SPEAKER_01: We're about to have a good conversation.
1:52
SPEAKER_01: Beautiful conversation between women, helping to inspire other women, heal them, and put them on the path to their best strategic move ever.
2:00
SPEAKER_01: Do it.
2:00
SPEAKER_02: Awesome.
2:01
SPEAKER_02: You said it even better, girl.
2:02
SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
2:03
SPEAKER_02: Inga Nicole is author, international speaker, business coach, and a woman of faith who helps women and entrepreneurs heal, rebuild, and move forward with purpose.
2:12
SPEAKER_02: Her story is one of strength, forgiveness, and transformation.
2:16
SPEAKER_02: I love that.
2:17
SPEAKER_02: After overcoming domestic violence, personal hardship, and life-changing setbacks, Inga chose to stay stuck in pain.
2:23
SPEAKER_02: Instead, she turned her journey into a message of hope for others.
2:26
SPEAKER_02: Today she helps entrepreneurs release fear, pain, and limiting belief while giving them practicals to start, fund, and grow their businesses.
2:35
SPEAKER_02: Through business strategy, grant education, financial guidance, and powerful encouragement, she helps people build confidence, income, and walk in true financial independence.
2:46
SPEAKER_02: As the founder of Maximus Financial Group, Get Grants Daily, and Pro Max Hub, Inga equips purpose-driven leaders to turn their vision into action and reminds them that they are truly funded on purpose.
2:59
SPEAKER_02: I love that, Inga.
3:00
SPEAKER_02: You just said all those words that you said in there is really what you know.
3:04
SPEAKER_02: That's why we connect so well as far as the forgiveness, the pain, the healing, the transformation.
3:09
SPEAKER_02: I love that.
3:10
SPEAKER_02: I love that you do that for us there.
3:13
SPEAKER_01: Listen, it's a dream.
3:14
SPEAKER_01: Think about domestic violence.
3:15
SPEAKER_01: Anyone reads the bio.
3:17
SPEAKER_01: I always pray that my grandmother is proud, right?
3:21
SPEAKER_01: And the things that I would go through to get to the promise that she had on my life, or the things that she always told me I would become.
3:28
SPEAKER_01: When you're a young girl, you don't believe you don't even know it to be true because you haven't had life experience for that.
3:34
SPEAKER_01: And then the journey that I took, when we say domestic violence, I'm talking like 20 years of domestic violence.
3:39
SPEAKER_01: Like every relationship that I ever participated in was domestic violence, long suffering that people really don't talk about anymore, but it's been a long journey.
3:48
SPEAKER_01: But here we are, I believe on the other side of it.
3:52
SPEAKER_01: I love being able to participate in podcasts and speak on stages, write books about it so that people know that they're not alone.
4:00
SPEAKER_01: Because I do remember a time when I was.
4:02
SPEAKER_01: Whenever I hear the bio being read, it's just, I just think back and just pray like, Grandma, do you see me now?
4:08
SPEAKER_01: We're doing it.
4:09
SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes.
4:10
SPEAKER_02: I, you know, I am I'm really so proud of you because the same thing with my mother, the same thing where we went through.
4:15
SPEAKER_02: And then she said, Wanda, I'm so proud of what you because you know, when we grow up, we don't think that we can do this.
4:21
SPEAKER_02: And I know I was told you're not gonna be anything, you're never gonna be anything.
4:24
SPEAKER_02: And I said, Okay, now look at look at us now, Inga.
4:27
SPEAKER_02: Look what we're doing now.
4:29
SPEAKER_02: We're on podcasts, talking to each other, talking about our stories with others, that they can do this.
4:33
SPEAKER_02: And that's really what my God, my purpose is to let women know and men that you're not alone.
4:42
SPEAKER_02: You know, you can do this, and don't let anybody take away your joy.
4:46
SPEAKER_02: I always tell my mother, never let anybody take away your joy.
4:50
SPEAKER_02: Because that self-esteem and purpose is so important to be able to have the confidence to be able to speak on it and not be afraid instead of helping someone else.
5:00
SPEAKER_02: But I love it.
5:00
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
5:03
SPEAKER_02: Let me let me ask you some questions, yeah.
5:05
SPEAKER_02: Alrighty.
5:06
SPEAKER_02: Your book title is powerful survival to strategic.
5:10
SPEAKER_02: What inspired you to write this book?
5:13
SPEAKER_01: So survival to strategy is my life.
5:17
SPEAKER_01: Any, I won't even say women, I know I'm partial to women, but anybody that has lived a life, you have had to do some things.
5:24
SPEAKER_01: Somewhere you're from, I'm from Philadelphia.
5:26
SPEAKER_01: I live in Virginia now.
5:27
SPEAKER_01: Um, but from Philadelphia, they say you had to do something strange for a little change, right?
5:31
SPEAKER_01: And so as you make it through life, you especially if you weren't gifted with a silver spoon or if you were a self-starter like I am, or hard-headed, let's call a spade or spade, right?
5:44
SPEAKER_01: If you was orientated and didn't listen to the lessons that you were being taught, you found yourself often in survival mode.
5:50
SPEAKER_01: And one of the things that I know is that getting out of that, it becomes a way of life, being in living in that way, whether you're robbing Peter to Pay Paul, whether you're trying to kind of navigate through the challenges in your life.
6:04
SPEAKER_01: And one of the things survival is I feel like it's a shortcut.
