Latest / The Paul Barron Crypto Show / Bitcoin Decouples From NASDAQ?🚨Crypto Market Update
Transcript
- 0:07Speaker 1: Has bitcoin decoupled from the Nasdaq and traditional securities. Today,
- 0:11Speaker 1: we'll break it down for you. My name is Paul Baron.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Welcome back in the tech path. Let's do it today.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I want to thank our sponsor and that is I
- 0:17Speaker 1: Trust Capital. This is a place where you guys can
- 0:19Speaker 1: get into a bitcoin IRA or a whole variety of
- 0:23Speaker 1: different crypto all available on I Trust. And the cool
- 0:27Speaker 1: thing here is you can set up a brand new
- 0:29Speaker 1: IRA or you can transfer one in. It's very simple
- 0:32Speaker 1: to do. And the cool thing is that when you
- 0:35Speaker 1: set up an IRA, there are a lot of tax benefits.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Obviously you want to check with your own tax advisor,
- 0:40Speaker 1: but this can really go toward a much more flexible
- 0:44Speaker 1: account where you get to go in and trade and
- 0:46Speaker 1: do all your own management. Very easy to get going.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Use our code down below. It's going to give you
- 0:51Speaker 1: one hundred dollars funding reward to get started. Let's go
- 0:54Speaker 1: over and take a quick look at the bitcoin chart
- 0:56Speaker 1: right now, up almost twenty two percent right now, just
- 1:00Speaker 1: over the last couple of weeks, as we're trading off
- 1:03Speaker 1: of that load around seventy four and bitcoin of course
- 1:07Speaker 1: now trading at ninety one k so up another thousand
- 1:10Speaker 1: dollars today after starting over ninety k, so very aggressive
- 1:14Speaker 1: on the market. Has bitcoin been pushed in a position
- 1:18Speaker 1: where it's starting to decouple from the Nasdaq and possibly
- 1:21Speaker 1: even playing catch up on go Let me go over
- 1:24Speaker 1: to a quick clip.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 1:26Speaker 3: I think you are seeing evidence, not just I think
- 1:29Speaker 3: that the obvious and easy narrative would be that we're
- 1:33Speaker 3: talking about FED independence today, so bitcoin is kind of
- 1:36Speaker 3: acting as that hedge against political uncertainty. But I also
- 1:40Speaker 3: think that it's not just enthusiasm. It's also at exhaustion.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You're seeing people investors wanting to get back into risk,
- 1:47Speaker 3: but just maybe not the type of risk that's tied
- 1:49Speaker 3: to earnings or a head policy.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You got a quick thought, I do.
- 1:52Speaker 5: Look, you've got a president who's very interested and his
- 1:54Speaker 5: family's very interested in Bitcoin doing well, Crypto doing well,
- 1:58Speaker 5: and I think you're close to ray or some positive
- 2:01Speaker 5: announcements on policy.
- 2:03Speaker 2: It's evidence bitcoin supportive.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Nature is evidence that we have not had a de
- 2:07Speaker 6: leveraging event. Because you have a de leveraging event, everything's
- 2:10Speaker 6: going down well.
- 2:11Speaker 5: It has underperformed the S and P and NASA overall
- 2:14Speaker 5: since the peak. Recently, though, to your point, it is
- 2:17Speaker 5: trading pretty well up from eighty two just a.
- 2:19Speaker 7: Week and a half or two weeks ago.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Real quick, last thought.
- 2:22Speaker 3: I think one of the hardest things for investors is
- 2:24Speaker 3: to wrap their heads around the fact that day to
- 2:26Speaker 3: day it does trade like a risk asset, but medium
- 2:29Speaker 3: long term it trades like a like a safe Even
- 2:32Speaker 3: if you look at gold out performance, that kind of
- 2:35Speaker 3: you can act as an indicator of where bitcoint heads
- 2:37Speaker 3: when the dust kind of settles, all.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Right, So with that, you've got to look at what's
- 2:41Speaker 1: going on with the gold market, gold hitting thirty five hundred.
