• 0:00
Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on?
• 0:00
Speaker 2: It's Romeo, and we talked about the wild situations, maybe
• 0:04
Speaker 2: some of the awkward, crazy situations you've been in, and
• 0:07
Speaker 2: your co-workers, man. Co-workers can be the worst of the best.
• 0:11
Speaker 3: So I was looking at this story. This woman, 27-year
• 0:13
Speaker 3: age difference. She's 25. They met when she was 19,
• 0:16
Speaker 3: and now he's 53. So what is that? 27 years?
• 0:26
  Speaker 3: Is that right?
• 0:27
  Speaker 4: 25?
• 0:27
Speaker 1: No, this doesn't make sense. Hold on.
• 0:29
Speaker 3: Let me see this real quick. Oh, 27 years younger
• 0:34
  Speaker 3: than her partner.
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: Okay, yeah.
• 0:36
  Speaker 2: So she's 25, he's 53, and they're married.
• 0:41
Speaker 3: 27-year age gap. Is that acceptable?
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: I'm ready. 4, 2, 5, 4, 7, 7.
• 0:44
Speaker 3: What do you guys think?
• 0:48
Speaker 2: What is an acceptable age gap for a relationship? Hey, Rome,
• 0:52
Speaker 2: I married a sexy woman 10 years older than me,
• 0:55
Speaker 2: living my best life.
• 0:57
Speaker 3: 10 years? 10 years is probably pretty acceptable, right? I mean,
• 1:04
Speaker 3: I don't think we could argue over a decade.
• 1:07
  Speaker 2: When you're 50, when she's 60, yeah, I think 10.
• 1:13
Speaker 3: Years is all right.
• 1:14
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, yeah, girls have a formula to see if
• 1:16
Speaker 2: the guy is too old for them. They take the
• 1:18
Speaker 2: guy's age, divide it by his income, and if it
• 1:21
Speaker 2: equals sugar daddy, then they'll do it.
• 1:24
  Speaker 4: Nice.
• 1:25
Speaker 2: I was reading this story out of Utah. Apparently, this woman,
• 1:29
Speaker 2: she's 25. She met her 53-year-old husband when she was
• 1:32
Speaker 2: a teenager and is younger than his eldest daughter and
• 1:36
Speaker 2: says age is just a number as they try for
• 1:38
Speaker 2: a baby. Is age just a number or is there
• 1:41
Speaker 2: an unacceptable age gap? 27 years seems like.
• 1:46
Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know about that. Rd425477. Hey, Romeo, age
• 1:51
Speaker 3: is just a number, Rome.
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: I was 18.
• 1:52
Speaker 2: I gave up the goods to a 45-year-old married woman.
• 1:56
Speaker 2: After we were done, she went back home to her
• 1:58
Speaker 2: husband and kids. Well, that's just having sex with an
• 2:03
Speaker 2: older woman. It's not actually being in a relationship, okay? Hey, Rome,
• 2:09
Speaker 2: me and my husband have a huge age gap.
• 2:12
  Speaker 3: He's 62, and I'm 24. Woo!
• 2:16
  Speaker 1: What is that?
• 2:17
  Speaker 2: 38 years?
• 2:18
Speaker 3: Did I do the math right? 38 year age gap.
• 2:23
Speaker 2: How do you guys, my husband, have a huge age gap?
• 2:28
  Speaker 2: He's 62. So you married a guy that's 38 years
• 2:32
  Speaker 2: older than you.
• 2:34
Speaker 3: How exactly does that work? That's too big of a gap.
• 2:38
Speaker 3: How can you possibly get along?
• 2:41
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I think if you never had kids in
• 2:43
Speaker 2: your life, there's really no age gap. But if you
• 2:45
Speaker 2: have kids older or as old as your partner, then
• 2:48
Speaker 2: that doesn't look good. Looking good and actually having a
• 2:51
Speaker 2: relationship that works when there's such a big difference in age.
• 2:56
Speaker 3: I mean, look at that last chick. She's 24.
• 2:59
  Speaker 2: He was 62. I mean, he's having dinner at 430.
• 3:03
Speaker 2: She's eating at eight. How do they even see each other?
• 3:07
Speaker 2: Is she going to bed at 730 with him? And
• 3:09
Speaker 2: what's going on with that?
• 3:11
Speaker 3: That might be too big of an age gap. R-8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 3:16
Speaker 3: This story I read, it was a 27-year-old age gap
• 3:20
Speaker 3: between the woman and the man. Woman just text, there's
• 3:23
  Speaker 3: a 38-year-old age gap.
• 3:25
  Speaker 2: He's 62, she's 24. You guys don't think that age
• 3:28
Speaker 2: gap is just... you know, unacceptable?
• 3:31
  Speaker 3: What's going on?
• 3:32
Speaker 5: Romy Rome. The answer is this. Hold on, I'm trying
• 3:35
Speaker 5: to figure it out.
• 3:36
Speaker 4: Romy Rome, it's called Viagra.
• 3:43
  Speaker 3: That's what you're saying.
• 3:44
Speaker 2: That 60-year-old man, he got enough Viagra to keep it going.
• 3:48
  Speaker 4: Look, look, look.
• 3:49
Speaker 5: Hey, Rome, I'm 50 years old, and my baby mama,
• 3:52
Speaker 5: I got her about 12 years, dog.
• 3:54
Speaker 3: Look, and then going to bed early part, and now
• 3:56
  Speaker 3: I'm watching.
• 3:56
Speaker 4: I'm thinking, why not open that, too?
• 4:00
Speaker 3: Hey, we love you, Romeo. All right, man.
• 4:05
Speaker 2: He said, I'm 50 years old, Viagra, and I sleep
• 4:10
Speaker 2: with one eye open.
• 4:11
Speaker 3: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Like I said, what do you got?
• 4:19
Speaker 2: What do you got? Is there an unacceptable age gap?
• 4:23
Speaker 2: The woman, that text that said her husband was 62
• 4:25
Speaker 2: years old. And that she's 24. Now, here's the bigger question.
• 4:34
Speaker 2: Does it make any sense in this day and age,
• 4:37
Speaker 2: in 2020? Now, you might have seen that.
• 4:41
  Speaker 1: 30 years ago.
• 4:42
Speaker 2: You got an old cowboy and a young girl who's
• 4:45
Speaker 2: trying to settle down. But what do you think about
• 4:49
Speaker 2: this 24-year-old millennial Gen Z or whatever?
• 4:53
  Speaker 3: She found a 62-year-old dude.
• 4:57
Speaker 2: I mean, she got daddy issues? Or he got a
• 5:00
Speaker 2: bank account, right? Talk about this age gap, right? Age
• 5:05
Speaker 2: is just a number, right? No, it's not just a number.
• 5:07
Speaker 2: There's got to be a gap, an age gap in
• 5:09
Speaker 2: a relationship that just, how does it work, right? Somebody
• 5:12
  Speaker 2: texted that her husband's 62 and she is 24. I'm
• 5:18
Speaker 2: just trying to figure out how does that work? How
• 5:20
Speaker 2: do you even communicate with each other at that point?
• 5:23
Speaker 2: Netflix and chill? I mean, it's Netflix, and he'll fall
• 5:26
Speaker 2: asleep by four. All right, the older they are, the
• 5:30
Speaker 2: quicker they die. Life insurance is looking pretty good. I
• 5:32
Speaker 2: might not argue with that. Hey, Rome, I bet Viagra
• 5:36
Speaker 2: is a big factor in their relationship.
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: Okay.
• 5:42
Speaker 3: One day we'll have to have a show about Viagra
• 5:44
Speaker 3: and find out how it really works. Good morning, now.
• 5:46
  Speaker 3: What's going on?
