- 0:49One Life Spirits is built on purpose, culture, good people
- 0:53and good drinks so you can live one life to the fullest.
- 0:56That means shots that are smooth, tasteful, and pair
- 0:59perfectly with a lime. Or our favorite, in orange.
- 1:02Because if you're still chasing tequila with a lime, what are
- 1:05you doing? That orange slice brings out the
- 1:08bright citrus notes of Una Vida Blanco, which is smooth,
- 1:12authentic and tasteful. Like myself.
- 1:15Plus, Una Vida is 100% additive free, so you're enjoying tequila
- 1:19in its purest form without the hangover regret.
- 1:22Yeah, because it takes us three to five business days to recover
- 1:25now, and Hangzad is not my friend.
- 1:30That's why you should stick with una Vida or try cocktails
- 1:32instead of shots. OK, love a little.
- 1:34One Life Spirits also crafts El Drago High Post vodkas and
- 1:38LeBron whiskey all bold, smooth and made to share.
- 1:41Whether it's game night, date night or just Tuesday night,
- 1:44they've got the pores covered. Because it's not just about
- 1:47taste, but it's about that feeling.
- 1:49And we're proud spirits noms. So treat yourself.

- 2:06OK. And welcome back to another
- 2:15episode of Here's to You, the Podcast podcast.
- 2:20Podcast, Podcast. Because Fanny didn't do it, I
- 2:25did it. We're back with another episode
- 2:28outside of our normal operating hours, going up on a Tuesday
- 2:32night tonight. Where are you in your ears?
- 2:34It's Thursday morning, though, or like 5:00 AM.
- 2:37Exactly, Yeah. Because we post at 5:30 in the
- 2:40morning, right? Isn't that when you post?
- 2:43That is when I post, I wake up and hit post this public now at
- 2:495:00 AM and then I go back to sleep for another 2 1/2 hours.
- 2:53Do you see how committed we are? Like we're.
- 2:54Fucking committed like we we don't grind the algorithm.
- 3:00Mostly at 5:00 AM, so everybody see when they wake up, you know
- 3:02what I'm saying? You know that's.
- 3:03Commitment though 9:30 to wake up and post.
- 3:06That's commitment. No, it's.
- 3:09Scheduled. I was going to say, I'm like,
- 3:10why are you waking up at 5:30? Just schedule.
- 3:12It. Cam, don't you schedule it?
- 3:16You missed me with the quotation.
- 3:18Like I wake up fanister, tell everybody who we've got with us
- 3:24today. Yeah, no, we have some really
- 3:26cool guys here with us. This like trio A unit, A3 man
- 3:31Empire, these young bosses behind six Ms. They're they're
- 3:36making some real estate moves. They're doing some clothing
- 3:38line. They're doing some shit with
- 3:40dogs. They're flying some pigeons
- 3:42because pigeons is where they get them.
- 3:45And they have a lot more hustle stories that they're going to
- 3:48share with us. Cam is here, who was a hoopster.
- 3:51Shout out to Cam. Trey was here, who has the
- 3:54highest anxiety out of all of them.
- 3:58And Jamal's here to pretend to be a dad just 'cause he just
- 4:01came on and suddenly he knows what the fuck he's doing.
- 4:05So suddenly, suddenly he knows more than everyone.
- 4:10But we have some three different personalities here. 1
- 4:13unstoppable grind, all gas, no brakes in a lot of energy.
- 4:20So they're here to talk hustle, relationships and conspiracies.
- 4:24Yeah. Got it all laid out on the
- 4:25table. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 4:32I want to hear it as a rap though.
- 4:36Checking in 1/3 Cam. Should have invested in Cam on
- 4:38Instagram. No, it's a six in with all the
- 4:40team. You know what I'm saying?
- 4:41Like she said, we'll do a, we'll do a little bit of everything,
- 4:43so I'm gonna let them introduce their self as well.
- 4:45Yes, Sir, Trey from Six in His Properties LLC appreciate you
- 4:50guys for having us on. Really good opportunity for us.
- 4:52So I'm just glad to be here for real.
- 4:54Yeah, Yeah, it's Jamal or some people know me as Tyree or the
- 4:59official J like I said. Why the official J?
- 5:02Because it's only one official me and it's me the official tag.
- 5:07The official What makes you official?
- 5:09How do you how do you get the official tag?
- 5:12You lead. Oh, that's.
- 5:14What you did? There you go.
- 5:15Yeah. An official and the government
- 5:18they supposed to lead. They don't always do it, but.
- 5:20We lead. Yeah, yeah.
- 5:24So actually I have beef with investors, so I wanted to start
- 5:27there. Oh man yeah and then like you
- 5:34have to do the little thingy on the the controller and did it
- 5:37again. OK, ignore that thing.
- 5:43Yeah, we actually had a clock too, which I don't have one in
- 5:46front of me, which is fine. I would say ignore that too if
- 5:50it was out here. But anyways, all eyes on me.
- 5:53No kidding. What's your beef?
- 5:55Oh yeah, my beef with the investors is how you guys want
- 5:57to go ahead and buy my house at current state.
- 6:01Like it's nothing like it's some ugly ass property.
- 6:05Like fuck y'all. Like what are you trying to say?
- 6:08Oh my goodness, where do we start?
- 6:10We're just trying to start. We don't like.
- 6:13Money. Yeah, I don't like money.
- 6:14It's not that I don't like money.
- 6:16I don't like people telling me that my house is trash.
- 6:19OK, that's understandable. Even if it is, even if I do need
- 6:23new Windows. See, we don't try to convince
- 6:26people of their house is trash. So So what is this?
- 6:30Some. People are a little different.
- 6:32Yeah, yeah. So like what we look for most
- 6:34likely is a vacant property. Somebody is not living.
- 6:36There might be somebody who owns 100 properties and it's just
- 6:39owning one that somebody else could live in one day.
- 6:42So that kind of the houses that we look for, we buy it, make it
- 6:44into a home that's livable and then give it to somebody on the
- 6:47other end that needs a home. So there's, I mean, obviously
- 6:51with any type of business, there's the people who do it
- 6:53immorally and morally, but we try to do it as morally as
- 6:56possible, obviously so. But you, you cold call people
- 6:59too, don't you? Yeah, but I want to hear.
- 7:01I want to hear about this. I want to hear about.
- 7:03This you want to hear a cold call.
- 7:04You want to hear like a little? Spiel.
- 7:05Yeah, yeah. Let me hear a little spiel.
- 7:07So. Who's going to be the seller?
- 7:09The seller. Who's gonna?
- 7:10Who am I calling? I gotta you.
- 7:11Know you're calling me, calling you.
- 7:13Yeah, but but wait, set the context.
- 7:15This is a house that you don't live in.
- 7:16You don't live in this house. You.
- 7:17Own a couple of houses. This is just a house.
- 7:19How do you know that I own a couple of houses?
- 7:21Because all we can see is because.
- 7:23Because y'all are stalking me, not stalking.
- 7:25Not stalking. It's called doing your homework.
- 7:27Yeah, y'all are stalkers. It's called doing your homework.
- 7:29I stalk too when I like I'm dating someone.
- 7:31I'm kidding. See, just go watch out for fans.
- 7:34That's the. It's you and all chicks.
- 7:37Yeah, but I say you ain't doing 1.
- 7:40Got to stay safe, got to stay. Safe.
- 7:42I don't know, but so you. Got beef with certain pages?
- 7:47OK, let's go. No, it's just those inside
- 7:48jokes. So, yeah, so I'm calling you
- 7:51about a house that you don't live in.
- 7:53Nobody lives in it. It's been sitting there probably
- 7:55for about 10 years, just sitting there.
- 7:56OK. Because you guys went and did
- 7:58the research. No, I might just drove by and
- 8:00saw it and then oh, let. Me board it up window.
- 8:04Look up the address. Roof is all.
- 8:06It tells me who the owner is, tells me the phone number.
- 8:09So you're driving around neighborhoods?
- 8:11Weird. Little.
- 8:12Bit more personalized, a little bit more.
- 8:14Actually, the way I found this house that we're actually
- 8:17looking into now is I was looking at another house across
- 8:19the street. Yeah, we're about to leave.
- 8:20And I, I looked across street. I said that house looks like
- 8:23it's vacant. So I said don't leave yet.
- 8:25Jamal, like let me call him real quick.
- 8:27So I sat there right in front of the house.
- 8:28I called him. Sure enough, the answers, I was
- 8:30like, hey, I saw this house, you know, it looks like it's been
- 8:32vacant for a little, a little while.
- 8:34I don't know if you guys have any plans of selling the
- 8:36property, but if you do. This is this is you calling me.
- 8:39I'm calling you and you said that to me.
- 8:41I don't know if this house has been or you know how long it's
- 8:43been vacant for. I don't even know if it is
- 8:44vacant, but if it is, I'm interested in buying it.
- 8:46You guys are willing to sell it? Why do you think my house is
- 8:48bacon? Because the way it.
- 8:50Looks. Wow So what are you saying?
- 8:51Are you saying? Are you saying that my house is
- 8:53trash on the? Sidelines on the sidelines
- 8:55because I was there. Shit.
- 8:59I was there. I see the house.
- 9:01So I'm like boarded up windows across the street.
- 9:03I. Like corded windows.
- 9:05No, Yeah, yeah, I would say the windows were like I could see
- 9:08there was nothing, like I couldn't see in the windows and
- 9:10there was not a trash can. Usually 9 times out of 10,
- 9:13people in Wichita have trash service whether they're paying
- 9:15for it or not. So I would really be able to
- 9:16tell that your house is vacant most likely.
- 9:19All right, you caught me. It's vacant.
- 9:21Yeah. Well, so now when can we come
- 9:22see it? Yeah, can.
- 9:23I and when can we get off her? No, I'm talking.
- 9:26To her. So that happened already.
- 9:27No, that's just so. What she said was that's my
- 9:29husband's house. Now listen, listen, listen.
- 9:32So you know what I said? Oh, that's fine.
- 9:34Well, if he's interested in selling it, next thing you know,
- 9:37a hair in the background, I'm interested in selling it.
- 9:40So I'm like, OK, well, Lee, how you how you doing, Lee?
- 9:43My name is Cam. You know what I'm saying?
- 9:45Well, we're out of town right now.
- 9:46We're back on Monday. No worries.
- 9:47I'll get back with you guys on Monday, You know what I'm
- 9:49saying? Come down Tuesday.
- 9:50I talked to him today. They had a funeral today, so
- 9:52they told me to get back with him tomorrow.
- 9:54But there you go. That's how we got that lead.
- 9:55So there you go. So sometimes it's all just take
- 9:57a like. A lead, 9 times out of 10,
- 9:59that's the experience. Just try, yeah?
- 10:01You never know until you try you.
- 10:01Know what I'm saying So there's what is that saying like you
- 10:05missed 100% of the shots that you don't take 100% Yeah, it's
- 10:08gotta. Start take the first.
- 10:09Step so Speaking of starting, Speaking of taking that first
- 10:12step, I mean like you guys have done a lot, right?
- 10:15I mean, I know a little bit about what you have done, but
- 10:17you guys have been doing a lot I mean, I know a little bit about
- 10:19what you have done I mean you you went the school route 100%
- 10:23yeah. And then these two, it sounds
- 10:24like they didn't. He did as.
- 10:29Well, yeah, it's good you weren't there at the you're
- 10:31outside. You showed up late.
- 10:32You. Showed up late and you actually
- 10:34showed up late for this recording.
- 10:35You showed up late for this recording, guys, I got.
- 10:38To be other places too. I didn't.
- 10:40Want to show? Up.
- 10:41OK. So like speaking right?
- 10:44Yeah, He's so responsible. All right, OK.
- 10:47Don't believe them. This is Fanny telling you guys
- 10:49this. I'm a believable source.
- 10:52Yeah, she's the most chronically late person I know.
- 10:55She likes our meeting by like 30 minutes.
- 10:57I don't know what she's talking about. 515 I think. 17 1/2 on my
- 11:02account. He was asking me where he was
- 11:06at. I'm asking him where he's at.
- 11:08We was at. We was all trying to make sure
- 11:09he's all there. Actually, that's true.
- 11:11That's right. Every time I'm late, Dusty's
- 11:14always like I am like, dude, I'm running late.
- 11:16And Dusty's like, how many years have I known you for?
- 11:19Anyways? Dusty loves working with me, but
- 11:22I have. Seen.
- 11:24That right, Dusty? Dusty. 1000 years.
- 11:31No way, that's a good one. We've already been through this.
- 11:37I asked Dusty a while back what it's like working with me and I
- 11:41think he might do it again so we don't.
- 11:45Need it. Dusty and I are really great
- 11:50business partners. Any who starting small, starting
- 11:54big, making sure you take all these these shots because people
- 11:58don't kind of, you know, set the stage, Tell us what it was, you
- 12:03know, like what made you guys do this together or how'd you guys
- 12:09get started as a trio? Should I answer it?
- 12:13I don't matter. It don't matter.
- 12:14I'll let try answer it because he was on the outside looking
- 12:16and he's the one that made of the trio so.
- 12:18Yeah. Oh, really?
- 12:19Because it was a duo. At first it was me and Cam, but
- 12:21now we're trio, so I like yeah, sorry, we.
- 12:24Wanted him to be, though. It's like for a long time we
- 12:26wanted him to be a trio. The third person, he was just in
- 12:29school, you know what I'm saying?
- 12:30We was letting him do his thing. He was playing basketball.
- 12:32We supported him through everything.
- 12:33He got going on with his graduation, you know what I'm
- 12:35saying? After that, he was ours.
- 12:40You know what I'm saying? He kind of, he's just right.
- 12:43I was always kind of like the the school guy.
- 12:45I mean, he went to school too, got my bachelor's and masters of
- 12:48friends. And so during that time I was
- 12:50always focused on basketball, basketball, basketball.
- 12:52But I haven't known these guys for years and they've always had
- 12:56some sort of business and always making money on the side.
- 12:59And it's kind of always what I wanted to do.
- 13:01And then, I don't know, after I got out of school, I had a
- 13:04little bit more free time to dive into what they had going
- 13:07on. They already had like pigeons
- 13:08and dogs and a clothing brand. So I knew I had to bring like
- 13:11some, some value to the table. And I got introduced to real
- 13:15estate really young, which I'm kind of grateful for.
- 13:18And then I don't know, I brought, brought it to these
- 13:20guys and they already knew how to run a business.
- 13:22I didn't know how to do that. So I feel like just
- 13:25collaborating and taking that first step like they said was
- 13:29was what we needed to do so. Where Where'd the capital come
- 13:33from? Because real estate's expensive.
- 13:34So that's what. Our business model is a little
- 13:36different. Yeah, that's what a lot of
- 13:38people think. Where'd the capital?
- 13:39Come from. I mean, I can let one of you
- 13:42guys take over. On this, well essentially when
- 13:44we, when we first started real estate, we weren't buying houses
- 13:47on our own. We were just wholesaling real
- 13:48estate. So basically we're wholesaling a
- 13:50contract with somebody else to buy that property so they can
- 13:52come in and flip it. So I might call that person I
- 13:56got to talk to and I might get the house on an under contract
- 13:58saying I'm going to give you $30,000 to purchase this house.
- 14:01And on the other contract I have, it says I'm assigning this
- 14:05contract to somebody else to buy for 45,000.
- 14:08So therefore on the closing day, the buyer and the buyer brings
- 14:12the 45,000, we make the 15,000 and the seller gets the 30,000.
- 14:16Does that make sense? But we don't, we didn't spend no
- 14:18money to do that. So basically we just spawned
- 14:20whatever how much money we made and admit between a check off
- 14:24just knowledge and you know, just trying just.
- 14:26Trying the reason, the reason why that is too is like a lot of
- 14:28investors who are looking for their next deal, they don't
- 14:31actually want to be the ones looking for their next deal.
- 14:33They don't have time for it. They have other deals got they
- 14:35have going on. So they're willing to pay people
- 14:37to kind of look for the deal for them and go through all the no's
- 14:40to get to the yeses, things like that.
- 14:43But yeah, that's kind of what we came up with.
- 14:45I mean, we've seen it happen before.
- 14:47So that made it a little bit easier to believe.
- 14:49And then just jumping into you just meet so many people who, as
- 14:52many people as you meet that don't want you to win.
- 14:54I feel like you always meet the same amount of people who want
- 14:57you to win. And so once we found that, we
- 15:00found our core group of people who believed in US and support
- 15:03for us, supported us and well became now so definitely isn't
- 15:07just us three. There's a lot of people who
- 15:09provide and helped out along the way for sure.
- 15:11So. Yeah.
- 15:12What year was that when you guys started?
- 15:14Like 2 years ago. Two years.
- 15:16Ago, yeah. I was, but you guys have been
- 15:18doing a lot of shit since then. Like you guys have been two
- 15:21houses flipping those and a bunch of holes.
- 15:25We've got, we've got people asking us to, to flip $1,000,000
- 15:28homes for them. Like they hurt, like doctors
- 15:30that want to live in houses that you know, they don't know how
- 15:32to, who else to get it from. But they know his mom.
