  One day Paul was writing to some Christian friends in Corinth.

  He reminded them that while we are at home in the body, we are

  away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight.

  He continues in 2nd Corinthians 5 verse 8.

  We would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

  It's the longing of every child of God to be in heaven.

  But I like how Paul puts it at home with the Lord.

  That's what heaven is really all about, being with Christ
• 0:34
  forever, sharing eternity with the One who loved us and gave
• 0:38
  himself for us. In verse 9, Paul adds we make it
• 0:42
  our aim to please him. As every believer awaits the
• 0:45
  coming again of their Lord and Saviour and looks forward to
• 0:48
  being at home with him. Let's have the same goal as Paul
• 0:51
  and seek to please him at all times.
