culture. It was culture.
- 35:56Speaker 2: And it's a bad cult. It's not a good culture.
- 35:59Speaker 2: It's not ideal. It's less than ideal. Certainly less than ideal.
- 36:05Speaker 2: But that was the culture of our world.
- 36:08Speaker 1: We have to accept it. We have to accept it.
- 36:10Speaker 2: I don't want it to continue and I want the
- 36:12Speaker 2: people that participated in it to go to jail.
- 36:15Speaker 1: But that was our culture. We didn't even know it,
- 36:18Speaker 1: but we did. Sam Chris has kind of a great
- 36:20Speaker 1: article about that. If you read his stuff, you should.
- 36:23Speaker 1: But that's the thing. It's like This was our culture
- 36:28Speaker 1: for a very long time. It was.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Domination, evil, exploitation, bad, not good, but it was our culture.
- 36:45Speaker 2: It was our culture, you know? And, you know, we're
- 36:51Speaker 2: coming to terms with that. We're coming to terms with that.
- 36:55Speaker 2: And it's going to take, it's a little bit of
- 36:57Speaker 2: a pill to swallow.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Is it not?
- 37:00Speaker 2: It's a little bit of a pill to swallow, huh?
- 37:03Speaker 2: It's a little bit of a pill. It's a little
- 37:05Speaker 2: bit of a pill. You ever get sick as a
- 37:08Speaker 2: kid and your mom's like, you got to take this one.
- 37:09Speaker 1: And you're like, ugh. She's like, this one is everyone
- 37:12Speaker 1: that rules over you is a satanic pedophile. You're like,
- 37:14Speaker 1: oh no, not this one.
- 37:16Speaker 2: It's a little bit of a pill to swallow, but
- 37:19Speaker 2: that's where a lot of this comes from.
- 37:21Speaker 1: This is the runoff.
- 37:22Speaker 2: What you're seeing now is the runoff of people living
- 37:26Speaker 2: to pretend that that isn't true. It is the denial
- 37:32Speaker 2: of that culture that has.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Produced this culture. Listen up, I'll say it again. I'll
- 37:37Speaker 1: say it again. I should be paid more for this, frankly.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I'll say it again.
- 37:40Speaker 2: It is the denial of that culture that has manufactured
- 37:45Speaker 2: this culture of nothingness. It is the unwillingness to look
- 37:49Speaker 2: that in the face that has produced slop.
- 37:57Speaker 1: That's what it is.
- 37:59Speaker 2: It is the discomfort of, That comes from facing the
- 38:04Speaker 2: fact that your greatest fears are true. And you're unable
- 38:12Speaker 2: to process that. So you dive into the errors tour.
- 38:16Speaker 2: You backstroke through the fucking, you know, restaurant. That serves
- 38:23Speaker 2: the thing from the app that you saw.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 2: You try to vacation in the right place to take
- 38:34Speaker 2: the edge off. You know, it is the denial of
- 38:40Speaker 2: truth that has delivered you here into nothingness, into emptiness,
- 38:48Speaker 2: into a place where Do you want to see the amenities?
- 38:52Speaker 2: The building is really nice, but you've got to see
- 38:54Speaker 2: the amenities. The amenities are really over the top. The
- 38:56Speaker 2: HOA is really high, but you have to see it
- 38:58Speaker 2: because the amenities are so worth it. The amenities are amazing.
- 39:02Speaker 2: There's this amazing room. You can use it if you
- 39:04Speaker 2: have a party, like 12 to 15 people. You want
- 39:06Speaker 2: to do a dinner, you can bring in a private chef.
- 39:08Speaker 2: You can bring in a private chef. It's so amazing.
- 39:10Speaker 2: They'll set right up and they'll do a dinner. You
- 39:11Speaker 2: can actually bring in servers and a bartender. I've done
- 39:13Speaker 2: it before.
- 39:14Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 39:15Speaker 2: It actually connects to a terrace. What's great about it
- 39:17Speaker 2: is it's actually for everyone in the building to use.
- 39:19Speaker 2: You can reserve it, but it's very easy. You just
- 39:23Speaker 2: do it.
- 39:24Speaker 1: On the app.
- 39:25Speaker 2: Is the world run um by satanic pedophiles there's also
- 39:30Speaker 2: a rooftop garden it's amazing i go up there i
- 39:32Speaker 2: have coffee all the time you can go so you
- 39:35Speaker 2: get a special key when you come here and it'll
- 39:37Speaker 2: only go to your floor so you don't have to
- 39:38Speaker 2: worry about any of the security and at the top
- 39:40Speaker 2: of the building there's a rooftop garden and you can
- 39:42Speaker 2: sit there and you can even do yoga because actually
- 39:44Speaker 2: super private there's like alcoves Right. So let me ask you,
- 39:50Speaker 2: do you think that our civilization is run by like
- 39:55Speaker 2: evil pedophiles that are murdering and torturing children?
- 40:00Speaker 1: And next year, the restaurant opens.
- 40:02Speaker 2: So like, I don't even want to talk about the
- 40:03Speaker 2: restaurant because it's literally so amazing and you can't have
- 40:06Speaker 2: it right now. But within five months, we have a
- 40:08Speaker 2: celebrity chef who's opening a restaurant. It's like Mediterranean, but
- 40:11Speaker 2: it's also kind of like more on the Italian side.
- 40:14Speaker 1: It's like super perfect. It's like amazing.
- 40:16Speaker 2: It's great for like, light bites in the morning. And
- 40:18Speaker 2: then you can like even grab like coffee and breakfast.
- 40:21Speaker 2: And then there's like a lunch and then there's like
- 40:22Speaker 2: a dinner. And even I've heard this, I've actually heard this.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I've actually heard this. I can't confirm, but I've heard,
- 40:29Speaker 2: can't confirm, but I've heard that they can actually cater
- 40:32Speaker 2: your party in.
- 40:33Speaker 1: The private amenity space.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Like the restaurant can cater your party in the amenity space.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Wow.
- 40:43Speaker 2: That, that, that, that sounds really good. Why do you
- 40:45Speaker 2: think that woman got shot in the face in Oklahoma? Well, anyway,
- 40:51Speaker 2: if you want it, just speak to your realtor because
- 40:52Speaker 2: it's going to go really, really fast. We already have
- 40:55Speaker 2: so many people coming back to see it for a
- 40:57Speaker 2: second and third showing. Cool. And I just heard that
- 41:03Speaker 2: around the block, that like super exclusive restaurant that nobody
- 41:06Speaker 2: can get into, Tate McRae was there last night.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Wow. Well, thank you for this info. You've given me
- 41:13Speaker 1: a lot to think about. It is the denial of
- 41:17Speaker 1: that culture that has produced this one. Okay?
- 41:25Speaker 2: Looking that in the face is very hard to do.
- 41:29Speaker 2: And when you refuse to do that, you can only
- 41:33Speaker 2: concern yourself.
- 41:36Speaker 1: With the minutiae, the meaningless, the bullshit.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Right? the empty signifiers of status that are splashed across
- 41:48Speaker 2: social media, ultimately adding up to nothing. But that's the point.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Nothing is the point. They don't want you asking any
- 42:01Speaker 2: questions about anything real. They want you to play the game,
- 42:06Speaker 2: not for any reward, not for a trophy, not for glory,
- 42:12Speaker 2: Not for honor, not for pride. They want you to
- 42:16Speaker 2: play the game because it distracts you from the game.
- 42:23Speaker 2: That's the whole thing.
- 42:25Speaker 1: You're playing this game, it's called a rat race, whatever
- 42:29Speaker 1: you want to call it.
- 42:30Speaker 2: You're distracted from what's really happening, where the money's going,
- 42:34Speaker 2: who's disappearing, who's being threatened, who's being intimidated, who's being murdered, on.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Whose behalf it's all happening.
- 42:42Speaker 2: All the clans and groups and little huddles of people
- 42:46Speaker 2: trying to exert power and trying to manifest their reality,
- 42:50Speaker 2: all of that you ignore because you're playing a very
- 42:54Speaker 2: hard game. It involves the accumulation of money, the signifiers
- 43:01Speaker 2: of status. It involves the right life, the right friends,
- 43:05Speaker 2: the right people, the right tastes, the right opinions, the
- 43:08Speaker 2: right concerts. It involves all of that and it's designed,
- 43:12Speaker 2: it's curated for you to participate in and only have
- 43:17Speaker 2: a small glance at what's actually happening, what's actually going on,
- 43:23Speaker 2: the things that are driving society off a cliff. That's
- 43:29Speaker 2: not by accident. And to think it is, you would
- 43:32Speaker 2: have to be incredibly naive. You would have to be
- 43:37Speaker 2: incredibly naive. I feel terrible for what happened to Rob
- 43:45Speaker 2: and Michelle Reiner. But as a good friend of mine
- 43:48Speaker 2: recently said, Ray Kump, he said, the best thing that
- 43:50Speaker 2: can happen in this country is for your kids to
- 43:52Speaker 2: kill you. It's truly the win. It's truly the win.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Have it be your family. It's coming anyway. Have it
- 44:05Speaker 2: be your family. It's coming anyway. How lovely to die.