• 5:47
Speaker 5: Hey, nothing wrong with the care in your future.
• 5:50
Speaker 2: And that guy that just called.
• 5:53
  Speaker 5: I think he's, what, 51 or 52? Yeah, he's 50,
• 5:55
Speaker 5: and she's like... And you're going.
• 5:57
Speaker 2: To take Viagra already? My husband's 51, and.
• 6:05
Speaker 4: He wants it more than I do.
• 6:08
  Speaker 2: Oh, no.
• 6:09
Speaker 3: Some people should teach that to themselves. What age should
• 6:15
Speaker 3: they start taking Viagra, then?
• 6:17
Speaker 2: What age is it?
• 6:18
Speaker 4: I don't know. My husband ain't never taken it.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: How old's your husband?
• 6:22
  Speaker 2: 51. Oh, okay.
• 6:24
Speaker 3: Okay, that means you must still get him excited.
• 6:26
  Speaker 5: Okay.
• 6:33
Speaker 2: I know some women that would take offense to that
• 6:35
Speaker 2: if their husbands had to.
• 6:36
Speaker 3: Take a Viagra. They would feel like they're not attracted
• 6:39
  Speaker 3: to them anymore.
• 6:41
Speaker 5: He's been trying to get it all week.
• 6:43
Speaker 3: Well, we'll give him some.
• 6:45
Speaker 2: I'm like the dog in heat.
• 6:46
Speaker 4: I let him sniff it and it ran away.
• 6:49
Speaker 3: What is wrong with you? It's Romeo.
• 6:54
Speaker 2: When it comes to an age gap in relationships, right,
• 6:56
  Speaker 2: what's acceptable, what's not?
• 6:58
  Speaker 5: Good morning, hon.
• 6:59
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 7:01
  Speaker 3: Hello, Romy.
• 7:01
Speaker 4: Quit making fun of a 62-year-old.
• 7:04
Speaker 2: You ain't got it going on.
• 7:06
Speaker 5: Wait till you're that age.
• 7:08
Speaker 3: No, I was saying him, not women.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: Women at 62, don't you guys get a little more
• 7:14
  Speaker 2: sexual as.
• 7:15
Speaker 3: You get older? Old men can't get it up.
• 7:17
  Speaker 2: Yes, they do.
• 7:19
Speaker 5: Yes, a man can get it up. Yeah, they do
• 7:21
Speaker 5: get it up, you know.
• 7:22
Speaker 3: All right, thanks for calling.
• 7:24
  Speaker 5: Yes, they do.
• 7:26
  Speaker 4: Oh, hot.
• 7:26
  Speaker 3: What's going on?
• 7:29
Speaker 4: Confucius said, men with one foot engraved, one foot on.
• 7:34
Speaker 2: A banana peel, make young women very happy financially.
• 7:38
Speaker 3: Yeah, how, what's going on?
• 7:46
  Speaker 5: Big Rome.
• 7:47
Speaker 3: This is big boy.
• 7:49
Speaker 2: What's going on, big boy? Man, 40 years is a lot, bro.
• 7:52
Speaker 3: 40 years is a big age gap. That is huge.
• 7:56
Speaker 3: That lady that texted you about, you know, all that.
• 8:00
Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, that's great.
• 8:01
Speaker 3: But a 24-year-old ain't going to have that kind of
• 8:03
  Speaker 3: independence yet.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
• 8:06
  Speaker 3: Oh, about a 24-year-old, yeah.
• 8:09
  Speaker 2: That didn't even.
• 8:09
  Speaker 4: Occur to me.
• 8:10
  Speaker 5: You're right.
• 8:10
Speaker 3: With that bank account, bro.
• 8:12
Speaker 2: That guy's got to have some nice jet or something, man.
• 8:16
  Speaker 3: That's a big gap, bro.
• 8:20
Speaker 2: I don't care how you look at it, man. Yeah,
• 8:22
  Speaker 2: she's a what? She's a Gen Z or a Millette.
• 8:24
  Speaker 2: She's a Gen Z, right? Ain't no Gen Z got
• 8:26
Speaker 2: that kind of cash at 24.
• 8:27
Speaker 3: That dude's on social security already, bro.
• 8:32
Speaker 2: I don't know if I've ever told you guys this story.
• 8:35
Speaker 2: I may have told you it when it happened a
• 8:38
Speaker 2: couple of years ago. I was up north visiting my mom,
• 8:43
Speaker 2: and I went for a run. It was probably about
• 8:46
  Speaker 2: 6 a.m. 6 a.m. I think I went for a run.
• 8:50
Speaker 2: And I'm running by this strip mall, and there's this bum.
• 8:56
Speaker 2: I see this guy getting out of his Tesla, yelling
• 9:01
Speaker 2: at this homeless dude who was sitting in front of
• 9:06
Speaker 2: his shop. Now, mind you, it's 6 a.m.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: In the morning, okay? Nothing's open.
• 9:12
Speaker 2: Nothing opens until it was probably a Saturday morning.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: It might have even been a Sunday morning. No, maybe
• 9:18
Speaker 1: it was a Saturday morning.
• 9:19
Speaker 2: So at what time is everything open? 9, 10 on
• 9:22
Speaker 2: a Saturday, right? And this guy's yelling at this homeless guy.
• 9:29
Speaker 2: And to get out, get out, get out. Well, the
• 9:31
Speaker 2: homeless guy is trying to pick up a stuff and roll, right?
• 9:34
Speaker 2: This guy pulls out a. 38 on him. How do
• 9:36
Speaker 2: I know what his. 38 was? Because when I saw
• 9:38
Speaker 2: it and I saw him pull out the gun, I
• 9:40
Speaker 2: ran over. I was running on the street in front
• 9:44
Speaker 2: of the, and I stopped and said, what in the
• 9:45
Speaker 2: hell are you doing? And he pointed the gun at me.
• 9:49
Speaker 2: I didn't really think he was going to shoot me,
• 9:51
Speaker 2: but when somebody points a gun at you, hey, it's scary, right?
• 9:56
Speaker 2: But you really believe some.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: Jackass in a Tesla is going to shoot somebody? I mean,
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: come on.
• 9:59
Speaker 2: This idiot was just, he was just being an a-hole.
• 10:02
Speaker 2: It was an awkward and a scary situation. So I
• 10:05
Speaker 2: grabbed my phone to call the cops. And he jumps
• 10:09
Speaker 2: in his car and takes off. But basically, the guy
• 10:12
Speaker 2: was the shop owner. And he didn't want this homeless
• 10:14
Speaker 2: guy in front of the shop. But instead of calmly
• 10:17
Speaker 2: asking the dude to leave, he pulls out a gun.
• 10:20
Speaker 1: Now, it was crazy.
• 10:21
  Speaker 3: It was awkward.
• 10:22
Speaker 2: But, you know, it all worked out for the best,
• 10:25
Speaker 2: I guess. I mean, nobody got shot. This idiot rolled off,
• 10:29
Speaker 2: you know, like a little bee in his Tesla. But
• 10:32
  Speaker 2: he was a man because he had a gun. Alrighty, 4, 2, 5, 4, 7,
• 10:36
Speaker 2: let's talk about the craziest situations you've ever been in.
• 10:38
Speaker 2: The most awkward situations, crazy situations.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: How'd you handle it? What happened?
• 10:44
Speaker 2: Have you ever been in a place when it was
• 10:45
  Speaker 2: being robbed? I have a friend that's been in a
• 10:47
Speaker 2: place when it was being robbed. She said that was scary.
• 10:51
Speaker 2: Already 4254, 7 to 7. Talk about these crazy situations,
• 10:55
Speaker 2: these awkward situations you've ever been involved in.
