- 0:00Welcome back to Everyday Ancestor, where we strip it down to what truly heals.
- 0:04Are you ready to get nuts?
- 0:06Because today's guest is Troy Casey, certified health nut,
- 0:11unapologetic truth teller.
- 0:14He's here to torch the lies of modern health and remind us what real vitality
- 0:19looks like wild, grounded, and radically sovereign.
- 0:23If you are ready to ditch the comfort culture and reconnect to primal power,
- 0:28this episode delivers. Let's get nuts. Here's Troy Casey.
- 0:33So you've been in this space going down this health journey for 20 years, right?
- 0:39I started studying natural medicine, nutrition, natural health,
- 0:45herbal medicine, fasting, 35 years ago.
- 0:48I was a Versace model.
- 0:50I was a Versace model sitting in Milan, Italy, just quit school to go into the
- 0:55fashion industry. I thought I could make a lot of money in there.
- 0:58And then I got out to Milan and people were like, honey, you're fat, right?
- 1:02And I was like, well, I wasn't fat yesterday.
- 1:04And then I realized I was bloating from the stuff that I ate and had digestive
- 1:09issues. Went down to the English bookstore,
- 1:13bought a book on nutrition.
- 1:15One on herbs, Jethro Claus.
- 1:18He's got a family heirloom from the 1840s back to Eden.
- 1:22It's called.
- 1:23And those books, those first books I read on nutrition changed my life.
- 1:28They opened up my eyes to what whole food, real food was all about.
- 1:34And I was living in Italy and they had farmer's markets.
- 1:37And I'd never been to a farmer's market before, you know, typical American.
- 1:42You know, this is late all through the 80s, 70s.
- 1:45I mean, Captain Crunch and Pop Tarts were like, you know,
- 1:50I mean, we didn't need all junk food, but definitely that was a steady part
- 1:54of my diet, right?
- 1:55And so I didn't wake up, you know, until I was 23.
- 1:59Started studying nutrition and 35 years later,
- 2:03this is the application of my study research and practice.
- 2:09And so with the last 20 years, I've been on social media.
- 2:13I was one of the first responders to YouTube, actually 19 years.
- 2:18So 2006, I started on YouTube.
- 2:20Wow.
- 2:20So what was the trajectory, like as you started to learn,
- 2:24what were some of the first things you started to change?
- 2:26Well, eating whole foods, number one.
- 2:28And I went vegan.
- 2:29One of the books I read was Fit for Life.
- 2:32Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.
- 2:34I was just listening to David Wolfe on Rick Rubin's podcast.
- 2:38And that was one of David Wolfe's first books.
- 2:42And David hung on to that diet paradigm for many years,
- 2:46whether it was his bread and butter or, you know,
- 2:50I think he got a lot of really good information on super foods
- 2:53and other herbs, but he, you know,
- 2:56I watched many people adhere to that diet and get very sick.
- 3:00Candida, all sorts of major issues.
- 3:03I had major issues, two years into it.
- 3:05Very cleansing for six months.
- 3:07And then long term, I had hormonal issues.
- 3:12I was anemic, skinny fat, adrenal burn,
- 3:15dark circles underneath my eyes,
- 3:17and still dealing with indigestion,
- 3:19obviously eating soy and things like that.
- 3:22So it broadened my perspective on whole foods,
- 3:27eating more fruits and vegetables.
- 3:29However, one of the biggest pieces for my digestion was gluten.
- 3:34And I figured that out in the mid-2000s.
- 3:39And so end of the 2000s, more like 2009, 2010.
- 3:44And I got amazing results just from going gluten free.
- 3:48And so I now avoid that like the plague.
- 3:50And so there was the application of nutrition first off,
- 3:54got results, then the vegan kind of created imbalances.
- 3:57Then I had a lot of success as a Versace model.
- 4:01I worked with the original supermodels, Naomi Campbell,
- 4:04Chrissy Trillington.
- 4:06And so I had a lot of success.
- 4:08And so I traveled and lived a rock star life.
- 4:11And there was drugs and alcohol everywhere.
- 4:14So I got very involved with partying drugs and alcohol
- 4:19until that got out of control.
- 4:21And I sobered up and it took me many years.
- 4:24And then I found vipositive meditation in 1999.
- 4:28And vipositive meditation changed my life dramatically.
- 4:31That was one of my major wake-ups.
- 4:33And then I started working with Maori healers
- 4:35from New Zealand, Indigenous healers from New Zealand.
- 4:38And then I drank Ayahuasca with the Shippepo Indians
- 4:41in 2006 in the Amazon.
- 4:43And those were three of my really big wake-up calls,
- 4:48big transitions in my life.
- 4:50Wow.
- 4:50I mean, really a head of the curve, too.
- 4:52I mean, some of these things are really just coming
- 4:54into play now, particularly plant medicine,
- 4:57being more and more kind of popular.
- 4:59But 2006, that's very early on.
- 5:02I mean, did you ever read Cosmic Serpent?
- 5:04Yes, I did.
- 5:05Jeremy Narby.
- 5:06In fact, I studied many of the ethno-botnists
- 5:10and the people had gone to the Amazon rainforest.
- 5:14At the same time, I was down there doing research.
- 5:16I was working with an herbal company.
- 5:18And the herbs changed my life.
- 5:21And so I went down there and met our vendors.
- 5:25We had a facility down there for camel camel.
- 5:28We dehydrated the camel camel berry down there.
- 5:30It's the highest concentrated source of vitamin C.
- 5:32We had about the top 40 shamanics, a plant called Iparuru.
- 5:37Iparuru is good for lactic and uric acid.
- 5:41So it's excellent for recovery.
- 5:42And met the Indian spar-up river that harvested it for us.
- 5:46And I was enamored with the power of the plants
- 5:50and the results that I got from them.
- 5:52And so, and then after drinking the ayahuasca,
- 5:55I was leaving the rainforest.
