- Lord Hinkie: Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to another episode of the ZNG Dynasty Podcast. I am your host, Lord Hinky. We are on a podcast recording platform that does work. So hopefully this continues to do its job, which is beautiful. I am joined, as always, by my right hand man, My day one homie, if you will. Damian the Ninja Moore, say hi to the people, big fella. ninja: Hello everybody, thank you. Whoa. That was super loud. Lord Hinkie: That is so loud. Hey, that's on me. I'ma get that corrected. That's on me. ninja: first time producer over there. Gary Buck. kidding. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: He he's always on the ones and twos. But happy to be back as always. no technical difficulties, knock on wood. We're back. Lord Hinkie: Except me blasting your eardrums as soon as you start the podcast. I I people definitely turn up the volume to listen to us 'cause we talk kinda quiet. And I just made them deaf. ninja: yeah. yeah. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Anyways, thank you for h guys for listening. Thank you guys for tuning in. we got another fun one. We're gonna be weekly. so this is week three. We're doing a week three preview, and then you know, we're talking about some of the goods and the bads from week two. but yeah, nothing special. ninja, you ready to get into get into this one, big fella? ninja: So ready to get into this We gotta get a little bit of hype going out in these streets, you know? Lord Hinkie: Yeah, actually you're all right. Yeah, that wind music was the the energy that we needed. and speaking of the energy that we needed, first good on our list, all you college football fans probably watched that LSU Old Miss game from Saturday. All the drama, all the history, Lane Kiffin being a and it all encompassed itself in that photo of Old Miss picking off L S U and running the other way with those cornerbacks staring, pointing at Lane Kiffin, waving him goodbye on the sidelines. Couldn't have been better. Couldn't have been a better football game. Couldn't have been better drama. And it just it ended beautifully. The villain lost, the hero won. It was gorgeous. ninja: It was in my notes, the coldest pick in college football history. And like this even goes above Baker Mayfield plant in the fell like the flag at Ohio State. Like this is this is up there for one of the best pictures in college football history. And the story arc of it, you said it. I absolutely love it. The hero won at the end of the day. And we love to see a hero win. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I I I listened to this guy who talks about how you can be romantic about sports and one of those games that you can be romantic about is was Old Miss LSU. It ended beautifully. hopefully you guys got a got a chance to sit around and watch that college football game 'cause it was amazing. but all right, moving into the NFL. first note, Bills looked awesome on Thursday night football. really wasn't as close as the score made it look. I feel like the Bills just owned the Lions, especially early on in the game. but Josh Allen's a stud. Their defense is pretty decent. I know they gave up thirty one points, but for the most part I felt like they were kind of in control of that game. I know they're regular season demons, but right now they look very, very good. ninja: I absolutely agree. And if you know anything about this podcast, you know I'm gonna be talking O line film. And the Bill's O line work in this game was immaculate. It's everything I scoped them out to be earlier this offseason when I was saying, you know, watch Connor McGovern and how they break down runs with one of my favorite YouTubers out there. But he broke it down and like I was seeing the same type of concepts and how they execute And how they're able to pull and how they're able to seal the edge. And it's everything you love to see with downhill power football. And the bills seem to be on top of the world right now. There's no one stopping them at this current moment. Lord Hinkie: Literally unstoppable. speaking of unstoppable, Jamar Chase had one of the best catches I've seen in a very long time. And I know wide receivers are getting better, catches are being made all over the place, college, all these one handers. Jamar Chase the fact that he didn't fall after running into Stingley and getting tripped up there is a win in itself. But the fact that he didn't fall, turned and located the ball, caught it after falling out of bounds, well while he's falling out of bounds and gets both feet in, it's it an incredible catch. he had a really good bounce back game, seven catches, seventy five yards and two tutties. But that catch, man, was beautiful. I it's gonna be hard to top that for catch of the year. ninja: I absolutely agree. And we we were able to be fortunate enough to have this weekend together to watch football and there was an audible Sheesh from the ninja as this catch happened and like it's up there with the Odell one-hander, like the obviously the Odell one-hander is like a little bit better, but it's on the same type of tier of how immaculate that catch was and Jamar Chase back like you never forgot him. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Yeah. I if if you ever think Jamar Chase is gonna have back to back bad weeks, you're sadly mistaken. next good on our list is Trayvon Henderson. didn't have a great statistic game. I mean he had a good statistic game, seventy-six yards rushing, a touchdown. But the fact that he owned that backfield, Ramondre Stevenson wasn't on my television. I didn't have to be forced to watch him play football is a win. And Trademon Henderson bounces that forty order for a touchdown. He looks like the best running the better running back in that backfield. Hopefully they just keep riding him. ninja: I'm gonna throw a little bit of hate to you real quick because we didn't Lord Hinkie: Whoa. ninja: watch this game because we told no one to watch this game. We were on red zone and you got to watch this happen. so yes, Hendo was good. Was the game still gross? Was most of most of the touches in this game very gross? Yep. I went back and watched just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Nasty. Nasty stuff, but Lord Hinkie: Butt cheeks. ninja: Trayvon Henderson. is a guy as Junior said as I want him to be after I bought him in fantasy on the low last year. Hey man. We gotta stay liquid out here. You know how it is. Lord Hinkie: Look at you adjusting. Look at you being water. Not being a hand no guy coming out. And now he's turning around. Stay liquid. Love being liquid. next good on our list, Devontae Smith, man, had himself a day. ten catches, 117 yards, and a touchdown. But the main thing is that final drive, Down three to the Tennessee Titans. You got like two minutes left. And the guy makes four catches on that final drive, two toe tappers on the sidelines, kept that drive going. just a huge game from big time players that the Eagles need, especially when they're about to lose to the Tennessee Titans. So shout out Devontae Smith. Good fantasy day, and also go Birds. ninja: Absolutely agree and I'm surprised you didn't bring in the applause effect here because you absolutely deserved it 'cause Lord Hinkie: Should have. ninja: And we were worried, you know, most people worried AJ Brown left. That's your wide receiver one. Does Smitty stead up? And in crunch time, in the final two minute drill, there was no one more important in that drive than the Slim Reaper. And you love to see it. as a Devontae Smith owner, as an Eagles lover and enthusiast, there was nothing better than we're able to function without AJ Brown there. We don't have to look to him for every game changing ball. It because Devontae Smith is that. Don't forget he was a Heisman winner. Love this guy. Love the game. Great ending. And it's a great story for Jalen Hurts too. Able to come up with a nice two minute drive when the offensive line is failing, which will be a note in my week three preview. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I was going to say, we'll talk about that a little bit later. Next good on our list, Bryce Young. Quarterback for the Carolina Panthers. This guy, two back to back big time weeks, 287 yards, passing, three touchdowns. Yes, it was the Atlanta Falcons. I'm not going to sit here and act like it wasn't. But the fact that he is whooping on bad defenses is a good sign. We didn't have this in the past. you need to stat pad these games. You need to be a good fancy owner of these games. So if you have Bryce Young, I hope you're playing him because he's playing well right now. ninja: Absolutely. And as the Bryce Young advocate of this podcast, I couldn't be happier. I don't care if you're putting belt to ass in that belt is going on the proper place when it should be. Cause you do need to stab hat as you say, and you have to be great in doing so. And this it's like the whole Carolina offense has looked super fluid and super good all year. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. And that goes to show how good Bryce Young has been. next good on our list, Jalen Waddle. Great bounce back game. kind of expected this one. We there's no way they're gonna trade a first plus for this guy and then not utilize him two weeks in a row. first game back in Denver. just eight catches, hundred and thirty-eight yards, looked looked unstoppable. didn't get a touchdown, which I wish he did, but very solid, very good game from the Denver Bronco, Jalen Waddle. ninja: Yeah, a pretty decent game. I don't have many notes on this game. But Waddle played good. I don't have any qualms. they finally seemed to put it together offensively with Davis Webb. How much, you know, Sean Payton was actually doing the play calling, not Davis Webb, we'll never know. But Jalen Waddle did look good. Lord Hinkie: Hopefully he keeps going. next good on our list, I feel like we almost shouldn't have him as a good because he is just so great. But if you have nine catches, ninja: You have to. Lord Hinkie: a hundred and fifty five yards, and three touchdowns, you gotta have JSN on the board. he he just wins you fantasy weeks. He's the best wide receiver in football today. St ninja: Ooh. Lord Hinkie: fantasy, I'm sorry. ninja: Okay. 'Cause that's a bold claim. Lord Hinkie: I guess I I should prep it's fantasy wide receiver one right now. ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: No qualms. ninja: No qualms at all, the guy's a stud. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Next good on our list, pretty much the Cowboys offense aside from pickings. CeeDee Lamb having himself a day, eight catches, one hundred and fifty yards, two touchdowns. Jake Ferguson catching himself two touchdowns, four grabs, forty three yards, and Dak Prescott throwing four touchdown passes to those guys as well. it looks like an explosive offense. They went up against the commanders last week and their defense stinks. You expect these numbers and they're producing right now, so you I hope we're playing You're definitely playing C D, but give yourself the Dax, give yourself the Ferg. ninja: Yeah, I mean we expect good offenses or what we think to be good offenses to beat down on bad defenses and they did that. And they looked really explosive doing that. And that's what sets you apart in especially in fantasy is being able to beat down on the bad teams while still being good against the good teams. but they did really good this week, but George Pickens another kind of stinker. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. We'll talk about him a little bit later, but a little bit of a letdown. next good on our list, Mahomes and Kelsey are back at it again. The dynamic duo. Mahomes, three hundred and eighty two yards passing, three touchdowns. Travis Kelsey, nine catches, a hundred yards, and another tutty. these are old school Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelsey numbers that we haven't really we didn't really see last year. and just a big game on Sunday night football against the Colts. Just like the good old days. ninja: Yeah, where's Tyreek Hill? I was ready to bring out my popcorn watching an old Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: retro film, but turns out it was it was some Monday night football, baby. Love to see it. Sunday night football. Sorry. Lord Hinkie: Love to see it. Yes. Speaking of Monday Night Football, next good on our on our list, Devontae Adams. Man, if you were going into your Monday night football matchup and you you needed thirty five points from Devontae Adams and you're like, man, whatever, I won't even watch a game. You know, sleeper or whatever their odd whatever platform you're on gives you about five to ten percent odds to win the game. And then you check the next morning and you're I won that matchup by ten. Atka's Devontae Adams had eight catches, 195 yards, and two touchdowns. No Puka Nikul would do that to you. ninja: And like I told you earlier this podcast, I lost in two fantasy leagues because I was up by twenty and I think thirty-three in another league, and I woke up the next morning, lost both leagues. I even bragged to my dad, I was like, sorry about it, Bub, you know? I'll see you next year. And it was it was a it was a bad look for me because I gloated way too early. Devontae Adams Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: had it out. Lord Hinkie: Can't call your shot too early, but and another small little throw this in there. Ter Terrence Ferguson having himself a day. Six catches, fifty ninja: Little T ferg. Lord Hinkie: yards, and a tutty. Love that kid. He looked really good. Nine targets. Give me all those targets. ninja: Love it. you said it and I think I was in the preview last week where this was a matchup to start T Ferg and who's right again but the ninja? Love to see it. Lord Hinkie: Shocker. speaking of the ninja being right, Denzel Boston having himself another day, an epic Ayu Manor. Decent little play against the the birds. go ahead and pat yourself on the back, big fella. ninja: I'm out here representing for the streets. Denzel Mother F in Boston is out here again. I think he is right now the wide receiver twelve in fantasy after two weeks. And I think I hit on another wide receiver. But not before I hit on another one with Epic Iron Manor with a great game. He was Linked up with Quintanamo Bay a lot of this day. Was held to two catches, but like sixty-eight yards. You love to see it for the kid. finally turning into what I think he could be. I think he's top forty right now on your fantasy rankings. Keep an eye out there on your waiver streets for your redraft leagues. Epic Ayu Manor is a guy. Lord Hinkie: Brock Purdy, another good last final good on our goods list. Twenty of twenty two passing, two hundred eighty seven yards and two tutties. He also snuck one in, stole one from CMC. pretty pretty good day from the San Francisco quarterback. Not too shabby. ninja: Yeah, a a sneaky good play this week. And I don't know if I said it because CMC didn't have a good day because Brock Birdie had a great day. You know, some people have to live and die by the sword and this week it was C C but Brock Burdy deserves the flowers 'cause he's been playing some great ball the first two weeks of the season. Lord Hinkie: moving on to the bads of week two. The top one has to be that Vikings Bears game. Everyone expected this game to be a a shootout, high score in a fair. everyone's playing their Jade Jets. You're playing every bear you have, and then you turn the game on Sunday morning and it's pouring rain. none of the offenses could get going. The game ended nine to three, not a single touchdown scored in the entire game. some injuries happened, which we'll talk about later, but Re realistically, no one had a good fancy day. A couple of guys just put up numbers just to save their days, but there was not much to talk about here. ninja: Yeah, the grossest game of the week minus someone I'm sure we'll talk about later. just gross and I think a weather had a lot to play a part of that. but we continue to say it, and I'll say it again, another misuse of Colson Loveland in this offense when you drafted him top four tight end wise in redraft leagues, and you hate to see it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, it's not looking good. next bat on our list, David Montgomery. after having three touchdowns week one and just looking like an absolute stud, he puts out six carries for ten yards and two catches for fourteen yards. Total of twenty four yards on twelve touches, two yards per touch. It's not good. Can't happen. but I think this is kind of what you're gonna get from David Montgomery this year. ninja: Yeah, this is where the crickets should have come came out at, definitely a stinker game. hate to see it, but you're right, this is what Montgomery could be week in, week out. We just we need to average the good and the bad, 'cause week one was good, week two was bad. Do Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: we see an uptick week three? Lord Hinkie: Might also be a sneaky shout out for that Bengals defense. We'll talk about that a little bit ninja: Ye Lord Hinkie: later. ninja: sexy dexy is good. Lord Hinkie: Do the Dexie. next bat on our list, the entire Pittsburgh Steelers. just one of the worst watches in football right now. Aaron Aaron Rodgers doesn't have it anymore. Jalen Warren is like the only bright spot, and it's like a flicker of light in a flashlight that's dying like across the road. Like that's all the flicker of light