• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Now, I know this is going to come
• 0:07
Speaker 1: as a surprise, but the DOJ has not exactly been
• 0:11
Speaker 1: honest with us about the methods that they used when
• 0:13
Speaker 1: it comes to redactions. And now according to a new
• 0:17
Speaker 1: report that there was a flag list, which was a
• 0:21
Speaker 1: list of topics that should be flagged as they're going
• 0:25
Speaker 1: through the documents, so that those documents could be reviewed
• 0:28
Speaker 1: further to make sure they weren't politically explosive or damaging
• 0:32
Speaker 1: to the administration or the administration's friends. And of course,
• 0:36
Speaker 1: who is directly in the middle of all of it.
• 0:38
Speaker 1: You guessed it, Todd Baby Billy Blanche. In this episode,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: we have an article from Raw Story and the headline
• 0:45
Speaker 1: scrambling DOJ rushed to shut Epstein case as flaglist surface
• 0:50
Speaker 1: big names. This article was authored by Jordan Green. Days
• 0:55
Speaker 1: after an explosive meeting at the White House Situation Room
• 0:58
Speaker 1: last July to address a crisis threatening to engulf the
• 1:01
Speaker 1: Trump administration, FBI Director Cash Battel sought clarity on how
• 1:06
Speaker 1: the scandal might implicate powerful men link to Jeffrey Epstein,
• 1:11
Speaker 1: addressing Patel as boss and citing prior discussion between the two.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: An FBI official from the Bureau Information Management Division responded
• 1:20
Speaker 1: by sending the director an email with a collection of
• 1:23
Speaker 1: spreadsheets named flagged item lists based on guidance calling on
• 1:28
Speaker 1: FBI personnel tasked with redacting material from the Epstein files
• 1:32
Speaker 1: to flag items of interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys.
• 1:37
Speaker 1: The FBI official informed Pattel that the list included public figures,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: potentially classified information potential see sam et cetera. So there's
• 1:47
Speaker 1: a lot we don't have, Okay, And the people out
• 1:49
Speaker 1: there that want to think that all these files have
• 1:51
Speaker 1: been released, stop being dumb. I mean, honestly, Oh, they're duplicative.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: They have nothing to do with what's going on. Cool,
• 2:00
Speaker 1: let us see them. Let us decide that, because at
• 2:05
Speaker 1: this point nobody trusts you, Todd Blanche. Nobody. The guidance
• 2:09
Speaker 1: to flag these sensitive items from the Epstein files came
• 2:12
Speaker 1: from the Department of Justice Assistant Director Shannon Perry in
• 2:16
Speaker 1: form Patel. Heading the effort for the Department of Justice
• 2:20
Speaker 1: was Todd Blanche, then the Deputy Attorney General and formerly
• 2:24
Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's criminal defense lawyer. Blanche is now awaiting
• 2:28
Speaker 1: confirmation as Attorney General from the US Senate. Like I've
• 2:33
Speaker 1: told you from the jump, Todd baby Billy Blanche and
• 2:36
Speaker 1: his disgusting fingerprints all over this shit, and he's going
• 2:40
Speaker 1: to have to own it. This is his legacy. Keep
• 2:44
Speaker 1: that in mind. This Epstein nonsense, that's going to be
• 2:47
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche's legacy. That's what people are going to remember
• 2:50
Speaker 1: him for, the man who whitewashed the Epstein scandal. Talk
• 2:56
Speaker 1: about a shitty legacy. The email from Parry and other
• 3:03
Speaker 1: documents about sensitive items flagged for review by the DOJ,
• 3:06
Speaker 1: including references to public figures, was quietly released by the
• 3:10
Speaker 1: FBI last week and are being reported here for the
• 3:13
Speaker 1: first time. The material in the flagged items list had
• 3:17
Speaker 1: already been turned over to the Department of Justice four
• 3:19
Speaker 1: months earlier, Parry told Patel in a July twenty first,
• 3:23
Speaker 1: twenty twenty five email. Remember this all started about a
• 3:27
Speaker 1: year ago now when this all blew up again, and
• 3:30
Speaker 1: this has been going on since, And the fact that
• 3:34
Speaker 1: we still don't have a special counsel after all this
• 3:37
Speaker 1: bullshit is just insane to me. I mean, how much
• 3:41
Speaker 1: more nonsense are we going to take? Now? Hopefully, if
• 3:45
Speaker 1: there's a new Congress after the election, they get their
• 3:48
Speaker 1: shit together, but I'm not confident. We all know that
• 3:52
Speaker 1: power protects power. The items were produced as part of
• 3:58
Speaker 1: the approved project plan per years guidance to flag items
• 4:01
