- 0:47Speaker 1: I don't know, we'll see it makes one or two
- 0:49Speaker 1: point nine. Good morning, Billy the Kid, Candice Lopez, producer
- 0:52Speaker 1: poo is here. So first game, I don't know. The
- 0:54Speaker 1: rain does look pretty bad though. Yeah.
- 0:56Speaker 4: I'm gonna give you an update in Texas Top Stories
- 0:58Speaker 4: on that.
- 0:59Speaker 3: But before I do that, I have to tell you
- 1:01Speaker 3: guys something.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Yesterday I don't usually get involved in like road rage incidents.
- 1:04Speaker 3: You know, I'm pretty chill on the road.
- 1:07Speaker 4: But yesterday there was an old lady tailgating me.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Dang, she said, old lady.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't like the phrase old lady, older lady.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Too late. Now, yeah, I got lo needed.
- 1:20Speaker 4: She was tailgating me and I was on like a
- 1:22Speaker 4: one lane overpass, you know, like there's literally nowhere for
- 1:25Speaker 4: me to go. I'm like as close to the person
- 1:27Speaker 4: in front of me as I can be, and.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Like I had to break check her.
- 1:30Speaker 4: And I don't break check people, but well I had
- 1:33Speaker 4: to like just tap, not like slam on the brakes,
- 1:35Speaker 4: but I just had to turn my brake lights on.
- 1:37Speaker 4: So she so be like I see you, Like you're
- 1:40Speaker 4: too close, bro.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Yes, well she gets around me.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Finally when we get onto the freeway when we're moving
- 1:46Speaker 4: to tailgates another guy and like this giant truck and
- 1:49Speaker 4: I thought, oh, truck guy is not going to allow this.
- 1:52Speaker 3: He did. Then she swerves around him and then two
- 1:56Speaker 3: seconds later boo. It was like the best feeling ever.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Cop got her instantly, Yes, instantly, what an amazing feeling.
- 2:05Speaker 3: It made my day because I just yeah, I was
- 2:09Speaker 3: trying to slow you down and it didn't work.
- 2:11Speaker 1: And she checked her did you did you drive by
- 2:13Speaker 1: when she's pulled over and flipp her off.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I did exactly, the speed limit went right by. I
- 2:20Speaker 3: was just like, well see you later.
- 2:22Speaker 1: You were like, man, exactly.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:25Speaker 4: She was hardcore tail getting you never get mad, no,
- 2:29Speaker 4: And I was giving her every excuse in my head,
- 2:31Speaker 4: like maybe she's going to pick up her grandkids. She's late,
- 2:34Speaker 4: or maybe she's got a pee.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Or you know, all the things her credit.
- 2:37Speaker 4: And then when she tailgated the next guy, I was like,
- 2:39Speaker 4: I don't know what to tell you. Okay, put your
- 2:41Speaker 4: hazards on if it's an emergency.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. I saw so many people with their
- 2:45Speaker 1: hazards on this morning. I'm like, it's not even rain,
- 2:48Speaker 1: and why are your hazards on. I don't get the
- 2:50Speaker 1: hazard's thing, right, I get it if it's like pouring
- 2:53Speaker 1: down rain.
- 2:53Speaker 4: I guess yeah, I've only done it once. And I
- 2:56Speaker 4: was headed to the er to take myself there because
- 2:58Speaker 4: I was sick, and it's when I was like, I
- 3:01Speaker 4: just I got to get there.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Yeah pregnant, No, I wasn't pregnant, but just sick.
- 3:05Speaker 1: You turned on your hazard to go to the Yeah,
- 3:08Speaker 1: because I.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Was like, I have to get there.
- 3:10Speaker 4: This was when I lived in Canada and I was
- 3:12Speaker 4: crossing the border.
- 3:12Speaker 3: To come into the US to go to the ER
- 3:15Speaker 3: and it was just taking forever and I was like miserable. Yeah,
- 3:19Speaker 3: so I put my hazards on. I was like, just
- 3:21Speaker 3: heads up, get out of the way.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You road rage then too.
- 3:23Speaker 3: No, I just did the best I could.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Have my hazards on, like I have a valid excuse
- 3:28Speaker 4: for why I'm driving like that.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Now you can do anything you want if you have
- 3:31Speaker 1: your hazard. Yeah, yeah, get all on the shoulder. Producer
- 3:36Speaker 1: too is here? What's up?
- 3:37Speaker 5: Hell?
- 3:37Speaker 1: May? Last night? I had trouble going to sleep, so
- 3:40Speaker 1: did I? Yeah?
- 3:42Speaker 3: Really, I turned on the TV.
- 3:44Speaker 6: Have y'all seen those I know, you have those commercials
- 3:47Speaker 6: that have all this stuff like are you suffering from
- 3:50Speaker 6: muscle twitches? You might be experiencing TD, And I was
- 3:54Speaker 6: like TD, and it's like tar dive disconesian.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm like, maybe I do have that. Don't do that.
- 4:00Speaker 1: You can't do that. And all of a sudden, you
- 4:03Speaker 1: see the commercials.
- 4:03Speaker 6: They're all happy and stuff after they take the medicine,
- 4:06Speaker 6: and this is May cause I bleeding, vomiting from the ears.
- 4:11Speaker 1: All this going on, I'm like, I can't get this medicine,
- 4:16Speaker 1: the side effects of medicine A while, I'm like, are
- 4:20Speaker 1: we it's always the most happy people running on the beach.
- 4:23Speaker 1: When they're saying it, it's like the happiest people, like
- 4:26Speaker 1: may cause diarrhea, may cause yea, and they're so happy jogging. Yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 1: play tones may fall off, it doesn't matter. We're having
- 4:39Speaker 1: a good time. I couldn't sleep either. Poo and I
- 4:42Speaker 1: went to this new spot that they're opening up tomorrow,
- 4:45Speaker 1: actually called Toka Social. Cool. You heard about this place?
- 4:48Speaker 1: I think you didn't text?
- 4:49Speaker 3: The soccer place, yeah, yes.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Basically the soccer place in Grandscape where or they would
- 4:55Speaker 1: say football. Yeah yeah, football football where you know, it's
- 4:59Speaker 1: like top Off, only you're kicking the soccer ball. It
- 5:02Speaker 1: was so cool, like two level place in Grand Scape
- 5:05Speaker 1: where you can just kick soccer balls. I'm such not
- 5:08Speaker 1: a soccer player, but you hit it towards the screen
- 5:11Speaker 1: and you hit certain points and you can like kick
- 5:14Speaker 1: the ball for a free drink if you hit those,
- 5:16Speaker 1: if you hit the target, it's a it's a good time.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Sounds.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Food was good drinks are good. Oh. Brandon Aubrey was
- 5:23Speaker 1: next to us on the Cowboys. Yeah, so the kicker,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and he was I guess he's like, you know, involved
- 5:29Speaker 1: in this. And we didn't really talk to him, but
- 5:31Speaker 1: we were just kind of, you know, hanging out close
- 5:33Speaker 1: enough to where it looked like we might be with
- 5:35Speaker 1: him to be cool. Okay, and he when he kicked
- 5:38Speaker 1: that soccer ball, it sounded like a gunshot.
- 5:42Speaker 5: Wow.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I was like, this run soccer ball.
- 5:49Speaker 4: He was a soccer player before. Yeah, okay, he was
- 5:52Speaker 4: a football player before football.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what I'm saying. But it's a very
- 5:55Speaker 1: cool place. So it opens up tomorrow, shot out to
- 5:57Speaker 1: everybody there. I like seeing new businesses open up. And
- 6:00Speaker 1: it's just I don't know, especially with the World Cup coming,
- 6:02Speaker 1: that place is going to be packed.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Oh for sure, it's.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Going to be packed. All right then, Yeah, let's kick
- 6:07Speaker 1: off the show right now. And of course Pooh was
- 6:08Speaker 1: eating all the free food he could. Oh yeah, I
- 6:11Speaker 1: have to talk about in Texas Top Stories, Pooh fallen
- 6:14Speaker 1: asleep yesterday in the studio.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw that on Instagram.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Oh if you missed it at Billy on the Radio.
- 6:23Speaker 1: At Billy on the radio, falling asleep in the studio
- 6:26Speaker 1: while he's supposed to be working with his belly sticking out.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Something to say, for sure.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Look at that if you want to start your day
- 6:33Speaker 1: off and right away.
- 6:34Speaker 7: Is tas top stories on the tents with Billy the
- 6:37Speaker 7: Kid in the.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Morning only on the new.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Chance of that Disneyland vacation coming up at six forty,
- 6:44Speaker 1: So many chances to win today every hour on the forty.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So Candice Lopez, what is going on?
- 6:48Speaker 3: Well, we made it through round one of these storms yesterday.
- 6:51Speaker 3: It was rough for a while though.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Multiple high water rescues were happening around the Metro plegues
- 6:56Speaker 4: different areas of flooding. We also broke our daily rain record.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Yesterday with over an inch and a half.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Of rain at DFW Airport, but some people got much
- 7:06Speaker 4: more than that, a couple inches of rain yesterday.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I do know there is part of.
- 7:10Speaker 4: Eastbound Highway eighty between Lawson and Clemens that still has
- 7:14Speaker 4: high water, so that's completely shut down this morning, so
- 7:18Speaker 4: that's gonna cause.
- 7:19Speaker 3: A back up there this morning.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Today will be much quieter, though we could see some
- 7:23Speaker 4: passing showers this afternoon before that next round of storms
- 7:27Speaker 4: is back tomorrow into Saturday. But it's gonna be warm
- 7:29Speaker 4: today too, high near eighty, so muggy out it is.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It's even muggy in the studio right now. Of course.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Poo and I out last night at that Toka social. Yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 1: it's not rain and we're talking smack about the weather.
- 7:40Speaker 1: We're like over study was going to storm. As soon
- 7:42Speaker 1: as we go to walk out, the skies open up
- 7:45Speaker 1: and it starts pouring to the point and of course
- 7:47Speaker 1: where grantscape, so there's no close place to pay. Yeah,
- 7:51Speaker 1: I'm so keen wet by the time I get to
- 7:53Speaker 1: my car. No, and my leg's hurt so I can't
- 7:55Speaker 1: even run right. So Poo's waddling in front of me,
- 7:58Speaker 1: totally left me behind. I know, what a bad date.
- 8:03Speaker 1: You know he likes to play in the rain. I
- 8:07Speaker 1: just want to take a quick pick for sure. Yeah.
- 8:10Speaker 4: I mean I heard some of the longest, loudest thunder
- 8:13Speaker 4: I think I've ever heard the last night went and
- 8:15Speaker 4: I'm just like, wait, is that still going?
- 8:16Speaker 3: That's the same thunder that I heard a minute ago.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I know it was just NonStop, just growling right.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Right right, guys.
- 8:23Speaker 4: A glove that was found near Nancy Guthrie's home has
- 8:26Speaker 4: officially been ruled out as evidence in the case.
- 8:29Speaker 3: So these gloves.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Were found about two miles from her home and traced
- 8:33Speaker 4: through DNA to a person working at a local restaurant.
- 8:37Speaker 4: That person, they're saying is not part of the investigation,
- 8:40Speaker 4: but they do have other evidence that is now undergoing
- 8:43Speaker 4: DNA testing and that's the only thing we're hearing in
- 8:46Speaker 4: that case.
