- 0:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna storry hit a record now, so I don't
- 0:02Speaker 1: keep coming in and out. Is there anything else you
- 0:04Speaker 1: need in here? Got our drinks?
- 0:08Speaker 2: I think that's I have a tan.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Yeah, let's see. I can't even drop these down if
- 0:24Speaker 1: you wanted to.
- 0:26Speaker 2: It's gonna be like one thirty by Tensburgers are done.
- 0:28Speaker 1: But yeah, right, all right, how do you want to
- 0:34Speaker 1: start this? Just? What's up? We're here?
- 0:37Speaker 2: I mean yeah, because it's kind of like a very
- 0:39Speaker 2: weird situation.
- 0:41Speaker 1: You're right, this is kind of odd, even for us.
- 0:43Speaker 1: It's definitely not in our norm So yeah, and this
- 0:50Speaker 1: is all set up. It looks good. We got a cat.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We're all set all right.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Because fuck you, that's why it is a founding member
- 0:57Speaker 3: of the Odd Pods media Network.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Some motherfuckers Happy Thursday ish depending on what day you
- 1:34Speaker 1: listen to this on or so it's just aggain me
- 1:41Speaker 1: this week. And I don't know if you, I'm pretty
- 1:44Speaker 1: sure you can tell we're not recording normally, a lot
- 1:48Speaker 1: more ambient sound, almost like we're outside.
- 1:51Speaker 2: It's a lot more brighter than usually.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Way brighter. But it's a nice day out. So again
- 1:58Speaker 1: I decided to grill and get some burgers on and
- 2:03Speaker 1: do a small smoke session for you all for our
- 2:05Speaker 1: episode this week. Aaron unfortunately had in conflict of interest
- 2:12Speaker 1: with deflictivet with b FY tw and he is no
- 2:17Speaker 1: longer with us for the remainder of today. He'll be
- 2:21Speaker 1: back next week. He had some like writing author thing
- 2:26Speaker 1: needs to do some event he has. I don't want
- 2:29Speaker 1: to spoil anything, but we'll let him talk about it
- 2:31Speaker 1: when he comes back out next week. So we're just
- 2:34Speaker 1: gonna chill, man. We just got out here. We got
- 2:37Speaker 1: if you are watching on Patreon, actually this might just
- 2:39Speaker 1: be free on YouTube at some point if they allow
- 2:41Speaker 1: the smoking them to go through maybe. So, yeah, we're
- 2:45Speaker 1: outside of the studio right now. We got a grill ready.
- 2:48Speaker 1: We're gonna start getting some charcoal in there. Oh, he's
- 2:50Speaker 1: gonna get that all fired up and stuff. We're gonna
- 2:53Speaker 1: grill and smoke a little bit of herb.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Yeah, we have no idea what's gonna happen.
- 2:57Speaker 1: We might start a fire, and we really have no
- 3:00Speaker 1: idea what's gonna happen. It is June teenth, so it
- 3:03Speaker 1: is the nineteenth of June. It's pretty freaking awesome. We
- 3:07Speaker 1: as a national holiday now and we have off, which
- 3:11Speaker 1: is nice though we're gonna try to celebrate with you guys.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Make some burgers and I can just chilling shit.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Yeah, so I start by starting a fire here.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Well, all you're gonna do is step by step cook
- 3:26Speaker 1: chips nowhere. Not that's not happening. Oh what he is doing.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We do have one of those little chimneys. It's like
- 3:34Speaker 1: a charcoal chimney. So you pack a bunch of it
- 3:36Speaker 1: with the paper on the bottom of the charcoal chimney
- 3:39Speaker 1: and you build this thing up with as much charcoal
- 3:42Speaker 1: as in a hold, and he light that paper and
- 3:44Speaker 1: it just it gets the golds going the easiest way
- 3:47Speaker 1: without using any chemicals, light of fluid whatnot. And you
- 3:49Speaker 1: can use regular charcoal, you don't use the stuff that's coated.
- 3:52Speaker 1: And it's nice. It's I don't know, I like doing
- 3:55Speaker 1: it this way. It just seems I'd like to say natural,
- 3:57Speaker 1: even though it's not. But yeah, he's got this all
- 4:01Speaker 1: set up. Next time, I think we're gonna get a
- 4:03Speaker 1: grill cam. Oh no, heymrph. Somebody spoop a cat out.
- 4:09Speaker 1: It happens. It happens. Merv's here too, So yeah, so
- 4:13Speaker 1: Iggie once you get that thing tipped over, we'll get
- 4:16Speaker 1: the coles going. And as you're getting that ready, I
- 4:19Speaker 1: will get our first smoking device ready. So you've got that,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I'll say, I know he's gonna be in a shy
- 4:25Speaker 1: here for just the moment. I won't be too long,
- 4:27Speaker 1: and then we will work on our first thing, which
- 4:30Speaker 1: I believe it's okaymrv We're just gonna grow, Bud. We'll
- 4:35Speaker 1: get you some meat too. After we're gonna work with
- 4:38Speaker 1: the Zenco. So this is our newest addition to the
- 4:42Speaker 1: bfy two W studio. It's our Zenko Uno. So we
- 4:46Speaker 1: won this at Peace, Love and Bud during one of
- 4:49Speaker 1: the four twenty celebration raffles. It's pretty neat. Then. We
- 4:52Speaker 1: spoke about it plenty of times before. But what's nice
- 4:56Speaker 1: is to concentrate vaporizer and we are able to use
- 4:59Speaker 1: our five to ten thread vapes in these. So normally
- 5:03Speaker 1: most people have the battery and you screw the high
- 5:06Speaker 1: ten vape on there and you just pop as you go. Whatnot?
- 5:10Speaker 1: What sucks about those five ten threads After a while
- 5:12Speaker 1: they start getting clogged or sticky burnt. What's nice about
- 5:17Speaker 1: this is you can screw this right on there on
- 5:19Speaker 1: the dead zenco and you just prist it on button
- 5:22Speaker 1: five times, and then after that you can eterpress it
- 5:27Speaker 1: twice and let an auto fill or hold it down
- 5:29Speaker 1: until you're ready to inhale all this wonderful, wonderful smoke.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Hopefully it shows up good on there. I don't know
- 5:36Speaker 1: how it's going to. Let me get a get closer closer.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I have lit the paper, which hopefully will burn hot
- 5:47Speaker 2: enough to light the calls or the charcoal, because that's
- 5:52Speaker 2: pretty much the premise of it behind it too, because
- 5:54Speaker 2: like the brisk gets themselves, they're like they're dry enough
- 5:57Speaker 2: they should light on their own, but you have to
- 5:59Speaker 2: have a flame, not enough to actually get ignited. Yeah,
- 6:03Speaker 2: and that's why you burn the papers underneath. It's nicer
- 6:06Speaker 2: than using fluid, which is just smart, which is chemical.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I mean to be honest, If you have to do
- 6:11Speaker 2: paper and stuff like that, it's like you're already still
- 6:14Speaker 2: using ink. There's always still chemical slight chemical burn, but
- 6:17Speaker 2: it's not nearly as bad. No, and like hopefully that
- 6:21Speaker 2: it doesn't smoke so bad that you can't see anything.