that Jalen Warren is. DK Metf can't catch the ball, Michael Pittman's out, Fire Mute didn't do anything. This it's it it's No one wants to watch the Steelers. Steelers fans don't want to watch the Steelers. ninja: So I know you don't know the feeling, but for me and all my DG's out there, you ever go to f you have a nice Marlboro packed in your mouth or a camel crush menthol right in your upper lip, you're ready to light the sucker, and the lighter won't light. It's like you're sparking it and it's just not a flame stickin'. That's the Steelers' entire offense. It's just a lot of hope for a finished product, and you don't quite get there. You hate to see it. You really hate to see it. It it was an awful showing. Aaron Rodgers. lost it, gimme Drew Aller right now. Lord Hinkie: Please. Bust of the Week, Kyle Pitts. ninja: I'll do it for ya. Lord Hinkie: I need that clipped right now. ninja: Ha ha. Lord Hinkie: had one catch for fifteen yards. That is actually what he has for the season so far because he had zero in week one. it's hard to believe in any of these Falcons, but if you drafted Kyle Pitts with any confidence it's gotta get better with Penix, but who knows? We'll see. But he stinks. ninja: Men did the ninja strike again? Hate to see it. Lord Hinkie: We gotta move on. next bad. really just anyone that had to watch football during the one o'clock window. we were lucky enough to kind of be together and hanging out and watching that one o'clock game. and we have Red Zone on, which you know is the channel that shows all of the scoring and big plays. and we were v bored watching and NFL ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Red Zone at one o'clock. we we audibly went, is that the first touchdown scored? Or like is that it? It's been twenty minutes and we have our first touchdown scored. just just not a great window for fantasy, not a great window to sit and watch football. Just a tough a tough watch. ninja: Very tough watch. We experienced it together. We were in the trenches together this week watching the one o'clock window. Like, yikes. Can this get any worse? And somehow Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: it managed to top itself by getting worse. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I'm just watching Omar Parlays just not do anything because nothing's happening. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: next bad Miami Dolphins do not look like a good football team. Shocker. Malik Willis doesn't look good as a passer. Doesn't isn't even running the ball either. Devon Achan like the only bright spot, and he is also just he's just treading water at this point. this team is not good. Defense is not good. They're this is like number one pick written all over it for the ninja: Hundred percent and the reason I put this on here is is A Chan a guy? Can we still start him? My answer is I Lord Hinkie: If you have anybody else. Like a decent ninja: Like Lord Hinkie: option. ninja: like Manungai. I'm st I think I'm starting Manungai over him, H N right now. Lord Hinkie: Matchup wise, yeah. Bears got a good matchup, sure. ninja: Bears got a matchup. I'm I think I'm doing it. Lord Hinkie: The if the Bears play football. Yeah. ninja: If the bears are on on Sunday I'm in. Lord Hinkie: Next bad on our list, I threw this one in here just I ha Marvin Harrison Jr. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: the entire world is beside itself on the fact that Marvin Harrison is this much of a bust in the NFL. I don't see a single receipt of anyone saying anywhere that Marv wasn't gonna be a good NFL player, or at least a decent NFL wide receiver. And he is just he's dog. He's dog. he he looks slow. He looks uninterested. He does not get open. He does not run routes with any Christmas or desire to get catch a football. It's he had one target in this game for and no catches. It's What are we doing here? ninja: He ne he needs a change of scenery so bad. How we send an Lord Hinkie: So bad. Or I need to co but ninja: offer out there. What's it gonna take? Like a third? At this point? Maybe a second? Lord Hinkie: Can you imagine? ninja: Howie work the phones, brother. Get him Lord Hinkie: There's no way. I would love that. ninja: get him working with Smitty a little bit, show him a little route crispness. Like this is how we do it here. I still think the kid can be a Hall of Famer after a bad two years. Like that's how good his talent was. Lord Hinkie: That might be the hottest take you've ever had. And I love you for it. next bat on our list is the New York Giants. does not look good for the Giants right now. the highest of highs week one after beating the Cowboys to maybe the lowest of lows after putting up six points on Monday Night Football against the Rams. Ca kinda saw this one coming. obviously the dart injury, which we'll talk about in a little bit, derails this team even further than it already was. But it's it's not looking good for the Giants at all. ninja: Yeah, this game was over from the start. I think Dark got hurt on their second drive, first or second drive like something like that. And it was over from then. killed my parlay. Everything hit in the parlay, but the giants keeping it close and I I attained that to Jackson Dark going down early. I don't think this is I think the Giants are good. I think this is a bad spot for them in the bads. They deserve to be here. But I think this was an unlucky look with Jackson Dart going down so early in the first quarter. I think they played well otherwise, only giving up, what was it, 28 to the Rams, and they were obviously running clock at the end, but I think it's a bad look for Giants, and there's things to look out for and be hopeful for when Jackson Dart is on the field. Which is Lord Hinkie: Which sounds like a yeah. ninja: that's that's a strange thing for the ninja to say, but I'm gonna say it. I think Jackson Dart. can lead this team to some decent things out there. Sucks when he's not out there. Lord Hinkie: that last bad, the Buccaneers strictly for losing everyone's survivor pools who picked them to win at home against the Browns. diabolical. That's all I got. I was one of ninja: Yeah, I'm I'm gonna go off on a tangent here, because I lost. And I was n I was so confident, like I'm just gonna bet about against the Browns for the entire year. I don't care who they played, I'm gonna bet against the Browns every game. And somehow Baker put up a dud in Tampa. What are we doing, kid? Lord Hinkie: Awful. ninja: it changed my stance on Baker Mayfield. if you go back, I I said he was a top twelve dynasty stash. He's off the list. Banished. You don't lose to the Browns at home. Game two after a bad loss. Hate Lord Hinkie: Well. ninja: to see it. Baker Mayfield no longer top twelve in my ranking. He fell to the quarterback seventeen in just this performance. I think I had him at nine. You don't do that. Bad look. Bad it's bad press. It's bad press. We can't have that here. Lord Hinkie: It leaves a bad taste in your math. Bad aftertaste. Very bad press. all right. A lot of injuries to get through here. I'm gonna kind of run through them and we'll talk about the big ones mostly. three quarterbacks to start off the list, actually, which is probably the worst. Jaden Daniels, pretty nasty elbow injury. Looks like a full dislocation. I'm assuming. as of today that he's at least missing most of this season, if not all of it. It kind of depends on if they want to do surgery or not. I believe it's his non throwing elbow, if I remember correctly. but it does not look good. Everyone who's seen it knows it's bad. It's a full dislocation, so we'll see. Jackson Dart's knee, initially they thought it was just going to be kind of a sprain or hyperextension kind of situation, but the latest news is that it's worse than expected. as of I I would be moving forward right now with the thought of Jackson Dart is out for the year with a knee injury. which means hey, Jameis Winston gets to play football. Caleb Williams went down with a hamstring injury, which is I if anyone who saw it, it's literally already a meme and it's Tuesday. he's riding into the locker room through the cart, cheering on the fans, acting like he just like his career's over 'cause he just broke his leg in three places and it's like a hamstring pull. So I'm assuming he's probably gonna be out for a week or two. reports look like it's probably gonna be a two to three week injury. but yeah, three quarterbacks go down early. ninja: Yeah, and for Jaden Daniels, the gross part is it's not the legs, it's the arms. It's always seems to be some upper body stuff with Jaden Daniels, which is grosser to see for some reason. Like I I watched the NCAA tournament, basketball tournament years ago. Do you remember when that Louisville guard, like his knee went out of his knee? You know what I mean? Like the bone went out. Lord Hinkie: Yes. ninja: You remember that? Whatever his name is. for some reason Jaden Daniels, his like arm injuries are so much worse. And I don't know why. but Jackson Dart sucks. Caleb Williams. I'm sorry your MVP season will await you later this year when you come back in week five. come back healthy, brother. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. a couple other two birds actually went down. Saquon went down with a shoulder injury. He did come back into the game, but you can tell he was not feeling great. news is it's like a shoulder stinger situation. I'm assuming he's just gonna play through it and he'll be good next week. Goddard, MCL injury. I believe they put him on IR. If not, they're expecting him to be out for a couple of weeks. and off of that news, the Eagles re signed Zach Ertz. I'm I'm I'm gonna expect Zack Ertz to be thrown into this lineup pretty quickly, especially 'cause he's I think eleven catches away from the all time receptions record for the Eagles. I I do think Zack Ertz is a factor. I don't know how much of a fantasy factor he is, but I do think he's a factor. ninja: I do agree completely and he should have made the good list if I didn't put him up there. this is just a homecoming that everyone wanted to see. It's it's a hometown legend coming back to finish the end of their career. Everyone loves to see this. This is a storybook ending for Zach Ertz. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, absolutely love it. a couple other notes. Omar Cooper got thrown on high R. I think he was he was out during the game. I did not see exactly why, but we're gonna have to wait much longer to see Omar Cooper turn into anything at the NFL, which if you listen to this podcast, me and Ninja told you about Omar Cooper. neighbors, ninja: Ha ha. Lord Hinkie: shoulder injury, he's listed as questionable. I don't think he I think he went back into the game Monday night, but then they were kinda blown out. ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: So they they brought him back out again. It looks like a dislocated shoulder or some kind of shoulder issue. I'm assuming maybe an AC joint. Don't really know the full cusp of the injury right now because it's only Tuesday, but monitor it for now, especially with Winston playing. If Neighbors isn't fully healthy, I'm probably not playing him, but Winston loves chucking that ball. So if Neighbors is healthy, I don't we might have to talk about that. ninja: for Jameis Winston, you know he's gonna chuck that ball anywhere and anywhere. so if Neighbors is ninety percent, I'm still throwing him in my lineup just 'cause maybe he gets a seventy yard bomb from Jameis Winston. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, there's always that chance. Pukanakua was a last minute out Monday night football with a groin injury. It sounds like he was close to playing, and I think all the news is now that he is gonna be playing week three, but there was expectations of him playing week two. So just monitor that situation. Obviously, if he's out, Devante's a stud. if he's in, you gotta put him in your lineup. He's Puka Nakua. Alec Pierce went down with a heel injury. I guess not an Achilles. Everyone's calling it a heel. it looks like it's the same heel injury he had from last season that he re aggravated, got surgery on, and now hurt it again. Not looking good. Pierce is either gonna be a on on IR at least, if not done for the year. ninja: It's a tough one to see, especially for all you guys who were fantasy biased at the beginning of the year like me. I was saying go get yourself some Alec Pierce because he's a wide receiver to own there. it really sucks to see. But for your Josh Downs owner, wheels up maybe? Lord Hinkie: I don't know. I we can talk about it when we talk about the Colts, but I'm I'm questioning a lot of that stuff. Jonathan Brooks went down with a groin injury. He's listed as questionable for week three. this kid just can't stay on the field, man. I just Yeah, at this ninja: Who cares? Who cares? Lord Hinkie: point he's getting towards the if he just keeps getting hurt, like who cares at this point. Jadarian Price had a shoulder injury. I don't know if he left g week two or they would just kept him limited. but he's questionable as of now to play in week three. and then at this point, I think that was like ten to twelve names of the injury list for fantasy relevant players. I probably missed somebody. If I did, let me know, I'm sorry. there were so many injuries this week. ninja: You know, the the shocking thing about this for me is the amount of guys you drafted in like your top five rounds of redraft leagues. Like there's a lot of notable guys here where Lord Hinkie: Yeah. yeah. ninja: they're just not gonna see the field for a significant amount of time and it really sucks, if you drafted any one of these players. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, that's why you gotta play the waivers, buddy. Play the waivers, draft deep, get backups, ninja: Gotta be hot on the waivers. Lord Hinkie: gotta be hot, baby. Gotta be on them. and yeah, I guess with that being said, let's break down week three. Starting with the Thursday night football game, we have the Falcons at the Packers. Michael Penix officially back and starting for the Falcons here in week three. It's the Packers' first home game of the year in Lambeau Field. Falcons side, I'm playing Bijan. And with Penix playing, I'm playing Drake London because their their combination last year was very good. I don't think I'm playing Penix in a super flex league, but if you have no other options, I can see where you'd be down for it. but for me, Falcons, Bijan, London, and I'm out. I'm not playing Kyle Pitts until he proves me right. Packers side, give me love. Love, love. Christian Watson's a guy there. And I think Matthew Golden's gonna be a pretty solid start as well. He's gotten a lot of receptions these first two weeks. I'm totally cool starting him, but big question I wanna ask. Are we starting to get nervous about Tucker Kraft here? Another back to back dud weeks to start the year? ninja: No, and I'm gonna back this up a little bit earlier. you said Bijan and Drake London are starts for you. I disagree, it's just Bijan for me and that offense, and then I'm out. because Bijan's gonna get his load no matter what. But Drake London, not productive in the first two weeks. I don't think Penix changes that a bunch, so I would still set him until we see otherwise. But for Tuckercraft, no, I'm still starting him. just signed an extension, a massive deal. with a lot of guaranteed money. I wouldn't be surprised if Tuckercraft just went out and balled out this game because the Falcons are this bad, especially at linebacker, especially at safety. I might even I didn't do it, but a Tuckercraft any timer for a tight end bet, love it this week. Lord Hinkie: I love it as well. I was kind of bringing that question up because I wanted to talk about it, but I do agree. I think Kraft gets a a good bounce back week here for the Packers against that pretty booty Falcons defense. next game on our list, Chargers at the Bills. I said it last week, and I'm gonna say it here again. Jim Harbaugh has to be on the hot seat. Starting 0 2 against two teams you were expected to beat by at least a touchdown, and you lose to both of them. And y the for the Chargers, your schedule does not get any easier. You have the Bills this week, you have like three divisional matchups in a row with like the Broncos, the Chiefs, like you're it's it's not looking good for the Chargers. There's a world where they start like and five. it doesn't get easier. For the Bills side, you're playing at home again after beating up on the Lions. I expect them to win this game pretty heavily, but Ninja, what are your thoughts on this this Chargers? Like what are we doing with the Chargers? ninja: Yeah, it's it's a sit all until they figure it out, and I don't know if they're able to figure it out. And a note I have here is I don't think Harbaugh's all to blame here. His whole premise of the game was he was a defensive guy, he was gonna bring the D line and the O line and boost them up a little bit. I think he's done that a little bit, especially on the defensive side. But the Chargers offensive line is horrific, and I know they made drastic moves to try to increase this. in the draft with some off season moves, but Justin Herbert has no time. But I'm starting to question is Herbert a guy? Is this O line like can this O line be top twenty? Not even a top half of the league, just top twenty to give this guy some time. I don't know. they look really rough, really, really, really rough through the first two weeks. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I'm looking at their schedule now. They have the Bills this week. They're at Seattle next week. They're playing Denver the week after that. At Kansas City the week after that. Then they have a bye and then they're playing the Rams away as well. They have they legit can start O and six, Owen seven, and I wouldn't think twice about it. This this team could this could get derailed very quickly. and in Turning it to something positive. The Bill side of things, this this team looks unstoppable right now. Charger side in this game, I'm probably not starting anybody. Lad McConkey, if you have to. I think Hampton has proven himself to be a solid enough player just volume wise, but I'm not super excited about it. I'm not I y you play Justin Herbert because you have Justin Herbert, but I've been saying it for ninja: Hmm. Lord Hinkie: a while now. I just don't I don't think he's a guy, and he hasn't really proven to me that he is. ninja: I absolutely agree. not a guy should bench if you have any opportunity to. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Bill side of things, you play your studs. Josh Allen, you're playing. James Cook, you're playing. DJ Moore right now, he might we might have missed him on the injury report. He did leave Thursday night's game with a I believe a hamstring injury if he's playing, I'm playing him. If he's not Keon Coleman? Question mark? ninja: No no Kalushakure. Lord Hinkie: Okay. and Don Kincaid I think is a very solid start. He I think I believe he's tight end one right now in fantasy. very good start for Don Kincaid. Next matchup here we have the Panthers at the Browns. the Panthers dominated the Falcons last week and the Falcons do stink, but the fact that the Panthers made look that bad is also telling. the Browns, like we said earlier, absolutely ruined everyone's guillotine leagues or survivor leagues. just a shocking win over the over the Bucks. The Sean Watson still stinks, for sure, but their defense did look pretty good. Panther side of things. I'm starting everybody. gimme Bryce. Gimme Tet. Gimme Cooker. Gimme Chuba Hubba. And Darren Waller catching two touchdowns last week. You can't sit anybody right now. I'm sure there's gonna have a dud week and they might come back to Earth going on the road in Cleveland, but I'm not sitting anybody. Brown side of things, y you can't really play anybody right now. if you think the Panthers defense stinks, you can play Quinchon Judkins. Is it probably on paper a good matchup for him playing at home against what people think might be a pretty bad defense after they led up fifty nine points to the Bears in week one? But after that I just don't know. and Ninja, I'm sure you're gonna be talking about a guy we could we should play. ninja: Yeah, we absolutely should talk about it. I'm surprised you didn't hop on this boat while you still could, because now you're just out. You're out on Lord Hinkie: Hmm? ninja: this guy. you didn't bring him up. Lord Hinkie: we ninja: I gave you fair opportunity to finish the write up and and you chose to throw it to me, so that proves to me that you have no faith. Lord Hinkie: I did this out of courtesy to you. ninja: I feel like there's no faith here. But anyways Lord Hinkie: I'm being a good podcast host. ninja: But anyways, Denzel Boston. Two really good weeks in a row and did the ninja strike again? Did the ninja find gold after throwing Nico Collins so far down your throat you don't know where it's at? I struck again with another guy. Denzel Boston sitting right now at the wide receiver 12. Love to see it. I think he is a start in all fantasy leagues as of this point. Thank the ninja later. Top 12 guy through two weeks. Love to see it. Lord Hinkie: I actually think this is a matchup you should be starting Denzel Boston in. And I know it might be the whole you're hopping on the train too late thing, but I don't think it is. I think this is a good matchup for him. moving on to the next game we have the Jets at the Detroit Lions. the Jets kept it pretty close against the Packers last week. I think this team is sneaky, decent. I like their defense. I don't hate their offense right now. I only dislike Aaron Glenn. which Ninja agrees with as well. Aaron R Gland Revenge game, sneaky little shout out, old Detroit Lion. and the Lions are trying to, you know, dust off that bad loss to the Bills on the road, coming back home into their dome. but I I think this is gonna be a closer game than people think. I think you can play Jets in this matchup. I'm okay. I actually really like the Garrett Wilson matchup. I'm playing him for sure. I think Brees Hall is fine. He can do way worse than Brees Hall. He had a pretty good week last week. Especially catching passes. And I'm calling my shot right now. Throwing my dart throw. I'm I'm looking at the dartboard and I'm throwing it. And I'm aiming for Odante Mitchell anytime touchdown. Calling it right now. the lions side of things, you're starting everybody. You don't need you don't need me to tell you to start lions. You start your lions players. But I want to ask you, Ninja, starting all lions, do you think we're playing Jameson Williams in this matchup? ninja: Yes. This it this is a go matchup for all lines wide receivers. I'm a little worried about the Jets wide receivers, mainly 'cause I don't trust the Jets yet. I don't know what that offense is gonna be. but if you have Garrett Wilson and you have a matchup that you wanna start him in, this is the one to do it. And if he doesn't do it here then might have to be a bench spot the rest of year. 'cause the line secondary is booty. Lord Hinkie: Butt cheeks. ninja: But this is a real spot where I didn't throw it out there in any streets yet. this is a Kenyon Sadiq any timer, this game. Lord Hinkie: Ooh, Cheeky Jets. All the Cheeky Jets. Look at us. ninja: Love a cheeky jet. Lord Hinkie: J E T S, baby. Yo, that's how gross. moving on. ninja: Ha ha Lord Hinkie: Texans at the Colts. Colts had a great game against the Chiefs last week. Lost at tough one in overtime. but played them very well in the road. and the Texans really need to get healthy. Nico needs to come back. this offensive line needs to improve. Texan side of things. If Nico's healthy, you're playing him. I like CJ Stroud. I think he's pretty good in this matchup. And then it's the question of which David Montgomery are we getting? Kenneth Walker played pretty well against the Colts last week. I'm probably playing David Montgomery this week, but you gotta temper your expectations. Dalton Schultz also has been putting up numbers. I know Nico was out last week, but if he does anything close to what he did last week, you probably should play Dalton Schultz as well. But if Nico's healthy and probably not playing Schultz. Does that make sense? ninja: That makes a lot of sense to me as a closeted Texans fan here. Loving all the wide receivers they draft. you miss out on the wide receiver. CJ Stroud needed a weapon on Sunday, didn't have it. you could really tell that he was missing his two favorite options in Nico Collins and Jaden Higgins. if Nico is back this week, automatic start. but y some other wide receiver needs to step up. Me and Gary are pretty high on Jalen Noel. Lord Hinkie: Mm-hmm. ninja: he needs to get a little bit of work in. But you could really tell that they missed out on some wide receivers. but if Nico's at full strength with a th which I think he will be this week, he's the only outright start of this Texans offense. And if you have any question about Monty or Stroud, you're warranted. It's okay to sit him this week if you have other options, I think. