- 0:31SPEAKER_01: The I stands for intuition.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: Inducentricism.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Planet Butter's philosophy.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: Stick with me.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Where we reflect on society and practice leading with our intuition,
- 0:43prioritizing self-control and self-expression as we hold space
- 0:48for the feelings,
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: desires,
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: and experiences of others.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: Thanks for joining me in my 62nd episode.
- 0:57We're going to get started with a little self-friendship
- 1:00article snippet from the
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Planet Butter publication.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: Your Intuitively Imaginative Inspiration.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Intuitively,
- 1:09I felt inspired to write this article and I'm going to let my
- 1:12imagination run wild
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: with it.
- 1:15It seems fun to play with the difference between imagination
- 1:18and intuition.
- 1:20Our imagination is a tool to be leveraged in our journey of
- 1:23developing and
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: expressing our healthy ego.
- 1:26being into centric it's a teammate of our self friendship
- 1:29practice actualizer
- 1:31delusion and our stabilizer fun as we perpetually lead with our
- 1:39intuition through
- 1:41the pb jet ring of consciousness our cycle for decision making
- 1:46cycle is intuition
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: sensations action sensations again
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: We're consistently dancing with our imagination,
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: increasing our life exposure thanks to our intuition.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: This ultimately enhances our self-rentice practice,
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: the commitment to embracing,
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: understanding,
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: and enjoying ourselves.

- 2:21SPEAKER_01: All right, guys.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: Hi.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: So I just love recording the podcast.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: So, oh, I got this clip.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: My friend Tia at my gym, she works there.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: She gave this to me because she had one.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: It was so pretty.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: And then she was like, oh, I'll get you one.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: And she loves to give them to her friends as gifts.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: And it's just so freaking cute.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: So I was all excited.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: I was going to wear it, but then you guys couldn't see it.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: So now I just put it in front of me.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: And now I'm telling you about it.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: So here's another note.
- 2:58A lot of people will tell you that it's easier to stay the same
- 3:00than it is to change,
- 3:02right?
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: People are like, oh, it's easier to just stay as you are and not change.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: But actually, guys, and they say change is hard.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: That's like a thing that I see people talk about.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: But change is actually effortless.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: It's only not easy because we resist it.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: So not changing is resistance, which is hard.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Changing, easy.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: So if we tell ourselves change is actually easy and I'm resisting it,
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: which is why it's hard,
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: then we can maybe sooner release that and change more fluidly.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: Is that a word?
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: I think fluidly, that's gotta be a word.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: And then I note on looking around,
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: guys,
- 3:51I was thinking about this because I'm at the gym and I'm always
- 3:54in my zone.
- 3:56And when I'm in front of the mirror,
- 3:58even like I'm stretching and stuff,
- 4:00it's me and me.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:03And also,
- 4:04I kind of I can't but I have to smile every time I look at myself.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, you're so cute.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: And I'm in my zone.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:18And I was thinking,
- 4:18if and when you look around,
- 4:22it's a form of exertion,
- 4:25right?
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: So being mindful that wandering eyes is a form of exerting energy,
- 4:33that's further removing us from attracting or making our energy
- 4:40an attractive one.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Because we're not attracting if we're exerting, you see?
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: So...
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: It's just a balance.
- 4:47And I thought it was something cool to be mindful of as far as
- 4:49eye contact,
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: wandering eyes,
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: things like that.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is a fun one.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Do you see this uni?
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: So I talk to the universe regularly.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: Talk to me for any amount of time you'll notice.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: So.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: One thing that I'll do is when something's happening that,
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: honestly,
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: anything,
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: I just like to say,
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: like,
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: do you see this uni or do you hear this uni?
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: Because it kind of, it reminds me to be objective.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: So it removes myself from the situation instantly,
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: emotionally,
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: like it removes myself,
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: meaning detaches.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I detach from the situation by referencing the universe.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: Like there's something so much larger.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: So it's like, do you see this?
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: Boom.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: And then I'm looking at it rather than being too in it for any reason.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: So I thought that was a helpful note.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Let me know what you think.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: I was just looking at myself.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Hi.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: See, I cannot help but smile when I look at myself.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Now a note on coincidences.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: First of all, kind of a hilarious word.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Coincidences.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: Coincidences.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: So some people, there are two types of people.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Some people believe
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: in coincidences, other people don't believe in coincidences.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: However,
- 6:15saying something is a coincidence makes as little sense as
- 6:20saying something isn't a coincidence.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: So if we can just take a step objective and realize that the universe,
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: everything within it is inherently interconnected
- 6:37then we can appreciate that everything isn't a coincidence and
- 6:43it doesn't make sense.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: Maybe.