- 2:44Speaker 1: This of course is getting in the way of Trump
- 2:47Speaker 1: and Pal's dispute, and the market is starting to shake
- 2:50Speaker 1: up a little bit. Within this, there's a few points
- 2:52Speaker 1: within the article here the reaction with swift dollar fell,
- 2:55Speaker 1: stocks pulled back. We saw that investor's turn to traditional
- 2:59Speaker 1: assets like and of course that's why we've seen this
- 3:02Speaker 1: kind of move. But also I think the trailing effect
- 3:05Speaker 1: has been around bitcoin. That's the other factor that plays
- 3:09Speaker 1: into this. The total market cap right now reach two
- 3:11Speaker 1: point eight three trillion after rising almost two point percent,
- 3:15Speaker 1: so this is coming off of bitcoin's move. Does bitcoin
- 3:18Speaker 1: get into the framework of where gold has been going
- 3:22Speaker 1: over the past six months. I think that is the
- 3:24Speaker 1: question mark that everybody's looking to camp. Bitcoin retake retake
- 3:28Speaker 1: an all time high over one hundred and eight k.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Of course, right now we have to just deal with
- 3:33Speaker 1: the ninety k range. Ninety two is a very critical point.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Ninety five is another one that we've continued to watch.
- 3:39Speaker 1: This will start to paint the big picture here. I
- 3:42Speaker 1: think overall, however, when you look at gold, take a
- 3:45Speaker 1: look at this clip.
- 3:47Speaker 7: It seems central banks are jumping on that trade, and
- 3:52Speaker 7: I want to take a step back and look at
- 3:54Speaker 7: what is happening in gold grows on the bond market.
- 3:57Speaker 7: I think mister Trump believed the world on April second,
- 4:02Speaker 7: and he was then bullied by the bond market into
- 4:06Speaker 7: backing away. And this cell the US trade and by
- 4:11Speaker 7: the gold is probably one such consequence where the market
- 4:16Speaker 7: is telling mister Trump, you know, you can dictate all
- 4:20Speaker 7: you want, but we're going to vote with our feet.
- 4:22Speaker 7: And this is what the market is doing. And analysis
- 4:25Speaker 7: by specialized funds and analysts who believe we are at
- 4:29Speaker 7: the onset of the new wave in gold. Another supercycle
- 4:35Speaker 7: of commodities led by gold, and it's not difficult to
- 4:38Speaker 7: understand why and to see this on fold. So yes,
- 4:41Speaker 7: gold today is the only trading town, all right.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So guys let me know in the comments down below
- 4:47Speaker 1: if you think gold is just getting started or have
- 4:50Speaker 1: we seen kind of a run on this, because if
- 4:53Speaker 1: you look at where bitcoin versus gold is on one
- 4:55Speaker 1: hundred day rule, this chart looks at gold moving first,
- 5:00Speaker 1: which is what we've seen, and then Bitcoin follows with force,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and then gold rises. Bitcoin tends to follow another one
- 5:06Speaker 1: hundred days later, but quite a bit more aggressively and
- 5:09Speaker 1: kind of see the chart here going all the way
- 5:11Speaker 1: back to twenty nineteen. So there is some variations I
- 5:15Speaker 1: think on the charts themselves when you compare both of
- 5:18Speaker 1: these assets, which are whether you want to call them
- 5:21Speaker 1: store value risk on assets or just in general taking
- 5:25Speaker 1: a look at setting aside and deleveraging or leveraging against
- 5:28Speaker 1: the dollar right now is what we're seeing a lot of.
- 5:31Speaker 2: The market do. For sure. Let's take a look at bitcoin.