- 15:34So they know your son can't find houses.
- 15:36Let me buy a house from him. So now we're looking for now
- 15:39we're looking for a five bedroom, 4 bathroom, you know?
- 15:41What I'm saying? If you have one.
- 15:43Let us know, Let us know. Please.
- 15:47Yeah, a quick. Quick, quick drop, A quick drop.
- 15:49What are you looking for again? Yeah, yeah.
- 15:52So, OK, you said that you got introduced to real estate at a
- 15:54young age and so you brought that to them.
- 15:56So kind of tell us a little bit about that because I think Cam,
- 15:59you told me later that you had a different experience with seeing
- 16:03in your family who finally owned a home and it's your grandma at
- 16:0670. Four, I haven't closed yet, but
- 16:09I've done, I didn't close. I done bought 2 homes, you know
- 16:12what I'm saying? Since I was only 25, I bought
- 16:15the first one when I was 24. You bought the first one was 6-7
- 16:18months ago, Yeah. When I was 24 still, because
- 16:20before July, you know what I'm saying?
- 16:22So I just feel like his. Frontal lobe is finally
- 16:24developed, ladies, by the way. Yeah.
- 16:26Yeah, for sure, for sure. But anyway you will not.
- 16:29Be robbing him of his youth. Anyway.
- 16:34I'm kidding. Don't do it.
- 16:35Anyway, no. So I just feel like it's a big
- 16:37accomplishment because like, nobody in my family has ever
- 16:39owned a home other than my grandfather, you know what I'm
- 16:41saying? He doesn't even live here.
- 16:42He lives in Missouri, but he's also 70, almost 80 years old,
- 16:46too, you know what I'm saying? So I just thought he was pretty
- 16:48cool. Now, my grandma was buying a
- 16:49house to actually live in and I was actually able to help her,
- 16:52you know, not help her actually, but give her the right, you
- 16:55know, put her right in the right direction to be able to purchase
- 16:58a house. You know what I'm saying?
- 16:59So that's a different story than like what your experience with
- 17:02real estate has been or not real estate, but like owning a
- 17:05property. Yeah, not 100%.
- 17:07So I got introduced to my parents have like owned their
- 17:11home for many years now. But outside of that, I had
- 17:15actually give a lot of credit to a buddy of mine that I grew up
- 17:17with and I won't name drop or anything because we used to be
- 17:20crazy. Just doing.
- 17:22Just doing reckless things, No, But he.
- 17:23I'm going to have to hear a reckless story later.
- 17:25OK, later, later, later. But he knows what I'm talking
- 17:27about. The shots, Yeah.
- 17:29After more shots. After more shots, yeah.
- 17:31But he knows what I'm talking about.
- 17:33He's kind of the person when I was like 18, about to go into
- 17:35college, he sat me down at Panera and ran me through like
- 17:38what the business model of wholesaling was.
- 17:41Kind of told me that he was going to get into it and then a
- 17:44few months later found out that I don't know, I think he did go
- 17:47to college for a little bit, but ended up dropping out and just
- 17:48pursuing this full time. We kind of went our separate
- 17:51ways because I was focused on basketball and then four years
- 17:54later I was about to graduate and he kind of came we kind of
- 17:59crossed paths again because I started to get more into more
- 18:01into into real estate because what he told me back then kind
- 18:03of stuck in my head. I just didn't have enough
- 18:05courage to like take the first step.
- 18:07And then, yeah, I don't know if something just kept bugging me
- 18:10about it, bugging me about it. We met up again.
- 18:12I think he was with me at that dude's office, had a night, I
- 18:16mean, a brand new BMW, nice little office space that he
- 18:19could work from. And it just showed me that like
- 18:22I did do the do the typical I go to school, get your bachelor's
- 18:25and masters. But there is more, more out
- 18:27there too. And so worked a job for the
- 18:29first year after school and and then I just decided to go 100%
- 18:33with these guys and been all in ever since.
- 18:35So yeah, what was that like for your parents to hear that, you
- 18:38know, cuz like they just put, maybe they didn't put you
- 18:42through school and maybe I also, I'm curious from your guys's
- 18:45perspective too, like from your guys's parents, like cuz you had
- 18:47just gone to school. So they're expecting maybe a
- 18:50different actor, right? They have different
- 18:52expectations. Yeah, my dad, he's, he's been a
- 18:54pharmaceutical Rep for like the last 30 years.
- 18:56My mom's a nurse. So 9 to 5 is kind of what they,
- 18:59you know, go to school, get the job.
- 19:01They didn't know. I mean, it's 2025 now.
- 19:03People are getting paid from posting videos online.
- 19:05That's true. There's just so many different
- 19:06avenues. Yeah, teach us how.
- 19:08Yeah, yeah. Make this happen guys.
- 19:10No, this will happen. This is dope.
- 19:12This is dope. Yeah, that will happen for it
- 19:14starts here 100%, but for sure. OK, sorry, keep going where
- 19:19where your mom, not your mom and your dad 9:00 to 5:00 and then
- 19:23like that's what they. Experienced.
- 19:24So no. So 100% when I first got into
- 19:26this and I was working my, my 9:00 to 5:00, well, really it
- 19:29was a 7 to 67 AM get there 6:00 PM close every single day of the
- 19:33week. It was, I mean, I got a lot of
- 19:35good things from it too, but it was a lot of experience.
- 19:38But man, it was, I didn't have any free time to do anything.
- 19:42But we already had this business model going and it was decently
- 19:44working, like kind of outperforming my 9 to 5 already.
- 19:47So you were a side hustling? I was side hustling, yeah, yeah.
- 19:51And relying on these guys to really carry a lot for for the
- 19:54business, especially this dude because this, he's also
- 19:56travelling, working a job at the time.
- 19:57This dude was holding it down in the field, boots on the ground.
- 20:00Because Cam hasn't had a job, sorry.
- 20:02And I mean that you've been a serial entrepreneur since 18, is
- 20:09that? Right. 17 That's, that's what I
- 20:11meant to say. I no shade on any of that.
- 20:13We we love everybody's different.
- 20:16Paths OK. I it's just that that I know
- 20:20that that can come off a different.
- 20:22Way they definitely did not weren't rocking with it at first
- 20:27I would say and it took a lot of I guess proof in the pudding.
- 20:31It took a lot of deals for us to close, a lot of, like, footwork
- 20:34for them to be able to be like, OK, you know what?
- 20:37You might be right. And then eventually they just
- 20:39gave me the green light. They they almost convinced me to
- 20:41be like, OK, you just need to quit.
- 20:42So really. Yeah.
- 20:44And now my dad does what we do, too.
- 20:47Yeah. He bought a house from us.
- 20:49Yeah, that's so. Cool though.
- 20:51Damn. OK, so I'm curious about your
- 20:53guys's stories now too. Similar because you've been a
- 20:58serial entrepreneur since 18 but you've been out of your house
- 21:01because of trauma since 16 since.
- 21:04Like 17 I've been. I just been.
- 21:06Standing on business since I was like.
- 21:07You've been standing on business.
- 21:09Yeah, look at that. Taking care of myself, taking
- 21:12care of the family when I need to.
- 21:13You know, I went to school at Butler, got a degree there.
- 21:16And then like you, like you guys said, like we've just always had
- 21:20a business. Like 6 Ms. started that one day
- 21:23because I got six siblings, last name, start with AM and I'm
- 21:26like, that's gonna rock. We go rock with it.
- 21:28So then we had clothes. Then after that we did dogs,
- 21:34pigeons, The story goes on and on, you know?
- 21:36Why pigeons? Just we're just different.
- 21:39Serial entrepreneurs. Serial entrepreneurs.
- 21:42You just don't see too many young.
- 21:44Pigeonholes. Yeah, Yeah, you don't.
- 21:46See Too many pigeons doing. That type of stuff, you know
- 21:48what I'm saying? So we just like to be different
- 21:49and everybody's in the streets doing this and that.
- 21:51We like to go this way when everybody goes that way, you
- 21:53know what I'm saying? Cheerleader Cheerleader The
- 21:56official J for a reason. Cheerleader Official.
- 21:59J for a reason. Yeah, but no, definitely so.
- 22:02But even with the whole business thing, like we just are always
- 22:06ambitious with everything. Like that's always been our
- 22:08slogan, ambition and hustle. So even when it gets hard, we
- 22:11just like stay there did. You guys have someone who's
- 22:15pushing that or not pushing but. Looking at them, yeah, well, I
- 22:18mean like. Did you have like a figure, a
- 22:22model, like somebody in your family?
- 22:26We had we had a lot, we had a friend who passed away and he
- 22:29was real big in the business. He's a real hustler.
- 22:31Like we then looked up to him, you know what I'm saying?
- 22:33We're the same age, but you know, he was like our best
- 22:35friend. So he kind of was doing a lot of
- 22:37things like youngest dude I know doing a lot of things.
- 22:40So basically he kind of like because we had bought a salon,
- 22:43me and him, but he passed away like a week before we took
- 22:46ownership of it. So ever since then you found me,
- 22:48I was kind of like what he'd be doing right now.
- 22:50He'd still be going probably 10 times harder than we would, so I
- 22:52might as well do the same thing, you know what I'm saying?
- 22:54So I feel like that's kind of where I got it from too.
- 22:56I kind of got a little more firing up my ass, you know what
- 22:59I'm saying? For real though, because like
- 23:01damn, like, you know, I just not only I lose a friend, but some
- 23:04people will lose faith or hope in that type of situation, you
- 23:06know what I'm saying? So that's something I didn't do,
- 23:08you know what I'm saying? Having him around and even being
- 23:11friends with trade family, just having good people around you,
- 23:13you know what I'm saying? What kind of lift your spirit
- 23:15up, you know what I'm saying? So that's what happened.
- 23:18I'm just just putting it all all up to him and thanking God for
- 23:23everything, you know? Thanking bro for being with us,
- 23:25really. Because it was just a lot of
- 23:27stuff. What was his name again?
- 23:28Marcel. Marcel.
- 23:30Yeah, Long live self. We don't never forget saying
- 23:33that. We don't never forget saying
- 23:34that. Really.
- 23:35That's so sweet. So like a lot of this is like a
- 23:37note to him. Yeah, for sure.
- 23:40And all of you guys were close friends with him.
- 23:42I was more on the outside. Like he knew him during.
- 23:44The time I knew him, though, like I was always around these
- 23:46guys, so I was brought around. But I'm not just going to sit up
- 23:48here and claim that I was his best friend or anything like
- 23:50these guys were. Yeah, but.
- 23:51He still knew. Around, yeah, for sure.
- 23:54Definitely can see. His spirit.
- 23:57Yeah, definitely can see his spirit and he definitely left a
- 24:00a standard that people need to live by cuz for sure.
- 24:03Yeah, he's definitely a. Yeah.
- 24:07How did you guys navigate that grief while also running a
- 24:10business? I mean like, 'cause you were
- 24:11really young when that happened, Did you do the salon with him?
- 24:15No. It was just, it was really just
- 24:17me and Marcel, yeah. At that time, OK, I'm.
- 24:20A little young. And you're going to have to get
- 24:21closer. Oh.
- 24:22Yeah, me and Marcel we bought. Don't be afraid of me.
- 24:23We bought it together. She bite.
- 24:25She bite. Yeah, we bought it.
- 24:27Together I just scratched. Get it?
- 24:31Sorry, let her get you Cam. I let her.
- 24:33Get you Cam. I'm sorry, I have been told to
- 24:39chill out, chill out. I'm dead.
- 24:44I told you to chill out. Did I OK?
- 24:49Anyway, what was your question again?
- 24:50I. Forgot.
- 24:52Hold on, it was. You deal with grief.
- 24:58Oh yeah, How do you deal with grief while like, opening this
- 25:01business? There's no, there's no way to
- 25:03explain it. You kind of just got to go with
- 25:05the emotions, you know what I'm saying?
- 25:06You don't know how to deal with something until you deal with
- 25:07it, you know what I'm saying? It's kind of hard to like, yeah,
- 25:10of course we're sad. I've been, you know, I was sad.
- 25:12I'm still sad. You know, it is where it is.
- 25:14But it's like, you know, it kind of pushes you, you know what I'm
- 25:16saying? It depends on what type of type
- 25:18of ego and spirit you got. You know what I'm saying?
- 25:20It can like I say, it can crush some people or it can motivate
- 25:22some people, you know what I'm saying?
- 25:23So it definitely motivated me, you know what I'm saying?
- 25:26Not like in a good way, you know?
- 25:28And, and it also opened my eyes to a lot of other things
- 25:31spiritually, you know what I'm saying?
- 25:32Just believe in the difference too, like you know, so.
- 25:34Like what? Like I know there's a guy,
- 25:37there's got to be, you know what I'm saying?
- 25:38Because because that, that, that's something I never thought
- 25:41could happen. You know what I'm saying?
- 25:42Like it's being like me, what if I'm around these guys?
- 25:45It's like, I always run him every day, you know what I'm
- 25:46saying? So it's like, it's just
- 25:48something like that happens. You're like, hold the heck up.
- 25:51Yeah, no way. You know what I'm saying?
- 25:53So I don't. Know shakes you back to reality.
- 25:54Yeah, definitely shakes you back to reality.
- 25:56It has me looking at life a lot different for sure.
- 25:58Since then, yeah. Yeah, Something that you guys
- 26:01kept telling me a lot when we were talking was like that you
- 26:05guys really wanted to talk about, like how you guys can
- 26:09show people, younger people that like, you really can do this.
- 26:13It's not that scary. So I'm curious like I wanna ask
- 26:16like what do you wish that you could tell your 16 year old self
- 26:20that you like, wish you would have known?
- 26:23That's a good question. Keep chasing them dreams and
- 26:25don't let anybody tell you otherwise because you know a lot
- 26:29of things can stop you and people's opinions or you
- 26:32telling. People.
- 26:33Girls like that can stop you so. Sometimes you got to be careful.
- 26:37Straightforward and take the risk.
- 26:39Yeah, Before I bought a salon, I had people tell me it was a bad
- 26:41idea. And to this day I still have it.
- 26:43So how bad of an idea was it? You know what I'm saying?
- 26:45So it's like, and not only it was a good idea for myself, but
- 26:48like I said, my mom was a hair stylist, so she was paying
- 26:51somebody $250 a week or a week to be in this little room when
- 26:55she could be paying me $125.00 a week.
- 26:57And she has the whole salon, you know what I'm saying?
- 27:00So it's kind of like it's not about the money.
- 27:03It's more about, you know, doing it for your people and doing it
- 27:05for, it's why you do it. You know what I'm saying?
- 27:07What's your why? You know what I'm saying?
- 27:08So I would say I do it for the family.
- 27:11Yeah, that's. Great.
- 27:14I would definitely say like not being too hard on yourself.
- 27:17Feel like just going to school. I always wanted to.
- 27:20I mean, I always want to have straight A's, like be the best
- 27:23basketball player I could be. And I don't know, my parents
- 27:27obviously pushed me. But then you also get to a point
- 27:29where you're just never happy with the result.
- 27:31Even though you get you're getting all A's or you're doing
- 27:34all these things, you feel like you could always be a little bit
- 27:36better. And so I don't know, I feel like
- 27:39just celebrating those little peaks, no matter how small the
- 27:42win is, you know, you need to celebrate it because being hard
- 27:45on yourself all the time, you're just never going to be happy.
- 27:47You're always going to chase the next thing.
- 27:48And yeah, it's fun to, like, accomplish new things, new goals
- 27:51and get new milestones. But if you don't celebrate that
- 27:54and you're always looking for the next one, you're just going
- 27:56to be in a continuous state of like, why am I never doing
- 27:59enough? And I felt like I felt like that
- 28:01for a long time until like, I don't know, I finally I felt
- 28:04like playing basketball was a lot of it.
- 28:06A lot of. Pressure, you do a flip, you
- 28:07know, and shit, perfect until you do a flip, yeah, so then.
- 28:11What's a flip? I'm I'm buying a house I
- 28:13actually like actually. I thought you were talking in
- 28:16basketball terms. No, no, no, no.
- 28:18I'm talking about like business terms like buying a house and
- 28:20actually putting the work into it and having to run into
- 28:21problems you didn't to expect to run into.
- 28:24Stuff like that is what I'm. Talking, but yeah, not yeah,
- 28:26because getting out of that space was definitely beneficial
- 28:29because your your identity gets wrapped up in whatever you're
- 28:31doing, whether you're playing basketball or maybe even doing
- 28:35the podcast or like doing what we do now, you can kind of makes
- 28:39your identity into it. And you need to kind of keep
- 28:41that separate. Because when I first had to quit
- 28:43or I guess leave basketball, I didn't know what to do, right.
- 28:47Even though I knew it was coming, like I was a senior and
- 28:49wasn't going proud. We said, we said, come on.