6:07
SPEAKER_01: And shortcuts get you lost every single time.
6:10
SPEAKER_01: Think about before there was ever navigation, when they used to use maps, open the map up to get where they're going.
6:16
SPEAKER_01: Someone tell you the direction, make a left, bang a right, make a U-turn, and pull over to the left side.
6:22
SPEAKER_01: You always get lost, no matter what, taking a shortcut.
6:25
SPEAKER_01: And survival strategy is really the way that I finally got myself out of the darkest places in my life.
6:32
SPEAKER_01: How I got finally over the domestic violence, how I've been through four years of federal prison, supposed to do almost seven.
6:39
SPEAKER_01: That being more strategic and talking my mind out of surviving, right?
6:45
SPEAKER_01: Out of taking those shortcuts, that's where that book came from.
6:49
SPEAKER_01: And how to overcome toxic relationships with faith, fabulous, finances, freedom, all the F word that you could think of that you prayed for.
6:57
SPEAKER_01: But survival to strategy became even more, and that book will become something later, maybe a journal, workbook, or something like that.
7:05
SPEAKER_01: But being able to navigate through those dark places with survival instead of that get over mentality, that's where that came from.
7:14
SPEAKER_01: And particularly leaving domestic violence behind, it was a choice for me, right?
7:19
SPEAKER_01: Because anything that you do repetitive is really you got to look at yourself and see where is it a choice that I'm making to stay in these kinds of situations?
7:26
SPEAKER_01: As it had to be a real strategic moment in my life, a plan, just to take the right way to get to the other side.
7:34
SPEAKER_01: And it's all about leaving situations, never going back, and having the financial independence to stand on your own two feet to do what you have to do, not what you gotta do.
7:45
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
7:46
SPEAKER_02: You said, and you probably already answered this here, but what does survivor mode look like personally, in your life personally and professionally?
7:53
SPEAKER_01: Survivor mode is like desperation to me.
7:57
SPEAKER_01: It seems like you're it's almost like you're leading a double life because you sometimes have your own character to make some things happen.
8:04
SPEAKER_01: You force things to happen.
8:06
SPEAKER_01: Fortunately for me, I was able to go to a forensic psychologist.
8:11
SPEAKER_01: Part of my story is federal prison.
8:13
SPEAKER_01: Part of my domestic violence journey, everyone's okay.
8:16
SPEAKER_01: I'll say nobody passed away, but I certainly almost did.
8:19
SPEAKER_01: But part of that journey was having to go to federal prison and preparing for federal prison, I had to learn.
8:25
SPEAKER_01: The judge had a question for me that I couldn't answer.
8:28
SPEAKER_01: Why do you do what you do and think that it's okay?
8:31
SPEAKER_01: And because survival had been my mentality, I didn't even know that I was living in survival mode.
8:38
SPEAKER_01: It was just the way we did things, right?
8:40
SPEAKER_01: That's how I learned it.
8:41
SPEAKER_01: And I say learn it with a L-E-A-R-N-T on top of that.
8:45
SPEAKER_01: Learned it that way.
8:46
SPEAKER_01: As you had practiced, if you practice anything for a long time, you're gonna become what you're gonna be an expert at what you practice.
8:53
SPEAKER_01: And I literally practiced surviving, like just enough to make it through.
8:56
SPEAKER_01: That desperation of getting out of a situation.
8:59
SPEAKER_01: I honestly could say that survival middle turned me into a liar because I'm always trying to navigate to get over to miss the middle.
9:07
SPEAKER_01: And survival mode for me meant that I needed to get out of that way.
9:11
SPEAKER_01: And the forensic psychologist started to help me understand who I was.
9:16
SPEAKER_01: How did I get here?
9:17
SPEAKER_01: Why am I doing it this way?
9:18
SPEAKER_01: Why are these things happening?
9:20
SPEAKER_01: And we were able to dissect me out of that survival mode.
9:24
SPEAKER_01: Me, survival was dark, it was desperation, understanding that the very things that I'm using for survival, they were I was using my own gifts in the wrong way.
9:39
SPEAKER_01: That's what survival meant to me.
9:40
SPEAKER_01: It was just full of desperation and poor decisions that nearly cost me my life.
9:47
SPEAKER_02: That's very interesting because I'm sure a lot of people actually are dealing with survival mode.
9:51
SPEAKER_02: You know, we just when you get pushed up against the wall, you don't know how to turn.
9:56
SPEAKER_02: So I'm glad you explained that.
9:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because a lot of us are in a survival mode.
10:01
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
10:02
SPEAKER_02: How do we move forward to get out of that?
10:04
SPEAKER_02: What was your turning point that shifted you from surviving to strategic?
10:09
SPEAKER_01: I have two pivotal moments.
10:11
SPEAKER_01: The first moment is the last relationship or situationship.
10:17
SPEAKER_01: Is that I think that's a word now, situation.
10:19
SPEAKER_01: Situation.
10:20
SPEAKER_01: I like that situation.
10:20
SPEAKER_01: Situation.
10:21
SPEAKER_01: The last situation ship that I was a part of, domestic violence, domestic violence, abuse, mental abuse, pulling, tugging.
10:29
SPEAKER_01: But whenever hit me, like I could feel it, like you know, words you don't think you could feel.