- 5:34Speaker 1: On the ETF side of things, this is of course
- 5:37Speaker 1: a huge move right now up through in eighty one
- 5:39Speaker 1: million in terms of net ETF inflow. That again also
- 5:42Speaker 1: pushing hard into bitcoin price, which is why we've started
- 5:46Speaker 1: to see bitcoin crap crack over one or excuse me,
- 5:50Speaker 1: ninety thousand, which I think is the key zone right
- 5:52Speaker 1: now that we've got to deal with. Between here and
- 5:55Speaker 1: ninety five, is going to get to the point of
- 5:58Speaker 1: do we see a full breakout and has this been
- 6:01Speaker 1: the end of this kind of downturn within the market.
- 6:05Speaker 2: I want to go to another clip.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Here, because if you look at everybody's still saying, well,
- 6:09Speaker 1: are we nearing a recession? Because Nasdaq is up, down
- 6:13Speaker 1: s and p has been down and starting to recover slightly.
- 6:17Speaker 2: There's a handful of companies. Take a look at this clip.
- 6:20Speaker 7: So coming many many indicators are spending out recession. So
- 6:23Speaker 7: that's not the question. The question is how much of
- 6:26Speaker 7: a recession, and if it's a mild recession, and if
- 6:28Speaker 7: it's controlled, if it's something akin to what Jabal has
- 6:32Speaker 7: been trying to do for the past seven on eggs
- 6:34Speaker 7: and sort of. You know, managing to get us out
- 6:40Speaker 7: of that loop is one thing, but again, bullying the
- 6:45Speaker 7: world then bursting the bubble is another bit. And I
- 6:49Speaker 7: think the probability of a wider, deeper event has increased
- 6:54Speaker 7: significantly since April second, and this is my fear. And
- 6:58Speaker 7: if there's a bigger event, everybody's going to suffer.
- 7:02Speaker 1: All right, So you can see that is the key here,
- 7:05Speaker 1: is big events, and this is the instability that you
- 7:09Speaker 1: still have that is a risk layer right now in
- 7:12Speaker 1: the current markets, and that of course is still leveraging
- 7:15Speaker 1: in against what's happening with the tariffs, and we'll show
- 7:18Speaker 1: a lot more on that here in a second. But
- 7:20Speaker 1: that is the unpredictable nature that we're dealing with, which
- 7:24Speaker 1: is why we're seeing gold move. You look at gold
- 7:27Speaker 1: hitting right now coming in from Andy Scheckman right here
- 7:29Speaker 1: at thirty five hundred dollars an ounce. It's fifteenth high
- 7:32Speaker 1: this year. Chin to report a record break in Q
- 7:35Speaker 1: one gold imports, this of course during a rising YU
- 7:38Speaker 1: on their digital currency, and then the US retail sales
- 7:41Speaker 1: slowed more than expected. So this is getting back into
- 7:44Speaker 1: the topic that they were just talking about in terms
- 7:46Speaker 1: of recession anxiety. And then you know, the bond yields
- 7:50Speaker 1: are plunging, so investors are looking for maybe a potential
- 7:52Speaker 1: safe haven that is pointing all to gold.
- 7:55Speaker 2: So is gold just reacting or is.
- 7:57Speaker 1: It leading the way I think The key here is twofold.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You could look at it from a gold bug standpoint
- 8:03Speaker 1: and say it's leading the way I think you look
- 8:06Speaker 1: at it from a traditional market standpoint. Gold is a
- 8:09Speaker 1: safe haven. It's reacting to what's happening with these tariffs,
- 8:13Speaker 1: what's happening within a recession fear kind of situation right now.
- 8:18Speaker 2: And you get.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Into when someone does go into gold, maybe some people
- 8:24Speaker 1: that are you know, traditional investors, but you still have
- 8:27Speaker 1: a large amount of investors that are not willing to
- 8:30Speaker 1: go into either gold or even in securities right now.
- 8:33Speaker 2: So what are they going into.
- 8:34Speaker 1: That's why you're seeing the moves right now, maybe on
- 8:37Speaker 1: all coins and definitely bitcoin.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Here's Miles.