- 5:56And there was a mountain of sawdust.
- 5:58And there were two by fours on barges
- 6:00going up to Home Depot.
- 6:02And I just realized I had all that plant medicine in me.
- 6:05And you've got this power, the feeling of the Amazon.
- 6:08You're not the top of the food chain, right?
- 6:10And so I was down there just saturated in oxygen
- 6:14and seeing this mountain of sawdust
- 6:16and realizing, hey, man, I have a responsibility
- 6:19as a human being, as a man on this planet.
- 6:22We hear the destruction of the ecosystem.
- 6:25And so I came out of the jungle
- 6:26vowing to make a difference in this world.
- 6:28And that's been unfolding for the last 20 years.
- 6:32Did you have kids?
- 6:33Or when did you have kids at that point?
- 6:35And was that part of that kind of change
- 6:38and help instilling change in others?
- 6:40Yeah, great question.
- 6:41Because when I went to the Amazon,
- 6:46growing up in the States or just being in the States,
- 6:48we've got all these milk carton children.
- 6:50So people are very protective of their children, right?
- 6:53Here, I didn't have cousins and nieces and nephews.
- 6:58I didn't have a big family.
- 6:59So I was never around children.
- 7:01I went down to the Amazon
- 7:03and there's children everywhere.
- 7:05And the city centers, the Indians
- 7:08would be selling their textiles
- 7:10and their children would be running around
- 7:13and they'd got these big eyeballs
- 7:14and they're looking up at you.
- 7:16And I'm like, wow, this is so precious.
- 7:19And they're so innocent and pure.
- 7:24And so I was amazed, right?
- 7:27Then and there.
- 7:28That was when I was in Iquitos.
- 7:30And then when I went out to the jungle,
- 7:32of course, there was more children there.
- 7:34And I had never had this experience.
- 7:36I was buying the young boys.
- 7:38A lot of them, I could pay 50 cents
- 7:40and get a plate of food for them.
- 7:42And some of the boys they wanted sneakers.
- 7:44And I was like, yeah, let me buy kid sneakers.
- 7:47Let me tell you, handing out charity.
- 7:48Man, that will empty your pockets quick.
- 7:52And so the boys I would buy them food
- 7:56and then I'd be eating at the cafes
- 7:59and the little girls would come up to me.
- 8:01And I had never seen a little girl so precious.
- 8:04You know, three years old, four years old.
- 8:06And I have a picture of photograph.
- 8:08I can send it to you.
- 8:09You can put it in the interstitials.
- 8:14I just fell in love with the children and the innocence.
- 8:17And they say you're never ready to have children.
- 8:21Well, when I came home from the jungle, I was ready.
- 8:24And I was in interrelationship
- 8:26and a lot of the women in Los Angeles
- 8:28where I was living, they're very career focused.
- 8:31And they were like, yeah, I'm not interested
- 8:36in getting married or having children.
- 8:39And I found one girl that I was friends with
- 8:41and she was interested in that.
- 8:43And so within a year, within six months
- 8:46of coming home from the rainforest, we had conceived.
- 8:50And my son was born the year after.
- 8:53And so, and I brought my children back.
- 8:56And yeah, the rainforest lives inside
- 9:00of my children and my family.
- 9:02The whole energy of my experience down there.
- 9:04What was it like though?
- 9:06Because it's one thing when you're incorporating these concepts
- 9:10and these principles, they're in a completely different
- 9:13environment than America and our normal modern society.
- 9:18Was it challenging coming back
- 9:20and being facing the difference and the contrast?
- 9:25Well, I mean, look, there's always enchantment
- 9:29and far away lands, right?
- 9:30And so, and I'm born in from the United States.
- 9:35There's things that I really love here.
- 9:38You can get enchanted with Latin America
- 9:40and the sensuality of the people, especially the women.
- 9:45However, I love the homeland here that I was born in.
- 9:49I love it here.
- 9:50And so, we bought land in Ecuador at one point.
- 9:56We were going to move down there.
- 10:00However, you know, I realized that what we have here
- 10:05is very unique and very advanced in the culture.
- 10:10You know, I think it's everything your podcast is about.
- 10:13What can we take from the primal ancestral ways
- 10:16and what can we take from the advancements
- 10:19and then live in harmonic balance with the two?
- 10:23Coming out of the jungle,
- 10:24I realized that oil exploration
- 10:26is the number one deforestation component.
- 10:28And oil, if you look at the war, the war in Iraq,
- 10:32and I had quite a few visions when I was down there,
- 10:35flying on Ayahuasca, coming home in my, in my hut,
- 10:39sleeping, hearing all the noises outside
- 10:42and hearing this plain fly from Brazil
- 10:44because we were deep inside the jungle,
- 10:46backing up into Colombia, up the river from Iquitos in Peru.
- 10:52It was a dead end into just uncharted territories.
- 10:56I could hear this really faint airplane,
- 11:00maybe 40,000 feet, because most commercial airline,
- 11:02there's fly at like, you know, 35 really high up there.
- 11:06It's, you know, 40.
- 11:08I could hear it way up there.
- 11:09And then I started thinking this was 2006
- 11:12and we had just started the war in Iraq in 2003.
- 11:16And I did some, we were doing comedy shows
- 11:21at Second City in Los Angeles.
- 11:23And we talked about the propaganda that was happening
- 11:27with the UN resolutions to go to war with Iraq.
- 11:30So it was fresh in my mind and I'm thinking,
- 11:33I'm going up there, I'm going, wow,
- 11:35you know, we have people on this planet like,
- 11:38could you imagine if bomb doors started opening up on this plane
- 11:43and just, because you're raw on Ayahuasca
- 11:47in the middle of the jungle, vulnerable.
- 11:50And I just started imagining that and I was like,
- 11:53oh my God, we're doing that to other brothers and sisters
- 11:56on this planet.
- 11:57And what are we doing it for?