• 10:57
  Speaker 1: I have quite a few of them. I have a
• 11:01
Speaker 1: couple of real crazy ones, actually, and some awkward ones.
• 11:06
Speaker 2: Gosh, yeah. I've been in a lot of crazy situations
• 11:10
  Speaker 2: in my life.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: Now that I think about it. Already 4254, 7 to 7.
• 11:13
Speaker 2: Hey, Romeum. One time me and the wife were out
• 11:19
Speaker 2: to dinner and my buddy's wife walks into the restaurant
• 11:24
Speaker 2: we're sitting at with another dude. I guess she was
• 11:28
Speaker 2: cheating on him. She looked at me. I looked at her.
• 11:32
Speaker 2: She just sat down and never made eye contact again. Well,
• 11:38
Speaker 2: what did you do? Um, What did you do? How
• 11:44
Speaker 2: did you handle it? Did you tell your friend? Did
• 11:47
Speaker 2: you walk over and say hi?
• 11:48
Speaker 1: I mean, what happened? All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
• 11:52
Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, craziest situation I've been in, Romeo, and I'm
• 11:56
Speaker 2: still in it, married with my cheating wife.
• 12:00
Speaker 1: Well, at least you know. I mean, why are you
• 12:02
Speaker 1: staying around if you don't like it?
• 12:03
Speaker 2: All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. I was in an awkward situation
• 12:09
Speaker 2: when I first moved to Bakersfield.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: This was kind of funny.
• 12:13
Speaker 2: I broke up with the chick I was dating because
• 12:15
Speaker 2: we lived in different towns, right? And I moved to Bakersfield.
• 12:19
Speaker 2: I broke up with her because we weren't going to
• 12:20
Speaker 2: live in the same town. And I went to a
• 12:24
Speaker 2: show in L.A. with another girl and another friend of mine.
• 12:28
Speaker 2: And she had found out I was going to that
• 12:31
Speaker 2: show through the record label who gave me the money
• 12:33
Speaker 2: or gave me the money, gave me the tickets. Right.
• 12:36
Speaker 2: So she showed up like I don't even know why
• 12:38
Speaker 2: she showed up. Like it was awkward, though. Luckily, the
• 12:42
Speaker 2: chick I was with was cool.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, Romeo. Hey, I was at a gas
• 12:46
  Speaker 1: station getting.
• 12:46
Speaker 2: Gas, and I had my music on still in my car.
• 12:51
Speaker 2: The old man yelled at me and told me to
• 12:53
Speaker 2: turn that off and swung at me twice with a
• 12:57
Speaker 2: crowbar when I told him it's a free country and
• 13:02
Speaker 2: I can have my music on if I want to. Luckily,
• 13:05
Speaker 2: I didn't get hit, though. Like I said, man, you
• 13:10
Speaker 2: get in these crazy, awkward situations, man. What happened?
• 13:13
Speaker 1: Look, they don't always have to be dangerous. They could
• 13:17
  Speaker 1: be funny.
• 13:17
Speaker 2: They could be, you know, you could have got caught
• 13:20
Speaker 2: with a girl and her dad walked in. That happened
• 13:22
Speaker 2: to me once when I was in high school. The
• 13:25
Speaker 2: football coach, I was dating the football coach's daughter, and
• 13:29
Speaker 2: he was my football coach.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: And I was just a kid, and I'm sitting there
• 13:33
Speaker 1: on the couch with her.
• 13:33
  Speaker 2: He walks in.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, hell, what's going on here?
• 13:37
Speaker 1: And he was cool. What's up? What's up, bro?
• 13:41
  Speaker 5: Nothing. All right.
• 13:44
Speaker 2: But, you know, you get a little scared sometimes. I
• 13:47
Speaker 2: can tell you all kinds of crazy situations. I remember
• 13:49
Speaker 2: when I was a kid, you know, I grew up
• 13:52
Speaker 2: in Humboldt County on the Indian Reservation. Well, back in
• 13:54
Speaker 2: the day, and they still do, but they grew a
• 13:56
Speaker 2: lot of weed back then.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: So I'm with my uncle. He's going to check on
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: his plants.
• 14:01
Speaker 2: And here comes camp flying over, coming in, coming in hard,
• 14:06
Speaker 2: you know, SWAT style. We got to roll. And so
• 14:09
Speaker 2: now we're just running down a hill trying to get
• 14:12
  Speaker 2: away from camp.
• 14:13
Speaker 1: We got away, but tried to get away from camp.
• 14:18
Speaker 2: It was even funnier is when I lived on the res,
• 14:22
Speaker 2: camp used to, you know, they would, camp is the
• 14:26
Speaker 2: government agency that would come in, and rip up all
• 14:30
Speaker 2: the pot plants, rip up all the farms. And they
• 14:34
Speaker 2: would build, they would take it right down to the
• 14:37
Speaker 2: bottom of the road. There was a clearing right by
• 14:38
Speaker 2: the road to the dump. And they would just build
• 14:41
Speaker 2: a pile, a pile probably as high as a two,
• 14:43
Speaker 2: three-story building of weed.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: And they'd light that bad boy up.
• 14:48
Speaker 2: And me and my cousins, me and my friends, we'd
• 14:51
Speaker 2: be sitting there on our bikes just watching a pile
• 14:53
Speaker 2: of weed go up in smoke. We were probably 50
• 14:56
  Speaker 2: yards away.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Just chilling. I mean, crazy.
• 15:01
Speaker 2: Situations we've been in. R-8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Good morning, Hal.
• 15:05
  Speaker 1: What's going on?
• 15:06
  Speaker 5: Hey, Romeo.
• 15:07
  Speaker 1: What up, man?
• 15:08
Speaker 2: I'm hearing you talk about a crazy situation you've been in.
• 15:11
Speaker 4: Yeah. And then you said somebody else said that they've
• 15:14
Speaker 4: seen someone they know and they were cheating. Oh, yeah.
• 15:18
Speaker 2: Guy said he saw his buddy's wife with another man
• 15:20
Speaker 2: at a restaurant. Yeah, see, stuff like that, I don't know.
• 15:24
Speaker 4: I'm like, you just mind your own business.
• 15:26
Speaker 1: You don't be saying, oh, I've seen this and that.
• 15:33
  Speaker 2: Sure.
• 15:33
  Speaker 4: Maybe.
• 15:34
Speaker 2: You might be right about that. I don't know what
• 15:35
Speaker 2: he did. He didn't tell me what he did. He
• 15:37
Speaker 2: just said it was awkward for him. Me?
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: I'm snitching.
• 15:39
Speaker 3: I'm straight snitching like I'm under the lamp.
• 15:41
  Speaker 2: I'm taking pictures.
• 15:42
  Speaker 3: I'm sending video.
• 15:43
Speaker 2: I'm snitching on everybody. I've told you that for decades.
• 16:01
Speaker 2: If I catch you cheating, I don't even have to
• 16:03
Speaker 2: know you. I just have to know you're cheating and
• 16:05
Speaker 2: I'm snitching on you. All right.
• 16:07
  Speaker 4: All right.
• 16:07
Speaker 2: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven to seven. What kind
• 16:10
Speaker 2: of crazy situations you've been in? Have I ever caught
• 16:15
Speaker 2: any of my buddies cheating on their old ladies?
• 16:19
  Speaker 1: I don't think I have or vice versa. I don't
• 16:22
Speaker 1: think I've seen that. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. What do
• 16:25
  Speaker 1: you got?
• 16:26
Speaker 2: All right, so crazy situations you've been in or, you know,
• 16:29
Speaker 2: awkward situations you've been in. What do you got?