- 8:40Speaker 1: He came in and said, Bitcoin just a bull market correction,
- 8:43Speaker 1: not a bear market. You can kind of see there's
- 8:45Speaker 1: the bear market right there. These are what his consideration
- 8:49Speaker 1: are bull market, you know, corrections all the way from
- 8:52Speaker 1: twenty three moving in after that all time high and
- 8:55Speaker 1: then we saw that previous high late last end of
- 8:59Speaker 1: last year. So if that is the case, then yes,
- 9:03Speaker 1: these are healthy. But this is a very unusual cycle,
- 9:06Speaker 1: if you want to call it cycles, and I think
- 9:08Speaker 1: that is playing into how investors are going into it
- 9:11Speaker 1: because many people are still staying if we are nearing
- 9:14Speaker 1: a recession, if these tariffs don't disappear, then it's likely
- 9:19Speaker 1: that this is a fake pump. So let me know
- 9:21Speaker 1: in the comments down below what you guys think. Do
- 9:24Speaker 1: you feel like this is more of a longer term
- 9:26Speaker 1: correction overall? Let me take a look at the Crypto
- 9:30Speaker 1: Fear and Greed index, and as you can see from
- 9:32Speaker 1: back here in early April, we had, yeah, seventh of
- 9:36Speaker 1: April right there, we were setting just under twenty and
- 9:40Speaker 1: now we have accelerated into an index rating of thirty
- 9:44Speaker 1: eight here as we are talking today. So this is
- 9:48Speaker 1: a fairly large consideration in terms of move Now you've
- 9:52Speaker 1: got to go back all the way into November, and
- 9:54Speaker 1: just remember November had a high of eighty eight for
- 9:59Speaker 1: the crypto Fear and Greed, So there's still a lot
- 10:01Speaker 1: to go.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Is this the bottom?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Everybody's trying to pick this, and again, don't get in
- 10:06Speaker 1: that cycle of trying to call the bottom. You know,
- 10:09Speaker 1: if you're looking at you know, dollar cost averaging or
- 10:11Speaker 1: strategies of getting into projects that you like, or pitcoin
- 10:15Speaker 1: or ethereum, whatever it may be. The key here is
- 10:18Speaker 1: look at these cycles of where these trends have been going.
- 10:21Speaker 1: The key that I'm playing into is are we in
- 10:24Speaker 1: that recession already or not. Let me go to another thing.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I want to show you right here, because this is
- 10:30Speaker 1: still fear and greed right now of the S and P.
- 10:33Speaker 2: When you look at the stock.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Market, they're still solidly in extreme fear, waiting for kind
- 10:39Speaker 1: of that other shoot to drop because of the unpredictable
- 10:41Speaker 1: nature of these tariffs and so many companies being impacted
- 10:45Speaker 1: by that. Take a look at this next clip because
- 10:48Speaker 1: this will get into a little bit more detail around
- 10:50Speaker 1: how it's affecting small businesses, which will have an effect
- 10:55Speaker 1: on potentially inflation.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 10:58Speaker 8: So the theory is what makes us different makes all
- 11:00Speaker 8: the difference in the world. They're randomals. Nick has one
- 11:03Speaker 8: hundred thousand dollars paid to two factories in China. They're
- 11:09Speaker 8: in Chinzen, so they've got two factories. Okay, they have
- 11:12Speaker 8: paid one hundred thousand dollars, so they've got a whole
- 11:14Speaker 8: bunch of these. He can go to animals dot com,
- 11:15Speaker 8: see all different. They're all sitting there waiting to come over.
- 11:17Speaker 8: So ordinarily they go straight from there in Shenzhen and
- 11:21Speaker 8: they get on a big container ship. That's a bad
- 11:24Speaker 8: looking ship. But okay, so you get all the containers
- 11:27Speaker 8: now right now, not happening. In fact, he said, literally
- 11:31Speaker 8: they're state. They don't even know where they're storing them.