- 6:24Speaker 2: But oh my god, so we put it, We will
- 6:27Speaker 2: put it in a place where the wind should take
- 6:29Speaker 2: it away hopefully.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Right right, Yeah, I did not plan ahead for the sun.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I did not think about that. So I'll be ducking
- 6:39Speaker 1: it out in every few minutes when I start feeling
- 6:41Speaker 1: the heat up there, just in case.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Otherwise he'll, uh, he'll burn like a lobster.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Don't need it at all, like the irishman, like the
- 6:50Speaker 1: very Irish person I am. Let's see, let's talk about
- 6:54Speaker 1: what's been going on. I know we're, like I said,
- 6:56Speaker 1: we're hitting the zen code today. We're gonna get the
- 6:58Speaker 1: the coals going on as we can get these burgers going.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Man, my work season is still going on, but I've
- 7:08Speaker 2: been working a nice four days on, three days off,
- 7:13Speaker 2: which is which is a fairly new concept in terms
- 7:18Speaker 2: of work scheduling here in the US. Though, those of
- 7:22Speaker 2: you who either had that kind of scheduling already or
- 7:26Speaker 2: had it for a while, or those who live in
- 7:29Speaker 2: Europe probably already had that schedule going on or love it.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Notice a peaking productivity, even I've noticed a peaking productivity
- 7:39Speaker 2: at home and at work especially.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Do you feel more rested and stuff?
- 7:43Speaker 2: I feel like I'm more arrested, Like I'm actually feeling
- 7:45Speaker 2: like I'm not going into work Saturday morning exhausted because
- 7:50Speaker 2: I just got done recovering from my last day of work,
- 7:54Speaker 2: you know kind of thing. And it's it's really nice.
- 7:57Speaker 2: And so that's just when what's going on. And other
- 8:01Speaker 2: than that, just been gaming and trying to get as
- 8:03Speaker 2: many video games in as possible because who knows how
- 8:08Speaker 2: busy this spring and how the time means spring, how summer, summer,
- 8:12Speaker 2: slash fall is going to be, because this summer is
- 8:15Speaker 2: already getting kind of stormy and getting kind of worried.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Yeah, weather in the Western York has been very erratic.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I mean it's always been like chaotic. It's just the
- 8:26Speaker 1: way it is here with the lakes and then the
- 8:28Speaker 1: winds coming from different directions. But this year has been nuts. Man.
- 8:32Speaker 1: The delayed spring, the longer frost and all that, and
- 8:35Speaker 1: then with the windstorms you've been getting in the hunderstorms,
- 8:39Speaker 1: it's getting nuts. So yeah, I totally get it. But yeah,
- 8:44Speaker 1: so how the work season, man, Like, what's been new there?
- 8:47Speaker 1: Like anything productive with that? Are you just still I
- 8:50Speaker 1: mean it's.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Still still the same same as it has been. I
- 8:53Speaker 2: mean things have been getting a little slower. I'm sure
- 8:56Speaker 2: anybody who's working in retail right now, or who has
- 9:00Speaker 2: tried to buy something very specific or something that like
- 9:04Speaker 2: used to be very common, but now for whatever reason,
- 9:06Speaker 2: it's really hard to get your hands on. I have
- 9:08Speaker 2: noticed that it is things are coming in slower, or
- 9:12Speaker 2: we're not getting the same stuff in we're getting any more.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I mean, it's it's been a trend that's been going
- 9:18Speaker 2: on for a couple of years, but now this year
- 9:20Speaker 2: seems to be a bit more exasperated. Like before it
- 9:24Speaker 2: was like, okay, yeah, this thing is kind of going
- 9:27Speaker 2: on a style, but you could still kind of find
- 9:29Speaker 2: alternatives here and there. Now it seems like there's things
- 9:32Speaker 2: that are just straight up you can't find any more
- 9:34Speaker 2: of it anywhere. Yeah, period, because nobody else makes it.
- 9:37Speaker 1: We can't get a lot of the stuff we were
- 9:39Speaker 1: able to get from overseas and stuff because either delays
- 9:42Speaker 1: or costs and things, and it just doesn't happen anymore.
- 9:45Speaker 1: And I know there's issues with factories and manufacturing, especially
- 9:49Speaker 1: in the US right now, like they are just so critical.
- 9:54Speaker 2: But other than that, doing the alternative to life, which
- 9:59Speaker 2: is video games, which has always been a fun delve
- 10:05Speaker 2: to dive into whenever shit goes sour and uh, definitely
- 10:11Speaker 2: like recently been playing a lot of Paths of Exile,
- 10:14Speaker 2: but we've been thinking about Diablo. How we know. We
- 10:18Speaker 2: know a lot of our Patreon followers played Diablo, especially
- 10:22Speaker 2: L four, and we love Diablo.
- 10:25Speaker 1: We like.
- 10:25Speaker 2: We played one and two a lot, and I played
- 10:28Speaker 2: three and I did not everybody look cared for three.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I didn't mind three, not this guy. I didn't feel
- 10:34Speaker 2: rkadie to me, but it didn't bother me as much
- 10:38Speaker 2: as it probably would have bothered anyone else who was
- 10:42Speaker 2: more of a diehard fan of two in one.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Yeah, such a difference.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I've had the opportunity to play a little bit of
- 10:51Speaker 2: four for a short amount of time, and it didn't
- 10:54Speaker 2: hold my interest for any long period of time. But
- 10:57Speaker 2: that doesn't mean anything. But it was also because I
- 11:00Speaker 2: was playing it by myself. I think by playing it
- 11:03Speaker 2: with others, that's a totally different game, like with anything else.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Right, but like especially game built almost on all Again.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I've been playing other games, including Path of Exile, which
- 11:12Speaker 2: is like the kind of the direct comparative.
- 11:16Speaker 1: To the Robins.
- 11:17Speaker 2: The robins are screaming at each other. The I've been
- 11:24Speaker 2: playing a lot of Path of Exile, and it's and
- 11:26Speaker 2: it's really kind of unfair to compare the two just
- 11:28Speaker 2: because there is enough differences between them to kind of
- 11:30Speaker 2: be like this plays differently even though it's kind of
- 11:34Speaker 2: like the same exact genre.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, it's's kind of hard to explain there are differences.
- 11:40Speaker 1: But at the same time, anybody who never played either
- 11:43Speaker 1: of them when like, yeah, they're the same game. Yeah,
- 11:45Speaker 1: I mean they do look pretty identical. Diabod Yeah, I
- 11:50Speaker 1: would love to get into it again. Like we said,
- 11:52Speaker 1: we you uh stated, we do have patrons that play,
- 11:57Speaker 1: and I know they play on another server, but with
- 12:00Speaker 1: our friends the Fink Show, which amazing. So they actually
- 12:03Speaker 1: have like things set up with their Patreon where they
- 12:06Speaker 1: play video games together, which is something I really want
- 12:09Speaker 1: to do. And that was the sound of the charcoal
- 12:12Speaker 1: dropping a little bit.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Probably need to make our hearts jump, I know, Like,
- 12:18Speaker 2: what was that?
- 12:20Speaker 1: You can more if you want? Yeah, now, oh yeah,
- 12:22Speaker 1: it's all good. It's all good. He's gonna go around.
- 12:25Speaker 1: That's that works. But yeah, diablofore I I I'm not
- 12:29Speaker 1: gonna lie. I. I was turned off on it because
- 12:32Speaker 1: of Diablo three. It's just the way I was because
- 12:35Speaker 1: I grew up with the originals that I am an
- 12:36Speaker 1: old man who's very fucking cranky about his video games.