- 28:52Yeah, yeah. So I'm glad they took them on
- 28:54because it's time to go. I mean, that sounds like you had
- 28:57really great friends. I mean, but all of you guys have
- 28:59really great friends that you're just.
- 29:01Like friends too. Yeah.
- 29:03No. And that's what I'm saying like
- 29:05it sounds like you, you guys have built a really strong
- 29:07system and both in family and maybe out but.
- 29:11Like that's another thing not only we do, we do business
- 29:13together, but we see each other every day.
- 29:16When there's a game, we go to his mom's house.
- 29:18When there's a we have team dinners at my house, we go to
- 29:21his house. He just had a baby.
- 29:22We all you know, we all you know, we all support each.
- 29:24Other shout out Andy, we just. Keep it close, keep it tight.
- 29:29Yeah, it's a family. Like even though we're friends,
- 29:31we're not blood like we're still a family.
- 29:34Look out for each other. Look out for just like you would
- 29:36say about kids, you take care of kids that ain't yours because
- 29:40they're kids. So same with friends and family.
- 29:43Like just take care of your people at all times because you
- 29:46never know when they can eat it or you never know when you can
- 29:49eat it or when they just need somebody around them to give
- 29:51them that that uplifting or the motivation, you know for sure.
- 29:56How, you know, like a lot of people are like, don't go into
- 29:59business with friends. I mean, Dusty's my friend, so
- 30:01he's forced to be my friend forever.
- 30:03So. Do you guys ever argue?
- 30:07Yeah. But like, but like, I don't feel
- 30:09like we actually argue. Yeah.
- 30:11Right. There's no argue.
- 30:13Let me give you I'll tell. I'll tell.
- 30:14But like, you know. I'm like, I don't like this this
- 30:17like right. Just try to figure.
- 30:20I tell, I tell us 3 all the time.
- 30:22It's like about what you're arguing about too.
- 30:24Like if you guys are arguing about some important, like some
- 30:26about the podcast, it's not not necessarily a bad argument like
- 30:29when we're arguing. You guys both have valid points.
- 30:31Yeah, yeah, it can benefit whatever you guys got going on
- 30:34versus like arguing about something completely pointless,
- 30:36which a lot of people do. They just argue about anything.
- 30:38Like when we get in arguments, it's about like something
- 30:41important, you know? And it's like, OK, we both have
- 30:44valid points and it might take one of us the third one just OK,
- 30:47you guys both have valid points, now bring it together.
- 30:50Oh, is that, is that where the dad comes in?
- 30:53Are you, are you more of that mediator or?
- 30:55Just argue in the. Other Oh, that's funny.
- 30:57So you guys all take turns of who?
- 30:59The mediator. Yeah, OK.
- 31:02Definitely. OK, I wanna hear a recent thing
- 31:04that pissed you guys off. No, I was there.
- 31:06What did you mean pissed all of us off as a whole?
- 31:08No, I don't. I'm sure.
- 31:09Or as the thing that make you guys argue what?
- 31:12Was y'all arguing about and I had to come in?
- 31:14It don't even matter. That's the point.
- 31:15It's not even about that. Yeah.
- 31:17But look at this, look at this I.
- 31:19Know, I know 'cause I was, I was.
- 31:23Trying. To We're gonna need another shot
- 31:25to get into those times. Yeah.
- 31:27OK, 'cause I was like, because we've also had three dudes who
- 31:30are trio too. And so it was.
- 31:32I forgot what they were arguing about and it was kind of funny
- 31:34to watch. Like in here arguing No, no.
- 31:37No, we, we asked them the same question.
- 31:39We like to ask deep questions. You guys can ask us questions
- 31:44too. By the way.
- 31:46You can dish it out too. Stay behind closed doors, OK?
- 31:49We're out. Dirty laundry.
- 31:51Yeah, it's not even dirty laundry.
- 31:52It's just funny. It's just stupid.
- 31:54It's just like, shut up. That's actually how it went
- 31:59through. It was, it was a good argument.
- 32:00It wasn't bad. It was funny.
- 32:03So yeah, I mean, like, I was going to ask you guys cuz again,
- 32:07like a lot of this is how you guys are wanting to maybe show
- 32:11people younger kids that they can do something else.
- 32:14Like what is a skill that you would say that every teen should
- 32:17learn even if they never go to college?
- 32:19Sales. Sales.
- 32:20Yeah, it could be selling. A little bit more.
- 32:24Managing the finance after they make the sales.
- 32:29OK, so sell 1st and managing and then managing after?
- 32:32Just like, yeah, sales I feel like is a is a skill that you
- 32:36can apply in 100 different industries.
- 32:38Like it doesn't matter if you're selling medical device
- 32:40equipment, homes as a realtor dog.
- 32:43Dogs like pigeons. Clothes if you can sell these
- 32:47pigeons. Yeah, yeah.
- 32:48If you can sell, you can sell so.
- 32:51People say everything out here. Trust me.
- 32:54That one's almost. That one's almost more
- 32:56important, though, because it doesn't matter how much money
- 32:58you make if you don't know how to keep it.
- 33:00Or more, whatever you have. You'll never You can make $1000.
- 33:04If you can't manage it, you can't manage 100,000 or
- 33:071,000,000 so. What would be like some easy
- 33:10advice to help you start to manage Don't Tell me budgeting?
- 33:14I would say, I would say, I would say I'm gonna get my
- 33:16point. I would say me personally, but
- 33:19being around this guy and him, you know, him being in that,
- 33:22that school mindset that more, you know, professional organized
- 33:25mindset. I say if I can't buy it like two
- 33:28or three times, I probably shouldn't get it at all.
- 33:30I mean, we're at the mall of the day.
- 33:35So basically, if I can't buy it two or three times right now, if
- 33:39I came by for something I want $10,000, I can't spend $30,000
- 33:43on it right now, then I probably shouldn't buy it.
- 33:45That's some good. For me, but we're at the model
- 33:47of the day. I was looking at something, it
- 33:48was like 45 bucks, 50 bucks. I said I can't buy that until I
- 33:52make like two or three more wholesalers like which that'd be
- 33:56that'd be way more than $45.00. But you get what I'm trying to
- 34:00say though, because. Like it's making you get a lot
- 34:02better mindset. That's smart.
- 34:03That's. Smart.
- 34:04I had to give it to him. Let train, let train give you
- 34:07guys the. Formula.
- 34:07Yeah. All right.
- 34:08This is how you say essentially, Nah, I just, my dad growing up,
- 34:15like he always made good money. So but one thing he never did
- 34:19like, and honestly, there's a balance, right?
- 34:21So growing up, we didn't really go on to me like family
- 34:24vacations and do things like that.
- 34:25But my dad put like, you know, having a nice house over our
- 34:29heads, going to a good school district, making me or allowing
- 34:32me to travel for basketball at a high level, kind of put those
- 34:35things in priority over just kind of traveling.
- 34:37So we did travel, but it was for like basketball and stuff like
- 34:40that. But he always, I don't know, he,
- 34:42he was a more of like a Dave Ramsey guy.
- 34:44So like never take on any type of debt, which honestly, we're
- 34:47not like that. There's good debt, bad debt, but
- 34:50my. Dad is the opposite of Dave
- 34:52Ramsey as well. Yeah, yeah.
- 34:53Take on the debt cause like, that's how you're going to make
- 34:56it here in the US. Yeah.
- 34:57Leverage the debt, you know, good debt, bad debt.
- 34:59And, but growing up listening to him, you gain a lot of
- 35:03discipline when it comes to saving money because if you
- 35:05don't believe in taking on debt, you're going to save a lot of
- 35:07your money. And so that kind of put me in a
- 35:10mindset of, OK, I'm, I'm saving money.
- 35:11I got a job when I was like 1516, I think it was like 16
- 35:14years old. And ever since then I just did
- 35:17like a 6040 rule. I just put like 60% of my, and
- 35:20obviously that young, you don't have any responsibilities and
- 35:24stuff like that much expenses. So I was putting like I played a
- 35:26game with myself and saw how much money I could actually save
- 35:29each check. So it went from like the 6040
- 35:31rule to like the 8020 rule. And then I was saving like 80%
- 35:34of my checks every single time. Now that's changed.
- 35:37I got expenses and responsibilities.
- 35:39But but yeah, but kind of whenever you get the check, just
- 35:43knowing that at least 30 and what we do, we're 1099.
- 35:46So like, and whatever we do, 30% of that is going at least to the
- 35:51government, you know, at least just think about that.
- 35:53And then outside of that, how much do you need to save to if
- 35:56anything goes wrong, you know, it could be anything, you know,
- 35:59tire, medical bill or anything. So you always gotta prepare for
- 36:03the worst and expect the best. I feel like so.
- 36:06That is how actually, that's how I got my house when I was like
- 36:0920. I was 19.
- 36:10No, I was 20. I was 20 when I got my house
- 36:12too, because of that, because I was like, I'm gonna start to
- 36:15save really young. And and then I was planning to
- 36:18move over here to Wichita. And so I was like, OK, I'm going
- 36:20to just save as much as I can. And again, it's easier when you
- 36:24don't have bills to pay. Now it's fucking hard.
- 36:27And I look back at that time all the time because I'm always
- 36:29like, man, how the fuck did I pay for that?
- 36:32And like, I'm always like, I need to remember to do this
- 36:35shit. But then now I'm at this point
- 36:36where I'm like I'm trying to travel 7 * a year.
- 36:39And I'm. Trying to still do that I will
- 36:43drop everything. There's there's a balance for
- 36:45sure. I would say.
- 36:46Yeah, you definitely. I don't want to be the guy that
- 36:47saves all his money, never does anything.
- 36:49Or you got to enjoy the fruits of your laborers.
- 36:54So you got to save money and prepare for sticky situations
- 36:58that you could be in. But don't also just spend money
- 37:01because you have money. Yeah, you can have.
- 37:03Nice, you could go get. No, no name brands and still
- 37:08look good for sure. Yeah, we're probably.
- 37:10Saving money. How about I say we probably the
- 37:12most frugal people you probably meet like, yeah, like I didn't
- 37:17even lie. When it comes to certain things,
- 37:18we just be like, we don't need it right now or not right now or
- 37:22yeah, somebody has to pay for it.
- 37:23Yeah, that's. The difference between.
- 37:25One, I was paying for it for sure, but yeah, for.
- 37:28Sure. So create, let's do a quick
- 37:30activity like I want you guys to create like the five item
- 37:33starter kit for young hustlers. Like what's 1 mindset they need?
- 37:37What's 1 habit, One skill, one resource?
- 37:42Is give one. And one trap to avoid and I can
- 37:44repeat this stuff. Yeah, yeah.
- 37:46So do the first one and then Cam will go.
- 37:48What's 1 mindset that they need for a young?
- 37:51Like we're going to give like A5 item starter kit for young
- 37:54hustlers. What's 1 mindset they need?
- 37:59I think I say, I would say don't listen to not don't listen to
- 38:04what people say, but don't listen to all the negative
- 38:06stuff. You know what I'm saying?
- 38:07I feel like just believe in yourself at the end of the day
- 38:09because it is yourself. You know what I'm saying?
- 38:11Like it's your thoughts, whatever's going into whatever
- 38:13you're putting into, it's your thoughts, it's your actions,
- 38:15it's your feelings. You know what I'm saying?
- 38:17So for somebody else to tell you what you can and can't do, what
- 38:20you should and shouldn't do, obviously if they haven't done
- 38:23it, then definitely don't listen to them.
- 38:26I have people telling me don't buy a salon and they never even
- 38:28touch the player Clippers. So how you going to tell me?
- 38:30You know what I'm saying? So it's like, let me try it out.
- 38:32If it don't work for me, it don't work for me.
- 38:33It is what it is, but at least I tried.
- 38:35So I think I say just take the leap of faith and at least try
- 38:37and just have your own, you know, have your own I'm going to
- 38:40do it mindset regardless of what's being told to you.
- 38:43For sure. What's 1 habit?
- 38:47One habit, I would say it's a good habit of a young hustler.
- 38:58Yeah, a good routine. Yeah, I would say routine.
- 39:00That's that's big. That's big for me too.
- 39:02Like what's? What would be a good routine?
- 39:03I don't know. I would say like waking up
- 39:05early, you don't have to wake up too early.
- 39:07I'm not one of those like 5:00 AM, yeah, go on a run type of
- 39:09thing. But I think like the small
- 39:11things like waking up early, making sure your room looks nice
- 39:13before you leave your home, you know, having a calendar or like
- 39:18a checklist or schedule of what to do.
- 39:20A lot of people, they kind of know what to do but don't know
- 39:23the order to do it in. So just writing those things
- 39:26down the night before waking up and then just kind of following,
- 39:31yeah, following what you said you were going to do.
- 39:32If the night before you said you were going to do XYZ, then
- 39:35actually going to do XYZ at the times you said that you're going
- 39:37to do it. I think those things will like
- 39:39build discipline and good habits for you that will make you
- 39:42successful in business or as a partner in life, things like
- 39:45that. So yeah, I would say routine for
- 39:48sure. One scale.
- 39:50One scale understanding to always be a student, that's a
- 39:57skill because some people don't understand that they always want
- 40:00to be the person who's teaching something or a know it all.
- 40:03So just a skill is to understand when to be a student and when to
- 40:08listen and when to take advice. Like Cam said, like you know,
- 40:12somebody can tell you to do something and they've never done
- 40:14it. So at that point, is their
- 40:16advice the best advice or should you go get it from somebody else
- 40:20and continue to do your own research or your own homework,
- 40:24as I would always say like. So.
- 40:26Yeah, for sure, one resource. Resources.
- 40:31The phone. The phone.
- 40:33Oh, OK. Yeah, yeah.
- 40:35I'll say, I'll say. 2020. Five, I'll say 26 people, people
- 40:39say trace that people and the best place to find people is
- 40:43whatever you got going on. There's probably a Facebook
- 40:45group for it. That's right.
- 40:47That's right. So therefore we are doing real
- 40:49estate so on. Facebook again?
- 40:51Yeah. There's a Facebook group called
- 40:52ICT real estate investors. We're all in it.
- 40:55You know why? Because we're ICT real estate
- 40:57investors. So I'm saying, so it helped us
- 40:59sell deals, helped us find who to come get the roaches out of
- 41:03the house, you know what I'm saying?
- 41:05It's resources for everything. So what I'm saying is it's good
- 41:08to know people, you know what I'm saying?
- 41:09Somebody might know somebody you might need, you know what I'm
- 41:11saying? So it's always like never burn
- 41:13bridges and always just make sure you can just keep, you
- 41:15know, even if you don't like somebody, you know, always you
- 41:17might need them one day, you know what I'm saying?
- 41:19So never, just always keep some good Facebook groups, your
- 41:22phone, go to events, stuff like that.
- 41:24Just put yourself out there. Don't just like it's going to
- 41:26come to you. Yeah.
- 41:27What camera? What camera say you know what
- 41:32I'm saying? Oh.
- 41:34No. But anyway, so like you like you
- 41:36know, if a cop sits in one spot all night, he might get lucky.
- 41:39He wanted to, but if he's moving around, he's going to be able to
- 41:41stop a lot of crime in the city, you know what I'm saying?
- 41:44So. OK, what's 1 trap to avoid?
- 41:51I got this. Yeah.
- 41:53I'll tell you one trap to avoid, especially for like a young
- 41:56hustler entrepreneur is kind of kind of goes piggybacking off of
- 42:00like taking anybody else's, everybody else's advice.
- 42:04It'd be like, damn, I almost forgot what I was about to say.
- 42:09Oh, no, no, no, no. I got, I got don't, don't look
- 42:12at everything like a shiny object.
- 42:13Like there is so many things that you can do in 2025 that
- 42:17work. I think everybody just doesn't
- 42:19have enough consistency or like Dr. determination.
- 42:23And it's because we've been put in a society where like, I don't
- 42:25know, we scroll on TikTok, those, you know, videos are 12
- 42:28seconds long and when they're not interesting in the 1st 2
- 42:30seconds, we slide again. And so I think life really
- 42:33rewards the people who continue to do the same thing that was
- 42:36monotonous tasks over and over and over again.
- 42:39I don't like being on the phone, but I know that when our
- 42:42business is running and running well, it's because we're all on
- 42:44the phone over and over and over again and what what whatever it
- 42:48is like waking up early, you know, whatever you believe in,
- 42:51like spiritually, things like that.
- 42:53If you're dedicated and you put the time in over and over and
- 42:55over again, think life is going to reward you with regardless
- 42:58what it is, this podcast, our business, anybody that's out
- 43:01there doing a different hustle, don't look at the next hustle
- 43:04and be like, oh, I got to do that.
- 43:05You know, there's days after. The ones you're doing first,
- 43:07Yeah, At least focus. What?
- 43:08Was that thing we heard? It's called focus.
- 43:10Follow one course until successful.
- 43:13Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
- 43:14Don't think everything else is going to work.
- 43:16Just, you know, we just believe in it.
- 43:17Yeah. Just just understand, we just
- 43:19look like this. What do you mean we just look
- 43:21like? We got some games.