10:35
SPEAKER_01: They say sticks and stones can break your bones, but words will never hurt me.
10:38
SPEAKER_01: But words actually do hurt because words stay with you longer, right?
10:42
SPEAKER_01: They're internal, you think of them.
10:44
SPEAKER_01: And the last situation that I was a part of, the guy was just not a very mentally stable person.
10:49
SPEAKER_01: And I think I every single day, I got some damaging consequences of this relationship, meaning like some physical, internal, physical scars, but it nearly killed me.
10:58
SPEAKER_01: I literally was in my house one day, and the young man assaulted me in my house.
11:04
SPEAKER_01: I was not expecting it at all and hadn't seen him in a while.
11:09
SPEAKER_01: He assaulted me.
11:10
SPEAKER_01: I when I say I woke up dead, I absolutely mean it.
11:12
SPEAKER_01: And I wrote about it in a book that I have called I Am Not My Invisible Abuse, but I woke up dead.
11:16
SPEAKER_01: My body was being assaulted.
11:18
SPEAKER_01: I was being kicked, punched, beaten, spit on, all kinds of things.
11:22
SPEAKER_01: But my person laid across the room under the counter, witnessing a murder, right?
11:27
SPEAKER_01: And I say that gingerly to those that don't believe or understand the out-of-body experience because before it happened to me, I absolutely didn't believe it either.
11:35
SPEAKER_01: But when I found myself witnessing this murder of myself, I didn't feel a punch, I didn't feel a kick, I didn't feel or see anything, but I didn't feel anything.
11:45
SPEAKER_01: The only thing I saw was the motion of what was happening to me and as I watched this movie of my life.
11:53
SPEAKER_01: And the first strategy that I had would have been to listen to my God's voice, right?
11:58
SPEAKER_01: I'm a Christian woman.
11:59
SPEAKER_01: I believe in the power of God, the blood of Jesus, all the things.
12:02
SPEAKER_01: And the first thing that I did in that strategy, right?
12:06
SPEAKER_01: Because this is like survival, this was a survival crossing the path of strategy in this moment.
12:11
SPEAKER_01: I was strategic to live.
12:12
SPEAKER_01: And I started hearing the voice of God saying to me, the first thing is wake up, wake up.
12:17
SPEAKER_01: Now, I don't say that I will never say that God used foul language, but the way I had heard it was wake up, wake up.
12:23
SPEAKER_01: Like I'm knocked out on the floor.
12:25
SPEAKER_01: And something that came into my spirit, I said what was I felt was being said to me.
12:31
SPEAKER_01: God said, Tell him to leave.
12:32
SPEAKER_01: I said it.
12:33
SPEAKER_01: I did it in these moments of death.
12:34
SPEAKER_01: Like I'm in a person is killing, trying to kill me.
12:37
SPEAKER_01: And everything that started coming to me, I started acting.
12:41
SPEAKER_01: That was my strategy, because God said, move.
12:44
SPEAKER_01: I did just like that.
12:45
SPEAKER_01: No questions.
12:46
SPEAKER_01: Trusted God is my first strategy, right?
12:49
SPEAKER_01: My second strategy was having faith and writing it down.
12:53
SPEAKER_01: I went to federal prison after I healed mostly from that relationship.
12:58
SPEAKER_01: It turned to be some kind of federal investigation, which led me into federal prison.
13:02
SPEAKER_01: I was my guidelines were 76 to 87 months, which is like seven, eight years.
13:07
SPEAKER_01: I wound up only sentenced to 58 months.
13:09
SPEAKER_01: I only wound up doing about 30 months, which is like three years.
13:14
SPEAKER_01: But in those prison walls, my strategy was: if I go here as an adult, I'm gonna have to start my life all over from scratch because I lost absolutely everything.
13:22
SPEAKER_01: My favorite house.
13:23
SPEAKER_01: I went from living in a half a million dollar house to sleeping in my sister's basement.
13:27
SPEAKER_01: I had to leave my son, who was just starting high school.
13:30
SPEAKER_01: When I say I lost absolutely everything, I also needed to lose myself as the person that I was.
13:37
SPEAKER_01: And I needed to come out of that situation differently, a different mind, a different woman, a different thought process.
13:43
SPEAKER_01: And so my strategy was writing that vision and making it plain.
13:46
SPEAKER_01: Remember the word of God, remembering the things that He said He would do for us.
13:50
SPEAKER_01: You said before we started that your favorite scripture, Jeremiah 29, 11, knowing that God had plans for me, as my biggest strategy, even to this day, is writing my vision and following, not just writing it, but believing that it's possible for me.
14:03
SPEAKER_01: Writing, doing, acting on what I write, continuing on, even when it hurts through what I write, and reminding myself again that shortcuts get you lost.
14:12
SPEAKER_01: Those are my two biggest strategies: listening, yielding, and writing.
14:17
SPEAKER_01: I love that.
14:17
SPEAKER_01: Say that again.
14:19
SPEAKER_01: Listening, yielding, and writing.
14:22
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
14:22
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
14:23
SPEAKER_02: And thank you for sharing that.
14:24
SPEAKER_02: I know that was very hard for you.
14:26
SPEAKER_02: I totally understand because I grew up with abuse and I was my stepfather same thing.
14:31
SPEAKER_02: I was seeing him, how he beat my mother, how my mother jumped from one building to the next building, not knowing if she's gonna go in between.
