A brazen armed robbery unfolded on Regent Avenue West as a 28-year-old suspect, Carter Scott Muller, targeted two victims with a handgun, demanding car keys — smashing a window when one driver tried to flee. The suspect fled in a stolen 2016 Dodge Ram, which was later found abandoned.
