welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. I'm really excited to be here with you. I'm releasing this solo episode on Friday, September 11th. I normally go live on Mondays and Fridays on YouTube. I missed Monday because it was a holiday here in the US, it was Labor Day, and I'm not gonna be available tomorrow. Well, I'm recording this on Thursday, so I'm not gonna be available for my regular Friday live stream, and I thought missing two in a row after my last live stream, talking about the dark night of the soul and how that can make us feel like , maybe we need to change directions, I thought I should probably make sure I put something solo out you know, not skip two of them, um, after something like that, you know, kind of indicating
• 1:00
that I was, you know, considering my next options. And, um, that time has passed. I, I did some automatic writing related to the feelings that I was feeling relating to the dark s- night of the soul, relating to fulfilling my mission and purpose here in this human life, and, um, I'm carrying on, so I, I felt like I should, uh, not put out the wrong signal there that, uh... and just go radio silent. Um, today I wanna talk about a documentary that I've been watching called Age of Disclosure, and full disclosure, um, using air quotes here because, of course, Age of Disclosure, kinda playing on words, but truthfully, I still have about 40 minutes left in this documentary, so I have not finished it yet.
• 2:00
But it is something that is very relevant to the content of my podcast, and I wanted to just share about it. I didn't even know about this documentary until a few days ago when a friend brought it up I think it came out maybe at the end of last year. And it's worthwhile, it's worth watching this documentary, but watch it with your eyes open about all of the things that are at play with this documentary. So they have interviewed people that they're calling whistleblowers. Po- I, I don't know if they actually use that word, but more or less they're indicating that the people that are featured in this documentary are insiders who are disclosing information for the benefit of humankind, information that they know that the
• 3:00
public is being, has been lied to about, and that they're kind of taking on this mantle of releasing it And there's this undercurrent of like, you know, we're doing this, uh, we're disclosing this because the public has the right to know, but almost like they're disclosing it, you know, against the wishes of anybody. And you need to use your own critical thinking about this. They have admirals, they have CIA agents, they have m- eh, almost everybody in there has either... I think everybody, um, except for, the only person that comes to mind that isn't governmental, I think he's, like, on staff at Stanford or something. Of course, Stanford has very close ties with the CIA. Um, you know, if you look at any of the, the Stans- Stanford Research Institute and the,
• 4:00
the tel- telepathy things that have gone on for decades there, um, there, you know, those, that's not civilian as far as I'm concerned. That's, that's another, you know, person that's part of the bigger operative. But use your own mind to draw the conclusions that everybody featured in this, they're government, they're, um, military, they're insiders. And yeah, they may be retired. They may be, you know, s- w- they may be making it look like they're no longer involved. This is propaganda. Step back if you've seen this film or if you wanna see this film, and pay attention to the messaging because the messaging is very focused on the
• 5:00
security side. So that, yes, there is a lot of disclosure in this documentary where they talk about military sightings and very credible people who have been told that they can't talk about what they, you know, they, they sign non-disclosure agreements and then those got lifted through the efforts within the government to, you know... But basically, what it keeps coming back to is there's this shadow aspect of the government that doesn't res- re, uh, they don't answer to anybody within the government, and nobody really knows exactly who it is, but they're the ones who have the final say. And even the president doesn't get disclosed the information because all of these offices are, you know, they continuously rotate, whereas this shadow government is always there. So they kinda decide who is on a need-to-know basis, and according to this documentary and other things I've seen like
• 6:00
this, it's kinda like even when you get to the president level, the more, the most they're gonna be there is eight years. They don't need to know. And then they also can, um, they can rightfully claim that they don't know if they, if it came to that. Like, if they were in a position where they were being, you know, you, you have to share these secrets or whatever, they were being threatened, they literally wouldn't know, so that wouldn't be, um, you know, from a national security perspective, that was the, the stance of the shadow government. But they kind of place this documentary as, like, the shadow government are the bad guys, the real government are the good guys, and now we're gonna tell you everything, and you can trust us. Because, yeah, y- we used to lie about this stuff, but now we're coming forward and we're doing everything we can to share this with you. And by the way, you need to be really afraid of this. It's a national security risk. Um, if I were a drinker and I partook