• 16:32
  Speaker 1: 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
• 16:33
Speaker 2: I could tell you all kinds of stories. I remember
• 16:37
Speaker 2: one time I was 13 years old. I had to
• 16:40
Speaker 2: go to Tahoe for my aunt's wedding, and I had
• 16:44
Speaker 2: to be back home before they were leaving. I had
• 16:50
Speaker 2: to be back for something. Like, I think I was
• 16:51
Speaker 2: playing football at the time. And I had to be
• 16:54
Speaker 2: back for a game or something. And so I had
• 16:56
Speaker 2: to take a Greyhound bus from Tahoe back to the Bay.
• 17:02
Speaker 2: And about, I think about 30 minutes into the drive,
• 17:09
Speaker 2: the lady sitting next to me started going into convulsions
• 17:13
Speaker 2: and foaming at the mouth. And so what was supposed
• 17:17
Speaker 2: to be a couple hour trip ended up, we had
• 17:20
Speaker 2: to stop. We had to get medical attention for this
• 17:23
Speaker 2: woman that was sitting next to me. It took, you know,
• 17:26
Speaker 2: it was snowing. So it took forever for the ambulance
• 17:31
Speaker 2: to get there. And it was creepy. Boy, I was
• 17:35
Speaker 2: this 13-year-old kid. Never got on a bus again after that.
• 17:39
Speaker 2: Never got on a bus again.
• 17:43
  Speaker 1: Crazy. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7-7.
• 17:48
  Speaker 4: Uh, yeah.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: So there's just a lot of, uh, we can put
• 17:50
Speaker 1: in a lot of situations, right? What do you got?
• 17:53
Speaker 2: Oh, I got another one. I just remembered, uh, when
• 17:56
Speaker 2: I first got into radio first, my first radio job,
• 17:59
Speaker 2: when I was in college, I used to have to
• 18:02
Speaker 2: host a club, a nightclub. And I met the Bud
• 18:06
Speaker 2: Light girl and I started seeing the Bud Light girl
• 18:10
Speaker 2: and I was at her place. I didn't realize, uh,
• 18:12
Speaker 2: Her place was, she had an apartment, but her apartment
• 18:16
Speaker 2: was on the grounds of her father, her mom and
• 18:18
  Speaker 2: dad's compound.
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: It's huge.
• 18:23
Speaker 2: And he was like a director for the FBI or something,
• 18:26
Speaker 2: like regional director for the FBI. Yeah, that was interesting
• 18:30
Speaker 2: meeting him, to say the least. He had all kinds of,
• 18:32
Speaker 2: that was kind of, kind of awkward. He was cool after,
• 18:35
Speaker 2: you know, he realized we were dating, but yeah, he
• 18:37
Speaker 2: was just, it was, it was, it was awkward. All right.
• 18:40
  Speaker 5: All right.
• 18:40
Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven, seven.
• 18:42
Speaker 2: Like I said, man, what kind of crazy situations.
• 18:45
Speaker 1: Have you been in? Apparently I'm the only one that's
• 18:47
Speaker 1: been in them. Let's talk about it.
• 18:48
Speaker 2: Let's talk about some of the crazy, some of the
• 18:50
Speaker 2: awkward situations you've been in.
• 18:51
  Speaker 5: All right.
• 18:51
Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven, seven.
• 18:54
  Speaker 4: Hey, Romeo.
• 18:54
Speaker 2: When I was a teenager, I was having sex with
• 18:57
Speaker 2: my girlfriend in my room and her mom came to
• 19:00
Speaker 2: pick her up and I forgot to lock the door
• 19:02
Speaker 2: because And her mom just walks in, freaks out, called
• 19:06
  Speaker 2: my mom.
• 19:07
Speaker 1: My mom acted all surprised. All right.
• 19:15
Speaker 2: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven to seven getting married.
• 19:18
Speaker 2: That's the craziest situation you've ever.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: Been in getting married.
• 19:22
Speaker 2: You know, can I say, I got to tell you
• 19:24
Speaker 2: a story about getting married, by the way.
• 19:27
Speaker 1: I was sitting at, where was I at?
• 19:29
Speaker 2: Last weekend, I was sitting at having breakfast with friends
• 19:33
Speaker 2: of mine in, I think it was in Atascadero.
• 19:36
  Speaker 1: I think it might've been where I was, if I
• 19:38
  Speaker 1: remember correctly.
• 19:39
  Speaker 3: I was in.
• 19:41
  Speaker 4: One of those.
• 19:41
Speaker 2: I think I was in Atascadero, right? So I'm having
• 19:43
Speaker 2: breakfast and my friend's got a bottle of champagne. They're
• 19:47
Speaker 2: having mimosas, right? One of my friends, she says, well,
• 19:49
Speaker 2: we're not going to finish this bottle. Give it to
• 19:51
Speaker 2: the guys behind you. So I grabbed the rest of
• 19:53
Speaker 2: the bottle. I give it to the guys behind me
• 19:56
Speaker 2: and I go here, guys, have a good time. They're
• 19:58
Speaker 2: not going to finish this. And it was a full
• 20:01
Speaker 2: bottle of champagne. And the guys go, oh, the guys
• 20:03
Speaker 2: are laughing. They're like, oh, my guy's getting married. And
• 20:06
Speaker 2: today we can't get him too drunk, right? And you
• 20:08
Speaker 2: just hear, when he said that, some guy just yells out,
• 20:11
Speaker 2: don't do it. Why do you want to get married?
• 20:13
Speaker 2: Sitting next to his wife. And I'm like, well, you
• 20:16
Speaker 2: got to be a jackass, dude.
• 20:17
Speaker 1: I'm like, no, man. And so I said, well, no,
• 20:19
Speaker 1: enjoy your wedding. Have a nice day, guys. I mean,
• 20:21
Speaker 1: have fun. Enjoy everything about it. Why you got to
• 20:24
Speaker 1: be an a-hole like that, right?
• 20:25
Speaker 2: Why you got to tell some dude, for him, this
• 20:29
Speaker 2: is the most exciting time in his life.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: He's getting married to the girl he loves.
• 20:34
Speaker 2: And you got some old jackass sitting next to his
• 20:36
Speaker 2: wife saying, don't do it.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: Why you got to say that, man? Just keep your
• 20:40
  Speaker 1: mouth shut.
• 20:42
Speaker 2: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7-8, Rome. This didn't happen to me, but to my
• 20:46
Speaker 2: son's mom. They were at Walmart on Panama, and our
• 20:49
Speaker 2: son was singing his ABCs, and out of nowhere, that
• 20:53
  Speaker 2: was just.
• 20:54
Speaker 1: The end of the story.
• 20:55
Speaker 2: There you go. Remember being in like a crazy situation,
• 20:58
Speaker 2: an awkward situation, maybe a bank robbery or a store
• 21:01
Speaker 2: being hot? I have a friend who was in a,
• 21:03
Speaker 2: I think it was a Payless Shoes, and was getting robbed.
• 21:06
Speaker 2: She was in there buying shoes for her kid, and
• 21:08
Speaker 2: somebody came in and robbed the joint.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, this is Slick.
• 21:12
Speaker 2: I had a crazy moment going to the fast trip
• 21:15
Speaker 2: to gas up before work, and I go inside to pay.
• 21:17
Speaker 2: When I came back to my truck, some guy was
• 21:19
Speaker 2: just leaning on my truck.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: I told him, move.
• 21:22
Speaker 2: He said, is this your car?
• 21:24
Speaker 1: I said, yeah. Move now before I beat you up.
• 21:28
Speaker 2: And an old man walked up on him and hit,
• 21:32
Speaker 2: walked up on him, and hit me and told get
• 21:40
Speaker 2: from up here. What? Slick, you're going to have to,
• 21:42
Speaker 2: how did that end? Hit you or hit him and
• 21:47
Speaker 2: told get from up here.
