- 0:00Speaker 1: So anyway, tonight we're gonna jump over and we're gonna
- 0:05Speaker 1: actually discuss what we came here to discuss, which is
- 0:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and our good friend Alan. I don't take
- 0:12Speaker 1: my underpants off, so it's all good if I get
- 0:14Speaker 1: a massage from an underage girl at my pedophile buddy
- 0:17Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's house. Dershowitz has filed a defamation suit against
- 0:23Speaker 1: David Boys, and we know that in November, David Boys
- 0:27Speaker 1: filed a defamation suit against Alan Dershowitz. So yeah, look,
- 0:36Speaker 1: the battle is on between Dershowitz and David Boys, right.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I know David Boys is a very competent lawyer. I
- 0:43Speaker 1: know that he knows what he's doing. But in fights
- 0:48Speaker 1: like this against guys like Dershowitz, it's gonna be a definitely,
- 0:51Speaker 1: it's gonna be a street fight. So hopefully it does
- 0:54Speaker 1: not impact the case, you know, the case of the
- 0:58Speaker 1: the survivor. Hopefully it doesn't impact them negatively and you know,
- 1:03Speaker 1: make them jump through more hurdles. But at this stage,
- 1:08Speaker 1: at this point in the game, you had to figure
- 1:10Speaker 1: that Dershowitz would be countering with something like this, and
- 1:14Speaker 1: you would have to you had to think that Dershowitz,
- 1:16Speaker 1: who just he's in love with filing suits and countersuits,
- 1:19Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. You knew that he was definitely
- 1:22Speaker 1: gonna go after Boys. Basically, what he's doing here is
- 1:25Speaker 1: trying to destroy Boys's credibility so that Boys and Schiller
- 1:29Speaker 1: and Flexner, the the group representing a lot of these survivors,
- 1:35Speaker 1: so that they look like they don't know what they're doing,
- 1:37Speaker 1: so they look like Saul Goodman basically, when in reality
- 1:40Speaker 1: we know that it's Dershowitz who is the absolute and utter,
- 1:44Speaker 1: you know, skivats in this whole entire situation. All right.
- 1:48Speaker 1: So the article is from the Hill dot Com. The
- 1:51Speaker 1: headline Dershowitz files defamation suit against Boys alleging extortion. The
- 1:57Speaker 1: article was written by Justine Coleman. Attorney. Alan Dershowitz filed
- 2:03Speaker 1: a defamation countersuit against fellow lawyer David Boyce, claiming Boys,
- 2:07Speaker 1: his law firm and Jeffrey Epstein, accuser of Virginia Roberts,
- 2:10Speaker 1: attempted to extort money from rich and powerful men for
- 2:14Speaker 1: private settlements. Of course, that's his defense, right, Oh, it's
- 2:19Speaker 1: all about the money, that's all they care about Virginia.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Roberts only wants it to get paid. Blah blah blah.
- 2:25Speaker 1: That's what the typical first salvo you always see from
- 2:28Speaker 1: these guys, right, they always fire one across the bow,
- 2:31Speaker 1: and this is always the one they fire. Oh, it's
- 2:33Speaker 1: all a money scheme, it's a get rich schame, when
- 2:36Speaker 1: in reality it's a justice thing. All right. It's not
- 2:38Speaker 1: a scheme, it's not a plot, all right. This is justice,
- 2:41Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, and it's coming for you eventually, buddy, because
- 2:44Speaker 1: in my opinion, right, in my opinion, you know exactly
- 2:48Speaker 1: what you did, mister Dershowitz. You know exactly what you did,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and you're using the judicial system to murky, to make
- 2:56Speaker 1: the water is more murky, and to opt the skate
- 2:59Speaker 1: because that's how you roll. That's what you do. You
- 3:02Speaker 1: know every single loophole. You're supposedly this big, high powered attorney,
- 3:06Speaker 1: but really you're just you know, an everyday shyster, all right,
- 3:12Speaker 1: a snake oil salesman. Basically, that's my opinion of you,
- 3:15Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, and there's no way you're ever going to
- 3:18Speaker 1: change that. You're just a smarmy sob. The suit file,
- 3:22Speaker 1: the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan alleges intentional
- 3:26Speaker 1: infliction of emotional distress and extortion. It names billionaire Leslie
- 3:31Speaker 1: Wexner as one of the alleged extortion targets. Oh yeah,
- 3:35Speaker 1: because Wexner. Wexner is being extorted in this whole matter.
- 3:39Speaker 1: That's exactly what's happening. Maybe extorted by your buddy Jeffrey Epstein,
- 3:43Speaker 1: maybe he was extorted by him, but extorted by these girls.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You mean the girls that he allowed, like Maria Farmer, right,
- 3:50Speaker 1: that he allowed her to be abused on his property.