Speaker 1: of interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys that were redacted.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: The internal discussion at the FBI about public figures potentially
• 4:09
Speaker 1: implicated in the scandal was starkly different from an awkward
• 4:13
Speaker 1: public memo jointly released with the DOJ exactly two weeks
• 4:17
Speaker 1: earlier that cited an exhaustive review of investigative holdings relating
• 4:21
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and the federal agency's commitment to transparency.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: Remember the nonsense they tried to pitch to us with
• 4:29
Speaker 1: that letter. Oh, there's nothing left to see, nobody needs
• 4:32
Speaker 1: to be investigated, You need to move on. Meanwhile, they're
• 4:36
Speaker 1: hiding a bunch of bullshit. They're protecting a bunch of people,
• 4:39
Speaker 1: and they're lying directly to the American public. The material,
• 4:46
Speaker 1: the agency said, did not expose any additional third parties
• 4:49
Speaker 1: to allegations of illegal wrongdoing and did not uncover evidence
• 4:53
Speaker 1: that could predicate investigation against uncharged third parties. Imagine going
• 4:59
Speaker 1: through everything we've warned through looking at all those documents,
• 5:02
Speaker 1: all those court documents, all the allegations, and thinking there's
• 5:05
Speaker 1: nothing there. I mean, it's absurd. It truly is absurd.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: A DOJ spokesperson told raw Story that any guidance on
• 5:14
Speaker 1: how or what the flag was given for the purpose
• 5:17
Speaker 1: of general awareness and preparation for disclosure. The spokesperson's statement
• 5:23
Speaker 1: is jarringly at odds with the July seventh, twenty twenty
• 5:26
Speaker 1: five memo that was a product of the document review.
• 5:30
Speaker 1: The memo specifically stated that it was the determination of
• 5:34
Speaker 1: the DOJ and FBI, then no further disclosure would be
• 5:37
Speaker 1: appropriate or warranted. The DOJ did not respond to a
• 5:41
Speaker 1: request for clarification on the statement. Of course they didn't.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: They're not beholden to you what you think. The taxpayer
• 5:48
Speaker 1: pays the bills. Two weeks after the release of the
• 5:52
Speaker 1: DOJ an FBI memo attempting to put concerns about Epstein
• 5:56
Speaker 1: to rest. Perry was forwarding Betel material specifically flagged so
• 6:01
Speaker 1: top administration officials could scrutinize possible links between powerful men
• 6:06
Speaker 1: and the notorious ex traffickers most Hannus crimes. So basically
• 6:11
Speaker 1: going through everything and making sure their friends are protected.
• 6:14
Speaker 1: What we have here, folks, is a cover up that's
• 6:16
Speaker 1: happening in real time, not one that happened fifty years ago,
• 6:20
Speaker 1: not one that happened after JFK was killed, but right
• 6:23
Speaker 1: now as we speak, and it's being managed by Todd Blanche.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: The email included a list of six criminal cases linked
• 6:32
Speaker 1: to Epstein, among them an FBI investigation launched by the
• 6:36
Speaker 1: Miami Field Office in two thousand and six. That case
• 6:39
Speaker 1: file includes a video file capturing a two thousand and
• 6:42
Speaker 1: nine FBI sting operation resulting in the arrest of Alfredo Rodriguez,
• 6:47
Speaker 1: the former house manager for Epstein's home in Palm Beach,
• 6:50
Speaker 1: on suspicion of selling the so called black Book, containing
• 6:53
Speaker 1: phone numbers of young women and girls that Epstein abused.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Not just that, but everybody. That black book had, all
• 7:01
Speaker 1: the names of, all of his associates, everybody that was
• 7:04
Speaker 1: dealing with them, all of his friends, and everybody that
• 7:07
Speaker 1: he thought that you know, was in his circle. A
• 7:12
Speaker 1: description of the video capturing the conversation between Rodriguez and
• 7:16
Speaker 1: an FBI undercover employee that was flagged for the DOJ's
• 7:19
Speaker 1: review contains just the sort of details about potential involvement
• 7:23
Speaker 1: by Epstein associates that Trump's supporters had avidly sought. The
• 7:28
Speaker 1: two talked about the girls, other employed by Epstein and
• 7:31
Speaker 1: Epstein's associates. The description reads, the two discussed things that
• 7:35
Speaker 1: happened between the girls and Epstein's associates. There are associates
• 7:39
Speaker 1: named during the conversations. So why don't we have that,
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Why wasn't that released? Who they trying to protect? And why?