• 7:00
in alcohol consumption, a fun, um, or a very effective drinking game could be to take a drink every time you hear them say, "National security threat," or, "A threat to national security." That is something you will hear over and over and over, because they're saying, "We don't know what this is. They are way faster than us. They don't... You know, our technology doesn't hold a candle to it." So what message do you get as the viewer as you watch this? Be afraid of this, it is true, and trust us. Give us all the resources. We deserve all the resources so we can protect you. This is an age-old, uh ... This is age-old propaganda, and if you can, if you know the formula,
• 8:00
you can look at this as an observer and just be like, "Oh my God. I can see exactly what they're trying to spoon feed me." So if you want to watch this documentary, it's worth your time, but don't let them spoon feed you the message that they wanna spoon feed you. They're coming at this from an angle of defense. They're coming at this from an angle of wanting you to feel disempowered, of wanting you to feel vulnerable, and this is ... We're, we're way past this. If you're brand new to the galactic conversation, I, I actually would, um, not necessarily recommend this documentary for people who are just starting to open your eyes to what's happening because you're very vulnerable. You're a clean slate. And so if you are just learning, then you're, y- y-
• 9:00
you're letting the, the government who has been lying to us for, at this point, almost a century, about 75 years, 70 to 75 years, they have been lying to us. Now they're admitting that they're lying, and they're coming at it in a way that they want us to think that, "Well, now of course, of course now we're not lying. Now we're ... Now you can trust us. And by the way, hand over all your power to us, and let us do whatever we want. Let us go crazy with surveillance and technology so that we can protect you because this is an existential threat That's not a great thing for newbies to be hearing because you're still trying to understand what's going on. Now, people who have been entrenched in this field, in this topic for a long time can see what's happening. And This
• 10:00
also just shows to me the grasping of the government to, um, of the powers that be to control the narrative. And another interesting point that I've, that's coming to mind here is the fact that I had to pay for this documentary. It's on Amazon Prime, and it was about, like, $3, it was more than $3, but, um, I can't remember exactly how much. More than three, less than four. And what's interesting about that choice for, uh, disseminating this documentary is that the people who are interested in this topic, for the most part, many have their own experiences, their own personal experiences of this. That's who's drawn to these topics. They're star seeds or they're experiencers, or they have some kind of skin in the game in some way or other. It's, it's,
• 11:00
I would guess, very few people who are just mainstream, have their minds made up. They, they don't think it exists, and one thing that it does get into in this documentary is the efforts from within the CIA, within the media. Again, this is not news to people who have been around this topic for a while, but concentrated direct efforts, programs, mind control programs to humiliate and shame people who claim to have seen things, who claim to have interactions, and the fa- the, the fact that that then makes it a stigma, so that anybody, you know, these pe- the, the people who claim it, they get ridiculed, they get humiliated, and their lives, i- depending on the level of, um, their, you know, how much of a level that they have of, um, authority... Sorry, I just noticed a spider is,
• 12:00
like, hanging out right there. Um, so got a little bit distracted. But, um, but they, you know, th- this has been stigmatized intentionally, and so there's still a lot of work to do in terms of the mainstream masses. Not everybody's interested in this topic. Like, your, your everyday person, if they don't have any connection to this, they don't care. They're not gonna, they're not gonna take two hours out of their time to watch a documentary, much less buy it when they could... There's so much other infor- en- entertainment, and there's scrolling to be done, you know? So it's an interesting choice that they are making this available for purchase, but yet they're trying to control the narrative in this specific direction of fear and, um, military defense Because I think that the majority of the people who are
• 13:00
gonna be interested in this content already have their own personal experiences that fly directly in the face of the narrative that's trying to be created through this documentary. And by the way, I should have said this early on, but I'm not talking about Disclosure Day. This is not the movie, the Steven Spielberg movie that's out. Um, that's a fictional, you know ... It- That is ... Who knows what the, what's behind it, but that, you know, that's got actors in it. It's got classic Steven Spielberg, you know, chase ch- car chasing and all of this stuff. This ... What I'm talking about is called Age of Disclosure, and it's a documentary. Um, but those who have their own experiences have direct knowledge, and at, at least to some extent, of what is really happening, and that is that