- 3:53Speaker 1: He's getting extorted. No, sorry, mister Wexner. No one's buying
- 3:57Speaker 1: your bs all right, Nobody is buying it. Was not extorted.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Nobody extorted you. Dershowitz. You know what you did. You
- 4:05Speaker 1: know that you were there with underage girls. You know
- 4:08Speaker 1: that you were receiving massages in your tidy whities. You
- 4:11Speaker 1: know what Virginia Roberts is saying about you is true, sir,
- 4:15Speaker 1: and I keep saying it. I've the way, the credible
- 4:20Speaker 1: accusations that are being leveled at these people are very
- 4:23Speaker 1: very hard to ignore. You have to honestly be just
- 4:28Speaker 1: purpose purposefully ignoring them all right, because there is no
- 4:32Speaker 1: way in hell that all of this stuff and all
- 4:35Speaker 1: of these things that Virginia Roberts has said and provided
- 4:38Speaker 1: with evidence. You have, you have pilots who have who
- 4:42Speaker 1: said that he they seen her with him. You have
- 4:46Speaker 1: you know, the girl that came out that said, of
- 4:49Speaker 1: course I saw Prince Andrew at the club with her.
- 4:52Speaker 1: It's just so much evidence. Right at this point, we've
- 4:54Speaker 1: seen so much evidence that is proving what Virginia Roberts
- 4:59Speaker 1: to has said is to be true. That it's all
- 5:04Speaker 1: we have from Dershowitz is his word. Oh well, I've
- 5:06Speaker 1: never done any of this. You'll see, I'll prove it.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'll prove it. And this is for years and years
- 5:10Speaker 1: and years and still no proof. And now he files
- 5:13Speaker 1: this lawsuit and he's bringing up people like Leslie Wexner
- 5:15Speaker 1: in it. See again, he's just a master manipulator. He
- 5:20Speaker 1: knows what he's doing when it comes to these lawsuits,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and he understands how to navigate the court. And that's
- 5:26Speaker 1: his biggest that's his biggest weapon when it comes to
- 5:30Speaker 1: stuff like this, being such a master of navigating the court.
- 5:36Speaker 1: The lawsuit comes in response to boys suit against Dershowitz
- 5:40Speaker 1: that he filed in November and accused the attorney of
- 5:42Speaker 1: disparaging Boy's law firm, Boys Schiller Flexner, Llp by calling
- 5:47Speaker 1: it the law firm of extortion, subornation of perjury, and
- 5:51Speaker 1: other crimes. In a Washington Post interview, the Wall Street
- 5:54Speaker 1: Journal reported, So, what we have here are dueling lawsuits
- 5:58Speaker 1: from two high profile attorneys, and they're, like I said,
- 6:03Speaker 1: it's a knife fight with these guys, Dershowitz and Dershowitz
- 6:06Speaker 1: and boys are going for the jugular here. There's not
- 6:09Speaker 1: going to be any kind of, you know, amiable settlement
- 6:13Speaker 1: in this case. In my opinion, I think that there's
- 6:16Speaker 1: been too much bloodshed, not really, but you know what
- 6:19Speaker 1: I mean, in the courtroom, and there's been way too
- 6:22Speaker 1: many accusations leveled and things said one way and the
- 6:26Speaker 1: other for this to ever end besides in a courtroom
- 6:30Speaker 1: being litigated, because I think that's where this is going,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and I hope it does because then we get to
- 6:35Speaker 1: see discovery. And we all know that Dershowitz does not
- 6:38Speaker 1: want discovery in this case, all right. He's suing these
- 6:41Speaker 1: people because he does not want to go to trial.
- 6:44Speaker 1: He's trying to stop them. He's trying to intimidate them,
- 6:47Speaker 1: and it's not going to work. I highly doubt David
- 6:50Speaker 1: Boyse is intimidated by Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz alleges in the
- 6:55Speaker 1: countersuit that Boy's firm said it would reveal allegations against
- 6:58Speaker 1: Wexner the ce A Victorious Secret parent Victoria's Secrets parent
- 7:03Speaker 1: company if the company didn't provide a settlement. Epstein was
- 7:07Speaker 1: Wexner's money manager. Wexner declined to comment to the journal,
- 7:11Speaker 1: reiterating that he wasn't aware of Epstein's criminal behavior. And
- 7:15Speaker 1: I believe I also read somewhere, but I don't have
- 7:18Speaker 1: it in front of me to be sourced right now,
- 7:20Speaker 1: But I believe that I read somewhere that Wexner said
- 7:25Speaker 1: that his camp said that he had he had never
- 7:28Speaker 1: been extorted or anything like that. So again it calls
- 7:32Speaker 1: in to question what Dershowitz is saying here. I don't
- 7:35Speaker 1: I don't find Dershowitz credible, folks, all right, I find
- 7:38Speaker 1: him smarmy, I find him to be if it wasn't
- 7:41Speaker 1: for his, uh, you know, his extreme knowledge of the Constitution,
- 7:47Speaker 1: I don't think that we'd ever have to see this
- 7:48Speaker 1: guy's face ever again. And furthermore, I'm not too impressed
- 7:52Speaker 1: with his interpretation of the Constitution for that matter. Okay,
- 7:56Speaker 1: he's not this all star that everybody makes him out
- 7:58Speaker 1: to be. In my opinion, I don't understand why everybody's
- 8:01Speaker 1: so scared of him. But it's nice to see that
- 8:03Speaker 1: David Boyce is going after him and he is not
- 8:06Speaker 1: backing down. Dershowitz's suit also follows from roberts allegations that
- 8:14Speaker 1: he assaulted her as a teenager when Epstein recruited her, no,
- 8:18Speaker 1: when Epstein trafficked her for his sex trafficking scheme. The
- 8:22Speaker 1: attorney who argued against President Trump's removal in the Senate
- 8:25Speaker 1: has denied those accusations, calling Roberts a certified, complete, total liar.