- 12:40Speaker 1: So I've been looking at it's on my it's on
- 12:43Speaker 1: my wishless for Steam. I'm like waiting for it to
- 12:45Speaker 1: go on sale, and when it does, I will probably
- 12:49Speaker 1: get it. But it's gotta be a good damn sale.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like I'm not saying it's gonna be like half off
- 12:53Speaker 1: or more. That's what I'm hoping for, you know what
- 12:56Speaker 1: I'm saying. You give me like maybe thirty thirty five,
- 13:01Speaker 1: I'd probably jump on it. And if I do, I
- 13:04Speaker 1: definitely want to play with those guys, because that was
- 13:05Speaker 1: the only real reason I really want to play, aside
- 13:08Speaker 1: from the fact that they had a Doom event, which
- 13:12Speaker 1: I almost jumped on it that day full Price almost
- 13:14Speaker 1: bought that shit because I heard about the Doom thing.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Butterer told me about the game. Come in the living
- 13:18Speaker 1: room and told us, and I'm like, what, Come to
- 13:20Speaker 1: find out it was a limited event, so it's only
- 13:23Speaker 1: a during a certain time. You'd do so many things
- 13:25Speaker 1: to get it, and it was all cosmetic. Yeah, so
- 13:27Speaker 1: it's not like, oh, the double barrels in there or
- 13:29Speaker 1: something like crazy. You know, I'm like, that would have
- 13:32Speaker 1: been awesome, or the Doom Slayer is your skin or
- 13:34Speaker 1: some shit. I'd like, Yeah, I'm playing Diablo. I'm playing
- 13:38Speaker 1: Diabbolo all the time.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Then right, and like again, I don't know where I
- 13:44Speaker 2: was going with it, but essentially it was basically I
- 13:47Speaker 2: have found now finally being beating Cyberpunk allowed me to
- 13:52Speaker 2: kind of go back and start picking trying to figure
- 13:55Speaker 2: out what other games I want to just kind of
- 13:57Speaker 2: go play through, complete it and be done right right right,
- 14:01Speaker 2: And Path of Exile just happen to just grab my
- 14:04Speaker 2: attention first just because of the interest of playing Diablo
- 14:07Speaker 2: but not having the access at the moment to play Diablo.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Okay, so right, okay, that makes sense.
- 14:13Speaker 2: So I'm finding myself comparing it a lot, not because
- 14:17Speaker 2: I'm trying to justify me wanting to play it more
- 14:19Speaker 2: than Diablo, because no, I still do and probably will
- 14:22Speaker 2: play Diablo for for the car and sale.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Right, there's no reason to pay full price for that
- 14:29Speaker 1: Blizzard game for a game.
- 14:30Speaker 2: That's been out for this long.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Yeah there is. And it's not even like it's again,
- 14:34Speaker 1: I don't care. I'm jumping on this fucking bandwagon. Is
- 14:37Speaker 1: that a physical copy? You shouldn't be paying that big
- 14:40Speaker 1: of a price. Give me a digital fucking copy that
- 14:43Speaker 1: I don't even fucking own technically by your guess's term,
- 14:46Speaker 1: so fuck you. It shouldn't be more than forty bucks.
- 14:50Speaker 1: That that's where I'm at, Like, I'll pay forty dollars.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I think that's my limit.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah, but basically so like, but I find myself comparing it.
- 14:59Speaker 2: But I also I'm finding like what I know I
- 15:02Speaker 2: will enjoy more about Diablo four instead of just being like, oh,
- 15:05Speaker 2: I'm not gonna like playing Diabo for because I like
- 15:07Speaker 2: this better. No, it's like, I know I'm gonna like
- 15:09Speaker 2: playing Diablo for for these reasons because this game doesn't
- 15:13Speaker 2: do that. So anyone who's played or understands or have
- 15:17Speaker 2: seen Path of Exile and seeing their crazy perks skill,
- 15:22Speaker 2: Oh my god, the sun opened up. Oh god, there's
- 15:30Speaker 2: a solar flare breaking through. Okay, well finish, let's keep
- 15:36Speaker 2: going until we fry. So so, in Path of Exile,
- 15:46Speaker 2: the skill system is crazy like it is. It is
- 15:49Speaker 2: you could do whatever you want. It is you are
- 15:51Speaker 2: both blessed and cursed with freedom to do whatever you want.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Which is which is what people loved about Diablo too,
- 15:58Speaker 2: because you could make a sort of strength heavy sorceress
- 16:02Speaker 2: or whatever and do crazy wacky shit that might not
- 16:06Speaker 2: might not be like the best thing to do, but
- 16:08Speaker 2: it's you could still do it. And same thing with
- 16:10Speaker 2: path of Exile you could do it might not be
- 16:13Speaker 2: the best.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Thing that you reminds me of is the skill tree
- 16:16Speaker 1: in Skyrim but expanded like tenfold.
- 16:20Speaker 2: The thing is is the skill tree in Skyrim just
- 16:22Speaker 2: gives you perks that just improves, but the bills.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Like in general, that's what it reminds me because there's
- 16:28Speaker 1: so many you can go into I get.
- 16:31Speaker 2: I mean, Skyrim has like maybe twelve skills, so that
- 16:35Speaker 2: times tenfold, where like path veg Style has like one hundred.
- 16:39Speaker 2: And there's so something's.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I don't know, it's crazy.
- 16:46Speaker 2: But anyways, and it's yeah, and I'm like, okay, Diablo
- 16:53Speaker 2: is definitely the more curated experience, and I think I'll
- 16:56Speaker 2: like it for it for being a curated experience because
- 17:00Speaker 2: when it comes to Patho Axile, it doesn't explain to
- 17:01Speaker 2: you anything. It has information on everything built into it.
- 17:06Speaker 2: You just have to figure out how to find it.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And when you find it, then you have to figure
- 17:13Speaker 2: out what it means. And then one when you do
- 17:15Speaker 2: figure out what it means, then you have to combine
- 17:17Speaker 2: it with other things and figure out what that means.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Where I'm playing it for four hours is asking Augie.
- 17:21Speaker 1: You saw a question every ten seconds? What am I
- 17:24Speaker 1: supposed to do? Where would I put this? What does
- 17:26Speaker 1: this thing do? How do I get it to do this?
- 17:28Speaker 2: How do I increase my attributes? So what skill is
- 17:31Speaker 2: important for me to take?
- 17:33Speaker 1: Yeah, because it doesn't matter. That's the thing in that game.
- 17:35Speaker 2: It does is this weapon upgrade? And that's the big
- 17:38Speaker 2: thing too. And I mentioned that a lot to you
- 17:41Speaker 2: too is loot Blizzard just simply they know how to
- 17:45Speaker 2: do it. Blizzard, Gearbox and many others who did the
- 17:48Speaker 2: kind of loot explosion Idea knew what they were doing.
- 17:52Speaker 2: They knew what attracted the right people. And you like
- 17:57Speaker 2: what people like loot, And it's.
- 18:01Speaker 1: True, it's just that thing in the back of your head, man.
- 18:03Speaker 2: And even if and the thing is is people like
- 18:05Speaker 2: loot that means something though.
- 18:07Speaker 1: That's true, and you'll be constantly like, hey, get this,
- 18:11Speaker 1: who got this? Who not?
- 18:12Speaker 2: Everything needs to be a side grade or a uh,
- 18:17Speaker 2: you know, like or it's just kind of like a
- 18:20Speaker 2: run of the mill whatever, or or potentially something good
- 18:25Speaker 2: by who knows kind of thing. People like I, Hey,
- 18:28Speaker 2: I found something that is comparatively to this to this
- 18:32Speaker 2: is slightly better. Cool, I'll take this instead, And that's
- 18:36Speaker 2: that's all they want. It is a very much easier
- 18:38Speaker 2: system and Path of exile. You don't know what's a
- 18:44Speaker 2: good actually an upgrade really because the stuff you find
- 18:49Speaker 2: more often than I isn't an upgrade. It's just cosmetically
- 18:52Speaker 2: different oftentimes with maybe a few differences like and well
- 18:58Speaker 2: maybe it has like one as like an extra charge
- 19:01Speaker 2: of bolts you can load or something, and another one
- 19:04Speaker 2: reloads faster for some reason, or one has more physical
- 19:08Speaker 2: damage power than elemental whatever. But the idea is that
- 19:12Speaker 2: like there is no upgrades, you have to craft the upgrades.