- 11:59Oh, bulls**t with the Saddam Hussein and the chemical weapons
- 12:03that we gave to him, right?
- 12:05Donald Rumsfeld gave to him.
- 12:07And I was like, oh, bulls**t, right?
- 12:08This is about oil.
- 12:10This is flat out about oil.
- 12:12And I read the book Confessions of an Economic Hitman
- 12:14by John Perkins and I realized the way of the world
- 12:18was for the World Bank to lend money
- 12:20to these third world countries to build infrastructure
- 12:24using those, the loans from the World Bank
- 12:28goes to Bechtal at Halliburton.
- 12:30These private firms to come in there and build dams,
- 12:35waterways, roadways, grid systems.
- 12:38And then once the grid was set up,
- 12:40they'd go in and extract the natural resources.
- 12:42Well, first of all, they'd say, hey, we gave you this money.
- 12:45Now pay it back.
- 12:46Oh, you can't pay it back.
- 12:48We understand.
- 12:49Then give it to us, give us your natural resources
- 12:53and pull it out with a slave wage from your people.
- 12:57Oh, you don't want to play that game?
- 12:58Okay, well, here's Chile.
- 13:00Here's Venezuela.
- 13:01Here's Ecuador.
- 13:03Here's Panama.
- 13:04Remember what happened with Noriega?
- 13:06He was the drug kingpin who used to run stuff for us
- 13:09after he didn't want to play games with us anymore.
- 13:12We just overthrew him.
- 13:13This is exemplified in geopolitics
- 13:16where we just take what we want,
- 13:18either through banking and economic hitman
- 13:20or if the coup d'etats don't work like in Rwanda,
- 13:24then we send in the American military,
- 13:26Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Iraq,
- 13:30and then we go after the natural resources,
- 13:33whether it's oil, which is the majority of it,
- 13:37but now also tungsten, cobalt,
- 13:40all the lithium batteries.
- 13:42This is being extracted at a slave wage.
- 13:44So I'm understanding the way of the world
- 13:46and I'm realizing that I have a responsibility
- 13:50and I have a participation in this.
- 13:52So my eyes were open to that.
- 13:55I was sober at the time.
- 13:56I was doing a lot of meditation.
- 14:00And then I had started a family.
- 14:02And so this is, you know, 20 years later,
- 14:04I'm still on the same track.
- 14:06The visions that I had down there,
- 14:07I'm still on the track to get the world healthy,
- 14:11to usher in clean air, water, soil,
- 14:15and equitable systems for all mankind.
- 14:17The biggest thing I'm doing is raising human consciousness.
- 14:20I'm entertaining the people no different
- 14:22than the Kardashians are no different
- 14:23from your favorite influencer online.
- 14:25I'm here to get attention and I'm doing a pretty good job.
- 14:28But I'm not subsidized by pharmaceutical companies,
- 14:31which is also intertwined with the commercial
- 14:34aggregate business companies,
- 14:36and pesticides, and herbicides, and monsanto,
- 14:38and all of this stuff.
- 14:39It's all intertwined with complete f***ery, right?
- 14:42This is the world that we live in
- 14:44and trying to unwind that in a world
- 14:48where everyone's doped up on scientism, right?
- 14:50It's not science, it's faux science.
- 14:54Scientists, there's the prostitutes of the modern era today
- 14:58as my mentor Paul Czech likes to say,
- 15:00whoever can pay can play, right?
- 15:02Same thing with the media.
- 15:03The news programs are not news,
- 15:06nor east, west, south,
- 15:08that's what the news means, we're porting on it.
- 15:11No, this is all conjecture and propaganda
- 15:14and scientific studies are researched by us.
- 15:18And so anyways, I'm going deep down the rabbit hole
- 15:21on the side, but I mean, this is how I got awakened.
- 15:25I can see clearly what's happening.
- 15:27How do you unravel it though?
- 15:29I mean, I think that's what most people
- 15:30are having trouble dissecting is like,
- 15:32who do I listen to?
- 15:33What is the right path?
- 15:37What's the wrong path?
- 15:38Is it more of just like, you got to try it
- 15:40and see if it works for you
- 15:41and if it doesn't then pivot or how do you filter out the noise?
- 15:47And how do you assess this is legit and this is pseudo?
- 15:52I call that the path of the heart, right?
- 15:55The heart always knows.
- 15:57The question is, are we listening?
- 15:59Said another way, the pain teacher is always guiding us.
- 16:03The question is, are we listening?
- 16:05So we've got 75% of the American people
- 16:07that are obese or overweight.
- 16:09That was 62% when I started certified health not
- 16:14less than two decades ago.
- 16:15So that's exponential growth
- 16:17in a very short amount of time, 62% to 75%.
- 16:20And then 75% is close to 100%.
- 16:24I'm part of 100% and so are my children.
- 16:27So if I don't do something now, who's going to do it?
- 16:30Who am I going to wait for?
- 16:32Another man, another politician?
- 16:35I like the ideas of some politicians,
- 16:37but I'm not waiting for another man
- 16:39to make a difference, especially in the history of politics,
- 16:43which is basically just taking money, right?
- 16:45Especially what American politics has turned into.
- 16:48The path of the heart is, well, truly what do you want?
- 16:51Do you want to see a healthy future
- 16:53for your grandchildren's grandchildren?
- 16:55The next seven generations as the American Indians
- 16:59would talk about, we have a certain responsibility
- 17:03for those seven generations.
- 17:05I've simplified this and I put this in my book,
- 17:08ripped at 50, a journey to self love.
- 17:10And this isn't about my physique,
- 17:12even though I've been able to achieve my dream physique
- 17:18at the age of 50.
- 17:20It's about how to balance the human being.
- 17:22That's why I'm on top of the Swiss ball
- 17:24in the middle of the desert.
- 17:25It's about balance and harmony and harmony with nature.
- 17:29If I can do it, then other people can do it as well.
- 17:31And so 75% of the American people are obese or overweight.