- 43:22I love, I love all the black sheep.
- 43:25I, I mean like, I just look like this too people.
- 43:29Like you guys. Got all this going on?
- 43:31Yeah, people, people think I'm kind of weird too, so it's fine.
- 43:36I really like this. OK, so one mindset was there's
- 43:39people that we should listen to, but there's also making sure
- 43:42that you listen to the right people.
- 43:44One habit which is like get a good routine.
- 43:47One skill which was fuck me I. Think I just understanding when
- 43:51to be a student. Oh yeah, understanding when to
- 43:53be a student, your resources, people, and can be through the
- 43:58phone too. Which knows who you know.
- 44:00Yeah, and that trap to void is just don't be chasing shiny red
- 44:04balls and make sure that you're focusing.
- 44:06And what was that again? Run that back again.
- 44:08Oh, focus, yeah. Follow one course until
- 44:11successful. So yeah, you know, everybody
- 44:13wants to stack their plates and honestly, that's kind of what we
- 44:16went through, like trying to juggle 5 different businesses,
- 44:18six different business at the same time.
- 44:20We realized once we put all our focus into one, just so it can
- 44:25be powerful, focusing on one thing until it's actually
- 44:27successful, so. Yeah, speaking about focusing,
- 44:31Yep, I'm so sorry that you hit live at this moment because
- 44:34we're about to make your drink. So we are actually going to go
- 44:39in a quick break. This is a real break.
- 44:41And we're going to go into the pouring of the drinks because I
- 44:46had no other better way to. My transitions are so good.

- 45:59smooth, tasteful, and pair perfectly with a lime.
- 46:02Or our favorite, in orange. Because if you're still chasing
- 46:05tequila with a lime, what are you doing?
- 46:08That orange slice brings out the bright citrus notes of Una Vida
- 46:12Blanco, which is smooth, authentic and tasteful.
- 46:15Like myself. Plus, Una Vida is 100% additive
- 46:19free, so you're enjoying tequila in its purest form without the
- 46:23hangover regret. Yeah, because it takes us three
- 46:26to five business days to recover now, and Hangzad is not my
- 46:29friend. That's why you should stick with
- 46:33una Vida or try cocktails instead of shots.
- 46:35Okay, love a little. One Life Spirits also crafts El
- 46:38Drago High Post vodkas and LeBron whiskey all bold, smooth
- 46:42and made to share. Whether it's game night, date

- 46:50feeling. And we're proud spirits knobs.
- 46:53So treat yourself. Visit onelifespirits.com, swing

- 47:02Cheers. Dusty, you're going.
- 47:05To bring us back. Bring us back, Bring us back.
- 47:08Or that's the bring back. And welcome back to segment #2
- 47:22of Here's to You, the podcast. We hope you had a good break.
- 47:25I know we we had a good break. Fantasy, did you have a good
- 47:28break? I did.
- 47:30I had a good break. Everyone was giving me so much
- 47:32flowers. Yes indeed, because the flowers
- 47:36are looking great today. Fantaser, what did you mix up
- 47:40for us? We had a prickly pear Margarita,
- 47:44but honestly, like we're using, we are using holy shit, El Trago
- 47:49Blanco tequila today. And honestly, I was just like on
- 47:52the bottle itself, it tells you how to make a Margarita.
- 47:55So I just followed that instead. But I added prickly pear syrup
- 47:59because I love prickly pear. It's the fruit that comes from
- 48:02the cactus. But also the reason that I was
- 48:05going to do that was because I was going to add like a little
- 48:07pigeon, like a little pigeon feather on them as a nice thing.
- 48:14But I couldn't find it last minute because I was, yeah, I
- 48:19know. But I was just like, it has to
- 48:20be something a little funky because these guys are a little
- 48:23funky in the most respectful way, of course, you know, in the
- 48:28most respectful way. But Speaking of being a little
- 48:31funky, we're going to switch topics because why not, right?
- 48:35Or also real quickly tell people about these drinks.
- 48:38Are they good? They're.
- 48:39Fine. I think they're pretty good.
- 48:41I don't like drinks. I mean, I'm not really a
- 48:43drinker, but if I do drink something, it has to be
- 48:46something like, you know, I really can't taste alcohol.
- 48:47I'm sweet. So I like this one definitely.
- 48:49It's good it. Has. 2 alcohol.
- 48:51Yeah, this has two spirits in here.
- 48:54I mean, we're having it that I will.
- 48:56And also Lebon whiskey in here because we're using the Lebon
- 48:59whiskey as our orange liqueur because that's what one of you
- 49:04that told the Her One Life Spirits told us to do because,
- 49:06you know, bottle by bottle. Yeah, shout out to one life
- 49:09spirits, I'm not going to lie. So like a 9 out of 10.
- 49:12I promise you, this is like a nine out of 10.
- 49:14How can I get the 10? I drink it again.
- 49:16How can I get the 10? At the pigeon feather.
- 49:20Yeah. Yeah.
- 49:22What were you going? To say honestly, yeah, I might
- 49:25just be, I might just be hating not wanting to give it to him
- 49:27because this is like really good.
- 49:28I have like no complaints. Really.
- 49:30Yeah, OK, fine. You guys are just like gassing
- 49:33me up now. That's what the kids say, right?
- 49:35Gassing. I'm so Oh yes, thank you.
- 49:38I'm sorry. I'm so rude.
- 49:40I didn't even give you a coaster.
- 49:41He. Just stole mine.
- 49:42Oh, OK. You got one?
- 49:43OK, So yeah, no, we were going to switch topics because you
- 49:47guys are like really heated about your broken hearts
- 49:51recently. Well, I mean, and then some of
- 49:58you are not because some of you are like, damn, now you have a
- 50:01little kid who is feeling your heart all over again.
- 50:05Yeah, absolutely. And like also, I mean, and
- 50:08you're a girl dad, right? Both and both.
- 50:12So I mean, that's also girl. Dad.
- 50:14So that's also hard. I mean, right?
- 50:17I'm a Oh my gosh, my wallet. Just pray for me.
- 50:21Just. Pray for.
- 50:23Me, I work and I live for them. Everything I.
- 50:27Do. Everything I do for.
- 50:30You. OK.
- 50:32Yeah, it's. Good on.
- 50:33It's good on my end. I still rock with these guys.
- 50:36Make sure they're good on their ends too, yeah?
- 50:38You let them tell them. Tell you about their
- 50:40relationships. No, you're going to tell me
- 50:42stuff too. Mine is good.
- 50:43Yeah, mine is good. My stuff.
- 50:44I know, But you had previous ones.
- 50:46Oh, yeah, And you got tea. I mean, you have maybe advice,
- 50:50You have maybe things that you want to share, right?
- 50:53He's that. Vice guy for sure he's.
- 50:54Definitely that vice. Guy.
- 50:56It's like, no. Choose who choose.
- 50:58You. That's fair.
- 51:01That's fair. I mean, OK, so I was going to
- 51:04ask this because I think like from a girl perspective, I get
- 51:07this because I'm pretty ambitious.
- 51:08I'm like doing a bunch of stuff and I feel like sometimes it is
- 51:13really hard to date a dude who's like, I want an ambitious woman
- 51:17and then they meet her and then they're like, no, I don't want
- 51:20an you don't have time for me. You don't have this, you don't
- 51:22have that. But we're going to flip it
- 51:24because I want to know, like, what's one thing that you guys
- 51:27wish women understand about man who men who are just grinding,
- 51:31You know, like we're going to flip it because like I, you
- 51:33know, we get up from my side. I want to.
- 51:35Hear from your side. I'll say one quick thing.
- 51:36I think it's back to that point of like always chasing the shiny
- 51:39object. I think a lot of like in
- 51:43business, we can miss our blessings because we're not
- 51:45chasing that one thing over and over and over again that we
- 51:47actually believe we see something else that looks nice
- 51:50or somebody else that has more than us, and we jump to it.
- 51:54And I feel like in 2025, it's very competitive on like in the
- 51:59dating world. Yeah, because you, I mean, you
- 52:00have people with the same age as you that have more than you, you
- 52:04know, and it's just like they have access to the same people,
- 52:07you know, from a click of a button.
- 52:09So it can be someone in a completely different town, city,
- 52:11you know? And yeah, I don't know, people
- 52:14just need to go back, I think to connecting in person and stuff
- 52:19like that. I don't know.
- 52:19It's no, it's. Different. 2020.
- 52:21Five, yeah, like, I mean, like social media really does kind of
- 52:25mess up. Yeah.
- 52:26Because like, you could be having a good connection and
- 52:29then whether you're female or male or whatever, right, Like
- 52:34you're homie or home girl could just be like, I saw somebody
- 52:38else and I want to go explore this.
- 52:42Oh, did you get heartbroken crying?
- 52:52Did this happen to you recently? I'm sorry.
- 52:54I've gotten dumped. Rejection is hard.
- 52:59It's OK, We all have. Sounded like Andy.
- 53:05We all have to deal with rejection.
- 53:07No, but you get what I'm saying though.
- 53:09It's like it's a whole different.
- 53:10I feel like playing field nowadays.
- 53:12So I feel like men always think that they got to, you know, do
- 53:16extra to prove themselves. And I feel like I don't know,
- 53:18I'm not going to speak on a woman.
- 53:19I'm not, I'm not, you know, girl.
- 53:20But from the men's side, I feel like we always feel like we got
- 53:22to, you know, prove ourselves and things like that.
- 53:24But then we see examples, you know, like Jamal, he's got a
- 53:27good loving relationship, so. Yeah, what do you mean by like
- 53:31men feel like they have to prove themselves?
- 53:34Feel like you always just got to do more, you know?
- 53:36Yeah, yeah. Because it's just.
- 53:37I need to meet meet these men. No, that's this, No, because
- 53:40even though like people will look at us and like, oh, you
- 53:42guys do a lot. You guys do a lot.
- 53:44But like we see it from our perspective.
- 53:46We're in a field where we're at the bottom of our totem pole.
- 53:48Like, we see people doing way more than us, you know, And it's
- 53:52just like. That's how I see my.
- 53:53Life no 100% and and it's for any business, right.
- 53:56So especially in 2025 because you can just get on your phone
- 53:58and see it. Back then, you couldn't really
- 54:00see it. And I feel like comparison is
- 54:02the thief of joy is kind of old saying.
- 54:03But we're constantly, we constantly have to.
- 54:06And in in 2025, it's almost not fair because it's like, no,
- 54:10yeah, even if you don't want to or even if you don't feel like
- 54:13you have to, you have to like somebody.
- 54:16Nobody. Yeah.
- 54:16I just feel like even if you feel like you don't have to or
- 54:19try or anything, I feel like you have to because somebody else
- 54:21is. And it's like it's a very
- 54:23competitive world that we live in now.
- 54:24I feel like with social media and stuff like that.
- 54:26So I don't know. That's my take on it.
- 54:28These guys probably have different opinions.
- 54:30I I just want a side note here is that I love the background
- 54:34noise of all the drinks. Like.
- 54:36That's what I love about our episodes.
- 54:39I don't know. It's just not.
- 54:40Yeah. It's just like a little nice.
- 54:42OK. That sounds so lovely on here.
- 54:46OK. Sorry.
- 54:47Yeah. I mean, so like, are you saying
- 54:49that you've experiences too, like as you're dating?
- 54:52No, I'm to be honest with you, I had a long term relationship
- 54:55going out like from high school to college.
- 54:57And then you've always been a good boy, huh?
- 55:00No. No, no.
- 55:01No, people don't. People don't see this and have
- 55:06something to say. All I'm saying is all I'm saying
- 55:10is. All I'm saying is what am I
- 55:12saying? I don't even know what he's
- 55:17saying. I don't right now, but all I
- 55:19know is from my previous experience, I didn't have like a
- 55:23like a bad, I don't know, exit out of the relationship.
- 55:26No bad blood or anything like that.
- 55:27So yeah, it was, it was it was cool.
- 55:28I. Guess 0.
- 55:29Relationship trauma. Yeah, not really.
- 55:31Don't fuck them up, girls. No, don't do that.
- 55:33Don't do that. I feel like.
- 55:35I'm kidding. A lot of the traumas came from
- 55:36outside. Oh shit.
- 55:37So yeah, but. That's good, yeah.
- 55:40Yeah, I had one relationship my whole life and it was actually
- 55:43smooth shit. It lasted like 4 years and then
- 55:46ended up, you know, didn't work out.
- 55:48So, you know, that's cool. Yeah, damn.
- 55:51So we were asking this question of like, what's one thing that
- 55:54you guys wish women would understand about men who are
- 55:56just grinding? That I feel like if a man's
- 56:01grinding and it's actually, you know, for that woman or whatever
- 56:03the case may be, and you know, they feel like there's always
- 56:07can be something that's done better or like, you're not doing
- 56:09this, you're not doing that well.
- 56:11Well, then go find somebody who's doing this, the minimum
- 56:14that I'm doing, you know what I'm saying?
- 56:15Like that type of stuff. So go find it somewhere else and
- 56:17see if it's the same. And nine times that 10, it's
- 56:19not, you know what I'm saying? Because someone actually, you
- 56:22know, is into somebody, they'll do whatever for him, you know
- 56:24what I'm saying? Just like Jamal, you know what
- 56:26I'm saying? Like he said that daughter might
- 56:27not be his, but he's still, you know, treated like it is his,
- 56:29you know what I'm saying? So I thought you got to take
- 56:31responsibility. If somebody's taking
- 56:32responsibility and able to own up to what they know they have
- 56:35to work on, I feel like that's enough, you know what I'm
- 56:37saying? 100%.
- 56:40Yeah. Yeah.
- 56:44Yeah, yeah. And and and like, I guess like
- 56:46for me, yeah. I mean, I think like as a girl
- 56:48or I don't know, I mean like, see, I, I'm not saying that what
- 56:53you did what you nothing wrong. You had said I'm grinding for
- 56:59you. I think I look at that
- 57:01differently. Like me personally, I I cried
- 57:05for myself. I guess you know what I mean.
- 57:06I guess I didn't mean for them. What you mean?
- 57:08Yeah, like all this shit that I'm working on, it's for.
- 57:12You, but when you're in a relationship and you have a
- 57:14partner and you guys are tied together like you're not.
- 57:17If you're in a relationship, especially like you're not
- 57:19building this to be together for tonight or tomorrow.
- 57:23Like especially if the person you're with is like a
- 57:25entrepreneur slash, like business owner slash, like go
- 57:28getter slash type of same type of mentality as you.
- 57:30You know what I'm saying? That's kind.
- 57:32Of, you know, it's a partner thing, but I don't know, I
- 57:36think. Is your is your partner an
- 57:39entrepreneur too? Or are you more like the go
- 57:41getter I'm? The.
- 57:42He is the go head winner. You're the breadwinner, so I
- 57:45think. I take care of what I have to
- 57:47take care of. I think.
- 57:49Care of what she has to take care of.
- 57:50It's a 5050. What she can do, I can't do, and
- 57:53what I do she could, but she doesn't do she.
- 57:56Don't need to. She doesn't need to take care of
- 57:59it because like, like you said, you know, I have kids.
- 58:02So my daughter and a bonus daughter, they're both my kids.
- 58:05So I'm like, I need you to be focused on this.
- 58:08And when you can give me advice or give me a picker upper or
- 58:12motivation, like that's what I need.
- 58:14I don't need you. Like I was texting her and she's
- 58:15like, I'm, I'm not texting you because I don't want to rush
- 58:18you, you know? And it's like you're not rushing
- 58:21me. You're.
- 58:22Not rushing me because I already understand you have that
- 58:24relationship. Like they're not going to sit
- 58:26here and be mad because I'm doing something too better
- 58:29myself, but she will benefit from it.
- 58:32Yeah. Yeah, but you are more locked
- 58:35in. He's very locked.
- 58:36In yeah. So that that is different from
- 58:38when maybe you're in early stages.
- 58:40Yeah, at that point in the early stages, I feel like you just,
- 58:43you know, look for those signs like if you guys are gonna be a
- 58:47long term relationship or not. Like cuz you know, there's such
- 58:50thing as like it doesn't last long forever and it doesn't last
- 58:56or work and last long and still not work out exactly.
- 58:58So like you need to identify that for what it is.
- 59:02Yeah, identify that for what it is and keep going.
- 59:06Yeah. So yeah.
- 59:09Yeah, I heard some lady. I was just totally off topic but
- 59:11I heard I was at the humidor one day like a cigar lounge.
- 59:14Yeah, I know. I remember that one time that
- 59:17like we were at, we were at Humidor one time and then Dusty
- 59:21was trying to be my wing man, remember, Do you remember that
- 59:24one time? It's.
- 59:26Like why you even got me being a wing man, that's what she's.
- 59:28Talking about Dusty is the worst wing man.
- 59:31Oh wait, I do. Remember.
- 59:33Yeah, he does. Yeah, he does.
- 59:34He's. Like.
- 59:35I remember, call me a time. Yeah, it didn't work out.
- 59:40He had a girlfriend. Hey, it's OK.