14:37
SPEAKER_02: I totally get it.
14:38
SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm feeling everything that you're saying here.
14:41
SPEAKER_02: All God, because God knew what he wanted us to be, to do.
14:46
SPEAKER_02: And I you talk about your grandma, I talk about my mother, how they're in heaven, our angels looking over and said, Well done.
14:54
SPEAKER_02: Well done.
14:55
SPEAKER_02: You know, because we don't know how we're gonna turn out.
14:57
SPEAKER_02: Like you said, when somebody tells you negative words, like was told me, you're gonna be nothing, you're never gonna be thank God for my father.
15:02
SPEAKER_02: I my father was a very, very good man to me.
15:05
SPEAKER_02: You don't know what you're gonna turn out to be because that in your mind, something you keep replaying what they're saying to you, you know.
15:13
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
15:13
SPEAKER_02: Well, I am so glad you shared that.
15:15
SPEAKER_02: And I know it's tough sometimes, but you know what?
15:17
SPEAKER_02: People need to know that they're not alone.
15:20
SPEAKER_02: They're not.
15:20
SPEAKER_01: There's like, do you know that I was feel like I was saying this earlier also before there's people, women are dying every day.
15:28
SPEAKER_01: And we were at a training together, you and I, and I remember one of our coaches saying, You don't have a right not to tell your story, you don't have a right to not do the work.
15:36
SPEAKER_01: And if every day, and I know I'm not the only, unless you don't, you're under a rock and you don't watch TV, and it takes a lot of discipline not to do that, right?
15:44
SPEAKER_01: But even social media, you can't get away from it.
15:47
SPEAKER_01: Going outside, like people are literally, you can go to the grocery store and someone did not make it home, right?
15:53
SPEAKER_01: As people are dying every single day, especially in what we've been through, what I've been through, what I've been able to strategize my way from, as I can help you see that your life is so limited because it's in the hands of someone else who really doesn't have a value or even understanding for their own, then I have to tell the story.
16:12
SPEAKER_01: I'm glad that we're able to continue to have this kind of conversation because it's necessary.
16:17
SPEAKER_01: When I, women, men, the other day, Wanda, crazy.
16:22
SPEAKER_01: In I want to say California, possibly.
16:24
SPEAKER_01: You could look it up.
16:25
SPEAKER_01: He killed his wife and five kids.
16:29
SPEAKER_01: A couple weeks ago, this is domestic violence.
16:32
SPEAKER_01: A woman was killed.
16:34
SPEAKER_01: In women are killed every day.
16:35
SPEAKER_01: Statistics tell you that every hour, probably.
16:38
SPEAKER_01: Every I don't know exact statistics, but they're there.
16:40
SPEAKER_01: But a couple of weeks ago, a prominent leader in Florida was murdered by her husband yesterday.
16:48
SPEAKER_01: Yes, yesterday, a man killed eight children in Louisiana.
16:55
SPEAKER_01: One escaped.
16:57
SPEAKER_01: Imagine knowing that you I mean, if you're gone, you're gone, but one of the eight children escaped.
17:03
SPEAKER_01: Someone lived to tell the story, and they gotta live with the fact that I watched my whole family, all the kids get murdered.
17:12
SPEAKER_01: I jumped out the window, one was right behind me, that child was murdered on the roof right behind me, and I kept going.
17:18
SPEAKER_01: As a story has to be told, like we have to continue to talk about it because when we see things, you have to be willing again to yield and listen, right?
17:28
SPEAKER_02: Yes, yes, yes, exactly.
17:30
SPEAKER_02: It's so much mental illness out here today, and people don't get it as far as you know, they think, oh, then I just sent me we don't understand.
17:40
SPEAKER_02: But I tell you, I just I just read about that this morning about the one that killed his children.
17:44
SPEAKER_02: I said, What is wrong with what is wrong with this world?
17:47
SPEAKER_02: Yes, what is wrong with people in this world?
17:49
SPEAKER_02: My goodness, girl.
17:50
SPEAKER_02: So, how important is discipline versus mindset and sustaining success?
17:55
SPEAKER_02: And then we're gonna talk about your business.
17:57
SPEAKER_01: I feel like they go together, like that discipline.
18:00
SPEAKER_01: It it your mindset is gonna God requires discipline, right?
18:04
SPEAKER_01: God does not, he's not a god of chaos, right?
18:07
SPEAKER_01: We decent and in order, right?
18:10
SPEAKER_01: Y'all, if y'all know what a concordance is, that's the back of the Bible that got like the little topics, like an index with topics.
18:16
SPEAKER_01: You could look up the word and then find the scripture to it.
18:18
SPEAKER_01: And so you can look this up.
18:19
SPEAKER_01: I'm not making it up, it's what I learned.
18:21
SPEAKER_01: And so, discipline is they go together.
18:24
SPEAKER_01: Like, how can mindset your mindset is my favorite scripture?
18:30
SPEAKER_01: Uh Second Corinthians, y'all.
18:32
SPEAKER_01: Now, let me tell y'all something about me.
18:33
SPEAKER_01: I promise you this.
18:34
SPEAKER_01: I be, I know, I say I be knowing, I know what I'm talking about, but every now and then I might mix that scripture up and so do all of my Bible thumpers out there.
18:44
SPEAKER_01: If I give my scripture wrong, y'all know where I'm you know where I'm going with this.