• 21:49
Speaker 1: I don't know what that, I don't know who got hit.
• 21:51
Speaker 2: You're going to have to text me what really happened.
• 21:54
  Speaker 1: R-R-E-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 21:57
Speaker 2: Rome, when I was in my early 20s, I was
• 21:59
Speaker 2: at my girl's house, which she was living at her
• 22:02
Speaker 2: parents and I was going I was doing something to
• 22:05
Speaker 2: her sexually, and her dad walked in. It was super awkward.
• 22:09
Speaker 2: He asked his daughter, what are you doing? She just said,
• 22:12
Speaker 2: what do you think, and walked out of the room.
• 22:15
Speaker 2: I was nervous as hell, and he just said, oh,
• 22:19
Speaker 2: it's time for you to go home. Well, I can
• 22:24
Speaker 2: see that being a crazy situation. All righty, 4254, what
• 22:30
Speaker 2: kind of crazy situations?
• 22:31
Speaker 1: Awkward situations. Have you been in?
• 22:33
Speaker 2: Talk about these crazy situations that you've been into, right?
• 22:36
Speaker 1: You ever been in one?
• 22:36
  Speaker 4: Hey, Rome.
• 22:37
Speaker 1: I was at my sister's candlelight. Let's see.
• 22:41
Speaker 2: I was at my sister's candlelight, and my brother was
• 22:44
Speaker 2: trying to fight a guy who was not the same
• 22:47
Speaker 2: color as us. He assumed that the guy had something
• 22:50
Speaker 2: to do with her death. I tried to stop him.
• 22:56
Speaker 2: Then he pulled out his gun on me and pulled
• 23:00
Speaker 2: the slide back to put a bullet in the chamber
• 23:03
Speaker 2: and told me to move out of the way. I
• 23:05
Speaker 2: told him, so you're going to pull out your gun
• 23:11
Speaker 2: on me because I'm not letting you fight this guy?
• 23:15
Speaker 1: So I step aside. They start fighting. Oh, my God.
• 23:18
  Speaker 2: That's a crazy situation.
• 23:23
Speaker 1: Yo, Rome, I invited my good friend over to.
• 23:26
Speaker 2: Have some drinks and watch a football game with his
• 23:30
Speaker 2: new trans girlfriend. Turns out I used to mess with
• 23:33
Speaker 2: her back in my single days. Now I'm afraid my
• 23:37
Speaker 2: wife will find out because now they talk a lot
• 23:41
Speaker 2: since that day. It was so awkward, and now I'm
• 23:44
Speaker 2: scared my wife's going to find out I used to
• 23:46
  Speaker 2: be bi.
• 23:50
  Speaker 1: Well, I mean.
• 23:53
Speaker 2: Small town things, you know, small town things happen in
• 23:58
Speaker 2: small towns. I mean, hey, good luck with that, man.
• 24:04
  Speaker 1: That's funny.
• 24:05
Speaker 2: Talking about some of the craziest, the awkward situations that
• 24:08
  Speaker 2: you've been in.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, the old man.
• 24:10
Speaker 2: Oh, this is the old man who pulled a gun. Oh,
• 24:15
Speaker 2: pulled up. The old man that pulled up to get
• 24:18
Speaker 2: gas as well, he seen and heard him telling move.
• 24:23
Speaker 2: I guess the old man needed to relieve some frustration
• 24:26
Speaker 2: because he punched the dude that was at my truck
• 24:30
Speaker 2: and wouldn't move. Yeah, the old man was at least
• 24:32
Speaker 2: 60 plus. He punched the dude hard, moved after that. Oh,
• 24:36
Speaker 2: I see what you're saying. So the old man that
• 24:39
Speaker 2: was helping you out, Slick, is that what you're saying?
• 24:41
Speaker 2: Slick said he came out the gas station, some dude
• 24:44
Speaker 2: was on his truck and wouldn't move. Hey, Rome.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: It was my birthday.
• 24:49
Speaker 2: Me and my girl were getting ready to go have
• 24:52
Speaker 2: dinner right when we were going to leave. We decided
• 24:56
Speaker 2: to bust a quickie in the living room. She was
• 24:58
Speaker 2: on top of me. And her mom decided to vibe
• 25:05
Speaker 2: to the living room, hand me my birthday card and
• 25:09
Speaker 2: tell us sorry. Hand me my birthday card and tells
• 25:13
Speaker 2: us sorry. Here you go. And now I hope you
• 25:16
Speaker 2: guys finish. Now my girl jumps off and felt so embarrassed.
• 25:21
  Speaker 2: Not me.
• 25:23
  Speaker 1: Gosh.
• 25:26
Speaker 2: Well, there you go.
• 25:27
  Speaker 1: All right.
• 25:27
Speaker 2: I can see how that would be awkward for her.
• 25:30
Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh. What do you send me here? Yo, Rome,
• 25:32
Speaker 1: check this one out.
• 25:33
Speaker 2: One of my exes did one of those dumbass loyalty
• 25:36
Speaker 2: tests on me. I was with her for two months
• 25:40
Speaker 2: in a relationship. New over six months. She hadn't met
• 25:43
Speaker 2: my family or anything. Well, yeah.
• 25:46
  Speaker 1: I failed.
• 25:47
Speaker 2: Had her friend try to get at me. Well, girl power, right?
• 25:53
Speaker 2: So then we get caught, whatever. Me and the friend
• 25:56
Speaker 2: start talking. And like, actually, like that confrontation wasn't weird
• 26:04
Speaker 2: as it is. She starts telling me she can't wait
• 26:08
Speaker 2: to sleep with my brother. So I told her, I
• 26:12
Speaker 2: can't wait till she does either. She gets in contact
• 26:16
Speaker 2: with me, with my bro. They plan a date for
• 26:20
Speaker 2: her to go over. She walks, let's see, for her
• 26:23
Speaker 2: to go over. She walks, some of these text messages
• 26:27
Speaker 2: are long. She walks in and I'm waiting for her. Well,
• 26:31
Speaker 2: since I'm talking to her friend, she wants revenge on
• 26:35
  Speaker 2: her friend too.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: So we do it.
• 26:37
Speaker 2: My brother ends up, In it anyway, a few hours later,
• 26:40
Speaker 2: fast forward current days, I'm with a friend and my
• 26:43
Speaker 2: ex is pregnant. Could be mine or my brother's. Not
• 26:47
Speaker 2: sure if anyone else is a possibility. Oh, my God.
• 26:52
  Speaker 1: That's crazy. You're right.
• 26:54
Speaker 2: Crazy situations, man. Sometimes you just end up in one.
• 26:57
Speaker 2: Get into these crazy situations, awkward situations you've.
• 27:00
  Speaker 1: Ever been in.
• 27:01
Speaker 2: I mean, sometimes it's just the wrong place at the
• 27:03
Speaker 2: wrong time. What are you going to do? R-A-4-2-5-4-7-0-7. Good morning.
• 27:07
  Speaker 1: What's going on?
• 27:08
  Speaker 4: Good morning, Romeo.
• 27:09
  Speaker 3: Hey, what's up?
• 27:10
Speaker 4: So my awkward situation is I had my first threesome
• 27:14
Speaker 4: when I was 45 years old.
• 27:16
Speaker 2: Your first threesome at 45, okay.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: I was kind of old.
• 27:20
Speaker 4: Anyway, so it was with my situationship and his girlfriend.
• 27:28
Speaker 5: And right in the middle of the threesome, it was like.
• 27:31
Speaker 4: A light switch with her. She went off and started...