- 59:43But I was, I was sitting with somebody, a dude, one of my
- 59:48friends, you do a guy. Anyway, we're just sitting
- 59:51across these older ladies, not going to hear them talking.
- 59:53And then we just start talking to each other.
- 59:54And example, the lady said she's been married for like 45 years,
- 59:58but for the last like 17 years, they have something in the same
- 1:00:01bed because she's not truly happy.
- 1:00:03So I asked her. I said.
- 1:00:05Well, then what's keepy? Like what, Why are you still
- 1:00:06there if you're not happy? You know what I'm saying?
- 1:00:08And or the the older generation has different reasons.
- 1:00:12You know, they might not be able to go out there and find another
- 1:00:1467 year old man or woman. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:00:17That's that's single cause a lot of them back are got somebody or
- 1:00:20widowed or you know what I'm saying?
- 1:00:21So it's like they want to stay for certain different reasons.
- 1:00:24So it's like, like you said, not everybody happy and shit and
- 1:00:27like you said, it can last a long time, but you're not be
- 1:00:28happy family. You're sticking together for the
- 1:00:30kids or you're sticking together for I don't know what reason I'd
- 1:00:33be gone. Gotta have something, you know
- 1:00:34what I'm saying? But I.
- 1:00:35Was I was, I was happy, Yeah. Don't tell me in that.
- 1:00:41Boat, I'm saying like you just said, if you work out.
- 1:00:44But it can. It's not happy, honey.
- 1:00:45Yeah. Honey, you know so.
- 1:00:47You see it every day. I'll see it every day,
- 1:00:48everybody, trust me. I mean, that's why in the United
- 1:00:51States, the divorce ratings are like higher than the divorce
- 1:00:54percentage is like higher than people who stayed married.
- 1:00:56Basically I want to get married. 30 I'm already I already beat
- 1:00:59the odds. Beat the odds.
- 1:01:02Because I'm not married. Never been.
- 1:01:04Never been, Never been. Yeah.
- 1:01:06Oh my God. I mean, like, I like Midwest.
- 1:01:09You do have this to some degree. It's like this pressure to get
- 1:01:13married really young and have kids.
- 1:01:15Is that Midwest? Yeah, she's here.
- 1:01:17Yes, in the Midwest. Yes.
- 1:01:20I. No, no, she's right.
- 1:01:21In like in smaller towns there is that pressure to get married
- 1:01:24super young or like have kids. Yeah or yeah, I'm Mexican, so
- 1:01:30very different thoughts for me and how I was grew up too.
- 1:01:34And so like it is that you're also supposed to get married
- 1:01:37really young and have kids like my both of my older siblings got
- 1:01:41married and had kids at they got married at 21.
- 1:01:46And I remember like my parents would be like, OK, are you?
- 1:01:49And I'm like. Nope, that's.
- 1:01:54OK. And and no, it's not about
- 1:01:56finding the one. I'm a child.
- 1:01:59Yeah. At that age, yeah.
- 1:02:01I'm a It's not about finding the one that's a child.
- 1:02:05Yeah. And also 25 is young
- 1:02:09respectfully. Yeah, 25 is young, but.
- 1:02:12But like you said, my frontal lobe is definitely available.
- 1:02:16I also think it's situational. Like I'm ready.
- 1:02:18No, no. I also think it's situational
- 1:02:20too. Like like Jamal tell you, like
- 1:02:22he has raised himself since he was 1617 years old.
- 1:02:26And I'm like, I wasn't that I didn't have to be put in that
- 1:02:29position. I'm the youngest child.
- 1:02:30I always had older siblings looking after me.
- 1:02:32So I can be, I don't know, a little bit more goofy at times
- 1:02:36or like, just nonchalant. Yeah.
- 1:02:38But I was never, like, made to be in that position at an early
- 1:02:41age. So sometimes I'll just be like,
- 1:02:43well, I didn't know how to handle that situation, but.
- 1:02:45That's a good point, yeah. I mean, I felt like I had to
- 1:02:47grow up really young the way that I had to grow up as well.
- 1:02:53I'm still like, I think, I think this is the thing though, like
- 1:02:56for me personally, I, I have so much to chase and I think, I
- 1:03:03think to a degree it is maybe my cultural stuff because I'm from
- 1:03:09Mexico. So they're in small town too.
- 1:03:11So it's very different beliefs than even Midwest.
- 1:03:14And it was just like, as in beliefs, as in like, you're as
- 1:03:19soon as you have a husband, you have to listen to him.
- 1:03:21He's the one who's going to be saying whether you can or can't
- 1:03:24do something. He's the one.
- 1:03:25And those were things that I grew up with that I was like, I
- 1:03:28don't want any of that. I grew up with that damn.
- 1:03:32So you wouldn't want that to be your relationship.
- 1:03:34How did? It well, it's because like I've
- 1:03:35seen, I've seen the woman have to give up herself so much.
- 1:03:39Like give up where? She is.
- 1:03:41I think it's situational. Like, yeah, I.
- 1:03:42Want a stay at home wife? Well, if all she's doing is
- 1:03:44staying at home, she had no purpose.
- 1:03:46How's she going? How's she going there?
- 1:03:47She ain't got no purpose. No, for real.
- 1:03:49No literally because some people want to stay at home so much and
- 1:03:52then what's she doing but staying at home?
- 1:03:54But she. Got kids if she has like if you
- 1:03:56guys have a family though if you guys have a family if kids yeah
- 1:04:00think about it if if both of you guys are at home or if both of
- 1:04:03you guys are out all day grinding and being entrepreneurs
- 1:04:05who's raising your. Kids, you know the school
- 1:04:07system. Or somebody who you don't even
- 1:04:08know. I'm not saying.
- 1:04:10It's not even about paying. It's not even about paying.
- 1:04:12It's just about like you're going to have the best interest
- 1:04:14for your kids at all times. Listen.
- 1:04:15Yeah. I'm saying some, some dudes want
- 1:04:18their wives to just stay home, is my point.
- 1:04:20Don't have, don't go out. Don't do nothing.
- 1:04:22But you just stay at home watching these kids and I'll
- 1:04:24make sure you're straight. Damn, I can't go to Pilates.
- 1:04:26Damn. I can't go here.
- 1:04:27Yeah. I feel like that has to.
- 1:04:29Do. That.
- 1:04:30Has to do with insecurity because when you're dealing with
- 1:04:32people and you love somebody, like I said, like you should be
- 1:04:36confident in yourself and what. The lady that said she was, she
- 1:04:40was happy for the last 17 years. I was talking about how she
- 1:04:43feels like it's a prison, not a relationship.
- 1:04:45So that's my point. Just like she can't do nothing
- 1:04:47because she's. Everybody in situation in
- 1:04:50situation, like you said, because some people are in that
- 1:04:52situation and some people have high school sweethearts and
- 1:04:55they're happier and loving relations as much.
- 1:04:57As they want some, I mean, or they've stuck, yeah, or.
- 1:05:00They're stuck and they don't admit it.
- 1:05:02Yeah, you're. Right, A lot of people will be
- 1:05:04stuck because of point. Yeah, I mean, well, well, they
- 1:05:07obviously didn't do anything like that.
- 1:05:09But like what I'm saying is like, say you started dating
- 1:05:12really young and all you've ever known is this person, your
- 1:05:18personality has grown to be this person.
- 1:05:22And so you do not know yourself without this person.
- 1:05:24I. Can I can vouch for that shit?
- 1:05:26I was I was in a relationship look young, 16 years old all the
- 1:05:30way to like 2122 years old. So for me it was like, and that
- 1:05:35was who I shared life with. Like every day was either at her
- 1:05:38house or my house. And then when that ended, I
- 1:05:40pretty much ended basketball at the same time.
- 1:05:44Parents house at that time. But but look, I'm out on crib
- 1:05:47now, guys. They have their own home.
- 1:05:51Their frontal lobe is developed. Let me see those biceps.
- 1:05:54If you like biceps, they got the biceps.
- 1:05:58So basically, like in that situation, like I feel like
- 1:06:02there is a certain age where, OK, like I'm not going to be
- 1:06:06married at 18 or 21. Like you have a life still to
- 1:06:10live, but once you reach 25, once you reach 30 and you're
- 1:06:14still chasing it, quote UN quote, you know, like what if
- 1:06:17you don't reach it? And what if you don't have
- 1:06:19anybody there for those moments when you actually need somebody
- 1:06:22to be by your side and your family doesn't care, your
- 1:06:25friends don't care nobody, but you need somebody to give you
- 1:06:28unconditional love and unconditional support in that
- 1:06:31moment. It's not about money, it's not
- 1:06:33about ego, it's not about my personality.
- 1:06:35It's not about all these different things.
- 1:06:37It's about person to person. We're human, you know, So it's
- 1:06:40like, like I said, you're continuously chasing it.
- 1:06:45When does the chase end? So.
- 1:06:47I think that's my problem. I don't know when the chase end.
- 1:06:49That's a lot. And when I say chase, it's not
- 1:06:54relationship related. For me, it is very much, yeah.
- 1:06:58It's like, it's like, I know I could do this better.
- 1:07:01I know I could do that next. I know I have this thing next,
- 1:07:04yeah. And it's.
- 1:07:05The same with that perfectionist mindset I was talking about
- 1:07:08earlier. Like if you never celebrate
- 1:07:11those small wins, when are you ever going?
- 1:07:12To know what a win is. Actually never know what the win
- 1:07:15is just as much as I'll say this too, because even being in a
- 1:07:18relationship and everybody body in their situations, like just
- 1:07:22as much as you appreciate being on your own or having your own
- 1:07:25life or chasing what you want to chase.
- 1:07:27You know, like at what point do you separate what you want for
- 1:07:30somebody else? You know, because for whether
- 1:07:33it's you have a kid, whether you have a best friend, whether you
- 1:07:36have a sick mother, a sick father, like at what point do
- 1:07:40you stop and say I'm not chasing my dreams?
- 1:07:44I'm going to put everything to the side for this and then
- 1:07:47you'll need support. Well, I mean, I've done.
- 1:07:49That's already been my life story, right?
- 1:07:51Yeah. It's like that's already
- 1:07:52happened. That's already happened.
- 1:07:53I've already had a second. I'm lost or all that stuff.
- 1:07:58It's more of like, I think to some degree, like I gave up the
- 1:08:02idea of a relationship at some point because it's like, it's
- 1:08:07like, if I want to chase this mastery and leave a really good
- 1:08:13thing for the rest of everyone else, I need to give myself to
- 1:08:16that. Yeah.
- 1:08:17I need to give myself to this not because of just me, but
- 1:08:21because of what I want to do for others.
- 1:08:24Right. Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:08:25And then it's like, and then you almost and you become
- 1:08:28sacrificial and it's like, what can I sacrifice to do this?
- 1:08:32Can I sacrifice 2 hours of sleep?
- 1:08:35Can I sacrifice this type of relationship?
- 1:08:38Can I sacrifice this other hobby?
- 1:08:40Can I sacrifice my doom scrolling?
- 1:08:43And I used to do that like I used to be like, what can I
- 1:08:46sacrifice? And I would be like, I'm going
- 1:08:48to sacrifice romantic relationships because for me, I
- 1:08:53was like, I, I go to therapy and then I'm like, I can work on my
- 1:08:58relationships because I think, like to your point, we need
- 1:09:00people, we need community, we need all of this.
- 1:09:03And so it's like I can work on my relationship with my family
- 1:09:06and I can work on my relationship with my friends,
- 1:09:09and I can have a very fulfilling life in that perspective.
- 1:09:12Right. Definitely.
- 1:09:13And so then it's like, OK, I can do that.
- 1:09:15I'm going to sacrifice this aspect.
- 1:09:18And then now I think I am at this point which Oh my God I'm
- 1:09:21going to say this but nobody fucking slighted my DM.
- 1:09:26Go ahead and tell. Tell the public.
- 1:09:29Say it as it is. Because it's like I'm at a point
- 1:09:31where it's like, man, I really grinded all that, that I'm just
- 1:09:33like, and I really worked on all that, that it's like, I think
- 1:09:36I'm ready to share this with someone, right?
- 1:09:39I'm ready to be like, I'll be like travelling or I'll be doing
- 1:09:43something. And it's like, I'm ready to
- 1:09:44share this experience. And like I'm at this point where
- 1:09:48like I know who I am. I know what I'm doing.
- 1:09:51I know what I'm chasing. Huh.
- 1:09:57But that's that is some change like.
- 1:10:02But I mean, and so I am, I'm more open to it now.
- 1:10:05Yeah, yeah than I was before. But I mean, I think it was
- 1:10:09because, I mean previously, I mean like, I'm, I'm like, OK,
- 1:10:12I'm going to give up this idea because I don't know that I, I
- 1:10:15think to some degree I'm like, I'm not going to find it.
- 1:10:18And then to. Another degree I kind of, I kind
- 1:10:20of look at like just like one of my teachers, he told me.
- 1:10:23And I went to like a private Christian college, so I don't
- 1:10:27know what. But anyway, yeah.
- 1:10:29Anyway, Long story short, I got told I was like, at the end of
- 1:10:31your life, you know, like he basically told her like there
- 1:10:35was, you know, someone who, you know, focused on their career,
- 1:10:39never had any kids, always wanted every, you know, just was
- 1:10:42focused on themselves their whole entire life.
- 1:10:44And at the end of their life, you know, they're in the the
- 1:10:47hospital bed. It's just them and there's no
- 1:10:49kids, no grandkids, no great grandkids come in to to support
- 1:10:54these people in their final moments of their final life.
- 1:10:57You know, and and if you there's a book called into the light.
- 1:11:00My mom told me to read it. I've read like one or two child.
- 1:11:02I need to keep reading it. It's about like a nurse that's
- 1:11:05he's like the person at the very end of everybody's life.
- 1:11:08And he basically determines what like when the family tells him,
- 1:11:11OK, pull the plug, he pulls the plug and he he wrote a chapter
- 1:11:14or he wrote a book. It was 16 chapters.
- 1:11:16Each chapter is about each person's life right before they
- 1:11:18died. It was about all the hallucin
- 1:11:21like hallucinations. They had dreams like you know
- 1:11:24their. Experiences.
- 1:11:25Experiences on, you know, spirituality, things like that,
- 1:11:27He wrote. Chapters on each person's story.
- 1:11:29And not one of them mentioned all the things that they did in
- 1:11:32their life. Not one of them mentioned all
- 1:11:34the great things that they bought in their life, the things
- 1:11:36that they owned. If they had 20 houses, if they
- 1:11:38had one house, if they didn't own a house, if they had, you
- 1:11:41know, yeah. Anything.
- 1:11:43All that they cared about at that final moment was who was
- 1:11:46there to see them, who came at the final very moment their life
- 1:11:49and who came to see them. And not to get like spiritual or
- 1:11:52anything, but I think that that's that's kind of like what
- 1:11:54I feel like life is about is like not only your community,
- 1:11:57but like also, you know, you can share memories.
- 1:12:01Yeah. And like now, you know, you have
- 1:12:03a kid and it's like you didn't pass down your genes to somebody
- 1:12:07else and brought some more life in.
- 1:12:08Yeah. But that's not everybody also
- 1:12:11doesn't want that. And I also, yeah, 100% like I
- 1:12:13also don't like think anybody's wrong for just wanting to live
- 1:12:18their life how they 100% they can let everybody can live how
- 1:12:21they want to live. But at the same time you do have
- 1:12:23to start to. Think we all live three
- 1:12:25different lives? Yeah, yeah.
- 1:12:26So literally we all live three different lives.
- 1:12:29So it's like but at the end of the.
- 1:12:32Day. Families don't matter.
- 1:12:33I didn't mean to get too deep or anything, but that's just kind
- 1:12:35of, you know, I took that lesson from what he told me and I.
- 1:12:38No and no, I think I think that's true.
- 1:12:41Like I think that when you also lose someone who's really
- 1:12:45important to you, that becomes is really relevant.
- 1:12:47It's like acolytes don't matter what nothing.
- 1:12:52Matters. Yeah.
- 1:12:54It matters about, like, who I have around me, who genuinely
- 1:12:57love me, yeah, and care for me. So many people you got at the
- 1:13:00end of the day. So.
- 1:13:01Yeah. For sure and.
- 1:13:02That's why like to sum that up, that's why I think like even
- 1:13:05having a partner, partner or finding that one like you said,
- 1:13:08now you want to share that stuff with somebody.
- 1:13:10Yeah, I started like life a little early with having to pay
- 1:13:14bills and having all these different responsibilities and
- 1:13:17lorries. And it's like, what am I working
- 1:13:20for? Like, what am I living for at
- 1:13:22the end of the day? Like I meant like I always say
- 1:13:25I'm going home to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
- 1:13:27Like I want to be around the people who just unconditionally
- 1:13:30love me. They can be pissed off or I'll I
- 1:13:32give a fuck. But they.
- 1:13:34Love me, you know, like they actually care about me.