• 7:47
Speaker 1: Aside from Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's partner, who was convicted of
• 7:50
Speaker 1: sex trafficking in twenty twenty one, the description does not
• 7:53
Speaker 1: name any of the associates cited by Rodriguez, but when
• 7:57
Speaker 1: the video was released along with millions of other records
• 8:00
Speaker 1: through the Epstein Files Transparency Act and January twenty twenty six,
• 8:05
Speaker 1: the associates mentioned by Rodriguez were revealed to be former
• 8:09
Speaker 1: Israeli Prime Minister at who had Barock, and attorney Alan Dershowitz,
• 8:13
Speaker 1: among others. Well, I wonder why Dershowitz was running for
• 8:18
Speaker 1: the exits. Remember all the big blustery talk. Oh, I
• 8:22
Speaker 1: can't wait to speak to Congress. Then the dude bounces
• 8:26
Speaker 1: doesn't show up, just ghosts the whole process sit all
• 8:31
Speaker 1: the way down and shut all the way up. Nobody
• 8:34
Speaker 1: wants to hear it. Mister, I kept my underpants on here,
• 8:38
Speaker 1: mister Epstein says, mister Brock, I'll fly to fly you
• 8:41
Speaker 1: to New York and some of the girls that came
• 8:43
Speaker 1: along the way. Rodriguez says in the video, which Rows
• 8:46
Speaker 1: story reviewed, you can bring this guy down like in
• 8:49
Speaker 1: no time. Barrock told The Wall Street Journal in twenty
• 8:52
Speaker 1: twenty three that he met with Epstein at his various mansions,
• 8:55
Speaker 1: but never participated in any party or any other inappropriate
• 8:59
Speaker 1: event with him, and never met with any girls or miners,
• 9:03
Speaker 1: not even with adult women in the context of any
• 9:06
Speaker 1: inappropriate behavior. Well that's how Virginia said, so believe what
• 9:12
Speaker 1: you will. Rodriguez told the undercover employee that Dershowitz would
• 9:17
Speaker 1: typically sit at the pool with a glass of wine.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: Although there was hanky panky upstairs, Rodriguez said he never
• 9:24
Speaker 1: saw any indication that he took part. Although there were
• 9:27
Speaker 1: sometimes naked or topless girls around the pool, he saw nothing.