- 19:18Speaker 2: But the crafting system in Path of Exile is RNG
- 19:22Speaker 2: and it's basically you have to pray you get everything
- 19:25Speaker 2: done right or if you screw up start at the beginning,
- 19:29Speaker 2: and diablo you don't have to really work. Crafting is
- 19:32Speaker 2: a way to augment and kind of cater it to
- 19:35Speaker 2: your experience to what you want. It whereas opposed to
- 19:39Speaker 2: it actually being an upgrade, you can find the upgrades
- 19:42Speaker 2: out in the wild, and then you can craft to
- 19:44Speaker 2: modify that upgrade to more your taste. That's kind of
- 19:48Speaker 2: where they kind of lean towards, and that's where I'm like,
- 19:51Speaker 2: that's why I know I would like that one more
- 19:53Speaker 2: than I like Path of Exile. Now kind of situation.
- 19:58Speaker 2: It's just a long winded way of saying that Blizzard
- 20:01Speaker 2: just does the loot system better than than the company
- 20:05Speaker 2: that does I cannot remember the.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Company I have annoyed you, but the edited caveat all.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I know I'm gonna enjoy it more because I'm gonna
- 20:11Speaker 1: be playing with my friends. And again, I think that's
- 20:14Speaker 1: where every game comes down.
- 20:15Speaker 2: To patri exile because like you.
- 20:17Speaker 1: And I played, but it's just so much in it.
- 20:20Speaker 1: It's too overwhelming for a game where I want to chill.
- 20:22Speaker 1: In those games, I'm not there to be like at
- 20:25Speaker 1: the edge of my keyboard, you know those games. I'm
- 20:27Speaker 1: meant like, yeah, well, I.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Think I think the problem is is that the for
- 20:31Speaker 2: Path of Exile is it's not that I'm not going
- 20:33Speaker 2: to enjoy it more, enjoy it less because I'll be
- 20:35Speaker 2: playing Diablo with friends. It's because I could play Path
- 20:38Speaker 2: of Exile of friends too, because I do have pet
- 20:40Speaker 2: friends with paths of Exile that we could absolutely play together.
- 20:44Speaker 2: It's the thing is that in terms of the casualty
- 20:48Speaker 2: of it, or I shouldn't say casualty, because it's not
- 20:52Speaker 2: really a casual mechanic to have better, have a more
- 20:56Speaker 2: satisfying loot system, or more better or satisfying crafting loop
- 21:02Speaker 2: or whatever I mean to say. It's like it's I
- 21:08Speaker 2: feel like Diablo is gonna be It's gonna be more
- 21:12Speaker 2: fun just because it will scratch more that itch of
- 21:16Speaker 2: what you're of what I'm looking for of kind of
- 21:18Speaker 2: thing like I want to play an asymmetrical game where
- 21:22Speaker 2: you fight masses and months and monsters on screen, you
- 21:26Speaker 2: do crazy ship on screen, you have some fun with
- 21:29Speaker 2: some skills, you you know whatever, you enjoy some lore,
- 21:33Speaker 2: and you play it with some friends. Either game can
- 21:36Speaker 2: fill that quota, But I feel like in terms of
- 21:40Speaker 2: like what one would be more satisfying and more my speed,
- 21:47Speaker 2: I should say it would be more Diablo. Yeah, I
- 21:51Speaker 2: don't want to say casual because Diablo also it was
- 21:53Speaker 2: the other thing patha Exel doesn't have a difficulty setting,
- 21:58Speaker 2: but oh yeah, but Diablo does, so you can actually
- 22:01Speaker 2: choose the difficulty I deal with, and the higher difficulty,
- 22:04Speaker 2: the more reward you get.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And I know I think Diablo four does scale as
- 22:08Speaker 1: well with your friends, I don't.
- 22:09Speaker 2: I think it's one of those that's when both games
- 22:11Speaker 2: do the same, like I am. Functionally, they're the same,
- 22:14Speaker 2: but except for a few I guess, quality of I
- 22:18Speaker 2: guess quality of life things. Yeah, yeah, in both games
- 22:23Speaker 2: you can equally get the best possible gear. One just
- 22:26Speaker 2: to it take you longer because it's more RMG based,
- 22:28Speaker 2: but the other one is more a curated experience that
- 22:32Speaker 2: more leans you towards that ultimate you know, position, but
- 22:38Speaker 2: still gives you the choice of flavor you want.
- 22:43Speaker 1: You still have your customization to an extent. Yeah right,
- 22:47Speaker 1: but no, I'm I mean, I'm all for it again,
- 22:49Speaker 1: I'm I'm. I have two reasons I want to play it. One,
- 22:52Speaker 1: I heard it is better than three, and it's closer
- 22:54Speaker 1: to two. Closer. I'm not saying it is, unfortunately, But again,
- 22:58Speaker 1: I get to play with people I know and I
- 23:00Speaker 1: don't get to play with so it's something else I
- 23:02Speaker 1: can do, Like one of the days of the week,
- 23:04Speaker 1: which will be nice over summer or something, because summer
- 23:08Speaker 1: vacation's almost here. Oh, I can't believe.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Wait, and in case you're wondering why we sound weird,
- 23:15Speaker 2: once again, we are outside, yes, staring at our.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Neighbors, waiting for this cloud to just.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Going about their day. Yeah, hopefully not.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Getting right down.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Hopefully it's still going okay, good, just making sure that
- 23:30Speaker 2: was still.
- 23:31Speaker 1: We want to eat a burger for lunch. Holy crap.
- 23:34Speaker 2: I told our roommate we were gonna make him one too,
- 23:36Speaker 2: because we had an extra patty.
- 23:38Speaker 1: It was like an hour and a half ago because
- 23:39Speaker 1: we were doing other ship and then setting this.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Up and then like yeah, and it takes it takes
- 23:45Speaker 2: already like ten to twenty minutes going, and then with
- 23:49Speaker 2: this wind.
- 23:50Speaker 1: It's not gonna help it all. It's gonna be horrible.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I mean, it'll be fine, but it's gonna it'll be edible.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I just want I just want the fucking clouds in
- 23:57Speaker 1: that we won't poison ourselves.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Oh god, no, I don't think.
- 24:02Speaker 1: You shouldn't pretty good about not poisoning myself, usually to
- 24:07Speaker 1: some extense. Speaking of poisonings, I'm almost done in my kitchen.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm closing it up this week, which I'm fucking super
- 24:16Speaker 1: excited for. I was saying, I haven't plaised anybody else
- 24:20Speaker 1: try to go around the food route. You got that right? Also?
- 24:24Speaker 1: Uh yeah, so super excited. Summer is about to start,
- 24:27Speaker 1: so I'm gonna I'm starting to get my stream area
- 24:29Speaker 1: set up for upstairs on the game in PC. The
- 24:33Speaker 1: plan is to start streaming video game soon on Twitch.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So you'll find me a midnight smoke there. I think
- 24:38Speaker 1: it's midnight smoke one. I'm not sure you'll find me.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I look like that goofy dude that I look like. But yeah,
- 24:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna be jumping into a game that Aggie got me.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I haven't even started it up yet. I'm kind of
- 24:50Speaker 1: excited because he got it for me because it's kind
- 24:52Speaker 1: of Doom esque. Oh yeah, do you want to explain
- 24:55Speaker 1: the games? I haven't even I haven't installed. I'm waiting
- 24:58Speaker 1: for this.