- 8:30Speaker 1: What a piece of shit this guy is huh to
- 8:34Speaker 1: come out and say that sort of thing. It's no
- 8:37Speaker 1: wonder that Virginia dropped a defamation lawsuit on his ass too.
- 8:40Speaker 1: He deserves it. He deserves it, all right. Alan Dershowitz
- 8:43Speaker 1: has spent his life defending complete and utter scumbags. And
- 8:47Speaker 1: that's not the problem, folks. It's the way he defends
- 8:49Speaker 1: them that's the problem. It's the way that he gets
- 8:52Speaker 1: these deals in the back room. That's the problem, all right.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Nobody should get a deal like Jeffrey Epstein got, and nobody,
- 8:59Speaker 1: I mean nobody should get a non prosecution agreement the
- 9:03Speaker 1: way he got, either an umbrella non prosecution agreement please.
- 9:07Speaker 1: And that was worked out, in my opinion, because Dershowitz
- 9:09Speaker 1: knew his ass was on the line and he needed
- 9:11Speaker 1: another layer of protection in case everybody ratted on him.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And I still hope that occurs. I really hope that
- 9:17Speaker 1: they go after all of his lieutenants, all of Epstein's lieutenants,
- 9:21Speaker 1: the four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse and Gielen Maxwell, and
- 9:25Speaker 1: they bring them in and they put the screws to them,
- 9:27Speaker 1: and they get them to rat on all of these
- 9:30Speaker 1: scumbag sons of bitches, and not only rat but to
- 9:33Speaker 1: testify against them. Boy, would that be great. Roberts filed
- 9:38Speaker 1: the defamation suit against Dershowitz in April because of these comments.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Boys represented her for the case until the judge rules
- 9:45Speaker 1: he and his partners needed to be taken off the
- 9:47Speaker 1: case due to their expected testimony. According to the Journal,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and again, more legal maneuvering by Dershowitz, all right. That's
- 9:57Speaker 1: why he filed the suit against the lawyers as well,
- 9:59Speaker 1: because because he wanted to get them out of the picture.
- 10:01Speaker 1: He didn't want to deal with David Boys, he didn't
- 10:03Speaker 1: want to deal with the Flexner, he didn't want to
- 10:06Speaker 1: deal with anyone at the firm. So what he tried
- 10:09Speaker 1: to do was just get him raised from the equation.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And you know what, again, Alan Dershowitz finds a way
- 10:16Speaker 1: to get his way. Dershowitz told The Hill that he
- 10:21Speaker 1: is looking forward to putting Boys on trial for the
- 10:23Speaker 1: role he played and the false accusations against me. I
- 10:27Speaker 1: am also looking forward to putting his entire history of
- 10:30Speaker 1: questionable legal ethics on trial and his pattern of practicing law.
- 10:34Speaker 1: He said, I'm sorry, I could not help myself but
- 10:36Speaker 1: laugh through that. For Alan Dershowitz to call anyone's legal
- 10:40Speaker 1: anyone's legal ethics questionable, is laughable at best. All Right,
- 10:46Speaker 1: we know what you are, mister Dershowitz. We know that
- 10:49Speaker 1: you went over to Jeffrey Epstein's house and you received massages.
- 10:53Speaker 1: All right, we know what Virginia Roberts has said about
- 10:56Speaker 1: you don't come over here and talk like you're ethical.
- 10:58Speaker 1: It's just like Andrew about how how honorable he is. Yeah, okay,
- 11:01Speaker 1: you're real ethical, mister Dershowitz. You're just you know, the
- 11:05Speaker 1: pillar of what an ethical person should look like. What
- 11:09Speaker 1: an absolute clown, folks, What an absolute and utter clown.