- 8:46Speaker 3: So I wanted to update you. Now we're over a month,
- 8:48Speaker 3: that's it into this.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I just felt like people just stopped talking about her. Yeah,
- 8:52Speaker 1: which is sad.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like dead end after dead end, nothing, no clues,
- 8:56Speaker 4: no suspect, and you know, the family was finally allowed
- 8:59Speaker 4: to go back to the home, which you know, there's
- 9:02Speaker 4: a memorial there now set up for her that people
- 9:05Speaker 4: are just bringing flowers just to show support.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Sam said, the most depressing thing this morning when we
- 9:09Speaker 1: first got in. But you know, because Kennus gets a
- 9:11Speaker 1: little she's sleepy in the morning when she first calls
- 9:14Speaker 1: and I go, you know, it's so weird. We haven't
- 9:16Speaker 1: heard anything about Nancy Guthrie. And Kis looks up to
- 9:19Speaker 1: me and she goes, well, sometimes people go missing you
- 9:21Speaker 1: just never hear about it again.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Well no, I mean there's okay, kisses.
- 9:26Speaker 3: You know, missing persons cases. Unfortunately this happens. It's just awful.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I know it is sad, but it's just first in
- 9:33Speaker 1: the morning. You're like, yeah, well, people go missing sometimes
- 9:35Speaker 1: and they just never come back.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Well, it's like those cases aren't high profile. We don't
- 9:38Speaker 4: hear about them.
- 9:40Speaker 3: No, you're right, yeah, really unfortunate.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Usually you're just a little bit more positive.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Well, and it's a million dollar reward, they ain't found nothing.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I'll keep you posted if there's any updates.
- 9:51Speaker 3: I mean, sorry, don't want to be positive.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Now, I'd like to be positive.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Okay.
- 9:55Speaker 4: Well, I want you to know to know what you
- 9:57Speaker 4: think about this because United Airlines is taking in flight
- 10:00Speaker 4: etiquette to the next level. So they've got a new
- 10:03Speaker 4: role that allows them to refuse service to passengers playing
- 10:07Speaker 4: music or videos out loud without headphones.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Good.
- 10:11Speaker 3: So this new role.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Is now listed under their safety policies. I don't know
- 10:15Speaker 4: if they've actually come out and publicly said that this
- 10:18Speaker 4: has been added, but some of the other policies they
- 10:21Speaker 4: have that allow them to remove disruptive travelers or things
- 10:24Speaker 4: like wearing offensive clothing, smoking, or making calls once the
- 10:28Speaker 4: aircraft doors are closed.
- 10:30Speaker 3: But can you imagine throwing.
- 10:31Speaker 4: People off the flight because they don't have headphones.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You should be able to. Yeah, that's the worst thing ever.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Have you ever sat next to somebody who's watching a
- 10:38Speaker 1: movie out loud with no earbuts.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Not a movie, but it's like the kids on the
- 10:42Speaker 3: games and I can hear the games and it's like
- 10:44Speaker 3: little sound of it, you know, all the chimes and stuff.
- 10:49Speaker 1: You remember that time I told you I sat next
- 10:51Speaker 1: to a nun in a flight and she was so rude. Yeah,
- 10:56Speaker 1: I'm not saying that all nuns are rude. I'm just
- 10:57Speaker 1: saying I don't think we have a big nun listenership. Anyway,
- 11:01Speaker 1: that time I sat next to her, she complained on me,
- 11:04Speaker 1: I think to the flight attendant because my headphones yeah
- 11:08Speaker 1: too loud.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's the thing too.
- 11:10Speaker 4: You can hear someone's headphones even if they're wearing them sometimes.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So the flight attendant came up to me and said, sir,
- 11:15Speaker 1: can you turn down your headphones? And I was like,
- 11:18Speaker 1: you can hear that?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Wow?
- 11:20Speaker 1: Yes? And I go, oh okay, and I turned it down.
- 11:22Speaker 1: But I'm like, wait, what, Yeah, I've never had anybody
- 11:25Speaker 1: tell me to turn my head.
- 11:26Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:26Speaker 1: First of all, I'm pretty much deaf.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Yeah, well that's the thing. Did you tell her?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Yes? I told her I can't hear well because I mean,
- 11:33Speaker 1: I don't my hearing. My hearing's not great when it comes.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I wear headphones four hours a day and they're so loud.
- 11:38Speaker 3: On top of DJing and clubs.
- 11:40Speaker 1: For how long years, I can't hear very well. She's like,
- 11:43Speaker 1: I'm sorry, it's just very loud. So I don't know
- 11:46Speaker 1: if the nun complained on me or she just walked
- 11:48Speaker 1: by and heard it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Huh interesting because if so, I got beef with that nun.
- 11:52Speaker 1: You can't do that. Yeah I can't. That's God's homegirl.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Make her comfortable, Okay, yeah, fine, all right, I'm Those
- 12:00Speaker 4: are your Texas top stories.
- 12:02Speaker 1: A really fake news starts right now. I give you
- 12:04Speaker 1: three headlines. You gotta tell me which one is fake,
- 12:07Speaker 1: which story is fake. It's just a fun way to
- 12:08Speaker 1: talk about ridiculous things going on in our world. Are
- 12:11Speaker 1: you ready? Headline number one, nineteen year old has surgery
- 12:15Speaker 1: due to a beer pong injury. Nineteen year old has
- 12:19Speaker 1: surgery due to a beer pong injury headline number one.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Headline number two can joined twin who was recently married,
- 12:27Speaker 1: now asking for divorce? Oh no, can join twin who
- 12:31Speaker 1: was recently married, now asking for divorce. Headline number three.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Ninety two year old woman scales seven foot gate to
- 12:41Speaker 1: escape nursing home. Ninety two year old woman scales a
- 12:47Speaker 1: seven foot gate to escape a nursing home. Three headlines
- 12:52Speaker 1: right there. You gotta tell me which one do you
- 12:54Speaker 1: think is the fake story? Candice? Would you like to
- 12:56Speaker 1: guess first, or would you like to pass it to Lafufu.
- 13:00Speaker 3: I'll pass it to La Poopoo.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Who's that? Oh him? Yeah, let's pass it to the
- 13:06Speaker 1: poo poo poop poo. Which one do you think is
- 13:09Speaker 1: the fake story?
- 13:10Speaker 6: I'm gonna go with that first story, the beer pong surgery.
- 13:13Speaker 6: I don't think that's real. You don't think that's a
- 13:15Speaker 6: real story. I'll lock me in. Are you sure you
- 13:17Speaker 6: want to lock that in?
- 13:18Speaker 1: Yeah? Let's click, ay clack, yes, lock it in, all right,
- 13:22Speaker 1: Candice Lopez, which one do you think is the fake story?
- 13:25Speaker 4: Lock me in for that second story that can join
- 13:27Speaker 4: twin divorce.
- 13:28Speaker 1: You don't remember them getting married.
- 13:29Speaker 3: I do, yeah, but I thought they were going to
- 13:31Speaker 3: be together forever.
- 13:32Speaker 1: The twins are the what oh my god, well.
- 13:36Speaker 3: The twin that married.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Come on, I just didn't know who you're talking about. Yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 1: because they will be.
- 13:44Speaker 3: No, I thought that marriage was gonna be like good
- 13:47Speaker 3: to go go to distance?
- 13:49Speaker 1: All right, you want to lock that in? Yeah, damas,
- 13:53Speaker 1: why are you laughing? Let's lock that in all right?
- 13:56Speaker 1: Locked in a correct answer, and the winner today is
- 14:02Speaker 1: Candice Lopez. Congratulations Candace. Yes, you're right. That is the
- 14:11Speaker 1: fake story. I made that up. The conjoined twins are
- 14:14Speaker 1: not getting a divice.
- 14:16Speaker 3: So sad.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Everyone's gonna be together forever. Everyone, we ain't going nowhere.
- 14:22Speaker 1: What a weird thing, though, I still think about them
- 14:25Speaker 1: all the time. To just be married. You have a
- 14:28Speaker 1: twin attached to you, she joined. You share a lot
- 14:31Speaker 1: of things. Yeah, but one single and one's married.
- 14:35Speaker 5: My luck.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:36Speaker 3: What are their conversations like when he's not around?
- 14:38Speaker 5: You know?
- 14:39Speaker 1: And what if they get in a fight, like the
- 14:40Speaker 1: sister gets in a fight with him a husband, And
- 14:43Speaker 1: what about the argument with each other? And what about
- 14:46Speaker 1: other things? Yeah?
- 14:47Speaker 6: I know, but what about you control the left things?
- 14:50Speaker 6: She control the right and smacking each other. We call

- 15:25Speaker 1: has surgery due to a beer pong injury is a
- 15:29Speaker 1: real thing. This has got to be one of the
- 15:31Speaker 1: strangest injuries ever. A nineteen year old man ended up
- 15:33Speaker 1: in the hospital after a game of beer pong went
- 15:35Speaker 1: seriously wrong. He showed up with a sharp throat pain,
- 15:38Speaker 1: trouble swallowing, and difficulty breathing, and X ray reveal the problem.
- 15:42Speaker 1: It was a bottle cap that was stuck under his
- 15:45Speaker 1: esophagus who had fallen. It had fallen into his red
- 15:50Speaker 1: Solo cup without him noticing, and he swallowed it about
- 15:54Speaker 1: an hour before he headed to the er, and he
- 15:57Speaker 1: was like, what's going on? Here. How do you accidentally
- 15:59Speaker 1: swa follow a bottle cap and not know?
- 16:01Speaker 3: I mean, you're chugging in that game, aren't you. I
- 16:04Speaker 3: mean you know when it happens.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Right, But this guy swallowed a bottle cap, had to
- 16:08Speaker 1: have emergency surgery. Thankfully he's okay. But it also there's
- 16:12Speaker 1: alcohol involved. So who knows wich swallow?
- 16:15Speaker 5: Right?
- 16:15Speaker 1: You know? Okay, you ever accidentally swallow something? Eight three
- 16:19Speaker 1: three seven eight seven? How you accidentally swallow something?
- 16:25Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 16:25Speaker 1: I want to know? Okay. And the other story again,
- 16:28Speaker 1: it's no laughing at this story. Okay, I'm going to
- 16:30Speaker 1: tell you right now. Ninety two year old woman scales
- 16:33Speaker 1: a seven foot gate to escape a nursing home. This
- 16:37Speaker 1: happened in China. The video went viral on social media
- 16:40Speaker 1: because she swung and I'm looking at the video, I mean,
- 16:43Speaker 1: this woman, good for her. She swung her entire body
- 16:47Speaker 1: up over this fence.
- 16:48Speaker 3: Wow.
- 16:49Speaker 1: And just and guess what. Guess how long it took
- 16:51Speaker 1: her to scale a seven foot fence at ninety two.
- 16:54Speaker 3: I mean, if she was on a mission, I don't
- 16:56Speaker 3: think it took her long.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Yeah, it took her twenty four seconds. That's faster than
- 17:01Speaker 1: Pooh that's faster than poo would do a seven foot fence. Yeah,
- 17:05Speaker 1: although she was eventually found, she did get away. She
- 17:08Speaker 1: was eventually found not too long after.
- 17:10Speaker 3: But do we know why she was getting out of
- 17:12Speaker 3: the nursing home.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I don't know. It doesn't say doesn't say why.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Huh, she's okay, it's in her cereal.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I think somebody spiked her insure. Oh god, that's what
- 17:24Speaker 1: I think happened, and she got crazy. I mean, the
- 17:26Speaker 1: nursing homes are wild. Have you heard the stuff that
- 17:28Speaker 1: happens in nursing homes. No, Oh, it's a whole thing.
- 17:32Speaker 1: It's a whole thing, like frisky time stuff.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Oh wow, that show about this on TLC, I don't know.
- 17:39Speaker 3: I feel like you watch it.
- 17:40Speaker 1: First of all, what is that supposed to mean?
- 17:44Speaker 4: I just feel like that's in your realm of reality?
- 17:47Speaker 2: Love after eighty Love is blind. Literally so many broken
- 17:55Speaker 2: hips in those nursing homes. I would actually, I would
- 17:57Speaker 2: watch this.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, you're actually I have a weird thing for older women, though,
- 18:01Speaker 1: I know.