- 46:40Speaker 2: to the show. Ryan Grimm, who writes at Dropsite News,
- 46:43Speaker 2: which has done the best reporting ever, On the Epstein case,
- 46:49Speaker 2: this is not even debatable. We talked about one of
- 46:53Speaker 2: their articles a few weeks ago where Jeffrey Epstein was
- 46:57Speaker 2: back channeling to try to get a meeting with Vladimir
- 47:02Speaker 2: Putin between Vladimir Putin and the ex-Israeli prime minister to
- 47:09Speaker 2: talk about the Syrian civil war. We talked about that
- 47:11Speaker 2: on the show. And people send me drop site news
- 47:14Speaker 2: all the time. I go, you got to read this article,
- 47:17Speaker 2: Steve Bannon. And again, you guys aren't ideologically aligned, but
- 47:21Speaker 2: Steve Bannon has even praised you as a good journalist.
- 47:23Speaker 2: Like people from, from many different political persuasions, even I
- 47:29Speaker 2: think people on the.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Epstein list are saying this is good. Even the pedophiles
- 47:36Speaker 1: are going, he's doing, he's doing the work.
- 47:39Speaker 3: So like, Hey, this is legit.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So Ryan, thank you again for coming. I appreciate it.
- 47:43Speaker 2: It's the holidays and I appreciate you making time for us.
- 47:46Speaker 2: If you could sum up as just an introductory statement
- 47:51Speaker 2: for the uninitiated, when you look at this new dump
- 47:55Speaker 2: of Epstein files that just came out.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Um, number one, tell people, you know, it, you know, surmise.
- 48:04Speaker 2: For people what exactly you think the Epstein operation was.
- 48:09Speaker 2: If there was one, you know, the FBI says there,
- 48:12Speaker 2: you know, said that there wasn't, but they have all
- 48:14Speaker 2: these files suggesting maybe there is. What was this operation?
- 48:19Speaker 2: And I don't know how many of these files you've
- 48:22Speaker 2: looked through in the new files. Has any of your
- 48:25Speaker 2: opinion changed with regard to the scope of the operation,
- 48:30Speaker 2: the intent of the operation or any of the key players?
- 48:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I think that my take on this is actually,
- 48:38Speaker 4: usually you go into the reporting and you find out
- 48:42Speaker 4: that the story you're looking for isn't quite all the
- 48:44Speaker 4: way there. It's not quite as interesting as you kind
- 48:48Speaker 4: of imagined that it might be. This kind of has
- 48:52Speaker 4: been the reverse. Like this, you keep peeling the layers
- 48:55Speaker 4: back and you're like, oh, wow, that was true.
- 48:57Speaker 3: That was true. That was true. And and on and on.
- 49:01Speaker 4: You know, when they say there was no Epstein operation,
- 49:03Speaker 4: it's like the guy's been doing a lot of operating
- 49:07Speaker 4: for many decades. And at some point, you're going to
- 49:11Speaker 4: have to call that an operation because he keeps becoming
- 49:16Speaker 4: involved and he keeps being found from Iran-Contra all the
- 49:21Speaker 4: way up to the things that you were talking about,
- 49:23Speaker 4: the Syrian civil war, like a lot going on in Africa,
- 49:28Speaker 4: which was a piece of Iran-Contra as well, the kind
- 49:32Speaker 4: of unspoken piece of it. The fact that he focused
- 49:36Speaker 4: so much on Africa really shows that he really does
- 49:39Speaker 4: kind of know where power flows and where money, commodities,
- 49:43Speaker 4: and resources flow.
- 49:45Speaker 3: So yeah, there's an awful lot there.
- 49:48Speaker 2: Part of the question with Jeffrey Epstein has always been
- 49:51Speaker 2: about definitions.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Is he an agent? Is he an associate?
- 49:56Speaker 2: Is he a, what in the murky world of intelligence,
- 50:00Speaker 2: what was Jeffrey Epstein? Was he employed by the Mossad
- 50:04Speaker 2: or the CIA or MI6? Was he a liaison that
- 50:09Speaker 2: worked with all of these different agencies? From your reporting,
- 50:13Speaker 2: what would you call him if you had to call
- 50:15Speaker 2: him something?
- 50:16Speaker 3: Well, we don't have a W-9 or anything from Epstein.
- 50:21Speaker 4: And I think that that kind of misunderstands the relationship
- 50:24Speaker 4: between Like if you think about Mossad, for instance, or
- 50:28Speaker 4: the CIA, like running people, yeah, they are organizations and
- 50:32Speaker 4: they have ambitions, they have projects, but he was operating
- 50:37Speaker 4: at a layer above, I think. The Mossad and the CIA,
- 50:40Speaker 4: they're there to serve the major power centers throughout the
- 50:45Speaker 4: world and different factions within them serve different factions at
- 50:48Speaker 4: different times. But if you think of the kind of
- 50:50Speaker 4: global elite... as kind of organized around that Davos conference or,
- 50:54Speaker 4: you know, this Davos crew out there. Like the CIA,
- 51:01Speaker 4: it's more properly understood that the CIA works for them.
- 51:04Speaker 4: And Jeffrey Epstein was an integral player in that Davos set.
- 51:09Speaker 4: And I think sometimes his allies and he himself was,
- 51:13Speaker 4: he was waning. He's not doing as well. Other times
- 51:16Speaker 4: his power is on the rise. You know, that's how
- 51:19Speaker 4: it works inside nebulous organizations like this. But he's right
- 51:22Speaker 4: there at the center of this fundamentally undemocratic global institution.
- 51:29Speaker 3: It's not even an institution.
- 51:30Speaker 4: It's just this amoebic type of entity. He's right there
- 51:33Speaker 4: in the middle of it, and he still has to
- 51:36Speaker 4: jockey for power. But he is then able to deploy
- 51:39Speaker 4: his own assets, whether it's Mossad or whether it's people
- 51:42Speaker 4: in the CIA, in order to serve he and his
- 51:46Speaker 4: allies' own interests, which sometimes align with the interests of Israel,
- 51:49Speaker 4: sometimes align with the interests of the US.
- 51:51Speaker 3: But they're also self-serving interests.
- 51:54Speaker 2: What are the main concerns, the primary objectives of the
- 51:57Speaker 2: quote Davos set? Is it a monolith or do those
- 52:01Speaker 2: people have varied interests?
- 52:04Speaker 4: I think it's, well, they're in competition with each other
- 52:07Speaker 4: for each other's resources, for sure. But they're also in
- 52:12Speaker 4: competition with the 99.9% of the world that doesn't really
- 52:15Speaker 4: want them to exist. And so that's, and so what
- 52:19Speaker 4: they're trying to do is kind of justify their existence
- 52:23Speaker 4: and maintain their power and justify their existence. That's why
- 52:26Speaker 4: when they get together, they often talk about the kinds
- 52:28Speaker 4: of things that would be wonderful if they delivered on them.
- 52:31Speaker 4: You know, they're going to end world hunger or they're
- 52:33Speaker 4: going to, they're going to end illiteracy around the world.
- 52:36Speaker 4: They're going to, you know, they're going to go after
- 52:38Speaker 4: disease and malnutrition. They're going to reverse climate change. And
- 52:43Speaker 4: yet some of it, somehow it just all keeps getting
- 52:45Speaker 4: worse and their power continues to continues to grow and
- 52:48Speaker 4: their wealth continues to be concentrated at the very top.
- 52:51Speaker 4: So their goal is, I think, self-perpetuation and kind of
- 52:56Speaker 4: continuing to lock down their position in the world and
- 52:59Speaker 4: to keep the public at bay because they're fundamentally an
- 53:04Speaker 4: undemocratic entity.
- 53:07Speaker 2: Someone, Catherine Austin Fitz, described some of the people you're
- 53:10Speaker 2: talking about as intergenerational pools of capital.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Yes.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Does that make sense to you?
- 53:17Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, definitely.
- 53:19Speaker 2: Yes.
- 53:19Speaker 3: And they're also, they're very much transnational.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Right.
- 53:24Speaker 3: Like they are not American. They're not Israeli. They're not Chinese.
- 53:28Speaker 4: Like if they're Chinese, they actually have a little bit
- 53:31Speaker 4: more strings attached to what they're able to do.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 53:34Speaker 3: But in the Western ones, you know, they're looking for
- 53:37Speaker 3: their own sovereignty.
- 53:38Speaker 4: Right. And what it appears like is going on with
- 53:42Speaker 4: Epstein and his work with Israel and also the UAE,
- 53:45Speaker 4: we're going to have a lot more to come about
- 53:48Speaker 4: his work with Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- 53:50Speaker 3: What the UAE and Israel.
- 53:52Speaker 4: Both figured out is that when you're operating in this
- 53:55Speaker 4: kind of world that is filled with nation states, nation
- 53:58Speaker 4: states have particular rights.
- 54:00Speaker 3: They can vote in.