- 11:18Speaker 1: He said on tape that he knew his client was wrong,
- 11:21Speaker 1: simply wrong in accusing me, and yet, even after saying
- 11:24Speaker 1: that he submitted false affidavits from her, he added, boys
- 11:28Speaker 1: did not immediately return her request for comment. Epstein was
- 11:32Speaker 1: found dead in his jail cell in August after being
- 11:34Speaker 1: held on sex crimes charges. New York City officials ruled
- 11:37Speaker 1: as death suicide. Allegedly, Dershowitz helped Epstein obtain an eighteen
- 11:43Speaker 1: month sentence in two thousand and eight. Yeah, eighteen months, huhn.
- 11:46Speaker 1: A little bit less than that, folks. All Right, you
- 11:48Speaker 1: know with day trips to go and you know, abuse
- 11:51Speaker 1: other girls, go to his office, go and diddle himself
- 11:55Speaker 1: whatever it is this sick bastard wanted to do. He
- 11:57Speaker 1: was able to do it because the other sick bastard,
- 12:01Speaker 1: I kept my underwear on. Dershowitz facilitated it all. Talk
- 12:05Speaker 1: about enabling, folks, right, talk about the whole entire monster
- 12:11Speaker 1: stinks from the top, all right, this whole entire cabal
- 12:16Speaker 1: of sick bastards needs to be held accountable. And Dershowitz
- 12:19Speaker 1: and his lawsuits, it's all gonna catch up to him eventually, right, Eventually,
- 12:23Speaker 1: it's gonna catch up to him. He's gonna file one
- 12:25Speaker 1: of these lawsuits, it's gonna go to discovery, and he's
- 12:27Speaker 1: gonna get egg smashed all over his face. And also, folks,
- 12:34Speaker 1: I have a funny feeling that his name is going
- 12:37Speaker 1: to be all over the documents that get released eventually,
- 12:41Speaker 1: because everybody who's following this case understands that Epstein, I mean,
- 12:47Speaker 1: excuse me, that Dershowitz had had a very very close
- 12:51Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and everybody understands that Dershowitz saw things. Okay,
- 12:58Speaker 1: you couldn't be around Epstein as much as Dershowitz was
- 13:01Speaker 1: and not see things. Folks, You're not fooling anyone, Alan,
- 13:04Speaker 1: I kept my underwear on Dershowitz. You're not fooling anyone.
- 13:10Speaker 1: All right, Folks, If you'd like to contact me, you
- 13:12Speaker 1: can do that at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 13:15Speaker 1: That's bo b B. Y c ap u Cci at
- 13:19Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. Also, we have an article from Deadline
- 13:25Speaker 1: and the headline is Netflix counter suits Alan Dershowitz over
- 13:29Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein docuseriies reversal of fortune. Lawyer hits streamer with
- 13:35Speaker 1: eighty million dollar defamation suit. In May, this article was
- 13:40Speaker 1: authored by Dominic Patten and again with Dershowitz. It's always
- 13:45Speaker 1: these splashy ass headlines, right, eighty million dollar defamation suit. Bitch,
- 13:52Speaker 1: you should pay the girls from Florida eighty million dollars
- 13:56Speaker 1: each for the way you defame them with your buddy Lefkowitz,
- 13:59Speaker 1: with your PALCN star. I mean, who do these people
- 14:03Speaker 1: think they are. It's amazing that these people truly believe
- 14:10Speaker 1: that nobody's paying attention. And I guess you know, for
- 14:13Speaker 1: so long nobody was paying attention, so they got comfortable
- 14:17Speaker 1: in their narrative. They got comfortable in nobody poking holes
- 14:20Speaker 1: in their story. And now that people have come forward
- 14:24Speaker 1: and have taken an interest in this case and have
- 14:27Speaker 1: looked at things with a close eye and seen, obviously,
- 14:32Speaker 1: shit is worse than ever expected. Dershwitz don't dig it.
- 14:38Speaker 1: His friends don't dig it. The narrative is not theirs
- 14:41Speaker 1: anymore to mold. The narrative is not theirs anymore to control.
- 14:47Speaker 1: And that is the biggest fear these people have, is
- 14:51Speaker 1: not being in control of the narrative. The MESSI legal
- 14:57Speaker 1: battle over Netflix Jeffrey Epstein fell the Rich docuseries has
- 15:01Speaker 1: now gotten down and dirty. In a flurry of filings Monday,
- 15:06Speaker 1: the streamer, director, showrunner Lisa Bryant, executive producer Joe Berlinger,
- 15:11Speaker 1: and producers Radical Media LLC and Leroy and Morton Productions
- 15:17Speaker 1: LLC all denied Alan Dershowitz claims of defamation and more
- 15:22Speaker 1: made in May this year when he said he was
- 15:24Speaker 1: hoodwinked into appearing in the high profile series in twenty nineteen. So,
- 15:30Speaker 1: right off the bat, there's some issues there, right, he
- 15:32Speaker 1: was hoodwinked. I thought you were the smartest man in
- 15:34Speaker 1: the room, Alan Dershowitz. I thought you're just so much
- 15:38Speaker 1: smarter than everybody else. Mister, I kept my underpants on.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I was down at Zorro Ranch only for
- 15:45Speaker 1: an hour one time.