• 27:34
Speaker 4: going off on him and they started arguing and fighting
• 27:37
Speaker 4: mind you this person I've known half of my life
• 27:40
Speaker 4: the man but the girl I don't I have no
• 27:43
Speaker 4: clue about so she got to get in this and
• 27:45
Speaker 4: we were almost there but like I said like a
• 27:47
Speaker 4: light switch she went crazy they started arguing and fighting
• 27:50
  Speaker 4: or whatever.
• 27:51
Speaker 5: Story short at the end of it me and her
• 27:56
Speaker 5: end up in the ambulance driving to the hospital together
• 27:58
Speaker 5: and mind you I didn't fight in this but I
• 28:00
  Speaker 5: got hurt.
• 28:01
Speaker 2: In it how'd you get hurt?
• 28:04
  Speaker 4: Exactly right.
• 28:06
Speaker 2: Wait, hold on. Was this her first threesome and that's
• 28:10
Speaker 2: why she was tripping or what? Why did she start tripping?
• 28:13
Speaker 4: It was my first threesome, but they, they're from my understanding,
• 28:17
Speaker 4: they're a swinger couple. So I have no idea what that,
• 28:19
Speaker 4: we were all drunk.
• 28:20
Speaker 5: I can tell you that much.
• 28:21
Speaker 4: We were all drunk.
• 28:22
Speaker 2: Gosh, I hope so.
• 28:24
Speaker 4: I don't know how the heck this happened, but like
• 28:27
Speaker 4: I said, we ended up in the hospital.
• 28:29
  Speaker 2: Oh, that's hilarious.
• 28:30
Speaker 5: Riding in the ambulance together.
• 28:32
Speaker 4: I was like, oh God, I don't even want to
• 28:33
  Speaker 4: be here.
• 28:35
Speaker 2: So nobody got in there that night?
• 28:38
  Speaker 4: Um.
• 28:39
  Speaker 5: Basically, no.
• 28:42
Speaker 4: It was a lot of touching and kissing and loving
• 28:44
Speaker 4: and all that stuff.
• 28:46
Speaker 5: Just, she spoiled that.
• 28:47
Speaker 4: She spoiled it for me.
• 28:48
Speaker 2: She ruined it for you?
• 28:50
Speaker 4: She ruined it for me.
• 28:52
Speaker 2: Well, hey, you can always try again.
• 28:53
Speaker 4: Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. I ended up in
• 28:57
  Speaker 4: a boot.
• 28:57
Speaker 2: I can tell you this, how bad it got.
• 28:59
Speaker 4: I was in a boot for two weeks.
• 29:00
  Speaker 3: No.
• 29:03
Speaker 2: Well, I hope you get your threesome at some point.
• 29:07
Speaker 4: Well, within 50s, Romeo, I'm almost there. I'm almost there.
• 29:10
Speaker 2: Okay. Well, good luck with that. I hope it works
• 29:12
Speaker 2: out for you. Thanks for calling. Bye-bye. I mean, there's
• 29:18
Speaker 2: nothing worse, right, than thinking you're going to have a
• 29:20
Speaker 2: threesome and ending up in a hospital. Talk about these
• 29:22
Speaker 2: crazy situations or awkward situations you've ever been in, right?
• 29:26
  Speaker 4: 842-547-7.
• 29:26
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I was having a threesome in the almond
• 29:31
  Speaker 2: orchards in Shafter.
• 29:33
Speaker 1: Cops pulled up. That was hella awkward. I don't know.
• 29:38
Speaker 2: Cops have probably pulled up on a lot of, you know,
• 29:41
Speaker 2: people getting busy in their cars.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, I got that girl, man. She didn't get
• 29:51
  Speaker 1: none that night.
• 29:52
  Speaker 2: I'll handle her.
• 29:52
Speaker 1: Oh, you're talking about poor girl.
• 29:55
Speaker 2: Poor girl. She said she was 45 years old. She
• 29:58
Speaker 2: was going to have her first threesome, but I guess
• 30:00
Speaker 2: the girlfriend started tripping and they both ended up in
• 30:02
  Speaker 2: the hospital.
• 30:03
Speaker 1: She ended up in a boot.
• 30:08
Speaker 2: Oh, that's too bad. All righty, 425477. Yo, Rome, what's
• 30:13
Speaker 2: the wildest situation you've ever been in?
• 30:16
  Speaker 4: Wow.
• 30:17
Speaker 1: I've been in a lot of wild situations.
• 30:23
Speaker 2: I think the craziest thing that really, and this is
• 30:26
Speaker 2: going to sound really, really stupid. But I think the
• 30:29
Speaker 2: craziest thing I've ever really been involved in was when
• 30:33
Speaker 2: I was on the res, when I lived on the res. See,
• 30:36
Speaker 2: back when I lived on the res, they grew a
• 30:39
Speaker 2: lot of pot. So we were like the biggest, our
• 30:43
Speaker 2: area was like the biggest pot producing area in the country.
• 30:47
Speaker 2: So they would have these people called camp. And camp
• 30:52
Speaker 2: would come in and they would fly helicopters around and
• 30:55
Speaker 2: look for patches. And my uncle set some big big
• 30:58
Speaker 2: patches on the res. And it was no big deal
• 31:01
Speaker 2: for us to go with them to water. You know,
• 31:03
Speaker 2: we wouldn't water, I mean, obviously, but it was no
• 31:06
Speaker 2: big deal for us to be with our uncles, you know,
• 31:08
Speaker 2: our aunts and uncles on the reservation and then just going, hey,
• 31:12
Speaker 2: we got to stop by the patch and I'm going to,
• 31:14
Speaker 2: you know, I got to water real quick. And as
• 31:16
Speaker 2: a kid, you just sit in the truck or sit,
• 31:18
Speaker 2: you know, sit in the bed of the truck. You
• 31:20
Speaker 2: wouldn't really do much. But when camp came, You'd just
• 31:23
Speaker 2: take off. You didn't take off in your truck. You
• 31:26
Speaker 2: just took off running because camp came in on helicopters
• 31:29
Speaker 2: and on foot. So that was kind of crazy. The
• 31:33
Speaker 2: first time I had to run out of a pot
• 31:35
Speaker 2: patch or a weed patch.
• 31:37
Speaker 1: Was kind of wild.
• 31:39
Speaker 2: The other thing that was funny, though, that was just crazy,
• 31:42
Speaker 2: this is just crazy, was when what camp would do
• 31:45
Speaker 2: is they would take all the weed that they collect
• 31:48
  Speaker 2: and they'd build a pile probably as a, I don't know,
• 31:51
Speaker 2: two-story building. And they would just light it on fire. Now,
• 31:57
Speaker 2: as kids, we were on our bikes. We could literally,
• 31:59
Speaker 2: we'd go watch them light it on fire because it
• 32:03
Speaker 2: was cool to us, man. It was a big, big,
• 32:06
Speaker 2: big fire, you know, probably, I don't even know how tall.
• 32:11
Speaker 1: And we would literally maybe be.
• 32:13
Speaker 2: 40 yards from it watching it, just sitting there, me
• 32:17
Speaker 2: and my cousin just sitting on our bikes, cousins and
• 32:20
Speaker 2: friends just watching all this weed burn. I'm pretty sure
• 32:24
Speaker 2: we were high by the time we went home. So,
• 32:27
Speaker 2: I mean, I've been in a lot of wild situations.