- 18:02Speaker 4: I just feel like it's an odd show, Like you're
- 18:04Speaker 4: kind of into you're into cops marathons and like TLC vibes,
- 18:07Speaker 4: like those shows that are, like, you know, it takes
- 18:10Speaker 4: a niche audience.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I dare you know me so well? I mean, Judge, Judy, No,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I like weird shows. You're right, yeah, all right, I do.
- 18:18Speaker 4: I mean, you've been around so much entertainment in your life,
- 18:20Speaker 4: but it takes like something you know, extra unique to
- 18:23Speaker 4: entertain you.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I feel like, okay, thank you fantas. Yeah, way to
- 18:26Speaker 1: make it sound less weird. Okay, all right, we have
- 18:31Speaker 1: to talk about this next. Is it okay for grown
- 18:34Speaker 1: men over forty to wear ear rings? And ladies? I
- 18:37Speaker 1: want to know your opinion on this because someone in
- 18:40Speaker 1: this room still does.
- 18:41Speaker 3: That's all.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna say, a little sunshine and coming out early
- 18:45Speaker 1: so after the rain, little sun I think that's a
- 18:47Speaker 1: I don't know, some kind of symbol for life right there. Cannison, Yeah,
- 18:51Speaker 1: it's makes one or two point nine Bai let a kid, Canda,
- 18:53Speaker 1: slow Pants producer Poo. We were talking about this off
- 18:55Speaker 1: there and I go, you know, this is something we
- 18:56Speaker 1: need to talk about on the air because I don't
- 18:58Speaker 1: know what to do with my ear holes. And I
- 19:00Speaker 1: say that because I stopped wearing ear rings like years
- 19:06Speaker 1: and years ago. But the other day, I looked over
- 19:09Speaker 1: and I saw who was still wearing them, and I
- 19:11Speaker 1: thought to myself, ladies, is it okay or is there
- 19:15Speaker 1: a right thing or a wrong thing? As far as men,
- 19:18Speaker 1: At what point do we stop or do you never stop?
- 19:22Speaker 3: Why did you stop?
- 19:24Speaker 1: You know, that's a good question, because I mean, I
- 19:27Speaker 1: must get my ears pierced. When I was I mean fifteen, fourteen, okay,
- 19:31Speaker 1: maybe younger, I don't even know, thirteen and wore whatever
- 19:36Speaker 1: that was like in the nineties, you know, and it
- 19:37Speaker 1: was like cool to wear like one ear ring, right,
- 19:40Speaker 1: And then I got both pierced when I was a
- 19:42Speaker 1: little bit older, and then I just stopped wearing them,
- 19:44Speaker 1: probably when I was maybe thirties, okay, maybe thirty five.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:49Speaker 4: I feel like that's the general age where men are
- 19:52Speaker 4: just like it's just not a thing anymore.
- 19:53Speaker 3: It's too much work.
- 19:54Speaker 4: To put in ear rings, you know what I mean,
- 19:56Speaker 4: it just because for some reason it's just not a priority.
- 19:59Speaker 1: The other day, I looked at my ears and I
- 20:00Speaker 1: was like, do I still have holes? I wonder if
- 20:02Speaker 1: they work, you know, but I didn't try because I
- 20:05Speaker 1: don't even have ear rings to wear anymore. Wow, But
- 20:07Speaker 1: who still wears them, and I'm not saying there's anything
- 20:10Speaker 1: wrong with that.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I noticed that a couple of days ago. Were
- 20:13Speaker 3: you wearing both.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Of them though?
- 20:14Speaker 3: Or just one?
- 20:15Speaker 6: I was wearing both of them? Yeah, okay, you was
- 20:17Speaker 6: wearing Were you wearing hoops? No, I'm not.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Even making funny.
- 20:22Speaker 3: They were like little studs, but they were.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Like black onyx yeah black? Okay? All right?
- 20:26Speaker 6: Yeah, I remember I gave up the hoop ones a
- 20:29Speaker 6: long time ago.
- 20:30Speaker 1: But do you That's good and I'm just being real.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Do you ever feel weird wearing them? No? Not really? Okay,
- 20:35Speaker 1: I just throw them in occasionally because I remember I
- 20:38Speaker 1: felt weird, Like if I put in earrings right now,
- 20:40Speaker 1: I don't know why i'd feel weird.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure?
- 20:42Speaker 1: Is it weird? Candice? As a woman, it would be.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Weird for me to see you with earrings.
- 20:45Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 20:46Speaker 4: I don't see any men over forty at this point
- 20:48Speaker 4: wearing earrings.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Wow.
- 20:50Speaker 3: No, I just don't see them. I don't see it.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Do you guys see it?
- 20:54Speaker 5: Wow?
- 20:55Speaker 1: I see it?
- 20:56Speaker 5: Oh?
- 20:56Speaker 1: I thought you meant like I can't see you.
- 20:57Speaker 5: Oh?
- 20:57Speaker 3: No, literally, I don't see any men wearing I'm sorry, no.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Wonder alright, it was like, dang, Lopez.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Just you do you? But I haven't seen any guys
- 21:07Speaker 3: wearing Yeah, I'm curious.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Okay, so ladies, you tell us what you think. Also
- 21:11Speaker 1: to this is perfect because I think at certain ages
- 21:14Speaker 1: for men, there's things you just should probably stop doing.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I didn't want to know this list because I just
- 21:19Speaker 1: wanted to be just totally unaware of it. Yeah, Can
- 21:23Speaker 1: has found a list of things that grown men, and
- 21:24Speaker 1: if you have one, grown men should stop doing after
- 21:27Speaker 1: let's say forty years old. Yeah, let's say after forty
- 21:30Speaker 1: which I'm barely over. Oh yeah, who's decades over? Yeah?
- 21:34Speaker 1: What should grown men stop doing after forty years old?
- 21:38Speaker 1: What is on this list? I'm scared?
- 21:40Speaker 3: Well, this one's wild.
- 21:41Speaker 4: Okay, all right, you guys should stop drinking mountain dew.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Why stop?
- 21:51Speaker 3: It's on the list.
- 21:52Speaker 4: I guess that just feels like a real, like teenage
- 21:56Speaker 4: like vibe thing to do this bright green drink that
- 22:00Speaker 4: you know.
- 22:00Speaker 1: It's weird. Sometimes I still like it. I love diet
- 22:03Speaker 1: mountain dew.
- 22:04Speaker 3: I'm no same here and there.
- 22:06Speaker 4: You just want that taste of nostalgia exactly.
- 22:09Speaker 1: All right, So that's on the list. All right, we
- 22:11Speaker 1: gotta stop drinking mountain dew?
- 22:12Speaker 3: What just is pretty normal? Wearing sandals? Stop wearing the
- 22:18Speaker 3: beach like the lake.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Why we can't wear flip flops as grown now? Slides? Yeah,
- 22:24Speaker 1: I mean that's weird.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like slides are different.
- 22:26Speaker 1: You mean to tell me, like, maybe just out and
- 22:28Speaker 1: about when you're doing your thing.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Maybe it's like the sandals that go between your base.
- 22:33Speaker 4: There's a difference, Yeah, like flip flops versus like a slide.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Okay, but in the summer, can I wear flip flops
- 22:38Speaker 1: by the pool?
- 22:39Speaker 3: Yeah? By the pool if there's somewhere where you're.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Gonna get wet, then yeah, okay, But like just out
- 22:44Speaker 4: and about.
- 22:45Speaker 1: This list says no sandals, sandals? What else?
- 22:48Speaker 4: Wearing a sports team's jersey unless it's at a game?
- 22:54Speaker 1: Really is this a turnof for ladies? Like if you
- 22:57Speaker 1: see a guy in a in a jersey, that's just
- 22:59Speaker 1: not the game.
- 23:00Speaker 3: If it's like Fubu or something, it's not it's not
- 23:03Speaker 3: even a real jersey.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Wow, Okay, mark that down. I don't do that. So
- 23:08Speaker 1: what else?
- 23:09Speaker 3: Okay? Using a fork at sushi?
- 23:12Speaker 6: Yeah pooh okayoo, yes he does really called me out.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I didn't know, like y'all go to sushi all the time.

- 23:31Speaker 1: he likes shimmy.
- 23:31Speaker 3: He likes California rolls.
- 23:33Speaker 1: California rolls. Sometimes you leave you shimmy.
- 23:36Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, shimmy.
- 23:39Speaker 1: It's good.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Okay, okay, tell me how you feel about this one.
- 23:42Speaker 4: You guys should stop starting bands.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Oh I got a couple that okay, all right. Someone
- 23:49Speaker 1: else just DMed in wearing their hat backwards. Oh why,
- 23:54Speaker 1: man over forty should stop wearing that their hat backwards?
- 23:57Speaker 1: Poo's doing it right now.
- 24:00Speaker 3: We're never going to stop.
- 24:01Speaker 6: I'm not going to stop that one girl over your
- 24:04Speaker 6: seventy over seventy, I won't care for sixty.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Yeah, but like forty.
- 24:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 24:10Speaker 6: I got called out by that one girl I took
- 24:12Speaker 6: the Mexican sugar. Remember she was like, oh, we're still
- 24:14Speaker 6: wearing our hat backwards.
- 24:16Speaker 3: That's right.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Oh that was on a date though. Yeah. Well I'm
- 24:18Speaker 1: sorry girl, I'm me.
- 24:21Speaker 3: You also have a sports team Jersey.
- 24:24Speaker 1: He's also wearing a food but jersey flip flops and
- 24:28Speaker 1: his ear rings. Let's never forget that Woo used to
- 24:30Speaker 1: have his tongue pierced.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Oh gosh, yeah, no, we'll never forget hastag.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Let's forget. No, not too long ago. That was one
- 24:37Speaker 1: time as a friend, I had to do an intervention. Yeah,
- 24:39Speaker 1: he did right, and I had to say, I think
- 24:41Speaker 1: you have to take it out. I think it's time.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:43Speaker 1: He called me out. He was like, what is that
- 24:45Speaker 1: in your mouth? And I took it out and I
- 24:48Speaker 1: throw it out of the car on the toll way. Yeah,
- 24:51Speaker 1: take it out right now. Yeah. Yeah, it's just too much.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Because he'd be talking all of a sudd it would
- 24:56Speaker 1: just flash and I would see it. It made me very uncomfortable.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I could see that, and once in a while he'd
- 25:01Speaker 1: stick it out of you. Oh here.
- 25:08Speaker 7: Tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid in

- 25:25Speaker 4: I announced their superintendent Karen Mollinar will be stepping down
- 25:29Speaker 4: after the TA declined to pick her for the role permanently.
- 25:33Speaker 4: The TEA says the need for significant changes and improvements
- 25:36Speaker 4: within the district is the main reason.
- 25:38Speaker 3: For looking for a new candidate.
- 25:40Speaker 4: They haven't announced too that will be just yet, but
- 25:42Speaker 4: should have a decision in the next few weeks.
- 25:45Speaker 3: She's been with the district for nearly three years.
- 25:47Speaker 4: But you know, fort Worth IC was part of the
- 25:49Speaker 4: state takeover that was announced last year, so big changes
- 25:53Speaker 4: coming to fort Worth ISD. And you guys were talking
- 25:57Speaker 4: about how you went to that soccer place yesterday.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Toca Toka Social, Toka Social.
- 26:02Speaker 4: Yeah, well, this online betting site looked at the states
- 26:05Speaker 4: where you have the highest odds of being a soccer mom,
- 26:09Speaker 4: and Texas came.
- 26:10Speaker 3: In number one, number one, number one for soccer mom.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Yeahrats, nothing wrong with being a soccer mom. That place
- 26:17Speaker 1: is cool, actually, Toka Social. Yeah, they opened up tomorrow,
- 26:20Speaker 1: I think. So last nime was like a media night.