- 17:34One in two will get cancer.
- 17:35Prostate cancer with men over 60 is a super high percentage.
- 17:40And so what is the solution?
- 17:42Become healthy in as many facets as you possibly can,
- 17:46mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually,
- 17:48vote with your dollars on your own bloodstream.
- 17:51We've seen the circus come to town every four years
- 17:54with the presidential elections.
- 17:56And so, how about voting for yourself, right?
- 18:02And voting with your dollars,
- 18:04this is really the only thing that people pay attention to
- 18:08is the economics.
- 18:09And so what's more important than supporting local farmers
- 18:14are people that have dedicated their lives
- 18:16to good soil and good animal husbandry
- 18:19and good nutritious food.
- 18:21What's more important than that?
- 18:23I'm here to tell you there is nothing
- 18:25because when you lose your health,
- 18:26you will spend all your money trying to regain it.
- 18:29You've been challenging the mainstream health though
- 18:31for years.
- 18:32You've been doing this work and yet the obesity rate
- 18:36percentage is increasing.
- 18:38So what beliefs or habits do you think are making people
- 18:41sicker, softer, or more spiritually lost?
- 18:45I do believe the biggest critical component
- 18:47is psychological warfare, propaganda.
- 18:50And if you've read the dystopian novels
- 18:53from the 20th century, 1984, Brave New World,
- 18:59these things were exemplified in those
- 19:02and I think we're living through them right now.
- 19:05And so, psychological warfare programs us
- 19:08to think that, oh, organic food doesn't make a difference.
- 19:12Oh, it's all the same, right?
- 19:13Well, how is that?
- 19:14How do my clients go to Italy and eat pizza, ice cream,
- 19:19and pasta, and lose weight, right?
- 19:22Obviously, there's something different in the food,
- 19:24whether that's billions of pounds of glyphosate
- 19:29or billions of gallons of glyphosate sprayed
- 19:31on our crops and our soil.
- 19:34Glyphosate is it's ubiquitous and it's pervasive.
- 19:39You can't just wash it off and this affects the gut microbiome.
- 19:42So I'll scientifically validate it
- 19:44that the human being doesn't have a shakemic pathway
- 19:46but pests do, right?
- 19:49So we can just use glyphosate.
- 19:51Well, that's how it was put on the market.
- 19:52But come to find out there's microbes
- 19:54inside your gut microbiome, right?
- 19:57And they have a shakemic pathway.
- 19:59So if you're killing off the good bacteria inside the gut,
- 20:02lo and behold, you have gut issues across the board.
- 20:05You know, the internet's full of people
- 20:07that have gut issues and trying to solve that problem.
- 20:10The gut is the environment inside of the human being, right?
- 20:15We carry our soil on the inside
- 20:17because we are in symbiotic relationship with the earth,
- 20:20with the microbes, the fungus, the parasites, the bacteria.
- 20:26And so there is no separation.
- 20:28And so we are the environment.
- 20:30So if we've trashed the environment
- 20:32with, you know, bomb making materials and pyrochema
- 20:38and dresden and then we take those materials
- 20:41and then we put them into the soil, like NPK,
- 20:45which was the bomb making materials in World War II.
- 20:47We put that in the soil, it's called NPK.
- 20:50Many people remember the Oklahoma City bombing.
- 20:53Well, what was in the trucks?
- 20:55It was fertilizer.
- 20:56We've been putting bomb making materials into the soil
- 21:00since World War II.
- 21:01And then Monsanto created Agent Orange and Napalm
- 21:03to burn down the jungles of Vietnam.
- 21:05So war profiteers, again, what do you do after the war is over?
- 21:10Well, they just rolled that into making herbicides
- 21:13and herbicide resistant GMO seeds.
- 21:15The corporations and the heads of state
- 21:18is a revolving door, watch the movie, the corporation.
- 21:21And we all know this.
- 21:23But because of the psychological warfare,
- 21:25we abdicate our responsibility
- 21:27and we're just being, oh, the government will take care of that.
- 21:29The government will help us.
- 21:30The government's here to help.
- 21:31Help us, we all just went through COVID.
- 21:34Oh, fuck it.
- 21:35When's the last time you've been to the TSA?
- 21:37I stopped dealing with the TSA
- 21:39because that is the totalitarian tiptoe.
- 21:42They're just lining you up to get into the Auschwitz hole, right?
- 21:46And so this is bullsh** and 9-11.
- 21:50I mean, that's what the whole premise is set up on.
- 21:53And then one only needs to talk to a unchained model
- 21:57of chat GPT open AI to understand the history of false flags.
- 22:02World War II, Pearl Harbor, false flag.
- 22:04Gulf of Tonkin, Jim Morrison's father,
- 22:07the commander in the Gulf of Tonkin
- 22:10that started the Vietnam War, false flag.
- 22:12Then they televised that war into everybody's home
- 22:18in the 60s and the 70s, right?
- 22:21This traumatized us.
- 22:23The war's still going on.
- 22:24And the war started after they instituted the Federal Reserve.
- 22:30So it's all intertwined, right?
- 22:32And this is psychological warfare
- 22:33that keeps everything complacent.
- 22:35And it's time, this is a clarion call
- 22:38to all the men out there, like cut the sh**.
- 22:41Like take the blinders off, right?
- 22:43This is the world that we live in.
- 22:44And as Americans, it's up to us.
- 22:47We have some of the only last messages of freedom
- 22:50on the planet.
- 22:51We have our God-given rights written on a piece of paper.
- 22:55The First Amendment is protected by the Second Amendment.
- 22:57So it's up to us.
- 22:59If you see what's happening in the UK,
- 23:00you see what's happening in Australia?
- 23:03You see what's happening in Canada?
- 23:05It's up to us to keep moving forward
- 23:08and advocate for a better world and cut the bull**.
- 23:11Stop poisoning the children.
- 23:13Stop diddling the children.
- 23:14How about that?