18:47
SPEAKER_01: But I want to say it's 2 Corinthians 2, 19.
18:51
SPEAKER_01: Eyes have not seen, nor have ears heard, nor has it entered into the hearts of man what God will do for those who love him.
19:00
SPEAKER_01: And so discipline and mindset go together because you have to have the discipline to listen to your mind, and you got to have the mindset to be willing to have the discipline, right?
19:11
SPEAKER_01: And that scripture means so much to me because if you can't imagine what God will do for you if you love him, you can't think it, you can't imagine it, nobody else has seen it.
19:22
SPEAKER_01: If I know the plans that God has for me and I believe it and I know I see it claim pretty clearly, plainly, every single day it's before me, right?
19:31
SPEAKER_01: I'd be like, oh my goodness, like God, turn up because if I know what I see and you said that I can't even imagine what I talk to God like that, you guys, like God turn up, like let's go.
19:44
SPEAKER_01: Because if I can't imagine, and I know what I see, and that's crazy.
19:49
SPEAKER_01: This God, this is a movie, right?
19:51
SPEAKER_01: And so my mind has to be trained to do the work, and I gotta be willing to do the work.
19:57
SPEAKER_01: So to me, discipline goes together with mindset because you gotta think it through and you gotta make it happen, but you gotta the discipline to even believe your own thoughts because it takes a lot of work to train your mind to believe.
20:10
SPEAKER_01: But quiet time, quiet time.
20:12
SPEAKER_01: I'll end this with that.
20:14
SPEAKER_01: I had a pastor once, and he told me that I needed to quiet my mind so that I could hear the voice of God.
20:19
SPEAKER_01: This is when I first started how they say with your Christian walk.
20:22
SPEAKER_01: And so I remember, and this is again why this cut this just came back to me, but I remember again, and this is 20 years ago, but again, reminded that speaking of domestic violence and helping women with financial independence so they never have to go back.
20:37
SPEAKER_01: This is my purpose.
20:38
SPEAKER_01: And let me tell you why.
20:39
SPEAKER_01: I did what that pastor instructed me to do.
20:41
SPEAKER_01: And one day I was like, I'm gonna do a mental fast, I'm gonna sit in my room, light a couple candles, I'm gonna just no TV, no phone, I'm gonna just be quiet and try to hear the word of God.
20:50
SPEAKER_01: I know that's the only way I understood it.
20:51
SPEAKER_01: He said, Be quiet.
20:52
SPEAKER_01: So I said, be quiet.
20:53
SPEAKER_01: I'm in the house, all day had gone by, all day had gone by.
20:58
SPEAKER_01: And one of my worst relationships was my first relationship, my son's father.
21:02
SPEAKER_01: My phone rings on the other, again, a quiet, God giving, living day.
21:08
SPEAKER_01: Only time the phone rang, I answered it.
21:10
SPEAKER_01: There's a woman on the other side of my phone screaming, crying.
21:14
SPEAKER_01: I don't know her, I've never heard of her.
21:17
SPEAKER_01: I I don't even know how I even was how did I get the the the call?
21:21
SPEAKER_01: Why is this my call to take right now?
21:23
SPEAKER_01: This woman was my ex-partner's current wife.
21:29
SPEAKER_01: So the person that first abused me, current wife, was calling me.
21:33
SPEAKER_01: And I hadn't seen this person in many, many, many years calling me because she was in the middle of domestic violence.
21:40
SPEAKER_01: How she found me, why she called me during quiet time and all of that.
21:43
SPEAKER_01: But I walked this woman through quickly whatever was going on in her life.
21:48
SPEAKER_01: But in that moment of me trying to hear God's voice and that scream came through, then I know that this is where we're supposed to be.
21:56
SPEAKER_01: So that is part of like listening and having that discipline.
22:01
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
22:02
SPEAKER_02: And and you know, it's it's something because that lady called you.
22:06
SPEAKER_02: Oh, probably he he God told her to call us.
22:11
SPEAKER_01: And in this moment, I'm reminded, even right now, I'm grateful because I'm it is continuing to be in front of me that my voice is for these women, for us as women, for what you've been through, for what you've overcome, for what you had the discipline and mindset to get through.
22:26
SPEAKER_01: Because I promise you, the the the biggest way is through your mind.
22:31
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
22:32
SPEAKER_02: And mindset is so important.
22:33
SPEAKER_02: I mean, we really, and it depends on if you want to accept the mindset.
22:36
SPEAKER_02: Because a lot of people keep making excuses.
22:39
SPEAKER_02: You know, they make excuses of why they can't do this, why they can't do that.
22:43
SPEAKER_02: And you know, not really God.
22:46
SPEAKER_02: I I I said listen to your heart.
22:48
SPEAKER_02: Listen to your heart and and my because I do inspirations.
22:52
SPEAKER_02: Um I send out to 20 people, and then as you talk about that, I talk about that as a listen to that tiny voice.
22:58
SPEAKER_01: You know, people, oh, God is not real.
23:00
SPEAKER_01: Oh, God is real.
23:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and even deeper than your heart.
23:03
SPEAKER_01: So one of the fruit of the spirits is is the Holy Spirit, right?
23:07
SPEAKER_01: It's the fruit of the spirit.
23:08
SPEAKER_01: And so listen to it.