- 1:13:37If I was to die right now, they would show up, you know, so it's
- 1:13:40like that's more important than going to party at the club.
- 1:13:43This for sure. You know, that's more important.
- 1:13:45How much money we made last week, Lincoln having five
- 1:13:48different, you know, like, just in that sense, like for me.
- 1:13:52You got, you got. Why are you look at?
- 1:13:59I'm just, I'm just a little tipsy that's.
- 1:14:00All. Cam was the most excited about
- 1:14:07this part and he is not. I can't say nothing.
- 1:14:11I got my answer, my question. We did.
- 1:14:14I talked about what I need to talk about.
- 1:14:15You didn't answer another question.
- 1:14:17Don't open this can of worms, I. Can don't, don't, OK.
- 1:14:20Actually, we can, yeah. What's the next topic?
- 1:14:23Let's get it in. I thought we were still on
- 1:14:25relationships. We're moving out, we're moving.
- 1:14:27A little. Bit I was that was not these
- 1:14:31guys talk. Damn, damn not.
- 1:14:34Like. That let them move.
- 1:14:35Let them move. Tell them talk your shit.
- 1:14:37Can we talk? Can we talk about that now?
- 1:14:39What? Basketball player let's talk
- 1:14:41about Cam Cam wants to make the. Show does he knows about does he
- 1:14:44knows about basketball? I don't.
- 1:14:48Kobe. Kobe.
- 1:14:50Who's your favorite basketball player?
- 1:14:51Kobe. So you like you?
- 1:14:56You got Kobe over Braun. Yes, because of the skill set
- 1:15:03that he had in the killer mindset like when when you when
- 1:15:07the team needed him to take over the freaking game and win it for
- 1:15:12them, he did it he. Win camera lights.
- 1:15:14He's like, he did that, he went. At him, you know.
- 1:15:17Like I'm Kobe and. Where's LeBron?
- 1:15:19Like, yeah, I'm gonna make the right play this and that.
- 1:15:21And it's like, but bro, you're so big and built.
- 1:15:25Just you can just. Go get the fucking bucket.
- 1:15:29No, Yeah. You're getting paid $80 million.
- 1:15:33Go do it. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:15:36No, no, I feel like that. Do it.
- 1:15:37Oh. My.
- 1:15:39God do it shit. Miss the season?
- 1:15:41And I gotta fade away, like where's bronze fade away at?
- 1:15:44I got one. He's a.
- 1:15:46Hooper. He's a hoop.
- 1:15:47I definitely got a step back I like.
- 1:15:49That. I got a crossover.
- 1:15:52Dusty. Literally 360.
- 1:15:53Dunks. Dunks on people.
- 1:15:55Noon, Boss. Defense.
- 1:15:57Noon ball. Sundays where?
- 1:16:02I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:16:03I don't. Know.
- 1:16:05Jomoni's a join into that. I do.
- 1:16:07I'm a dog cardio, so I need some guys to go in cardio.
- 1:16:10I gotta feel like dude. Don't you?
- 1:16:12Don't you have? Like a whole, I did OK.
- 1:16:16People get busy, things get busy.
- 1:16:19So what are we talking about? You know how hooping goes?
- 1:16:21You like, run into a group and then you guys hoop for a little
- 1:16:24bit, but then it dies down? Yeah.
- 1:16:26Yeah, Dan was just a part of a team.
- 1:16:28Tell them about I. Got a whole team, he.
- 1:16:31Said I got a whole. I want to hear about this.
- 1:16:35Oh bro, tell. Them about your backups?
- 1:16:36No, like the team, Like oh. No, no, you know what he meant.
- 1:16:40You know what he. Meant, oh, we're talking about
- 1:16:41the roster now. How do people like, what is this
- 1:16:44idea of like being casual dating and like not being in casual
- 1:16:49dating? Yeah.
- 1:16:51I'm just, I work for these guys, you know, every day I get up, I
- 1:16:57wake up and I say, you know what, it's 10:00 in for 6:00
- 1:17:00rooms. And what does that mean?
- 1:17:016 Sims, It's Trey and Jamal. You heard him every day.
- 1:17:04Now ask him about every night. Tell him.
- 1:17:09Tell him he does what he needs for his 9:00 to 5:00.
- 1:17:14I was about to say that the person who pushed the most I was
- 1:17:18saying I want to talk about relationships was this guy was
- 1:17:22not these two as long as he shows.
- 1:17:25Up for work, I can't say much so.
- 1:17:27And I'm and listen like I'm a, I'm a good host.
- 1:17:30I respect my guests. I'm going to, I'm going to open
- 1:17:33up and open up as little as I want.
- 1:17:35To just about what you want to talk about.
- 1:17:37What I'm trying to say is I'm single and I'm not trying.
- 1:17:41To. Came on here to who he.
- 1:17:44Said he's not ready to. Meet.
- 1:17:46I'm not. I'm not.
- 1:17:46That's what I'm saying. I'm ready to meet.
- 1:17:48See. Oh oh.
- 1:17:49You got to be like 28 and older. Oh my, for real?
- 1:17:55OK, why is that? Like older women?
- 1:17:57Yes ma'am. Why?
- 1:17:58I like thick, beautiful women, women that look like women.
- 1:18:02You know what I'm saying? I don't want to, you know?
- 1:18:05You know, I think they're attracted to me more than I'm
- 1:18:08attracted to them. Does that make sense?
- 1:18:11But you know, once they attract, you got to think I'm 25, they're
- 1:18:17303132 people, 32 ain't even do what I'm doing.
- 1:18:22So it might look a little different.
- 1:18:23You know what I'm saying? I'm not trying to toot my own
- 1:18:25toot my own horn, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:18:27But I'm just, it just is what it is, you know, so.
- 1:18:32There we go. I'm just saying.
- 1:18:37How's your whistle? That sound like a gambling.
- 1:18:39Yeah, no, I thought that what it was.
- 1:18:41OK, let's do that. Again, got to understand Joe
- 1:18:43Rose. I'm telling you.
- 1:18:45You got to understand Joe. Rose, dude, how'd you do that?
- 1:18:47I don't know how to whistle. Oh, I do.
- 1:18:52Cam will teach you. OK, go.
- 1:18:54How I don't? Know Cam is going to teach me
- 1:18:56how to whistle that whistle that you just did.
- 1:19:00Wow, no. He know how to like oh.
- 1:19:04Yeah, let me see. It do it do it do it.
- 1:19:06Do it. Do it.
- 1:19:10What? I've never seen that type of.
- 1:19:12Whisper eat a dog. Whisperer.
- 1:19:13Oh my God. OK, so Jamal, you're not you're
- 1:19:17not single and you're not ready to mingle.
- 1:19:19You're. Single and ready to mingle.
- 1:19:21And you're or you're not. I'm focused on focus on my
- 1:19:26business right now. But at the same time though, I
- 1:19:28think that things don't always come around twice.
- 1:19:31So you do still have to have your eyes open if something
- 1:19:33passes by you, you know, And it's like meant to be and it's
- 1:19:36meant to be. So I'm not like eyes totally off
- 1:19:39of it, but I am focused on the business if they can handle we.
- 1:19:43Need some real. We need some.
- 1:19:45We need some real. Whoa, whoa, whoa, before you get
- 1:19:47a speaking for everybody. Aye.
- 1:19:51We're talking about weed. We can't even be in the same
- 1:19:54conversation. I'm not in that combat.
- 1:19:58I am looking and I'm not looking for shit.
- 1:20:00Oh OK, he don't know he jumped but she didn't got him a drink
- 1:20:03and. She but look like this.
- 1:20:06Can of warm. I do prefer the Tinas.
- 1:20:11Kevin's drunk. Only because they know how to
- 1:20:15clean. Wow, this is.
- 1:20:16Getting bad. This is getting.
- 1:20:17Bad. They're not taking.
- 1:20:20They're not taking. Drink away.
- 1:20:22From Yeah, they know how to take.
- 1:20:23We're going to have. To cut some stuff out.
- 1:20:25Yeah, I'm not saying anything bad.
- 1:20:27I'm just embracing. I'm.
- 1:20:29Just embracing the. Yeah.
- 1:20:31Culture. Yeah.
- 1:20:35Wouldn't, wouldn't you say that from Laotian or no?
- 1:20:39Do you got, do you got some like cultural?
- 1:20:43Preferences. Preferences.
- 1:20:46Dusty's married. Oh, is he?
- 1:20:48Congratulations. Congratulations.
- 1:20:49Congratulations, Dusty. 'S married, I mean all the, all
- 1:20:52the listeners know, but Dusty's married.
- 1:20:55And so like Cam is saying, like the Latinas, they know how to
- 1:20:58clean and they know how to cook, which is they say.
- 1:21:03That's why it says. I mean, it's a general gender
- 1:21:09role, I guess. Yeah, I can cook and clean now,
- 1:21:13but but. You I can also cook and.
- 1:21:15Clean. Thank you, Dusty.
- 1:21:16I know that's right, Dusty. I can.
- 1:21:20Also cook. He's like, I don't know.
- 1:21:28Everybody should know how to cook and clean.
- 1:21:31And if you don't, it's YouTube. YouTube teach everything.
- 1:21:37OK. Don't you?
- 1:21:40I think. I think.
- 1:21:40We can switch topics and then later on you guys will watch
- 1:21:43this or hear back or remember and sleep on this and then I'll
- 1:21:46get a bunch of text messages up. Hey, can you cut that out?
- 1:21:49And it's OK. We cut things out all the time.
- 1:21:52It's OK. I have no shame on my game.
- 1:21:55And so I'm going to, I'm going to ask a different question
- 1:22:00instead. So it's like, is it petty to
- 1:22:02block and delete at the end of something?
- 1:22:05Yes, hell. Yeah.
- 1:22:06Yeah, yeah, it's petty. Look.
- 1:22:08Look who am I? Blocked me, I said.
- 1:22:09Damn. Buddy has access to me after.
- 1:22:12Listen, listen. I'm.
- 1:22:13Messed up. I'm not gonna.
- 1:22:14I'm also. You and I, You and I.
- 1:22:17Hey, hey, hold on, Hold on. Hey, you had access.
- 1:22:22You ain't getting it again. Yeah.
- 1:22:24No, I don't block nobody. You guys, I.
- 1:22:26Block. Everyone, this is what this is
- 1:22:28what I think that's what I think.
- 1:22:30That's what I think that's the right thing.
- 1:22:31Yeah. How are you going to get so
- 1:22:34like, I mean, and maybe it's just from a like a point of I
- 1:22:37guess respect or whatever, but like why?
- 1:22:39And I've done this before. I block people, I've done things
- 1:22:42like that, but at the same time, like, why even get that upset as
- 1:22:45somebody else to block them and and just totally like especially
- 1:22:49if that was somebody who at one point you guys had an actual
- 1:22:52relationship or something like that.
- 1:22:57Not that anyway. I'm.
- 1:23:05Still telling you guys some pretty feet I'd like to meet,
- 1:23:07you know? What I'm saying I can't say, but
- 1:23:16if you guys have like a real lasting type of relationship
- 1:23:19type of thing, yeah, what? How you just going to block
- 1:23:22them? Like y'all have way too many
- 1:23:23good encounters. This is the one thing I have a
- 1:23:24pet peeve about about relationships thing will be good
- 1:23:27for however long. One year, five years, 10 years,
- 1:23:31someone bad tooth. But damn, this is I'm looking
- 1:23:36real bad on this episode myself too.
- 1:23:40But but what I'm trying to say is that no, I'm not going to
- 1:23:44like one. All my friends are amazing and
- 1:23:48whimsical and beautiful and like I surround myself with really
- 1:23:52amazing people and you'd be stupid to not be interested.
- 1:23:57Because I've heard beautiful like 5 times.
- 1:24:00Hold on. Go go through my shit, go
- 1:24:01through my shit. You'll see them but and you'll
- 1:24:04find amazing things. I mean really, it's that sound
- 1:24:06again. But will they all be open to it?
- 1:24:10Probably not. But hey, you know who's talking
- 1:24:14to? I don't even know.
- 1:24:16I don't need them all to be open soon, just one.
- 1:24:19I'm not looking for all of them. No, what I'm trying to say is
- 1:24:24like, to your point, I'm not going to be like, go and block
- 1:24:28this person. Go and do this thing.
- 1:24:30Go and do that. Because one thing for me is
- 1:24:33like, and this is true for me is like, I think that if I'm in a
- 1:24:37relationship or as this is a goal for me at least, is that I
- 1:24:42want to experience this person at their point.
- 1:24:45And I want them to experience me at my point and want them to
- 1:24:48continue to meet me as I continue to grow throughout the
- 1:24:51rest. Because I'm going to continue to
- 1:24:53change and I'm going to continue to grow.
- 1:24:55And I hope that you do. And I hope that you continue to
- 1:24:58change and continue to grow because I'm going to and, and
- 1:25:06also like, you should be chasing all your shit.
- 1:25:10Chase all your shit separately. I'm going to chase my shit
- 1:25:12separately. And I hope that that's coincide
- 1:25:15somehow. And if it doesn't, then Oh well.
- 1:25:19I wish you the best. Yeah, I'm not going to wish you
- 1:25:22anything bad. Yeah, I wish you the best so you
- 1:25:25can, so you can receive the best.
- 1:25:27I'm serious. You ready?
- 1:25:30You. Know what that sounds?
- 1:25:32The conspiracy. Yeah, I do.
- 1:25:33I do know what that sounds. It's your favorite part.
- 1:25:36My favorite part too. It's.
- 1:25:37Your favorite? I don't know.
- 1:25:40I don't know if you can call it my favorite part, but why?
- 1:25:43We're going to get into it. What we're getting into.
- 1:25:47I don't know what we're going to get into, but we're going to get
- 1:25:48into it. Actually, I do, but we just
- 1:25:52wrote it down. What?
- 1:25:53We're getting into. Let's see.
- 1:25:55Let's see. Excited for.
- 1:25:56This. What's the conspiracy today?
- 1:26:00Do you think that they were really shipping kids in those
- 1:26:02Wayfair furnitures? Oh, I seen this.
- 1:26:05What happened? I did see this.
- 1:26:07I didn't see that. I didn't.
- 1:26:08Hell yeah. You know why?
- 1:26:11You know why? Because they put it out and to
- 1:26:12make you like, Oh my God, this ain't real, This ain't real.
- 1:26:15They put it right in your face. I don't.
- 1:26:16Lie when this because everything was going around, I seen
- 1:26:18something it was like, oh, this this like this cabinetry was
- 1:26:22like $599, but it was the same cabinetry still in Wayfair for
- 1:26:27like 10,000. And I'm like, why is this same
- 1:26:30cabinetry, same skew, a different price?
- 1:26:33Did something come with that package?
- 1:26:35A kid. That's cool.
- 1:26:37I'll be going to war behind my baby if I ever.
- 1:26:42No, I don't know. I'm I'm playing.
- 1:26:46I got a kid so. You're right, you're right.
- 1:26:48So from your perspective, I'd. Be like, man, we got to, we got
- 1:26:51to crack down. From your perspective.
- 1:26:54But it's going on like this stuff is happening for real, so.
- 1:26:57You believe it's happening? I feel like even isn't Wichita
- 1:27:00like hub for sex trafficking? Yeah.
- 1:27:03Yeah, for sure. It's going on.
- 1:27:05I feel like it's in front of our face, but people just don't
- 1:27:07believe it or choose to believe it.
- 1:27:09There's a lot of shit going on in front of our face.
- 1:27:11And like, people don't really open their eyes.
- 1:27:13And they think people who say conspiracies are crazy, but it's
- 1:27:16like, how much research does the average person do on anything
- 1:27:20going on? You know, they're just watching
- 1:27:22the news. They're watching their phone,
- 1:27:24social media. And there's stuff going around
- 1:27:27here in Wichita too, like if you actually just dove deep into a
- 1:27:31private, investigated into it, like you'd actually probably
- 1:27:33find something out. Yeah.
- 1:27:35It's kind of scary. There's people who are way too
- 1:27:38much money, way too much control.
- 1:27:40That's just the country we live in because that's it's a
- 1:27:42capitalistic country. Oh yeah.
- 1:27:44Epstein files. What else?
- 1:27:45What else? You got a question, Dusty.
- 1:27:46What else do you want to know? The Epstein files is what you're
- 1:27:49talking. About.
- 1:27:50I don't know. No, we're, we're, we're, we're.
- 1:27:52You. Wanna Choo Choo Choo?
- 1:27:54Jews ain't the real juice. I did I.
- 1:27:58Did I did? I mean that is related to the
- 1:28:01Wayfair furniture thing because. So the Epstein files is kind of.
- 1:28:04Where else are those kids gonna go, this island?
- 1:28:07Yeah, you're right. They're out there doing some
- 1:28:10crazy things. Some kids are fucked up.
- 1:28:12I. Just thought of.
- 1:28:14That I just connect that dot for you you.
- 1:28:16Did you did cuz like fuck where? Are they going?