- 6:47Because if either way doesn't make sense,
- 6:52then why wouldn't you want it to be intentional?
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: Of course, because intention is cool.
- 6:57So to say,
- 6:58oh,
- 6:58coincidence,
- 6:58like it's not intentional,
- 6:59it happens,
- 7:00accidents,
- 7:00like
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: There are no accidents.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: There are no coincidences.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: Everything is interconnected and we don't know why.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: And we don't need to know why.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: Something feels really crazy energetically for me right now.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: I can't explain what it is, but something's going like, like,
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: And the trees, I wish you could see them.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: So pretty.
- 7:25I always want to face that way because the background is way
- 7:27better than this.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: But the lighting is terrible that way.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: So I can.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: And I don't want to stare at a white wall when I'm talking.
- 7:34I want to stare at my pretty pool and my pretty plants and the
- 7:37pretty sky.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: And this orchid.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: My orchid.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, but the energy is like, something's going on.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: There's a shift.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: And so...
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, this was cool.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: The ideal is to equate our meditative state to our work state.
- 8:00So I feel like meditation is actually more of like a gateway to
- 8:05evolution in some regard.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: And I work really well in my meditative state.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: And I was just thinking that's such an ideal.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: And I think that would be an ideal for anybody.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: And so I wanted to share that because...
- 8:24There's with societal conditioning and kind of negative
- 8:27connotations or any
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: connotations with work being stressful or intense or whatever.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: It's like,
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: actually,
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: I'm literally working when I'm breathing in the sauna,
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: like doing breath play.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: Or when I'm writing and it's like fresh in the morning and I'm like,
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: ah,
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: like that's a meditative state and I'm working.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: So.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: Just consider that for yourself.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: And even whatever,
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: you don't need to be necessarily a creative to be in a meditative state,
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: like a creative.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: Well, everybody is creative in their own way.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: But I mean, if you're like doing math, see, that's creative.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: I think everything's creative.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: But the traditional sense of creativity,
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: writing,
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: painting,
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: what have you,
- 9:10doesn't need to necessarily be that to be in a meditative state
- 9:14and do your work.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: So just consider it.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: So similarly,
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: kind of,
- 9:24I feel like people are so caught up in society that people
- 9:30assume you smoked
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Earth's plants just because you say something wrong.
- 9:40That's a little bit detached from society,
- 9:43but entirely attached to the rest of the universe.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: Again, that's the unhealthy ego at work, you guys.
- 9:52Assuming that people are high on earth because they're not
- 9:59being the societally
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: conditioned version person that you want them to be is hilarious.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: And it's an unhealthy ego.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: It's not conscious.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: It's detached.
- 10:13And it's neglectful of the fact that there is something so much
- 10:17larger than humanity.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: Let's go, guys.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: Universe.
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: People, part of the universe.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: People are not the universe.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: We are part of the universe.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: Now, if you're expecting an upgrade, you will attract it.
- 10:38And most importantly,
- 10:39you will act in accordance with receiving it as well.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: Not knowing, but trusting that the uni's got it.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: Passing the baton.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: One of my phrases.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: It's like letting go, but better.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: You take responsibility to the fullest.
- 10:57Whatever is in your control,
- 10:58you're ready and willing to do more,
- 11:01do less,
- 11:02or pivot.
- 11:04And when you do that,
- 11:07you can release your reins to the universe because you did your part.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: And then the uni can do its part.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Yay, universe.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Yay, you.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: Yay, us.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Go team.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: Here's a little nugget.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: I was on phone with my friend the other day,
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: and I was,
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: like,
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: giving her a whole breakdown of that crazy Singer Ridge story.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: It was crazy.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: And watch last week's episode if you want to hear it.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: It was really crazy.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: So,
- 11:38and I said nuggets and notes in reference to really just the
- 11:44signs of the uni
- 11:44because signs are the language of the universe and our ability
- 11:48to read the signs
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: and be weary of our interpretation is key.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: So a lot of the time it's kind of just like nuggets and notes.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: We take,
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: in the information and we let it unfold for us and with us and use it as
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: encouragement and alignment affirmation.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: And with that,
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: I believe our default attitude about everything should,
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: quote unquote,
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: be,
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: I'll figure it out.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Because you will.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: And if you believe that and take responsibility,
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: meaning,
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: again,
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: be willing to do more,
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: do less,
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: or pivot and trust in the uni,
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: believe it before you see it,
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: then the magic will come.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: And here's another creative little nugget to just think about.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: It's like, oh, I'm building brick by brick.
