  In news, a Sacramento man was arrested. yesterday

  morning around midnight after being found asleep

  with a gun inside a DoCo movie theater. Police

  say 28 -year -old Jonathan Vasquez was discovered

  around midnight with a weapon in his lap. Officers

  seized the firearm and booked him on weapons

  charges and an outstanding DUI warrant. In City

  Watch, The Sacramento City Council meets tonight

  with a packed agenda. The session opens with

  a proclamation for Hispanic and Latino Heritage

  Month, led by Mayor Kevin McCarty and city leaders.

  On the content agenda, the council will vote

  on all voting equipment, including ballot touchscreens,