- 15:48Speaker 2: So what do you mean?
- 15:49Speaker 1: You were a hoodwinked? So you're stupid, a is what
- 15:51Speaker 1: you're saying. You're admitting that you're a dumbass. You're admitting
- 15:54Speaker 1: that you're a jackass of epic proportions. Is that what
- 15:57Speaker 1: you're emitting, mister dish, because it sure sounds like what
- 16:02Speaker 1: you're admitting to me here that you're incompetent.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Oh, I'm just a doddering old fool. I had no
- 16:09Speaker 2: idea what the Netflix series was gonna be about. Uh huh,
- 16:13Speaker 2: give me a break already. Okay, what happened was he
- 16:18Speaker 2: thought he was going to be able to dominate the narrative.
- 16:21Speaker 2: He thought he'd be able to flex on Lisa Bryant.
- 16:23Speaker 2: He thought he'd be able to control things over at Netflix,
- 16:26Speaker 2: and he was sorely mistaken.
- 16:29Speaker 1: His apple cart overturned, his plans screwed up, and now
- 16:36Speaker 1: somebody has to pay because I'm Alan Dershowitz. That's how
- 16:41Speaker 1: this guy thinks, you know what I mean, He's one
- 16:42Speaker 1: of them dudes. But in reality, the boomerang effect is
- 16:47Speaker 1: on its way. Oh he fired off his lawsuit looking
- 16:50Speaker 1: like a big guy, right, eighty million for defamation. Well,
- 16:54Speaker 1: now the boomerang effect has taken place, and the countersuit
- 16:57Speaker 1: has come and like usual, Alan Dershowitz is looking like
- 17:03Speaker 1: a douche in very similar language from their mutual attorneys
- 17:10Speaker 1: at Palm Beach Shulman Fugate PLLLC and NYC's Davis Wright
- 17:15Speaker 1: Tremaine LLP. They all also denied there was any special
- 17:20Speaker 1: deal to show Dershowitz's so called materials or evidence of
- 17:24Speaker 1: this non of his non involvement with then teenager Virginia Roberts.
- 17:29Speaker 1: As they looked at the widely publicized allegations that he
- 17:32Speaker 1: had sex with a minor groom by the now mysteriously
- 17:36Speaker 1: dead convicted sex offender. Oh well, all this evidence that
- 17:41Speaker 1: dirty Dirsh is always talking about, have any of you
- 17:44Speaker 1: ever seen any of it? Has he produced any of it?
- 17:47Speaker 1: Has he put any of it out there in the atmosphere?
- 17:51Speaker 2: Oh?
- 17:51Speaker 1: I didn't think so, because I'm totally not hipped to it.
- 17:54Speaker 1: If there's some evidence out there that proves that dirty
- 17:56Speaker 1: Dirsh wasn't involved in any of this, let's see it.
- 18:01Speaker 1: He's another one of these people always talking big about evidence,
- 18:04Speaker 1: this evidence that you have no evidence for anything. Okay,
- 18:11Speaker 1: all that's evident from all of this is that you're
- 18:13Speaker 1: an epic jackass and literally flipping the script. There's more
- 18:23Speaker 1: Netflix and the other defendants have now become the plaintiffs
- 18:26Speaker 1: against the reversal of fortune lawyer in countersuits of their own,
- 18:32Speaker 1: slapping down Dershowitz with their anti slap moves.
- 18:35Speaker 2: The filthy rich.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Gang hasn't named any specific sum they're looking for out
- 18:40Speaker 1: of the Harvard professor, but we do know they ain't
- 18:43Speaker 1: looking for a few bucks and a bus token, if
- 18:45Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And that's for sure that
- 18:48Speaker 1: in captures it right. They're definitely not going to be
- 18:51Speaker 1: looking for just a couple of cents here. Old boy
- 18:55Speaker 1: started something. See, you know, it's one of my favorite sayings.
- 19:00Speaker 1: People have to fuck around and find out to learn.
- 19:03Speaker 1: And when I say people, i'm people for the most part.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Right when I was younger, my mom would say, hey,
- 19:08Speaker 1: don't touch that, it's hot. Oh I had to touch
- 19:10Speaker 1: that shit. Now you got somebody like Dershowitz, who's never
- 19:14Speaker 1: been told no in his whole entire life, thinks he's
- 19:18Speaker 1: going to get away with just firing off this wacky ass,
- 19:22Speaker 1: ridiculous lawsuit against Netflix and not get any boomerang slap back.