- 24:59Speaker 2: There's not really much exp nation behind needed besides the
- 25:02Speaker 2: fact that it is a Warhammer game, but it is
- 25:06Speaker 2: their bolt gun game. Anyone familiar with that. It is
- 25:11Speaker 2: basically just kind of like a Wolfenstein Doom mic, but
- 25:17Speaker 2: Warhammer and exactly that. I haven't beaten it myself. I
- 25:22Speaker 2: just happened to see it it was on sale, I
- 25:24Speaker 2: grabbed it, played it, and my first thought was, oh
- 25:27Speaker 2: my god, Stevie would absolutely love this. I have to
- 25:30Speaker 2: get it for him, and I did, and so so
- 25:35Speaker 2: look forward to that because I know I will, because
- 25:37Speaker 2: I know I was having a difficult time. But then again,
- 25:43Speaker 2: that kind of game is not my style game usually, right,
- 25:47Speaker 2: like I've played had I played it those types of
- 25:50Speaker 2: games before, but I wouldn't say I was any good
- 25:54Speaker 2: at them, That's fair.
- 25:56Speaker 1: I mean again, I grew up with DAWs before Windows
- 26:00Speaker 1: and Ship, so Doom was there, and I played those
- 26:02Speaker 1: that was all just keyboard, no mouth, so like it
- 26:04Speaker 1: was just straight up keyboards. It was just dots, just
- 26:06Speaker 1: type and ship. And then throughout the years, obviously it
- 26:09Speaker 1: got a little bit better with the mouse and keyboard.
- 26:11Speaker 1: But yeah, because that one is mousing keyboard, isn't that Yeah,
- 26:14Speaker 1: you're gonna aim up and down right now? Right, Yeah,
- 26:17Speaker 1: so yeah, it'll be more call of duty type and
- 26:20Speaker 1: stuff and whatnot. But with the it looks like the
- 26:23Speaker 1: graphic intensity of doing and the.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Too, it'd be like back in the day when we
- 26:29Speaker 2: played Doom with a Call of Duty mod on it
- 26:33Speaker 2: out of New Doom, which is hilarious. That was the
- 26:37Speaker 2: craziest one ever because it it just didn't feel fair
- 26:41Speaker 2: modern warfare.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I think they were just beefed up the skins of
- 26:45Speaker 1: wet damage or something they must have, because the Desert
- 26:48Speaker 1: Eagle was just like capping stuff.
- 26:50Speaker 2: We were going through and like clearing rooms like it
- 26:53Speaker 2: was crazy.
- 26:55Speaker 1: It was so much money. Multiplayer rooms like you got
- 26:58Speaker 1: the Call of Duty guys, I know, which was really fun.
- 27:02Speaker 1: It's so good. I'd still get back into that in
- 27:06Speaker 1: the instant. I really would, but I I took a
- 27:11Speaker 1: hiatus from Call of Duty for a long time, and
- 27:14Speaker 1: so good about it I was. And then depression started
- 27:17Speaker 1: getting the best of me, and my anger was getting
- 27:19Speaker 1: the best of me. So I needed a different outlet.
- 27:22Speaker 1: So I installed Warzone. Again. I'm not paying for anything
- 27:26Speaker 1: because I'm not giving them money. Fuck that. So I
- 27:29Speaker 1: installed war Zone. I'm playing a fuck ton of it
- 27:31Speaker 1: and I've been having such a ball and I don't
- 27:34Speaker 1: give a fuck. I don't care. It's great. I'm having
- 27:37Speaker 1: so much fun. And I started to record a couple
- 27:39Speaker 1: of things, realizing that I had over ninety gigs of
- 27:44Speaker 1: videos of Call of Duty stuff and other clips that
- 27:47Speaker 1: I recorded never dine anything with.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Oh geez.
- 27:49Speaker 1: So if you happen to be on YouTube when you
- 27:52Speaker 1: look up Midnight Smoke and you find me on there,
- 27:54Speaker 1: I started posting shit from last year this last week, like,
- 27:57Speaker 1: I've been posting a video a day, practically, hunt there,
- 28:00Speaker 1: just just to get it the fuck off my hard drive,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and so it's somewhere else, so I'm just like fuck it.
- 28:05Speaker 1: So if you're just bored and want to see me
- 28:07Speaker 1: play Call of Duty from a year ago and ship
- 28:10Speaker 1: up until whatever else I'm playing. There is a VR
- 28:13Speaker 1: game I just posted to I think two days ago,
- 28:15Speaker 1: Mother Forge Gunship. It's a VR game uh and Ape.
- 28:20Speaker 1: It was one of the developers on that, same as
- 28:22Speaker 1: Burgle UH supply company. H fucking that was a fucking
- 28:27Speaker 1: fun bait. I love that game.
- 28:28Speaker 2: That Yeah, tons of fun. Really, I wish VRS didn't
- 28:33Speaker 2: make me so noxious.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I know, I know, you know we're gonna get to
- 28:36Speaker 1: a point where it won't bother you.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Yeah, No, it just needs I think I think it's
- 28:41Speaker 2: it's the equipment needs to just be there to get
- 28:44Speaker 2: adjusted because I know it's fun. I've worn it before
- 28:48Speaker 2: with better equipment on my face and been okay for
- 28:50Speaker 2: a lot longer. Just one day it just hit me
- 28:53Speaker 2: and I just couldn't do it no more.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Make me it might be an age thing too, like
- 28:57Speaker 1: I would I never had vertigo before I get up
- 28:59Speaker 1: like five ten. I started getting dizzy or even thinking
- 29:01Speaker 1: about it, and I'm like, what you know? Yeah, so
- 29:04Speaker 1: it's like fucked up. But yeah, So I was playing
- 29:08Speaker 1: that for a bit, and then I jumped on to
- 29:10Speaker 1: Battlefield six because it's been a while since I jumped
- 29:12Speaker 1: into that for a while, and head it installed and
- 29:15Speaker 1: they have they have their own battleground called Red Sec
- 29:18Speaker 1: where you jump in with your squad or whatever, and
- 29:20Speaker 1: you all you have your whatever, you're assigned duties and
- 29:23Speaker 1: you have to go do shit. I love Battle Royal games,
- 29:27Speaker 1: but I hate that you have to be squatted up
- 29:29Speaker 1: with people because I'm I don't like being in a
- 29:32Speaker 1: squad with people I don't fucking know. Like if it
- 29:34Speaker 1: was my friends, if you were playing, or or one
- 29:37Speaker 1: of my other military bodies were playing with me, or
- 29:38Speaker 1: some shit or Aaron, I'd be like, yeah, let's fucking
- 29:41Speaker 1: do this shit. Let's squad up, but no, I want
- 29:43Speaker 1: to stole those options all the fucking time. And Battlefield
- 29:46Speaker 1: six did it last week and it was one of
- 29:50Speaker 1: the best experiences in a bettle royale I had. And
- 29:52Speaker 1: I wasn't doing good. I was just like, I mean,
- 29:55Speaker 1: I was doing okay. I did better than not I had.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I had a plus kate, but like not by much.
- 30:01Speaker 1: But it was so much fucking fun, dude, because it's
- 30:04Speaker 1: so much more realistic and you still get your second
- 30:06Speaker 1: chance if you get capped or whatever, you still get
- 30:09Speaker 1: an extra like infills, they'll de you'll get dropped somewhere. Yeah. Yeah,
- 30:12Speaker 1: he's gonna get the Cole's done so we can get
- 30:15Speaker 1: these burgers cooked. Thank god, this is the last clown
- 30:19Speaker 1: I think coming over. I know, watch you hit like
- 30:21Speaker 1: two drops and in this league.
