A 16-year-old driver, reportedly racing at over 100 mph on I-5, triggered a seven-minute high-speed chase after cops pulled him over for no lights — and he even sped through an active construction zone. The chase ended when his stolen car slid off the road into a grassy embankment near Tumwater, with no injuries reported.