- 23:15That bull*****, right?
- 23:17On my watch, it stops.
- 23:19To your point, a lot of what's happening
- 23:22is it's just trauma is playing out, right?
- 23:24How do we get connected back to this humanity?
- 23:27Do you think that it sounds like for you meditation
- 23:32was a huge early on piece for you
- 23:35in connecting you to your humanness?
- 23:39Do you credit that or is it breathwork, grounding?
- 23:41Like what do you think would be a good first step
- 23:44for the person that is?
- 23:45Like I hear Troy, he's right, there's trauma,
- 23:49there's disconnect, how do I,
- 23:51what's a first step that person should take?
- 23:53Here it is, brother.
- 23:55Look in the mother***** mirror.
- 23:58You like what you see?
- 23:59You like who you are?
- 24:01Is that the example you want to raise for your children?
- 24:04The answer's right there.
- 24:05You all know in our heart, like we're not,
- 24:08I tell you this is the path of the heart.
- 24:09So meditation guided me back to the heart.
- 24:12Ayahuasca guided me back to the heart.
- 24:14It opened up the heart.
- 24:15We all have a heart and soul.
- 24:17The question is, is are we in touch with it?
- 24:21The pain teacher is always guiding us.
- 24:22The question is, are we listening?
- 24:24So the pain can get louder
- 24:26or you can simply look in the mirror,
- 24:29look in the toilet bowl.
- 24:30Do you like what you see?
- 24:32If not, do you like the life that you've led?
- 24:36It's been said that our thoughts
- 24:39is what create reality.
- 24:41And most of our thoughts are subconscious.
- 24:44So if you don't know what your subconscious thoughts are,
- 24:46just look at the life that you've created.
- 24:49And you either like it, love it, don't like it,
- 24:52wanna change?
- 24:53And then this is the age of digital communications.
- 24:57We can all see online as AI and fake boobs
- 25:03and Kardashian, fake lips and makeup
- 25:06and all this steroids and TRT and peptides
- 25:10and all this phoniness and artificial comes to the hype.
- 25:16Authenticity is going to become
- 25:19the biggest commodity out there.
- 25:21Find that online, people that are speaking truth.
- 25:25The truth has a ring to it.
- 25:27You can understand, again, back to the path of the heart,
- 25:30where does this touch me in?
- 25:33And so because there's so many talking heads
- 25:35on the internet and you said something like,
- 25:41not that I'm against the medical industry
- 25:43or what I don't like to be against anything.
- 25:45I'm for health, real health.
- 25:46And I got point of contention of the pseudo health people too.
- 25:50All these biohackers that are just on the back end
- 25:52selling you TRT, which when I was growing up,
- 25:55that was called steroids or testosterone, right?
- 25:58Now, because it's a fucking microdose,
- 25:59we're gonna act like it's not what it is, right?
- 26:02And then peptides are innocuous,
- 26:04but ozemic is just chowing people's organs
- 26:08and their bone marrow now, right?
- 26:10And so, and we're just acting like,
- 26:12oh, these things are just amino acids or whatever.
- 26:16Well, they're injections from China.
- 26:18What else is in there?
- 26:19What else do they put in the vats?
- 26:21And you wanna outsource your manhood,
- 26:24your hormonal signaling to China?
- 26:29And they can just yank the supply chain?
- 26:33Well, I don't think that's a good idea.
- 26:35And I've got plenty of clients that want to have children,
- 26:40they're losing their hair on steroids to get off
- 26:42of those things once you subjugate your own endocrine system
- 26:48exogenously, it's hard to recover that.
- 26:52You need three to six months, and dad, right?
- 26:54Like you got the flu to recover your energy
- 26:57and stuff like that.
- 26:58So these may not be the best ideas.
- 26:59And the reason I say this is not to fault the end user.
- 27:03That's like faulting, you know, people are on heroin.
- 27:05We all need support, but the people that are peddling this
- 27:08as the solution, these are no different
- 27:11from any kind of drug dealer, right?
- 27:12Drugs work, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, these things work.
- 27:16They have an effect, not that they don't.
- 27:19Peptides work, right?
- 27:21But what are the side effects?
- 27:23And living with synthetics is not going to create balance.
- 27:27And so again, I'm not here to guilt and fault the end user.
- 27:30I'm here to tell people, and especially the young people
- 27:32before they start using this, that there is a better way.
- 27:36To boost your testosterone, you're going to need the sleep.
- 27:39You're going to need the sunlight.
- 27:41You're going to need the grounding.
- 27:43You're going to need organic nutrition,
- 27:45farmer direct, grass-fed remnants, and fat.
- 27:48Fat builds your cholesterol.
- 27:50Cholesterol is where you get your hormones manufactured from.
- 27:54And so it's getting back to nature
- 27:56and all of these facets and the heart knows this.
- 28:00And now because the internet is so fake,
- 28:03it's easy to spot something that's authentic.
- 28:06I'm 60 this year, and the older I get,
- 28:08the better it works for my marketing and branding.
- 28:11Because I'm not here to bullshit anyone.
- 28:12I'm here to guide them back to the truth,
- 28:15back to their heart and soul.
- 28:17And again, the truth has a ring to it,
- 28:20and one only needs to look in the mirror.
- 28:22Amen.
- 28:23And I love, because I've talked about that before of like,
- 28:26you know, when you're trying to figure out who to listen to,
- 28:30look at the person and are they living what they're saying.
- 28:34You know, so someone could look at you and say,
- 28:37well, you said you're 60 or how old?
- 28:41I'll be 60 in December.
- 28:43Yeah, you look fantastic.
- 28:45A lot of people are sometimes out of congruence
- 28:47with what they're saying.
- 28:49They don't look, they don't fit the part.
- 28:52Do you think that that matters?
- 28:54Or are you more of the, just listen and follow your heart?
- 28:57If it speaks to your heart, just follow it.
- 28:59What they don't tell you is a lot of that's drugs.