- 26:22Speaker 1: It's in the colony Grandscape and it's pretty much like
- 26:24Speaker 1: Top Golf, only for soccer or football football. Yeah, but
- 26:29Speaker 1: it was really cool. Food was good, nice, It's a
- 26:31Speaker 1: cool spot. You let's come check it out.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Yeah, so they came up with this soccer mom index
- 26:36Speaker 4: they call it by looking at factors like sports participation rates,
- 26:40Speaker 4: kids per capita and mini vans at per capita, which is,
- 26:44Speaker 4: you know, pretty interesting because minivans are popping, but mostly
- 26:47Speaker 4: for the soccer dads.
- 26:49Speaker 1: They said, I mean minivans are where it's at. I
- 26:52Speaker 1: kind of think about getting one sometimes. Yeah, can you
- 26:54Speaker 1: picture me rolling in miniga?
- 26:56Speaker 4: No, not a pacifica No, that is like the most
- 26:59Speaker 4: popular one though.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Yeah. I know they're nice inside, they're nice. And you're
- 27:03Speaker 1: not a soccermore. You're a baseball mom.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yeah, baseball mom.
- 27:05Speaker 1: What's the difference.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Yeah, major difference. Yeah, I have no idea.
- 27:09Speaker 1: No, the snacks, I.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Think, oh maybe so yeah, we quit snacks though after
- 27:14Speaker 3: last season. Why yeah, I.
- 27:16Speaker 4: Mean at a certain point everyone's like, do we still
- 27:18Speaker 4: need to bring snacks the time?
- 27:22Speaker 1: And if your team starts losing, you'll know why. No,
- 27:25Speaker 1: we didn't.
- 27:25Speaker 4: We won the championship last season. So yeah, without snacks.
- 27:30Speaker 4: I mean at some point, we just have so much
- 27:32Speaker 4: on our plates. The moms are like, we just don't
- 27:34Speaker 4: have one more thing.
- 27:35Speaker 1: They bring a snack for your own kid, Make the
- 27:37Speaker 1: dads do it or something that's.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Only got coaching.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I played for as a kid, I played for snacks. Yeah, okay,
- 27:45Speaker 1: look at me. Do you think I'm built for no snacks?
- 27:47Speaker 3: Well, after a while, it's just like, well, we've all
- 27:49Speaker 3: picked the same things off Amazon to make them cute
- 27:51Speaker 3: every time, over and over. So it's like, let's just
- 27:53Speaker 3: call it, yeah, guys. Selena Gomez revealed what Taylor Swift
- 27:58Speaker 3: got her for her thirtieth birthday. She was talking about it.
- 28:01Speaker 4: On Bennie Blanco's podcast yesterday, and she said Taylor gave
- 28:05Speaker 4: her a painting that Taylor actually painted. It had handwritten
- 28:09Speaker 4: lyrics on it of a song she wrote about Selena.
- 28:12Speaker 3: It also had both of their.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Zodiac signs, and instead of writing, she said, Taylor sowed
- 28:18Speaker 4: the words here's to the next thirty years. Selena said
- 28:22Speaker 4: it was the sweetest gift.
- 28:23Speaker 3: And I thought that was interesting because.
- 28:24Speaker 4: It's like they're both billionaires, Like at what point, like
- 28:27Speaker 4: why do we give each other gifts?
- 28:29Speaker 1: You know? Yeah, I think that's perfect then.
- 28:31Speaker 4: Yeah, so gifts for billionaires are the same as like
- 28:34Speaker 4: gifts for moms from toddlers, So you know, like a painting,
- 28:38Speaker 4: a handmade thing, true, you know, it's got to be
- 28:41Speaker 4: something personal out yeah, yeah and unique.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It's cute when Taylor Swift does it. But when I
- 28:46Speaker 1: get YouTube, if I make a painting for you for
- 28:48Speaker 1: your birthdays, you're gonna be angry. You're gonna be like,
- 28:50Speaker 1: really this is it?
- 28:50Speaker 3: But you're good at art?
- 28:52Speaker 1: Okay, thank you?
- 28:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I think we would appreciate it. Painting for me.
- 28:58Speaker 3: He wants to give cards.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Oh my steak. I want some Who's gonna give me

- 29:23Speaker 1: a kid. Canda Sloan Pez is here and producer Pooh
- 29:26Speaker 1: and your Secrets. Anytime you want, you just call us
- 29:28Speaker 1: at eight three three seven eight seven one o two nine,
- 29:30Speaker 1: or you can reach out DM me at Billy on
- 29:33Speaker 1: the radio on Instagram. That's the easiest way. At Billy
- 29:36Speaker 1: on the radio. And you got one what's up.
- 29:38Speaker 8: Well, this might sound a little messed up, but I
- 29:41Speaker 8: tell everybody I broke up with my girlfriend. You know,
- 29:44Speaker 8: from my friends and my co workers, you know, family members,
- 29:48Speaker 8: you know, who know.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Were you broke up with. Do you say that you
- 29:50Speaker 1: broke up with her?
- 29:51Speaker 8: I do, Yeah, you didn't. Just recently, I didn't. I mean,
- 29:56Speaker 8: you know, I just basically told him it was too toxic.
- 29:59Speaker 8: And then they're all happy. I'm out of it, but
- 30:01Speaker 8: I'm not really out of it really.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Why Why? Why?
- 30:06Speaker 8: Well, she's a little bit of a wild card. I mean,
- 30:08Speaker 8: she's cussed out my mom. She's not off of my sister. Yeah,
- 30:14Speaker 8: she's gotten in fights with my friends verbally, you know,
- 30:16Speaker 8: not physically.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, she sounds great.
- 30:28Speaker 8: I'd have to ask her.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Okay, so wow, So she cusses out your she cussed
- 30:32Speaker 1: out your mom, your friends got into your sister.
- 30:35Speaker 8: And part of it, I think is my fault in
- 30:37Speaker 8: a way, because every time something like you know happened,
- 30:40Speaker 8: I would vent about you know, our fights and how
- 30:42Speaker 8: bad it is, you know, and so everything they see
- 30:44Speaker 8: is like all the worst stuff you know, you know,
- 30:48Speaker 8: but you know, then the crazy part is she did
- 30:50Speaker 8: once you know, put her hands on me, you know,
- 30:53Speaker 8: and and like she like what, she gets mad sometimes
- 30:56Speaker 8: she throws things, she hits, you know, and you know,
- 31:00Speaker 8: it was bad enough one time she actually got arrested
- 31:02Speaker 8: for all real.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Okay, now this is not now, this is we're laughing
- 31:07Speaker 1: about it. But then it crosses the line where because like, okay,
- 31:10Speaker 1: this is not funny, because yeah, you know, just because
- 31:13Speaker 1: you're a man, it should not be Okay, it's never
- 31:16Speaker 1: okay for anybody to hit anybody in later hands on
- 31:18Speaker 1: each other. But this happens more than I think some
- 31:20Speaker 1: guys would like to admit in relationships. So she went
- 31:24Speaker 1: to jail.
- 31:25Speaker 8: Yeah overnight, you know, and uh, you know, but I
- 31:29Speaker 8: took her back and everyone thought I was crazy doing it.
- 31:33Speaker 8: So nobody trusts her, you know, they don't respect her,
- 31:35Speaker 8: and they don't forgive her. So now I'm just pretending
- 31:38Speaker 8: I'm single because it's easier, you know, So I don't
- 31:42Speaker 8: really post anything on social media that don't catch on
- 31:44Speaker 8: and don't bring her around, and you know, so I
- 31:47Speaker 8: don't know, I mean, to me, it just seems, you know,
- 31:49Speaker 8: like the best of the solutions, because I love her,
- 31:52Speaker 8: I mean, you know, yeah, but it's easy to say
- 31:54Speaker 8: we're done, but you know, I still do like all
- 31:58Speaker 8: her good qualities when she's not going off a little bit.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Okay, but let me ask you this is think about
- 32:03Speaker 1: all this because I've been in some I've been in
- 32:06Speaker 1: the past in some toxic relationships. Right, is this worth it?
- 32:10Speaker 5: Right?
- 32:12Speaker 8: I mean right now, I think so, you know, But
- 32:14Speaker 8: I just you know, I'm tired of hearing from everybody
- 32:17Speaker 8: else like to get out of it, and how terrible
- 32:20Speaker 8: she is. So it's just easier to pretend.
- 32:22Speaker 1: You know with her, and and I feel for you
- 32:25Speaker 1: because you said something earlier that really truly reminds me
- 32:28Speaker 1: of not my last relationship, I want to make that clearer,
- 32:31Speaker 1: but a relationship I had in the past where I
- 32:35Speaker 1: would say things like, oh, you know what, I shouldn't
- 32:38Speaker 1: just tell everybody our business, and I would make excuses
- 32:41Speaker 1: for us. I'm not saying I was perfect in the relationship.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I would make excuses for us. I'd be like, well,
- 32:47Speaker 1: they don't people didn't need to know everything. But the
- 32:48Speaker 1: truth of the matter was we were toxic. So normal
- 32:52Speaker 1: people don't have those things to say at all. Right,
- 32:56Speaker 1: So that's normal relationships that are happy and safe and
- 33:00Speaker 1: in a good place and they don't. You don't have
- 33:02Speaker 1: these crazy stories like she went off on my sister
- 33:05Speaker 1: and my mom and then hit me. You wouldn't have
- 33:07Speaker 1: those things to say if it was healthy. And I'm
- 33:10Speaker 1: not saying it can't get there, but I think this
- 33:13Speaker 1: is a little more serious than you're You're playing into it,
- 33:15Speaker 1: and I get it, but if you're lying to your
- 33:17Speaker 1: friends and your family, I just don't know if that
- 33:20Speaker 1: goes anywhere that it's good.
- 33:23Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't know. I mean, we have our ups
- 33:25Speaker 8: and downs, and I just feel like focus too much
- 33:27Speaker 8: on the negative. And so I'm going to give it
- 33:29Speaker 8: a shot and see what happens, but not tell anybody, Okay.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Well take care of yourself. And that's not acceptable. She's
- 33:38Speaker 1: not allowed to.
- 33:39Speaker 4: I hate for you to be in a relationship for
- 33:41Speaker 4: like how long like this, like eventually you can't.
- 33:43Speaker 3: Just not bring her around for years, so you won't
- 33:46Speaker 3: tell me.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Literally. I know people who are in relationships where their
- 33:49Speaker 1: families just don't talk to their wives or girlfriend or husband,
- 33:53Speaker 1: and family is so important, you know, there's only I
- 33:58Speaker 1: have a small family, so family is important. If they
- 34:01Speaker 1: don't get along, that's that's a major problem. Yeah, well,
- 34:05Speaker 1: good luck, and I hope it works out, and I
- 34:08Speaker 1: do hope she changes and it becomes healthier and maybe
- 34:11Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe those relationships can be healed. But
- 34:13Speaker 1: in the meantime, make sure that she's not abusing you.
- 34:16Speaker 8: Yeah, all right, well, thank you guys.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good turn that I didn't expect. I mean,
- 34:22Speaker 1: my thing is, it doesn't matter if it's a man,
- 34:24Speaker 1: if it's a woman. The minute they lay hands on you,
- 34:27Speaker 1: it's over. Oh yeah, it's over that. You cannot accept
- 34:30Speaker 1: that once because it's just a dangerous path for sure.
- 34:34Speaker 1: And he's a victim. So all right, well, wow, put
- 34:37Speaker 1: him on a hole. Maybe we can get him some
- 34:38Speaker 1: help if you need, because that's scary.
- 34:41Speaker 5: All right.