- 11:33Speaker 8: They're storing them somewhere near these factories. He doesn't know
- 11:35Speaker 8: how long they're gonna be willing to store them, because
- 11:37Speaker 8: in order to get them loaded onto the ship, he
- 11:40Speaker 8: has to pay an additional one hundred and forty five
- 11:43Speaker 8: thousand dollars. So you have to add those two numbers together.
- 11:46Speaker 8: So he has to pay two hundred and forty five
- 11:49Speaker 8: thousand dollars to get them on the ship, okay, and
- 11:54Speaker 8: he doesn't have the money to do it. So his
- 11:56Speaker 8: randomals are sitting over and storage somewhere he doesn't know
- 11:59Speaker 8: how long, okay. And then he says, by the time
- 12:02Speaker 8: if things clears up he wants to get him on
- 12:03Speaker 8: the ship, you may not even be able to get
- 12:05Speaker 8: container space because so many other people are doing that.
- 12:08Speaker 8: His view is this could make the supply chain disruptions
- 12:11Speaker 8: during COVID look simple, all right.
- 12:14Speaker 1: So the point that they're getting at is these backlogs
- 12:17Speaker 1: that are occurring right now in China where a lot
- 12:20Speaker 1: of these retailers and small businesses are trying to avoid
- 12:22Speaker 1: these tariffs by just waiting. Problem is is that you
- 12:25Speaker 1: have the rising cost of inflation then eventually going to
- 12:29Speaker 1: be a backlog of if we do get a tariff
- 12:32Speaker 1: reprieve of moving into the US. So again, this could
- 12:36Speaker 1: be a larger picture from a supply chain standpoint that
- 12:40Speaker 1: could flow into late summer. And I think all of
- 12:44Speaker 1: this depends on how this plays out for the Trump administration,
- 12:48Speaker 1: all around this tax cut, because if we get this
- 12:50Speaker 1: tax cut through, then I think on the other side,
- 12:52Speaker 1: you're going to have enough Republicans in the House incident
- 12:55Speaker 1: to pull back or at least put more pressure on
- 12:58Speaker 1: the White House to get away from the tariffs. And
- 13:00Speaker 1: I think that is the factor that plays into it.
- 13:02Speaker 1: And as I was looking earlier, here's the chart of
- 13:04Speaker 1: the S and P right here. This goes back to
- 13:07Speaker 1: February eighteenth, which was essentially the top of the market.
- 13:11Speaker 1: And if you look at February the eighteenth, this is
- 13:13Speaker 1: a monthly chart right there where we're trading right now.
- 13:16Speaker 1: In this month, we are down almost fifteen percent, and
- 13:20Speaker 1: this mark is going from February eighteenth through April twenty eighth,
- 13:26Speaker 1: So you look at through the end of this month
- 13:29Speaker 1: right now, if things hold, we could still continuously hold this.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Now that's the key that if we are in a
- 13:36Speaker 1: recession or a pre recession already, some people believe that
- 13:39Speaker 1: we are. I think Larry Fink was even saying he
- 13:42Speaker 1: believes we're in intercession. That's a pretty significant start. Now,
- 13:46Speaker 1: is there more left that could bottom out? Some analysts
- 13:49Speaker 1: are actually saying that, yeah, there is more potential for
- 13:53Speaker 1: bottoming out in terms of the markets overall.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Let me go to.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Show you what China will be possibly doing to put
- 14:01Speaker 1: even more pressure on the US. China could cancel the
- 14:04Speaker 1: gambling license for the Sands and the wind that, of course,
- 14:06Speaker 1: we'll get into Trump's backyard.