- 29:02That's peptides, that's steroids.
- 29:04And to think that TRT is not drugs or steroids,
- 29:08that is erroneous thinking.
- 29:10These are synthetic drugs.
- 29:12And so you want to go to the drug manufacturing website
- 29:15to look at the side effects from these drugs.
- 29:18They're not innocuous as they're being sold in my day and age.
- 29:21When I was younger in the 70s and the 80s,
- 29:24these steroids were illegal, right?
- 29:27And still to this day, tested.
- 29:29But now, somehow they're socially acceptable
- 29:33or you can get them from a doctor or a naturopathic doctor
- 29:36and somehow they're socially accessible.
- 29:38Brian Johnson is another one of these characters.
- 29:40And then you want to look at what they are.
- 29:42And again, when you see Gary Breckon television,
- 29:45he's the 10X stages, he's not telling you,
- 29:50I'm going to sell you $10,000 of steroids and peptides.
- 29:54That's the back end through the psychological used car salesman
- 29:59marketing of Grant Cardone, the psychological warfare
- 30:02that I'm talking about.
- 30:03This is part and parcel of the same thing.
- 30:05And so when people see me and then they see someone like that,
- 30:09they will go towards the marketing
- 30:11because they're damn boozled from that.
- 30:13I'm here only to shine light on the sunlight,
- 30:17to the grounding, to the high quality water,
- 30:20high quality nutrition.
- 30:21I'm in business, of course I'm in business.
- 30:24And so I work with organic superfoods and herbs,
- 30:26something I've been utilizing for the past 35 years.
- 30:29Irbomethousine has been around for millennia.
- 30:33And so everything that I have is organic and natural
- 30:36and biodynamic at the highest level.
- 30:38What I see on the internet right now is gadgets, gimmicks,
- 30:45and drugs.
- 30:46And that's all on the back end,
- 30:48you're not going to get to that until you see
- 30:50their medical professionals, right?
- 30:53Whether it's super duper, superhuman, 100X,
- 30:58whatever these little marketing schemes are,
- 31:01because I have people that have gone through
- 31:04these programs, they get the genetic test
- 31:07or they get the blood test.
- 31:10And then on the back end,
- 31:11they're selling them $100,000 in red light therapy,
- 31:15oxygen therapy, peptides and steroids, right?
- 31:19And they don't tell you that on the front end.
- 31:22Until my friends buy that,
- 31:24they go onto the 100X program or whatever it is
- 31:27and they get a month's worth of peptides,
- 31:31but they get a week's worth of syringes
- 31:33and they inject it and end it up in the emergency room, right?
- 31:36Nobody talks about that, right?
- 31:39I've heard that on numerous occasions.
- 31:41And so just buyer beware.
- 31:44And nature, my biggest philosophy is nature,
- 31:48nature solves all of our problems.
- 31:50Get back to nature in as many facets as possible.
- 31:54I love it.
- 31:55I mean, I'm pushing organ meats but not in the capsule.
- 31:58I'm all about like eat them.
- 31:59And so I just try to make it as easy as possible
- 32:02for them to get in their diet through eating them.
- 32:05And it's always fascinating to me
- 32:07because some of the most pushback I get is like,
- 32:11what does it work?
- 32:12Do you know, am I getting enough?
- 32:14I'm like, wait, when did we start questioning
- 32:17whether nature works?
- 32:18Like this is how mother nature intended you
- 32:21to get these nutrients.
- 32:23Wait, you're telling me that something else is like
- 32:25something laboratory made is gonna be able to do that.
- 32:28And I think over time, we've seen like when they try
- 32:30to create the orange in a laboratory, they always mess up.
- 32:34They miss something.
- 32:35But yet mother nature got it right.
- 32:37Yeah, it takes the human genome 100,000 years
- 32:41to change the human genome one tenth of one percent.
- 32:45Meaning we are all basic hunter gatherers.
- 32:48What were we hunting?
- 32:50Grass fed remnants, whatever basically moved
- 32:52had protein in it.
- 32:53And the warriors would eat the organs first
- 32:57because they didn't have a lot of time to sit
- 33:00and digest food and stuff.
- 33:01They wanted the energy first and foremost.
- 33:03So the testicles, the liver, the heart, et cetera.
- 33:06And then what were we gathering?
- 33:08The women and children were back around the campfire,
- 33:12the camp and they were gathering roots, barks, berries,
- 33:16greens, whatever was vegetation that was edible.
- 33:21And then they would sprout it or boil it
- 33:25or make it bioavailable and drink it in a tea
- 33:28or some type of poultice.
- 33:31I've got a whole book of plants
- 33:34and ways to heal the human body with touch,
- 33:38touch point therapy.
- 33:39My daughter got bitten by a scorpion a few weeks ago
- 33:43and I put on, I think it was a Western mugwort.
- 33:48I put it on topically.
- 33:50It was a tincture and then she swallowed it.
- 33:52She slept for the whole day and no pain was gone.
- 33:56Those kind of medicinal pieces that are just growing out
- 33:59in nature that people think are weeds,
- 34:02we're completely losing some of not only the practice
- 34:07of how to apply them,
- 34:09but also just the knowledge of what they are good for,
- 34:12what they can be used for.
- 34:14You mentioned that book,
- 34:15but is there like a good resource for people to look into
- 34:18that can kind of learn and kind of,
- 34:24I don't know, just grow their knowledge around
- 34:27how they can utilize these herbs in their day to day.
- 34:31Yeah, so the book I had mentioned before,
- 34:33Jethro Claus back to Eden.
- 34:35That's a great book with American herbs in it.
- 34:38Then you've got, you mentioned Jeremy Narby.
- 34:42I don't know if he's got a lot of herbal knowledge in there.
- 34:45It's more on the psychedelic plant,
- 34:47bruise of ayahuasca, et cetera.