- 19:26Speaker 1: He was wrong. And one thing I will say about
- 19:30Speaker 1: the so called elite when it comes to the Epstein
- 19:33Speaker 1: case is, there's been a lot of missteps as of late,
- 19:37Speaker 1: in the past year or so. If if you really
- 19:40Speaker 1: pay attention, there has been a lot of missteps, and
- 19:43Speaker 1: you can see the writing on the wall. I mean,
- 19:45Speaker 1: who would have thought a couple of years ago that
- 19:48Speaker 1: Glenn Dubin, less Wexner, all of these people, Prince Andrew
- 19:54Speaker 1: would have to step down from their public positions. If
- 19:57Speaker 1: you would have told me a few years ago that
- 19:59Speaker 1: less Wexner would have given up his stake in both companies,
- 20:01Speaker 1: I would have told you you were crazy. There's no
- 20:04Speaker 1: way that a scumbag like that wouldever seed power. But
- 20:08Speaker 1: he did. Now, of course it's not enough, right, but
- 20:12Speaker 1: it's a start. And what these elite definitely need to know,
- 20:17Speaker 1: the so called elite, is that they don't control the
- 20:20Speaker 1: narrative anymore and the legacy media is no longer the
- 20:25Speaker 1: only place where people are getting news or information. See
- 20:29Speaker 1: here's the thing. These legacy media outlets can run around
- 20:33Speaker 1: and talk about all they want about how, oh well,
- 20:36Speaker 1: we're the provider of news. We bring you the sourced news,
- 20:40Speaker 1: we bring you the best news, we bring you the
- 20:43Speaker 1: true news, when in reality, all you got to do
- 20:46Speaker 1: is flip that shit on and then do a little
- 20:49Speaker 1: research and you see that everything's skewer and everything's bullshitted,
- 20:52Speaker 1: everything's garbage. So why would anyone trust that stuff? So
- 20:58Speaker 1: people look for other sources of news, and people find
- 21:01Speaker 1: them wherever they find them, and sometimes you know, it's
- 21:05Speaker 1: a it's a it's not a good situation right for
- 21:10Speaker 1: the legacy media, So you could see why they'd be
- 21:12Speaker 1: against it. They want those clicks, they want that ad revenue,
- 21:18Speaker 1: and people are getting tired of it. People are tired
- 21:20Speaker 1: of being lied to. People are tired of turning on
- 21:22Speaker 1: the TV and seeing the same shit over and over
- 21:24Speaker 1: and over again, as if there are no other problems
- 21:27Speaker 1: around the world or in this country. And people are
- 21:33Speaker 1: looking for other means to get that news. People are
- 21:35Speaker 1: looking for other means to get that information, and thankfully
- 21:38Speaker 1: we live in a society where that's possible. Netflix is
- 21:46Speaker 1: entitled to compensentory damages and punitive damages because Dershowitz commenced
- 21:51Speaker 1: this action for the purpose, and indeed for the sole
- 21:55Speaker 1: purpose of harassing, intimidating, punishing, or otherwise maliciously inhibiting Netflix
- 22:02Speaker 1: free exercise of speech and petition says as a counterclaim
- 22:06Speaker 1: file today in federal court in Florida, where Dershowitz lives.
- 22:10Speaker 1: So you can click on the filing as well here
- 22:14Speaker 1: in the article. Obviously, the article will be posted in
- 22:17Speaker 1: the description box, so you can just check it out
- 22:19Speaker 1: there as well. But it's it's funny to watch guys
- 22:23Speaker 1: like Dershowitz maneuver, right, especially when you see their moves
- 22:27Speaker 1: coming five miles away. They have a playbook they stick
- 22:30Speaker 1: to at this point. It's like the stubborn football coach.
- 22:33Speaker 1: How I always talk about the retreads stubborn football coach
- 22:36Speaker 1: who goes back to the playbook no matter what. Look,
- 22:39Speaker 1: I run the eye for him. That's all I run. Okay, fine,
- 22:43Speaker 1: even though you're losing every single game, stick to your playbook.