• 32:29
Speaker 2: Those are just two of the funniest, I guess. This
• 32:32
Speaker 2: is a wild story. I don't know if you guys
• 32:34
Speaker 2: have seen this yet, but this, I wish Daniel was
• 32:38
Speaker 2: around right now so I could ask him these questions
• 32:41
Speaker 2: from a lawyer's legal perspective. But Meta, you guys know Meta,
• 32:46
Speaker 2: Mark Zuckerberg. I guess Meta is Facebook and Instagram and Meta,
• 32:50
Speaker 2: the company. I guess they agreed to pay $ 16. 7 billion
• 32:56
Speaker 2: to settle a social media addiction case. Have you guys
• 32:59
Speaker 2: heard about this? Apparently, I don't know if it was
• 33:03
Speaker 2: parents or if it was a class action lawsuit or
• 33:06
Speaker 2: what it was, but there was a lawsuit that claims
• 33:14
Speaker 2: Meta designed Facebook and IG to addict children and fueled
• 33:19
Speaker 2: a mental health crisis that reacted all comers of the nation. Now,
• 33:25
Speaker 2: in addition to shelling out $ 16. 7 billion to California and
• 33:28
Speaker 2: 28 other states, which means, where does.
• 33:30
  Speaker 1: That money go?
• 33:31
Speaker 2: Why does California get that money? What about the people
• 33:35
Speaker 2: that were affected by the addiction part of this claim
• 33:40
  Speaker 2: or this lawsuit?
• 33:42
Speaker 1: Whatever that means, I don't know how that works.
• 33:46
Speaker 2: So the company agreed to create daily limits and blocks
• 33:49
Speaker 2: on nighttime use for teenage users, plus enhanced age assurance
• 33:54
Speaker 2: measures to prevent children from accessing the platform or age
• 33:58
Speaker 2: restriction content available on the platform. Now, apparently there's no judge.
• 34:03
Speaker 2: Apparently the judge hasn't signed off on this yet, but
• 34:07
Speaker 2: they're required to create safeguards to help parents and guardians
• 34:10
Speaker 2: protect their children online. The settlement still needs to be
• 34:14
Speaker 2: approved by a judge, so we'll see what happens. Meta
• 34:17
Speaker 2: denied the allegations but settled the case. The company says
• 34:20
Speaker 2: it could have ended up costing them over a trillion
• 34:22
Speaker 2: dollars in penalties. Meta still faces thousands of lawsuits in
• 34:27
Speaker 2: federal and state courts, so this may not be the
• 34:30
Speaker 2: last time the company shells out big bucks to settle.
• 34:37
  Speaker 1: Here's my question.
• 34:38
Speaker 2: In March, they were ordered to pay $ 375 million for
• 34:41
Speaker 2: misleading consumers about safety About safety. Earlier this month's... Now,
• 34:46
Speaker 2: here's my question about this. Oh, here you go. $ 567
• 34:54
Speaker 2: million also in March. A Los Angeles jury found Meta
• 34:57
Speaker 2: and Google liable for a woman's anxiety and depression and
• 35:02
Speaker 2: ordered them to pay her $ 6 million in damages.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: Okay. Here's my question.
• 35:09
Speaker 2: At what point is it....
• 35:16
Speaker 1: We've all known this.
• 35:18
Speaker 2: We've known this for how many years now that these
• 35:23
Speaker 2: phones are addictive? We've known that they do these algorithms
• 35:28
Speaker 2: and these different things to get you addicted in the
• 35:31
Speaker 2: same way a drug addicts you, how it affects your brain, right?
• 35:37
Speaker 2: And why should we blame them? Why is it Facebook's
• 35:43
Speaker 2: fault or Meta's fault that you as parents can't control
• 35:47
Speaker 2: your kids? You as parents can't monitor your kids and
• 35:52
Speaker 2: what they do on their phones or not buy them
• 35:56
  Speaker 2: a phone. I don't understand that.
• 35:59
Speaker 1: No, I think it's wrong. Don't get me wrong.
• 36:02
  Speaker 2: I think it's wrong. I think it's absolutely horrible that
• 36:08
Speaker 2: these companies are doing this, you know, to addict children.
• 36:12
Speaker 2: or addict teenagers, or adults. I would say simple-minded adults,
• 36:16
Speaker 2: because adults should be smarter than that, but you're not.
• 36:19
Speaker 2: So you get just as addicted as your kids do.
• 36:21
Speaker 2: So I agree that they're 100% liable for doing that.
• 36:26
Speaker 2: But why is there no accountability for the parents?
• 36:30
  Speaker 1: You know?
• 36:32
  Speaker 5: Why?
• 36:33
Speaker 2: Maybe if parents started raising their kids, we wouldn't have
• 36:36
Speaker 2: all these crazy problems that we see in this world today.
• 36:41
Speaker 2: But And I would go a step further. If you
• 36:44
Speaker 2: want to really help the Internet, don't let stupid people
• 36:48
Speaker 2: use it. Don't let stupid people on social media. They're
• 36:51
Speaker 2: the ones that are really causing the problems. Send me here. Yo, Rome,
• 36:54
Speaker 2: when I was 18, my mom had just got a
• 36:56
Speaker 2: Chrysler 300 when they had just came out, and everyone
• 37:00
Speaker 2: had them. So I remember when everybody had those Chryslers.
• 37:04
  Speaker 2: So I went to get a haircut at 8 a.m.
• 37:07
Speaker 2: in it. I was talking to some girl flexing, saying,
• 37:13
Speaker 2: just got it, but it had to be back at
• 37:16
Speaker 2: 11 to give my mom the car back because she
• 37:18
Speaker 2: had stuff to do. I got my hair cut, pick
• 37:21
Speaker 2: up the girl, and my plan was to hit the orchards,
• 37:25
  Speaker 2: get it in.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: We got out there.
• 37:27
Speaker 2: She says, no breakfast first. I was like, nah, man,
• 37:33
Speaker 2: I came for this. We're in the fields close to McFarland.
• 37:37
Speaker 2: I lived in Delano at the time. And she was like, nah,
• 37:41
Speaker 2: I want breakfast first. And I told her I'm taking
• 37:44
Speaker 2: her home then. Let's see, I'm taking her home then.
• 37:47
Speaker 2: Time is getting short.
• 37:48
  Speaker 1: She refused, Rome.
• 37:50
Speaker 2: And there's no way I'm going to get yelled at
• 37:52
Speaker 2: by my mom for making her late for whatever she
• 37:55
Speaker 2: had to do. She went to the passenger side, opened
• 37:59
Speaker 2: her door, got her off. Oh, what did you say?
• 38:05
Speaker 2: She went to the passenger side, opened her door, got
• 38:08
Speaker 2: her off, locked her door, told her she was walking,
• 38:13
Speaker 2: went back to the driver's door. My dumb ass hit
• 38:17
Speaker 2: the lock button on the door, so it locked the
• 38:20
Speaker 2: driver door as well. Had to call my mom to
• 38:23
Speaker 2: bring the spare key to unlock it. Poor girl was
• 38:26
Speaker 2: right there telling my mom the whole scoop. She found
• 38:30
Speaker 2: out it was my mom's car. Bro, she was willing
• 38:40
Speaker 2: to have sex with you in an orchard in McFarland, bro.
• 38:45
  Speaker 2: You couldn't have ran through a McDonald's drive-thru and got
• 38:47
Speaker 2: an Egg McMuffin for her? I'll tell you, another marriage
• 38:53
  Speaker 2: bites the dust because of a co-worker. I don't know
• 38:56
Speaker 2: when you guys are going to ever start listening to
• 38:58
Speaker 2: me about your co-workers. I know you guys like your co-workers.
• 39:02
Speaker 2: Some of you like them, some of you hate them.
• 39:04
Speaker 2: The best thing you can do for your marriage is
• 39:06
Speaker 2: hate your co-worker. A buddy of mine I grew up with,
• 39:10
Speaker 2: I've known this guy since high school. I've known him
• 39:12
Speaker 2: for a long time, and he... He's an IT guy,
• 39:17
Speaker 2: and he runs his own IT business. He doesn't live
• 39:19
Speaker 2: in Bakersfield. He lives out of state, lives in another state. Well,
• 39:23
Speaker 2: he and his wife have been together a long time.