- 34:50But if you want to understand plant folklore
- 34:53and the history of plants, Jeremy Narby's,
- 34:56the cosmic serpent has application,
- 34:59then you've got go look on Amazon or revismountain.org
- 35:04revismountain.com REVIS, that's Peter Bigfoot
- 35:09and his book on healing herbs is excellent.
- 35:14He also teaches here in Phoenix.
- 35:15He's about 85 years old.
- 35:17And he walked across the desert about 40 years ago
- 35:23and survived, took him about 15 days
- 35:25to walk from the 17th interstate
- 35:28to the superstition mountains.
- 35:30And so, and he almost died, right?
- 35:32At the peak of summer, 115 degrees.
- 35:35And so, and the plant spirits, they spoke to him
- 35:40and he survived.
- 35:42And that was 40 years ago.
- 35:44He's been living in the superstition mountains ever since.
- 35:48And he's got remedies for snake bites.
- 35:51Peter Bigfoot, find his book.
- 35:53You might be able to find it on Amazon,
- 35:55but revismountain for sure.
- 35:56Earthmother medicinal, my friend,
- 35:59Iridology with Haley.
- 36:01It's like iridology.with.haley on Instagram.
- 36:06She does iris readings and can read how your organs
- 36:12and your blood is flowing just through your iris readings.
- 36:15It's a very sacred practice.
- 36:18If you've ever looked at someone's iris,
- 36:20it's extremely powerful.
- 36:22And so, she's got amazing herbal formulas
- 36:25to detoxify the liver, the lungs, lots of red clover,
- 36:30mullin' and so she's got great herbal formulas
- 36:35and she may have a book and she may have a class.
- 36:38You know, look in your local area, chat GPT or Google
- 36:41and find local herbalist because this is an art
- 36:45that we don't want to let go of whatsoever.
- 36:48The lightofnature.com,
- 36:50that's one of my students, Patrick has his own herbal company.
- 36:53He's out in Philadelphia and he studied with his mentor
- 36:57who's an amazing herbalist and teacher.
- 37:00Wherever you can find an herbalist,
- 37:02and if you have interest, I highly recommend.
- 37:06You go down that road because what you'll find
- 37:09is these herbs naturally build the blood.
- 37:12They help flush bile secretion through the liver.
- 37:15They break up excess calculi formations,
- 37:17ballstones, kidney stones, et cetera.
- 37:20They really work magic on the internal systems
- 37:23and as Hoppaciti said, let thy food be thy medicine
- 37:27and thy medicine be thy food.
- 37:28He was a third century BC philosopher.
- 37:31So this is back when natural food was available.
- 37:34This is before processed foods.
- 37:35Again, what were we eating?
- 37:37Roots, barks, berries.
- 37:39These were normally part of our nutrition flowers, right?
- 37:43Safron, you want to lift the mood.
- 37:45My friend Drew Canoli has an herbal company called Organify
- 37:48and he puts a lot of these plant materials in dummies
- 37:53in chicken broth gummies.
- 37:56And so his happy drops have Safron and passion flower.
- 38:01And if you look at the doctrine of signatures
- 38:03of a passion flower, it looks like a majestic sacred geometry.
- 38:08Have you ever seen a passion flower?
- 38:10It's got like this lotus that comes out of it.
- 38:12It's so trippy and it's just like, it's like magical.
- 38:16I mean, flowers are just beautiful.
- 38:17Just imagine the imprint of unique terpenes,
- 38:22alkaloids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes
- 38:25in a wildly grown flower with its own medicine in it.
- 38:31And so again, back to food is medicine,
- 38:33but we've gotten so far away from herbs.
- 38:36We're eating domesticated apple orange banana
- 38:39and the apple and the orange,
- 38:41the book came from the Amazon, right?
- 38:43They've been hybridded and apples used to be like crab apples, right?
- 38:46So we got cucumber lettuce, tomato,
- 38:51you know, about 15 domesticated vegetables,
- 38:54but we used to eat wild stuff.
- 38:57And you don't need that much vegetation.
- 38:59People talk about lectins and oxalates
- 39:01and phytic acids.
- 39:02True, these are plant enzyme protectors.
- 39:05However, we used to prepare them in a way
- 39:08that they were bioavailable,
- 39:10whether that's teas or tinctures or poultices.
- 39:13And some things were edible.
- 39:15And so my business partner, David Sandeball,
- 39:19wrote a fantastic book called The Green Foods Bible.
- 39:23And so he was given the legacy of Ann Wigmore,
- 39:29the mother of wheatgrass.
- 39:30She gave him heirloom seeds of wheatgrass
- 39:35from the Egyptian tombs called Kamut.
- 39:38And he's been growing them on volcanic ash beds
- 39:41in Utah, far away from city centers for over 30 years.
- 39:45And so there are good solutions out there.
- 39:51And I highly recommend that book as well.
- 39:52That book changed my life.
- 39:54And I've been working with him for the past 12 years.
- 39:57The Green Foods Bible by David Sandeball.
- 39:59Excellent book.
- 40:00Your brand is certified health nut, right?
- 40:02So clearly using that language,
- 40:04you recognize that people, you know,
- 40:06even some that might be listening to our talk right now
- 40:09are listening, going, do this guys.
- 40:11Kuku, like this stuff is out there, right?
- 40:13So and clearly you're kind of like built your mat,
- 40:16you're claiming that and saying, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 40:18But let's get to the needy gritty.
- 40:21So I just took enlightened people
- 40:23that may be thinking like that.
- 40:25You work with people, you work with clients.
- 40:28What is it like to work with you?
- 40:30Like enlighten them on like, look,
- 40:31yeah, you're hearing the persona,
- 40:33but this is what it's like when we get to work.
- 40:36Here's the problem again with the psychological warfare.
- 40:40So people think they know it all
- 40:41because they watch a reel or they see a Huberman podcast.
- 40:44Oh my god, the amount of mental masturbation
- 40:47with Huberman or a Tia or any of these guys.