- 1:28:20I did see a study instead of a million kids go missing every
- 1:28:23year without like a report. Like the parents didn't even
- 1:28:25report. Them.
- 1:28:25They never find them. Why?
- 1:28:26Would the parents? It's that McDonald's.
- 1:28:29Though did they get paid? Do you think that they get paid?
- 1:28:31It's because they got taken. They got paid.
- 1:28:35I feel like if the kid got oh you mean the parent too.
- 1:28:38No, the kid. If the kid got taken, I feel
- 1:28:40like the parent would report them.
- 1:28:41Yeah, right. They paid them.
- 1:28:43It's a lot of, it's a lot of extortion.
- 1:28:45I got 5 million for you. Let me give me a little.
- 1:28:47Let me get a little Johnny. I need them right now.
- 1:28:51No, I'm serious. I got 5 million for little
- 1:28:54Johnny right now, Nick only two. That's crazy, that's crazy,
- 1:29:00that's crazy because that's really what's going.
- 1:29:02On like the. Thing is, like with kids, I
- 1:29:05mean, you don't only have two years with them, you have nine
- 1:29:08months to, and like, you have like made-up your, your mind
- 1:29:12about this and like, you've started to like feel all these
- 1:29:15things about them. You started to like, you know,
- 1:29:19like you have made all these wishes for them.
- 1:29:24Yeah. So I don't think so.
- 1:29:26I don't think that, like, I don't know.
- 1:29:28Hey, some presents broke some. That's true.
- 1:29:31I mean, people, people do do crazy things for money.
- 1:29:34That's true. I swear.
- 1:29:36There was like a documentary on Netflix.
- 1:29:38I forgot what it was. It was about the IT was about
- 1:29:40the Epstein stuff like that. It was.
- 1:29:43What's that? Does anybody know what I'm
- 1:29:44talking about? Damn, could you be like 2
- 1:29:47seconds? Geez, it was a no.
- 1:29:51It was like a a Netflix documentary about the the
- 1:29:54Epstein files and it was like a girl telling her story.
- 1:29:56I think she was like 14 to 16 years old.
- 1:29:58She was telling her story about how her parents from a different
- 1:30:02country these I think she's like French or something like that
- 1:30:04sold her too. But I don't know.
- 1:30:06This is on Netflix so I'm just listening to what I'm hearing,
- 1:30:10things like that. It's almost.
- 1:30:11Like that, that that dwarfism girl Natalie.
- 1:30:15Oh, I can't remember her name. It's like she she was sold.
- 1:30:20Well, she wasn't sold, but like, oh God, she.
- 1:30:23Was borrowed. No, shut up.
- 1:30:27Dwarfism. Natalie Slavery was going.
- 1:30:29Natalie Grace, this is going. On think of it, they were
- 1:30:33selling people. And it was they were selling ***
- 1:30:36and they were sorry, you know, like.
- 1:30:38So even now, yeah, you know, if you got something you want, you
- 1:30:41can buy it. Money is the root of all evil.
- 1:30:44It is if you have evil as much as you can do good with it you.
- 1:30:48Can do bad. I think nowadays you can pick
- 1:30:50your gender of your child if you do it like artificially, right?
- 1:30:53Yeah. You can pay for it.
- 1:30:54You can pay for it. Yeah.
- 1:30:55That's that's some crazy ass shit.
- 1:30:57I want a boy 10,000. That is crazy, you know what I'm
- 1:31:02saying? Like you can pick what you want
- 1:31:03nowadays. It's fucked up, yeah.
- 1:31:06Yeah, has anyone here heard of the Three Eye Atlas?
- 1:31:10Three eye out of this. Yes.
- 1:31:12What is that? That's now what is.
- 1:31:13Tell me what it is. So everybody thinks that it's
- 1:31:16like this big giant rock that's like heading towards us from
- 1:31:20another solar system, and it's not flying like another rock,
- 1:31:25it's flying like it's like a ship.
- 1:31:27Right. And some of the satellite
- 1:31:31telescope things took pictures of it and then they, like clear
- 1:31:36it up and it almost looks like it has like windows and lights.
- 1:31:40So do you think the aliens are coming?
- 1:31:44It's going to get pops. I got a hell cat.
- 1:31:47Look, the final very, very alien, I think.
- 1:31:49We're, I think we're aliens just as much as anything else out
- 1:31:52there. Because if you think about it,
- 1:31:53if you look at the solar system or what we've taught to, or what
- 1:31:56we have been taught to be the solar system, what, you know,
- 1:31:58people have shown us, there's all these different planets in
- 1:32:00our solar system and we're just one of another planet.
- 1:32:03So if people are like, oh, there's someone from another
- 1:32:05planet coming, it's like, yeah, we are calling a planet in space
- 1:32:09that's floating on a rock in space.
- 1:32:11We're aliens, too. Like, yeah, they don't call us
- 1:32:13humans. They think of us as another
- 1:32:15extraterrestrial. Yeah, but you know, we never
- 1:32:21went anywhere and they came here so.
- 1:32:23Apparently. We ain't never went nowhere.
- 1:32:26We ain't never been nowhere but. We went to the.
- 1:32:28Starbucks. Oh yeah.
- 1:32:30Yeah, yeah, sure. What?
- 1:32:31Is it? I mean, it kind of doesn't count
- 1:32:33though, does it? No, we didn't go.
- 1:32:35What if we did go? We didn't go.
- 1:32:37If we went to the moon, we still didn't see another form of life.
- 1:32:42Yeah. Or the other side.
- 1:32:43You may see right SO. I believe.
- 1:32:45OK, so I believe half and half, like from the pictures and
- 1:32:48everything, I'm like, man, there's no way they went to the
- 1:32:51moon right then and there. But at the same time, there's so
- 1:32:54much technology because I'm in tech and I understand that
- 1:32:57there's only so much that we know.
- 1:33:00There's only so much you know about this phone.
- 1:33:02Like there's somebody else who knows exactly how to use this to
- 1:33:06its full potential. There's somebody else who knows
- 1:33:08how to use everything to their full.
- 1:33:10Yeah, Grandma is a Grandma Black.
- 1:33:12I press, I do FaceTime. They don't know.
- 1:33:15Nothing. And we know our phones, but
- 1:33:17there's somebody else who knows that.
- 1:33:19But even in the broader scape of things like space and going to
- 1:33:23different planets or things like that, like.
- 1:33:25A lot of technology. They make a lot of this is a
- 1:33:27device I can carry in my pocket and contact any 1969.
- 1:33:31When did these come out? Somebody look it up.
- 1:33:32There's no way somebody look it up can't go to another.
- 1:33:36That's your. Age.
- 1:33:38One of these come out because 1969 I can tell you that's how.
- 1:33:42It's not going to that moon. Well, I mean they they say that
- 1:33:44we went to, we got. Flying cars yet?
- 1:33:46I mean, they said. I mean, you just don't have
- 1:33:49access to it. Yeah, and and they did say that
- 1:33:52like you're like, I'm fucking pissed off.
- 1:33:55Fuck you. Yeah.
- 1:33:57But but I mean, they say, yeah, they say that we went to the
- 1:34:02moon with the same like intelligence that's on the a
- 1:34:07simple calculator, which is kind of crazy, right?
- 1:34:10Like that. That's not true.
- 1:34:11Not. Such That's not true, because
- 1:34:14this is my iPhone. We all have iPhones.
- 1:34:16You can't tell me right now that the government doesn't have
- 1:34:19something more advanced than this.
- 1:34:21No, right, but like. The time if I had access to a
- 1:34:24calculator. Bro, no one had access to a
- 1:34:26rocket ship. What I'm talking about, no one
- 1:34:29had access to their arms beside the area where they wanted to
- 1:34:32go. What is it?
- 1:34:32Area 51? Yeah.
- 1:34:33What about area 51? What do you think about that?
- 1:34:35And and like. A distraction A.
- 1:34:38Distraction. A hoax.
- 1:34:39They doing way too much other I. Mean like, because at this time,
- 1:34:42like when we go to the moon, This is why the general public
- 1:34:45is so skeptical, because this is also when the microwave comes
- 1:34:48out. And so people believe that the.
- 1:34:51Yeah, I hold. On think of.
- 1:34:53It hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on the.
- 1:34:55Microwave came out the same year that we took a shuttle.
- 1:34:58No, no, no, no, no. No way.
- 1:35:02We just started heating up food and now we're going to the mood
- 1:35:05all of a sudden. Like no way, look.
- 1:35:07OK, look, no, what I am saying is that like that like it's it's
- 1:35:11like within the I think fuck, y'all are going to make me look
- 1:35:15stupid. But but like what I'm trying to
- 1:35:18say is like people become really skeptical because it's within, I
- 1:35:22don't know, maybe within the same decade or two, I don't
- 1:35:24know. But it's like people are just
- 1:35:27like, there's no fucking way that we learned how to microwave
- 1:35:33heat things. I see what you're.
- 1:35:35Saying fucking aliens behind that.
- 1:35:36Or like a or like a light bulb. Like who thought of like light
- 1:35:39dude? No, but.
- 1:35:41Light dude it. Was look him up.
- 1:35:43Green Lantern. There's anything in general,
- 1:35:47though, like that's like crazy like that.
- 1:35:48Like how even just the calculator in general, he's
- 1:35:50like, who made that? Yeah.
- 1:35:52How is that possible to me? Yeah.
- 1:35:53OK. But if you say that, then you're
- 1:35:55also going to be curious about. No, I got some in here.
- 1:35:58I got so also going to be curious about how this table was
- 1:36:00built. I got some.
- 1:36:01How are the pyramids built? How was the *** Was it aliens?
- 1:36:04Oh, because I was going to ask you, do you think that it's a
- 1:36:07power source for the universe? I do believe that.
- 1:36:11I believe that everything is vibrations.
- 1:36:13A lighthouse. I believe that what I believe
- 1:36:16that what what do you believe you over here talking about?
- 1:36:19You believe in some pyramid? So so, he said.
- 1:36:22So do you believe that the pyramids were built or like is
- 1:36:25it a power source? And I believe that the pyramids
- 1:36:28are a power source, so. What?
- 1:36:31Because I don't call me on this. Don't call me on this.
- 1:36:33Don't call me on this. For energy.
- 1:36:35Yeah, I think it's right. I think now listen, Now listen.
- 1:36:37All those things were built in a different way, exactly how we
- 1:36:39build buildings nowadays. The things flat.
- 1:36:41So now before then, everything was going back to the conspiracy
- 1:36:44theories of of going to space if we had some energy so strong
- 1:36:50enough to power all these things and to do all these things that
- 1:36:53we have now in years and years and years.
- 1:36:55So why do you not think that we don't have something that you're
- 1:36:58just clueless about or don't know about that can actually
- 1:37:01take us to the moon or have you could take us to a different?
- 1:37:04Talking about the hyperbolic time chamber, no.
- 1:37:07I don't know, lost? No, I get what you're talking
- 1:37:10about, though. I get, I get it because it's
- 1:37:12like people think that the people who built pyramids had
- 1:37:14some form of like, power, power, energy that we don't even know
- 1:37:18today because it's been a race. True.
- 1:37:20Which is true. Because that's what.
- 1:37:21They call it, they call it the lost race because like, so like
- 1:37:24I went to go see these pyramids in Egypt.
- 1:37:26Oh, you actually went? Yeah, I got yeah, I got to see
- 1:37:28them in February. And man, that shit was crazy
- 1:37:31because it's like you saw so one of them like you, you went
- 1:37:36inside and it was the island. And I can't even remember the
- 1:37:40name of the island right now. But like the statues of this
- 1:37:44pharaoh, they followed the sun and how it was like made or no,
- 1:37:51they followed the sun and how the how the light came in
- 1:37:53through right. Through the pyramid.
- 1:37:56Through, through into the temple because they, they followed the
- 1:37:59rays of the sun. And so you went in and it was a
- 1:38:02bunch of like statues of the Sparrow.
- 1:38:04And then all the way at the end, because there was a bunch of
- 1:38:08things, there were 4 statues. And on his birthday, which was
- 1:38:14on that, you know, like February, whatever and whatever
- 1:38:18date, the sun would come and light up his statue only and
- 1:38:24nobody else's. And like, it's like they did.
- 1:38:28And, and like we're talking about an ancient civilization
- 1:38:31that didn't have any of this access to knowledge.
- 1:38:35Like how the fuck I? Think also like what you're
- 1:38:38saying, like do that. That's what we think too like.
- 1:38:40That's the term. I forget the term of it.
- 1:38:42It's something in the Bible though, and it does relate to
- 1:38:46religion and things like that because at this time, like when
- 1:38:51Noah, so Noah's ark, so everybody's like, oh, why was
- 1:38:55this funny? Like blah, blah, blah.
- 1:38:56Like Noah's ark happened because he had this item that was so
- 1:39:00valuable to the, to the earth, you know, and it was the source
- 1:39:04of power. Everybody wanted to take it and
- 1:39:07all he can take was the source of power and everything else
- 1:39:10that was available to keep life going.
- 1:39:13So he took it with him and they got out of Egypt.
- 1:39:16So it started in Egypt. So think of that in the Bible
- 1:39:20when you open up the Bible, Bible in the book of Genesis,
- 1:39:23they start in Egypt and they got taken away from mind you, this
- 1:39:26is another thing it says in the very beginning of the Bible too.
- 1:39:28Egypt is not just a place of like pyramids or things that you
- 1:39:31might think that we've been taught of today.
- 1:39:33Egypt is just like in the Bible. It's like, well, for what I, for
- 1:39:36what I've read for whatever it is, like a place of like, like
- 1:39:40served like a place of slavery, damn it.
- 1:39:42Like almost like, yeah, any place of Egypt, almost.
- 1:39:45In the Bible, as God describes, he tells you he's, you know,
- 1:39:48your father, he rescued who rescued you from the land of
- 1:39:50Egypt. He's not talking about like the
- 1:39:52physical place we think of today as like, you know, pyramid
- 1:39:55statues and things like that. But he's just talking about any
- 1:39:58land of like slavery and voluntary servitude that he
- 1:40:02rescued you from. Because if you read the Bible,
- 1:40:04it's just over and over and over again, Israelites, you know?
- 1:40:07You know, following by God's law and then being blessed by him
- 1:40:10and then obviously like kind of falling, falling away from him
- 1:40:14and then, yeah, and then being cursed by him as.
- 1:40:16Living God is the is the God of War, I'll tell you that.
- 1:40:20Well, I mean, like what I was going to say about that.
- 1:40:24Like we have then the pyramids that were also getting built in
- 1:40:29Mexico that are super far away from each other.
- 1:40:32Egypt and Mexico are really far away from each other physically,
- 1:40:36physically because like, but at the same time they're getting
- 1:40:40built. Yeah.
- 1:40:42So that's kind. Of like what the fuck?
- 1:40:45How? Like, I don't think it was
- 1:40:48aliens, though. I still think it was.
- 1:40:49I think it was people who are more connected with the Earth.
- 1:40:51Think about this though. Think about this.
- 1:40:53We've been raised with a iPhone. We've been raised all these
- 1:40:56things. If you literally go into there's
- 1:40:57people who go and travel and they're independent, you know,
- 1:41:01independent journalists and they go visit Indian indigenous
- 1:41:04tribes in the middle of nowhere, people who have never met humans
- 1:41:08and they've never had access to a phone or anything like that.
- 1:41:11They still hunt for their food. They know exactly where to go
- 1:41:13for the food. They know exactly where to go
- 1:41:15for the water and everything like that.
- 1:41:17It's like these people are spiritually connected with the
- 1:41:19earth. So they know, I mean, they know
- 1:41:22a little bit more than we do about how how the world works.
- 1:41:25I feel like, you know, we've been kind of.
- 1:41:27And then it this all goes back to that one reel.
- 1:41:31It's like, well, home girl just left knowing a little bit more
- 1:41:33about you should never trust the government and how was it?
- 1:41:37What are you? Doing.
- 1:41:40Who? Owns all the banks.
- 1:41:41And all the banks and. She got something out of me.
- 1:41:45The Rockefeller. Sixsomes didn't say that.
- 1:41:47Sixsomes properties. Oh my God, did you want to add
- 1:41:53anything else to this topic? What do you think about all
- 1:41:56those statements, Dusty? Which about the Israelites?
- 1:42:00No, no, no, not that about about about pyramids, how pyramids
- 1:42:04were built. You think it was like some form
- 1:42:07of, you know, aliens? Or was it?
- 1:42:09Oh. Watching human beings watching.
- 1:42:10The Bible and tells you in the Bible tells you what I'm talking
- 1:42:13about tells you people it's a lot stronger than what we are
- 1:42:17now. Yeah.
- 1:42:18For we let him answer the question.
- 1:42:19It could have been like, you know, like some nephilims giants
- 1:42:24or like, you know, a superior. Like a superior race doesn't
- 1:42:28necessarily have to be aliens cuz there's also like, you know,
- 1:42:32tale of like a race beneath the waters.
- 1:42:35I was gonna bring that up. Yeah, it's a.