- 54:02Speaker 4: The UN, they can set up banks, those banks can
- 54:05Speaker 4: then move money and those banks... are then subject to
- 54:08Speaker 4: the laws and the judiciary.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Kind of within those states.
- 54:12Speaker 4: And if the national security apparatus controls that judiciary, you
- 54:17Speaker 4: can basically be a criminal gang. So the United Arab Emirates,
- 54:21Speaker 4: for instance, they're doing enormous amounts of money laundering. All
- 54:26Speaker 4: this wealth that's coming out of Africa flows right into
- 54:30Speaker 4: the UAE, and then they skim off the top. You're like,
- 54:33Speaker 4: how are they doing this? This is basically mafia stuff.
- 54:35Speaker 4: It's like, well, they call themselves a state. They call
- 54:37Speaker 4: themselves a government so they can do that. And Israel
- 54:40Speaker 4: does a version of that as well, where the state
- 54:43Speaker 4: is aligned with the companies and they have this protection
- 54:46Speaker 4: that they can operate in a way where if they
- 54:48Speaker 4: were just private actors, like, wait, you can't do that.
- 54:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 54:51Speaker 1: So it's kind of a cartel.
- 54:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:53Speaker 4: Right.
- 54:53Speaker 3: It's a legalized cartel that operates as a state.
- 54:57Speaker 2: What role does sexual blackmail play in this? You know, obviously,
- 55:01Speaker 2: Epstein spent years... engaging in horrific abuses. And he was,
- 55:08Speaker 2: you know, he got a slap on the wrist. You know,
- 55:12Speaker 2: he had a very light sentence regard to the crime.
- 55:16Speaker 2: They charged him with a very specific crime. There were
- 55:20Speaker 2: many victims. He was only charged with one crime. What
- 55:25Speaker 2: role does, number one, do you believe it was a
- 55:28Speaker 2: blackmail operation? And then if, if so, When we talk
- 55:34Speaker 2: about these cartels, when we talk about money laundering, we
- 55:37Speaker 2: talk about people that are trying to evade the democratic.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Process, the legal process.
- 55:44Speaker 2: What role does Jeffrey Epstein's sexual proclivities, and I'm not
- 55:50Speaker 2: saying it lightly, proclivities, but his sexual crimes, what role
- 55:55Speaker 2: do they play in this larger picture? Sure.
- 55:58Speaker 4: And your point about them only charging him with one
- 56:01Speaker 4: girl is a key one.
- 56:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:03Speaker 4: And his lawyers were so successful, they got him charged
- 56:07Speaker 4: with the 17-year-old.
- 56:08Speaker 2: Right.
- 56:09Speaker 3: Even though there were dozens.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:11Speaker 3: And some as young as like 14 or even younger.
- 56:14Speaker 4: And so then his revisionist friends can say, oh- 17-year-old,
- 56:20Speaker 4: he didn't know. And then you look at it, oh,
- 56:22Speaker 4: that's all he got charged with. Okay, let's get back
- 56:25Speaker 4: into business, buddy. Rather than, oh, dozens, even much younger.
- 56:29Speaker 2: No, I mean, he's a fully evil man. And I
- 56:31Speaker 2: think Ghislaine Maxwell's evil. When you read these documents, and
- 56:36Speaker 2: even the prior documents, it's very hard to come away
- 56:41Speaker 2: with any other picture than that these were evil people
- 56:45Speaker 2: engaging in Acts of extreme abuse, rape, perhaps murder, we
- 56:51Speaker 2: don't know, things like that.
- 56:53Speaker 4: And with total remorse and doing it on a, like,
- 56:56Speaker 4: seems like daily basis.
- 56:57Speaker 1: Right, remorseless. Yeah, absolutely.
- 56:59Speaker 3: 40 to 50 years. But it's interesting.
- 57:04Speaker 4: What you need a Jeffrey Epstein for, going back to
- 57:07Speaker 4: our kind of transnational cartel operating as a state kind
- 57:11Speaker 4: of thing, is that if you want to move money, guns,
- 57:16Speaker 4: let's say you want to move weapons from Iran to
- 57:20Speaker 4: the Contras in Nicaragua, or you want to move them
- 57:23Speaker 4: to some type of rebel group in Africa when Congress
- 57:26Speaker 4: has told you you can't fund this rebel group in Africa,
- 57:30Speaker 4: or you've got blood diamonds that you've got to get
- 57:32Speaker 4: moving out. You can't really go to the white shoe
- 57:36Speaker 4: firms for that. They're going to be like, let me
- 57:41Speaker 4: know your client here.
- 57:43Speaker 3: How do we know that this person isn't sanctioned?
- 57:46Speaker 4: This appears to be a terrorist organization that you're shipping
- 57:51Speaker 4: weapons to.
- 57:53Speaker 3: Did you say Iran is involved in this?
- 57:55Speaker 1: I thought we're at.
- 57:57Speaker 3: War with them.
- 57:58Speaker 4: So what you need is somebody who lives in the
- 58:01Speaker 4: gray area. And those people are very useful. And so
- 58:05Speaker 4: when the New York Times, for instance, says there's all
- 58:08Speaker 4: these conspiracies about Jeffrey Epstein, but in fact, he's just
- 58:11Speaker 4: actually a giant con artist, that's missing the point. To
- 58:16Speaker 4: work in that realm of the spy world, in the shadows,
- 58:21Speaker 4: you're going to be a con artist. You're going to
- 58:23Speaker 4: be the kind of person that pushes things to the
- 58:27Speaker 4: edge and then over it. And so that's what you
- 58:29Speaker 4: see time and time again with Epstein is that, for instance,
- 58:33Speaker 4: we wrote about— actually, I don't know if we've written about
- 58:35Speaker 4: this one yet, but George Mitchell, former senator— who was
- 58:38Speaker 4: Secretary of State under Clinton, he needed to go to
- 58:42Speaker 4: Sudan back in the 2000s because he was running for
- 58:45Speaker 4: president and he wanted to broker some, looked like he
- 58:48Speaker 4: was gonna broker a truce in Sudan. And in order
- 58:52Speaker 4: to get in there, he reached out to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 58:54Speaker 4: He's like, who's got the jets? Who can move me
- 58:59Speaker 4: into a warlord zone? And it's somebody like Epstein. He
- 59:03Speaker 4: ended up not using Epstein, but Epstein was able to
- 59:05Speaker 4: put it together. And then he announced a completely fake
- 59:07Speaker 4: truce that fell apart a day later.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 59:10Speaker 4: Used it in his presidential campaign. Uh, but that's the
- 59:13Speaker 4: kind of thing you need him for. Like I need,
- 59:14Speaker 4: I need to move money. I need to move guns, diamonds, minerals,
- 59:19Speaker 4: you know, commodities. We need, we need, things have to happen. Uh,
- 59:23Speaker 4: it has to happen quickly and it, and it has
- 59:25Speaker 4: to be done off the books. And, and that's what
- 59:28Speaker 4: people like Epstein are for. And the sexual blackmail.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Is he blackmailing these people and keeping the information himself?
- 59:37Speaker 2: Is that information then going to another state like Israel?
- 59:42Speaker 2: Is it going to the highest bidder? He's photographing and
- 59:46Speaker 2: recording people. Where is all this information going?
- 59:49Speaker 3: We, we don't yet like have evidence of, Hey, I've
- 59:52Speaker 3: got footage of you.
- 59:54Speaker 2: Right.
- 59:54Speaker 3: You need to do X.
- 59:56Speaker 4: We do have him being just absurdly aggressive to people
- 59:59Speaker 4: like Leon Black and Les Wexner in emails in a
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: way where you're like, this is not how the power
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: dynamic between an accountant and a multi-billionaire.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: These are two billionaires. Les Wexner, billionaire. Leon Black, billionaire.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: Right. So when he's being uber aggressive in those emails,
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: as a journalist, does that lead you to believe that
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: he has some leverage?
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: What you can say for sure is that There is
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: implicit blackmail going on under there.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: Because they allegedly are engaged in all of these types
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: of activities. So just by definition, Epstein would know and
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: they would know that Epstein knows what he's involved with.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: Now, they deny that.
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: But, you know, there's been plenty of reporting that that
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: he that all his friends and quote unquote friends knew
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: what he was up to. Right. Even Ehud Barak in
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: one of the emails, he's asking how he can win
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: over this banker that he wants to work with for this.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Deal.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: And he says, ladies is your forte to Epstein. Right.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: And people who I've talked to who met him within
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: like 30 seconds are like, this guy's complete and total creep.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: Like he's just oozing creep vibes. So the people that.
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: Stayed in his life, like very much understood that. And
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: so they know in the back of their mind that
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: he knows that. Now, at the same time, what the
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: emails and the documents that we've gone through show is
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: that he was actually effective at doing the things he
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: said he was going to do.
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: Like he's going to get you your tax breaks. He's
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: going to get you your meeting with Putin.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: I just ordered a Mongolian cashmere crew neck sweater from.

