- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink, and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Hundreds of voters in a conservative community in Utah just found themselves without a single requested mail-in ballot.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: because they were in a church parking lot dumpster.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Federal investigators have uncovered an absolutely stunning case involving a postal worker, a crucial primary election, and one decision that may have prevented hundreds of Americans from exercising their right to vote.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: Stick them in the very end of this video because we're going to see how this case comes against the backdrop of a major Supreme Court setback and an extraordinary new effort by the Trump administration that's already putting election officials across the country on notice.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, you're a painter.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: Professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: So you know what to do.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: Federal investigators have just announced that a U.S.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service worker in Utah has been arrested for allegedly throwing out over 300 mail-in ballots that were being sent to voters.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: was arrested last Thursday after he was indicted by a grand jury for an incident back in June, where he allegedly threw out mail-in ballots that were to be delivered to over 300 residents in Eagle Mountain Utah, conservative community just outside of Provo.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: That mail included hundreds of ballots for Utah's June 23rd primary election, according to the federal indictment, see allegedly took those ballots and dumped them in a large trash container in a church parking lot.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: The Justice Department says he's separated the ballots early in the shift.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: discarded them within roughly 90 minutes and failed to deliver even one of them.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: The indictment was handed down by federal grand jury on September 16th and unsealed just days ago when C.E.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: was arrested and arranged in Salt Lake City.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_00]: If convicted, he could face up to five years in federal prison.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: authorities have not identified sees political affiliation and he denies having any political motive.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, he claimed that he was just overwhelmed with the amount of mail that he was supposed to deliver.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: So prosecutors are actually saying that the only motive that he had was frustration and laziness.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: that they also alleged that he separated the clearly marked ballots and failed to deliver a single one to a very conservative community well known as a conservative community.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: So forgive us if we're not quite convinced about the laziness excuse.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: Now of course, this incident comes on the heels of the Supreme Court denying the Trump administration's emergency request to
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: against the U.S.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Services new ballot mail rule.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: Now, under the new rule, states would have used approved envelopes, voter-specific bar codes, and voter registration would be cross-checked with the federal government's list of confirmed citizens.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Non-compliant mail could be returned for correction, or mail ballots wouldn't be sent to non-complied states at all.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: The new rules, of course, blocked by a corrupt, leftist lunatic activist disguises a judge, and the Supreme Court just refused to lift that injunction in time for the midterm.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure you know that the court did not rule on the merits of the case.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: It just ruled that they wouldn't have the adequate time to determine those merits and that there wouldn't be sufficient time for states to implement and comply with the new rule.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: And so the injunction has been allowed to stay.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats successfully ran out the clock on it.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: It was an obvious gut punch to election integrity and as this indictment in Utah demonstrates measures like what the U.S.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service was taking are desperately needed in terms of these new rules.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's precisely this kind of nonsense that the Democrats are openly seeking to protect.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: Remember.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: There was a huge bust actually in my backyard in Lancaster, Pennsylvania during the 2024 election.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: Do you remember this?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: Lancaster County officials receive two large batches containing approximately 2,500 voter registration applications near the registration deadline.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: election workers to their credit they flagged forms featuring suspiciously similar handwriting and questionable signatures inaccurate addresses identification information that couldn't be verified so in October of last year the Pennsylvania Attorney General announced criminal charges against six street canvassers and a fellow by the name of Guillermo Sons the field director who managed voter registration drives
- 5:23[SPEAKER_00]: And the canvases were charged with offenses including forgery, tampering with public records, unsworn falsification, and violations of Pennsylvania election law.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: One was also charged with identity theft.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a very serious issue and a recurrent one.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: The good news is that Lancaster's election workers caught the suspicious applications because they were checking signatures.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: They were checking the handwriting.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: They were checking the addresses and they were checking identification information.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: So good on that.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: Utah officials as well uncovered the missing ballots because voters spoke up and the county clerk examined an abnormal turnout pattern.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: election integrity, therefore is not achieved by telling Americans that fraud or misconduct never happens.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's achieved instead by creating enough verification, transparency, and accountability to catch misconduct before it can determine an outcome.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump has been pushing for precisely that kind of system weight until you see this.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: emergencies don't wait for perfect conditions.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, one wrong turn, one breakdown, one unexpected storm, and suddenly you're fighting the cold instead of getting help.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's why this tiny little orange bag matters because inside, if you can believe it, like magic.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: is this full size heat reflective emergency sleeping bag designed to trap body heat and protect you in extreme conditions.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: I've tried it myself gang.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: It is so warm.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's amazing.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's waterproof.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's windproof.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: Bright orange.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: So rescuers can spot you fast.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: Emergency experts recommend having one for every family member.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: It weighs almost nothing.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: It fits in your glove box or go back and it works when everything else fails.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: Sierra Mondra engineered them to be compact, affordable, and more advanced than bulky sleeping bags.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_00]: They weigh 10 times less than a typical sleeping bag, but there's 7 feet long and 3 feet wide.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: So they'll fit anyone.

- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Click below and make sure your family has real protection when it matters most.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: In March of 2025, Trump signed executive order 14248, directing federal agencies to strengthen citizenship verification, gives state officials access to federal eligibility databases, enforce voterless maintenance laws, and prioritize voter verifiable paper records.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: Then in March of this year, Trump issued another order directing the federal government
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: to develop state citizenship verification lists and proposing unique, trackable identifiers for mail ballot envelopes.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: The administration's proposed postal service rules would have required official election mail markings, machine readable envelopes, and a specialized barcode unique to each and every voter.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: Now, while those particular postal service requirements will not take effect for the 2026 midterms
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: The recent Supreme Court ruling did not erase Section 2 of Trump's Postal Service rules, and that's the part of the executive order that directs the Department of Homeland Security working with the Social Security Administration, Federal Citizenship databases, to compile state-by-state citizenship lists of confirmed adult U.S. citizens, and make those lists available to each state's chief election official.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: Remember.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is how Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullins found out about the corrupt New Jersey's, just how literally corrupt New Jersey's voter rolls had become with tens of thousands of illegal aliens on their rolls, even their pathetic Democrat Governor Mikey Cheryl had to admit at least 6,000 illegals on their voter rolls.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: It also directs the attorney general to prioritize investigations and prosecutions involving officials or others who issue federal ballots to people who are not legally eligible.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: The federal data project has been launched.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: Election officials now know exactly what the administration is comparing their roles to.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: I believe we just had that Supreme Court decision that said the voter database, the citizen database that the federal government now has is perfectly legal, perfectly constitutional.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: And when all of a sudden done, that threat that their voter roles are going to be held in check with national database, the citizenship, that changes behavior.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: And what the Trump administration did next actually is already sending chills down the spine of every Democrat Secretary of State, just weeks ago, a system attorney general harming Dylan's civil rights division sent letters to election officials in all 50 states in the district of Columbia warning that officials who knowingly retain non-citizens on voter rolls or facilitate non-citizens receiving and casting ballots, they are going to face.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: criminal liability under existing federal statutes.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: The letter put election officials on written notice that their conduct will indeed be watched and reviewed in November and they will indeed have serious legal consequences if they allow illegals to vote or engage in any other election shenanigan that the Democrats have become so infamous for.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: So, in fact, we're actually getting word
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: for allowing illegal aliens to register to vote, and this is where Trump's executive order has in many ways, as I've argued before, already won.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: And that's precisely because the federal government is building state by state citizenship lists.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: that can be compared with existing voter rolls and election officials have now been put on notice that those federal records exist and they can be used to examine their conduct and their decisions.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: State and county election officials can no longer assume.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: that nobody will compare the names receiving ballots with federal citizenship records.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: The Justice Department, Assistant Attorney General Harme Dillon, have already placed election officials across the country on written notice that knowingly facilitating non-citizen voting could expose those officials to federal investigation and where the evidence supports it criminal prosecution.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: State level.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: We're also seeing a number of election integrity reforms moving forward.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: 36 states now.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: 36 in counting have a request or they require some form of voter identification for in-person voting.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: This year, Florida, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah enacted new citizenship verification requirements.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_00]: States are also expanding comparisons between voter roles and federal citizenship databases on their own, while voters and states including North Carolina and Nevada are considering stronger identification requirements through upcoming ballot measures.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: So the good news is that these efforts at enacting voter identification and accurate registration lists and ballot tracking, signature verification, paper records,
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: by partisan observation and aggressive prosecution, create layers of protection.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's very holistic, and that is how you secure an election.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: The Utah case proves that election mail is only as secure as the people handling it, and that when someone allegedly betrays that trust, the government must investigate, prosecute, and tell the public exactly what happened.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that is the lesson going into November.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: Trust is not built by the Democrats' demand for silence.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: trust is built through verification, trust is built through transparency, and trust is built when Americans know that every lawful vote will be counted and every attempt to interfere with those votes will be punished.