- 34:42Speaker 7: He's going for Canna's court. It gets settled here with
- 34:46Speaker 7: Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 34:51Speaker 1: For the Honorable Judge Cannislopez, who has taken the bend.
- 34:53Speaker 1: She's got her gown on a gown or a robe, sure, okay,
- 34:59Speaker 1: either one.
- 35:00Speaker 3: It's a bathroom.
- 35:00Speaker 1: She's got a gavel. She's ready for war. It's mixed
- 35:04Speaker 1: one oh two point nine. If you got a problem,
- 35:05Speaker 1: Candace can solve, let's do it at Candace on Air
- 35:07Speaker 1: on Instagram at Candace on Air. This is a very
- 35:11Speaker 1: interesting case, Judge Lopez, she writes us. She says, help
- 35:15Speaker 1: me with this, please. So I bought a handbag from
- 35:17Speaker 1: someone in our friend group. It's a designer bag that
- 35:20Speaker 1: I've always wanted, so when she offered it to me
- 35:23Speaker 1: for a very good price, I jumped on it. I've
- 35:25Speaker 1: been carrying it for a few weeks now, and then
- 35:27Speaker 1: out of nowhere, I get a call from our mutual
- 35:30Speaker 1: friend saying it's actually her bag and she needs it
- 35:34Speaker 1: back because it was stolen from her. Oh, I guess
- 35:39Speaker 1: this roommate stolen because they weren't leaving things on good terms.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Now I don't know if I should give it back,
- 35:47Speaker 1: and the ex roommate friend who sold it to me
- 35:50Speaker 1: isn't calling any of us back in the frame group,
- 35:53Speaker 1: so I can't even get my money back from her
- 35:55Speaker 1: if I wanted to. What would you do? Oh, what
- 35:59Speaker 1: would you do in a case where you accepted stolen
- 36:04Speaker 1: merchandise because you're a hardcore criminal? Camps? Huh, No, she's not,
- 36:09Speaker 1: but it sounds like she's in a bad situation where
- 36:11Speaker 1: this girl needs her bag back. But who do you
- 36:13Speaker 1: believe right, if they're all friends. I mean, technically, can
- 36:17Speaker 1: you keep something that's stolen? I don't think it's it's
- 36:21Speaker 1: against the law.
- 36:22Speaker 3: I mean, but where's the money? Are you getting the
- 36:24Speaker 3: money back? You know what I mean? Because I bought it? Basically,
- 36:28Speaker 3: I gave you money, got the bag. So where however,
- 36:31Speaker 3: it was stolen and how you guys figure that out
- 36:33Speaker 3: is on you.
- 36:34Speaker 1: No, but it's not, though. I think if you if
- 36:36Speaker 1: she called the police and she could prove that it
- 36:38Speaker 1: was her bag, the police would come, I'm pretty sure
- 36:41Speaker 1: and say we need the bag back because it's stolen merchandise,
- 36:45Speaker 1: and you'd be out of the money. Too bad, right,
- 36:48Speaker 1: too bad?
- 36:48Speaker 6: So sad, I think it's a civil matter, though.
- 36:51Speaker 1: I don't think so. I don't know. I'm not obviously
- 36:53Speaker 1: not a lawyer, and you're the judge.
- 36:54Speaker 6: Yeah, I've just bought stolen excuse me, I mean stuff
- 36:59Speaker 6: from the street for and I just I know, stuff
- 37:01Speaker 6: from the street. If you buy it from the street,
- 37:04Speaker 6: it's it's fair game.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Well no, it's not, though, I mean, the cops are
- 37:08Speaker 1: just gonna be like, hey, no, no, not if you
- 37:11Speaker 1: can prove it. I'm pretty because the only reason I
- 37:13Speaker 1: know this. A friend he had a dirt bike that
- 37:16Speaker 1: was stolen and he found it on sale. So when
- 37:19Speaker 1: he went to the person that was selling the stolen
- 37:21Speaker 1: dirt bike that bought it stolen, he proved that it
- 37:24Speaker 1: was his and they gave him the dirt bike back immediately, and.
- 37:26Speaker 3: So he just never gets his money back, and.
- 37:28Speaker 1: The person was now had to get his money from
- 37:32Speaker 1: the criminal, right, so they had to take that guy
- 37:36Speaker 1: to court to get the money.
- 37:37Speaker 3: I think, okay, that makes sense.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I mean it does to me. You can't just keep
- 37:41Speaker 1: stolen stuff if you're if it's okay to accept stolen
- 37:43Speaker 1: goods and buy stolen goods, then everybody would do it
- 37:45Speaker 1: and there would be no I mean, only a select few. Dude,
- 37:49Speaker 1: I don't know. Wow that is. But I'm surprised you
- 37:51Speaker 1: two are both so shady.
- 37:53Speaker 3: No, I'm not being shady.
- 37:54Speaker 4: I'm just saying, like, unless they take it to the police,
- 37:57Speaker 4: which doesn't sound like they are.
- 37:59Speaker 3: I don't know what this bag is worth.
- 38:01Speaker 1: I mean, to be worth thousands if it is designer back, No.
- 38:04Speaker 4: It could be, but like, are you gonna call the
- 38:07Speaker 4: cops or not? Otherwise we have to figure this out.
- 38:09Speaker 1: I'm calling the PopOut.
- 38:11Speaker 4: If they call the popo, then it's on the popo
- 38:13Speaker 4: and the popo will decide not can'tus.
- 38:15Speaker 1: War filing the police report immediately and give me my
- 38:19Speaker 1: bag back? It's not yours. I'm sorry you lost the money.
- 38:23Speaker 1: That's that's the girl's problem. Yeah, the girl who stole it.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Now you've got to go after your money from her.
- 38:27Speaker 1: But that's my bag.
- 38:30Speaker 7: How come you?
- 38:31Speaker 1: How come you can't go after the girl who stole it.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Don't come to me with that. And if you have bag,
- 38:36Speaker 1: I got to go to the bag.
- 38:37Speaker 3: They got to figure it out from the girl from
- 38:38Speaker 3: the X roommate right like, she's not.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Answering her phone about the bag, and I don't.
- 38:43Speaker 3: Do anything until you get a hold of her.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sorry. You should get a hold of her
- 38:46Speaker 1: because she sold you a stolen bag. That's wine.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Well, somebody should get a hold of her. I mean,
- 38:50Speaker 3: we both should get a hold.
- 38:51Speaker 1: You don't think the bag should go back to the
- 38:53Speaker 1: person who was stolen from the ape?
- 38:54Speaker 3: Where does the money come back from?
- 38:56Speaker 1: Sorry, you should have asked for proof that it was
- 38:58Speaker 1: hers in the first place.
- 39:01Speaker 4: Give me your receipt you buy something, do you ask
- 39:03Speaker 4: for proof that it's yours.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Yes, you do if you yes, I buy. If I'm
- 39:08Speaker 1: buying something, I'm like, yeah, I want to bill a sale.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I want like, yes, I want some kind of transaction receipt.
- 39:13Speaker 4: Well yeah, but I mean like, if you go on
- 39:15Speaker 4: Facebook Marketplace right now and you're looking for something on there,
- 39:18Speaker 4: and you meet up with somebody and buy it.
- 39:20Speaker 3: You bought it.
- 39:21Speaker 1: It's yours right right, and you're taking a risk that
- 39:23Speaker 1: if it's stolen, it might not be yours for long?
- 39:26Speaker 3: What who thinks about that?
- 39:27Speaker 5: Yes?
- 39:28Speaker 6: So if you went home after buying some of Facebook
- 39:30Speaker 6: Marketplace and somebody else said, hey, that's mine.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I've been looking for that, billy, and you're gonna go, okay,
- 39:36Speaker 1: let me give it to you, that I'd be like,
- 39:37Speaker 1: that's awful. Well, yeah, prove that it's yours. Prove that
- 39:40Speaker 1: this is yours. I prove that it's yours, I'm going
- 39:43Speaker 1: to give it back and I'm gonna go after the
- 39:44Speaker 1: person who sold it to me and get my money
- 39:46Speaker 1: bound now.
- 39:46Speaker 3: But what if you can't get a hold of.
- 39:47Speaker 1: These, then I'm out money and it sucks. But I'm
- 39:50Speaker 1: not going to keep someone stolen stuff. You got it.
- 39:54Speaker 1: They're the victim.
- 39:55Speaker 4: They are, but now you're the victim too, a secondary victim.
- 39:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm not trying to do I'm not trying to
- 39:59Speaker 6: hear to charge it to the game. Sorry about your bed. Look,
- 40:02Speaker 6: I'm keeping this, bab Wow, I'm.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Just trying to see. I don't know. This is a
- 40:06Speaker 3: tough case, a.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Very tough case. But you know what, you're the judge, bags.
- 40:10Speaker 1: You are the judge who can make these decisions.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:14Speaker 1: God, now I know that you two would just take
- 40:16Speaker 1: stolen merchandise.
- 40:17Speaker 3: No, I feel bad.
- 40:18Speaker 4: I'm trying to get to the bottom of it and
- 40:19Speaker 4: find old girl that sold it to you and ran off,
- 40:23Speaker 4: you know either way, right, but someone's gonna nothing's happening
- 40:27Speaker 4: until we find her.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Judge, what's the verdict?
- 40:29Speaker 3: The verdict is it?
- 40:30Speaker 4: This friend is guilty of being a best buy Brenda. Yeah,
- 40:34Speaker 4: you better you best buy it back from her because
- 40:37Speaker 4: it's your mess. Yes, she shouldn't lose money because of
- 40:41Speaker 4: your klepto roommate.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Judge, you want the girl who got her bag stolen
- 40:45Speaker 1: from her to buy.
- 40:47Speaker 4: It back if she wants it back, and then we'll
- 40:49Speaker 4: figure out what's up.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Yes, thank you. She is guilty of being.
- 40:55Speaker 3: As Brenda best, buy it back yourself.
- 41:00Speaker 1: She's a victim, Veronica, she is.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Well, it's not the friends faulty about the bag.
- 41:05Speaker 1: God, judge, you're lawless.
- 41:06Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 41:10Speaker 7: It's top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 41:13Speaker 7: in the.
- 41:13Speaker 5: Morning only on the new mixed one O two point nine.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Thank you producer Poos spilled a little something on the board.
- 41:20Speaker 3: Is that hot sauce? I, brit I.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Think a hot sauce or a sommer patch kid or something.
- 41:23Speaker 1: Stuff the button, Sorry, button's a little sticky, but we
- 41:27Speaker 1: got it. We figured it out. Canas we're rolling, what's up?
- 41:29Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 41:29Speaker 4: Well we should be mostly rain free today. It was
- 41:32Speaker 4: intense for a little while last night though. We had
- 41:34Speaker 4: multiple high water rescues and areas of flooding in the Metroplex.
- 41:38Speaker 3: We also broke a record.
- 41:39Speaker 4: For rainfall and one day with over an inch and
- 41:42Speaker 4: a half of rain at DFW Airport.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Some spots saw much more than that.
- 41:46Speaker 4: But there was a part of the eastbound Highway eighty
- 41:49Speaker 4: near Lawson that was closed.
- 41:51Speaker 3: This morning for high water. That was because of a
- 41:53Speaker 3: clogged drain well.
- 41:55Speaker 4: They were finally able to get some equipment in there
- 41:57Speaker 4: and unclog that drain. It just now reopened, so traffic
- 42:00Speaker 4: on eighties should start to be much better for you
- 42:03Speaker 4: if you're in that area this morning.
- 42:05Speaker 1: Did you see forty five es a river?
- 42:08Speaker 3: It did.
- 42:09Speaker 1: It was scary. It's so crazy when the rain comes
- 42:11Speaker 1: down like that. That flash flooding is real.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Right.