- 1:02:41Speaker 2: slash TIM. Ryan, this is the real question. Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: is a math teacher at the Dalton School, which is
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: a prep school in New York City.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: Very expensive. Very well-regarded. He's hired by Bill Barr's father,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: Donald Barr.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: Donald Barr wrote a novel about, a science fiction novel
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: about the elites of a... fake planet using sex slaves
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: on that planet. There was a class of people on
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: the planet that were sex slaves.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: He was a novelist, whatever. I don't know. Is it
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: a right? Would you know? We don't know.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: But so Jeffrey Epstein is working for this man who's
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: written some questionable literature, whose son then becomes the attorney general.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: He's at Dalton, which is a private school. He's not
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: a math genius. It's not the guy from A Beautiful Mind.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: He's not winning Nobel Prizes in mathematics. He somehow links
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: up with Les Wexner, billionaire owner of Victoria's Secret, the
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: limited brands, The Gap, things like that. Then, you know,
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: fast forward, he's got Ghislaine Maxwell, whose father.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell....
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: It's widely believed and written about that this man was
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: an Israeli super spy, that he was a hugely influential
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: member of the intelligence community. He was a media mogul,
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: but he was given high honors with his burial in Israel.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: I mean, Mount of Olives, it's all real stuff. So
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: this story for a lot of people is, feels like, okay,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: Epstein's clearly a pedophile, he's a monster. How does a
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: guy like that, who just gets a job at a
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: high school, go to back-channeling between Vladimir Putin and the
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: ex-Prime Minister of Israel? That's the question that a lot
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: of people are having a problem with. Who made that happen?
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Who allowed that to happen? I'm sure Epstein was an
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: enterprising person, but from your research, what is the story?
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: How does he get to be in this position, this
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: rarefied air with the quote-unquote Davos set?
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: Yeah, so he winds up at Bear Stearns out of
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: that Dalton thing, like that Barr's dad also gets him
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: that job at Bear Stearns, which was known as like,
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: as I've researched it, more like kind of the trashiest
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: investment bank, like the one that would kind of cut
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: corners the most. He cut too many corners, gets edged
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: out of that. But as he gets edged out, and
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: this was in our most recent piece, he goes into
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: business with this guy, Stan Pottinger. Stan Pottinger was a
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: lawyer who is now known to be, former Nixon attorney,
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Deputy Attorney General, known to be at the center of Iran-Contra.
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: He was setting up He was helping to do a
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: lot of the moving of the money and setting up
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: the structures for the Iran-Contra deal, which should probably be
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: called like Iran-Israel-Angola-Contra. Because people might not realize it kind
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: of gets written out of it.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: The U.S.
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: Didn't send the weapons right to Iran because that would
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: have been completely illegal. So they came up with this
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: scheme where they're like, OK, Israel will send weapons to Iran,
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: which is illegal.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: Thinking back, it's like comical. Are you serious?
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: Israel's arming Iran?
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: It's insane.
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: So Israel's arming Iran, and then we're replenishing their stocks.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: And then Shimon Peres, Ayyub Barak, and the CIA are
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: taking the loot from the profits from Iran and funding
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: the Contras, and then also funding these Angola rebels that
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: the CIA was backing, but that they weren't supposed to
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: be backing because Jimmy Carter's saying, we're not doing this anymore.
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: And We're not doing all these terribly legal things with
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: these terror groups. And so Epstein is in business with
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: that guy. He's also associates with Adnan Khashoggi at the time.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: That's actually coincidentally Jamal Khashoggi's uncle, one of the biggest
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: weapons dealers of the like 1980s and 90s. He was
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: also a central banker for the Iran-Contra scandal. And the
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: New York Times mentioned this in their early article. He
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: also knew Douglas Lease, who was this British arms trafficker
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: who also had ties to Iran-Contra. So Epstein is right
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: in the middle of this. And this is a seminal
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: kind of global intelligence scheme that now we all acknowledge.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: Like, oh, Iran-Contra was a thing. Like, they did all
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: these things. And actually, they did more. than they've acknowledged. Um,
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: but even what they've acknowledged.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: And how does he end up in business with Stan Pottinger?
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: Do you think it's that Jeffrey Epstein is just a
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: morally questionable guy who doesn't mind blurring the lines of
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: what is and isn't appropriate? Is there some other connection?
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Do they know each other socially?
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: Like what about Epstein makes him, you know, there's probably
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: a lot of people at Bear Stearns.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: What about Epstein makes him the guy?
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: I think that, uh, I think they knew each other socially.
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: That's my sense from the reporting so far. And also,
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: Epstein was building a lot of connections at that time.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: So he was going back and forth to London a lot.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: He'd met Khashoggi. He'd met Lise. He's really starting to
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: be somebody. When did he meet Maxwell? Maxwell's like later
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: in the 80s.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Okay. Did he know her father?
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: Knew of. I don't think they met. Okay.
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: Somebody like a Whitney Webb who knows this in a
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: more encyclopedic fashion. But no, I don't think so, because
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: I think they met when, yeah, so they met when
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: she came to New York, and she came to New
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: York because.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: Things were not going well.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: For her over there, because he had fallen off or
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: got pushed off his yacht or whatever. Is it possible
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: they met when he was going back and forth to London? Yeah,
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: but I don't actually know the details of that early part.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: And when it comes to Wexner, this is something else
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: we had reported on that weren't the first. People are like, wow,
- 1:08:51Speaker 4: he does power of attorney for this random accountant? How
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: on earth did this happen? Turns out that about a
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: month before Wexner agreed to give Epstein power of attorney,
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: the local police and the local attorney general, the state
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: attorney general there in Ohio, were looking very closely at
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: Wexner's organization as linked to this mob-connected assassination of an attorney.
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: who was linked to a Wexner company.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: He's about to testify this attorney.
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: So the heat is on big time against Wexner. And
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: so whether or not that had something to do with
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: the decision, we don't know. But shortly after that, the
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: very planes that the CIA was using to do Iran-Contra,
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: Epstein then transitions from that to running Victoria's Secret lingerie
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: and Abercrombie and Fitch stuff from Hong Kong and China.
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: So that's another connection where you're like, hold on. Jeffrey
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: Epstein brought the CIA's airline to Ohio to work for Wexner.
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: And then when it's done, it goes to Angola where
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: they were also shipping stuff.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: So when we're talking about the CIA, we're talking about
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: obviously a very large agency with a lot of power.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: But as you rightly said, they are not usually the
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: author of the story. They are working for very wealthy people,
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: business interests, things like that.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: We're talking about the CIA.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: We're probably talking about a faction within the CIA or
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: many factions.
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: I don't know. You could maybe illustrate this.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: Where there's probably a ton of people that show up
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: at Langley every day. They're typing, you know, these reports
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: of their analysts, and they're saying, well, did the guy
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: in Pakistan in the cafe say whatever? Who are the
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: people in the CIA working with EPSI?
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: And I'm not saying.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: You even know their names, but can you illustrate who
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: these people are? Are they currently members of the CIA?
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: Are they ex-CIA? Are they... in other parts of the government,
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: maybe the State Department, but actually are deep cover CIA agents,
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: who is helping him arrange air transport with this CIA
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: front company, this airline, and, you know, with Les Wexler,
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: in your estimation?
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: There's this, like, amoeba-like overlap between the leadership of the
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: CIA and the kind of ex-CIA types, you know, the
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: former CIA directors, former CIA officials who are now doing
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: you know, consulting or they're running foundations that have enormous
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: amounts of money, like Wexner's foundation, for instance, was one
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: of the biggest funders of pro-Israel causes. Or Leon Black is,
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: you know, donating enormous amounts of money. Ellison is the
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: biggest donor to like friends of the IDF. So even
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: if you're not directing a CIA budget, like if you can,
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: you know, through your friends or through your board positions.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: You can still be moving kind of many millions of dollars.
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: And so it's, So it's those people that are former CIA,
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: but they're now in private practice, but they're still associated
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: with the leadership of the CIA, plus then the people
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: who are in the White House itself.
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: So like the political appointees.
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: And that's the kind of network that comes together to
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: do it. Oftentimes, you know, lots of different operations at
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: the same time, and some of them almost at cross purposes.
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: And the ones we learn about are the ones that
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: either blow up or are like eventually successful. But you'll
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: get people together like, okay, here's something I'd like to
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: do in Afghanistan, which is another place they were spending
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: the Iran profits.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: By the way.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: And so, all right, how are we going to fund
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: this Afghan project?
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: We obviously now- We're not going to go to Congress.
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: We're not going to go to the public and say,
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: here's an idea we have. Would you like to use
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: your taxpayer money for it?
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: No.
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: We're going to find our own sources of money, whether
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: it's through black ops, through this CIA hedge fund, venture
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: capital fund, or through our foundations that are friendly with us.
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: And then we're going to see if it sticks. And
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: if it doesn't, we'll just deny it. And if it does,
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: we'll deny it.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: So Epstein, in your mind, this is somebody who obviously
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: establishes all these connections with arms traffickers and.