- 14:09Speaker 2: They also potentially could cap app.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Revenue charges at around five percent for Apple and Google
- 14:14Speaker 1: and Microsoft, so that'd be a problem, and then imposing
- 14:17Speaker 1: another exit tax on all exports parts. This would kind
- 14:21Speaker 1: of be a double hit on Apple if that were
- 14:23Speaker 1: If any of those number one or two and three
- 14:26Speaker 1: were taken, this could be continued pressure on a lot
- 14:30Speaker 1: of the biggest companies in America going forward. Let's take
- 14:35Speaker 1: another look at this because right now, if you look
- 14:37Speaker 1: at who's winning the AI race, because this is all
- 14:40Speaker 1: more of a global look at tech and the eventual
- 14:44Speaker 1: impact on so many countries that will have not only AI,
- 14:48Speaker 1: but also the technologies that are related around that.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Think about mining, all the chip manufacturing.
- 14:53Speaker 1: As well as the software integrations, as well as all
- 14:56Speaker 1: the different ancillary products that are built around this.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Who's winning that pattern race? This is coming in from China.
- 15:02Speaker 1: But while China is winning, granted they've been taking and
- 15:07Speaker 1: you know, creatively getting our ip for quite some time.
- 15:10Speaker 1: The US has started declining. But look at the rest
- 15:13Speaker 1: of Asia, you know, considerably down. Look at Europe, not
- 15:17Speaker 1: even on the registrar. So China is definitely out pacing everyone.
- 15:23Speaker 1: And it is really up to the United States, I think,
- 15:25Speaker 1: to try to position to where we can at least
- 15:28Speaker 1: compete on the AI race right now with China. Let
- 15:31Speaker 1: me go to another quick clip because this is going
- 15:33Speaker 1: to get into how the EU will address a potential
- 15:37Speaker 1: trade opportunity with China.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 15:40Speaker 4: That is something that the European authorities in trade, that
- 15:44Speaker 4: is the Commission will will have to decide and we'll
- 15:46Speaker 4: have to conduct but you know it's it's an it's
- 15:49Speaker 4: an economic natural consequences or you know, second round effect
- 15:53Speaker 4: if you will, of very strict and very high tariffs
- 15:57Speaker 4: imposed by the lead partner of China. China will face
- 16:03Speaker 4: a moment where it has over capacity and it has
- 16:05Speaker 4: to ask itself what do I do with that over capacity?
- 16:10Speaker 4: Where do I sell my goods?
- 16:12Speaker 7: And you think you're app as a destination, it's.
- 16:14Speaker 4: One option for them, for sure, but it's not for
- 16:16Speaker 4: me to speculate what they're going to do with that.
- 16:18Speaker 4: And I hope that a trade deal will be something
- 16:21Speaker 4: that can be considered by both partners, the United States
- 16:24Speaker 4: and China.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I mean, all right, So a couple of things that
- 16:28Speaker 1: Legarde is talking about. That is when you look at
- 16:31Speaker 1: China's potential outlet for goods and services to into the
- 16:35Speaker 1: EU along with other countries. Again, you have to have
- 16:39Speaker 1: a destination that has a large consumer base that's willing
- 16:42Speaker 1: to spend. And I think that is the other factor
- 16:45Speaker 1: that China is facing. Here's the European Union right here
- 16:48Speaker 1: on imports from China, all of which have been increasing
- 16:52Speaker 1: over time. And if you look at this right here,
- 16:54Speaker 1: electrical hundred seventy three billion machinery, vehicles, etc. China also,
- 16:59Speaker 1: I think, is going to really accelerate in this area
- 17:01Speaker 1: on the vehicle side just because of what boid In
- 17:04Speaker 1: some of those companies would do. That would be very
- 17:07Speaker 1: detrimental to the European Union because of the amount of
- 17:11Speaker 1: automakers that are based in Europe, especially in Germany when
- 17:15Speaker 1: you look at BMW, Mercedes Portia, all of those will
- 17:18Speaker 1: take a major hit if China is capable of getting
- 17:22Speaker 1: a good foothold.
- 17:24Speaker 2: So all of that still up in the air.