- 42:13Speaker 1: If you were like, oh, you have to get rescued,
- 42:15Speaker 1: it's like four inches of rain, it's not. It's yeah,
- 42:17Speaker 1: I take precaution. Yeah, see for sure, it's going to
- 42:20Speaker 1: rain more this weekend. It's not worth trying to. I
- 42:22Speaker 1: don't get the people who are like, oh, my car
- 42:24Speaker 1: can make it. No, No, it can't.
- 42:26Speaker 3: No.
- 42:27Speaker 5: No.
- 42:28Speaker 4: Much quieter today though we could see some passion passing
- 42:31Speaker 4: showers before that.
- 42:32Speaker 3: Next round of storms back tomorrow into Saturday. Guys.
- 42:36Speaker 4: A glove that was found near Nancy Guthrie's home has
- 42:38Speaker 4: officially been rolled out as evidence. The gloves were found
- 42:42Speaker 4: about two miles from her home and traced through DNA
- 42:45Speaker 4: to a person working at a local restaurant. That person
- 42:49Speaker 4: is not part of the investigation, but they do have
- 42:52Speaker 4: other evidence that is undergoing DNA testing right now.
- 42:55Speaker 3: That is the latest.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I did also just here that the Cajun Navy, which
- 42:59Speaker 4: is a not profit out of Louisiana. They're now offering
- 43:02Speaker 4: tactical plans and resources to help in this investigation. It's
- 43:06Speaker 4: now been going for over a month. A spokesperson for
- 43:09Speaker 4: the Sheriff's department there says they can't comment on this offer,
- 43:13Speaker 4: but it's interesting because you're seeing, you know, there was
- 43:15Speaker 4: a group of moms I guess from Mexico that we're
- 43:18Speaker 4: helping out in the investigation just on their own, and
- 43:21Speaker 4: now the Cajun Navy is offering to help. What is Yeah,
- 43:25Speaker 4: it's just a nonprofit that's out of Louisiana, but they,
- 43:28Speaker 4: you know, trying to say we want to help, Like
- 43:31Speaker 4: everybody's interested to see how this is going to unfold.
- 43:34Speaker 1: Isn't it weird to think like now, in you know,
- 43:36Speaker 1: twenty twenty six, we know about things that maybe probably
- 43:40Speaker 1: too much. Yeah, there social media and whatnot. So now
- 43:43Speaker 1: people are traveling out there trying to solve the case themselves. Yeah,
- 43:46Speaker 1: which is probably annoying if you're you know, a professional
- 43:49Speaker 1: and you're and you're doing the investigation because you have
- 43:52Speaker 1: all these like want to be amateur sleuths, right, but
- 43:55Speaker 1: what if they solve it.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Yeah, that would be incredible.
- 43:58Speaker 1: What if they solve it and figure it out? Because
- 44:00Speaker 1: I don't know how anybody in this time, in this age,
- 44:05Speaker 1: there's not one camera of her going away from the house,
- 44:08Speaker 1: not one angle.
- 44:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it's really strange. And then on top of that,
- 44:12Speaker 3: you have the you know, social media journalists, you know,
- 44:16Speaker 3: who are putting themselves in the middle of the scene
- 44:18Speaker 3: to try and grab content and investigate and report. So yeah,
- 44:23Speaker 3: and listen to this.
- 44:23Speaker 4: United Airlines is taking flight etiquette to the next level.
- 44:27Speaker 4: So they've got a new role that allows them to
- 44:30Speaker 4: refuse service to passengers who are playing music or videos
- 44:33Speaker 4: out loud without headphones on their planes.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Yeah. I like this a lot for sure.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Ever be listening to a movie or watching a movie
- 44:43Speaker 1: with no earbuds in right? Pooh, have you ever done that? No,
- 44:48Speaker 1: but I've sat next to a couple of weeks.
- 44:50Speaker 3: I have to Yeah, i haven't been next to anyone
- 44:52Speaker 3: playing or watching a movie, but I've been next to
- 44:55Speaker 3: kids playing games on their iPads without headphones, and that's
- 44:58Speaker 3: like just as annoying.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. The other day I was out at the
- 45:01Speaker 1: gym because I was just using the treadmill or not
- 45:03Speaker 1: the treadmill, but the bike because I can't really run
- 45:05Speaker 1: right now, so I'm using the bike and the person
- 45:07Speaker 1: next to me on the bike had their phone just
- 45:10Speaker 1: speaker loud, playing music, and I thought to myself, like,
- 45:14Speaker 1: who don't you understand, like this is probably not the
- 45:16Speaker 1: best etiquette.
- 45:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:17Speaker 4: I was at the doctor's office last week and someone
- 45:20Speaker 4: in the waiting room was doing that, and I just thought,
- 45:22Speaker 4: I can hear that, you know, it was.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Like their whole feet talking on speaker.
- 45:26Speaker 4: No, they were on social media. Oh yeah, just like
- 45:29Speaker 4: scrolling Instagram with the sound on.
- 45:31Speaker 1: I'm probably guilty of that. Oh, at a restaurant, I
- 45:33Speaker 1: definitely probably guilty. At least I'm not speakerphone guy like Pooh.
- 45:38Speaker 1: He talks on speakerphone all the time. Oh and I
- 45:42Speaker 1: got to talk about a situation too though, coming.
- 45:45Speaker 3: Up, because oh yeah, I.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Got to complain about Pooh. This is not me complaining.
- 45:49Speaker 1: I got to complain about Pooh about me. Yes, and
- 45:52Speaker 1: you have no idea, so we'll talk about I.
- 45:54Speaker 3: Don't have an idea. Yeah, I'm ready to go.
- 45:55Speaker 1: I'm Cannaslopez stories breaking news literally as we speak, before
- 46:01Speaker 1: we do Hot Take of the Day it's Mikes one
- 46:02Speaker 1: or two point nine, Candislopez. You want to break it?
- 46:04Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Britney Spears arrested in California Wednesday night for dui.
- 46:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah, this is literally breaking five minutes ago. Says
- 46:15Speaker 4: she was placed into cuffs by the California Highway Patrol
- 46:18Speaker 4: around nine thirty last night.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Has since been released. No other details yet from the
- 46:24Speaker 3: sheriff's office.
- 46:25Speaker 1: There early TMZ just posted this story. No, Britney arrested
- 46:30Speaker 1: for a dui allegedly. Yeah, we don't know what's going on,
- 46:33Speaker 1: but there you go. Little breaking news story developing. Will
- 46:36Speaker 1: let you know what's happening. Hot take? Here we go.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Oh that's a hot take.
- 46:39Speaker 7: Let us know what you think.
- 46:40Speaker 5: Here's today's hot take.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Maybe so get her the help she needs though.
- 46:44Speaker 3: Yeah, she needs a wake up call, for sure she does.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Maybe this is it? All right? It's Billy the Kid Candislopez,
- 46:49Speaker 1: producer who toughest jobs in the US. When I saw this,
- 46:53Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, first of all, let's go over these
- 46:55Speaker 1: because I think there's some missing.
- 46:57Speaker 5: Okay.
- 46:57Speaker 1: When they came out with this list, this is according
- 46:59Speaker 1: to new researched it, I guess calculate certain things when
- 47:03Speaker 1: it comes to your job. The most challenging jobs, they
- 47:07Speaker 1: say in this research are the ones that involve being
- 47:08Speaker 1: on your feet all day, working in all weather conditions,
- 47:13Speaker 1: and dealing with trauma or distressing situations. That was the
- 47:18Speaker 1: basic makes sense parameters of like what makes the hardest job.
- 47:22Speaker 1: So let's see if you agree, because you know, I
- 47:24Speaker 1: love a good list, all right, toughest jobs in the US,
- 47:27Speaker 1: and this is according to new research. Number ten healthcare
- 47:31Speaker 1: assistant caregiver. Oh wow, yeah, I agree with that. Anything healthcare.
- 47:36Speaker 3: Yeah, they don't know how y'all do it.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Yeah, they work so hard, so yeah, absolutely. Number nine
- 47:42Speaker 1: a roofer okay hard that is. I did that for
- 47:47Speaker 1: like one day too, and I fell off a roof
- 47:50Speaker 1: I've never done. That explains so much.
- 47:53Speaker 6: Never give you fell off the roof, yes, yeah. Everybody
- 47:57Speaker 6: else goes up with their boots with some clean o
- 48:00Speaker 6: air Max thinking I'm just light, and I started carrying
- 48:04Speaker 6: the roofing shingles up.
- 48:06Speaker 1: Yeah, it just started sliding and everybody was laughing. Really
- 48:09Speaker 1: were you okay? Yeah? Yeah, I fell that's landed. No. Yeah,
- 48:17Speaker 1: did you hit your head by chance? No? No? Okay
- 48:20Speaker 1: you sure? Yeah? I think you did number eight toughest
- 48:23Speaker 1: jobs in the US. Doctor. I can't argue with that.
- 48:26Speaker 1: Number seven farm worker, of course.
- 48:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, farmers, that's tough.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Yeah. Number six paramedic, Yeah, I mean it's a first responder.
- 48:37Speaker 1: Number five totally agree with this. Nurse. I just have
- 48:40Speaker 1: a hard job, long hours, they see a lot stressful.
- 48:44Speaker 1: Number four a minor or an oil worker, I mean
- 48:50Speaker 1: oil workers at the landfield.
- 48:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 48:52Speaker 1: Yeah, you're on the rig, you're you're away from your
- 48:54Speaker 1: family for months sometimes. Number three construction worker. I agree
- 49:00Speaker 1: with that. Number two police officer for sure. And then
- 49:04Speaker 1: number one on the list, they say the toughest job
- 49:07Speaker 1: in the United States firefighter. Number one, firefighter, which I
- 49:15Speaker 1: I mean, how can you argue with that?
- 49:16Speaker 3: You can't.
- 49:16Speaker 1: I think it could have been police or firefighter at
- 49:19Speaker 1: number one, and I wouldn't have been mad. But a
- 49:21Speaker 1: lot of people are mad that teacher is not on
- 49:23Speaker 1: the list, and so am I.
- 49:24Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure, I agree.
- 49:26Speaker 1: With teacher being on the list. I think that should
- 49:28Speaker 1: absolutely be the toughest job in America. First of all,
- 49:31Speaker 1: you don't get paid, you work NonStop, you're on your feet,
- 49:35Speaker 1: you're dealing with kids, you're parenting other people's kids.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm dealing with the parents of the kids that
- 49:40Speaker 3: you're teaching.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and then you're dealing with no money to teach
- 49:43Speaker 1: the kids. Yeah, that's a lot. Some other people are
- 49:46Speaker 1: mad that what other job deserves to be on the list?
- 49:49Speaker 1: The top ten, and that's the hot take. Some people
- 49:52Speaker 1: are mad that servers aren't on the list.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Servers, Yes, that's a tough job.
- 49:57Speaker 1: It's a.
- 49:59Speaker 4: Really p as risky as some of the others.
- 50:01Speaker 3: There's no, not a lot of trauma involved.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Oh you don't think being a server is hard. It's
- 50:06Speaker 1: not that hard.
- 50:08Speaker 3: Wows hard.
- 50:09Speaker 9: They can't compare it to pay attention, Pay attention to
- 50:13Speaker 9: from the guy who fell off the roof, pay attention
- 50:15Speaker 9: to my order, bring me back everything, and yeah, oh no.
- 50:20Speaker 3: But they have it a lot easier than we did,
- 50:23Speaker 3: because now it's all on a little iPad street.
- 50:27Speaker 4: One of the restaurants I was at the other day,
- 50:28Speaker 4: he had an earpiece and he wasn't even writing down.
- 50:30Speaker 4: He was repeating it and someone in the kitchen was
- 50:32Speaker 4: listening to it.
- 50:33Speaker 1: Okay, but that's just because you're granny, doesn't mean it's easy.