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: You know, billionaires, people like Les Wexner.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: Then he begins to facilitate operations between former government officials, billionaires,
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: arms traffickers, and he's in this world and.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: So is he a free agent?
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: Meaning like, is this guy working at the behest of Israel?
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: Is he working at the behest of a foreign government?
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: This is something that I know, and I've talked to
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: some smart people. You talk to more people than I do.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: I talk to a lot of people that are mentally ill,
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: but they're very interesting. And it's hard to know what's what.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: And some of the mentally ill people actually sound really
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: credible now. But there is this belief that, that Epstein
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: was working for Israel or at least Israeli interests. And
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: it dovetails with the Wexner of it all, the Maxwell connection.
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: Do you think there's credibility to that belief that he's
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: not just a completely free agent, that he is working
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: on behalf of at least Israeli interests?
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: Well, he also is politically aligned. So it's, you know,
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: you wouldn't have to twist his arm to do it.
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: But just from like a matter of fact of what
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: he actually did, like we can count a number of
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: different instances where he was doing things on behalf of
- 1:14:34Speaker 4: either a Barak when he was minister of defense or
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: the state of Israel. Like, you know, I think you've
- 1:14:41Speaker 4: talked about this in your show before. Like we started
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: simple with a little story about a security agreement they
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: helped cut with Mongolia. It's not the hugest deal in
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: the world, but it's to show how this thing unfolds.
- 1:14:56Speaker 4: He and Ehud Barak used their connections to get a
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: meeting actually literally at Davos with the president of Mongolia,
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: and Larry Summers was there. You got to impress the guy,
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: show him that you are friends with powerful people. Then
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: they cut some weapons deals. And then from there, you
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: get a security agreement. Same thing happening in.
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: Other states as well.
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: So you see other countries perceiving him and perceiving Ehud Barak,
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: who's a private citizen, but going back and forth in
- 1:15:30Speaker 4: and out of government, as the representative of Israel, of
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: the state of Israel.
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: Funny thing is that Netanyahu would agree with that.
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: In fact, he shared some of our reporting, and it
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: created this big scandal in Israel because our reporting connects
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: Epstein more closely to the.
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: Kind of opposition in Israel.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: The other party, right.
- 1:15:53Speaker 3: Ehud Barak and what used to be the Labor Party
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: and all that.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: Yeah, progressive.
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: And so Netanyahu's like, aha, see? Epstein, there is an
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: Israel connection, but it's my adversaries. Now, we'll have a
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: story out next week about how he connected J.P. Morgan—
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: chase and netanyahu uh as part of this uh what
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: looks to be this like giant um gas pipeline deal
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: so it wasn't just if he wasn't only on the
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: opposition side but yeah so but also ehu barack yes
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: he's he's adversarial like you know in in the intramural
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: league you know with netanyahu but he's still out there
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: representing israel's interests right um but now was he doing
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: that first and foremost or was he you know, was
- 1:16:36Speaker 4: his greater allegiance to the CIA or something? We don't know,
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: but we do know that he was carrying out missions
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: on behalf and that served the state of Israel.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: Like that's, that's not, it's not a controversial statement. Now,
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: what do you make of his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell?
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: You know, you've studied this, you've looked at this. She's
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: looking for a pardon. I believe she was moved to
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: a much more, I guess, a low security or lower
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: security prison. she's clearly angling to be pardoned.
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: What is the relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: from your reporting? Also, what do you think Ghislaine Maxwell
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: may or may not have on the president of the
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: United States?
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, they were tight for so long that,
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: you know, and I think there could be You know,
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: they knew Melania for a long time as well, like
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: almost separately.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Who?
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: Like Epstein and Ghislaine.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: How did they know her?
- 1:17:43Speaker 3: I think through Jean-Luc Brunel.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Who killed himself?
- 1:17:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Well, Jean-Luc Brunel died, right?
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: He was a photographer?
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: He was a, yeah, fashion industry. Fashion industry guy.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Tycoon. Sex trafficker. And a sex trafficker. And then how
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: did he die? He's dead.
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: Dead. Right. Jail cell also.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: A lot of depression. So he knew Melania because she
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: was a model?
- 1:18:12Speaker 3: That's my memory.
- 1:18:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: Okay. And very early stages.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: And Melania is very sensitive about this. subject i think
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: she sued she sued who michael wolf or she sued somebody.
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: Okay yeah she sued michael wolf i believe.
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: Yes yeah and and i think she sued like this
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: another book that was saying that she and epstein dated
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: or something so she sued over that um so i
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: think trump and melania are probably worried about what's in
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: there as as well what do you think is.
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: In there i mean i know that you're a reporter
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: so you don't usually um you know you know extremely
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: or say things that you can't, but if you could,
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: and I'm not asking you to make wild claims, what
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: does the fear originate from?
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: Well, so did you see the email that came out
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: just the other day in the latest tranche where there
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: was one federal prosecutor writing to others where he said,
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: just as a situational awareness or whatever the words are
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: they use, looks like President Trump, and this was during
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: the first term, flew on Epstein's airplane significantly more times
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: than was previously known. And he was also on there
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: twice with Maxwell while there were victims on the plane
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: during the time that we're investigating her for sex trafficking.
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: Just, just, just a heads up. Like this is something
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: y'all might want to know.
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: Cause this is our boss, like at this particular moment, uh,
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: like that right there in a, in any normal world
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: would be utterly devastating. Like the, so this is a
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: convicted sex trafficker, Maxwell, forget Epstein.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Um, she's not convicted at that time though.
- 1:19:56Speaker 3: Not yet, but was getting, was getting investigated.
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: Now we, now we know she's a convicted sex trafficker
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: and there were victims on the plane. while the president,
- 1:20:07Speaker 4: or wasn't the president yet, but while Trump is on
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: the plane. And so, you know, at best at that point,
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: you can be like, well, I didn't see anything. But
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: everybody else who's ever been around these folks are like, no,
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: this was like debaucherous, disgusting stuff. There's no way you
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: didn't see this. And also we know that, you know,
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: he did that whole thing where he's like, what did
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: he say on Howard Stern? He bought Miss Teen USA
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: so he could like creep into the locker room.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: Not an ideal statement. Um, for sure.
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: So do you secretly record it either? Just like you
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: see the email.
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: From Mark Epstein saying my brother was about to name
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: names and I think his murder was authorized by the president.
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: I hadn't seen that, but, um, I don't know, you know,
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: that's in there, I guess.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: Yeah. There's fake stuff in there.
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: Right. Right.
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: I will say that it's, it's hard to believe that
- 1:21:00Speaker 4: with the amount of power and the number of friends
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: that he had, that he felt like he had no
- 1:21:05Speaker 4: way out. Like he considered himself to be a smooth operator,
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: a very powerful person. He's got lots of damaging information
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: about almost everybody in positions of power.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21:18Speaker 4: Like I've never seen, I don't know anybody who can
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: get you meetings with Putin, Bill Clinton, Sarkozy, like, you know, Netanyahu.
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: So you don't believe he killed himself?
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: So it's just hard to see.
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:21:31Speaker 4: Anything's possible, but like, he was still fighting the charges
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: and there was no reason to think he was going
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: to spend the rest of his life in prison, given
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: the power that he had, right. What he, when, what he,
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: what he could offer, but then, and that, but that's dangerous.
- 1:21:45Speaker 4: But then, you know, it's also very hard to figure
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: out how they could pull it off, but it's very
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: hard for me to get my head to a place where,
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: where he's ready to just end it.
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: He's at Chelsea Clinton. I'm sorry. Ghislaine Maxwell is at
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: Chelsea Clinton's wedding.
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, there's photos of him swimming in a pool
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: with Ghislaine Maxwell.
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's not a rube. He knows that... He knows
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: what's going on. Right?
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: I mean, he knows who Ghislaine Maxwell is and what
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: they're up to. Why is... And I know the answer.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I think I know the answer.
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: Why is Bill Clinton so cool with hanging out with
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: these people?
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: I think, yeah, you probably know the answer. It's like... Yeah.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Yeah. So, yeah.
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: So we have a problem here. I mean, this is
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: truly a real problem, right?
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: We have a problem if we're supposed to have a
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: democratic society. Now, let's say it's hijacked by money.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: We all believe that. Hijacked by business interests. We all
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: believe that.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: It's hijacked by oligarchs. Nobody who listens to this show
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: is shocked to hear.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Any of that. What... I do think people.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Are shocked by surprised by disgusted by enraged at is
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: how many of these people seem to be either.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Pedophiles or very tolerant of pedophiles.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: What about the ruling class in your estimation makes that
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: the case that they, if they're not partaking, they're hanging
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: out with human traffickers and that's okay.
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: I think if I had to put them on the couch,
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: The way they have lived their life suggests to them
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: that there are no rules.
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: And I also think partly that once you are a
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: billionaire or once you've been president of the United States
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: or president of whatever country you're from, there's probably a
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: lot of boredom that creeps in.
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: And I would imagine they start getting their thrills by
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: pushing into the forbidden.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: In a world where... almost.
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: Everything is available to them with ease with just.
