- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump,
- 0:09there's no doubt in my mind that there's an active
- 0:12cover up underway. And when you hear stories from people
- 0:15like Marjorie Taylor Green, who was writing Shotgun with Trump
- 0:19for all these years, and how Trump just absolutely turned
- 0:22on people like her over the Epstein files and over
- 0:26her support of transparency, I think it's a very very
- 0:30bad look for Donald Trump. And I think it really
- 0:32illuminates the issue at hand that Donald Trump is overseeing
- 0:37a cover up as we speak, and I think that's
- 0:40where the focus should be. I know everybody wants to
- 0:43talk about the salacious allegations, right of course, But do
- 0:48you think that it's more likely that you're going to
- 0:50hold these people accountable for that or for this cover up?
- 0:55We have to deal in reality, right. There's what we
- 0:58want to happen, and then there's what's likely to happen.
- 1:04So I prefer to deal in reality. And I think
- 1:06that if you want accountability when it comes to the
- 1:09institutions and government officials, then you'd be focusing on the
- 1:13cover up. Because if we can expose that it's going
- 1:17to expose everything, right, the mask will fully be off.
- 1:19And once that happened and people had a real look
- 1:22at what was really going on and who allowed it
- 1:25to happen, and not only in this administration, but going
- 1:28all the way back to the very beginning, every single
- 1:31person that played a part, especially those that were in government,
- 1:35they need to be held accountable. You want to talk
- 1:38about corruption, you want to talk about fraud, you want
- 1:41to talk about engaging in rico like behavior, Well, all
- 1:45these people that were around Epstein and protecting them, that's
- 1:48what they were doing. And then when you add to
- 1:50that the fact that people like Marjorie Taylor Green have
- 1:52come out and said that Trump himself was trying to
- 1:55stop these files from coming out all because they were
- 1:58going to embarrass some of it as friends, that's obstruction,
- 2:03and that, my friends, is surefire evidence of a cover up.
- 2:08Today's article is from the ib Times and the headline
- 2:11Trump flat out toll pound Bondi to withhold Epstein files
- 2:15to protect mar Lago friends. MTG claims this article was
- 2:20authored by Christelle Mae. The Pizza, a fresh allegation from
- 2:24Marjorie Taylor Green has reignited scrutiny over the handling of
- 2:28the Jeffrey Epstein case, with claims that President Trump personally
- 2:32intervened to block the release of sensitive files. Can we
- 2:37get a special council? Please? Can we have somebody that's
- 2:41independent take a look at all these allegations and all
- 2:44these claims and put it together and make a case. Enough, already,
- 2:50these are serious allegations being made by somebody who used
- 2:53to be a congresswoman. I would think that those allegations
- 2:56would be looked at. The claim surf during a broadcast
- 3:01interview and has rapidly circulated online, raising questions about transparency,
- 3:05political influence, and the extent of undisclosed material tied to
- 3:10the late financier Jeffrey Epstein. Well, there's a ton more
- 3:14information that we don't know, and they've already said that
- 3:17they have what three million more pages of documents, but
- 3:20they're all duplicative and they might not, you know, have
- 3:23anything to do with Epstein until they do. And that's
- 3:29part of the cover up as well. And I've never
- 3:31seen an administration so brazenly ignore the law. It is unbelievable.
- 3:37And there's people out there cheering it on Unfortunately for them,
- 3:40when the other quote unquote side wins the election, all
- 3:44that joy is going to turn to ash in their
- 3:46mouth because the other side is going to do the
- 3:48same thing. Green alleged that Trump directly instructed former Florida
- 3:51Attorney General Pambondi not to release documents related to Epstein,
- 3:55citing concerns that people are going to get hurt. The remarks,
- 4:00and sheiated, could have far reaching implications for ongoing public
- 4:03demands for accountability in one of the most scrutinized criminal
- 4:07cases in recent US history, and it should. This is
- 4:12something we all know. The problem is can we prove it?
- 4:17And I think that with Marjorie Taylor Green coming out
- 4:19and saying this, that's a big step. And I think
- 4:23that if I was an investigator trying to build the case,
- 4:26I'd certainly want to talk to Marjorie Taylor Green. And
- 4:29I think the record reflects all of this. We know
- 4:32that Donald Trump was trying to bully people into not
- 4:36supporting the Transparency Act. Look what he did with Lauren Bobert.
- 4:40I mean, look at what happened with Marjorie Taylor Green,
- 4:42and look at Donald Trump's overall crash out when it
- 4:45comes to Epstein. Does that look like the actions of
- 4:48an innocent man? To you? Does that look like a
- 4:50man with nothing to hide, a man that has nothing
- 4:53to hide, a man that fears nothing in those files?