- 12:54So the other week I said,
- 12:55brick by brick,
- 12:57and I'm crafting the bricks too.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: Just think about that.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Put in the work.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, this was a cool one.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: So locations, guys, locations can trigger former thought patterns.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: And you know what made me realize this is it happened to me.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: And then I self-reflected and I self-connected and I figured it out.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: And I bet there are scientific stuff experiment on it.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: But this is all my own intuition and self-reflection and self-connection.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: A la planet butter.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I went to the beach.
- 13:35I went to a beach that I went,
- 13:37that I used to go to almost nightly for sunset.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: And I went back for the first time in a couple months.
- 13:46And suddenly I started having the same thoughts that I used to
- 13:49have there all the time.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: And I was like, why am I thinking about these things?
- 13:52And then 20 minutes later,
- 13:54when I was reflecting about these things,
- 13:57I stopped myself.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: I was like, why am I, I don't want to think about these things.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: That's not where I'm at.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: We're forward.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: And I reflected and I was like,
- 14:04the only difference between me having these thoughts and where
- 14:08I'm at right now is
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: that freaking beach.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: So I was like, oh my God, that beach triggered those thought patterns.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Crazy.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: So be careful where you go.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: Just be mindful, truly.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: And that's why it's also so helpful to...
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: invite new thoughts, and have little mantras for yourself.
- 14:33Like when I go in my ice bath and my sauna,
- 14:40I let my mind wander to a healthy degree.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: And I also have little mantras that I say to myself.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: And so my brain is always happy and excited when I'm in the ice bath,
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: first of all,
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: and I'm always smiling.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: And
- 14:59breathing consciously and the association is a positive one so
- 15:06now anytime anywhere
- 15:07i am in the world and i'm in an ice bath i will have positive
- 15:11thought patterns with
- 15:12these little mantras so obviously that like i have also
- 15:19positive thought patterns
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: associated with that beach as well
- 15:22And I also had a little bit of tricky ones that I did not
- 15:25really like going down.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: So I was like,
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: just be mindful is the point for everybody where you go,
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: where you sit,
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: how you sit habits,
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: right?
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: It's like,
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: if you sit in the same chair,
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: like I am right now,
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: I sit in the same seat to record the podcast.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: It's like, I know I'm recording this podcast in this seat.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: And I have
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: a certain chair that I only sit in when I'm doing early morning writing.
- 15:54And then I have a different chair for my late night writing
- 15:56because my mind is
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: associating each one with morning thinking,
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: night thinking,
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: this,
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: this,
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: even though it's both writing,
- 16:03it's a different mindset because the physical association with
- 16:07it and the light and
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: the environment,
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: all of it.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: That's also why people say not to nap
- 16:12in your bed during the day,
- 16:14or if you're going to nap,
- 16:15do it somewhere else.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: I don't know, but it's just the association with it.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: Also like, don't go on your phone in your bed.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: At least I don't think that's a good idea.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: I'll stop the ramble.
- 16:26SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: I was talking, I ended up, okay.
- 16:30So the other day I went to this cafe and I ended up sharing
- 16:33this table with these people.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: And I was literally thinking to myself,
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: I'm like,
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: I love sharing these tables because I just meet so many fun people.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: And then right after I thought that we started chatting.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: I was like, fun.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: And then they did a TikTok live.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: So we went on the live and I went all planet butter on their live.
- 16:48Obviously he invited it because he was asking me,
- 16:51he totally set me up with a perfect question.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: I was like, thank you.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: You didn't even know, but thank you.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: And we ended up in this chat about discipline and fun.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: Discipline and fun can coexist.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: And I think discipline has this like serious connotation.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: It's like, that's where my word silliest comes in.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: Playful with sincere intent.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: We can have fun and be serious.
- 17:15I'm so freaking serious about Planet Butter and my business and
- 17:20my beliefs about
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: what I'm sharing with the world.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: And I do so in a playful way and I have fun while I do it.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: Hello.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: That's literally the whole point.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: I want everybody to have fun with their life.
- 17:35SPEAKER_01: So that's it.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: Discipline and fun.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: Well,
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: because also the girl who was saying she wants to be more disciplined,
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: she was saying she felt like,
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: oh,
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: it's too easy to get distracted.