- 22:47Speaker 1: The best coaches, the best managers, the greatest minds are
- 22:51Speaker 1: able to adjust on the fly. They take the evidence
- 22:54Speaker 1: as it comes, they process it, and then they move
- 22:57Speaker 1: on what they with their lives. They level up, they
- 22:59Speaker 1: decide what they're going to do next. They don't just
- 23:03Speaker 1: keep going back to the same playbook over and over
- 23:05Speaker 1: and over again, hoping it works. The Brian directed docuseries
- 23:11Speaker 1: focused on tales from survivors of abuse at the hands
- 23:14Speaker 1: of Epstein, who used his wealth, power and high powered
- 23:17Speaker 1: connections to carry out his abuses. Having slipped through the
- 23:21Speaker 1: legal system on more than one occasion, but now with
- 23:24Speaker 1: the personal affairs of his friends about to be revealed,
- 23:27Speaker 1: Epstein apparently killed himself in a New York City jail
- 23:31Speaker 1: in two thoy and nineteen allegedly right. Dershowitz was interviewed
- 23:38Speaker 1: for the series both because, as he alleges, he was
- 23:41Speaker 1: part of a team defending Epstein from sex crimes involving
- 23:44Speaker 1: underage girls, and because he was personally dragged into Epstein's
- 23:49Speaker 1: story when one of Epstein's survivors, Virginia Roberts, accused Dershowitz
- 23:54Speaker 1: of sexual assault in public court filings. Notes the counterclaim
- 23:58Speaker 1: section from Radock Media LLC and Leroy and Morton Productions
- 24:03Speaker 1: LLC and the other defendants now plaintiffs. Yeah, look, it's
- 24:08Speaker 1: all public record, right. The stuff that's being discussed here,
- 24:11Speaker 1: the stuff that's being discussed in the documentaries, that's all
- 24:15Speaker 1: stuff of record. That's why it cracks me up when
- 24:19Speaker 1: you have guys like Dershowitz here thinking that they're going
- 24:23Speaker 1: to be able to file lawsuits. This is all public knowledge.
- 24:29Speaker 1: This is all stuff that's been out there. It's just
- 24:31Speaker 1: curated now and put into order and made digestible. And
- 24:35Speaker 1: again he can't stand it because previously to this, the
- 24:40Speaker 1: media wouldn't do it right. The media scared shitless of
- 24:42Speaker 1: guys like uh Alan Dershowitz. They never want to take
- 24:45Speaker 1: them on. Look at what Graydon Carter did with Jeffrey Epps.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Philthy Rich was never intended to and did not in
- 24:53Speaker 1: fact focus on Dershowitz or provide a platform for a
- 24:57Speaker 1: one sided exoneration of him, they add. But the series
- 25:01Speaker 1: did report on the ongoing litigation between Dershowitz and Roberts,
- 25:05Speaker 1: repeating claims frequently made by both parties in public court
- 25:08Speaker 1: filings over the course of the last seven years. The
- 25:12Speaker 1: gang of producers and the streamer note of the four parter,
- 25:16Speaker 1: and that's a fact, and I think that's a solid
- 25:19Speaker 1: defense that they're using. It's a winning defense in my opinion.
- 25:22Speaker 1: When you can argue that fact that it's all of
- 25:24Speaker 1: public note, public knowledge, and we were just putting it
- 25:27Speaker 1: together in a documentary, then it's kind of hard for
- 25:30Speaker 1: any judge to rule against that right. And again, what
- 25:34Speaker 1: this comes down to, I'm convinced of it is simply
- 25:37Speaker 1: Dershowitz trying to flex, Dershowitz trying to be tough guy,
- 25:40Speaker 1: trying to dominate the conversation, and for so long they
- 25:44Speaker 1: were able to get away with that that it's just
- 25:46Speaker 1: his mo his go to stick. But I think he's
- 25:51Speaker 1: found himself in the thornbush this time, and I think
- 25:54Speaker 1: it's going to come back to really slap them. Accordingly,
- 26:00Speaker 1: the series reporting on Dershowitz is absolutely privileged under New
- 26:05Speaker 1: York's Civil Rights Law seventy four, a fact that Dershowitz,
- 26:09Speaker 1: a self professed expert on First Amendment freedoms, knew long
- 26:13Speaker 1: before filing his lawsuit. And again that's the thing with
- 26:16Speaker 1: Dershowitz that always has made me mental too. This guy is, Oh,
- 26:20Speaker 1: I'm a mom for freedom of speech. Everyone should be
- 26:22Speaker 1: able to have freedom of speech, and I agree with
- 26:24Speaker 1: that right. Everyone should be able to say whatever the
- 26:26Speaker 1: hell they want. I mean, come on, let's be let's
- 26:29Speaker 1: be real. The more wild and crackpots somebody is, it's
- 26:35Speaker 1: better to have that in the public sphere so we
- 26:37Speaker 1: can shout it down, so it doesn't go hide in
- 26:39Speaker 1: corners and manifest into something even more dangerous. But Dershowitz,
- 26:44Speaker 1: he doesn't really believe in freedom of speech. He believes
- 26:47Speaker 1: in freedom of speech when it's you know, beneficial to him. Me,
- 26:51Speaker 1: I'm for freedom of speech no matter what. And dirty
- 26:56Speaker 1: dersh has been in a position for how long? And
- 27:00Speaker 1: what has he really done to change the system? What
- 27:03Speaker 1: has he done to hell people who have been wrongfully convicted?