23:10
SPEAKER_01: Some people call it intuition, the success, your spidey senses are tingling, whatever it is, but it's that that intuition is God's voice tucking to you.
23:21
SPEAKER_01: When you feel that right there in your stomach, that under that breastbone down over that belly, and you feel that something you gotta listen.
23:32
SPEAKER_01: It saves lives.
23:33
SPEAKER_01: Like you, you we don't realize that you can't be in or out of the of the will of God because God has grace and mercy.
23:41
SPEAKER_01: But you gotta hear that when you hear that voice, you better you it could save your life, it could change your life all at the same time.
23:48
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, absolutely.
23:50
SPEAKER_02: I love that, and you put that in a nutshell.
23:54
SPEAKER_02: So, what does true financial independence look like to you?
23:57
SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, making choices, the ability to make choices without a thought, the ability to make choices without a thought, right?
24:07
SPEAKER_01: So imagine financial independence is you can, right?
24:11
SPEAKER_01: You want to and you can.
24:13
SPEAKER_01: You have to and you can't, right?
24:15
SPEAKER_01: We not have no goal for me.
24:17
SPEAKER_01: I'm not calling my mama, my boyfriend's cousin, my sister's best friend, my sister, my children.
24:25
SPEAKER_01: You have put yourself in a position through digital assets, you know, through starting an entrepreneurship.
24:32
SPEAKER_01: I am a believer in entrepreneur, financial independence through entrepreneurship.
24:36
SPEAKER_01: If you are are currently an entrepreneur, um, then you you could buckle, we can hang out together and I could show you how to 10, what do you call it?
24:44
SPEAKER_01: 10x your business.
24:45
SPEAKER_01: And if you're thinking about entrepreneurship, there's something that you do that you're great at that because of AI, especially right now, is the quickest shortcut to success through discipline, right?
24:56
SPEAKER_01: Through intuition.
24:57
SPEAKER_01: There's something in everybody's heart and life that that you know that you were called to do and you want to do it, but your fear keeps you from doing that, right?
25:06
SPEAKER_01: But financial independence is really the ability to make a choice, the ability to choose what you want to do, right?
25:12
SPEAKER_01: So, quick, the best example I have is imagine your loved one.
25:16
SPEAKER_01: Because some people, a lot of people don't want to talk about money, especially us African Americans.
25:20
SPEAKER_01: We're learning faster to talk about money.
25:22
SPEAKER_01: And when we don't have it, when we first get our hands on it, we waste it because we've been living in survival mode.
25:28
SPEAKER_01: And so we're trying to get ourselves out of survival mode when that first wimp all of money came.
25:32
SPEAKER_01: But once you get comfortable in your financial independence, you start to learn how to do other things.
25:36
SPEAKER_01: The best example I have, because to me, money allows you to make choices, right?
25:41
SPEAKER_01: So your loved one, the your favorite person that you can't live with in this world, your mama, your children, your best friend, whoever it is, is in the hospital.
25:49
SPEAKER_01: And having financial independence and making choices, the doctor says that there's nothing more that I can do.
25:55
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna have to make a decision about us pulling a plug, right?
25:58
SPEAKER_01: Well, guess what?
25:59
SPEAKER_01: If you don't have financial independence or access to money, financial independence can be through credit, it could be through cash, it could be through resources, it could be through through uh through mutual agreements that you have.
26:11
SPEAKER_01: But if you don't have money, then you gotta make a decision.
26:15
SPEAKER_01: You wanna go pray about it, hope for a miracle about it, and then you're gonna go ahead and pull the plug because that doctor told you that he can't do anything for you.
26:22
SPEAKER_01: But if you are financially independent, that means you have access in so many different ways.
26:26
SPEAKER_01: You might even have a uh uh someone in your circle or in the circle of a circle that can help you.
26:32
SPEAKER_01: You have to make a decision because the doctor said so.
26:34
SPEAKER_01: But because you're financially independent, you can make a choice.
26:36
SPEAKER_01: I heard what you said, but God said greater.
26:39
SPEAKER_01: And so fly her out right now to the best doctor in the world.
26:44
SPEAKER_01: That's financial independence.
26:45
SPEAKER_01: Like, like you, I'm gonna make a choice, not a decision.
26:49
SPEAKER_01: And my choice is I can do better.
26:51
SPEAKER_01: Get me a second opinion, and I said right now.
26:54
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
26:54
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
26:55
SPEAKER_02: And you actually going right into the question I was gonna ask you next.
26:58
SPEAKER_02: What are two to three fundamental steps entrepreneurs should take to build wealth?
27:04
SPEAKER_01: So I would, I'm not gonna claim wealth building, because I do, I I'm gonna, I am the person to get you financially independent to get for you to go work with your wealth strategist.
27:14
SPEAKER_01: I have one, I have a relationship banker, right?
27:17
SPEAKER_01: But the the the fundamental strategies that I will tell you is definitely discipline is gonna be one because there's gonna be days where you don't want to do nothing.
27:26
SPEAKER_01: There's gonna be days where you just don't feel like it, but you have to, right?
27:31
SPEAKER_01: You have to put yourself in a position for you to have increase.
27:34
SPEAKER_01: When you have increase, you can do more for other people.
27:37
SPEAKER_01: Service to many leads to greatness, right?
27:40
SPEAKER_01: And so you want to make sure that you're in a business where you're serving other people.
27:44
SPEAKER_01: What does what does somebody want that they have to have?