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: And everyone is nice to them. Even the people that
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: hate them.
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: Like that's gotta be unsettling.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: Well, you have.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: Prince Andrew, uh, in the UK who's, this has been
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: a huge crisis for them, right? Because Prince Andrew has
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: been named by multiple witnesses, very credibly and accused as
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: very heinous behavior. Um, the UK police was just reported
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: are now going to ask the FBI for information on
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: some of these UK sex parties where somebody is alleging
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: that he was abused as an underage boy by Ghislaine
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: Maxwell and Prince Andrew and like tortured, right? Like with
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: electric shocks and everything like this in the UK. Now
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: there's been, there was a scandal at the King Cora
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: boys home and I believe Ireland or You know, the
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: Franklin scandal was another scandal in the 80s in Omaha, Nebraska,
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: where Franklin Credit Union was laundering money on behalf of
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: a human trafficker who was peddling children to wealthy and
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: powerful people. Is this something that has been going on
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: forever and this is something that people are now just
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: kind of waking up to the depravity of some of
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: these people, like, you know, is this something that you
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: think is, you know, do you.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: Have to go back?
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: All the people who said, you know, pedophile shape-shifting lizards
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: run the world.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: Do you have to go back and apologize to them now?
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: Yes, I think you do.
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: Yeah. I think this, I think this level of power
- 1:25:41Speaker 4: also like corrupts people's.
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: Like souls and their minds.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: Which is another argument for actual democratic checks on their power,
- 1:25:52Speaker 4: on their own behalf too. We're trying to prevent you
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: from being shriveled up pedophile reptiles.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: Is there a quasi-religious element to this?
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: And I don't get into the woo-woo stuff all the
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: time in the sense that defiling and abusing innocents and
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: innocent children.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: And committing these horrible.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: Acts this obsession with death you see it with the
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: skull and bone stuff and I always thought I always
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: kind of wrote it off as kind of like a
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: childish and kind of trying to be edgy and whatever
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: it is but this obsession with death and these images
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: of you know somewhat of the occult and the weird
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Bohemian Grove stuff where it's like we all stand there
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: and everyone goes, well, it's just a frat party and
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: it's a bunch of guys blown off steam and they're
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: standing there and they're worshiping the owl of Moloch and
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: Moloch is a biblical symbol and it's talking about child sacrifice, truly.
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: Now I'm not trying to sound like crazy and I
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: know that you're a reporter and you're only gonna talk
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: about what you've sourced and what's out there, but like,
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: is there some strange, you know, I mean, genuinely, like,
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: is there some strange belief system Where these symbols keep
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: popping up and these people have this weird, and Tony
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: Podesta's got weird art in his house.
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: It's just very odd. I mean, truly, right? It's like odd.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: It's like I've.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: Been in a lot of wealthy people's homes and I've
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: never seen a picture of a demon holding a baby.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: This art is very strange. Where the artist literally said,
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: I'm working through my own trauma with this art.
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: I'm not trying to draw all of these, you know, associations,
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: but like, do you look at any of this stuff
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: that you're reporting? Do you look at any of this
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: stuff in a new light now where you go, Oh yeah,
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: they believe certain people are disposable, expendable. If you're a
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: 14 year old girl that grows up on the wrong
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: side of Palm beach, your life is meaningless to them
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: and they can do anything they want to you with impunity.
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: Is there some overarching belief system that that fits into?
- 1:27:54Speaker 3: I do think so. I think it is like.
- 1:27:58Speaker 4: One of the strongest arguments against inequality, against this runaway,
- 1:28:02Speaker 4: like insane level of inequality that produces a class of
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: people that is unique, separate, distinct from the rest of
- 1:28:11Speaker 4: the population. And it's got to mess with them. It's
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: got to get in their heads because they don't have
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: to worry about the pedestrian concerns that people have of
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: like making your mortgage and like, Right. Just staying alive
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: and like keeping your marriage healthy and like spending enough
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: time with your kids and like the normal things. So
- 1:28:35Speaker 4: then they have to like develop all of these pathologies.
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: like depraved activities to just keep them, to let themselves know,
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: to let them know they're alive.
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: And this has happened over generations. This is a generational problem.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: And it's happened also for thousands of years. Like if
- 1:28:53Speaker 4: it was just legalized with, you know, harems and, and
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: all that, you know, over, over, you know, the long
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: arc of history. The difference then was like, it was like, Oh,
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: that's what they do.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: How bad does this get for the Trump administration? I mean,
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: they're saying that there's a lot more files that still
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: have not been released. I'm looking at the material. Do
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: you think this gets much worse? Do you think this
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: makes him a lame duck president? Do you think there
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: are calls for impeachment or resignation? What do you think happens?
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: I mean, I don't, I don't think we're looking at
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: impeachment or I think it's damp, deeply damaging. I think,
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: you know, there are a lot of people who are
- 1:29:31Speaker 4: like single issue, no pedophiles voters. That makes sense. Do
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: you think Bill Clinton's going to be called to testify?
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: And I think, yes, they're trying to get him to.
- 1:29:43Speaker 4: And it would be, you know, Steve Bannon went to
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: jail for refusing a subpoena. to testify to Congress. It'd
- 1:29:48Speaker 4: be wild if they refuse and like- What do you
- 1:29:51Speaker 4: make of that relationship?
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: You know, people talk about Steve Bannon advising him and
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: there's hours.
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: Of- That's a very good question.
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: Wow, a cat.
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: It's a black cat who comes in.
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: Watch out.
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: It's Mossad. That's what they do. All right, so Bannon
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: and him, what's that deal?
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: He, I think Bannon, I mean, obviously this is deep
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: into people knowing what Epstein was all about.
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: I think Bannon understood- like what an opera, like what
- 1:30:18Speaker 4: an operator this guy was.
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:30:20Speaker 4: Like Bannon was, if you remember after 2017, he's trying
- 1:30:24Speaker 4: to go to Europe and become this like right wing
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: King maker and turn Europe into this, you know, right
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: wing utopia. Uh, and he, he's often working with Epstein
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: to Epstein's connecting him to all these guys, but then
- 1:30:39Speaker 4: it's also giving him all this advice about like, uh, uh,
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: how he's gonna, uh, you know, his public image and,
- 1:30:47Speaker 4: And then he's– like when Ehud Barak wants to run
- 1:30:50Speaker 4: for Israeli prime minister again, he and Epstein– like Bannon
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: and Epstein are talking about working– like Bannon wants to
- 1:30:57Speaker 4: work for Barak.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:30:59Speaker 4: Like to support Barak, which is like wild also. Yeah,
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: and he has successfully dodged a lot of the scrutiny
- 1:31:08Speaker 4: around this. I think– and I think it's because– there's
- 1:31:12Speaker 4: no evidence that he was like partying with the guy
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: or involved in like that part of the depravity.
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: Right, he was just kind of having some, I don't know,
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: advising him to whatever degree.
- 1:31:22Speaker 4: Yeah, because I think he correctly understood how powerful a
- 1:31:26Speaker 4: role he was playing in the world at that point,
- 1:31:29Speaker 4: which is what so many people like deny as a reality.
- 1:31:33Speaker 3: Do you think.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: There's any chance that Jeffrey Epstein isn't dead?
- 1:31:39Speaker 3: No, that would be wild, though. That'd be a nice
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: ending to this.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: I was told by someone very high up that they
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: didn't think this was the case, but there's a small
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: possibility that he's living on Wexner's estate in Ohio because
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: it's so big.
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: I would assume they'd kill him again. Interesting. What's the
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: point of letting him live?
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: The old double name.
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: Yeah, okay. Like, all right.
- 1:32:08Speaker 3: That's a good point. Hey, we saved your life. We're
- 1:32:10Speaker 3: taking you to Wexner's estate. Oh, and then we're killing
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: you right here.
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: Yeah, okay. That makes sense.
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: They don't want him. He's dangerous. They can't have him around.
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: He knows too much.
- 1:32:19Speaker 3: He certainly knows enormous.
- 1:32:21Speaker 4: Like, as a reporter, it's been interesting to get such
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: a window into the type of machinations that are usually
- 1:32:30Speaker 4: shielded from the public.
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: Yeah, there were so many things he could have shed
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: light on.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: Do you think this scandal, and I think it does,
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: but would you agree that this really sheds light on
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: the way the world actually works in a way that
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: maybe no other scandal has before?
- 1:32:49Speaker 3: I think so. In recent memory, yeah.
- 1:32:52Speaker 4: And I think when he was arrested in 2019, people
- 1:32:56Speaker 4: got this hope that they were going to get that
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: look at the way the world actually works. And then
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: it was slammed shut. And now the window is kind
- 1:33:06Speaker 4: of being forced back open a little bit. But I
- 1:33:09Speaker 4: do think that's right. I think that.
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: This is the way that this Davos set operates globally.
- 1:33:18Speaker 4: And the more we know about it, the better.
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: But would you say that this is also the way
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: that countries like Russia operate and China and all of
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: these big, powerful countries?
- 1:33:29Speaker 3: Yes, I think.