- 50:36Speaker 4: Now, well, it's definitely easier than back in my day
- 50:39Speaker 4: at against because we paved the way you actually down.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Ord at Owens. I worked at ben Agains for a
- 50:47Speaker 1: couple of days too. I watched just happened. I watched again,
- 50:51Speaker 1: so I can wash dishes. What are you talking about?
- 50:53Speaker 1: A server? Yeah? But Owens, Yeah, Owens Country. So the
- 50:58Speaker 1: restaurant they used to have a restaurant. You told us
- 51:00Speaker 1: she worked at the sausage factory. I went to the
- 51:03Speaker 1: sausage factory. He told us he worked.
- 51:05Speaker 3: There, sausage factor.
- 51:06Speaker 1: And he wasn't talking about Lebert, which he also says
- 51:13Speaker 1: he worked that work at La Did you work at
- 51:17Speaker 1: the sausage factory or Lebert? Or are you confusing them?
- 51:20Speaker 1: And that's the same place. What did you do with
- 51:23Speaker 1: the sausage factory? At the sausage factory, we just went
- 51:27Speaker 1: on a tour. When you worked at Owen's. You got
- 51:29Speaker 1: to go see how the sauce was a sausage handler.
- 51:31Speaker 7: Sausage you did.
- 51:34Speaker 1: I got to see the little piggies and everything. Yeah,
- 51:36Speaker 1: it was cool. Oh the piggies. I don't want to
- 51:39Speaker 1: know anymore anyway. But the server, it's easy.
- 51:43Speaker 3: It is easier now.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Plus we can pay at your table sometimes they have
- 51:46Speaker 4: the thing where you just pay at your table and
- 51:47Speaker 4: the server doesn't even have to run the credit card
- 51:49Speaker 4: bring it back. It is a lot easier than it
- 51:51Speaker 4: used to be.
- 51:52Speaker 1: It's a I think that's I think it's a very
- 51:54Speaker 1: hard job. It We definitely need a time twenty. No,
- 51:56Speaker 1: it can't, it can't be. Okay.
- 51:58Speaker 6: First of all, when I go get my chilies to
- 52:00Speaker 6: go sometimes I remember, matter of fact, two weeks ago,
- 52:04Speaker 6: uh bruh, forgot my skilly caso. I had to come
- 52:07Speaker 6: all the way back two miles, drive two miles back
- 52:10Speaker 6: to look at my skilly caso.
- 52:12Speaker 1: You drove all the way back to get it.
- 52:14Speaker 3: You should definitely drive back for the caso.
- 52:17Speaker 6: I'll drive a for word for some skilly caso.
- 52:22Speaker 5: This is dirty little secret.
- 52:27Speaker 1: Nixed one or two point nine barely a kid candy
- 52:29Speaker 1: slow pants producer, pooh, dirty little secret. Maybe you have one,
- 52:32Speaker 1: let us know eight three, three, seven, eight seven one
- 52:34Speaker 1: or two nine, no matter what that secret is. Maybe
- 52:36Speaker 1: you worked as a sausage handler back in the day
- 52:40Speaker 1: and you've never told anybody at the sausage factories, like
- 52:44Speaker 1: who did you know? Or I don't know where he
- 52:48Speaker 1: used to handle sausage. But it was one of the
- 52:50Speaker 1: Owens labar.
- 52:51Speaker 3: Whatever few places.
- 52:53Speaker 1: He had so many jobs. We just don't know whatever
- 52:57Speaker 1: that secret is. You let us know your seat. Okay,
- 53:00Speaker 1: three three, seven, eight seven one o two nine. Okay,
- 53:04Speaker 1: I just didn't. I never heard that story that used
- 53:06Speaker 1: to be the sausage handler.
- 53:08Speaker 6: I didn't handle sausage. I just went to the warehouse
- 53:11Speaker 6: or the distributed to center.
- 53:13Speaker 1: So that was late stop. That's not a job.
- 53:17Speaker 3: I worked at the U field trip for work.
- 53:20Speaker 1: You were on a sausage field trip. Yes, we went
- 53:23Speaker 1: to go just look at sausage.
- 53:25Speaker 4: That's like when they take you to corporate office to
- 53:27Speaker 4: show you around, kind.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Of like that right you got to see you called
- 53:30Speaker 1: it was your job, though you always said it was
- 53:32Speaker 1: your job that you worked there. No, I just worked
- 53:34Speaker 1: at the restaurant. I worked at the restaurant at Owens. Yeah.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Uh probably almost two years.
- 53:41Speaker 3: Wow.
- 53:41Speaker 1: So servers, he says, you don't work hard, by the way,
- 53:45Speaker 1: at poo on the radio if you want to send
- 53:46Speaker 1: the class there. Okay, now you have a secret. What
- 53:50Speaker 1: is going on?
- 53:51Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 53:51Speaker 10: So I have a secret that my husband has absolutely
- 53:56Speaker 10: no clue of. Okay, basically, our son's middle name is
- 54:03Speaker 10: my ex boyfriend's first name, and the backstory behind that.
- 54:08Speaker 10: Before I met my husband, I dated this guy for years.
- 54:11Speaker 10: I don't want to say his name because it's pretty unique,
- 54:14Speaker 10: but we dated for years, going back to high school.
- 54:17Speaker 10: After high school, and again my husband doesn't know this,
- 54:20Speaker 10: but he, my ex boyfriend, was a huge drug addict,
- 54:24Speaker 10: like huge, and the relationship wasn't great, but he was
- 54:29Speaker 10: the love of my life, and you know, like I
- 54:31Speaker 10: did what I could for him when he was sober.
- 54:34Speaker 10: He was a perfect soul, but most of the time
- 54:38Speaker 10: he wasn't sober, and it got ugly and abusive, and
- 54:41Speaker 10: eventually I had to make a decision and we broke
- 54:44Speaker 10: up and shortly thereafter he overdoes and passed away. Oh wow,
- 54:51Speaker 10: and uh sorry, it's.
- 54:53Speaker 1: Hard to know you're gonna take your time.
- 54:56Speaker 10: But uh a few years later, you know, I never
- 54:59Speaker 10: really imagined I would meet anybody ever again, especially like
- 55:02Speaker 10: as meaningful as my ex boyfriend. But I met my husband,
- 55:06Speaker 10: we dated, married, we had a son, and while we
- 55:10Speaker 10: were talking about names, I suggested my ex boyfriend's name
- 55:15Speaker 10: kind of as like a weird I guess way to
- 55:18Speaker 10: just like memorialize him. And like honor him. So problem.
- 55:23Speaker 1: Yeah, so he has no idea. Your husband has no idea.
- 55:25Speaker 1: So you don't talk about your ex a lot or
- 55:28Speaker 1: what happened. You just don't really get into it that
- 55:30Speaker 1: much with him.
- 55:31Speaker 10: Yeah, he this all happened in like a different town,
- 55:35Speaker 10: so you know, there's nobody mutual that would bring his
- 55:38Speaker 10: name up. And I do talk about him, but I've
- 55:40Speaker 10: never mentioned his name. He's always just you know, my ex, Like,
- 55:46Speaker 10: there's really nothing more to discuss about it with him.
- 55:49Speaker 1: Yeah, because some people, you know, some people when they're
- 55:52Speaker 1: in a relationship, they don't really like to hear. I'm
- 55:54Speaker 1: like that. I don't like to hear about my girlfriend's exes.
- 55:58Speaker 1: It's just not my thing. It's not what I'm into. If.
- 56:00Speaker 1: I don't know if he's like that, but I could
- 56:02Speaker 1: see how details wouldn't be brought up.
- 56:04Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, he doesn't. We don't know details about each
- 56:07Speaker 10: other's Like, I don't know his ex girlfriends right any anything. Really,
- 56:11Speaker 10: I just know that they were girlfriends. You know.
- 56:13Speaker 1: I want to say to myself that some guys would
- 56:16Speaker 1: some guys would understand, but to me, at the end
- 56:19Speaker 1: of the day, I wouldn't. I wouldn't love my son
- 56:22Speaker 1: being named after another man unless it was your father. Yeah,
- 56:26Speaker 1: because let's not forget too that. I mean, I know
- 56:28Speaker 1: he was he struggled with addiction, but he wasn't I'm
- 56:31Speaker 1: assuming he wasn't the best to you. It wasn't like
- 56:33Speaker 1: he was this incredible guy who you happen to lose
- 56:35Speaker 1: in a tragic accident. In life. Things weren't great with you, guys.
- 56:39Speaker 10: Things weren't great, yeah, which is why the relationship ended.
- 56:43Speaker 10: But like I said, he when he was good, when
- 56:47Speaker 10: he was sober, he was an amazing human being. And
- 56:50Speaker 10: now my son turns ten next year, and I don't know,
- 56:54Speaker 10: you know, like how long do I hold on.
- 56:55Speaker 3: To this for at this point?
- 56:59Speaker 1: Yeah? At this point, I don't know if you ever
- 57:00Speaker 1: say a thing about it. You know, Wait, what's it
- 57:02Speaker 1: going to do unless it helps brings you some kind
- 57:05Speaker 1: of closure. I don't know if it if it matters
- 57:07Speaker 1: at this point really, I mean, yeah, And.
- 57:09Speaker 3: Your son's old enough to have a thought on this
- 57:11Speaker 3: as well.
- 57:12Speaker 1: But he is going to ask one day, he is
- 57:14Speaker 1: going to ask if he hasn't, he's going to ask,
- 57:16Speaker 1: why why am I name this? And are you just
- 57:20Speaker 1: going to say we like we just like the name.
- 57:22Speaker 1: I think.
- 57:22Speaker 10: I think so because for my husband when we were
- 57:25Speaker 10: talking about it, I just kind of threw the name
- 57:27Speaker 10: out there and he's like, Oh, I love the way
- 57:28Speaker 10: that sounds with our last name. Okay, so that could
- 57:31Speaker 10: be the story that we go with.
- 57:33Speaker 1: You know, well, do you don't keep in touch with
- 57:34Speaker 1: the family of your ex? Do you know? Okay? What
- 57:38Speaker 1: what a powerful story and emotional story. And thank you
- 57:41Speaker 1: for sharing. I'm sorry you went through that because that's
- 57:43Speaker 1: that's tough.
- 57:44Speaker 10: It is tough, and thank you for thank you for
- 57:47Speaker 10: having me and I just you don't want to ask
- 57:50Speaker 10: everyone to just keep in mind that people with addictions
- 57:53Speaker 10: and problems, they are people and and there's good in
- 57:56Speaker 10: there too. Remember that Tough Tents with Billy the Kid
- 58:01Speaker 10: in the.
- 58:01Speaker 5: Morning only on the New Mix one two point nine.
- 58:05Speaker 1: She's going to Disneyland vacation coming up nine to forty.
- 58:07Speaker 1: We do it on the forties every hour all day,
- 58:09Speaker 1: so listen to win Candice. We have a lot going on, we.
- 58:13Speaker 4: Do, and I'm gonna get to that Britney Spears breaking
- 58:15Speaker 4: news because I do have a little more information than
- 58:17Speaker 4: we had a few minutes ago. But First Attorney General,
- 58:20Speaker 4: Pam Bondi, has been subpoenaed by the US House over
- 58:23Speaker 4: the Justice Department's investigation into the Epstein case. Members want
- 58:27Speaker 4: to know about the nearly three million documents that still
- 58:30Speaker 4: haven't been released, even after the law required them.
- 58:34Speaker 3: To have been released months ago.
- 58:35Speaker 4: So there are apparently around six million pages and just
- 58:39Speaker 4: over three million have been released at this point. But
- 58:42Speaker 4: the whole thing's been a mess redaction issues. But yeah,
- 58:45Speaker 4: so the Attorney General is going to have to speak.