• 14:00
we aren't dealing with another human nation. I mean, the, a lot of these are humanoids, but when we talk about threats to our country Now I'm looking for that spider again. I'm like, "Where did it go?" It's not there anymore. It was just hanging right there. Um, if we think about, like, this way advanced technology, and it's coming from another human nation on Earth, yeah, that seems threatening because country to country, there are continuous power struggles, and these countries will do anything to have power, anything. We see this. That's what war is. War is absolutely insane, and it makes sense only when power is king, power over people. It's a very specific kind of
• 15:00
power. It's a low kind of power, but it's very intoxicating to humans The beings, now there are negatively oriented ETs for sure, ET races, and they are a factor. But there are heaps and heaps of highly, highly evolved races of ET who are helping in the background, where they're not landing on the White House lawn, but they are assisting civilians. They're hel- and, and people within the military, and scientists, and, you know, all kinds of people who can be positively influenced by these massive amount of high vibrational, high integrity ETs that are assisting humans. And
• 16:00
yes, there are lower, um, service to self ETs. Um, and, you know, there's a lot of indications that those lower, um, lower density, lower vibrational, um, power-hungry ETs are already working with our governments. They're already behind the scenes, and they're already part of our fabric of society in terms of our beliefs and our mind control. Yes, they exist, but they're not new, and they're not like, you know, the g- this documentary or, you know, other, quote unquote, "whistleblowers" can say all day long that, you know, they're surprised that they, you know, that this threat exists and pretend that they aren't already in bed with them, but it's just not true. And
• 17:00
so Everyday people are having their own contact experiences that are igniting and activating love, and healing, and alignment, and bringing forth wisdom and knowledge and higher truth, and helping people to awaken to the true reality of what's happening. I have a podcast that, as I'm recording it, it just came out today, but when you're-- when this is becoming available, it would be from September 10th. Marston Fries is a, a contactee, and she has an amazing story. I talk about this, um, technology interference that we had, like a very intense, um, power surge that I felt within my body as my heat began to rise. I started getting really, like, really, really hot and could feel this energy
• 18:00
that was building and building as she was talking about... She was talking about the energetic activation that she had received in the pineal gland, what happened with the pineal gland as the kundalini, um, energy and oil within the body rose and met that pineal gland. And as she talked about this, I was getting really hot in my body, and then my whole computer went out. Um, the lights went out, my camera went out. My-- When my-- I finally was able to get my computer to start again, which wasn't right away, um, it had been plugged in at one hundred percent. I had no-- I was getting no warnings that anything was wrong before this sudden, like, everything just went dark. Um, and when I finally was able to get my computer to restart, which was an unusually long amount of time, um, it was at, like, two percent. So my whole battery had drained instantly. Anyway, it was very, very strange. We
• 19:00
clearly had tapped into something, uh, that was very... had a lot of energy with it. But Marston has-- Her whole awakening is not that long. It's been a couple of years, if that, since she started having her... She had a very quick spiritual awakening, and she talks in that episode about the ontological shock as she started to become aware of what we accept on the surface of reality and what's actually happening across our-- the whole fabric of society And that, you know, her galactic awakening was part of her being able to understand that. So that's also happening with contactees. So, you know, I myself am a contactee, and that has happened in a multitude of ways. I have seen ships in the sky. I ... Many, many times. I have been with my friend Emily in Sedona. We were
• 20:00
out at Cathedral Rock. Is that what it's called? Bell Rock. I think it was at Bell Rock, um, at night, and we were looking for ships because you can see all kinds of stuff in Sedona if you want to make the effort, and off in the distance, we saw anywhere between seven and three, three and seven, um, and it typically was odd numbers, but these little dots flying around, off around a rock off in the distance. Um, and the lights were, seemed to be phasing in and out of our ability to see them. So it'd be like, "Oh, there are three," and then suddenly, "Oh, there are seven. Oh, s- now there's five. Now there's ... " And they weren't going in any, like ... Well, we couldn't tell a pattern that they were going in. They were, like, circling around and doing all of these... And it went on forever. Like, it went on so long that we left. We were like, we were tired. It was nighttime, and we, you know, I was jet lagged. And so it was going on for so