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I would say I agree well wholeheartedly with that take. Colt side of things, you're starting Jonathan Taylor, and after that it kinda gets nasty. you gotta play Tyler Warren. Because you drafted him so high. Same thing with Lovelin. Did catch a touchdown last week which kind of saved his day, but need to see more out of the guy. And Daniel Jones does not look Daniel Jones ain't running the ball like Daniel Jones used to, so now Daniel Jones is trying to throw the ball more and Daniel Jones is still Daniel Jones, so it's not going as well as you would expect. ninja: Well, I mean in the write up it's JT and I'm I love Warren. Everyone knows I love Warren. but Daniel Jones after that Achilles terror isn't trying to move the pocket like he used to. And I don't like Daniel Jones as a pocket kind of guy. I need him to move that pocket a little bit. to get me interested. so I like you said, I'm you probably have to start Warren, but if I could look anywhere else, I think I'm trying to do that. GT and I'm at Lord Hinkie: Next matchup here, Pats at Jags. Pats win a close one last week. Close one twenty three. awful game against the Steelers. the Jags lose a close one against Denver. Trevor Lawrence looks good for one half. He looks god awful the second half. That's Trevor Lawrence football for ya. he's just so hit or miss. Fantasy wise in this game, Patriots, give me Drake May. Give me Trevion Henderson and then I'm out. Jag side of things, we're tootin' all over the place. Bretton Strange is okay. Don't love T Law in this matchup to be honest. And I'm not playing any Jags wide receiver. ninja: Perfect write up. I wonder who did this one. Lord Hinkie: Shocker. ninja: Tootin's great, strange is great. I think if you're on a Star T law, I won't sit quite yet. I think this is a decent matchup for him. But other than that, there's there's no other notes taken. Tootin and Strange are your best plays in this game. Lord Hinkie: Word. next matchup, Chiefs at the Dolphins. the Chiefs looked Chiefs look pretty good in last week against the Colts. Dolphins stink as everyone would have sp expected. this game, I think though, I think Ninja agrees with me, might be sneaky close with the Dolphins playing at home. Kind of a letdown game for the Chiefs. I expect the Dolphins to cover a big number. I think they're like two touchdown underdogs right now. I don't know if they'll win the game, but If you can give me a plus fourteen and a half for Miami, I love that. fantasy wise though, Chiefs, you're playing Mahomes, you're playing Kenneth Walker, you're playing Travis Kelsey after that great week last week, and for me, I'm playing Rasheed Rice as well. ninja: Yeah, no qualms here. Lord Hinkie: Miami side Devon HN? Can enter City and Devon Achan? You have to. ninja: Mm only 'cause you have to. Only 'cause you have to. Lord Hinkie: To he got like twenty-five touches last week. ninja: Like he's like the option like you go to a steakhouse and Devon Achan's like the the chicken option at the steakhouse, you're like, Mainly 'cause the main chef isn't in tonight. I guess I'm okay with it. Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Like I can't afford the steak. They they ran out of ribeyes, they only have fillets. And it's like I it's out of my price range. I guess I'll play Devon H. ninja: I I guess I'll do the chicken with the mashed taters. Not what I wanted, but I'm here for it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Dan you better give me a free drink. AK a touchdown. ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: But yeah, you can't play any any no Miami pass catcher. Malik Willis isn't playable right now. It's he's gotta run the ball more, man. Run the ball. You're Malik Willis. Run the ball. Anyways, if you think that game is gross, look out for this one. Titans at the Giants. ninja: This is the ninjas worst game of the week, baby. Terrible. Hit the unders. Awful game. Lord Hinkie: Awful. I don't wanna I don't want this game to come across my red zone feed. Ever. ninja: the only play here I'm not even gonna go through a write up. It's just the only play you might have to have Epic Iron Banner. Do I start him in a flex spot after his hot start? I think I might have to. Lord Hinkie: Gross, man. I'm not playing a giant. I just don't know how what to expect from that team. With Winston. Is Malik Neighbors healthy? Isaiah likely didn't do anything last week. Scatterboo looks like a shell of himself with no Jackson Darn. I'm I'm not playing anybody. I want nothing to do with this game at all. ninja: Except for an epic any timer. Count it. Lord Hinkie: Wooden. moving on. Bengals at the Steelers. the Bengals defense looks pretty frickin' good. Dexter Lawrence was probably one of the best trades any team has made this off season 'cause he looks unstoppable. the Steelers lose one of the grossest games in against the Patriots last week. At Gillette ever, actually, ninja: At Gillette ever. Yeah, it was so bad. Lord Hinkie: yes. Aaron Ro Aaron Rodgers looks bad. DK Metcalf looks bad. this game I'm a ninja did it perfectly. All the Bengals, you're playing everybody. I it's not a great matchup for Chase Brown, I would say. That he'd be the only person I would have questions on. But if you have Chase Brown, you're starting him. And then Steelers side of things, I don't want anybody. I want no nobody at all. ninja: Yeah, you're gonna move from this game real fast. warn if you're desperate, cause he's looked okay so far for the Steelers offense. But other than that, o Yuck. Lord Hinkie: Booty, butt cheeks. next matchup, Seahawks at the Commanders. Drew Locke, baby. Just looks so good. Love to see it. ninja: I wanna say the meme so bad, but I'm not trying to give anybody extra work here. But Drew Locke with you got it. Lord Hinkie: JSN is unstoppable right now. really is. He's the best wide receiver fantasy wise in football. And the commanders think Dan Quinn's gonna be fired tomorrow. No, I'm just kidding. Maybe week five. Daniel J or Jane Daniel Jones. Jaden Daniels out with another major injury. Who who knows on this guy? We'll have to talk about him in a second. But fantasy wise in this game, JSN have to. ninja: Is Dog Lord Hinkie: Doug Wood. Commander side, I'm not playing anybody. Like literally zero. None of the wide receivers. Terry ninja: No. Lord Hinkie: stinks. Diggs has been playing well, but it's all been with Daniels. I want nothing to do with it. And the Seahawks wise, you're playing JSN because you have to. Other than that, I don't think I'm playing anyone. If Darion Price is out, I'm not playing a running back. I don't love Barner right now. ninja: It it's a it's a game you just wanna let it go. You like j Lord Hinkie: Just let it go. ninja: you throw Jay S in there because you have to and then other than that you just kinda like wash it Lord Hinkie: Just yeah. ninja: to the wind like whatever happens happens. Lord Hinkie: Love it. next matchup cards at the Forty Niners. The Cardinals looked like the Cardinals last week. and then the Forty Niners win again. I know is Miami, but they looked really good again. Fantasy wise, cards, you gotta play McBride 'cause he's a stud. But other than that, don't love it. But speaking of love, if you're gonna play Jeremiah Love is getting more and more of the work. Last week I think he had twelve touches where like Tyler's you only had five. I expect that to continue moving that way and if the Cardinals are down in this game, Jeremiah Love getting some pass catches, fantasy wise. Am I excited? I don't know. ninja: I'm trying to get excited, hard too. Lord Hinkie: I wanna be so bad. I wanna be. But I can't. Niner side. CMC, Kittle, have to. Purdy, have to. Mike Evans, if he's healthy, yes. I think he's but we're gonna have that question. Mike Evans has been questionable for seven years now. Week to week, he's questionable. but if Mike Evans plays, you play him. ninja: I agree. Especially in this matchup, yeah. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, no qualm. Love it. No qualms. Vikings at the Bucks. the Vikings won a disgusting game in Chicago last week and the Bucs disappointed ninja: The worst game I've seen in some time. Lord Hinkie: Especially 'cause we were very excited for that game beforehand. 'Cause we ninja: I thought it'd be a heater of a game. Lord Hinkie: yeah, we thought it'd be s points galore and then we get twelve total points. and then the Bucks with just the disappointments of all disappointments for everyone who plays the Survivor Pool ever. hate to see it. Viking side, you're playing Justin Jefferson. And if you can play Aaron Jones too. I'm okay playing Aaron Jones ninja: Mason. Lord Hinkie: Jordan Mason, thank you. ninja: Well, ladies and gentlemen, if you thought Jay Jets didn't have a quarterback with Kyler Murray, all wrongs will be fixed. Carson Wentz has come to the Rex rescue and keep in mind I wanted Enter Sandman to play through this entire thing. But you know, copyright strikes and all that bull bull crap. but Mr Carson Wentz, I think this is a very good game for him. I think it's a good game for Jets. Carson, what should be your top waiver wire ad this week? Lord Hinkie: I think I read somewhere that Kyler Murray might actually be back this week. I know. I ninja: No way, he got knocked out. He he was out cold. Lord Hinkie: know. I saw it and I was like, well, there's no way that's true. But now that I'm thinking about it, I wanted to double check and see if that what I saw was true. he did clear concussion protocol. Yeah. ninja: Wow. Good for him. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, they said Kyler Murray may start week three. So just keep keep an eye out. But either way, I think you're still playing Justin Jefferson. Yeah, they're like ninja: They have some real team friendly doctors there. Like that's whoa. Lord Hinkie: Like, hey, we just brought in Kyler Murray. I don't care if he can't see out of his right eye. Like, we're throwing him out there. Yeah. He'll be fine. Just ninja: He only needs to last one season. Okay. Lord Hinkie: throw him out there. He's okay. Buck side of things, you're playing Bucky Irving. You're playing a Mekka Buka. Baker. Yeah, I like it. But other than that, I think I'm out. no Chris Godwin. ninja: No Chris Godwin as of yet. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I think they have to turn this offense up for me to get interested in God. Speaking of turning the offense up, baby. This gotta be the game of the week. ninja: It is the ninjas dubbed game of the week. Lord Hinkie: Love it. Ravens at the Cowboys. Four o'clocker. Game of the week. expecting just an absolute shootout from this one. a lot of things to keep your eye on, but I think Dallas runs the score up. I think the Ravens keep up with them. Ravens have a very good offense. Cowboys have a very good offense. Both defenses kind of stink. Give me a forty five to thirty eight game. I want a hundred points in this one. Raven side of things, you're playing Lamar, you're playing Derrick Henry. their studs. I think Mark Andrews is okay. You can do a lot worse than him. And wide receiver wise, if Zay Flowers is playing, I'm playing Zay Flowers. If Zay Flowers is not playing, I'm playing Rashad Bateman. If Zay Flowers is healthy, I don't think I might play Rashad Bateman if you have to. I think this matchup you kind of want every piece of it you can. But I just if Zay Falaris plays, I don't know if I'm playing two wide receivers from the Ravens. ninja: So I have a question for you because you and me were very high on one rookie coming in who has been a healthy scratch the first two weeks. Lord Hinkie: Just disgusting. ninja: What are our thoughts here? Because I couldn't be more disgusted in how the Ravens are dealing with this. but our boy down there not getting any work at all. Is there any kind of inkling to try and get him into the into the fold right now? Lord Hinkie: Elijah Surat, the fact that he can't get on the starting week wa roster when they have two starting wide receivers out in lane and flowers I think tells us all we need to hear. he must look awful in practice. He has to. You drafted I know. Like ninja: I can't envision it. I can't see it in my head. Lord Hinkie: I like the they're playing guys I've never heard of over a fourth round pick last year. ninja: Who's who's DeJounte Wester? Like Lord Hinkie: I've never heard his name before in my entire life. ninja: I don't get it. I was hoping Lord Hinkie: I have no idea. ninja: you would say something really positive about Elisha Surat, so I didn't have to, but like my guy Elisha Lord Hinkie: No. I don't have anything. ninja: Surat, like yikes. Lord Hinkie: I love them too. Yeah. I just I do not understand. I don't get it. He must be hurt or something. Cowboy side, you're playing Dak. I think he's gonna have a great week. John Javante Williams, CeeDee Lamb. I think this is bounce back week for Pickens. You're playing Ferg, everybody. No questions asked. Love El Love every piece in this game you can get. ninja: Start all. Lord Hinkie: Start them all. No questions. No qualms. Raiders at the Saints. Two two teams with big Under Dog wins in week two. I called anybody anybody else call Saints outright win in Baltimore against the Ravens. Yeah. ninja: Me, me, I did it. Lord Hinkie: This podcast, the ZNG Dynasty podcast, told you guys last week that the Saints were live against the Ravens. And guess what? Outright in them. Straight out. Eight and a half point dogs. Outright. Raiders, another big win against the Chargers. That Charger team stinks. The Reese Raiders look solid. They look pretty decent. Kirk's balling. fantasy wise, I mean, are we playing Tyler Schock in fantasy football? Superflex leagues, I'm playing Tyler Shock. He's looked really good for two I think he's leading the league in passing yards in two weeks. He's that he's been that good. you're playing Chris Olave 'cause he's a stud. And Juwan Johnson I think is okay. And my alarms are up on Travis Etienne. Like Kamara got a lot more work than I expected. Etienne did not look good. He's he's the only one I'm questioning there and but the Saints team. What are your thoughts? ninja: Yeah, I have no qualms here. definitely called that. The ZNG podcast did you a favor and told you to bet the Saints alright. Lord Hinkie: Would. ninja: Dogs, that game. but I have no real qualms here for the Saints. I think Olave is good. I think Juwan Johnson is good. I thought he'd be better last week. Hate to see it. But ETN, I think it's a sneaky little play here. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Good matchup for him. Raiders side, you're playing Genty 'cause he's a stud. And Brock Bowers, from all the everything I've been hearing, it looks like he's ramped up to play in week three. If he's starting, you're playing him. and I'm not playing a Raven Raiders wide receiver. I Trey Tucker had a good game last week. You're literally never gonna be able to predict it. So just play Brock Bowers and just don't ask any questions. ninja: No qualms again if Bro the main thing is here if Brock is a start and you'll find that out later in the week. but if he's starting in any capacity, even if he's at sixty five percent, I'm still starting Brock Powers. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, if he plays fifty percent of the snaps, I'm playing Brock Bowers. Rams at Broncos, Sunday night football matchup. The Rams are now playing in their third consecutive two start the year primetime game. And I've talked about this every week so far. I'm sick of it. I get we see the same flipping teams every week playing in prime time. I want someone new. I want something different. I don't care that they stink. I don't care you're playing the Falcons on Thursday night football. And y you're giving me the Rams three weeks in a row on Sunday night. Give me somebody else, please. I like the Broncos to win this week. I think the Broncos get a win at home. I think the Rams disappoint yet again. But with that being said, fantasy wise, you're playing Kyron Williams, you're playing Devontae Adams. Stafford I think is pretty good in Superflex leagues, even though I don't love the matchup. Keep an eye on Puka Nako, like we've been saying. I think all things point towards him playing. So if he does, obviously you're paying him. And T Ferg's just gonna continue to look good. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you you should start him in like one tight end leagues, like I understand. But if you play in those two tight end leagues or if you need a cheeky little any time touchdown bet, I love me some T Ferg. any qualms. ninja: No qualms at all. Lord Hinkie: Just I'm tired of seeing the Rams. Through it's three weeks in a row. Mix it up. ninja: Ye Mix it up. What are we doing? Lord Hinkie: Like you can give me th three to five Rams primetime games throughout a year, but I'm seeing them three weeks in a row, the only game on my TV. Like I have to watch them. I'm being forced ninja: Like Lord Hinkie: to watch. They're shoving Matthew Stafford's massive veneers right down my throat. And I'm tired of it. ninja: Like I'm okay seeing the Titans at this point, like in prime time. Like on a Sunday nighter, I'm okay with Cam Ward out there. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I I I would rather that at this point. What other game are on the list that I would I would rather watch the Bengals Steelers? ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: The Jets Lions. I would much rather that than seeing the Rams three weeks in a row. God, I'm tired of hearing about how smart Sean McVeigh is. I get it, okay? I get it. Bronco's side. I like Waddle. I think he's very good. I think he's gonna have a good matchup. And I sneaky like Evan Ingram in this matchup. I do like Evan Ingram in this matchup. I think I'm playing him in my two tight end leagues. I think I think about it my one tight end leagues. And if I'm placing the parlay, I'm probably throwing part of him in it. I I like Ingram in this matchup. I think Bonex is startable in super flex. One QBs though, I'm probably not playing him. And then the running back room at this point I'm just gonna wait and see, let them get healthy and then I'll figure it out later. ninja: Yeah, absolutely. I have no qualms here Lord Hinkie: Any qualms? ninja: at all. No. Lord Hinkie: I love when we agree. This podcast goes so smooth. Eagles at the Bears. This was gonna be such a banger. And it still might be. ninja: It sh it should have been game of the week. It had everything Lord Hinkie: It should have been game of the week. ninja: going for it to be game of the week. Lord Hinkie: A hundred per cent. Birds almost blew it against the Titans last week until Jalen and Devontae Smith decided