- 1:33:32Speaker 4: Because we and Western Europe are nominally democratic, we have
- 1:33:36Speaker 4: a slightly greater need for people operating in the shadows.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: Whereas I think that paradoxically, Russia and China can be
- 1:33:46Speaker 4: a little bit more explicit about how they're going to
- 1:33:49Speaker 4: manage their operations.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: It's like, what are you going to say about it?
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:33:52Speaker 3: This is- is what we're doing.
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: Right. Right.
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: But I imagine that, you know, when he's back channeling
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: or supposedly trying to back channel with Putin or back chat,
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: like he, this is, this is a guy who's, there's no,
- 1:34:03Speaker 2: he's working with everybody. Right. Yeah.
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: He immediately got, uh, Barack this like $ 2 million deal with, uh,
- 1:34:09Speaker 4: Victor Vexelberg, big oligarch in Russia. Like as soon as
- 1:34:12Speaker 4: he leaves the minister of defense position, he's like, I
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: need money. Like I got your guy.
- 1:34:16Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: We're going to, we're going to hook you up with Renova. Um, he's,
- 1:34:19Speaker 3: he's tight with Putin.
- 1:34:21Speaker 4: And it's like, how, like what, Think you have to
- 1:34:23Speaker 4: think about like that, that alone is like, he's tight
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: with the Clintons.
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: It's tight with Trump or falling out supposedly with Trump.
- 1:34:31Speaker 3: And he's tight with Putin.
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: Like what, how does that square with our understanding of
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: what they tell us the world is?
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: It's still tough. And you've done such a brilliant job
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: of reporting. And I've read a lot of your stuff.
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: It's still difficult for me to fully understand how that
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: becomes the case. Right.
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: Right. It's still like when you say, oh, he's building connections.
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: He is, clearly. But it's still difficult for me to understand...
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: how this happens in the sense of like, you know,
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: he seems to, you know, how many people in history
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: do you think are, have been like Jeffrey Epstein are
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: currently like Jeffrey Epstein? Like how many Jeffrey Epsteins do
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: we not know about?
- 1:35:18Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: Is he a one of one? Is he a one
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: of a hundred? Is he who, how many.
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: People are, are, would you say with that deeply connected
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: and you know, how does that, how many people.
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: It's, it's a good question because it takes decades to
- 1:35:35Speaker 4: build those connections up and to build that, to build
- 1:35:38Speaker 4: that trust up to, to get both sides to believe
- 1:35:42Speaker 4: that this person's going to actually make this thing happen.
- 1:35:45Speaker 4: You probably saw the one email that to me, there
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: was actually two that were striking to me where Putin
- 1:35:51Speaker 4: wants to meet with, Epstein at this conference. He wants
- 1:35:56Speaker 4: to meet him on the sidelines of the conference and
- 1:35:58Speaker 4: Epstein tells Putin's aide, no, if Putin wants to meet,
- 1:36:03Speaker 4: it's got to be at his palace and we need
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: to set a significant amount of time so that we
- 1:36:07Speaker 4: can really hash things out. I'm not doing a little
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: brief catch up at this conference. And meanwhile, he set
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: up Barack, and I think it was Sarkozy, not Macron,
- 1:36:18Speaker 4: and a banker for dinner in Paris. And he just
- 1:36:22Speaker 4: blows it off. Epstein's supposed to be there. He's like,
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: I'm not feeling well. God only knows what he was
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: doing instead that night.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:36:30Speaker 4: But he's just blowing off presidents around the world. So
- 1:36:35Speaker 4: how many people in the world are doing that? It
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: can't be that many.
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: Didn't Nicolas Sarkozy have his own sex scandal, or am
- 1:36:41Speaker 2: I completely wrong?
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's in prison right now for something.
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, so it's just, again, it's like this,
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: he's this figure that is, you know, obviously he's a pedophile.
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: He's a monster. He's trafficking women. What is this island?
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: You know, he's got this strange island. He's got Phoenician
- 1:37:06Speaker 2: symbols all over.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: It's like an odd, what is this?
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: What role does this island play getting high level scientists,
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: people in the tech community to this island and, what
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: is this guy, you know, what is he doing?
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: Is he, is that Island?
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: Do you think it's like a pleasure Island where these
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: billionaires are going and they're, you know, meeting underage people?
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: What is he doing with his Island?
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: I mean, he's definitely doing like what we think he's doing, right.
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: There's lots and lots of evidence of that. And I
- 1:37:42Speaker 4: think it's a way to set yourself apart in that
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: billionaire class.
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, you gotta have an Island, right. You
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: got to have jets. You got to have a helicopter.
- 1:37:50Speaker 3: You got to have an island.
- 1:37:51Speaker 4: The ranch in New Mexico, I think, serves some of
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: the same purpose, but that's a little bit more pedestrian,
- 1:37:59Speaker 4: having your own island. He also, as we found in
- 1:38:03Speaker 4: a lot of his correspondence, was figuring out these tax
- 1:38:07Speaker 4: loopholes and tax incentives for these island-based biopharmaceutical companies. You
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: could call something a biomedical company. And then all of
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: a sudden, you can move billions of dollars through it,
- 1:38:21Speaker 4: and then it's completely laundered. And people have not said, oh,
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: he's not a real accountant. It's like, because he wasn't
- 1:38:29Speaker 4: a real accountant, he was willing, I think, to break
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: the law in a way that other accountants wouldn't. So
- 1:38:36Speaker 4: he was actually able to find genuinely innovative, quote unquote,
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: innovative solutions for these billionaires to be like, hey, the
- 1:38:44Speaker 4: US Virgin Islands, you can move your money right here.
- 1:38:47Speaker 4: And I know people and I can I can shelter
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: it here and then all of a sudden now it's
- 1:38:51Speaker 4: not taxable and you also get these incentives.
- 1:38:53Speaker 3: And so he's constantly blending.
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: And as his survivors will tell you, he was like
- 1:38:59Speaker 4: often on the phone while he's like getting these, you know,
- 1:39:04Speaker 4: starting with the massages and moving into the abuse. So
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: like people are often like, how do you have time
- 1:39:09Speaker 4: to like be a part, such a global operator when
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: he was also like on a near daily basis abusing girls?
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: It's like, well, he was literally doing them at the
- 1:39:18Speaker 3: same time.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:39:20Speaker 3: And you read his emails.
- 1:39:21Speaker 4: If you've looked at some of those, there's not a
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: single sentence that doesn't have isn't shot through with typos
- 1:39:27Speaker 4: and grammatical mistakes.
- 1:39:28Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:39:29Speaker 4: Like you can you can imagine him just like engaged
- 1:39:32Speaker 4: in abuse and just like firing off emails to like
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: prime ministers and arranging these meetings.
- 1:39:38Speaker 2: And what do you think this how does this shape
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: the political reality of going forward of the U.S.-Israel relationship?
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: Does it have no impact at all? Is there a
- 1:39:54Speaker 2: slight impact? Is there no impact? Because that was one
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: of the questions. Obviously, people are very unhappy about what
- 1:40:01Speaker 2: Israel's done in Gaza, and people are very unhappy about
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: people like Miriam Adelson and whatever. Do you think there's
- 1:40:09Speaker 2: political diplomatic fallout from this tranche of documents that's going
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: to come out where people go, you know, this is
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: a damaging, you know, this is damaging the U.S.-Israel relationship,
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: or do you think it won't?
- 1:40:27Speaker 4: I mean, I think so, because I think eventually the
- 1:40:30Speaker 4: rest of the press is going to have to start
- 1:40:33Speaker 4: reporting on the reality of it, because it'll end up
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: being similar to the lab leak question, actually.
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: Where- you.
- 1:40:45Speaker 4: Still maybe to this day do not have mainstream media
- 1:40:49Speaker 4: approval for the idea that COVID leaked out of the
- 1:40:53Speaker 4: lab in Wuhan. Yet if you do a survey of
- 1:40:55Speaker 4: the American public, something like 80% I think at this point,
- 1:40:59Speaker 4: maybe higher, are like, yeah, it came out of a lab.
- 1:41:03Speaker 4: And so even if, I think you could see the
- 1:41:06Speaker 4: same shift here. Like even if the mainstream media refuses
- 1:41:10Speaker 4: to touch any of the like public information, public documents
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: and correspondence that connect him to working on behalf of Israel,
- 1:41:19Speaker 4: a year or two from now, you poll the public,
- 1:41:22Speaker 4: you know, was he working on behalf of Israeli interests?
- 1:41:24Speaker 4: I think you'll get like a 70, 80%. Doesn't mean
- 1:41:27Speaker 4: he was solely working on behalf of Israeli interests.
- 1:41:29Speaker 3: Of course. But yeah, so I think that they won't
- 1:41:32Speaker 3: be able to hold that back.
- 1:41:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:41:35Speaker 4: And so, and it coming in the context of both
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: Israel the genocide and also this like insistence that you're
- 1:41:42Speaker 4: not allowed to criticize the genocide, um, is just going
- 1:41:45Speaker 4: to add up to be just too much. I don't
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: know what, I don't like what, what political party is
- 1:41:50Speaker 4: going to be unapologetically pro Israel going forward.