- 58:47Speaker 3: To this now.
- 58:48Speaker 1: So it's not even about politics. No, at this point,
- 58:50Speaker 1: it's about the victims and get the names out there.
- 58:52Speaker 1: I want to know everything that.
- 58:54Speaker 3: Hold people accountable, Yeah, I mean no matter who it is, Yes,
- 58:58Speaker 3: hold them accountable.
- 59:00Speaker 1: Take the names. Put the names out there in the
- 59:02Speaker 1: context so we know what happened because some people are
- 59:05Speaker 1: in the Epstein files just by chance. Sure we're not
- 59:08Speaker 1: saying everybody who is mentioned guilty, right, but dig into
- 59:11Speaker 1: everybody who's mentioned in a shady way.
- 59:13Speaker 4: Yeah, one hundred percent. So stay tuned for that. That's
- 59:16Speaker 4: going to be developing over the next few days.
- 59:18Speaker 3: Guys. This online betting.
- 59:19Speaker 4: Site looked at the states where you have the highest
- 59:21Speaker 4: odds of being a soccer.
- 59:23Speaker 3: Mom in Congrats Texas, we are number one.
- 59:26Speaker 1: Oh yes, So they.
- 59:28Speaker 4: Created this what they call soccer Mom Index by looking
- 59:31Speaker 4: at factors like sports participation rates, kids per.
- 59:34Speaker 3: Capita and minivans per capita. Texas was number one, followed
- 59:39Speaker 3: by Wyoming.
- 59:40Speaker 4: North Dakota, Mississippi, and Nebraska to round out the top five.
- 59:44Speaker 4: It's hard to be a mom in Texas and not
- 59:46Speaker 4: be some type of sports mom for anything. Soccer, baseball, football, cheerleading, gymnastics,
- 59:53Speaker 4: I mean, martial arts.
- 59:54Speaker 1: I do feel like, though, that the dads are starting
- 59:57Speaker 1: to gravitate towards the minivans they are.
- 59:59Speaker 4: Yeah, read that recently that most minivan owners now are dad's. So,
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: you know, moms and minivans is like a thing of
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: the past.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Yeah. I think it's like, you know, more moms. I
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: see more moms in the cooler cars. Yeah, not that
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: a minivan's not cool.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: Well, I'm just not into mini vans and wagons.
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: My husband wants a wagon right now, and we're just
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: having like a serious debate about it.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: He wants a wagon, he wants, but he wants like.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: An old one that's like super fast and like rare
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: like with the wood panels on it.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: No, not wood panels.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: Yeah wagon, No, it's not like that.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: But so I love that Eric's obsessed with station wagons.
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: He loves wagons and I hate wagons.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Every time I see a station wagon, I send it
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: to Eric. Yeah you do, Yes, I send.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Like a cool station my gosh, it's.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: So funny to me.
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Well, he wanted one back when we first started dating,
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: this like old wagon, and I was like, just do whatever. Well,
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: he like sooped it up and like put cool wheels
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: and tires and lowered it and it looked really cool,
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: and then you know, he eventually sold it.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Do you want to drive it?
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: Though?
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: I drove it once or twice?
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I mean, I feel like moms are in Tahoes now and.
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: Yeah, you know Joana SUV's well we feel safe up there, yes, exactly, Yeah,
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: all right, guys. Britney Spears was arrested last night for
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: driving under the influence. This happened in Ventura County, California,
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: which is where her home is. Authority say she was
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: stopped by California Highway Patrol around nine thirty last night.
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: She was booked around three am, then released just after
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: six This morning. Details on what led to the arrest
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: haven't been released, so we don't know if there was
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: any sort of accident, if she was speeding or just
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: driving erratically, But I do know she's due in court
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: on this May fourth. This is breaking news as of
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: about twenty minutes ago.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: So yeah, I hate to hear this.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: I do too, but this might be the wake up
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: call she needs if she was really under the influence.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Of course it's all allegedly yeah right now, But I mean,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: let's be real. When you watch her Instagram and you
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: see what's going on, Yeah, something looks off.
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: Yeah, she's been through a lot, and it's like if
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: there is some type of substance abuse happening, like a
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: lot of people are assuming based on this story.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: I mean, you just got a feel for her. But
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: she does need help. Yeah, Yeah, I.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: Been, you know, posting pictures of her dancing with like
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: body parts hanging out, and it's just there's no filter
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: and it makes no sense, and sometimes it's so extra
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: that I'm like, is she doing this on purpose?
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: Yeah, it's hard to know from someone who's such an
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: entertainer like she is. But her Instagram, by the way,
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: is gone again.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: It's gone.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's you know, very recent. I'm guessing in
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: the last few hours.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Oh wow.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: So yeah, I'll keep.
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: You posted if there's any updates. I'm Canda Slopez. Those
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: are your Texas top stories.
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: Off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: It makes one or two point nine Dirty Little Secret.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: If you got one, you let us know. Okay, it's bailed.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: The kid Canda Slowpez, producer Pooh, confess with us. Okay,
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: no matter when it is, even if we're not doing
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Dirty Little Secret, you got one, call us or at
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: Billy on the radio on Instagram. What's up?
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: Well, this might sound a little messed up, but I
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: tell everybody I broke up with my girlfriend. You know,
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: from my friends and my coworkers, you know, family members,
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: you know who know her.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: You broke up with You say that you broke up
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: with her. I do, Yeah, you didn't.
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: Just recently, I didn't. I mean, you know, I just
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: basically told him it was too toxic, and then they're
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: all happy. I'm out of it, but I'm not really
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: out of it.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Really. Why why why?
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: Why?
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: Well, she's a little bit of a wild card. I
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: mean she's cussed out my mom. She's not off of
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: my sister. Yeah, she's gone into fights with my friends verbally,
- 1:03:34Speaker 8: you know, not physically.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Gee, yeah, I know she sounds great, did Shelly?
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: I'd have to ask her.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: Okay, so wow, So she cusses out your she cussed
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: out your mom, your friends got into your sister.
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: And part of it, I think is my fault in
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: a way, because every time something like you know happened,
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: I would vent about, you know, a fight, how bad
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: it is, you know, and so everything they see is
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: like all the worst stuff, you know, you know, but
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: you know, then the crazy part is she did once,
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: you know, put her hands on me, you know, and
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: and like she like what, she gets mad sometimes she
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: throws things, she hits, you know, and you know it
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: was enough one time she actually got arrested for all lence.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Real Okay, now this is not now, this is we're
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: laughing about it. But then it crosses the line where
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: because like, okay, this is not funny because yeah, you
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: know it just because you're a man, it should not
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: be Okay, it's never okay for anybody to hit anybody
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: in later hands on each other, But this happens more
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: than I think some guys would like to admit in relationships.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: So she went to jail.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: Yeah overnight, you know, and uh, you know, but I
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: took her back and everyone thought I was crazy doing it.
- 1:04:51Speaker 8: So nobody trusts her, you know, they don't respect her
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: and they don't forgive her. So now I'm just pretending
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: I'm single because it's easier, you know. So I I
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: don't really post anything on social media that don't catch
- 1:05:02Speaker 8: on and don't bring around, you know, So I don't know,
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: I mean, to me, it just seems, you know, like
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: that be'st of the solutions because I love her, I mean,
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: you know, yeah, but it's easy to say we're done.
- 1:05:13Speaker 8: But you know, I still do like all her good
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: qualities when she's not you know, going off a little bit.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Okay, But let me ask you this is think about
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: all this because I've been in some I've been in
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: the past in some toxic relationships. Right is this worth it?
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: Right?
- 1:05:30Speaker 6: I mean right now?
- 1:05:31Speaker 8: I think so, you know, But I just you know,
- 1:05:33Speaker 8: I'm tired of hearing from everybody else like to get
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: out of it, and how terrible she is. So it's
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: just easier to pretend.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: You know, out with her, and and I feel for
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: you because you said something earlier that really truly reminds
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: me of not my last relationship, I want to make
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: that clearer, but a relationship I had in the past
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: where I would say things like, oh, you know what,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: I shouldn't just tell everybody our business, and I would
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: make excuses for us. I'm not saying I was perfect
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: in the relationship. I would make excuses for us. I'd
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: be like, well, they don't people didn't need to know everything.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: But the truth of the matter was we were toxic.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: So normal people don't have those things to say at all, Right,
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: So that's normal relationships that are happy and safe and
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: in a good place, and they don't you don't have
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: these crazy stories like she went off on my sister
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: and my mom and then hit me. You wouldn't have
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: those things to say if it was healthy. And I'm
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: not saying it can't get there, but I think this
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: is a little more serious than you're You're playing into it,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: and I get it, but if you're lying to your
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: friends and your family, I just don't know if that
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: goes anywhere that it's good.
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't know. I mean, we have our ups
- 1:06:43Speaker 8: and downs, and I just feel like focus too much
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: on the negative. And so I'm gonna give it a
- 1:06:47Speaker 8: shot and see what happens, but not tell anybody.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: Okay, well, take care of yourself. And that's not acceptable.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: She's not allowed to.
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: I hate for you to be in a relationship for
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: like how long this like eventually you can't just not
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: bring her around for years, So you won't tell me.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Literally. I know people who are in relationships where their
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: families just don't talk to their wives, their girlfriend or husbands,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: and it just fealthy. Family is so important, you know,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: there's only I have a small family, so family is important.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: If I if they don't get along, that's that's a
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: major problem. Yeah, well, good luck, and I hope it
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: works out, and I do hope she changes and it
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: becomes healthier and maybe I don't know, maybe those relationships
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: can be healed. But in the meantime, make sure that
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: she's not abusing you.
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, well, thank you.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: It's makes one of two point nine. Billy a Kid,
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: Candae Slow Pas producer, Pooh, we're out of here. We'll
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: see tomorrow. Have a great day, Candas, what do you
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: got going on? Oh? And so those first baseball game
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: tonight tonight.
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: Playcats, go Bobcats.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: It looks like it's gonna be nice. Well, I don't know,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: it could change though. Oh the sun was out, now
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: it's not.
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: We also close the blind, so tell anymore.
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah, okay, yeah, the sun was in your eyes. Okay,
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: first game? What do you do today?
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: I need a sprite because I drank that moon water
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: we had sitting out.
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: There from yesterday was Monday.
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: Well, we put the moonwater out there because the moon,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: the lunar moon or whatever new moon, was supposed to
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: charge the water. Then we forgot it was on the
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: window sill. We forgot to drink it. Yeah, drank it.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: You drank the water that was sitting on that open cup.
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: I'm not going to make your stomach hurt.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Oh open cup, yeah, bottle, No, the top was sitting
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: out there open for days and you drank that water.
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: I was like, remember a little scratching my throat. I
- 1:08:31Speaker 6: was like, let me drink this real quick.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Really, so why do you need a sprite? Spider clear
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: all that up. Poo has the most random remedies, spider
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: of mintal water. That's why I drink topuchiko sometimes it
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: will help. Yeah, thank you, nod. But he knows that
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: he came from I know that stuff works. But Poo's
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: remedies are funny because he'll say that if he has
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: a stomach ache. One day, we were taking a road
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: trip somewhere and I'll never forget. I was like, okay,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: we stopped at you know, Loves or whatever, the truck stop,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: and he's like, man, my stomach hurts. So I'm thinking
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: he's gonna come out with Tom's or whatever. He comes
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: out with a sprite. Are you ready? Sprite, some gummy
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: bears and a honeybun, And I go what is that?
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: And he goes, see. What happens is you drink a
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: little bit of the sprite, then you put the gummy
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: bears and it kind of saturates and soaks it all.
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: Up, and then you take a bite of the honey
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: bun and that's the bridge and it's gonna help low.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: I think he's right. He's pretty much a doctor. Okay,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: that's what I think.
