Speaker 1: God will have you with a measure of understanding. But

Speaker 1: ultimately He wants to draw you to save you, rescue you, Amen,

Speaker 1: experienced by way of His Holy Spirit. So that way,

Speaker 1: and let me get to my notes. So, a life

Speaker 1: that loves is a life that serves, right, that's a

Speaker 1: good way to think of it. If you're loving, that

Speaker 1: means you're not selfish, you're selfless a man. If you're loving,

Speaker 1: that means you're not full of pride, but you're full

Speaker 1: of humility. You're humble. Right. If you're loving, you're coming

Speaker 1: out of death and into life. If you're loving, you're
11:48
Speaker 1: not walking in darkness, you're walking in light. Right. If

Speaker 1: you're loving in Christ now, if you're loving any other way,

Speaker 1: the way this world fixes it all up to look like. Amen,

Speaker 1: we know that it's not a real type of love.

Speaker 1: The world system is promoting a love of Actually, it's

Speaker 1: hatred is actually a false idea of love. It's actually

Speaker 1: a selfish love, a prideful love. Amen. So we don't

Speaker 1: respond to that type of love as brothers and sisters

Speaker 1: in Christ, as children of God, as a world prethid.

Speaker 1: We respond in the kingdom manner, in the Kingdom way, Amen.

Speaker 1: And that's supposed to draw people to the Lord. Not

Speaker 1: draw people to me, but draw people to the Lord,

Speaker 1: but way of his Holy Spirit that lives inside of

Speaker 1: each of every one of his children. Since the joyous

Speaker 1: to be saved. Love is the evidence of a changed life. Amen.

Speaker 1: If you see somebody that's going around saying that they're

Speaker 1: born again, that they're christ like that, that that, and

Speaker 1: they're walking around with pride, and they're not humble, they

Speaker 1: might have been hurt and they're trying to hurt others. Amen,

Speaker 1: just start praying, because that's not the idea that God

Speaker 1: through his word. That's not his idea. That's our idea.

Speaker 1: And sometimes a lot of times we're dealing not with people.

Speaker 1: We're not warring against flesh and blood. We're warring against

Speaker 1: principalities and high places. Amen. And also, when you hone

Speaker 1: it down, we're actually at war with our own selfish,

Speaker 1: evil desires called the flesh. So we're not loving and serving,

Speaker 1: then what are we doing. We're into selfishness, we're into pride, right,

Speaker 1: and we're still in darkness. And the Bible even goes

Speaker 1: as far as to say that you're spiritually dead if

Speaker 1: you're not actively in the Word, if not activating the word,

Speaker 1: if not living according to the standards of the Gospel

Speaker 1: message of the Lord Jesus Christ. So love as evidence

Speaker 1: of salvation. Love is not optional for the believer. It's

Speaker 1: the evidence of a changed life. And we read that

Speaker 1: in First John, chapter three and fourteen. We know what

Speaker 1: we know. We know we've passed from death to life

Speaker 1: because we love each other. True salvation replaces hate. And

Speaker 1: we spoke about that a couple of weeks ago, how

Speaker 1: to do a spiritual exchange where exchanging darkness for light,

Speaker 1: We're exchanging oppression for joy. We're exchanging selfishness with selflessness.

Speaker 1: We're changing being prideful to being humble. Amen. True salvation

Speaker 1: replaces hate. True salvation replaces envy and division with the

Speaker 1: love that reflects the heart of God. So we're gonna

Speaker 1: not divide. We're going to take that devisive spirit, cast

Speaker 1: it out in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen, And

Speaker 1: we're going to love the way that God loves. And

Speaker 1: we're going to reflect the heart of God through how

Speaker 1: we speak, how we respond, how we listen, Amen, and

Speaker 1: how we preach, teach, evangelize, Amen. So that way people

Speaker 1: will know once they see that we have love for

Speaker 1: one another and that we love and we love to

Speaker 1: serve others. Amen, And they gonn't want to know who

Speaker 1: our God is anything else outside of that. They're gonna

Speaker 1: be like, what is the what are these people doing? Amen?

Speaker 1: If they see a brother or sister in Christ bickering

Speaker 1: about things that really don't matter, people are gonna get

Speaker 1: turned off and they're gonna be like, that's why. You know,

Speaker 1: everybody already has a ready opinion of why they don't

Speaker 1: want to go to church, why they don't want to

Speaker 1: follow Jesus, why they don't want to be a Christian.

Speaker 1: So we're not supposed to be feeling that. We're supposed

Speaker 1: to be de escalating drama. We're supposed to be not

Speaker 1: adding fuel to the fire of hatred. But we're supposed

Speaker 1: to be loving people and serving people. Amen. To get

Speaker 1: that white holy fire of the Lord, and they gonna

Speaker 1: want to know who Jesus is. By the way we

Speaker 1: serve one another, serving out of gratitude is key. I'm

Speaker 1: not obligated to serve. I'm serving because I'm graceful for

Speaker 1: what God has done in my life, and I have

Speaker 1: this attitude of gratitude. Service isn't a way to earn

Speaker 1: God's favor. So, by no way myself saying that you

Speaker 1: have to do all these works to gain favor with God, Amen,

Speaker 1: because that'll be heresy. We're saved by faith and Christ alone. Amen.