- 1:41:53Speaker 3: I need neither of them really.
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: Yeah. It doesn't feel like it'll be a popular position.
- 1:41:57Speaker 1: Two more questions. And I appreciate you doing this.
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: Um, having done all the reporting you've done on, on Epstein, on,
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: his connections on the extent to which he was involved
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: in global politics and the way that that network of people,
- 1:42:16Speaker 2: you talked about ex-intelligence, ex-leaders of countries.
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: Do you feel at a certain point.
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: And again, this is asking you to kind of pontificate,
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: that that system.
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: There's going to be a threat to that system and
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: that is that because we have more technology, we have
- 1:42:46Speaker 2: a new media landscape, you can't control the narrative as
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: much as you could. Is there going to be a
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: threat to that system? Or, and I would be the
- 1:42:57Speaker 2: cynic and say not really because they don't really care Like,
- 1:43:02Speaker 2: that's my thing. My thing is they don't care. They
- 1:43:04Speaker 2: know that we know. We know that they know that
- 1:43:07Speaker 2: we know. It doesn't seem to matter to them. Do
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: you think it matters to them that we can get
- 1:43:15Speaker 2: millions of people to watch this or listen to this
- 1:43:18Speaker 2: or Rogan can get.
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: Do they care at all or not really?
- 1:43:23Speaker 4: I think it bothers them a little bit because anything
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: that they can't control unsettles them. I think that you're
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: right that they still... have things firmly under control, but
- 1:43:34Speaker 4: they don't have everything under control. And so I think
- 1:43:36Speaker 4: that bothers them. And I think, and it's no secret,
- 1:43:39Speaker 4: I'm not a huge fan of Donald Trump, but I
- 1:43:41Speaker 4: think a lot of the public thought that Donald Trump
- 1:43:42Speaker 4: was actually going to be a threat to this system.
- 1:43:46Speaker 4: And I think it's been extremely demoralizing to people to
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: see the opposite come about, to see him be an obstacle.
- 1:43:54Speaker 1: What do you make of J.D. Vance out of curiosity?
- 1:43:59Speaker 4: Well, since he's not connected to this, he could at
- 1:44:01Speaker 4: least make hay out of it, right? But I think
- 1:44:04Speaker 4: he's probably boxed in because he can't get ahead of
- 1:44:07Speaker 4: Trump on this.
- 1:44:08Speaker 3: So he's kind of stuck as well.
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: He can speak in generalities. And now he's probably unleashed
- 1:44:15Speaker 4: a little bit now that Trump has been pressured into
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: releasing the files. But before that, he had to walk
- 1:44:22Speaker 4: this fine line where he wants transparency, but he can't
- 1:44:25Speaker 4: contradict his boss either.
- 1:44:26Speaker 3: What do you think? Yeah, how do you think he's
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: handled this?
- 1:44:29Speaker 2: Well, I think he's in this interesting position, right? Because
- 1:44:32Speaker 2: he has, he's got to have loyalty to Trump. But
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: I also think that he's seeing his own political aspirations
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: get negatively impacted by this, right?
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: I mean, that's obvious.
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: So I don't really know, but it seems to me
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: that he's in a weirdly untenable position because Trump's not
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: running again and Trump's old and Trump's made his money.
- 1:44:56Speaker 2: I mean, and I don't know, you know, I don't
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: know what exactly, how far he'll, I don't know how
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: damaging this gets. That's the real question, right? How bad
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: does it get for the white house? And then is
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: JD willing to go, Hey, Not me.
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: You know? Final thing.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: There have been lots and lots and lots of... There's
- 1:45:19Speaker 2: been lots of speculation about two events. Now, I don't
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: know how much you've looked into any of these events.
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: One was the attempted assassination on Donald Trump. The second
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: is the assassination of Charlie Kirk. These have inspired lots
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: of discussion across... multiple platforms with many high-level people weighing in,
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: and they've caused massive, you know, problems within the conservative movement.
- 1:45:53Speaker 2: And even to a lesser extent, but even, you know,
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: on the other side, you have, I think, certain fissures
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: over issues like this, where you, you know, have people
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: that are accused of conspiracy mongering and doing it for profit.
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: And you have people that are like, well, no, I'm
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: going to accept the official narrative of the FBI, which
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: is now being run by Kash Patel. And I think
- 1:46:24Speaker 2: you find a lot of people somewhere, like I find
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: myself in the middle of not being an investigative journalist,
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: but also having no faith in Kash Patel and the FBI.
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: On those two issues, where would you put yourself?
- 1:46:40Speaker 3: I've actually found it really interesting that.
- 1:46:43Speaker 4: In the two cases, like the one, the Charlie Kirk
- 1:46:46Speaker 4: one to me does actually seem pretty straightforward. The FBI
- 1:46:51Speaker 4: bungled it from start to finish. And some of it
- 1:46:54Speaker 4: is like weird, but it does seem like to me,
- 1:46:58Speaker 4: like what looks like to have happened, like mostly to
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: me is what happened. Whereas on the Butler one with Trump,
- 1:47:06Speaker 4: That is a complete mystery. It's a ghost of a
- 1:47:10Speaker 4: person who doesn't exist on social media for the most part,
- 1:47:13Speaker 4: nicks the guy's ear and climbs up there casually from
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: 150 yards out. And that one is the one that
- 1:47:21Speaker 4: was just kind of moved. Everyone's kind of moved on
- 1:47:25Speaker 4: from it and instead focuses on the Kirk one. That
- 1:47:30Speaker 4: part to me is kind of interesting.
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: That's not how I would have expected.
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: Them to take out.
- 1:47:34Speaker 1: And Trump never really brings it up.
- 1:47:37Speaker 4: Yeah, and because I guess they never were able to, like,
- 1:47:40Speaker 4: if it would have been a liberal kid, then, or
- 1:47:44Speaker 4: even if it had been a right-wing kid.
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: Like, you need something. There was nothing to grab onto.
- 1:47:50Speaker 1: Does Israel bomb Iran before the midterms?
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: They certainly want to. Right.
- 1:47:58Speaker 4: Yeah, they're agitating. Netanyahu will be here on Monday for, what,
- 1:48:02Speaker 4: his 6th?
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: What do they have on– why is the president so
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: docile when it comes to Benjamin Netanyahu?
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:48:11Speaker 4: He doesn't seem to like him interpersonally when you look
- 1:48:15Speaker 4: at their body language. And yet– and it's a it's
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: it's it's truly amazing um I actually I saw your
- 1:48:22Speaker 4: clip about him and Miriam Adelson, which was delightful.
- 1:48:26Speaker 3: It is lovely.
- 1:48:27Speaker 1: I mean, they are friends. Here's the thing with him
- 1:48:29Speaker 1: and Miriam. They're just buds.
- 1:48:31Speaker 2: You can tell they you can tell he actually likes.
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: There's very few people you can tell Donald Trump actually likes.
- 1:48:39Speaker 2: I think he really likes Miriam Adelson.
- 1:48:41Speaker 4: I think, I think he's also, I think he's also
- 1:48:44Speaker 4: amused by her and by her late husband's like obsession
- 1:48:48Speaker 4: with Israel. He's always, he always like negs them about it. Like, man,
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: you really love Israel. That's like the only thing you
- 1:48:54Speaker 4: care about.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: It just seems very interesting to me that he's such a,
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: you know, you know, like, you know, wildly unpredictable guy
- 1:49:07Speaker 2: on every single issue, except this one issue where, Like
- 1:49:11Speaker 2: he's been for and against things. He'll go, we're doing this.
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: We're not going to do it. I like this person.
- 1:49:17Speaker 2: I don't like this person. He gets in feuds quickly.
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: He fires people, but he loves Miriam Adelson.
- 1:49:24Speaker 4: I mean, he's got 250 million reasons and counting.
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: That's right. Yes.
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: His whole selling point was that wasn't who he was.
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: And it's like, we can't even get that.
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: Is anyone going to be the president when that's not
- 1:49:36Speaker 1: who they are?
- 1:49:39Speaker 4: I don't know if it's, if like, Right, I guess
- 1:49:42Speaker 4: the whole problem with, you know, he was so over
- 1:49:45Speaker 4: leveraged and struggling in 2016.
- 1:49:47Speaker 3: Like he wasn't an actual billionaire.
- 1:49:50Speaker 4: So we need some actual billionaires, I guess, if we're
- 1:49:53Speaker 4: going to.
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: That's what you've heard it here first. Ryan Grimms, more
- 1:49:58Speaker 2: billionaire leaders.
- 1:50:00Speaker 1: More billionaires. Well, listen, enjoy the holiday.
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: Put them all in one place. We can put bars
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: around the place.

- 1:50:07Speaker 2: doing some of the best reporting right now. in the

- 1:50:39Speaker 1: I wish I could subscribe.
- 1:50:40Speaker 2: I've given my yearly charitable contribution to Israel in the