- 17:26Speaker 1: This is definitely in a position right now where it
- 17:29Speaker 1: starts to shift a lot of the economic worldwide, and
- 17:33Speaker 1: all of this being done because Trump is definitely pushing
- 17:36Speaker 1: on tariffs now. Trump's economic chief predicts a tax bill
- 17:40Speaker 1: will pass by summer. My anticipation, if Hassett is right,
- 17:45Speaker 1: that this will start to move into the key thing,
- 17:48Speaker 1: and that is that the Republicans will deviate off of
- 17:54Speaker 1: the Trump agenda from tariffs if we don't have tariffs
- 17:57Speaker 1: off the table by now if the pass. If the
- 18:00Speaker 1: bill passes, the Trump tariff time I believe is limited,
- 18:04Speaker 1: and I do agree, I think that's when you'll start
- 18:07Speaker 1: to see mass defection and a lot of pressure on
- 18:10Speaker 1: the administration to move on tariffs. And that's that's if
- 18:12Speaker 1: they haven't done it already. So that is the point
- 18:15Speaker 1: that we're nearing at right now. Now if all of
- 18:18Speaker 1: that does happen, because remember, as soon as tariff's come off, guys,
- 18:21Speaker 1: what's going to happen. We all know the market is
- 18:24Speaker 1: going to re energize. There's so much cast setting on
- 18:27Speaker 1: the sidelines. Take a look at this clip.
- 18:30Speaker 6: I mean, come out and they got the House in
- 18:31Speaker 6: the center to pass the tax bill, get to it,
- 18:34Speaker 6: going to make the negotiations in a week and get
- 18:36Speaker 6: the vote. And as soon as we get that vote,
- 18:38Speaker 6: by the way, and as soon as this pass and
- 18:40Speaker 6: Donald Trump signs it, Larry, I don't know by you,
- 18:42Speaker 6: I think you're going to see a big boom in
- 18:43Speaker 6: the stock market. People are going to capitalize those tax
- 18:46Speaker 6: cuts into a higher stock value. So do it, do
- 18:49Speaker 6: it now?
- 18:52Speaker 2: All right?
- 18:52Speaker 1: So last point and from that clip, you know, just
- 18:55Speaker 1: get into understanding that we could be nearing a bottom
- 18:58Speaker 1: here on the stock market.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Many people.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Now there are some analysts out there that are saying, no,
- 19:02Speaker 1: this is still armageddon yet to crumb. And I think
- 19:05Speaker 1: if you look at a true recession, yeah, you're probably
- 19:08Speaker 1: seeing another ten to fifteen percent off the stock market,
- 19:11Speaker 1: maybe even twenty. But if we are not in that
- 19:13Speaker 1: deep recession and we're on half the way through on
- 19:18Speaker 1: these tariff debacles that we're facing, this could be an
- 19:21Speaker 1: upside win because of what could be brewing in terms
- 19:25Speaker 1: of these companies that are pretty much kind of coiling
- 19:27Speaker 1: up for potential investment. Now, if you look at Tesla,
- 19:30Speaker 1: this is one of those that could be rolling into
- 19:33Speaker 1: because remember Tesla has been depressed significantly because of all
- 19:36Speaker 1: of these protests. Well, tonight we're going to find out
- 19:39Speaker 1: because we're going to have the first quarter report, and
- 19:41Speaker 1: if they come back with a positive first quarter, this
- 19:45Speaker 1: could be significant for Tesla. The likelihood is that could
- 19:49Speaker 1: carry have some carry on effect, maybe not at all
- 19:51Speaker 1: MAC seven, but definitely on some others that would say
- 19:55Speaker 1: maybe things aren't as bad as we thought. So tonight
- 19:59Speaker 1: they're going to be doing out trials reporting on this.
- 20:01Speaker 1: We're going to be watching that one closely. I don't
- 20:02Speaker 1: know that it really has a massive effect on crypto,
- 20:05Speaker 1: but I think it will have an effect on stock market,
- 20:07Speaker 1: which does have an effect to a certain extent, even
- 20:10Speaker 1: though I believe bitcoin is still the coupled.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Now from Nasdaq.