27:48
SPEAKER_01: That and I don't mean no no do offense by it, but they would rather have what you got than pay the light bill.
27:54
SPEAKER_01: They want it that bad.
27:56
SPEAKER_01: They would have rather have what you got than that.
27:59
SPEAKER_01: This is a necessity in their life, right?
28:02
SPEAKER_01: And so the discipline is the first thing that you're gonna need.
28:05
SPEAKER_01: The second thing you're gonna need is a lane.
28:06
SPEAKER_01: Like, what do you do?
28:08
SPEAKER_01: This lane right here, straight, just like my hands.
28:10
SPEAKER_01: This way, not this way, not this way, not this way, not that way, straight.
28:14
SPEAKER_01: The reason that I want you to stay in your lane is because confused people do nothing, right?
28:19
SPEAKER_01: If I don't know, I want to go over here because I want to make money again.
28:22
SPEAKER_01: Desperation, desperation and survival makes you go over here, go over here, go over here, go over here.
28:28
SPEAKER_01: And you can't go stay in your lane if you're all over the place.
28:31
SPEAKER_01: So you want to stay in your lane.
28:34
SPEAKER_01: You want to find out what makes you great, what you offer, sell, a service, a product, uh, uh, uh a coaching, whatever it is.
28:41
SPEAKER_01: What do you do specifically?
28:44
SPEAKER_01: That one thing.
28:45
SPEAKER_01: And here's most of most of the time when I'm talking, I'm gonna be talking to women.
28:48
SPEAKER_01: We good at everything.
28:49
SPEAKER_01: Like, oh my gosh, I can't choose.
28:51
SPEAKER_01: That was my problem.
28:52
SPEAKER_01: I'm good at everything.
28:53
SPEAKER_01: I'm not bragging, I'm just telling you like it is.
28:55
SPEAKER_01: I am good at all the things.
28:56
SPEAKER_01: If I do it, I'm great at it.
28:58
SPEAKER_01: Choose the thing.
28:59
SPEAKER_01: You can do all the things later.
29:01
SPEAKER_01: Choose that thing, choose that thing.
29:04
SPEAKER_01: And then a third thing I would say, honestly, is stick to it.
29:08
SPEAKER_01: Don't give up when something else looks greater.
29:12
SPEAKER_01: Because again, we're coming out of desperation survival mode.
29:15
SPEAKER_01: Don't jump ship when it's good, it's good.
29:18
SPEAKER_01: Even when you're bored, if it's working, it's working.
29:21
SPEAKER_01: Let it work again.
29:22
SPEAKER_01: I'm only talking to you about what I know.
29:23
SPEAKER_01: I've done so many things.
29:25
SPEAKER_01: Like my business now is financial taxes and personal credit and business funding and grants, but it's all helping entrepreneurs get to the next level.
29:35
SPEAKER_01: Stay in your lane, right?
29:36
SPEAKER_01: And don't quit on yourself when it starts working.
29:40
SPEAKER_01: Don't quit.
29:41
SPEAKER_02: Yes, don't quit.
29:42
SPEAKER_02: I said, just do it.
29:43
SPEAKER_02: Just do it.
29:44
SPEAKER_02: Yes, just do it.
29:46
SPEAKER_01: And do it well.
29:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
29:47
SPEAKER_02: So tell us about your business, your company, Maximus.
29:51
SPEAKER_02: How can you help?
29:52
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
29:52
SPEAKER_01: So Mike Business is Maximus Financial Group, and I help entrepreneurs start funding and grow their business by using grant funding, which is money you never have to pay back, business funding, right?
30:02
SPEAKER_01: Uh, business funding is from your banks, credit cards, um, lines of credit, SBA loans, real estate, fix and flips, all the things.
30:10
SPEAKER_01: But as an entrepreneur, a lot of times we find ourselves with not so great credit because we're trying to make it on our own.
30:18
SPEAKER_01: And so you have over, you have gave your life to your business.
30:21
SPEAKER_01: You have used your credit, your friends, your mama, whoever is gonna close sign for your credit, and all of that.
30:26
SPEAKER_01: And so we make sure that you stay credit ready at all times.
30:29
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then we have a system.
30:31
SPEAKER_01: We are organizing you through AI technology.
30:33
SPEAKER_01: It's the fastest growing opportunity in the world right now, which is AI technology.
30:39
SPEAKER_01: And I'm not just talking about Chat GPT.
30:41
SPEAKER_01: But once we help you with your financing side of your business, your structure of your business, then we make sure that you have the system to run your business.
30:49
SPEAKER_01: You're automated, you're able to have uh the reach, you're connected, you have all the connectivity and everything that you need.
30:56
SPEAKER_01: Imagine having a system that could take away every password that you have, put it in one, and allow you to manage your business with the click of a button.
31:04
SPEAKER_01: That's the kind of business that's gonna make you wealthy.
31:06
SPEAKER_01: That's the kind of business that's gonna send you to that wealth strategist so that you can continue to grow.
31:11
SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't matter what business you're in.
31:13
SPEAKER_01: I don't specialize in helping one entrepreneur.
31:15
SPEAKER_01: I help any entrepreneur with their business because we make sure that you stay in your lane, we find your lane, we stay in your lane, we perfect your lane, and then we strategize your lane.
31:26
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
31:27
SPEAKER_02: Oh, absolutely.