- 4:57Is going to release them and be the hero like
- 4:59he said he was going to be, but instead he'd
- 5:01rather burn political capital and protect people that were adjacent
- 5:06and co conspirators to Jeffrey Epstein. So ask yourself why
- 5:12it's not a big mystery. He's not doing it out
- 5:15of the kindness of his heart. He's doing it out
- 5:17of self preservation. But in doing so, he's caused himself
- 5:21a bigger problem, and that problem is the cover up.
- 5:25Speaking in an interview with the program hosted by Shannon Joy,
- 5:28Green stated that Trump flat out told Bondy to withhold
- 5:31the Epstein files. That's against the law, that's substruction, and
- 5:36that's the kind of thing that could send Donald Trump
- 5:38to jail. I mean, if we're being real, if we're
- 5:41in a real country with real justice. But the problem
- 5:44is it's not salacious enough for people. And make no mistake,
- 5:48a lot of people out there that are running their
- 5:49fat yap. It's all about engagement for them. It's all
- 5:53about driving that engagement, saying crazy bizarre shit and driving
- 5:57engagement the Candice Owen's playbook. And there's plenty of people
- 6:01on the left that do the same thing, especially when
- 6:03it comes to this topic. You have the crass and tines,
- 6:08you know, the mightist people. They don't know they're talking about.
- 6:11When it comes to Epstein, they just knew that it
- 6:13was driving engagement, so they jumped on board. But the
- 6:17truth is, anybody who understands what's going on here knows
- 6:20that if you want real justice and you want people
- 6:22to be held accountable, there's literally only one path available,
- 6:26and that path is uncovering and untangling this cover up.
- 6:31She further claimed that Trump privately acknowledged the potential fallout
- 6:34of disclosure, saying, my friends will get hurt. People at
- 6:37mar A Lago, they're going to get hurt. Not a
- 6:40word about the survivors getting hurt, not a word about
- 6:43the rest of us being screwed. But as long as
- 6:46his friends at Mara Lago are taking care of that's
- 6:48all that matters, right, I mean, you got to make
- 6:50sure that the people that are paying the bills are
- 6:52taking care of And if Trump is good at doing anything.
- 6:55It's that the interview publicly accessible via a livestream mark archive,
- 7:00where Green also asserted that Trump discouraged broader internal discussion
- 7:04about releasing documents tied to Epstein's network. In a separate
- 7:08clip shared on social media, Green alleged that Trump was
- 7:11blocking everybody and communicated similar warnings to senior Republican figures,
- 7:16including how Speaker Mike Johnson. I'm guessing to James Colmer too,
- 7:21because James Comer has been dancing too Trump's tune. Has
- 7:25this dude even been at a step once? He's done
- 7:28everything that Trump wanted? And I still can't shake the
- 7:32feeling that the White House had something to do with
- 7:35the fact that nobody from the GOP went to speak
- 7:38to Wexner. That was a message, and believe me, it
- 7:43was received at least by me, loud and clear. These
- 7:47statements have not been independently verified, an no official transcript
- 7:50from a government proceeding corroborates Green's account at the time
- 7:54of the writing, Well, okay, so either you believe her
- 7:58or you don't. What it comes down to, and me personally,
- 8:02considering the whole situation and the way Trump has acted,
- 8:06I believe what she's saying. The Epstein files broadly referred
- 8:11to a collection of court documents, depositions, financial records, and
- 8:15investigative material linked to Epstein's trafficking operation. Several batches of
- 8:20documents have already entered the public domain through litigation, most
- 8:24notably via the defamation case brought by Virginia Roberts against
- 8:28Glaane Maxwell, unsealed in stages by US courts. Court filings
- 8:33from the U S District Court for the Southern District
- 8:35of New York includes warned depositions and witness testimony. These
- 8:40records detail Epstein's network, alleged co conspirators, and victim's accounts,
- 8:45and nothing ever came of it. All that stuff was
- 8:48there for everybody to see. And it took Julie K.
- 8:51Brown writing that article to kick anybody into gear. And
- 8:54just because they were embarrassed, not because they cared. Keep
- 8:57that in mind. If they cared, they would have taking
- 9:00care of it a long time ago. The US Justice
- 9:04Department also released material tied to Maxwell's twenty twenty one
- 9:08criminal trial, including indictments and evidentiary summaries, which are publicly
- 9:13accessible through official core databases. However, significant portions of investigative
- 9:19records remain sealed or heavily redacted. These include grand jury materials,
- 9:25FBI investigative files, and certain financial transaction records. Well, we've
- 9:30gotten some of the grand jury documentation, and there was
- 9:33a nothing burger. The grand jury is never going to
- 9:37give us what we want to see because they're only
- 9:40getting a sanitized version of what happened, basically a summary
- 9:44just enough to indict. So the grand jury documents were
- 9:48never really a big deal. It's the three to zero twos.