- 30:23Speaker 2: I thought I heard thunder like.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Shit, motherfucker else hoping it's just a truck. But yeah,
- 30:30Speaker 1: So this has been nice. The Red Sex been an
- 30:32Speaker 1: amazing game for me personally, and I went to play
- 30:35Speaker 1: this week after work and they got rid of it
- 30:37Speaker 1: because they fucking are cocksuckers. I'm just gonna straight up
- 30:40Speaker 1: and say it, fuck them assholes. But I guess it
- 30:43Speaker 1: was such an outcry that they're like it's returning on
- 30:46Speaker 1: Tuesday with they're next up there. They're like, nobody's coming
- 30:49Speaker 1: back because there's so many people in there. I mean,
- 30:51Speaker 1: it was I was getting done with a match, like,
- 30:54Speaker 1: no joke, I jump into a match, I do however
- 30:58Speaker 1: good or bad I would do, and then I queue
- 31:02Speaker 1: up again and I'd be in an unner match within
- 31:04Speaker 1: fifteen to thirty seconds. It was insane. It was so fast,
- 31:08Speaker 1: and the maps are giant, but they are good enough
- 31:11Speaker 1: for what they're doing, you know, So it's like all right,
- 31:14Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm gonna hopefully start recording some of that
- 31:17Speaker 1: stuff too. I think I started getting clips through one
- 31:20Speaker 1: of my programs, so at the very least I might
- 31:22Speaker 1: throw some shorts up and things. Uh, but yeah, I'm
- 31:25Speaker 1: gonna get back into streaming and stuff. So I'm getting
- 31:27Speaker 1: like all my shit ready right now. I got that ready,
- 31:30Speaker 1: I got Battlefield ready, I got that game, the bolt
- 31:33Speaker 1: Gun game that all he was talking about for Warmammer
- 31:36Speaker 1: ready queued up, and just working on my setup right
- 31:39Speaker 1: now more than anything, Like I'm getting to clean up
- 31:42Speaker 1: my computer a little bit more because I was doing
- 31:44Speaker 1: editing on it so it's like bogged down with crap,
- 31:46Speaker 1: and I think this year I'm actually gonna stream with
- 31:51Speaker 1: a camera on. Maybe we'll see how that works. If
- 31:54Speaker 1: I get it looking nice in intern shit enough to
- 31:57Speaker 1: do it, I will, We'll see it. But yeah, the
- 32:01Speaker 1: summer vacations about the start. So I plan on being
- 32:03Speaker 1: on that system a lot, and if I'm not up
- 32:06Speaker 1: there a lot, my plan is to be down here
- 32:08Speaker 1: a lot, especially on the nice days either trying to
- 32:12Speaker 1: do what I can to improve the studio, the lighting,
- 32:14Speaker 1: the sound, and they're even more definitely creating some of
- 32:17Speaker 1: our content this summer, hopefully with another other podcasters have
- 32:23Speaker 1: a couple of ideas. I want to do some things
- 32:24Speaker 1: with one. We started and we have to continue. This
- 32:28Speaker 1: has been hard because school took over for both our families,
- 32:32Speaker 1: and the other one is like works, it's been hard summer.
- 32:37Speaker 1: You're gonna take a walk away. Yeah you're feeling good. Yeah?
- 32:42Speaker 1: Those are Buddy merv. You might have seen him or
- 32:44Speaker 1: heard him on our show previously. He's the purring sound
- 32:47Speaker 1: you hear next to Augie when we do the videos. Yeah,
- 32:53Speaker 1: I'm trying to think men other than now. I'm just
- 32:55Speaker 1: ready to stream and shit. All he's got the burgers
- 32:57Speaker 1: down on the grill. They're starting to cook. Hell, yeah,
- 33:03Speaker 1: this is gonna be awesome. I'm excited. I love deals. Man.
- 33:07Speaker 1: We were speaking earlier too. It was like it sucks
- 33:09Speaker 1: sometimes because like it gets so windy where we're at
- 33:12Speaker 1: that we can't even come outside two grill, like we've tried,
- 33:14Speaker 1: and it's like, no, it's it's not gonna be useful
- 33:17Speaker 1: at all. And I really want to get a George Foreman.
- 33:20Speaker 1: You need some good running around here, dude. That was
- 33:23Speaker 1: entertaining to watch and tried to I was gonna come,
- 33:25Speaker 1: I was gonna do play.
- 33:26Speaker 2: I was gonna see how honestly, I wanted to see
- 33:28Speaker 2: how long it would take you for the run out.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Of this day.
- 33:31Speaker 2: I sounded like you're about to wrap up a couple
- 33:34Speaker 2: of times.
- 33:35Speaker 1: I was thinking about that. I don't know, like we
- 33:37Speaker 1: could take a break. I'm like, why are we taking
- 33:38Speaker 1: a break? We're outside, this is a break. It's not
- 33:41Speaker 1: like we're taking a break to smoke or drink or
- 33:43Speaker 1: some shit. So we don't really get a break, right,
- 33:46Speaker 1: guess not? No, all, Gi, there are no breaks in life, No,
- 33:50Speaker 1: there are. There are take fucking breaks don't go by
- 33:52Speaker 1: that ship. You'll kill yourself young. It's not worth it.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Fucking take breaks. You're PSA. Alright, So we hit up
- 34:00Speaker 1: the Zenco, which was fucking amazing. Thank you again, Peace
- 34:03Speaker 1: Love and Bud If you are anywhere in the western
- 34:05Speaker 1: New York era area, hit up Peace Love and Bud
- 34:09Speaker 1: on self Transit Road at Lockpart, New York. Like no joke.
- 34:12Speaker 1: They are very educated, very fun, and they have practically
- 34:15Speaker 1: anything you can want on the legal recreational marijuana side.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I don't know why I said legal, but I don't
- 34:23Speaker 1: like just say you fuckers know.
- 34:29Speaker 4: Shit.
- 34:37Speaker 1: I guess oh no, uh yeah, yeah. So we hit
- 34:41Speaker 1: the zen Goo, which was amazing. We were just previously
- 34:45Speaker 1: previously I cannot speak man, previously smoking a blunt that
- 34:49Speaker 1: we had from our flower from wheed Stock over at
- 34:53Speaker 1: the reservation here near us as well. They are also amazing.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Go there by all the weed. It's really awesome and cheap.
- 35:00Speaker 1: So did you want to move on to our third option? Sure?
- 35:05Speaker 1: Third option?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Wait, there's options? But is it an option if we're
- 35:10Speaker 2: doing all of them?
- 35:11Speaker 1: I mean in the order, I mean this is the.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Last the option?
- 35:17Speaker 4: Is the order?
- 35:20Speaker 1: Cool?
- 35:25Speaker 2: Exactly what we got we've got a cheech and chongs
- 35:31Speaker 2: Dave or d A V E. Because it's all uh
- 35:37Speaker 2: got punctuation between them. I don't know it stands for
- 35:44Speaker 2: Dave's awesome vaked extract. I don't think I didn't know
- 35:48Speaker 2: what said for something it does that's awesome. So it's
- 35:52Speaker 2: just a thread sour jack. It's just a tiva.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Oh fuck, yeah, I guess if it's a o jake.
- 36:01Speaker 1: So this looks probably get us. We'll find out.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Sounds familiar, right right.
- 36:08Speaker 1: I'm excited them freaking grills working in the clouds evening.
- 36:14Speaker 1: She's sons and to come back out. We're gonna be
- 36:16Speaker 1: finding for a few minutes.
- 36:19Speaker 2: Yeah maybe, yeah, sure.
- 36:22Speaker 1: I don't know. It's coming from like the Northish.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Yeah, that's kind of blue over there. But the clouds
- 36:27Speaker 2: that are coming from behind us.
- 36:31Speaker 1: That we are in such a weird wind tunnel today. Yeah,
- 36:36Speaker 1: it's strange.
- 36:37Speaker 2: It's an interesting weather patterns. We're having an interesting day
- 36:42Speaker 2: to choose to also do this.
