- speaker-0: If the FBI comes not speaker-2: Government are basically asking me to lie, say that I did something that I didn't do, and then my reward is there might be zero problem. speaker-0: There are plenty of podcasts that talk about the ins and outs of the alleged crime or the ins and outs of a trial. There's very few podcasts that talk about the system that is used to wear down defendants. speaker-3: The whole arrest was completely intimidation theater. speaker-0: I'm Alex Little, a former federal prosecutor who now is a defense lawyer that stands on the other side of the courtroom defending clients. speaker-4: And I'm Amy Nelson, a former Wall Street lawyer and entrepreneur who never touched criminal law.