31:27
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
31:28
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
31:28
SPEAKER_02: I tell you you you do it all, girl.
31:31
SPEAKER_02: I tell you, I mean, you know, it's it's it's just a blessing that we never know how we're gonna turn out to be, who we're gonna be.
31:39
SPEAKER_02: But by you being able to show what you've done that you didn't get stuck in that survival mode, but you got into that uh strategic mode.
31:46
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
31:47
SPEAKER_02: So what is your message to uh to people that actually are stuck in that survival mode to get into that strategic?
31:53
SPEAKER_02: What is it?
31:54
SPEAKER_02: Give give us uh if someone is listening, yeah, and feel stuck in the survival mode, what is your message to them?
32:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
32:00
SPEAKER_01: So the first thing I want to do because I don't want to forget.
32:03
SPEAKER_01: So I want you, I have a uh something, a free gift for you, and I want you to go to getgrantsdaily.com.
32:09
SPEAKER_01: So get grantsdaily.com.
32:12
SPEAKER_01: That's your first roadmap to get started.
32:14
SPEAKER_01: I got a free gift there for you.
32:16
SPEAKER_01: You'll see what it's all about.
32:17
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna you love hanging out with me.
32:19
SPEAKER_01: But my message is that you gotta believe you, we have all been through a life.
32:23
SPEAKER_01: And even if you're young and you're just getting started, we have only talked for a brief period of time.
32:29
SPEAKER_01: And I could not sum up my entire life on a show like this, right?
32:34
SPEAKER_01: But just know that if you've been through it, uh most likely have experienced that too.
32:39
SPEAKER_01: Like when I say that my life was full of trauma, and yours may have been or maybe too, but you've got to see, no matter how dark it is, we have to be able to see the other side.
32:50
SPEAKER_01: We have to be able to see the forest through the trees, my grandmother used to say.
32:55
SPEAKER_01: But whatever, and they always say, what's done in the dark comes to the light.
32:59
SPEAKER_01: I wanted you to know that after the darkness, there's gonna be always be light.
33:03
SPEAKER_01: After the darkness, there's always light.
33:06
SPEAKER_01: And we have to remember that if you can't make it, because sometimes life is so heavy, right?
33:12
SPEAKER_01: So heavy on you that you're just not sure if this is even for you anymore.
33:18
SPEAKER_01: I'm talking to anyone that has had these deep, dark thoughts, right?
33:22
SPEAKER_01: I've had these kinds of thoughts.
33:23
SPEAKER_01: I've never wanted to take it all the way, but I certainly have been so overwhelmed that I cry out to God, please help me.
33:29
SPEAKER_01: And if you are finding yourself in a dark place, the first thing that I really want you to remember is that if you can't get through today, take a deep breath and try to get through maybe the next hour.
33:42
SPEAKER_01: And sometimes you can't get through the next hour, but can you get through the next minute?
33:47
SPEAKER_01: And if that's too heavy for you, can you at least make it through the next breath?
33:53
SPEAKER_01: And if you can do that and keep that vision, even if you're crying through it, even if you feel like that's not for you, even if you've got it going on.
34:01
SPEAKER_01: Have we ever seen someone that has the world before them and they still would rather die?
34:07
SPEAKER_01: If you feel so pressured and so overwhelmed, your only thought is just to breathe.
34:13
SPEAKER_01: Take it through this moment because there's somebody here, even me, outside of me, right?
34:19
SPEAKER_01: There's someone here that has been through what you're going through, right?
34:22
SPEAKER_01: There's nothing new under the sun.
34:26
SPEAKER_01: I don't know scripture, but I do know that it's a fact that there ain't nothing that has happened to you that has never ever happened before.
34:34
SPEAKER_01: Nothing.
34:35
SPEAKER_01: Somebody has your solution, and so your only job right now, and use the power of AI because it's so easy and available and free.
34:45
SPEAKER_01: Use the power of AI to find your solution.
34:48
SPEAKER_01: Somebody out there is giving your solution away for free.
34:52
SPEAKER_01: And so all you gotta do is make it through the breath or as much as you can stand.
34:57
SPEAKER_01: And the last thing I'll say is keep that, have a vision, get a vision.
35:01
SPEAKER_01: I've worked with people who can't see nothing but pain.
35:04
SPEAKER_01: Like, I can't get through it, I can't see.
35:06
SPEAKER_01: Or they'd be like, I've done it all, I'm sick of doing it.
35:09
SPEAKER_01: That's it, I'm done.
35:10
SPEAKER_01: Get yourself a good vision, something that you know that God has for you, something that you dreamed about when you were a kid that you would love to do.
35:19
SPEAKER_01: If you can get just grasp on that vision, then it can happen for you because that's what's gonna keep pulling you out of those places and bringing you to where you really want to be, where you're supposed to be.
35:30
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
35:31
SPEAKER_02: I love it.
35:32
SPEAKER_02: I tell you, you have true to my own heart here.
35:34
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I couldn't have said it any better.
35:38
SPEAKER_02: So no, thank you so much.
35:39
SPEAKER_02: So, Inga, tell people how they can get in touch with you.
35:42
SPEAKER_01: Yep, and social media is at Inga Nicole, but go to that website, get grantsdaily.com.
35:49
SPEAKER_01: You everything that you need to know is there, and then I'm gonna communicate with you.
35:52