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Him and Epstein weren't friends. Come on, I was just
• 9:35
Speaker 1: his lawyer. I was just over there every now and then,
• 9:38
Speaker 1: no big deal. And when I got my massage. I
• 9:41
Speaker 1: kept my underpants on. Rodriguez was convicted of obstruction of
• 9:45
Speaker 1: justice in twenty twelve for hiding the Black Book and
• 9:49
Speaker 1: attempting to sell it. He died from cancer in twenty
• 9:52
Speaker 1: fourteen after serving his sentence. Rodriguez's testimony has been completely discredited.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: Dershowitz told Raw Story he was a crim I never
• 10:01
Speaker 1: saw any females at the pool naked, topless, or otherwise
• 10:04
Speaker 1: complete fabrication. Okay, well you call him a liar. I
• 10:08
Speaker 1: feel the same way about you, So I don't believe
• 10:11
Speaker 1: your story, mister Dershowitz. That's my personal opinion. Dershowitz was
• 10:17
Speaker 1: also flagged by the FBI as a public figure linked
• 10:20
Speaker 1: to Epstein around the time of the controversial memo and
• 10:23
Speaker 1: the meeting of top officials at the Situation Room to
• 10:26
Speaker 1: strategize about how to insulate Trump from the feurre surrounding
• 10:30
Speaker 1: the administration's handling of the Epstein files. Leslie Backshei's, a
• 10:36
Speaker 1: Special Agent in charge of the New York Field Office,
• 10:38
Speaker 1: sent an email to FBI colleagues on July tenth alerting
• 10:42
Speaker 1: them that Dershowitz was referenced in the Epstein child sex
• 10:45
Speaker 1: trafficking investigation in two FBI witness interviews. Minutes later, Charles Arroboro,
• 10:52
Speaker 1: Assistant director of the FBI's Criminal Investigation Division, forwarded the
• 10:56
Speaker 1: email to ptel got to protect Trump's homies, right to
• 11:00
Speaker 1: make sure everybody's so dumb. Can't let the cover up
• 11:03
Speaker 1: be exposed? Can we? Dershowitz was not considered a subject
• 11:07
Speaker 1: in the investigation, and no evidence was uncovered during the
• 11:11
Speaker 1: investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of miners.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: Bakschiz wrote. She went on to summarize the two witness
• 11:18
Speaker 1: interviews and look, I'm not saying that he did. What
• 11:21
Speaker 1: I am saying is that he lies about his relationship
• 11:23
Speaker 1: with Epstein. They were a lot closer than he says,
• 11:27
Speaker 1: and I think there's plenty of witnesses that have come
• 11:29
Speaker 1: forward and painted that picture. Another witness told the FBI
• 11:34
Speaker 1: that they met Dershowitz at Epstein's home when he was
• 11:37
Speaker 1: alone without his wife and he received a massage, in
• 11:40
Speaker 1: contradiction to the public statement previously made by Dershowitz, both
• 11:45
Speaker 1: proffers are probably false. Dershowitz told Raw Story, I never
• 11:49
Speaker 1: had sexual contact with anyone other than my wife since
• 11:53
Speaker 1: the day I met Jeffrey Epstein. I never did anything
• 11:55
Speaker 1: improper with regard to Epstein. I have been the victim
• 11:59
Speaker 1: of this provably false accusations. I asked the FBI to
• 12:03
Speaker 1: investigate the false allegations against me, but still doesn't have
• 12:07
Speaker 1: the courage to go speak to Congress. Got it. The
• 12:10
Speaker 1: FBI did not respond to a detailed set of questions
• 12:13
Speaker 1: for the story. Blanche, who was up for confirmation as
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Attorney General, wrote in a response to a question posed
• 12:21
Speaker 1: by Senator Dick Durbin that the FBI pursued all investigative
• 12:25
Speaker 1: leads in its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: Blanch wrote, consistent with the long standing principle of federal
• 12:33
Speaker 1: prosecution as outlined in the Justice Manual, several experienced prosecutors
• 12:38
Speaker 1: and investigators have reviewed the material and determined that additional
• 12:42
Speaker 1: prosecutions are unavailable at this time. In response to questions
• 12:47
Speaker 1: from senators, Blanche refused to comment on whether Department of
• 12:50
Speaker 1: Justice has initiated any new investigations related to Epstein's sex
• 12:54
Speaker 1: trafficking ring since the beginning of the second Trump administration.
• 13:00
Speaker 1: Documents were released by the FBI in response to a
• 13:03
Speaker 1: Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the nonprofit Democracy
• 13:07
Speaker 1: Forward Foundation. Despite the Trump Vance administration's attempts to forestall
• 13:12
Speaker 1: transparency to its handling of the Epstein files with delay tactics,
• 13:17
Speaker 1: Democracy Forward will keep fighting in court to ensure the
• 13:21
Speaker 1: public has access to more of these important documents, said
• 13:24
Speaker 1: Dan McGrath, special counsel for oversight at the nonprofit. So
• 13:29
Speaker 1: how many more examples do we need that there is
• 13:31
Speaker 1: a cover up underway and that that cover up is
• 13:35
Speaker 1: being managed by none other than Todd Blanche. All the
• 13:39
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 13:42
  Speaker 1: the description box.