- 40:49And not to knock their knowledge base, it's great.
- 40:53But why do you need three hours of scientific dissertation
- 40:57if you're not going to practice it?
- 40:58Well, you're a electromagnetic being.
- 41:00If you're not getting copious amounts of sunlight
- 41:03and you're not grounding yourself every day,
- 41:06what does it make a difference?
- 41:07What biochemical pathway state goes down your neck?
- 41:11It doesn't, right?
- 41:12Or the absorption of the amino acids.
- 41:14If you don't have the grounding out
- 41:16of all this electromagnetic radiation
- 41:19and pollution that's in your body, the voltage,
- 41:21the wattage, the inflammation,
- 41:23you're not grounding that out
- 41:24with an electrical charge into the earth.
- 41:27What difference does half this stuff make
- 41:29if you're not getting high quality water?
- 41:31You're drinking tap water with halogens, fluoride
- 41:34and chlorine in it.
- 41:35We're in symbiotic relationship with all this stuff.
- 41:38So a holistic lifestyle isn't,
- 41:40oh, I bought a box of organic food once upon a time.
- 41:44Or I did a detox back in 2012,
- 41:48and I'm cured,
- 41:51but why do I have neck pain, back pain, obesity?
- 41:55My dick can't get it up.
- 41:57I can't get pregnant with my wife.
- 41:59That's because putting the holistic principles back together.
- 42:02And I put, again, in my book is The Nine Pillars.
- 42:05I have a free download on my website.
- 42:08The Nine Pillars of Health.
- 42:09You can put it up on your refrigerator.
- 42:10It reminds you of these basic fundamental principles.
- 42:13Hydration, nutrition, sleep, movement.
- 42:15We're in relationship with everyone and everything.
- 42:18It's a good idea to be grateful for what is
- 42:20and forgive what was nature,
- 42:22sunlight, grounding, as we talked about before.
- 42:24But most important, most important part of my work
- 42:27and the foundation principles from The Nine Pillars
- 42:30is legacy, purpose, your dream, your goal,
- 42:34your heart's desire,
- 42:36because that's gonna give you drive
- 42:39to create a family.
- 42:40Let's just say that's one of your goals,
- 42:42to create a business, right?
- 42:44There's so many ups and downs in business.
- 42:46And if you don't have your health,
- 42:48all the money you make striving to get that wealth,
- 42:51you end up paying later on the back end
- 42:54with doctors or drugs or surgeries.
- 42:58And when that doesn't work, you find your way to me
- 43:00and you still have to spend all your money on your health.
- 43:03Whether that's leisure time, time in the sun belt,
- 43:08time on the beach, organic food, herbal medicine,
- 43:12or somebody to hold your hand,
- 43:13this type of stuff you've got to invest in later on.
- 43:17And this is what I tell my clients all the time,
- 43:19invest all your money in your health first and foremost,
- 43:23because when you get to the end of your life,
- 43:25you don't talk about your trinkets,
- 43:27you talk about your relationships,
- 43:29and if you just had more time to spend with X, Y, and Z.
- 43:33So I say do that on the front end.
- 43:35A deep dive with me is very simple.
- 43:37We go through the Nine Pillars.
- 43:40You know, you have testosterone problems.
- 43:42Okay, what time are you getting to bed?
- 43:44All 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, how's your sleep?
- 43:49Well, it's okay, start there.
- 43:52Like we don't even need to move forward.
- 43:55There's tons of research.
- 43:5710 pm to 6 am is an optimal range.
- 44:01So how can we plug you into that?
- 44:05Because if we can't, the other nine pillars,
- 44:09you know, you're not gonna boost your testosterone
- 44:13unless you're getting that sleep.
- 44:16Number two, then what's the quality of nutrition?
- 44:18Well, I'm eating commercial food,
- 44:19and I'm eating food out of a box,
- 44:20and I eat out a lot because of work, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 44:23Well, you're not gonna get healthy eating food.
- 44:26Carried, I don't care.
- 44:28Yeah, you can get on testosterone,
- 44:29and that might make your muscles look bigger,
- 44:32but that, and give you a little bit of energy and strength,
- 44:34but that is at the price of a drug.
- 44:37Cocaine works, I give you some energy from cocaine, right?
- 44:42Dude, that doesn't mean it's sustainable forever.
- 44:45Dude, what's the quality of water that you're drinking?
- 44:48Right?
- 44:48So these are just basic, fundamental principles,
- 44:50but they wanted to watch three hours of Peter at the end,
- 44:53and Hoover made him be like,
- 44:54ha ha ha, like, is it following my mind?
- 44:59Is biochemical information?
- 45:00It's like it makes so much sense.
- 45:02But if you can't apply that into your life,
- 45:04and you're not getting good sleep, who cares?
- 45:06It's not gonna show up in the mirror.
- 45:08It is so, so true what you're saying.
- 45:10If you cannot apply what you learn, there's no point.
- 45:14If the stuff you're eating, you don't digest it properly,
- 45:16there's no point.
- 45:17And you're right, these foundational pieces are the pillars.
- 45:21I remember back in the days,
- 45:22someone tried to get me on testosterone.
- 45:24This is a while ago, and I was not sleeping at the time
- 45:27because I was working so much,
- 45:28so I was getting me before I was asleep,
- 45:30and I felt like a car that was stuck in park,
- 45:34but someone was revving the engine.
- 45:36It felt so bad.
- 45:39I immediately got off and I said,
- 45:40wait, wait, wait, wait, you got me on this,
- 45:42and you didn't even ask these questions,
- 45:44the Troy's asking me right now.
- 45:46The foundations are not even in place,
- 45:48and you're putting me on some stimulant.
- 45:50People got to get that clue in,
- 45:52is that we have to get these foundations in place
- 45:54before we do anything else.
- 45:56So amen to you, Troy.
- 45:57Thank you so much for showing up the way you do,
- 46:03whether people are turned on or off by it,