- 1:42:37Race beneath the crust of the earth.
- 1:42:39I think, yeah. Could be a lot of different
- 1:42:42things that's. What they they?
- 1:42:45Talk about the lost civilization.
- 1:42:47Yeah, yeah. This is not what you're talking
- 1:42:50about I. Can tell you.
- 1:42:51Yeah, that's definitely. A lot of stuff, yeah, we don't
- 1:42:54know. And I think that's been Dusty's
- 1:42:57conspiracy corner. I like that.
- 1:43:04OK. So as we kind of go into this a
- 1:43:07little bit more and start to wrap up, I think like we want to
- 1:43:11go into like the legacy of 6 Ms. and maybe what's next?
- 1:43:16So like what does 6 EMS look like in 10 years?
- 1:43:21In 10 years, we would have about 10 neighborhoods, you know what
- 1:43:25I'm saying? We're trying to have a lot of
- 1:43:27more rentals, do more things for the community, you know what I'm
- 1:43:31saying? Like I said, like Trey says,
- 1:43:32it's always it's about us at the end of the day.
- 1:43:34But also we have to think about other people, you know what I'm
- 1:43:37saying? Like we give back as much as we
- 1:43:38can. We do a lot of things, you know,
- 1:43:41as far as community based, you know what I'm saying, giving
- 1:43:44back, you know, so it's not it's about us at the end of the day,
- 1:43:46but also it's about what can we do for the community.
- 1:43:49And so I feel like that's also we had like to, you know, have
- 1:43:53no neighborhoods and do do good. But you know, I was like to give
- 1:43:56back. So I'll let them get back on
- 1:43:58that. Yeah, I would say in 10 years
- 1:44:00just, I don't know, leaving a legacy where people want to
- 1:44:03follow it. You know, like when I talked to
- 1:44:06you before we even came on the podcast, I talked about wanting
- 1:44:08to do something bigger than just six M's, like something for
- 1:44:12whatever hustle you have. It doesn't matter if you're, you
- 1:44:15know, wholesaler, if you flip houses or even if you're in
- 1:44:17something else like social media based, you know, getting into
- 1:44:20content, doing a podcast. I just want to make it a light
- 1:44:24to to people who want to try their own thing and not follow
- 1:44:27the typical 9 to 5 rat race, things like that.
- 1:44:31And nothing wrong with their like I, I mean, I love the job
- 1:44:34that I was at. I just honestly, I love my
- 1:44:36friends more and I believe in what we got going on.
- 1:44:39No 100% that's not sweet. No 100% and cut.
- 1:44:41Off bro. No, yeah, you cut off.
- 1:44:45No, yeah, you cut off. And but no, that's just kind of
- 1:44:49how I feel. I feel like success in like you
- 1:44:52were talking about before we met, like success isn't always
- 1:44:54determined about, you know, you're tired or things like
- 1:44:56that. I'm most happy when I'm around
- 1:44:58the people that want me to be around.
- 1:45:01And so that's just kind of what I continue to do.
- 1:45:03So I think in 10 years, I want to leave that kind of impression
- 1:45:06on people, like be around the people who want you to be
- 1:45:08around. Believe in what you got going
- 1:45:10on. Don't let everybody tell you
- 1:45:12what you can and can't do. And yeah, stay down.
- 1:45:17Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. I mean, that's me.
- 1:45:21Go ahead, Jeremy. I guess 10 years from from now
- 1:45:24for six M's, the legs going. To be 9 years old and 10 years.
- 1:45:26Yeah, I got a daughter, so she'll be 9 years old and 10
- 1:45:30years. But just like you said, leaving
- 1:45:32a legacy for everybody else and just showing what it was all
- 1:45:34for. Like, I mean, of course we're
- 1:45:36going to build something for ourselves, but I want to put the
- 1:45:39people around me in a position to understand what they're doing
- 1:45:42because a lot of this stuff is just not taught to people.
- 1:45:46And like my stereotype, you're gonna learn it.
- 1:45:49So like, I didn't grow up with somebody teaching me real
- 1:45:52estate. I didn't grow up with somebody
- 1:45:54telling me, hey, get up and invest your mind.
- 1:45:56Go be consistent and have a routine and invest your money.
- 1:45:59Like, I grew up in a cycle of a generational curse, what people
- 1:46:03would call it. So it's like, for me, it's like
- 1:46:05I want to show people 10 years from now how to do exactly what
- 1:46:09I did, like break that generational curse and make it
- 1:46:13something for the people after you or even the people around
- 1:46:16you. Because I know I do a lot for
- 1:46:18myself and for my friends, but I do a lot for other people
- 1:46:21because I want people to actually be in a better position
- 1:46:24just as much as I want it for myself, you know?
- 1:46:26So 10 years from now, just continuously giving that stuff
- 1:46:30out to people in like seeing the fruition of it basically, you
- 1:46:34know? Yeah, yeah.
- 1:46:36I think we're going to start to lean into lightning ground,
- 1:46:39right And it. This is where we ask you guys
- 1:46:48some quick fire questions and then I want you to guys to
- 1:46:52answer things that just like off the cuff what comes to you.
- 1:46:57So Dusty's going to go first. Which one of you is most likely
- 1:47:05to accidentally get in trouble in the group?
- 1:47:11You've seen it all podcasts. You've seen it all podcasts
- 1:47:14accidentally. Pretty sure it doesn't matter
- 1:47:17what trouble any trouble accidentally.
- 1:47:24OK, who is that? I told you so, friend in the
- 1:47:27group. Cam, it's also Cam.
- 1:47:30After every statement, if he got a point, he's going to say
- 1:47:33exactly. Yeah.
- 1:47:34Exactly. What I tell you I'm.
- 1:47:37Just kidding. You're good, *** That you're
- 1:47:39good, *** That how stupid. OK.
- 1:47:47I thought you were going to go next.
- 1:47:48OK. What impact do you want to leave
- 1:47:50on Wichita? Everybody has a bad Rep about
- 1:47:55Wichita, I feel like. I think that Kansas is just a
- 1:47:58state where it's just like farms and chickens and cows and
- 1:48:01Wichita's nice. I mean, it's not a whole bunch
- 1:48:03to do, but there's enough. To do because I have a Wichita
- 1:48:06about Canada. I think in Yellow Bear Rd.
- 1:48:09I didn't see one of them and never.
- 1:48:11Yeah, Yeah, that's true. Sean missed a lot of opportunity
- 1:48:14in Wichita. Stay down till you come up.
- 1:48:16That's what Wichita's doing right now.
- 1:48:17They stand down till they come up because they're going to come
- 1:48:19up real soon. Yeah, for real.
- 1:48:22What's next? Question.
- 1:48:27What impact do you want to leave on which time?
- 1:48:30Oh, did you? No.
- 1:48:32You didn't. Yes you did.
- 1:48:33I just answered. 1. The dad.
- 1:48:37Why did you highlight it again? What's the next one that's in
- 1:48:40there? He said The.
- 1:48:43Same. No.
- 1:48:44Who takes the longest to get ready before going out?
- 1:48:47Oof, we don't. Really go out so.
- 1:48:51It just takes the longest that you're ready in general.
- 1:48:52We see who was here last, who got here last.
- 1:48:54I have to tell you the answer. I'm not in no rush.
- 1:48:57I'm gonna get there. I got a baby to get home
- 1:48:58afterwards, you feel me? So I ain't rushed.
- 1:49:01Before we had the baby, it was late too.
- 1:49:07I don't. Have a baby I'm late all the
- 1:49:09time so I can't ain't no excuse Andy don't got nothing to do
- 1:49:11with it that's. Terrible.
- 1:49:13I'm. Gonna take my time I.
- 1:49:16Don't really care. Yeah, I don't.
- 1:49:17Care. You don't care about my time.
- 1:49:19Nope I do but I'm like I care about my time.
- 1:49:23That's fair. I care about if I'm stressed or
- 1:49:25not. I get that, I get that I get.
- 1:49:28That one step at a time. No, I hear that.
- 1:49:30I hear that I'm not the same way and that's why Dusty loves
- 1:49:33working with me. Yeah.
- 1:49:38OK, we asked this at the last person, but we asked it from a
- 1:49:41female perspective, so I'm going to kind of switch it up a little
- 1:49:44bit. Who is a male person or figure
- 1:49:47or whoever is in your life who you look up to when it comes to
- 1:49:52leadership and authenticity? Go ahead or you want to start.
- 1:49:59I look up to myself, OK, I can't lie.
- 1:50:02I don't have no big homie. No, nobody asked her really.
- 1:50:05Like put me in position to do to do good as far as like my
- 1:50:10friends, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:50:11So I guess I gotta look up to myself and them, you know?
- 1:50:14That's. Real, you know that is real.
- 1:50:17I would say you said like male figure, it doesn't matter any
- 1:50:21figure it. Doesn't matter it.
- 1:50:22Could be any figure. Yeah, it could be.
- 1:50:24Then. I would say my parents probably
- 1:50:28yeah, just cuz I don't know like growing up they didn't really
- 1:50:31have like always the best relation.
- 1:50:33They're kind of would get in arguments a lot, but they show
- 1:50:35me kind of what it's like to, I don't know, stick to what you
- 1:50:40what you have going on, you know, and they knew what they
- 1:50:42wanted. They wanted a family and they
- 1:50:44wanted to stay together. Like I have half siblings.
- 1:50:46My sister is not, she doesn't have the same dad that I have
- 1:50:49and my brother has, doesn't have the same mom that I have.
- 1:50:53But they just taught us the importance of it doesn't really
- 1:50:55matter the title. It just matters like how they
- 1:50:58treat you. And so, like, for my sister, I
- 1:51:00could tell you that she would tell you that that my dad is her
- 1:51:03dad, even though it's not necessarily her dad.
- 1:51:05So I don't know. They showed me, I feel like the
- 1:51:08best example of what it's like to just keep going even through
- 1:51:10hard times, struggle, stick together, stuff like that.
- 1:51:14So yeah. Yeah.
- 1:51:16So I don't know. Shit, like you said, I look up
- 1:51:22to my friends and you know, just I look up to my peers, like I
- 1:51:27always tell all my friends and like just random people, you
- 1:51:31know, like there's not a lot of people I would let lead me
- 1:51:33astray. And so like when I put my trust
- 1:51:36into you, I put my trust into him or I put my trust into like
- 1:51:39my stepdad or my dad or my mom, you know, like that's what I
- 1:51:43call looking up to somebody or even my Big Brother.
- 1:51:46I have a Big Brother who like, we were just talking about it
- 1:51:49the other day. Like he was explaining to
- 1:51:52somebody like, if you want away, like just follow what I'm doing.
- 1:51:55And he said I'm doing the same thing like Jamal's doing.
- 1:51:57Like I just took a blueprint he had and I'm doing it and I took
- 1:52:01a blueprint he had because like the job I work at is the job he
- 1:52:05works at and I just ran with it, you know?
- 1:52:07So it's kind of like just those people around you who like
- 1:52:11actually authentically want something good for you.
- 1:52:14You know. Like, and who could lead you
- 1:52:16astray and you could say put me in the car and I know I'm fine
- 1:52:20with wherever we end up because either it's going to be a good
- 1:52:23location for me to be at, a room for me to be in or surrounded by
- 1:52:28other people. I want to be alike like minded
- 1:52:30people. So, so pretty much that like,
- 1:52:33yeah, that's what I look up to. Just what do you look up to?
- 1:52:38Who do I? Who do I?
- 1:52:40Who do you look up to, Desty? She looked at you.
- 1:52:43I've never. No, it's because I never get
- 1:52:46asked this. Yeah, we we never get turned
- 1:52:49around. We haven't asked many questions,
- 1:52:51so I think you see now. Time to turn the.
- 1:52:52Table is a little bit. I think maybe right now because
- 1:52:56I'm also like feeling it. So a lot of our listeners, you
- 1:53:01guys, I know my our listeners know I lost my mom.
- 1:53:05She's a really big piece for me. And I also recently lost my
- 1:53:10grandma, my mom's mom, and she was 99 when she.
- 1:53:13Passed. Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:53:16She lived a really long life. She also, I mean, I don't want
- 1:53:20to say it's just, you know, I have been blessed with both
- 1:53:23really amazing male figures in my life.
- 1:53:25I love my dad and I love my mom too, and I love my grandma.
- 1:53:29But there is something that I I learned a lot of patience from
- 1:53:34both of them. And then for my grandma, like
- 1:53:37she was just like, she when I was doing things that were so
- 1:53:43different from everybody in my family and also from her who is
- 1:53:48at a very different time, just very different time.
- 1:53:53She never once was like, you shouldn't be doing that.
- 1:53:58You shouldn't be doing this. And while everybody else was
- 1:54:00telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing, and she was
- 1:54:04just like, you know, if this makes sense to you, you should
- 1:54:08do it. And no one else has had the
- 1:54:10opportunities that you have had, right?
- 1:54:12So you should do that. And I don't know, it's just
- 1:54:14something to me, it's like, I really hope to be able to be as
- 1:54:19patient, as loving, as giving, as forgiving.
- 1:54:24That's a hard one. Yeah, for sure.
- 1:54:27Forgiving is a hard 1 be. Forgiven so you can get your bus
- 1:54:30and won't be blocked. Yeah.
- 1:54:32I mean, yeah, I mean it. Those are all easy things to
- 1:54:34say. I mean even it's hard though,
- 1:54:36depending on what? Especially on what they did,
- 1:54:39yeah. All of this is easy to say, but
- 1:54:41in action, it's so different. Like she really lived a life
- 1:54:45where she went through so much hardship and she was just like,
- 1:54:50you know, but we should never judge them and we should always
- 1:54:53love them. And when and like when a, when a
- 1:54:55Latino tells you primero dios, ojala dios or like sidios quiere
- 1:55:03sidios, whatever. Like they're not just saying
- 1:55:06this shit. Like they really mean it.
- 1:55:09Like, and that just means like first God.
- 1:55:13And I'm not saying I'm super religious.
- 1:55:14I'm probably more spiritual than religious, but when they say I I
- 1:55:19feel the love, it's different. It's different from Spanish than
- 1:55:24in English. So I don't know.
- 1:55:25What about you, Dusty? Yeah, Dusty are.
- 1:55:28You looking up to? Coming out here with all these
- 1:55:33deep ass questions. It was deep.
- 1:55:35It got deep for a second. For a. 2nd.
- 1:55:39Hard strings are getting pulled. They never.
- 1:55:42Asked us. I mean, yeah, it's kind of off
- 1:55:45the top of my head, I guess yeah, I look up to my mom a lot.
- 1:55:49She epitomizes the 2 words of hard work, especially in
- 1:55:58immigrating here from another country back in the 70s and get
- 1:56:05to get to where we are today to build her family out.
- 1:56:08And you know, it's yeah. I'll look up to her a lot.
- 1:56:13Thank. You, but yeah, for sure man.
- 1:56:16That's somebody you look up to moms for sure.
- 1:56:18Can't even put in the words almost.
- 1:56:20You know moms are important. Yeah.
- 1:56:22Moms are. They're the ones that got us
- 1:56:23here. Shit, literally.
- 1:56:25Oh man, we had a dumb question in this.
- 1:56:29We went from really deep to a really dumb question.
- 1:56:33Do you put the toilet seat down for your significant others?
- 1:56:36Toilet seat, yeah, all the way down.
- 1:56:37Significant other. I don't have a significant other
- 1:56:39unfortunately, but I wouldn't. Go.
- 1:56:41I wouldn't have to pee. I wouldn't go.
- 1:56:44Outside a. Pee.
- 1:56:47I put the toilet seat down. I hear her.
- 1:56:49Yeah, for sure. You got to put it.
- 1:56:51Down because. If you don't.
- 1:56:52On that, no, I think we are wrapped up maybe.
- 1:56:55It's crying, switching hour. It's.
- 1:56:58Switching. Hour So we've now heard, we've
- 1:57:00now heard a little bit about both your stories, your passions
- 1:57:03and your interests. Tell us and our listeners how
- 1:57:06everyone can find you and support you.
- 1:57:08You can find me on Instagram at Should've invested in Cam
- 1:57:11because that's really what I'll be on mostly is Instagram and we
- 1:57:14don't have a page for our real estate yet but we will soon.
- 1:57:17So it'd probably be 6 in real estate.
- 1:57:19Yeah, I would say on TikTok 6 M's properties and then
- 1:57:23Instagram Trey read, but the E and Trey is a three so TR 3YR
- 1:57:28Eid and then I don't know Snapchat, I guess I'm on often
- 1:57:32is like Trey read 20. That's about it.
- 1:57:34I gave a Snapchat out. That's something different, he
- 1:57:37went on. The Adam.
- 1:57:39They're single, remember? Yeah, single.
- 1:57:42Their cognitive thing was was done.
- 1:57:44I mean, I still wouldn't, but you if you want to.
- 1:57:48You can find me on Instagram too at the official J, but it's TH
- 1:57:53AA, not TH so official J. Should you'll find me no
- 1:57:58problem, you should. None.