• 21:00
long that we ended up leaving. We were so excited, but we were like, "Okay, well, you know, they just keep flying around," and just keep, we kept seeing the same thing. And I would have never thought that I would just leave when I was seeing ET activity. Um, but it just kind of got to the point where we had to call it a night. Same place, different experi- different time, I was with two of my friends, um, Shelly and Lucia, and we had gone to the same place. We'd gone to Bell Rock. This is where Bashar's ship is, uh, typically is. And we saw a light ship, and so it was just hovering. It was, like, looked pla- like plasma. It was there for a long time. It was moving very slowly. It seemed to be moving very slowly toward us. Um, but it didn't get, it didn't get super, super close. But it, you know, it was plasma. Like, it's, at times, it would kind
• 22:00
of look pink. At other times, it would look white. At other times ... You know, it just kind of kept changing color, and it didn't have, like, a solid, solid form. It wasn't that far away. It was in the sky, but it wasn't, like, super far away. When Emily and I saw those ships, um, they were pretty f- they were, I mean, they weren't, like, far, far, like, off on the horizon, but they weren't right there Um, I've seen things at my own house. When I was in my hot tub, for example, uh, li- this was just a few months ago. I think it, it, I think it was last year, last calendar year, but maybe in the fall. And, um, normally my husband's there, but I, um, was by myself, and I saw this light, and it started... This light in the sky, and it started to kinda move. And I am constantly watching the sky, so I know what planes look like. I know what satellites look like. You can track a satellite, and there are tons and tons and tons
• 23:00
of satellites. I've seen Starlink, where they're following each other. Um, I know the difference between that type of stuff and when things look unusual in the sky. But in this case, I saw this point of light, and it started to kinda move, and then it disappeared, and then it showed up again right where it had, where I had first seen it. And then it started to move again in the same direction that I'd seen it move before, and it disappeared, and then it reappeared right back where I had seen it the first time. So it was almost like it was spiraling, but when it would spiral back toward where it started, I couldn't see it. And I was at such... I was in such a predicament because I really wanted my husband to see it, but I wanted to keep watching it. And so I was like, "What do I do?" 'Cause, uh, it was, like, the one time I hadn't brought my phone out to be able to just text him, like,
• 24:00
"Come outside." So I ended up running. I got out of the hot tub. I ran to the house. I'm like, "John, come here, come here, come here." And by the time I got back in the hot tub, I couldn't see it anymore. Um, I have s- I have another time where, um, we were, we were a group. It was Halloween night. This was, I don't know, probably three or four years ago. And my friend was, my neighbor was having a bonfire, and I was facing the house, so I couldn't see the, um, I couldn't see the sky. But three of the men were facing the sky, and they flipped out. They were like, "What was that? Oh, my God." And they were, they were swearing, honestly. But they were like, "What was that? What the bleep was that?" And they had seen some, a light fall vertically from the sky down to the earth, and it didn't shoot across the sky like a meteor. I
• 25:00
mean, I've seen plenty of meteors. I've seen meteors that are like, whoa, that is, like, low in the sky. Um, and that has hap- That happened in New Mexico when I was actually on a, an astronomical, um star watching thing with a group of people. I was the only one that saw it. I was like, "Guys, guys, guys." And it seemed like it just skimmed right over us, that it ... That's how low it was. And I've been in the car and that's happened, where there is this fireball just streaming right past us. Um, and but, you know, those I- we can call those meteors. They, they look like meteors. They just look so low that it's kind of alarming. But, um, but this just dropped straight down. Meteors will go horizontal. But the guys, I, I was like, "Ugh, of all people, I didn't see that?" And the guys were just, they were so fired up by this. "What was that? What was that? Oh, my God." Like, no, uh, no
• 26:00
context for what they had seen, and they still talk about that Um, I didn't... Like I said, I didn't see that one, but I was there. And so those are just a few of the physical things that I've seen, and that's... I, I have more stories like that. Like, I've seen a lot of things in the sky. I'm, I know that there are people who are watching this who know me personally who are like, "I can't believe you didn't talk about the time we saw something." Um, but And I've had more, I've had closer telepathic connections where there are things happening within me, within my energy, and I am, um, perceiving. Either I can see, um, a galactic being, I am receiving information, I'm receiving knowledge, and I, and I don't necessarily see where it's coming from. I've had a very strong... I think it was a