Speaker 1: to put our faith in action. But if we're just

Speaker 1: doing works to say and tell people, listen, I'm doing

Speaker 1: have good standing with Him, then we're speaking and teaching

Speaker 1: of God over people's life. Amen. The Bible says and

Speaker 1: second corintheis five fourteen. For Christ's loves compels us. For

Speaker 1: Christ's love compels us. So the more you understand how

Speaker 1: much you've been forgiven, the more eager you become to

Speaker 1: serve others. Right, if it wasn't for the grace of God,

Speaker 1: where would we be. That's not a cliche, that's not

Speaker 1: just the saying. It's so true in my life at least,

Speaker 1: where would I be if it wasn't for the grace

Speaker 1: of God? Right? If I had an issue with God? Amen,

Speaker 1: He's strong enough, big enough to take the issue that

Speaker 1: I have with him. But I'm gonna go to him.

Speaker 1: steps of the righteous are ordered, not disordered. We're not

Speaker 1: on a spiritual roller coaster. We're on a narrow path,

Speaker 1: a straight path. Will there be turbulence, absolutely, Jesus promised

Speaker 1: that there's going to be trials and tribulation in this world.

Speaker 1: And he didn't stop there. He said, but be of good,

Speaker 1: what cheer because He's overcome this world system already. So

Speaker 1: we're benefiting off the finished work of Christ, and we're

Speaker 1: applying right the applied work. What we're doing right now

Speaker 1: is being worked through He's working through you. He's working

Speaker 1: through me with the powerful message of love, grace, mercy, healing, victory, Amen,

Speaker 1: the power of prayer. Unity. We're in this together. We're

Speaker 1: not divided like the United States is divided. We're united

Speaker 1: in Christ. A man. We're the Kingdom of God, not

Speaker 1: the kingdom of this world. We have the power of light,

Speaker 1: not the power of darkness. A man. We have truth,

Speaker 1: we don't have lies. We have the Holy Spirit, which

Speaker 1: is a hope of glory to this world. We don't

Speaker 1: have the spirit of the Antichrist, we don't have the

Speaker 1: spirit of our flesh. No, we're moving accordingly, and we're

Speaker 1: moving in love and in service. We'll be getting it.

Speaker 1: Love and service. Jesus commands us to love even the

Speaker 1: unlovable neighbor, strangers, and even enemies. This is a message

Speaker 1: that the world does not understand. So there's a trend

Speaker 1: going on right that if you give me a certain energy,

Speaker 1: I'm gonna mess that energy. That's totally unbiblical and it's

Speaker 1: not from the spirit of God. So if you come

Speaker 1: to me cursing me out, I'm gonna match your energy

Speaker 1: and curse you bout. If you come to me swinging,

Speaker 1: I'm a match your energy swing back. Yeah. That's how

Speaker 1: we was before Christ. That's how we were in the world.

Speaker 1: That's when we were driven by the flesh. That's when

Speaker 1: we were controlled by the anti spirit of God. That's

Speaker 1: when we were controlled by the devil. But once you're

Speaker 1: born again, you're set free from those ways of living.

Speaker 1: It might take some time amen for us to break

Speaker 1: free to understand that we're completely free from that, but

Speaker 1: we are, and we move accordingly. From that point on,

Speaker 1: we know that the spirit of God is in us, Amen,

Speaker 1: and loving people is going sometimes beyond our comfort zones.

Speaker 1: We're commanded to love even the unlovable. It's great and

Speaker 1: someone agrees with you all the time, Amen, which is rare.

Speaker 1: And it's great to have a community of Christians and

Speaker 1: believers hanging out. It's great to have a powerful church

Speaker 1: to fellowship at. Well. What happens when you step out

Speaker 1: of those situations and you come across somebody that's in trauma,

Speaker 1: somebody that's hurt, somebody that's addicted, somebody who doesn't know

Speaker 1: what you love is, somebody who needs help, somebody who

Speaker 1: is being abused, somebody who's hurting others because they hurt themselves.

Speaker 1: They could be unlovable sometimes I could. I know I

Speaker 1: was unlovable before Christ. Hopefully now I'm lovable Amen to

Speaker 1: a lot more people. But before Christ, I was unlovable

Speaker 1: and people I had a lot of people fooled. To

Speaker 1: this very day, people always say you were always a

Speaker 1: good dude, Sam, and I was like, man, you don't

Speaker 1: know to have I just knew how to hide my stuff.

Speaker 1: I was a professional sinner, so you didn't know I

Speaker 1: was sinning. I didn't even know I was sinning before

Speaker 1: things working out in my life. But I was wrong.

Speaker 1: not the way the world teaches. The world teaches of