- 27:07Speaker 1: Not much. The counterclaims make sure to mention that the
- 27:15Speaker 1: cable news friendly Dershowitz was threatening legal action almost from
- 27:19Speaker 1: the start of his participation in Filthy Rich, even after
- 27:23Speaker 1: he signed a fairly comprehensive release. You know, it's funny,
- 27:27Speaker 1: and they even say it in this article, the cable
- 27:29Speaker 1: friendly news Dershowitz, And what they mean by that is
- 27:32Speaker 1: the legacy news, the legacy media. He's friendly to them
- 27:36Speaker 1: because they're all parasites working together in a symbiotic relationship
- 27:40Speaker 1: to screw the rest of us out of knowing what
- 27:42Speaker 1: the hell is going on. And then they cry, oh,
- 27:47Speaker 1: it's a sob story that there's a space for ridiculousness
- 27:51Speaker 1: LIKEQ to pop up. Well, you've been lying to people
- 27:54Speaker 1: for so long, what do you expect is gonna happen,
- 27:56Speaker 1: legacy media jerkofs. Nevertheless, Dershowitz tried to manipulate his interaction
- 28:07Speaker 1: with the Filthy Rich filmmakers so that he could control
- 28:10Speaker 1: how they reported on his litigation with Roberts. The counterclaim
- 28:14Speaker 1: explains of the docuseries, which launched on May twenty seventh,
- 28:18Speaker 1: twenty twenty. Even before Filthy Rich was released, Dershowitz made
- 28:23Speaker 1: clear that he would sue over his betrayal in the
- 28:25Speaker 1: series unless his story was told in the exact manner
- 28:30Speaker 1: he wanted. And when he realized that Filthy Rich would
- 28:34Speaker 1: not be used as a vehicle to tell only his
- 28:36Speaker 1: side of the story, he brought this current lawsuit seeking
- 28:40Speaker 1: to suppress the Leroy defendant's speech on matters of public concern.
- 28:45Speaker 1: And again that's exactly what it was. Look, we're not stupid.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Nobody's stupid here, especially you folks following this case. You're
- 28:52Speaker 1: certainly not stupid. You know the deal. It's all about bullying,
- 28:57Speaker 1: all about not wanting the story to get out there
- 29:00Speaker 1: to the mass public. Or, as Netflix themselves put it
- 29:07Speaker 1: in their filing today, Filthy Rich accurately reported on the
- 29:11Speaker 1: ongoing Roberts litigation and Robert's other public court filings. As
- 29:16Speaker 1: part of this reporting, the series showed interviews with both
- 29:20Speaker 1: Dershowitz and Roberts, referred to the litigation between them, showed
- 29:24Speaker 1: images of filings from the litigation, and enumerated the positions
- 29:29Speaker 1: of both Roberts and Dershowitz yep, it's going to get
- 29:35Speaker 1: very messy, and I don't doubt that because I don't
- 29:38Speaker 1: think Netflix is going to back down here. I think
- 29:40Speaker 1: Netflix feels like they're in the right. I agree with them.
- 29:43Speaker 1: This is of all public matter. This is you know,
- 29:46Speaker 1: nobody's delving into your life here, mister volleyballer. You're the
- 29:50Speaker 1: one who wrung out with Jeffrey Epstein. You're the one
- 29:52Speaker 1: who broke bread with Jeffrey Epstein. I don't even blame
- 29:54Speaker 1: you for being as lawyer. You have enough sins besides
- 29:57Speaker 1: that hanging out with them that we can leave that
- 29:59Speaker 1: one out. Because at the end of the day, everybody
- 30:02Speaker 1: deserves to be defended in a court of law. That's
- 30:04Speaker 1: the American system, even the scummiest amongst us. Okay, so
- 30:08Speaker 1: I don't fault him for the law thing. My problem
- 30:11Speaker 1: is your personal behavior. My problem is what Virginia allege
- 30:17Speaker 1: has occurred, and my friend Dirty Dirsh. So far, the
- 30:25Speaker 1: stuff that Virginia has talked about, the facts that she
- 30:28Speaker 1: has brought to the table have been pretty damn convincing.
- 30:35Speaker 1: And on the flip side of that, what people like
- 30:37Speaker 1: Dershowitz and Prince Andrew and there are a couple of
- 30:40Speaker 1: supporters have brought to the table has been un goats.
- 30:44Speaker 1: It's been gobbage, it's been nothing. So as we move
- 30:51Speaker 1: forward with this Netflix case, you better believe I'm excited
- 30:56Speaker 1: to see what comes in Discovery and I'm really I'm
- 30:59Speaker 1: really really interested to see just how poisonous this could
- 31:07Speaker 1: be come between the two because Netflix, it doesn't look
- 31:11Speaker 1: like they're gonna back down, and you know, the naked
- 31:13Speaker 1: volleyballer is gonna have to have his fat yap running.
- 31:18Speaker 1: So we'll see where it goes. But once again, another
- 31:20Speaker 1: layer in the many layered story of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 31:27Speaker 1: the survivor's search for justice. I would like to contact me.