actually I don't wanna lose, so I guess we'll win this game. And they had that heroic final game winning drive. The Bears you know, too soon too fast. Caleb going down, offense not producing, I think they kind of, you know, threw all their darts too early and now they're left with nothing. Eagle side of things, you're playing Jalen. Love him in this matchup. You're playing Devontae, week in and week out. Saquon, if he's healthy, which I expect him to be, you have to play him. Even though this offensive line just absolutely stinks right now. you have to play Saquon Barkley. If somehow Saquon is out, I'd be totally cool just throwing Tank Bigsby in my starting lineup and just switching them. I think I think Tank if you were playing in those redraft leagues and you have Saquon, pick yourself up Tank Bigsby, and just hold on to him for Monday night football in case you need him. other than that, are we playing Zach Ertz as soon as he puts in puts a uniform on for these Eagles? ninja: No, but he's a solo bet for a touchdown. Lord Hinkie: Have to, yeah. You know what is? Now what I realized? I'm pretty sure someone's wearing Zach Ertz's eighty six. And I can't remember is it is Stowers wearing eighty six? I can't remember. But it's gonna be if he if Zach Ertz isn't wearing eighty six, I don't don't put him on my football field. Like either give him eighty six ninja: Yeah, I agree. Lord Hinkie: or just don't show them to me, because it's it'll look weird. Anyways, Bears side as of right now. Caleb Williams I'm pretty sure Caleb Williams ruled out for this week, but their backup quarterback, that badging guy, who everyone loves for some reason, is now also or is in concussion protocol, which I don't know how. It's Tuesday and he's a backup quarterback. I don't know if did he go bowling and like fall and hit his head? ninja: Ha ha ha. Lord Hinkie: I don't know how he's in concussion pro I there's nothing there's no news on why. I would love to hear that story. But apparently he's now questionable for week three or this Monday night game. So we might see Case Keenum play quarterback for the Chicago Bears against the Birds. I think regardless, I'm out on all the Chicago Bears. But especially with Case Keenum out. ninja: See here's the deal, as a birds fan, go birds, They're gonna be in this game a lot longer than we want them to be. Kinda like the Titans Lord Hinkie: They are. ninja: last week. This is if I've ever smelt a trap game up before, man, if it smells like it acts like it's gonna be one where the Eagles can't get any footing early, especially on the road. I expect this to be a lot closer than what it's going to be as an unbiased better in this podcast. Find that line Sunday. Bears are probably gonna be plus eight and a half. Take the line. Lord Hinkie: Right now, I'm throwing it out there. The Eagles are four and a half point favorites. ninja: it's gonna rise. It depends on the quarterback play, but it it'll it will rise. Lord Hinkie: I don't think yeah. Yeah, they're not considering any quarterback right now for Chicago. But I'll all I'm gonna say is like I as an Eagles fan, I might bet this right now. But anyways, ninja: It's a pretty good number, yeah. Lord Hinkie: I I think I'm out on Chicago no matter who it is. but yeah, that that wraps up our week three preview. Holy crap, it's about to be week three of the NFL. so we're gonna be bringing you our Z N G Dynasty parlay of the week, where we pick one anytime touchdown scorer and throw out there for you. but I guess Ninja, do you wanna tell us what happened last week? ninja: did my pick hit last week? It absolutely freaking did, guys. So the board is slate, it's clean, we're all one in one, and we love to see it. Gary, how are we going to get ahead of Zig and make sure he owes us so many cigars he doesn't know what to do with? Lord Hinkie: That is that is one hundred percent true. I I am a little surprised your victory lapping a minus two hundred any time touchdown bet. But hey, you know, it it is who it is. Yep. It is who wins a win. Yes, sir. ninja: I'll do whatever I can. I'll do whatever I can. A win's a win, brother. We don't ask how, we ask how many, you know? Lord Hinkie: Yeah. But I honestly I kind of love our sleep this week. I do. ninja: It's it's a great parlay. Lord Hinkie: It's a really good parlay. I I like all of the matchups and I like all the players. I'll give mine out first. I'm going George Pickens. I think he gets a bounce back week. Hasn't it he hasn't been bad so far this year, but he hasn't been George Pickens ask as of last season. I love the matchup against Baltimore. I think it's gonna be a shootout. I think they get him one this week. I have a George Pickens anytime tutty at plus one fifty, plus one fifty five on w wherever you're at, wherever you're betting. Who you got, Ninja? ninja: I have, and I changed it last minute. I was I was in the room, I was talking to some executives of this podcast, meaning me and Gary. and I was like, I can get a little bit bolder. 'Cause I I had another chalky, chalky pick as I normally do for the Z and G Lord Hinkie: Yeah, shocker. ninja: bet because I go out there on a limb for the ninjas parlay. So I like to play it safer for, you know, the real parlay of the week, the Z and G bet. But I was like, you know what? There's another matchup I like a whole lot. give me Rasheed Rice any timer at plus one sixty against the Dolphins. I think this is a shoe-in. plus one sixty odds too. Love that. Pick that up now. Lord Hinkie: I love that. I love that matchup and I think they kinda get him one a as a same similar aspect of George Pickens where it's a little bit slower of a start throughout the year. So let's get him one week three, keep that guy going. and Ziggs bet to round us off Ted Toroa McMillan against the Browns any time touchdown plus one seventy. great game last week, no touchdown though. Th Zig thinks Tet gets one and Bryce Young produces there in Cleveland, which to be honest, I agree with. And that brings us about sixteen fifty five odds total. A five dollar bet wins you eighty eight bucks. Love to see that. Hopefully we can hit for you guys this week. We're for two so far. But I think we I I like this one. I got a feeling about this one. It tickles me. ninja: I I I like the trajectory of what we're doing here. The last two bets have been tickling me real nice. J a ni a a nice little cup action, if you will. Lord Hinkie: Yep. Speaking of nice cup action, what is the ninjas parley of this week, this big fella? ninja: fella I've been last week I thought I had a shoe in. I was I was n more confident in that parlay than I've been in a parlay in a long time. I had a guy like Jamar Chase who hit what? I had a guy like Meka Buka who hit what? And then Tet hit just not a touchdown. He had a great week, just didn't hit. George Pickens who I had and I thought was a shoe-in last week just didn't hit for me. So it was real close two for four with both other guys not scoring a touchdown having a pretty good day. But we're back to the well today with wide receivers. my first pick is T Higgins at plus one ninety against the Pittsburgh Steelers. I got Parker Washington at a pretty cheeky plus one seventy-five. And then I couldn't fight odds on DraftKings or FanDuel, so I looked up the odds, so it might change a bit for you guys. but at plus four hundred A cheeky little Michael Wilson in there. And then at Sunday night, pay homage to Zig for the first time I'll ever do ever. Cortland Sutton at plus two twenty-five. I expect Bo Nicks to actually finally figure it out and get one of his wide receivers touchdowns. I picked Sutton this week, not Waddle. Mainly because of the odds, fella. but if you were to put a measly five dollar bet on all four of those guys, that adds up to about a twelve thousand. eight hundred fifty odd which five bucks wins you at roughly six hundred forty seven dollars from my Lord Hinkie: Huge. ninja: math and that's some pretty good math if I'm mathing it right. Lord Hinkie: Huge. That's a big that's a big little take home from four four players I like this week. but yeah. Hopefully hopefully one of these parlays can hit for the fellas and we can actually you know make some money this week. ninja: If it's if this doesn't work this week, I'm going straight chalk next week. So we'll figure it out. Lord Hinkie: Love it. I love a good chalk parlay. but ninja, that kinda brings us to the end of the week three preview. ninja: I do agree, and hopefully for the listeners as we change podcast platforms, you won't have to miss a ninja a week. So if you're a ninja enjoyer, which I know very few of you are, but I'm here. I'm ca I'm I'm the skip baylist of the podcast. I'm glad to be the guy you hate for a little bit longer. for these podcasts. They should be smoother. I'm happy to be here.