- 9:51And it's also the inner department communications that's very important
- 9:54because it gives us a look at the thought process
- 9:57behind the decisions to charge or not sho Arch and
- 10:00I think that's where the real meat of this story
- 10:03is living. Legal experts note that such documents are often
- 10:07protected due to privacy concerns, ongoing investigations, or evidentiary rules
- 10:12governing grandeury secrecy. Pam Bondi served as Florida's Attorney general
- 10:18from twenty eleven and later joined Trump's legal defense team
- 10:22during his first impeachment trial. Her office did not prosecute
- 10:25Epstein directly, as his controversial two thousand and eight plea
- 10:29deal was negotiated earlier under a federal prosecutors led by
- 10:33then US Attorney Alexandra Acosta. That agreement, formerly known as
- 10:38a non prosecution Agreement, has been widely criticized. Twenty nineteen
- 10:44ruling by US District Judge Kenneth Merra found that federal
- 10:47prosecutors violated the Crime Victim's Rights Act by failing to
- 10:51notify victims before finalizing the deal, and again nothing came
- 10:56of it. Nobody was held accountable, nobody lost her pension,
- 11:01nobody had to come up and explain their decision making.
- 11:05The only people who suffered, once again were the survivors.
- 11:11Bondi is not publicly confirmed Green's allegation. There's no documented directive,
- 11:16memo or court filing indicated that she was instructed by
- 11:19Trump to suppress Epstein related records. He said, she said,
- 11:23do you think Trump's gonna put that in writing? I mean,
- 11:27then again, knowing Trump, maybe he would because he just
- 11:30doesn't care, right, He doesn't care about law, he doesn't
- 11:33care about order. He cares about self and power and
- 11:36increasing that power. But that said, I highly doubt that
- 11:39there was some kind of written directive telling Bondi not
- 11:42to investigate any further and to drop everything. I highly
- 11:47doubt that. But did he say it to her? Did
- 11:49he tell her that? Probably? Requests for a comment from
- 11:54Bondi and Trump representatives were made by various journalists in
- 11:58similar reporting contexts. Have his door been met with denials
- 12:02of wrongdoing regarding Epstein. Green's claims also extend beyond document suppression.
- 12:08She alleged that Trump flat out refused to host Epstein
- 12:11victims in the Oval office. Of course he did. He
- 12:15thinks it's a hoax. He thinks it's fake, and he
- 12:17thinks those survivors are lying. He won't come out and
- 12:21say it, but that's what he thinks, and his actions
- 12:23speak a lot louder than words ever could. This assertion
- 12:27contrasts with broader public pressure from victim advocates, who have
- 12:31long called for greater transparency and direct engagement from political leaders.
- 12:36The Epstein case has become a touchstone for debates over
- 12:39a lead accountability figures across political and business. Fears have
- 12:43fa scrutiny due to past associations with Epstein, though association
- 12:48alone does not imply wrongdoing, while lying about it does.
- 12:52Giving interviews and saying you had no idea about Epstein
- 12:56or why anybody would think your friends only for us
- 12:59to find out later that you are lying doesn't look good.
- 13:03And while it doesn't prove any wrongdoing, it definitely opens
- 13:06the door to questions. Green's remarks have triggered renewed calls
- 13:11from lawmakers and advocacy groups to declassify or on sealed
- 13:15remaining records were legally permissible. The central issue raised by
- 13:20Green's allegation is not only whether Trump intervened, but what
- 13:24information remains inaccessible to the public. Unreleased materials could include
- 13:29investigative leads that never resulted in charges, identities of unindicted individuals,
- 13:35and sensitive victim testimony. The FBI has acknowledged and passed
- 13:40public statements in court filings that Epstein related investigations involved
- 13:44numerous potential victims and witnesses across multiple jurisdictions. Some records
- 13:50may remain sealed indefinitely due to these complexities. Without verifiable
- 13:55documentation supporting Green's claims, her statements remain allegation, yet they
- 14:01underscore persistent concerns about transparency in a case that continues
- 14:05to draw global attention. And look, there's no doubt about
- 14:10it when you have something like this going on, where
- 14:14there's allegations of a cover up already and you have
- 14:17somebody like Marjorie Taylor Green come out and confirm it.
- 14:20I'm more convinced now than I've ever been that the
- 14:23DOJ led by the White House is engaged in a
- 14:26cover up, and that, of course leaves us with a
- 14:28million dollar question, what's Congress going to do about it?