• 27:00
dream, but I can't... It, it's been a while now, and I can't remember if it actually was a dream or if I was awake, but kind of, like, trying to fall asleep. And if it was that, that, it was like I'd woken up in the middle of the night, 'cause I know it was, like, it wasn't, like, right as I was falling asleep. But where I was looking out through the eyes of an ET, and the reason that I know that is that I looked down and my arm was super skinny, like, like, very, very skinny, and it was, like, a bluish, bluish-purply color. And I, and I was very tall, and I knew I didn't have any hair. Um, I don't remember, like, looking in a mirror or something. I just knew. Like, when I looked down at my arm, I knew what I looked like. Um, so those are just some of those experiences. I've also had experiences where I've had guests, um, either, like, I'm having a reading
• 28:00
from somebody, like a pr- private reading, or I've had guests on. One that comes to mind is Sharon Coleman. It's been a long time since I've interviewed her, but the first time I interviewed her, she is, she's clairvoyant. She's a medium, but she is very, like, you know, she talks to de- you know, deceased family members and spirit guides. She did not have, like, a galactic bent to her work. And so we were just having... You know, I was interviewing her and learning about what she does and learning about her, you know, origin story, and we'd... Unfortunately, we had stopped recording by this point. But she, we were just saying goodbye, and she said, "You know, Kara, I didn't know if I should say anything, but you have three enormous beings around you, but they look like praying mantises, and I don't know what to tell you about that because I don't know why they would show up that way. She had
• 29:00
no, like, if you know ET species, you've probably heard of the praying mantises. I've had Tony Gazian several times, and he channels the mantis beings. I'm gonna have a, uh, an author named Michelle London on soon. She's got a great book called Song of the Ma- Mantis. So m- mantis is a known species, um, but this woman, Sharon, she did not know of them at this time, so she was confused. She didn't even know if she should tell me. She didn't know if that was, like, a good thing or a bad thing. But she was like, "They are enormous, and they're all around you," and I... There were three of them. So I've had other experiences like that, where either people tell me, um, "Oh, you're, you know, you have galactic origins. You have..." And it's always a mix. Usually, there's, they mention Andromeda, um, Pleiadian, the Pleiades, um, Sirius. There's, um,
• 30:00
different ones that will, others will pick up on, and then some that are more, like, to do with Earth, like fairies and things like that. Um, so it's not uncommon that people will just see that. People who are clairvoyant can see it within my field or see who's present with me. So those are also other validations, um, that I experience personally. So I'm sharing all of this because regular people are having their own experiences, and they are making up their own minds about what those experiences are. I have never felt threatened by my experiences, even things that I've shared before where I am having kind of clairvoy- I'm having, like, clairvoyant visions with my eyes closed and seeing reptilian beings.
• 31:00
A lot of reptilians, yes, they are, uh, negative, negatively oriented, but even when I was seeing, like, a, a very clear reptilian scary, you know, or scaly, I meant to say scaly, with, like, the slit eyes and the s- jagged teeth, um, I didn't real- I mean, I was wondering if I should be afraid, but I wasn't... You know, I felt that it was kind of a way for me to test my own... It was like a litmus test for my own fear. And, um, so For what it's worth, that has been my experience, and I think that the personal experiences of others and other-- and all of us as civilians making up our own mind is gonna be really important for us going forward as more and more disclosure, you know, official disclosure, um, is revealed. It's up to us to
• 32:00
recognize what the narrative is. What are they trying to feed us? Why do they want that? What are they wanting us to give up s- when we, uh, latch on to what we're being fed? I think we're past that now as, uh, the majority of people, I hope we're reaching a tipping point where that kind of propaganda isn't gonna work anymore. So bottom line, Age of Disclosure. If, if you're not new to this topic, it can be worth your time to watch it, but pay attention. It can even just be, like, a really interesting exercise for you in noticing the patterns. Recognize the patterns, recognize what you're being told, recognize who is telling you. Who are they playing? Who's playing the whistleblowers? Who's playing the insiders? And are they really-- have they left or are they steeply entrenched? This is not very-- Th-the, the lacquer that they're putting on this to try