- 36:44Speaker 1: But you know, we didn't want to do any work
- 36:46Speaker 1: this weekend, that's true. So yeah, again this is done
- 36:48Speaker 1: on Friday because Aaron's busy doing stuff this weekend. We
- 36:51Speaker 1: didn't want to bother him, make him think harder than
- 36:53Speaker 1: he had to, and we wanted to get it done
- 36:56Speaker 1: so we could fuck off all weekend and play video games.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Like no joke, that's my plan. I think it's just
- 37:03Speaker 1: just fuck off at play video games. Maybe come my
- 37:06Speaker 1: hard works o CD and ship.
- 37:11Speaker 2: For the record, I did wash my hands.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I know, I know. I trusted you. I
- 37:17Speaker 1: saw you. I saw you like.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Raw beef and then start vaping starting, yeah, start vaing,
- 37:27Speaker 2: start touching.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Stuff and starts his friend's mouths.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Sour jack sell.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Oh shit, that's good. All right, I need that one,
- 37:35Speaker 1: I think for right now. It's sticking to me. It's
- 37:39Speaker 1: sticking good good. Yeah, No, that's nice. So any like
- 37:47Speaker 1: games you are looking forward to playing at all, like
- 37:51Speaker 1: soon that we really haven't had to or want.
- 37:53Speaker 2: To mm hmm. I mean there's the new Hammer game,
- 38:00Speaker 2: Donna War four coming out.
- 38:03Speaker 5: But.
- 38:05Speaker 2: It's hard to get hyped about new like I don't
- 38:10Speaker 2: want to say triple A games, because what's a triple
- 38:12Speaker 2: A game nowadays? Like that that fucking title has been
- 38:15Speaker 2: so askewed that it doesn't mean anything anymore. It's meaningless.
- 38:21Speaker 2: But yeah, I just I'm looking forward to just getting
- 38:26Speaker 2: through the rest of my library, I would have got
- 38:29Speaker 2: There are so many games that yeah, I've got like
- 38:32Speaker 2: dozens of hours at least logged into most of them, right,
- 38:36Speaker 2: but you'd be surprised how many are them still technically
- 38:39Speaker 2: unfinished well never never completed or completed, but still more
- 38:46Speaker 2: shit to do or you know, or worth another checkout
- 38:50Speaker 2: at least.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I just never.
- 38:53Speaker 2: I'm trying not to go for more games now. I'm
- 38:56Speaker 2: trying to at least get through the ones I already got.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Which one are you looking for that you have, because
- 39:00Speaker 1: that was gonna go for one we already have was
- 39:02Speaker 1: Rocket League. I'm actually looking forward to getting back into
- 39:04Speaker 1: that a little bit. It's been a while and we
- 39:06Speaker 1: always seem to have fun to play as long as
- 39:09Speaker 1: it's not against people.
- 39:10Speaker 2: I keep wanting to get back into The Ascent, which
- 39:12Speaker 2: was which was another asymmetrical game, but it was like Cyberpunky.
- 39:18Speaker 2: It was a game that I had a long time ago.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Overhead one.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Yeah yeah I haven't yeah yeah yeah, And I'm like
- 39:27Speaker 2: I wanted to. I wanted to finish it. I wanted
- 39:29Speaker 2: to play, actually play it because it was kind of
- 39:32Speaker 2: interesting to me. But I just like so many other
- 39:36Speaker 2: things keep catching my attention, and now with the thought
- 39:39Speaker 2: of Diablo for and stuff, yeah, I'm like, that's the
- 39:41Speaker 2: only other game I'm thinking of that, I'm like, I'm
- 39:43Speaker 2: gonna get and then after that, that's pretty much I
- 39:45Speaker 2: think it for a while. There's so many games that
- 39:49Speaker 2: we haven't quite finished yet that we need to get
- 39:52Speaker 2: back to, and.
- 39:54Speaker 1: I'm one hundred there with you, Like, there's so many.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Games there that have no finish that are still fun
- 40:00Speaker 2: to come back to constantly, like CIVILICID five and stuff
- 40:03Speaker 2: like that. We just it has a finished technically, like
- 40:06Speaker 2: it's a board there's a win condition, but then you
- 40:09Speaker 2: just play again.
- 40:10Speaker 1: Oh my god. If you guys just want to hang
- 40:12Speaker 1: out with us and watch us play a fucking board game,
- 40:15Speaker 1: come to the b F y t W Lounge on Discord.
- 40:18Speaker 1: You get it added as one of the perks of
- 40:21Speaker 1: being Patreon. It's the five dollars, that's all. It's like,
- 40:24Speaker 1: here we have, but you get to go hang out
- 40:26Speaker 1: with us. We are. We've been playing it like all morning,
- 40:29Speaker 1: and it's been so much fun. I love this game.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I'm not into rds' is anymore, and I love this
- 40:34Speaker 1: stupid thing. It's so much fun. It's not really an RTS.
- 40:37Speaker 1: That's why it's more.
- 40:38Speaker 2: It's again, it's more like a board game.
- 40:40Speaker 1: It is. I know, I get it into the ball
- 40:51Speaker 1: and that's why there's an extra one just in case.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah, perfect, I am the flipping king. Can you
- 41:03Speaker 1: come up with a burger pun for these burgers? I
- 41:07Speaker 1: like Bob Burger? Yeah, we got Bob's Burgers. Is uh,
- 41:12Speaker 1: we have the fucking cookbook. We got the Bob's Burgers cookbook.
- 41:15Speaker 1: We need to look at that thing in we gotta
- 41:17Speaker 1: do some ship Oh fucking flame flamed burgers.
- 41:25Speaker 2: I love using the charcoal grill. I hate that I
- 41:28Speaker 2: have to take a shower every time I use it.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the only downside. It clings to you with
- 41:32Speaker 1: a like it really does. It clings to every part
- 41:35Speaker 1: of you. Yeah it sucks. Yeah, yep, that's all I
- 41:39Speaker 1: can smell too. I'm not really in front of it either.
- 41:42Speaker 2: I mean I was playing on taking one tonight anyways.
- 41:45Speaker 2: But still uh but yeah, morseisive like it's Friday.
- 41:51Speaker 1: This is awesome.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, and it's a it's a work weekend, but
- 41:55Speaker 2: you know it always is, uh good time to get
- 41:58Speaker 2: back to I really do enjoy it.
- 42:01Speaker 1: What's up?
- 42:04Speaker 2: I was trying to think of a burger pun and
- 42:06Speaker 2: you got me thinking about Bob's Burgers, And yeah, like
- 42:13Speaker 2: so of all the like cartoons, like I would say,
- 42:17Speaker 2: americanized cartoons out there, which one? Which one do you
- 42:22Speaker 2: actually like? And would definitely go back and watch again
- 42:26Speaker 2: because like I personally do like Bob's Burgers. One, I
- 42:29Speaker 2: like Burgers, and two I think it actually is kind
- 42:31Speaker 2: of genuinely funny.
- 42:32Speaker 1: It has fun.
- 42:34Speaker 2: It has all the fun. It has all like the
- 42:36Speaker 2: funny like family comedy of family Guy, but none of
- 42:39Speaker 2: the like the stupid slash stick and like shot comedy.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fair. I mean what I would like to
- 42:50Speaker 1: do almost on the same basis of Bob's Burgers that
- 42:54Speaker 1: you brought that up and got me thinking right away
- 42:55Speaker 1: of Archer. Oh how good?
- 42:58Speaker 2: Just the same voice actor care.
- 43:01Speaker 1: Like almost all. Yeah, and I like it. I like
- 43:03Speaker 1: it because it is very dialogue heavy. It's not the
- 43:07Speaker 1: art style, you know, it's not I mean, the stories
- 43:09Speaker 1: are okay, they're not great, it's not very you know,
- 43:13Speaker 1: it's it's the writing of the dialogue is what gets me.