- 17:47SPEAKER_01: It's this, it's that, blah, blah, blah.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: And I'm like,
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: well,
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: if you find something that is equal parts fun and disciplinary,
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: then it won't be so easy to get distracted.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Obviously, easier said than done, but it's possible.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: And then we also talked about loyalty and I said,
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: and they were like,
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: how do you get,
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: how do you have loyalty?
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: And I said, I said, self-respect.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: It's a result of self-respect.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: When you have self-respect,
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: you are able to provide,
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: in a sense,
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: loyalty for yourself and for others in your dynamics.
- 18:23And you can then attract it and receive it because you show up
- 18:26that way for yourself.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: Also a note on the ice bath.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: Fear-based tactics.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: This guy said to me,
- 18:40he imagines that his mom or grandma needs serious help as his
- 18:46way of like,
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: if you don't stay in this ice bath for three minutes,
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: your grandma's going to die.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: And he said, he's like, yeah, like fight or flight tactics.
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: And I was like, that's so not, no, don't do that.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: you're just perpetuating your fight or flight mindset.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Like,
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: yeah,
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: you're doing the ice bath,
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: which is supposed to be,
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: it releases happy chemicals for you,
- 19:10but your body's releasing happy chemicals while you're telling
- 19:14yourself your
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: grandma's going to die.
- 19:16SPEAKER_01: Like, no, we can be having fun.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: That's why.
- 19:23I smile and I say really cool mantras in my head while I'm
- 19:29breathing in the ice
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: bath because it's a good time,
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: not a bad time.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: It's not scary.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: I don't need to pretend anybody's dying.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: God, people.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: Society has convinced us that that's like a helpful tool.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: It's not a helpful tool.
- 19:44I mean,
- 19:45it's a helpful tool when it's actually present,
- 19:48something to be scared of.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: Then, yeah, run or fight.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Sure, maybe.
- 19:55But even then,
- 19:57if we just had a giggle,
- 19:58I bet the situation would turn out better.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: And then...
- 20:07Four people in the span of one week that I had really great
- 20:11conversations with all
- 20:12independently said to me that they wish they had more
- 20:16conversations like that and
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: that they wouldn't talk to as many people with so many opinions.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, why are four different people saying this to me?
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: That means,
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: because that's four people,
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: I met four people who aren't talking about just opinions.
- 20:31So that must mean there's a lot of people,
- 20:34like why do they think that that's not there?
- 20:38And then I'm experiencing an abundance of it and they're
- 20:41telling me about it.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: So I just feel like maybe if they didn't,
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: and I told them this,
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: a few of them,
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: I was like,
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: well,
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: if you didn't think that,
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: that that was common, it probably wouldn't show up as much.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: And if you just didn't indulge in the opinionated conversations at all,
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: then you wouldn't find them as much.
- 21:01Like if I find myself in a conversation with somebody that's
- 21:05opinion oriented,
- 21:07I dismiss myself.
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: A perspective dance.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: What if your routine was just listening to your body?
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Consider the PBJ ring of consciousness.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: Intuition, sensations, action, sensations again.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: Our action is what we do with our body.
- 21:32So if we match the PBJ ring cycle for decision-making with our
- 21:36three core methods
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: to activate our self-friendship,
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: then we can more quickly identify the activities and habits,
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: our routine,
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: that we incorporate
- 21:50into our days in whatever order of events we want and need by
- 21:56listening to our body.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: That could be the routine.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: That is the routine.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: That's the philosophy.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: It's a routine.
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: It's a philosophy.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: Self-friendship, three core methods, butterjet ring of consciousness.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Learn it, know it, love it.
- 22:13I'll break it down for you in Far Out Fundamentals,
- 22:15the chapter book,
- 22:16coming soon.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Another perspective dance.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: Instead of getting what you get and don't get upset,
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: get what you attract and decide if you want it.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: We always have a choice.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: And then it becomes, are you willing to upgrade?
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: And lastly, I heard somebody say the other day, gravity is like glue.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: And I thought that was cool.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: Just a little silly one.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: Think about it.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: There's a lot to do with that.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: I don't know what yet, but let's play with it.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: Email me any questions you have.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: I'll answer on the show.

- 23:24SPEAKER_01: And it's integrated with
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: the PBJet ring of consciousness, our cycle for decision-making.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: Intuition, sensations, action, sensations again.