• 39:26
  Speaker 2: They've been together for 25 years, I think. I think
• 39:31
Speaker 2: I married when I moved to Bakersfield. And then they
• 39:35
Speaker 2: moved out to Ohio. And no, not the trailer park.
• 39:40
Speaker 2: Had a couple of kids. He does real well, real,
• 39:43
Speaker 2: real well for himself. So he owns his business. And
• 39:49
Speaker 2: it's the stupidest cliche you can ever.
• 39:54
Speaker 1: He slept with his secretary, right? Secretary.
• 39:58
Speaker 2: She'd been there for about a year, I guess, you know.
• 40:01
Speaker 2: You talk to him every day, right?
• 40:02
  Speaker 1: What happens?
• 40:05
Speaker 2: So now his wife, he called me to tell me
• 40:09
Speaker 2: what happened the other day. And I was waiting to
• 40:11
Speaker 2: talk about it with you guys because you're co-workers, man.
• 40:14
Speaker 2: You guys got to realize... They are the worst possible enemy.
• 40:19
Speaker 2: They are the biggest enemy to your marriage is your coworkers.
• 40:23
Speaker 2: For a lot of different reasons, you know. And I've
• 40:26
Speaker 2: been telling you guys this for years. You guys sit
• 40:29
Speaker 2: and have conversations with your coworkers. It's just like dating.
• 40:32
Speaker 2: You have these intimate conversations with them. Workers that are
• 40:36
Speaker 2: going to give you advice, which is terrible advice. No
• 40:39
Speaker 2: co-workers ever given. How many of you got a co-worker
• 40:42
Speaker 2: that you come to work and go, man, my marriage,
• 40:44
Speaker 2: me and my wife were fighting last night, blah, blah, blah.
• 40:46
Speaker 2: And they go, you know what you need to do, bro?
• 40:48
Speaker 2: You need to apologize. You need to go home. You
• 40:51
Speaker 2: need to say you're sorry. You need to talk it out. No,
• 40:53
Speaker 2: the first thing they say is, bro, let's go to
• 40:55
Speaker 2: the bar and we'll forget her. You can do better, right?
• 40:58
  Speaker 2: It's all her.
• 40:59
  Speaker 5: No.
• 41:00
Speaker 2: So co-workers, worst advice when it comes to your relationship.
• 41:04
Speaker 2: You guys are out there flirting with each other at work.
• 41:07
Speaker 2: You're dating. You're basically dating your coworkers because you're having
• 41:11
Speaker 2: conversations about things that happen at home that have nothing
• 41:14
Speaker 2: to do with you and that coworker, right? So this
• 41:19
Speaker 2: is a conversation I had with my close friend. He
• 41:22
Speaker 2: was going to work, talking to his secretary about what
• 41:25
Speaker 2: was going on at home, and guess what? She's just
• 41:28
Speaker 2: the secretary. She doesn't have, you know, a 4,000-square-foot house.
• 41:35
Speaker 2: She's living in an apartment. She doesn't, you know, she's
• 41:39
Speaker 2: going to the gym every day looking hot. The wife's
• 41:42
Speaker 2: a little frumpy, you know, not doing, you know, with
• 41:45
Speaker 2: a little attitude. And so he ended up making a
• 41:50
Speaker 2: bad decision, and now we'll see how it all plays out.
• 41:54
Speaker 2: But you guys don't understand that. And you guys just,
• 42:01
Speaker 2: you don't listen. Or maybe you don't care.
• 42:05
  Speaker 1: What's that?
• 42:05
Speaker 2: Oh, that's my work wife. What do you think that
• 42:08
Speaker 2: really means? You think that's a term of endearment? No,
• 42:12
Speaker 2: that's you stepping out of your marriage. Or that's my
• 42:14
  Speaker 2: work husband. Or no, we're just co-workers. You're just co-workers.
• 42:20
Speaker 2: Until you're not. And then you went there. I bet,
• 42:23
Speaker 2: I bet, without doing any, any statistics, I would bet
• 42:30
Speaker 2: that the majority of men or women that have cheated
• 42:35
Speaker 2: on their husbands or wives was with a coworker. Now,
• 42:39
Speaker 2: I didn't do no study, but I would bet that
• 42:43
Speaker 2: most people who cheat on their spouses, it's with a coworker.
• 42:48
Speaker 2: And why is that? Because, well, you spend a lot
• 42:52
Speaker 2: of time with them and you start having these conversations
• 42:55
Speaker 2: that are intimate and all of a sudden you're in
• 42:57
  Speaker 2: a relationship. I mean, I don't know for sure because
• 43:03
Speaker 2: I don't have any coworkers. Well, I have coworkers, but
• 43:05
Speaker 2: I don't talk to any of my coworkers. I just
• 43:07
Speaker 2: don't see them. So, yeah, let's talk about coworkers.
• 43:12
Speaker 1: You got good ones? You got bad ones?
• 43:13
Speaker 2: All right, let's talk about your coworkers. Dan, what happened
• 43:15
Speaker 2: with your coworkers? You got a story?
• 43:17
Speaker 1: You got a good one?
• 43:18
Speaker 2: You got a bad one?
• 43:18
  Speaker 1: What went down?
• 43:19
Speaker 2: All right, let me tell you what happened. I started
• 43:22
Speaker 2: this job. I started this job one time. I don't
• 43:26
Speaker 2: want to say where it was at because I still
• 43:28
Speaker 2: work there. But I went to the Christmas party the
• 43:31
Speaker 2: first year with my girlfriend, and it turned out that
• 43:35
Speaker 2: one of the women that worked at the job and
• 43:37
Speaker 2: my girlfriend had went to high school together, and they
• 43:39
Speaker 2: didn't like each other.
• 43:41
Speaker 1: I guess they always had beef.
• 43:43
Speaker 2: So this girl that worked with me was always hitting
• 43:46
Speaker 2: on me, was always trying to get with me, was
• 43:48
Speaker 2: always trying to sleep with me because she hated my girlfriend. Yes, Rome,
• 43:54
Speaker 2: I did end up sleeping with her. So you're right.
• 43:57
Speaker 2: Coworkers can be the worst. You didn't have to sleep
• 44:04
Speaker 2: with her. I'm guessing you and your girlfriend are no
• 44:06
Speaker 2: longer together, but you still got the job while you're
• 44:09
Speaker 2: still working at the company. I mean, co-workers are very
• 44:14
Speaker 2: detrimental to your health.
• 44:16
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Co-workers are not.
• 44:20
Speaker 2: Of all the people in this world that can ruin
• 44:24
Speaker 2: your life, the biggest is the co-worker. The biggest is
• 44:29
Speaker 2: the co-worker. You want to You want to stay away
• 44:32
Speaker 2: from your coworkers. Yeah. They can really cause a lot
• 44:36
Speaker 2: of problems in your relationships and your home life. Yeah. R-D-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Okay,
• 44:43
Speaker 2: so coworkers, right? You got good coworkers. You got bad coworkers.
• 44:46
Speaker 2: I would venture to say that 99% of you got
• 44:49
Speaker 2: bad coworkers. Not a lot of, yeah, yeah.
• 44:56
  Speaker 5: R-D-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
• 44:57
Speaker 2: Hey, Romeo. Hey, Romeo. Let me tell you what happened
• 45:02
Speaker 2: when I went back to work and what this coworker
• 45:05
Speaker 2: did to me. So when my kids started going to school,
• 45:10
Speaker 2: when my kids started going to school, I had free
• 45:12
Speaker 2: time on my hands. I was a stay-at-home mom raising
• 45:15
Speaker 2: my kids. My husband has a great job that pays
• 45:18