- 43:16Speaker 1: And it always has, like even in the nineties. That's
- 43:19Speaker 1: what got me on the Clerks so early on and Ship,
- 43:22Speaker 1: so I was like, yeah, I love this. I love
- 43:25Speaker 1: the dialogue. So I would have to go Archer because
- 43:27Speaker 1: I really would like to go through and watch that. Again.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Speaking of watching Ship, do you want to tell them
- 43:32Speaker 1: what we've been watching? But we watched and I think
- 43:35Speaker 1: we're caught up on this.
- 43:36Speaker 2: We watched the high faction one piece that was fuck
- 43:40Speaker 2: so get this Ship.
- 43:42Speaker 1: So yeah, I wasn't an anime not hard as a kid,
- 43:45Speaker 1: but more as an adult. Funny enough, but we would
- 43:50Speaker 1: go to anime convention stuff. I started watching myself, like
- 43:52Speaker 1: Eno Yasha and Ship. It was great, you know, Death Note,
- 43:55Speaker 1: love It, all that stuff, and I got recommended one
- 43:58Speaker 1: piece a lot back then, and I was I was like, no,
- 44:00Speaker 1: you know what, I got enough to watch. There's so
- 44:02Speaker 1: many of everything right now and I don't need this.
- 44:05Speaker 1: And the art style definitely turned me off because I
- 44:07Speaker 1: was older, you know whatever. So Hougy's like, yeah, let's
- 44:13Speaker 1: watch this. We got done the streaming thing, we'll check
- 44:15Speaker 1: it out or whatever. And I'm like, yeah, fuck it,
- 44:17Speaker 1: let's check it out. And he says it's going to
- 44:18Speaker 1: condense a lot of stuff to you, because apparently One
- 44:21Speaker 1: Piece has like over a thousand freaking episodes.
- 44:23Speaker 2: It's something crazy.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Even though they were like twenty something minutes, it's still
- 44:26Speaker 1: a lot of episodes. I don't care. So we started
- 44:31Speaker 1: watching the live action One Piece, and I actually like
- 44:34Speaker 1: almost every single character in this show. And the writing's
- 44:38Speaker 1: done very, very well, and from what you say, it's
- 44:41Speaker 1: pretty accurate to the manga and or the anime. Correct. Yeah, yeah,
- 44:46Speaker 1: So I'm like all in for its. We've just been binging.
- 44:48Speaker 1: It's starting to sprinkle it is, and I'm like, oh
- 44:51Speaker 1: my god, what's gonna happen?
- 44:54Speaker 2: Sounds thunder and sprinkle.
- 44:56Speaker 1: It's time we should to go to a break. We're
- 45:00Speaker 1: gonna take a break, guys. We'll possibly be back or
- 45:03Speaker 1: there's gonna be a short ass fucking episode. I am
- 45:06Speaker 1: not one hundred percent sure yet.
- 45:07Speaker 2: We'll find out.
- 45:08Speaker 4: Yeah, hey, may ask me, Kevin Smith.
- 45:20Speaker 6: Everybody knows at the root of any good relationship, any
- 45:23Speaker 6: relationship worth anything, is the only thing that matters between
- 45:27Speaker 6: two people. And I'm talking about television.
- 45:29Speaker 4: That's right.
- 45:30Speaker 6: That's why you should listen to Married with Television Manage,
- 45:33Speaker 6: a podcast by my friends Shannon and Jamie.
- 45:35Speaker 4: I call it caddies.
- 45:36Speaker 6: About movies and TV that they have loved for decades. Man,
- 45:40Speaker 6: you listen at Married with tv dot com or anywhere
- 45:45Speaker 6: you get your podcasts. They are proud members of the
- 45:48Speaker 6: odd Pods media network. Man Married with Television.
- 45:51Speaker 5: Hey, if you're in the western New York area and
- 45:54Speaker 5: you are a fan of the Green, head on over
- 45:57Speaker 5: to Peace, Love and Bud at three twenty self trans
- 46:00Speaker 5: that road in Lockport, New York. Tell him b F
- 46:02Speaker 5: y t W A sentia able to hook you up.
- 46:15Speaker 1: So as you can tell, we had to move inside
- 46:17Speaker 1: from the weather because apparently it's hailing. It's hailing out
- 46:22Speaker 1: what with sun a little bit ago? Okay, well that's
- 46:28Speaker 1: that kind of day. But mission accomplished. He made burger
- 46:35Speaker 1: as far as how we can eat and as far
- 46:38Speaker 1: with hail cubes, the hail seasoning. Hey, yeah, so thanks
- 46:46Speaker 1: for hanging with us. And yeah, the smoke session with
- 46:49Speaker 1: us while we go outside for a little.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Bit obviously a little different, uh, something we don't usually do.
- 46:56Speaker 2: I did it just because Aaron wasn't here.
- 47:00Speaker 1: He couldn't tell us no, Look, who's gonna see.
- 47:05Speaker 2: Ship now you know that Aaron brings structure because without him,
- 47:10Speaker 2: this is the kind of crazy shash ship we get
- 47:13Speaker 2: up to sometimes. Yep, this dumb ass ideas like hey,
- 47:16Speaker 2: let's go let's go grill burgers in hal So if
- 47:21Speaker 2: you have a problem with it, you can write to
- 47:23Speaker 2: Erin for not me, send all your complaints to the
- 47:29Speaker 2: mail bag to Aaron that when he's not here, we
- 47:37Speaker 2: are just too much.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Yeah, we can't be trusted. Oh my gosh, that's a
- 47:42Speaker 1: good storm. This is gonna be awesome. Wow, right, holy crap.
- 47:49Speaker 1: But yeah, I think i'm very, very successfully inebriated. Yeah,
- 47:56Speaker 1: so I'd like to say thank you Aggie for allowing
- 47:58Speaker 1: me to get very high while you cooked lunch for us.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Yeah, also getting high, Yes, exactly.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Plan on a lot more randomness coming in the Week's
- 48:11Speaker 1: definitely the month or two to come because I have
- 48:14Speaker 1: free time. So yeah, look for all of our randomness
- 48:18Speaker 1: on bfy t W. Obviously the YouTube is on there.
- 48:22Speaker 1: We're gonna find most of this stuff. But hit up
- 48:25Speaker 1: my twitch. I'm gonna be there, And if you're part
- 48:27Speaker 1: of Patreon, come and hang out with us in the
- 48:29Speaker 1: Discord lounge. We just hang out and play video games
- 48:32Speaker 1: and just chat. It's nice, it's fun. I'll use in
- 48:34Speaker 1: there all the fucking time. He's got nothing better to do.
- 48:38Speaker 1: He calls him to work and just chisen the lounge.
- 48:41Speaker 4: Stop doing that.
- 48:43Speaker 2: I do not think I ever called in sick, Like
- 48:50Speaker 2: twice I was sick.
- 48:53Speaker 1: We wouldn't let him leave the house. Any closing thoughts, uh,
- 49:01Speaker 1: p s.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Don't don't grill burgers and hell.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Don't do it. It's kind of counterproductive.
- 49:11Speaker 2: Yeah, fire and ice stomachs.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Yeah, you think it would. That's why that book was terrible. Tract.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Oh the fucking what's your nuts with the bow?

- 49:34Speaker 1: I know it was a short episode and there were
- 49:36Speaker 1: no games. Well, the game was to see if we
- 49:38Speaker 1: could grill burgers and hall apparently, and we succeeded, so
- 49:42Speaker 1: we won. Yay, see we won the game. Good y'all, dude,
- 49:48Speaker 1: we kick guys all right, we we're gonna get out
